Right? It’s really hard. Thank you for listening. Thank you for sharing and please subscribe below and think about joining my substack at Sarah Westall substack.com or my newsletter. You can sign up for that as well@Sarah Westall.com and remember to give a thumbs up and to subscribe on the platform that you’re watching. Welcome everyone and thank you for joining me today on the Thrive Hour. I am Sarah Westall. The Thrive Hour is where we explore the ideas, tools and emerging knowledge that can help you expand your potential, improve your life and the life of those around you.
Today we have Michelle Gaberto joining us. She is an intuitive healer, educator and visionary. She is the CEO of Purely Resonance. We are going to dive into the layers that form you, from your DNA to the energies that surround you. We will be discussing intuition, the sense we all have, but many find it to be dormant. But before we get into this, I want to remind you of our friends at Ironhawk Financial. Have you thought about whether your investments are making the highest returns it can and eliminating as much taxes as you can? I think all of us want that strategy, right? That’s the strategy that the wealthiest use.
And my friends at Ironhawk Financial are helping my listeners figure out a strategy to do exactly that. If you want the best returns on your portfolios, you want to eliminate as much taxes as you humanly possibly can. And you want to set up your grandkids, you want to set up your kids and you want to set up yourself for having the most amount you possibly can in your portfolios. I highly recommend you look at the strategies that my friends at Ironhawk Financial do for my listeners. Go to sw hawk.com and get information. They are professionals and they will help you understand what those strategies are so that you’re looking at portfolios that are making twice, three, four times more than what you would have and paying a lot less and taxes in the process.
Who doesn’t want to do that? Go to sw hawk.com and learn about it today. Hi, Michelle. Welcome to the program. Hi, Sarah. Thanks for having me. Well, you’ve come highly recommended as somebody I need to talk to, and I want to explore what our limitations are. You talk about innate intelligence, that we have an intelligence that’s built in us that we’re not even conscious of. What is that? Well, I really believe this from both my personal experience and working with energy for about the last 20 years in different ways that I really do feel like the body is our ally.
And there is an intelligence system to the body that is built in different layers. There’s the experience that we’re having right now in our lives. We get a lot of information telling us what to do, how to move forward, and, you know, how to make different choices in life. But we also, in our DNA, is really embedded information that’s been passed down from generations and generations of our ancestors that we also use. There’s an innate intelligence that we’ve been building over time that we can really tap into. And it’s our ancestors, though, so it’s not like past lives of ours, but it’s.
We have that probably, too. But this is our ancestral DNA knowledge. Interesting. Yeah, Well, I. That’s why I say layers, because there’s our own lived experience. There’s the lived experience of our ancestors that lives in the DNA. There’s also other times and places, and some people don’t really subscribe to that. But I have done a lot of interesting exploration into past lives and in the quantum field, other lifetimes that we pick up on. And there is information there that we can retrieve and understand wisdom that we’ve been working on and use it and apply it in our life now.
So the innate intelligence that comes from our ancestral, that makes sense from our DNA. It’s kind of like dogs and animals just know how to do stuff. Right. I mean, that came from somewhere. Right. So we have that same thing through our DNA. It’s just in different ways. Absolutely, Absolutely. I mean, how do we know how to do things? How do we. In a split second when we have to make a decision, why do we go in the direction that we do that might save our lives or put us on this amazing path, or we discover something that’s really great for ourselves or for our families? And part of that is our lived experience.
But our ancestors have done this, too. Well, could it be our own intuition? And, you know, we’re tapping into kind of our own sense of, you know, and just the energy around us, but you’re Saying it’s. You’re the first person I’ve interviewed that talk about the DNA and your ancestors, which I think is fascinating. And it makes sense because, like I said, dogs. Not like we’re dogs, but we’re animals too. And if you look at other animals, they. Well, they’re just magically born being able to do things right. And we seem to have to develop more, but we have to have some of that because we are an animal, too.
Yeah. And that’s where, you know, if you’re kind of like thinking, how do I even tap into this? You know, that’s the, that’s the great benefit of exploring the subconscious mind because that’s a way to tap into what’s in the DNA and see what’s really there for us. And what have our, you know, some things we know, we know what our ancestors experienced, some of them, because we’ve heard it from our relatives, our parents told us stories. So we know a little bit, you know, But I like to look at that and I like to go even beyond that.
