Summary

➡ Jack Mullen and Sheriff Mack discuss various topics in their weekly webinar. They highlight the rising energy prices due to the Iran war and suggest people stock up on storable foods and gas. Sheriff Mack promotes his new book, which he believes can change America. They also discuss recent political events, including Mike Lindell’s loss in the Minnesota governor race and the close race of a left-wing candidate, Francesca Hong.
➡ The speaker discusses attending a book signing event in their hometown, purchasing a baseball cap as a memento, and attending a fundraiser for a rehab center that helped their son. They also talk about mending a relationship with the sheriff of Kootenay county and their shared opposition to red flag laws. The speaker ends by criticizing an article about a sheriff in Arizona, questioning its credibility and the accusations it makes.
➡ The text discusses the author’s views on Mark Lamb, a sheriff who is well-liked and has a strong presence in the media. The author criticizes an article that negatively portrays Lamb and his association with the CSPOA, a group often linked to far-right movements. The author defends Lamb and the CSPOA, arguing that they are misunderstood and unfairly targeted. The author also discusses the political landscape in Arizona, where Lamb is expected to win due to the conservative nature of the district.
➡ The article discusses the controversy surrounding Mark Lamb, a sheriff associated with the Constitutional Sheriff’s movement. Despite not labeling himself as a Constitutional sheriff, Lamb’s actions align with the movement’s principles, which some view as fringe and in conflict with multiracial democracy. Critics argue that Lamb’s stance on issues like COVID-19 regulations, election conspiracy theories, and Black Lives Matter are problematic. However, supporters believe he upholds the Constitution and defends civil rights, and they criticize the media’s portrayal of him.
➡ The discussion revolves around the importance of understanding the Second Amendment and how states incorporate it into their own constitutions. It criticizes states like Washington for not respecting their own constitution. The conversation also highlights the absence of sheriffs in Connecticut, Alaska, and Hawaii, and the need for their reinstatement. Lastly, it discusses the perceived unfairness in family courts and the need for reform, and emphasizes the importance of unity among all Americans, regardless of political affiliation.
➡ The discussion revolves around the increasing use of surveillance cameras, particularly Flock and Axion brands, which can identify people based on their physical characteristics and track them without a warrant. There’s concern about the violation of privacy rights and the need for more awareness about this issue. Some sheriffs are taking steps to remove these cameras, while others believe they’re necessary for solving crimes. The conversation ends with plans to improve their technology and a call for support for their cause.

Transcript

Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition, a fine edition, if I must say so myself, of the CSBOA’s weekly Wednesday webinars with, with our illustrious sheriff, Sheriff Mack and myself, Jack Mullen. We’re happy to be here. It’s almost the middle of August already as time burns by and we’ve been doing this for quite some time. In fact, we enjoy it and we want to say thank you to everybody who’s been with us through the entire thing and being part of this and helping us out both with donations and other ways which include buying things from the store and, and also, you know, just picking up something from one of the other things that we have that are important.

I just read today, Sheriff Mack, several different things, different reports about the situation. Now that the Iran war has blown up in our faces, we’re expecting energy prices to go through the roof. And then last few days, most of the oil products are up 15% or more and I don’t see any end in sight. So really people need to be able to be able to stay at home a lot more than typical. And so storable foods are one way to do that. Also, you might want to get a few cans of gas and load them up.

Doesn’t matter the fact that you know gas price is going to go up. So if you use it all up, at least you saved a few bucks when you used it. Storable foods, medicines that we have available, I don’t know, there’s, there’s, there’s numerous things that you can do right now that would probably help you in the future. But I recommend highly getting some food and water in the house. Sheriff Mack, I know that your new book’s out and you were encouraging people to pick up a copy of that. You can get that at the website.

It’s the first thing you see at the center of it. Cspua.org and, and you can click on that, go get a little bit of information on it and order a copy. I have my copy. It’s within arm’s reach here and I recommend everybody have a copy. It’s great bedside reading. Put it on the coffee table so when friends come by, they can either be appalled or clap. Anyway, thank you for coming today and you’ve been on the road, so highlight what’s going on in your life, please. Well, I would, I would give a big highlight, exclamation point and support of everything you just said, especially about food storage and being prepared.

Folks, we cannot overstate it. Everyone, everyone, everyone should have food storage and A supply of water. And speaking of what everyone should have. Everyone should have a copy of this book. I mean, it. This book would really change America if everybody would get, you know, if we have 25 million voters from both sides that would read that book. Yeah, it’s people. People that read it, actually read it. Their comments are phenomenal. And it’s exactly how I felt when I was writing it. Most people feel the exact same way. This is information that every American should have.

Most people are astonished by the history, the historical aspect of the book, and they go, man, I did not know that about several things. First of all, almost none of them have ever heard of Dorothy Kilgallen. And her story is probably the biggest story in the whole book. And then as soon as I say that, I go, oh, no, this one is. But her story really is compelling. Just absolutely astonishing. And how we even ran into that while we were researching the book was amazing. And I knew her. I watched the what’s My Line? My mom and dad liked it, and it was in black and white, and it was a what’s My Line? We probably look it up on the Internet real easy, but I think it was about 1961, 1962, 63 in there.

