Not a thing. I don’t know. And I thought, okay, everyone’s going to figure that out. And they didn’t figure it out. And Cindy Lou went on to Washington, D.C. and went down on the infamous day of January 6th. And we’ve been on this incredible journey together. And I’ll let her go into more details, but she has been pardoned. And let’s, let’s clear that up, because a lot of people don’t understand this piece of the pardon. I’ve been pardoned, but that did not erase my conviction. Right, Right. I have a pardon that sits on top of the conviction of being guilty on four misdemeanor charges.
Yeah. Which was going to give you how much time in jail? So the prosecution wanted nine months. And I ended up with being sentenced for four months, plus a $4,000 fine, plus a following after four months incarceration, then following two months more home detention and then two years of extended probation, which I never served because my pardon was signed on the 27th and I was supposed to report on the 28th. And, you know, Lisa talks about this journey. We’ve been through it. She was there with me in D.C. during the inauguration. We went to an inauguration event.
She was there when the pardons were signed and felt the excitement of all that. We have been on this journey since day one. I was there at your trial. She was at my trial. She was also the broadcaster that got the FBI to give me a call. Still love you, Lisa. We literally. They had basically almost exonerated her and just said, you know, there’s nothing. You haven’t done anything wrong. And we recorded the podcast. Didn’t even put it out yet. It didn’t even get there the next day. What happened? The FBI called me and said that the warrant for me had been unsealed and that I needed to self surrender at the courthouse in Concord, New Hampshire.
They were monitoring me. They. They knew that we had done the Broadcast. Not the broadcast, the tape session. Right. And then things started happening. Yeah. This is your page for me. This is. Yeah. So. So Cindy has been going through a lot. It was a couple years of hell of them just putting her through so much. She had attorneys that were disbarred, that were given to her by the state. I mean, you, you couldn’t have made this story up if you tried. No. And it gets even worse with the stuff I’m uncovering now. It’s like it, it’s the never ending story of corruption.
Really is. Yeah. So Cindy, Cindy Lou is in the middle of writing a book and she’s doing all this research and she’s uncovered some astounding information about someone who was on her jury poll. I mean, he was the foreman. Yes, he was the foreman of the jury, which is insane. So I’m going to let you explain this because it really is incomprehensible what they did, because even watching your trial and seeing how they were allowing certain people. There was a woman allowed on her trial who had just come off another J6 trial, had heard all the evidence and everything, admitted it, and the judge said she could be in and she was shocked that she was actually allowed to be on that jury.
And then there was also the little game that they played in the beginning where both FBI agents, three FBI agents actually, were allowed to sit and listen to each other’s testimony during the trial. Usually they seclude the witnesses so that they don’t hear each other’s testimony. But There’s a Rule 615 that I didn’t even know was happening because I don’t know what Rule 15 is. But that allowed the judge to say, oh, well, she was passed between this FBI agent and that FBI agent. So they were both dealing with her. So they both can be in the room at the same time.
And one can sit at the prosecution table and pick the jurors and listen to the sidebar. So. So this was before his testimony. So he got to listen to everything that was going on between every attorney’s. Everything. Everything. And this was a witness for the prosecution? Yep, it was. I. I sat there and. Bizarre. It was bizarre. I totally lost faith in our, in our judicial system. When I witnessed that. I. I was just astounded. Well, what I’m going to tell you today isn’t going to make you believe in it any deeper. So in looking through and researching for my book, my story, I started looking at the voir dire, which is where they bring in.
They, they had 32 questions. That was grueling, wasn’t it, Lisa? I mean, every potential juror was asked 32 questions by the judge. And there was a number of questions like, you know, one of the key questions, number 30, was, do you have any strong feelings about Donald Trump or his supporters? And then there was also questions about the Capitol. Do you know anybody in the Capitol, or are you familiar with the grounds or whatever? Well, long story short, every juror that answered yes to one of those questions was brought forward to the stand and then asked those questions, plus a bunch more by the judge, at which point the prosecution and the defense could dig a little deeper and decide if they were going to strike them for cause or, you know, let them pass.
