THE KIRK MURDER IS QUICKLY TURNING INTO A JFK-STYLE CONSPIRACY

Or we’re looking at, let’s say, avoiding going in directions that would provide inconvenient truths. And that’s the only thing that I can conclude here. I’ve made copious notes here, and I’m going to go through, and I’m just going to throw them out there, and I’m saying, if I’m wrong, as Charlie would say, prove me wrong. I don’t even want to go down this path. I want to focus on what Charlie’s legacy was and how we continue it and expand it going forward. That’s what I want my main mission to be. I don’t want to get mired, as I warned you about a couple of days ago, into the kitchen argument about, well, what about this thing that happened at the scene? What about that thing that happened at the scene? We wasted 30 years in the JFK assassination doing that and not looking at what really mattered once we had enough facts.

Well, we’ve got stuff here that defies good law enforcement. There’s no question about it. There’s no way to say this is anything but a cover-up or gross negligence. I’ll leave it to you to decide which one, but I can no longer ignore it and maintain any credibility. In fact, I had some people in my own audience calling me out over the last week, Dave, you’re a JFK expert. How can you not say, I don’t jump to those conclusions, but there are some things now that have become inescapable. And well, people like former Utah representative Lyman, he’s come out and he’s talking about this definitively.

Okay, let’s get down to it. And I’m not even going to break this down because this stuff is now everywhere. I’m going to perhaps provide some novel analysis, but most of what I’m going to say here is out there. It’s there. This isn’t even controversial. It’s not conspiratorial. It’s evidence that’s glaring us in the face and daring us to ask questions. Um, I have quickly lost confidence in cash Patel.

That’s where I’m at. Maybe I’ll prove it wrong, but I don’t think so because I’ve been slow to get to this point. All right. Let’s talk about the most obvious thing that we know. We see Robinson running across a roof, but at least 10 seconds of the video been cut out by the FBI that they put on their own YouTube channel. We don’t see him in a prone position. We don’t see him firing the rifle. I do not believe he broke the rifle down and jumped off the roof with it because it’s an involved process to break that rifle down.

And I don’t care what kind of gunny sergeant from the Marines you are. It takes time because gunny sergeants are saying that what they’re being, what they’re looking at here and saying he broke this down in that amount of time is B.S. The other thing too, is we know that this man is already running on the roof before the people are ducking. I’ve seen the video evidence for this. I’ve seen it side by side. One frame consecutive. Uh, we’re establishing a timeline. This is a big problem for me. And the FBI shows him running and jumping off the roof like, okay, case closed.

No, you think you’re going to get a conviction on that. And then when I hear from the legal side of things, oh my God, goodness gracious. We got eyewitnesses. The scene said that this man who jumped off the roof, got in the car with somebody else, but he’s a lone nut assassin. What did he hitchhike stick his thumb out and somebody picked him up. That’s what you’d have to believe to ignore other eyewitness testimony. Then there are the missing camera footages. Not only we’re not seeing the first 10 to 12 seconds, we are not seeing cameras that were behind Charlie to the side of Charlie.

There are other cameras on that campus where it’s been totally ignored. Why? Oh, we’re the most transparent organization ever says cash Patel. Well then put the darn videos out and let the people see and decide for themselves. The era of take our word for or in charge. That era is over. The trust has been broken between this government in certain agencies and the people. And the polls reflect it. This isn’t just my view. This is a consistently held theme. Now, the other thing that you’re looking at here is the area should still be cordoned off. You agree? I mean, the pipe bomb incident outside DNC headquarters on January 6th.

That’s still being investigated. It’s over four years later. Yet in less than a week, there was construction at the crime scene construction. I saw an interview and then I talked to an attorney both saying the same thing. If they were the attorney for Robinson, they’d be taking that information alone and presenting spoilage of evidence crime scene tampering. I’m not a forensic psychologist, although I’m interviewing one on Monday about this. But I am someone who has common sense. I’m someone who can listen to experts in different areas and connect the dots and the dots are this is crime scene destruction.

You don’t do this to a crime scene of a major homicide. And start to destroy the crime scene five days after the event. But this is exactly what has happened. Exactly. Can I point my finger at anybody anywhere? No, no. And one other thing that looms out there that and this is what I’m wondering in my mind. President Trump has declared Antifa to be a terrorist organization. At the same time that the quick aftermath has transpired. What does he know? Well, we look at the shell casings and we have a pretty good idea. Bella chow chow chow anti-fascist statement from an old Italian song.