And she. She was a regular panelist on what’s My Line. And so anyway, it’s. It’s a. It’s a tremendous book. And I was pushing the book last night at a fundraiser for Set Apart Discipleship. And Set Apart Discipleship is actually a drug rehab program. And my son Jimmy just went through it, and Jimmy and I spent the weekend together. The weekend? No, nothing. Wasn’t a weekend. I have to get that. I felt like when I traveled, I got back early this morning, and now it’s Sunday. You know, I usually get home on Sunday, sometimes Monday. So I feel like it’s either Sunday or Monday today, and it’s actually Wednesday.

So my routine in travel has messed up my routine because it’s actually Wednesday today. So, yeah, this is Pastor John Padula, and he runs this as a ministry, and he asked if I and my son would come and speak about how great this program was, because people that who were there last night were donors, and they had a huge auction. And my pillow guy, Mike Lindell, that’s the story of today right there. Did you know that Mike Lindell, if he’s running still. Hear me, Governor. And he lost. And he was. He was way ahead in the polls.

Did you hear that story? You. You went away. No. And I’m not. I’m not certain whether it was me or you. Could you hear me speaking? I don’t know. Somebody tell me you were, you were actually frozen there for a couple of seconds there. Were you? But, yeah, yeah, but folks, Mike Lindell, who endorsed the book, and he’s been very supportive of the cspoa and he’s been at several of our events. He, he sent a big conglomeration of some of his main, main stuff, but Stephanie heard every word that I said. So anyway, he was picked to win the Republican nomination.

He had Trump’s endorsement, several other big Republicans across the country, and in a big upset, he lost. So I don’t know if he’s going to be screaming more voter fraud, but you never know because you never know what you’re going to get. That sounds like forced gunk with America elections. You never know what you’re going to get or life is like an election in America. You never know what you’re going to get because. And he did that with a box of chocolates. Folks, this is really huge news. It didn’t, it made the national news, but it didn’t seem to be the biggest story.

The biggest story was that Francesca Hong, the ultra left crazy, woke woman, whatever she is, that you could use any adjective to say how left she is. She barely lost. And I guess they were trying to say the Democrat Party is rejecting the crazy left socialist movement in America today. No, they’re not as inexperienced and crazy as this woman is that she came that close. Was. Yeah, she came within 0.5% of winning. So, no, they’re not rejecting anything. The next person was the. An extremist. An extremist leftist nut case lost to an extremist case. You know, so anyway, that’s, that’s the national media for you.

Yeah. In Minnesota. Yes. I didn’t mention Minnesota. So. Yes. Yeah, the Minnesota race for governor. And, and I, I already told Mike Lindell that he had this one in the bag and he lost. And I think he lost about pretty handily. I mean, 4, 5, 6% when he was. He was ahead by 10% in the polls. So he’s going to probably be screaming election fraud again. He’s been the biggest person in the country doing that. And I doubt if this is going to pacify him at all. So. But, but Jimmy spoke about what a great rehab center was.

We did, too. And that’s what I spoke about, too. But I also spoke about my book. And Pastor Padula warned me beforehand that he was certain that there were some Democrats who were in the audience that came to support the fundraiser. And so I was, I was, I tiptoed around some of that, but I also, I told them that we had Democrats in mind when we wrote the book. Well, obviously, if you look at the COVID the Democrat Murder of America, and then my wife and I have been talking saying maybe we should have softened the title and the COVID and just called it what the website is, folks.

Our website for the book is murderofamerica.com and she said, you should have just called it the Murder of America. Well, maybe we should have used. And I said this, that I was being serious. Maybe we should have just used the quote from Abraham Lincoln and when he said that we’ll be destroyed from within, that, that we would never be destroyed by an outside enemy, that if we falter and lose our freedoms, we. It’s because we will destroy ourselves. And, and so I want to make. I thought, well, maybe we should have put that there. No, I really, I, I really still don’t want to do any of that.

And she was talking to one of her sister and her sister thought that the title was too bold and too offensive. And it’s probably because we’re all from the same area where I was sheriff and we have a lot of friends there who are Democrats. And yes, I want to go do a book signing. Never backpedal. Yeah, we’re not backpedaling. We’re not going to. But I want to go do a book sign in my hometown and so I can explain it to my friends if they would even come and hear me out about why we called the book the Democrat Murder of America.

And right now, hardly anyone can deny that that’s exactly what they’re doing. And if you saw this, Jack, this was a big piece of news just yesterday morning before I went to the event and right before I went on my 45 minute walk along. Is it Hayden Lake, Coeur d’ Alene River. Might have been Coeur d’ Alene River. And I should show you the hat I got. But while I was walking along there, I. Walking past a campus, a quarter and north Idaho campus for the Idaho Vandals. And so it’s. Yeah, Idaho Vandals. And I got, I got a.

I went inside to see if they had any baseball caps and they did. And I paid for it and I brought it home and it’s on my display right here. But that was the most beautiful scenery and most beautiful walk I’ve had in a long time. And the weather in northern Idaho right now is just, it’s, it’s wow. It was like 72 degrees, sunny, beautiful mountains and, and the lakes and streams and. Wow. So, folks, it used to be that wherever I went I got a. A hat. And so I used those as my travel log.