And then you have one chance at the end where you can can them then. So in comes this juror. He was number 374. He sat in seat number 12 on my jury. His name is Jeremy Brinster. And from the digging that I’ve done post trial, Brinster was named in leaked emails discussing how to push back on Bernie Sanders supporters. This is in 2016 for DNC funded super PACs. He was also listed as an early point, key point, maybe the only point of early data exfiltration of. Remember the whole email thing with Hillary? Yeah. All those emails that were deleted.
Yeah. So this is, we’re going back to April 2016. But he had emails prior to that that they were starting to key in on the metadata. And he was sending a lot of emails because his role in the DNC was as a staffer that would manage the optics for Hillary. And along with this is Russiagate is happening at the same time. And he’s. These emails are all tied into the Russiagate piece too. So there was infiltration of the email servers by. It says Guccifer 2.0. Guccifer was Seth Rich. Seth Richard, we believe was murdered. Right. Because of his activity.
He was actually on the dnc. He wasn’t a Republican. He was, he was a. He was a Democrat. And he was killed because didn’t he out the information about Bernie, about the emails? WikiLeaks. Right. He was shot in the back two times. They never found out who did it. Yeah. So we get to the jury questionnaire and Mr. Brinster and he answers to questions 10, 15, 27 and 32. He doesn’t answer that. Key question number 30. Do you have strong feelings about Donald Trump? Now? What I just told you, wouldn’t you think that was strong feelings regarding Donald Trump? So he just left it blank like he didn’t say blank.
So nobody picked up on that question. Okay, so Harvey says, okay, we’re going to go over these questions that you answered yes to 10, 15, 27, 32. So Harvey is the judge. Harvey’s the judge, yes. Honorable Judge Harry, be nice for now. Sorry, I just don’t have it anymore. All right, so question 10, Judge Harvey says, you know, let me just remind you, this is a question that asks if you or any member of your family, close friend, have ever studied law, been employed as a lawyer or a law firm, worked in the courthouse, or worked as a paralegal or legal secretary, or performed legal investigators, engaged for work.
So he says, yes, he’s an attorney. And he vaguely talks about that. He doesn’t do a lot of criminal stuff. His work is mostly civil. He does, he neglects to talk about his DNC research job in 2016, which I think would be investigative work. Right. Then say a word about that. And then he goes on to say that he’s working on a matter that’s currently under seal. And him and Judge Harvey go back and forth on that a little bit. And Harvey goes, okay, I understand it’s under seal. Well, looking at the under seal case, it was with Matthew Graves, who was U.S.
attorney general at the time, who’s on every piece of J6 paperwork that there is. There’s another link that he failed to disclose because it was under seal. When the court puts something under seal, that’s so you, the public will never know that it existed. And if it remains under seal, you will never know that it existed. So he, they go back and forth on that. Then he talks about, you know, that he, he lives near the Capitol, worked at a street a little bit ways away from the Capitol. That’s his experience with the Capitol. He neglects to say that he knows Capitol people like Debbie Schultz, Debbie Weiserman Schultz, who he worked with, who he did the email exchange with on the dnc.
So just to clarify, she was the head of the DNC when Hillary Clinton was running for president. Yeah. So this goes very deep, as you can understand. And I’m probably just scratching the surface with the research and the, the, you know, the searching that I’ve done with Google. I’m sure there’s more in depth information that I can get to. I just don’t know how to get to it. Right. Or who to help me to get to it. So there’s, so here’s the, the gist of things. I’ve filed a motion with the court. Now my case is Technically closed.
So I filed a motion with the court for relief and reconsideration because of these factors that I’ve just learned about asking them to either vacate my. My. Not. Not the sentence, the conviction. Vacate my conviction and. Or give me a new trial, which I really don’t want. But. So let me ask you this. I don’t even know how that worked. Because of double jeopardy. Right. Yeah. Right. No, I wouldn’t put new trial in there. But let me ask you, because what happened with all the prosecutors, the federal prosecutors. So is your former att, the prosecutor. She’s still there.
Okay. Because I thought that they had gotten rid of some of them. Some of them have, and I think they’re just starting to work through them. But she’s still there. Pavan is still there. Yeah. But you wouldn’t. Would you get a new prosecutor? It doesn’t matter. You don’t have any. I don’t even think that this would involve her at this point, because this is me asking the judge review the case. And either you’re going to order a mistrial or you’re going to vacate the conviction. Yeah. Or we’re going to discuss it further. Right, right. Here’s something that’s really interesting.