You know, what were my ancestors doing six or seven generations ago? What was life like? And what did they learn that I can tap into now and use in my life? Well, what do you think about subconscious belief? Like you, if you truly believe something, it’s amazing how it actually works. Right. But if you don’t have, if you don’t have that just to your bone belief, it makes a difference. Yeah, it does. And the fun thing to know about the subconscious, though, is that you can, you can cultivate beliefs. So if you don’t have that core belief that, you know, say, you know, you want to achieve some kind of thing in your life or experience something like, you know, you want to.
You want to take something and bring it to the world, you’ve been tinkering with it, but you just have that, like, I’m never going to be successful kind of thing rolling around in your head. I don’t know, you know, I’ve been there before and it’s like, well, what’s the belief there? And if I have that, which could be on different levels, it could be that I’ve. I’ve picked that up in this life, my ancestors might have been holding that too. And so it’s really strong. But you can change it. You can tap into the subconscious and you can work with that.
Because I’ve been working with subconscious beliefs for a long time, and this is one thing I find really common with this, is that people uncover what they call a limiting belief. And they want to get rid of it so fast. You know, it’s like, yeah, I want to get rid of that sucker. Yeah, and sometimes you do. And it feels so good. It’s so freeing, right, to be free of that belief and open up to something more. Before I do that, I like to look at why it was there. There’s a reason why it was there.
It’s not there for nothing. Like, we are brilliant. There’s wisdom inside of us and there’s a reason why we’re working with that belief. And once we know why, when you release it, you’re not fighting to let it go, you’re not fighting to keep it away. You’re not fighting for that expanded positive belief. It’s just a more natural transition. So, you know, if it’s like, I’m never going to be successful, I’m never going to be successful, what are you getting out of keeping that belief? Well, do you think that whole groups of people do this? Like, there’s.
And that gets passed down to stereotypes. Like we, it kind of gets into, we live a stereotype. When it doesn’t match our. Who we are, people project stereotypes onto us. And it’s amazing. Like, I can be more successful in areas that the stereotype is sub presented on, subjected onto me when I’m like, I don’t even feel like I’m that. But I can be good. Everybody thinks I am, so whatever. And versus something I really feel like I’m good at and I don’t fit the stereotype. And it’s harder. Yeah, absolutely. Well, there’s, there’s group consciousness, so there’s beliefs that get amplified so much and enough people share it that it becomes a group consciousness.
And so then we will have these stereotypes or a bigger energy that is just. It’s more than us and we see it reflected in our life. Like, Sarah, you’re going to be successful doing this. Like, don’t go do that. I remember when I was younger, you know, coming from an immigrant family, it was like, you know, we worked so hard to get you here to this great country. You need to be successful, go study business and make a lot of money, you know, and so that’s what I was on the track to do. I accepted that that was what I was supposed to do.
And to be successful, I had to go into a certain kind of business. And I was on that track and I was doing it, but I was really tired and fighting against that urge in me where I was like, I really want to do something to help people more And I was looking for ways to do that, but it was kind of like this inside of me, because the part of me that wanted to do it, the other part was saying, you can’t. You have to go to this business. Yeah. Until, you know, life happens, and kind of put me on a path to doing the healing kind of work, the subconscious work, and all the things I do.
But I had to work with that belief system. And trust me, when I told my family, like, hey, I’m completely pivoting into this, they were like, freaking nuts. Yeah, well. And. And to be honest, this kind of field, you people think people are nuts when you start talking, but this is real. The energy is real. The stereotypes are how many people have gone in, and you’re like, I don’t know. I. This is so much easier for me because this is the stereotype, because I’m always anti stereotype. I do so many things that are against the stereotype of who I am.
And I’m like, why am I? You know, it’s so much harder. But if I just lean into the stereotype, you just kind of breeze into it. And that is a limitation for all of us. Right. I mean, we kind of limit people around us. We limit ourselves. We. But how do we get past that? Because, I mean, I don’t want to turn this into, like a stereotype conversation, but this is it. But it’s on everybody, on everything. Yeah, it is. So in my opinion, to get past that, you have to start to ask how it’s benefiting you.