But then my daughter was cleaning out our garage and she threw away a whole bag of my old hats. And that was about seven or eight years ago. But I’m still mad at her for it. I haven’t forgiven her. But folks, the event was very well attended. And this was a fundraiser to keep this rehab center going. Again, set apart discipleship. And it was a really amazing event. And he asked me to bring my books. I’d already sent him one. And I said, hey, how about that book, Pastor Padula? And he goes, I haven’t read it yet.

I go, well, you’ve seen the COVID He goes, yeah, that’s an amazing cover. So anyway, folks, what, what I did want to tell you about the event, besides just how great the event was. Mike Lindell supported it. I supported it. My son got teary eyed bearing his testimony about how it saved his life. And I said the same thing it did, it saved his life. And I talked about how I kept pushing him to get there and he kept delaying it. I said, jim, there’s no more excuses. You need to get there tomorrow and I have a plane ticket for you.

Get your stuff packed up, you don’t have very much, and go get on that plane tomorrow. And he even got his mom to side with him, you know, oh, doesn’t have to be so soon. This is a matter of life and death. Get your butt on the plane and go to Spokane, Washington. They’re going to pick you up there. There will be people from the rehab center who’ve already been through it to pick you up. And Pastor Padula brought him into his home and had him stay there for a while. And Jimmy got to know his children very well and they’re, they’re like a family now.

And it was, it was really amazing how all this happened. It was that the hand of providence. But at our table was the sheriff of Kootenay county, which is the greater Coeur d’, Alene, Idaho area. And he and I didn’t used to get along at all. But I’ve told that story on here before and I apologize to him at Pastor Padula’s church and in front of everybody, I apologized and we’re friends. We’re friends now. He accepted it and we shook hands and he shook my hand right there in front of everybody in the church. And so it was him and three friends and Jimmy and me at a table that he bought to support the event.

And so, and, and you know what? We just had Steve comment about forgiveness. Forgiveness is one godly trait that every person on earth can emulate. I can forgive just as our Savior did. And, and especially when he said, father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. We could say the same thing about everyone. The. The people that offend us, the people that go after us. And we’re going to talk about some here on that article that you and I decided we want to talk about today. And we can. We have that power. We have that ability to forgive just as.

As Jesus Christ did. And he showed us the way for that. How many times are we supposed to forgive? Even up to seven times? Seven. 70. Do I do it because the question was posed to the Lord, do I forgive even seven times? No. Seven times, 70 times, you know, so that’s according to the gospel. So Norris, Sheriff Norris, Robert Norris actually told me about a woke. Well, this isn’t as woke as it might. Might. We might think because there’s some good sheriffs in Florida that have helped promote this, and that is red flag laws. Everybody knows what a red flag laws is.

Red flag law is. Right? Okay. So somebody could anonymously say that you’re dangerous and that you’re. That they feel threatened by you and they, the police can come and take your guns and then they can keep them until that threat or that person says, oh, I don’t feel threatened anymore. There’s no charges. There’s no indictments. There’s no criminal activity at all that they can prove. There’s no court cases. There’s nothing before a judge except, oh, to go tell the judge, we got to go get these guys gunned because the red flag law got violated. Well, do you know what Sheriff Norris did? The person that had the red flag complaint against him moved to his county, and then the judge in Washington state served the red flag warrant, I guess if you want to call it.

It’s not even a warrant. It’s just all bogus. And the order, the court order from the judge to confiscate his guns. And Sheriff Norris contacted the county attorney and told him, I’m not going to do this. First of all, I don’t answer to the judge in Washington. Secondly, this is unconstitutional and illegal. And he wasn’t certain he was going to get the support of the county attorney, but he got it. And the county attorney wrote the judge a letter and said, we’re not in your jurisdiction and the sheriff is not responsible to serve your papers or your bogus red flag law.

So I, and, and that just made me all the prouder that he and I set the record straight and became friends. So Jack, this article about Mark Lamb. Wow, you know, it’s really. Let’s, let’s dissect that one a little bit. So folks, I told you who Mark Lamb is. He’s a good supporter of cspa. He came out before anyone else. And look, I’ve done my own little survey on this. Mark Lamb said there’s probably only about five or six sheriffs nationwide that came out and said they were not going to enforce red flag, no COVID 19 mandates.

And it’s a lot more than that because my travels throughout the country, the, the sheriffs would tell me and citizens would tell me about how their sheriffs stood tall. And another one was Sheriff Glenn Hamilton in New Mexico, who’s no longer sheriff now, but he was back then and he did it along with Pastor Caleb Cooper, who we’ve talked about both of them a lot on the show. And, and then there was a sheriff in Ohio who did it and then another sheriff in Ohio did it and his pastor told me about it. But a lot of these sheriffs didn’t get any publicity and actually that’s how they wanted it.

They wanted to stay under the radar because those who get on the radar get attacked and lied about. So anyway, Arizona’s next house member has a cool hat. What a cool hat. Most sheriffs wear hats, folks. And, and I don’t know why they care about that. But most of the article is about as stupid as the cool hat comment. Well, look, where come from Slate? You know, the S there means very best socialist, but it’s more likely a communist production. Anyway, go ahead. This story is, you know, I have no faith in this story whatsoever. It’s.