I don’t know if you remember this and if this is relevant. So Cindy has a brilliant. Had a brilliant attorney, Rabbi Jonathan, and he made a request at the very end of the trial. Well, to also communicate with the jurors to find out why they made the decisions that they did. And was it one person stayed behind to have a conversation? It’s one out of all of them. Right. And do you remember what he said about the fact that they were very grateful that there was an attorney that was the foreman and the juror who was able to guide them as to what the rule of law was? Oh, I totally remember.
He was instrumental in helping them come to their decision. So this is. He had a key role in your conviction? He absolutely did. And he withheld information, which is perjury. You can. You can be charged for it. So I. So here’s where. Where do you go. You’ve got a court system that’s obviously very corrupted at this point. It hasn’t been cleaned out. So my line of looking for justice right now is filing a bar complaint, which I’ve done on this guy because he was under oath and he wasn’t truthful, number one. So I spelled that all out in detail.
So I filed a bar complaint on him. He’s. He’s licensed out of Texas. So I filed to the Texas Bar. I’ve also filed to DC Bar because he operates in both jurisdictions. I filed a complaint against Honorable Judge Harvey for his actions during my trial, which I believe violated his oath of office and his upholding of the Constitution. Your Sixth Amendment right guarantees that you have the right to an impartial jury. This jury was far from impartial, and I have the proof. Yeah, so. So where did you find this proof? I want to hire you as a private investigator if I ever need anything, because, man, you are good.
Well, when I get on a tear, Lisa. Yeah, I know. You do. I. I just get up in the morning and I start looking at stuff, and I start doing searches, and I. I do his name, and then I do Trump, and then I do his name with Russiagate, and then I do his name with the dnc. I just kept doing. And it. And it just kept. This is all in public. This is all public. This is all public information that anybody can look at. Yeah. So this is on the Internet. Wow. WikiLeaks has his. His emails.
And can you get access to it? Because it was. WikiLeaks was dumped. No, I’ve got. I’ve got screenshots of all his emails. Oh, wow. Yeah, of course you do. So, you know, this is like. It just goes to show that the. It’s. It’s like an onion. You start peeling the layers. Right. And it’s just. It just goes on and on and on, and we need people that want accountability because we. We don’t have anywhere to go. I mean, we’ve heard it on other podcasts that when you find these things and you bring them forward, if no one listens to you, if they just shut you down, it goes nowhere.
So the court of public opinion. Yeah, really, that is really important. So what are the ramifications? Let’s say someone does decide. You know, I’m wondering. I mean, Marjorie Taylor Greene is so badass, and she’s been a huge proponent of helping you guys. Well, I’ve got a little open door to Marjorie and. Yeah. Making sure it gets to the places. So far, I’ve reached out to Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon. I mean, I. I’m going everywhere because Joe Rogan last. It’s time for this to stop. This is not justice. Yeah. This is not justice. Yeah. Alex Jones, Joe Rogan.
Jones. Joe Rogan. Nino Jaco. Yeah. Evan. Yeah, everybody, you know. Yeah, me, but. Yeah, but, Lisa, you’re the first. And the way things with us, I don’t know. And you Say you’re manifesting a lot. So start manifesting. I know. It’s been insane. Everything I’ve been manifesting. You think of things and they happen. It’s been a crazy time. So, yes, we will get this out. And, you know, my question for you is, what are the ramifications? Let’s say they start to go after this guy and they show that he was really. What happens with that and all his.
His connections within the DNC? Well, remember the 1512 charge that the Supreme Court shut down that they tried to use against J6ers? That was the litigate. The. The rules that they wrote for Enron as. As far as conspiracy and manipulating documents. Remember that? Wouldn’t it be interesting if he got charged with the 1512? And so what does that mean? It’s a felony. It’s a felony charge. That would mean he could get the J6 treatment, which. But. But the true J6 treatment would be put in jail without anything and disappeared. Yeah. And disappear for years without anyone knowing where are.