What are you getting out of it? You know, that’s the kind of inquiry I like to go into. So what was I getting out of conforming to what my family’s expectations were for me? I got to belong. Right. I get to feel successful, like I was being a good girl. You know, it was giving me some. Where is it easier to just go? It’s just easier to conform. I want you to address this because I know a lot of people feel it’s just easier to conform because I don’t have to deal with the everybody thinking I’m less than I am because I don’t fit that stereotype.
I don’t matter what you are. And. But it’s easy to just breeze in and just do what everybody thinks you’re gonna do, and I don’t have to worry about it. How do you get yourself mentally past that? Well, I think a lot of times we don’t tend to do it the easy way. We don’t sit down and go, like, how Do I get past that? A lot of times life happens and wakes us up and shakes us up into a need to get mentally past that. I think that’s typically how it happens. Right? So something big kind of happens and shakes you up and you realize, I’ve got to make a change.
Screw this, I’m doing it. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. And sometimes it is kind of like that. It’s just like I’m just gonna go against it all and let it go. Other times, I think we white knuckle through it and hope for the best. I don’t think it has to be that way. I just think that’s typically how it’s done. In an ideal world, though, I think you start to get in touch with that undercurrent of energy that has you kind of floating in that direction. What is that undercurrent? Where’s it coming from? Why is it carrying me that way? And why is there a conflict with where I really want to go? Because I think that that feeling where it’s like, oh, it’s just easier to go this way a lot of times, you know, that wake up call that happens, it doesn’t feel easier to go that way anymore.
Just a quick interruption to the show. I want to tell everybody we have a webinar airing Aug. 19 at 4pm with my friend Eddie Connor. It’s a Thrive webinar. He’s the spiritual medium I have every four weeks that comes onto the Thrive Hour. And we are going to do a special webinar for all of my listeners where they get to participate live and do Q and A. Please sign up for it. The link will be below. That makes sense because you are like, this is against everything I believe is right. I need to go in this direction even if the world doesn’t see it.
I’m doing this because it feels right to me. And. And to not do that is. Is against my core. No matter what the whole world says, my family, everybody, this feels right to me. And then how do you develop the self confidence that just keep going? I think that’s a process that we do a little bit every day. There’s just like a little bit every day that we need to notice what we’re doing in making those little choices. Like, I’m choosing this today, so what can I do to build my confidence in this? So when I started doing this work, it wasn’t because I had this epiphany like, I’m going to help people heal.
You know, it wasn’t like that. I had two very Very sick little babies at home. And I was scared out of my mind that I wasn’t going to be able to help them. And nobody was. It was out of desperation for me. So I was definitely one of those like white knuckle in it and trying to figure out a path. Well, you don’t even notice when you’re in desperate mode. I know that when I’m desperate I just freaking go. And I could be, I just go, I don’t care what anybody thinks, I’m going in this direction.
But that’s when you’re desperate. Yeah, but eventually. But they say genius comes out of desperation. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I think there’s a lot of clarity that comes out of it. You know, it’s in that desperation. All that stuff you’re managing, you gotta kind of let go of it because it’s overwhelming. And that’s when that clarity comes in. But you know, building that confidence, it’s like you’ve gotta do something every day that kind of supports where you want to go. So there’s that. But really going into the subconscious and understanding what’s driving you, getting that level of clarity, I think makes a huge difference for people that they’re missing.
That makes this process easier to do is tapping into your subconscious. It’s available for everybody to do. You don’t have to, you know, be in a certain modality. You don’t have to be a healer, a spiritual woo woo kind of person to be able to tap into your subconscious. It is something we all have the ability to do. But once you start to look at that and understand that inner mechanism in your being, your subconscious wants to keep you safe. If it thinks keeping you small and unsuccessful is going to keep you safe, it’s going to work hard to do that, you know, but once you know that, you go like, okay, well what if I want to be safe and successful? How do I do that? I want to be happy.
I don’t want to be miserable. I want to be happy doing what I’m doing now. One thing you said is that you felt that you needed. You were pushed into business so many people. And I felt this when I was younger, pushed into business to make money because the whole way we rate success is how much money you make. And that’s backwards, right? We do want to make money so that we have the freedom to, to be able to. I’m all about freedom. I want my freedom. I want everybody leave me alone. So I want to make enough money to be free, right? I want to have that Freedom element.