To me it’s a typical hate piece. I don’t know specifically about his so called racist texts or his sexting with women. Well, you know, where’s the, where’s the racist text? What did he say? Yeah, I don’t know. I never saw anything that they said that was racist. They just said he did. You know, it used to be popular to tell racist jokes by all races, but they weren’t called racist jokes then. They were called jokes. I don’t know. This is something I can’t see without paying for. But the sheriff run of account has cheered other discriminatory slurs.

He, when a border extremist used to. He didn’t push back when somebody used the N word. Oh my God. Not the N word. The only word whites aren’t allowed to say. So, you know, I wouldn’t call that a. If he didn’t push back, I can’t hardly call that racist anyway. But my opinion on this article is the whole thing is just clap trap. I don’t know about sexting. I know that Mark Lamb is a good looking guy. I mean I, you know, he just is. He’s a tall, well spoken, what appears to be a fearless individual.

I saw him and spoke to him in person at your event in Lynchburg, Virginia. And so, you know, obviously he’s going to have a lot of friends that are girls and however that happens, you know, you’re going to talk to them. He’s a man, he’s a sheriff. So Fox News in a cowboy hat. Yeah, he appeared at the CSBA conference in Lynchburg, Virginia in a cowboy hat also. Oh, they mentioned that. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep. They definitely do. And it’s horrible what they, you know that they have to continuously bring the CSPOA up and associate it with the so called posse comitatus, the 1970s far right organization and the sovereign citizen.

Well, in fact there is such a thing as a sovereign citizen. And you know, those of us that are born in a state and not a citizen of the 14th Amendment are sovereign citizens. And militia movements, militias are part of the words of the Constitution. But this is all turned around and used against us and then they bring this criminal organization. You know, it’s anti Law Center. Yeah. And I don’t even know how any publication now has any credibility whatsoever when they start quoting Southern Poverty Law Center. Right. Southern Poverty Law center lost their credibility way before their lawyer was arrested for domestic terrorism and way before they just got indicted for misuse of their funds.

And, and I’m still trying to get on that list to testify against them because that’s exactly what they did. What they got indicted for is exactly what they to me for 30 years. So you would think they would want me on the list for as a witness against them. But we’ll see. Yeah. And not going to happen. But this, this particular paragraph here, you know, Lamb in 2020 told the Virginia audience, including me, that he had committed to the group’s founder to defend and protect the Constitution United States. I just can’t believe he can get away with saying that Sheriff Mack in the United States that he’s going to defend the Constitution and protect it.

Yeah, this is, I mean it’s so unusual. In other words, all law enforcement nationwide just have to do what they’re told. And we don’t get. We don’t get to look at a, a mandate because there were no COVID 19 laws. It was all mandates. And mandates are just orders from tyrannical government. And, and so, no, they always get mad at Trump when he gives orders. You know, executive orders. They always get mad at that. But that. Why are, why aren’t we all following all the executive orders of every president? You know, because they’re not worth the paper they’re written on.

They’re the, the confusion about executive orders is, is this much. The president of the United States is the CEO. He runs the federal government. He can tell people when to come to work. He can tell people what they have to wear to work and other items of that type of management for the federal government. He is the top manager of the federal government. So he can issue a memo to employees of the federal government. And then some presidents took that a little bit too far. Well, just about every president has in the past hundred years, maybe more, and say, well, yeah, I’m going to do another order, but this time we’re going to make it to the whole country.

Oh, well. And that’s not worth the paper it’s written on, because he has no authority to do that. So all of this is so stupid because plain and simply, this article, whoever wrote it, is this. Is this in the Arizona Republic again? This was in late. Oh, Slate. Yeah, that’s right. And they’re copying a lot of the Arizona Republic work that was exposed, and there was a lot more exposed by the Arizona Republic against Sheriff Lamb. And Sheriff Lamb quit. He resigned as sheriff after eight years. Or was he in eight years? Yeah. And when he read the first time, he called me and asked me for my endorsement.

And we got to talking. I found out that his grandpa was. Or his. His grandmother was related to my grandmother. They were. They were cousins. And so Mark Lamb, I think, is my third cousin, and we’ve never known each other before he ran for sheriff, but he heard about the work I had done. And again, did you notice any place in the article where it talks about me winning a case at the United States Supreme Court? No. And that’s what we talk about. I’ve never heard of this Posse Comitatus guy. We do not believe in white supremacy.

We never have. And you guys know we don’t. You know, so that’s how stupid the article is. Sheriff Mack, the first sheriff in American history, sues the federal government on A very important case. He didn’t just say, oh, no, we’re not going to enforce that, which I had said before. But I sued to get out from underneath it. Okay. I did it in every lawful way, every peaceful way. I took them to court and beat him. But you didn’t notice any of that in this article, did you? Yeah, it just doesn’t fit their narrative. No, that narrative was pure hit piece.

And you know, I like the line that we need more cowboy hats and belt buckles in Washington. You know, maybe. Yeah, yeah, we had, and we were really pushing for a couple of sheriffs, Mark Lamb being one of them, to be in the cabinet for President Trump and in fact to be the director of the FBI. And I would say that it would have been better for Trump and for our country had he picked one of these sheriffs. And I’m, you know, not, I’m not bad mouthing Ash Patel. I’m just simply saying getting new blood in there.