A fascist catch this on one of the bullets. And then we have Antifa being designated as a terrorist organization. We would have to be stupid not to ask the question. Is there a connection here? The president knows about. There’s possibilities here on why no law enforcement’s this bad. Hey, first we had cash Mattel rushing to the scene, which you don’t do. And then we have him announcing we’ve got the man. No, you got the decoy decoy. The decoy boy is what I call him Zinn. Z-I-N-N. Providing a distraction. He’s being charged. That’s not a conspiracy.

He’s being charged with that. But we got our guy when we arrested him. That was a now. We got the guy. Well, we don’t have the guy. 33 hours later, well, we got the guy. Okay. Now, Robinson’s not cooperating. He’s invoking the fifth. And there’s more holes in this case than Swiss cheese. And my fear is if he’s guilty, this has been handled so badly, he has a good chance to walk. And this is what lawyers that I trust and I talked to and they say, yeah, you don’t have crime scene preservation. If they’ve got these videos, where are they? And we see a cell phone camera taking a video of someone in Charlie Kirk’s crew taking down and breaking down the video almost immediately after the assassination.

And it was the video camera that was behind Charlie. Now, this was a straight on shot. This camera would have likely caught the trajectory and we could have learned a lot from it. Why is it being broken down by a staff member? And I’m not trying to piss off the Charlie Kirk people. I’m in complete support in mourning with you. But there’s a question that I have seen the evidence. The evidence is out there. It’s all through social media. How did the FBI or even local law enforcement immediately on the scene? How do they let that camera be broken down by a non law enforcement person? That’s a problem.

And then we have Marine Corps snipers. I count two of them now. Some people have told me it’s five people. Okay. Well, I don’t know whether it’s two or five. I know of two and they’re saying this wasn’t a straight on shot because the bullet hit on the jawline death was instant. Didn’t bleed out and that a straight on shot would not have hit at that angle. Now, the thing that I would say, okay, this is a skeptical part of me. Was Charlie turning his head at the moment and I don’t really care to go watch the reenactment makes me sick to my stomach.

But the entire narrative is falling apart and there is so many loopholes for a defense attorney to exploit here that let’s say the case is as cash Patel says it is. Tyler Robinson acting alone did this terrible thing, not influenced by anybody else. Despite the fact that we’re getting emails that seem to have had foreknowledge by mentioning the date that’s out there publicly too. But let’s assume cash Patel at his word. Why would you allow your people to be so sloppy? And first of all, why is the FBI taking over a local murder case? If Charlie was a congressman, or Charlie was in the cabinet, then it becomes a federal issue.

This was not a crime that crossed state lines. This is a local crime. For Utah authorities to deal with. It’s not for the FBI. Now they can assist and the FBI can be asked, can we use your crime scene lab? You got better stuff than we do. Can you use your best people to analyze the video footage? You could do that. But immediately the FBI was on the scene and took control of the investigation. And this is a user patient of judicial authority and law enforcement authority. This is not a federal case and I’m not quite sure how the feds think they can charge this guy with a federal crime.

I don’t see one. This is straight local. So why the rush to judgment? Why the rush to FBI taking over the case? And I haven’t heard an explanation. I haven’t heard the Utah authority say, well, we called in the FBI. We need their help. No, no, no, no, no, that hasn’t been done. These are major, major problems here. And I’m just I’m looking here. There was the work of a guy named Blake Bednar’s and he went back to the scene and he videotaped all the camera angles. Where are they cash? We have a guy that’s exposed where all the cameras are.

And then there’s the issue of multiple drones in the air over the area at the time of the event. That hasn’t been addressed at all. Yet now we’ve got some private video footage that shows some of this. Now I’m more in the questioning mode here than I am in the conspiratorial mode. I’m asking questions, but I will say this. When you run a video on social media FBI and say, this is before you caught Robinson and you publish the fact that the man. Shot Charlie Kirk and that’s on your description. But you cut off the first part of the video that could have shown this person in a prone position.

Why are we not expected to ask these probing questions? And you know, the thing about to Dan Bongino, this guy has shown me through the years, he’s a man of almost impeccable integrity. Why is he tolerating this? This is a problem, ladies and gentlemen, this is a big problem. And I want answers. I almost feel like the reenactment here of a few good men. You want answers? I think I’m entitled. You want answers? Cash Patel, I want the darn truth. And we’re not getting the picture here. And you’ve already spoiled the crime scene.

So don’t talk to me about there’s only so much I can talk about. You’ve gone past that point. You crossed the Rubicon when you allowed construction at the site. I’m Dave Hodges.