But I don’t want to have that be rated and judged by how much money I make. I mean, what the hell is going on with that? We want somebody who is amazing helping people who need help and we don’t. Or a teacher or whatever, some humanitarian. We don’t value that, but we value some dude who makes a bunch of money or some gal. I mean, what is going on with that here in our society? Yeah, I mean, there’s a lot of beliefs that are attached to that. And you know, back in the day, and this is in our DNA, how our ancestors were forming this.
Right. Because there was a time when money wasn’t even a thing. You know, people exchanged goods and that was the currency. You know, and communities work together. Whoever was growing this or, you know, supplying this, there was, you know, sharing of that. Along the way, society changed and we started to develop beliefs about money and influence and what that meant. And it’s a little. It’s held differently for different people. But again, you’ve got that group consciousness that has risen saying, you know, money is success, money means you have the power, et cetera. You know, these are beliefs.
And we can pick these apart individually and see, like, what am I doing with these? How are they influencing my life? Can I have that enough money to feel free, be happy, live a good life? You know, are there beliefs that are opposing that? What do I want to do with those? We lost sense of the wise elder. Like we used to really respect the elders because they were wise. Right. We lost that. And I think we’ve developed a worship of money and the people who make money. But we’ve. Because of that, there’s an undercurrent of hating people who make money and they’re trying to tear that down.
And so it’s a jealousy factor too, which is so destructive. So we’ve turned this money into we worship them or we hate them. And hate might not be too powerful of a word based on some of the actions that I see where you jealousy thing, that’s just as destructive as worshiping them. And maybe it’s worse. The opposite of what maybe it is worshiping them in a different way. Manner. Yeah. And I think that part of that is feeling like we don’t know who we really are, you know, where we’ve lost a sense of who we are.
And what I mean by that is, you know, we’re here and we’re having this human experience and we have a soul. You know, there’s more to us. There’s an aspect of Us that is really divine and wise and capable of this life. And I think a lot of people feel disconnected from that part of themselves. And so we’re searching outside of ourselves for like, how do we stay safe? Who do we look to for information and guidance? And I, I see people getting lost in that process, but it starts with really being grounded in who you are and being able to read for real truth.
Do you look at astrology and the energies coming through the patterns? Yeah, to a certain degree. I’m not an astrologer, so I’m not super well versed in it, but I do kind of pay attention to it and see what’s going on with it. Do you? Because it’s a layer, right. It’s one of the layers that affect us. It’s one of many. Right. Was what I’m hearing is that you have of. That’s. That’s the energies that coming into you and so you’re sent the environment that you’re operating in versus the energy that comes from your DNA versus the energy that maybe comes through your past lives.
You know, I mean, there’s all the these layers that you’re talking about. Yeah, there’s a lot of layers because, you know, we’re here and there is all of that within us and we’re living in this reality on this planet where there are influences in our environment. And some of that is astrological. And we feel in our environment a lot of different layers of things that are happening in the weather, in air patterns, the fires that are going on. People feel that even if they’re not anywhere near that because we’re influenced by the environment too. So there are all of these layers, how we interact with them.
Is that interesting place that I look like to look at with people is how are we interacting with that? Do we feel that we’re just at the mercy of all of this stuff, even with astrology? I think astrology is great information about energy patterns and influence happening. But how are we reacting to it? How are we using that information? You can’t let it control you. Right. Just like anything else, you can’t let that dictate what you do. But maybe you. It’s like you don’t the weather, you’re going to do something that is more conducive to the proper weather.
So you use it maybe for that, but you don’t use it to control who you are. Right? Yeah. You don’t want it to control who you are. You want to be able to be free to make decisions, to evaluate what’s going on around you. But to work with that energy, even with like a lot of what I see is people dealing with in their environment. Chemtrails, pathogens, like bacteria, you know, things that we can’t see, they’re not tangible. So we have kind of like a fear of them. And so we feel with that like they’re kind of controlling us.
Like we have to react to everything. And that’s actually, in my opinion, not totally how it has to be either. You know, there’s a way to work with your own energy and that innate intelligence to shift that relationship so that you don’t feel like you’re always reacting to everything in the environment, seen and unseen. And what do you mean by that? Like how do you shift your behavior so you’re not always reacting versus just letting it flow? Yeah, I mean, some things that you can do where I feel like people do take their, their power back in those situations is they, they start to read about healthy things they can do, or they go to the gym or they make healthier choices.