And oh, and Ian also commented that Sheriff Lamb should have been in movies. He should be. He’s already done two or three stints on television. Yeah. He has his own show multiple times. You know, those live police shows plus his own streaming show. Yeah. So Mark Lime is very experienced on television and it wouldn’t have been a big jump for him to make it to the big, the silver screen. Right. But, well, but anyway, he’s, he’s picked to win in a grandiose way because that’s my district and this is like the most conservative Arizona district there is, and it’s one of the most conservative district in America.

So what the article is basically saying, even if they tell these lies about him or even if any of this were true about him, he’s still going to win because you’re not going to convince this district to vote for a Democrat. Right. And so, you know, that’s just the way it is here. And Andy Biggs is relinquishing this position so he’s can run for governor and he just won the primary by 71%. His opponent, a staunch leftist Democrat, has picked the former mayor of Mesa, Arizona, who used to be a Republican and I think now he’s an independent, but she picked him and that’s, that’s going to be hard to beat because he has a big following in Mesa, which is the big conservative area for Arizona.

And so I didn’t, I’m sure it wasn’t Katie Hobbs idea because she’s not smart enough to do something like that. Had to be her campaign staff and we all know how shrewd the Democrat campaign staffs are. So anything else about in that article that you, you found that we probably ought to discuss real quick? Well, there’s a couple more lines in here. I’ll bring them back up that they’re fun to talk about because it is so. It’s just so typical of these people that want to write about the same thing using the same ideas that they were using back in the days of, you know, Stalin and Lenin.

But they, they, they present the fact that he had these shows that you had mentioned there before. He was on Live PD, which was on A E. He was on 2019 spin off called Live PD Wanted was featured in the fifth season of the reality TV show called 60 Days. And he launched his own subscription streaming network, the American Sheriff Network, featuring Wide Ride Alongs and other TV reality program. He eventually spun this Persona out for his political ambitions. I think it’s funny that they call it spin this Persona out. I mean, that’s a denigrating comment nonetheless.

Why did Slate want to use my name? They said the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Why did they want to use my name? I’m the founder. I have a name. Yeah, maybe because I, maybe because I don’t wear a cowboy hat enough. Right, right. Yeah. You’re not in here by name. Usually you are in here by name. He calls me the that as he said, Mark the sheriff. Lamb told the founder of the Constitutional Sheriff Peace Officer association that he was going to stand tall and not enforce him and blah, blah, blah.

So. Well, he says he doesn’t describe himself as a Constitutional sheriff. And the good reason for that. Yeah, I’ve heard him call himself that lots of times, but that’s okay. And they only deployed. The term is typically only deployed by those comfortable being related, relegated as fringe. And Lamb seeks broad popularity. Fringe. You know, to be American, you’re fringe now. But regardless of what he calls himself, he aligns himself with that movie movement with a deeply checkered history. That would be your movement with the deeply checkered history. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it’s really checkered. Anyway, this is just more clap trap trash and.

Well, I, I’m gonna, I’m gonna try to look up the, the Slate and see if they’ll print my rebuttal. Yeah, I’d like to rebut it too. Anyway, the Constitutional Sheriff’s movement relies on the notion that men of action can and should determine how the Constitution is interpreted. No, we’ve never said that. In fact, we hold the Word interpret in complete disdain. Interpret means change. Interpret means mold how you want it to be. Right. So there’s no place in the Constitution that says or mentions the word interpret. It doesn’t say that the courts are supposed to interpret the Constitution or the law.

It doesn’t say that at all. And it doesn’t say it for any of the branches. What it does say is all three branches have pretty much the same responsibility, and that is to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. When one doesn’t do that, then we revert back to my Supreme Court case that says the different governments will control each other. Slate, did you hear me? That’s right. In the Supreme Court case. Oh, yeah. That’s why you didn’t want to quote it or mention that. I forgot. Yeah. Yeah. Well, this article by our friend Jessica is just another.

Yeah, Jess Bischo. Yeah. I asked her if she wanted to interview me about my new book. And I said, tell all your liberal friends I want to. I want a liberal somewhere to try to prove me wrong. And I guess she wanted nothing to do with it now and she wants to take part in this. Somebody somewhere is criticizing Lamb. So she wanted to jump on board and, and make every kind of silly little comment like he started as a polo wearing administrative official and now he’s a cowboy hat wearing pickup truck driving AR15 carrying son of a gun.

He’s also like Trump, a small time reality television star and shaped his political life. But there, you know, she makes a few other claims in here. He, he spent $28,000 on a campaign attire, you know, whatever. That’s the most he ever squanders on something for his own campaign. Boy, he’s a pretty good representative. The worst, the worst thing is that he’s associated with the Constitutional Sheriff movement. That’s exactly what it says here. That’s not. Yeah, none of these are as big as threat as being linked to the Constitutional Sheriff’s movement, a right wing Christian nationalist political movement in direct conflict with multiracial democracy.

Well, we really shouldn’t be talking about this and not what the United States was built as. Certainly wasn’t multiracial at creation time, and it definitely wasn’t a democracy and shouldn’t still be. So all these things are what they want and then they imply that if you’re attempting to hold it in some other direction that you know, you’re doing something wrong. In fact, you’re actually saying, let’s go back to the way we were. But anyway, in addition to supporting election conspiracy theories, fear Mongering about immigration, opposing government of efforts to regulate health and welfare. All these things, you know, health and welfare or why we have COVID 19 shots killing 25 million people or more, damaging hundreds of thousands of people.