Without having your Miranda rights. Without G being told what. Squatted. He could be squatted. He could. He could have it all. I even sent this to Ivan. Yeah. Retribution Y. Yeah. Ivan Rman. Yeah. Amazing. Well, I’m hoping that we can get some. The word out and people will spread the word. And. And if people want to do something, what can they do? All right, so are there letters that can be written? Are there. Who can we. Right now? Right now, my motion is not accepted yet in the. In the court. So what happens is I filed them.
Now the clerk has done what’s called a leave to review my file because the case is technically closed. Yeah. So if the judge grants my motion to consider, we’ll see how he goes with this. But if the case were reopened and we have, like, some kind of open case on this, people could do a motion to join. So I have a question, because would this go back to the original judge Harvey, or this is any judge. So what is his first. Right. But what is his incentive to open this if he knows that you’ve also got complaints against him to the bar? There is no incentive.
But if he fails, and if the bar fails to act on my complaints, then they’re open for suit. I don’t know where this is going, Lisa. I think we’re in the very beginning stages of it. And who knows? I’ve got some people that, now that I’ve uncovered this, that know deeper about the whole DNC stuff with Russiagate and the emails and Clinton and all of that and will help me kind of get grounded and clear on. So he’s directly connected to Russiagate as well? In what? Like the key. When. When they started looking at the emails that led to all of the manipulation of optics for Russiagate, he was identified as the key person that they looked at for emails.
So he was the one who all the emails went to and then he dispersed them. Yeah. And. And said, we’re managing this. We oughta, you know, put this on blast. Change the wording here. Trump’s an idiot. Not. He didn’t say that. Right, right, right. You know, negative biased stuff, which made him biased, which was biased. So he blasted this through the DNC and media to control optics for Hillary. And this is just stuff I’ve uncovered and I’m sure it’s a lot deeper than that. Wow, this is big. It is. And I’m not suicidal. No, neither am I.
Cindy, this is the FBI. If you’re listening, it’s time to get on the right side of things. Yeah, exactly. Because otherwise Cash is going to have your. But anyway, I think things are happening and I think it’s time. You know, here’s the interesting part about we. We look at alignment, Lisa, and there’s a lot of chatter right now that possibly even today, the Mueller report on Rushgate is ready to hit. Yep. What is this connected to? Right. Wow. So he’s. He’s really instrumental. And how did he get to be on the jury and get to be the foreman as an attorney? He lied.
He lied. Exactly. Wow. Amazing. Amazing. And you’re incredible. I. It’s unbelievable how. Well, we know your mother’s been helping you with this on the other side. That’s what he doesn’t understand. And my mother does. She’s got big guns. Well, you know, I was talking to a good spiritual friend of mine about that because. And this gets into the woo wooness of it all, but I have a mentor, Auntie Crow, and I definitely hold her in very high regard. And I shared with her all of this, and I shared with her the feeling that my mother keeps pushing me down this road here and there.
I mean, you know, you’ve seen the places that I’ve gone that I didn’t think of. But Auntie made a very key statement. She said, cindy, the answers are not complete yet. Yeah. So that’s why you’re being. The answers will come. Right. But they’re not finished yet. Wow. Yeah. All right, well, we need people support if anyone has any thoughts on getting this out there, if anyone can connect her to as many people as possible. I mean, this is about to explode with the Russia gate and everything that’s coming out. And it’s directly connected. So any help you have, we’ll have your contact information that people can get to you.
Yeah, I’ve been posting on X and I’m on X as J6, Cindy Lou who. So I’ve been doing updates with regard to this as to what I’m doing, and, you know, hashtag it, make it go viral. Keep it out there. Keep it front and center, because the most power we have is each other right now. Right? It’s true. It’s true. So I’ll get all your contact information. I’ll put it below so people can. And get this. And get this video viral. Get this out there and get as many people to find out about this as possible.
Yep. The truth is coming. Yes, it is. Oh, Cindy Lou. Never ends. We’re going. We’re going away after all this? Yes. Peru again would be nice if they’ll have me. I don’t know. Of course. Of course they will. Oh, my gosh. Love to you. Any final words? No. Thank you for helping me get this out, Lisa. Well, I know it’s a lot, and, hey, feel free to dig into it. It’s Jeremy Brinster, B R I, N S T. I see what you can dig up. Yeah, that would be awesome. All right, Cindy Lou. Thank you so much.
All right. Thank you, Lisa. Sam.