And those are some small ways that we take that back. But what I like to look at is just how everything’s energy. So I’m always looking at what is the vibration of everything. And everything does have its own unique vibration. Everybody’s kind of up in arms about this current parasite thing, the cyclospora, and they’re afraid because they’re like, oh my gosh, if I eat lettuce, am I going to get this thing? You know, I just ignore that stuff now. Maybe that’s a good example. I’m tired of listening. I don’t even pay attention. I tend to get a lot of phone calls about stuff like this.
So I hear about it a lot and I, you know, I think there’s ways to build bodies resilience up against those things. But one of the things that came out of that desperation phase that I had was to start learning about, you know, do I really need to be afraid of everything coming at my kids? Like, is there a way to deal with this? And no, you don’t. One of the things that comforted me was knowing that everything does have a certain vibration to it and anything that has a vibration has a counter vibration so everything can be brought into balance.
That’s great. Yeah. And so many of this fear porn with these viruses and the health scares. Yeah, we do have a lot of pollution. We need to take care of that. But if you build up your immune system and you’re super robust, you don’t have as much to worry about. Yeah, exactly. And so there’s a lot you can do. But I. And I believe that starts with that innate intelligence in the body, knowing you have it. You know, what I struggle with is. Is knowing. And people can probably tell because I’ve talked about it in the show.
Knowing that people who run our world are like the Epstein class, you know, knowing that they hurt children, knowing that there’s this blackmail system, knowing that they never get held accountable. And I personally struggle with that idea of people like that running around freely and that they are dictating to me what. And others how the society should run. And those are the kind of people that we have to deal with. I can’t get over that personally, and it really bothers me a lot. How do we work through some of that? And I know there’s a lot of people who are just totally disgusted.
How do we work through that and not let it affect. I mean, I. Doesn’t affect my life, really, because this is what I do as a job. Right. Yeah. But I know there are people out there who it fundamentally impacts to the point where they’re just. The disgust really impacts how they operate. What should they do about something like that? I know it’s a hard question, because that’s like. Okay, I’m not quite sure. Well, actually, I mean, it’s. It’s. I had an experience of that where, you know, I kind of. I kind of tune out a lot, too, just so I can stay, you know, focused.
Yeah. And. Because you can’t just let it all in. But I had a moment visiting one of my kids abroad where they started talking about the whole Epstein thing. And this is. This is a little ways back, but it just hit me a certain way one day. They were talking about it, and it was like, boom, right in the heart, you know, where it just. I could feel it, and I could feel all of the trauma of all of these people who are directly impacted by it. And I felt it just come home to me. And I felt like you could feel their energy.
Right. That’s. I think that’s the problem with me. Yeah. Yeah. And I think a lot of people do feel that because we’re all connected, and so we feel. Feel that energy of what people are experiencing all over. And sometimes it really comes home to us in a way that we feel like we don’t know what to do with it. And it does affect our lives. So the process. I like to do with that because it does happen to me, too. And I see it happen with people I work with quite a bit, it happens that any kind of normal functioning human being is when you have empathy, whether it’s against this or something else, where it’s really hard, right? It’s really hard.
It is really hard. And I think that, you know, there isn’t just one process that’s going to work for everybody, but I think that there’s ways for us to harness that innate information going into our beliefs and our energetic patterns. So I can tell you one of the things I did when I had that moment, when I had a little time after that to just sit quietly with myself and go, why am I reacting this way? Why is it hitting me so hard today? It wasn’t the first day I ever heard about it. And I started to energy test.
So I use a form of energy testing with my body to see what’s really going on, what’s in the subconscious. Because your body’s going to tell you. Your body’s going to tell you what you need to know. And I could feel the layers of trauma that I was holding in my own body getting triggered by that information. I could feel the layers of trauma that had happened in my ancestors that was unresolved, getting triggered by that information. And I needed to do a little bit of belief work pattern repatterning in the subconscious to resolve that. But I also needed to look at why am I getting triggered? Okay, I’m holding some of this.