And. But these, these, these reporters, Arizona Republican slate, all of these, Jess Pisco, all of them want to defend Fauci in his lies to the American people about why they should have got back. That’s what I mean. Yep. And this. But that’s okay. They’ll defend him to the death. But if you are about the Constitution and about freedom and. And defending the civil rights of all people, like we are, then no, no, that’s white Christian identity. That’s. Ooh, that’s extremism. And wouldn’t it be something for every peace officer in this country to say, I swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, and that is exactly what I will do if another person, if another person in government, in the executive branch that I work for or in the judicial branch, judges or in the legislative branch, legislators, lawmakers, if they order me to violate my oath, I will not do it.

Why would you be against that? Yeah, but they are. You can’t do what you want. You can’t have it your way. You can’t run lawless. If you’re going to have somebody say no, they don’t want anybody to say no. That’s why they got to get rid of the sheriffs in, in Washington state. Washington state, yeah. No kidding. Somebody might say no. Anyway, this is a really much more well thought out and harsher negative criticism. That’s just the same clap trap, because she’s been doing this so much that she can’t help herself. You know, just shows how toxic this can be.

By 21, Lamb had already defied Covid regulations. Thank God people stood up and said that. Imagine how many lives people like Mark Lamb saved and took them away from these life eating death, eating government. And there were people still in Pinal county where he was sheriff, there were still businesses that shut down. He told everybody, it’s your choice. You know, you want to shut down, you want to wear a mask, it’s all up to you. But we’re not going to arrest you for. For doing it or not doing so well. Right. Let’s see who. Who’s siding there on the issue of freedom.

Yeah. So there’s not many people. And you know, all this stuff like Mark Lamb says he didn’t think Black Lives Matter is productive for blacks. Well, of course they’re not. And she doesn’t like that he inflamed anti vax sentiment. We can only hope so. Anyway, I, I just think it’s amazing to me how they, they said that Mark Lamb has spread conspiracy theories about elections. He did the opposite. Yeah. Mark, Mark Lamb has been criticized immensely because he refused to do an investigation on election fraud. He saw his quote, I have seen no evidence of election fraud in Pinal County.

So he didn’t. He, and he testified on behalf of some Democrats who were trying to prove that the elections were, were fine. He was actually called to testify that he, indeed, he saw no evidence. But what I complained about Mark on that is that if you’re, if you want to see some evidence, you have to actually look. And so, yeah, I disagreed with Mark on that because they had a problem on election day where they had to delay voting for two hours, maybe even a little bit longer, so they kept polling places open late on election day.

And that would have been in 2020, I’m pretty sure. And, and I actually called him and told him that he should conduct investigation on that, that that was a sign of election fraud. And he said no, he wasn’t going to. So anyway, they’re lied about Mark when he was on their side on that one. Yep. Well, because it, it benefited them to lie there and not elsewhere anyway, you know, his sympathy for the January six rioters who were in fact coached and, and convinced to do so by people like Alex Jones, Donald Trump and Nick Fuentes, for example, who insisted people show up for this position particular thing, which was another psyop.

Anyway, I, all I can say about this is that everything that’s destroying America is, is covered in this article. It’s, it’s under the COVID of words, and that’s what they’re doing here. And if you have a weak mind, I think you could read this and it would seem to me maybe make some sense. You know, you can’t have. They’re showing an old western pistol. Yeah. Because they’re promoting gun violence and promoting the who Shot Liberty Balance movie with John Wayne. That’s actually a real good movie. I like that movie. Yeah, I’d like to see it again.

I hadn’t seen it in 30 years or whatever. All right, well, that’s the end of that article. Unless you want to talk about it anymore. No, that’s good. I, I, I think we got our feel of that one, but we get our money’s worth. Yeah, I think I got my money’s worth on that. Did you have to pay to post that? No, I Didn’t just make it a joke there. Well, so ask you where you want to go next. I have a variety of things. Did you see anything else that we, we do have Chief Lauren Culp talking about things that most people don’t understand about the Second Amendment and, and how the states themselves enshrine that amendment in their own constitutions.

And then states like Washington state trample all over their own constitution. I can play that for you. What else do we have in. I got a story about Virginia’s new gun law. Steve just reminded us to. We want to talk about some positive. Every time the press is negative about us, that’s a huge positive. They’re trying to attack us. And we will always bring that up. But the real positive again was Sheriff Norris that I mentioned at the beginning because he refused to go along with the red flag laws of neighboring state the judge and the red flag laws of Washington state and him standing for that was absolutely phenomenal.

And we will always point those things out on the show. This is really what the show focuses on is what, how they won our attacking sheriffs and trying to diminish the role of sheriffs. And then the great heroes that are defending our country known as the county sheriff. And and I might add right there, there’s three states that do not have sheriffs and we really need to help all three get them. That is why I was hired to. I’ve been to all 49 states until about 10 years ago. I finally got invited to Alaska and it was some legislators there that wanted to try to find out how to establish the office of sheriff in Alaska.

And Alaska and Hawaii never established the office. And I’m suspicious about that too because it’s the oldest law enforcement office anywhere, pretty much anywhere in the world. And so why would you not look at the history of America and see we’ve got to have sheriffs. But both Alaska and Hawaii at the same time said no sheriffs in 1959. That doesn’t make sense. I smell a rat on that one. And then, then the stupid leftist, ignorant state of Connecticut voted the office out and they even compelled the citizens to vote on a voter referendum to get rid of sheriffs.

And it was easy for the people to do that because the eight sheriffs in Connecticut supported getting rid of the office of sheriff. That’s how stupid that was. Why? Because they were bribed with a higher paid state marshal job. So just so everybody knows how that we’re clear on that there are no sheriffs in Connecticut, Alaska or Hawaii. And the worst One was actually Connecticut because they had them and then got rid of them. Yep. Oh, gosh. And folks, do we have a lot to do. And. And you know, there’s quite a bit of negativity in here because we actually tell the truth about the history aspects of the book.

And. But we think we finish very, very positively. And the epilogue of the book is very positive. And we did want to finish with a very positive example of coming together. And this is what President George Washington said about that, that we should all be united, all Americans should be united because we’re. We can share one word that makes us all the same, and that is when we’re called Americans. And we do want to do that with the Democrats and we do want to do that with the Libertarians and independents and anyone else. It’s really hard to do that with Rhino Republicans, but we would love to see the rhino Republicans repent and start following the Constitution.

And they will. They will probably be the most obstinate and negative people about the Constitution anybody I’ve ever seen, any group of people I’ve ever seen worse than the Democrats. And it’s. If you can believe that part. But yeah, yeah, I mean, I find the Republicans are just. Are harder to deal with than the Democrats because generally the Democrats speaking are. Or mentally not very challenging. But the Republicans will put up a strong argument, you know, based on some sort of intellectual approach. And a lot of people find that difficult. I think they’re a harder bunch, you know, about with their interaction with people than.

Than the Democrats are. And that’s the only thing I’ll give to the Democrats. You can easily outthink them. But as a matter of fact, I turned the book Open to page 154 and the last paragraph reads thusly, the moral of the story. When roles are reversed, never expect the liberals to be understanding and patient with you as you are with them. You may find yourself a victim of very severe discrimination and injustice. And that’s the part that is. It’s not just discrimination. It’s a system of injustice that will tear you and your family apart. And some of us have seen that and some of us have witnessed that.

And like Tony Perrier said, said a couple of weeks ago when we talked with him on Sam’s show, we asked him what’s the number one worst thing happening in our country today? What’s the biggest problem? And he said, family court. Family court. And folks, if you’ve looked at that and have seen what they do in family courts to destroy families, to destroy Usually the parenting rights of a father and leave. And in fact, nationwide, he said this statistic too. And I’ve seen this in my career, that you can use hearsay evidence and you can have no evidence and just take the false claims of an ex wife or a girlfriend and anything she says about her ex boyfriend or ex husband or even current husband, anything she says will be taken as gospel truth.

And, and none of them. In no state is there ever a false report filed against a woman who lies against her ex husband or ex boyfriend. Never. So if you’re expecting fairness and honesty from family courts, you expect what never was and what never will be. And we pray that the work we’re doing and the work that others are focusing on, that and my son now, because he’s been fighting this for 15 years, we pray that they have some success in destroying this horrible enemy to our country. And, and that’s the judges and lawyers in charge of family court.

And again, it’s nationwide read. So you want me to continue with any of these pieces or you want to just talk? Yeah, let’s. Yeah, whatever you see there that you think we can spend five minutes on, well, let’s listen to Lauren Culp just talk about the state of Washington state and their constitution. And folks, just so you know, Lauren Culp is a former chief of police and he ran for Congress and barely lost. And I think he’s a detective now for someone, but might even be Bob Songer, so. Oh, and that reminds me, I got to call Bob Songer.

Thank you for reminding me. Okay. Yeah, this is. And Chief Culp, Lord Culp has been a speaker at our events a couple of times. Good man. Let me know quickly if there’s no volume here at their own state constitution, but right there in Article 1, Section 24 of the Washington state constitution, it says that the right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the state shall not be impaired. Now, that’s not a suggestion. That’s not a privilege granted by politicians. That’s a constitutional right of the individual citizen. It means you have the right to defend yourself and your family.

It means the state cannot disarm law abiding citizens. But even further than that, it can’t impair that right. Now, this is ordinary English right. What does that word mean, impair? It’s defined as diminish in function, ability or quality to weaken or make worse. The only limitation in that section is against private armies, not against honest people owning and carrying firearms of their choice. Every time a politician in Olympia Pushes another restriction. They’re going directly against the plain language of our own state constitution. This is why I’ve always said your rights don’t come from government. They come from our creator.

The government’s job is to protect those rights, not diminish them. Washington’s founders understood that. Have you ever read Article 1, Section 24 of the Washington state constitution? What do you think it means for us today? Have politicians been impairing your rights with gun legislation? Know your rights. Be safe and be free. Drop your thoughts in the comments. I read every one of them. Anyway, that’s true. And that’s true of almost every state constitution. They all and brought in basically the first 10amendments to the US Constitution. And then they don’t do anything about it. I mean, they turn privileges into right or rights into privileges, which is a treasonable offense.