What does it tell me? We have shared humanity. We’re here for the love. You know, we came here to help each other heal and shift this world. And sometimes we use that intense contrast to wake up, to make a decision, to do something with that energy, to remember that we can do something with it. And you can. Quick break from the program to share with you something amazing. This is called sloop. It’s actually Slupp 332, but it’s been shortened to Sloop. And this thing mimics exercise. It seems too good to be true. I first shared this on my sub stack and I had Dr.
Diane Kaiser and we went through all the benefits of this and the whole thing sold out. You can’t get it anywhere, really, across the industry and the people who are using it the most are athletes and bodybuilders and people who want to see extra performance in athletics. Because this, in preclinical studies with mice, increased their endurance by 70% and their distance by 45%. I mean, it’s incredible. And it’s been shown to mimic exercise even when you’re at rest in pre Clinical studies with obese mice, they lost upwards of 12% of their body weight in four weeks and it increased muscle.
So this is really taking the industry by storm. It’s actually not that expensive either. With my 10% coupon it’s about $80 for maybe a two month supply if you take one capsule a day. If you decide to up it to two capsules a day because your dosage depends on what you want, then it’s a one month supply. But Dr. Diane recommends doing one capsule a day until your body gets used to it. You might not see see the same level of results right away that the mice did, but your body can get used to it and see if it’s something that you really want to do.

And there’s been a lot of people who’ve acted out and are called to help out. But there’s more than just, you know, the Epstein. I mean it’s a operate that kind of operation is something that goes on everywhere and, and the empathy and starting to realize that there’s people who are really suffering, you know, whether it’s through wars or through hunger or, you know, and people are struggling with the war, right.
With the wars that are going on right now. It’s one thing to see soldiers fighting each other. It’s another thing to see, you know, 25000 kids being blown up or something. You know, I mean it’s just, it’s very hard to deal with wars of innocent people dying. Right. And we’ve seen it on television. Vietnam War was the first war that the, the press got in there and were taking pictures and the country revolted against the Vietnam War. The little girl that was running with the, you know, during the Vietnam War, the famous picture of the little girl running and he ended up wearing the photographer won the Pulitzer for that.
And it shifted the war that that one picture, what we have seen is on steroids compared to that. What we’ve been seeing with these wars, you know, and part, a lot of it might be AI, you know, so much of it is just propaganda, but not all of it. We’re seeing a lot that’s real. And so what we’re seeing is on steroids compared to what the Vietnam War. And they, the public turned against the war because, because of that we are seeing the public turning against wars like never before because we don’t want to see human beings suffering like this.
Now what would you say to people who are almost shutting down with suffering through that? Because I mean, that’s a real thing too. Yeah. And I don’t think there’s enough places for people to really process how they feel and their emotions and even what I’m talking about, going into the subconscious and working with your energy intentionally, it’s beneficial. But this isn’t a, like, let me tidy it all up so I don’t feel this. You know, we’re, we’re, we are reacting to this stuff and there needs to be a place to process the disgust and the fear and the terror and the rage that this stuff elicits within us.
And the government not acknowledging it makes it worse anyways. I had to throw that in there. Keep going. Yes. It doesn’t make it worse. I completely agree with you and I wonder why. This is. The kind of stuff I think about is like, how big does it have to get for us to start tapping in to the immense intelligence and power within us to create this world differently? What is it going to take? And it’s different from person to person. But sometimes I’m like, man, it’s taken a lot of, I know it’s a comfortable, I don’t know, I know I can look at more of this myself, you know, Come on everybody, let’s go, let’s get it going.
Yeah, no, I, I, I see that. Yeah, this is, this is, but this is what everybody’s dealing with. And you can see it when we all, you know, people talk and it’s just behind the scenes and we’re all just like, what in the world is going on? We don’t, we don’t, we don’t want this, we don’t want this. I also personally feel what I’ve seen. And so this is just the world according to me. But I just feel too, the difference that’s happened over generations is there is a bombardment of energies and things. Vaccines, the, the substances therein that are affecting people there.
It’s affecting their mind, it’s affecting their emotions, it’s affecting how they respond to things. It affects, I mean, for some people, I do feel like they numb out. You know, they, they do feel things are dulled out because it’s, what do I do about all of this? It just feels like a no win. So I think some people do kind of numb out. I don’t think that’s the only thing that happens. Depends how a person is kind of, you know, their energy configuration, what’s going on with that. Some people are more numb to things or they’re really unable to really get to that inner guidance system.