And. Yeah, and then they pass laws against them. They pass laws against what is guaranteed in the Washington state constitution and the United states constitution. Right. That talk about turning a law on its head. This is the reason why we want sheriffs to be the final say on what happens to those rights. Slate magazine or newspaper, whatever you are, Slate. Because we have to protect our rights against the tyranny and abuse of government, which has always been the number one enemy of the people. Agreed. I’ve got this. I’ve got a minute and a half video here about some component of the surveillance state that’s now embroiled in the.

Oh, the flock cameras. The block cameras right now. Yeah, definitely show that. Yeah, we got to see that. And. And remember that the flock is only like one of 10 or 12 major brands, with the latest being axios axion, which is, you know, actually going up and replacing flock cameras. So I don’t know what. Why there’s so much noise about flock, but maybe people just don’t know. There’s 10 other brands. But let’s watch this as this older gentleman here really makes a good point. I can find my share button there it is. Going to click the sound in case it doesn’t work.

Most people think flock cameras just read license plates, but that’s only half the story. Flock has a capability called freeform. It lets police search camera records based on what someone was wearing, their tattoos, their race. Imagine a database of 120,000 cameras that can identify people based on clothing and physical characteristics. And law enforcement can search it without a warrant. A car comes into frame, flop captures the license plate, but it also captures the driver, what they’re wearing, visible tattoos, race, gender. That’s no longer a license plate reader. That’s a people tracker disguised as a car tracker.

And when you combine freeform search with data sharing agreements across state lines, you have a system that can track your vehicle across the country, identify you based on appearance, cross reference with every other camera in the network. All. All without a warrant, all without you knowing. This is what fourth amendment violations look like in practice. Folks. It’s time we started passing this around and waking each other up. Agreed. It is. It’s most disturbing to see that everywhere you look. And those are the visible cameras you see. The thing is that there’s a enormous number of non visible cameras that are in all sorts of beside the road structures, including those things that you see along the road that’ll show you your speed.

You know, the radar, speedometer things, they have small cameras in them and many, many pieces of hardware along the road. Boxes that appear to be something, electrical poles with 5G towers in them. But in addition to that, there’s cameras. The amount of surveillance is, is astounding. And just pulling down flock cameras is not going to help us out. It’s a nice gesture and it makes for good conversation, but people have to understand that the most dangerous one is the Axon that’s now going up in place of it and it will then be harder to bring down because it’s going to become part of the telephone pole system, street lights.

Well, the good news on this, Jack, is that the new sheriff sheriff people in Pinal county just did a video saying how he is not going to renew the contract that the county has on those flock cameras and it’s because he wants to protect the rights of the people we had. Just the opposite from Sheriff Cutter in Texas, who’s been to our event several times, was one of our biggest supporters out of the state of Texas for sheriffs and he is saying just the opposite. So we have two sheriffs saying the opposite thing. Sheriff Gutter believes that we need more of those so that we can help solve more crimes.

Right. He’s missing the point entirely. And I’ve left a message there but haven’t got a call back from him yet. He probably knows why I’m calling. But regardless folks, the new sheriff in Pinal County, Arizona knows and understands his oath of office and that’s all we’ve ever pushed at the cspoa. You took an oath that that presupposes that you know and understand the Constitution and that you will abide by its precepts and defend it. Well, oh, there’s that word, uphold Defend, protect and preserve. Ah. That’s why you and I will end with that, because those are the four words of the cspoa to uphold, defend, protect and serve.

Before we leave, there’s a sheriff in New York State that discovered that he had flock hammers all over his county and no one could tell him who paid for him. And so they just go up, you know, and that’s the passive aggressive nature of this surveillance state. It’s above the counties and the state levels. It’s a group of psychopaths that do not care and they’re going to work diligently to replace the flock with something else and over and over and over. Or hide them. Yeah, yeah. And I. In fact, I just spoke with Sheriff Carpinelli from Lewis County, New York as well.

One of our good New York sheriffs are the best, probably. But now Sheriff Hood is standing for what’s right out there and doing what’s right. So you know what? There’s constitutional sheriffs popping up all over the country and we absolutely love the work that we’ve been a part of, Jack. And this, that’s paid. That’s great dividends. When we could read articles about the constitutional sheriff movement, just as we did today. Agreed. All right, folks, for all of you that are out there, over the next couple weeks, we’re going to improve our technology and change things a bit when we may even move away from this particular zoom situation.

I don’t know. We’re going to have a conversation about that over the next couple of days, but we’ll keep you posted. If you don’t hear from us for. For one reason or another on a particular webinar day, I’ll be looking for an email that explains when we’ll get together next. And other than that, everything should be smooth sailing. I’m planning on seeing new technology go into the site, the site itself, getting an upgrade, some additional features that’ll make it easier for Sheriff Mac to communicate with everyone. And we’re looking forward to a bigger and better coming 2027.

So thanks everyone. Thanks for the donations. Thanks for being part of the posse. Tell your friends and family we need your. We need their help. Sheriff Mack, thank you. You’re a great man. And one other thing to everybody, if you could send out to all your personal emails to advertise for the book, they just make it about one thing. All your contacts, tell them in your own personal email list. We’ve actually been having some luck with that. So tell everybody on your list to go to the website. MurderofAmerica.com and get one of the books or all three that are there, the ebook, audiobook, and paperback.

Thanks again. Thank you, Jack. You’re welcome. We’ll see you all next time. Everybody drive safe on the way home. Thank you for coming.