Do you think that. And this is what I believe, if the actions to make a difference, even if it’s small, is therapeutic. Yes. I think anything that you can do to feel like you’re making a difference, to feel like you’re creating a change that you can take back, that personal power is therapeutic and it’s beneficial. Anything to get away from the learned helplessness state that we’ve kind of gotten into and start reversing that cycle the opposite direction, where you start to learn how to be helpful instead of learn helpful, you know, helplessness. And it’s. It’s a momentum thing, isn’t it? Like, you get it started and then it builds on itself.
Yeah. Because once you feel that agency in yourself again and you realize it matters, you want more of it. And you’re going to want to look for ways to get more and more of that and experience it more. And even that intention and that desire in you is going to start drawing more of that to you. It may require some changes along the way so that you can really align with it. But that’s kind of how that works, right? Is that once you get it a little bit, you want more, and then the universe has to kind of meet you in a match with that, and then we’ve got to show up for it and say, yes, that’s right.
You have to be ready for it. You act on it well. You work with clients and you do all this work. You’re amazing. This has been a wonderful company conversation. I’m really happy we did this. Where can people find you, learn more about you, see you speak or whatever you do. I work remotely a lot. I live on the Zoom platform pretty much because I work with people all over the US and abroad as well. So my company is called Purely Residents, so that’s where you can kind of find me. But I do a lot of discussions on all of the ways that you can start to take your power back.
Remember who you are, get some clarity on, you know, what’s affecting you, what is dulling things out, what is causing that apathy or just complete despair, you know, so. And start shifting out of that. There are ways to do it. So I love that even if you’re burned out, like, if you’re just working too much and just how to start to unwind some of that. Yeah. And I think sometimes we need a rest and our culture doesn’t really Condone that. Sometimes we just, like, need a break. We need to go have fun, we need to play and laugh and, you know, laughter is really healing and it feels like we’re not even allowed to have that.
And sometimes we feel guilty having it, especially in the face of what’s happening in the world right now. It’s like, who are we to just go enjoy life when people are suffering so much? That, that I see a lot is as a tremendous burden on people. And there are, you know, we can’t change somebody else’s life and just like, pick them up and move them out of something. We can’t always do that the way we want to. But there is a tremendous power in shifting things within yourself and letting that spread out in the world. And that never made sense to me.
You know, back in the day, 20 years ago, if you told me that, I’d go like, oh, yeah, sure. You know, it’s the lived experience and really seeing how that can happen, even in small ways that you start to want more of that. You really want to do that. And facing some of our own pain points. And I don’t mean, you know, long drawn out, you know, raking through all of our history kind of stuff. I. I don’t do that. I don’t. I don’t think it has to be like that. I mean, if you like it, go for it.
You know, if you want to relive it all again, that’s up to you. It’s not necessarily beneficial. I always. I’ve been told that too. Yeah. Yeah. I don’t, I don’t think it has to be that way, but I think there’s meaningful ways to understand why things are the way they are, why we created it this way, to take that wisdom forward. But let things change, let the world change, let yourself change in ways that are more in line with what you want to experience. If you want the war to end, if you want these things to finally come to an end, if you want to tap into that law of free will that actually exists on this planet, even though it doesn’t seem like it, but I’m going to tell you it is, it’s here, you know, like, can we tap into that and live more harmoniously in alignment with that energy? Like, what can we do to do that? I think that there’s gentle ways to explore that and start to really embody that.
So that’s the kind of stuff I like to talk about and do. And, you know, in different ways, you know, just like taking our power back from some of these stories. I mean, the information on this planet, there is so much of it pinging around all the time. I think it’s, it’s just enormous, like, trying to make sense of it all. That’s right. And, you know, being able to separate that out and just read for what’s really true, what’s really happening is, is a real gift. So, you know, where can they follow you? Purely resonance.com is my website.
We have, we have an Instagram, so if people want to hook up there, we absolutely can, but that’s, that’s where they can find me. And I would love to continue that conversation with anybody that’s interested. This was wonderful. Thank you so much for coming to the program.
