Google Trying To Own Injected Mosquitoe On Maui! (Help STOP! Comments Due Saturday!)

Aloha everyone. Michelle Melendez with Blossom Inner Wellness and Stand Together hawaii Dot Com. I’m here on the Big island and I am with Tina Leah, the founder of Hawaii Unites who is on Maui. We have an update about the mosquitoes and if you guys are listening on the voice of Kona Radio here on the Big island, mahalo Nui Loa for listening. You’re listening on Sovereign Radio. Thank you so much for joining. This is a definitely an important thing that people need to who live on the islands if you’re planning to come on the Hawaii to the Hawaiian Islands.

You, you want to know about what is going on with these injected Wachan mosquitoes. Tina, thank you so much for joining me. Thank you so much, Michelle. So let’s just start with a brief summary about these. We’ve been fighting this, what, two years now? I think it is, I don’t even know how many years it is. Oh gosh, it’s been over three years now that we individually have been fighting this for sure. Yeah. So what we’re, what we’re concerned about, you guys, is that the Wolbachium is bacteria is being injected into mosquitoes. They’re saying that it’s going to save the birds.

They have this, this whole thing that’s going to save the birds. But, but what’s going on is this Walbachium is being, this bacteria is being injected into the male mosquitoes. They’re supposed to make it incompatible with the female mosquitoes that are already on the island. But here’s the thing, they’re going to be releasing female mosquitoes with this bacteria. And this is very dangerous. And Tina, do you want to share with us why that’s dangerous and why people should be concerned about this? Yeah, the first thing I would say they should be concerned about is the fact that the agencies that have been releasing these mosquitoes for over two years here on Maui now have lied about multiple aspects of this project.

And this is serious, you know, details of the project that they are outright lying about to the public. And we’ve got their own documents proving that we are in court on that. And we can talk a little bit more about what’s going on with that. But we do have an urgent situation here with the Google request to approve these mosquitoes for what’s called Section 3 EPA registration. So that’s what we want to let everyone know about. There’s a deadline coming up really quickly here. But as far as the, the issue with this. Yeah, one of the main issues is that they are allowed Per the EPA guidelines to accidentally release the female mosquitoes which are the ones that bite and breed and spread disease.

And they’re allowed, you know, per their, you know, document to approve these releases in Hawaii. How, you know, the multiple, multiple amounts of mosquitoes that they may release that they’re allowed to release. And then together with the EPA guidelines, over 3,000 females can be accidentally released per these approved documents, you know, as this project moves forward and even three females released can cause the entire population of the mosquitoes in that area to be overtaken with the lab strain of the bacteria. And the issue with that is that we have peer reviewed studies showing that Wolbachiabacteria can cause mosquitoes to become more capable of transmitting diseases, including avian malaria, which is the disease that they’re supposedly trying to address with this project, as well as West Nile virus, which birds and people can get.

And these mosquitoes that they’re releasing the species, the southern house mosquitoes transmit other diseases that people can get. So encephalitis, elephantiasis, potentially Zika virus, additional diseases that have been shown to be, you know, that, that these Culex quinque fasciata, southern house mosquitoes can transmit to people. And they’re not disclosing any pathogen screenings at all. You know, from what we can tell, they may not even be screening for pathogens. Information from some of the agencies that we’ve contacted are telling us that, you know, the labs are sterile and they don’t have to screen. They are sourcing these mosquitoes and the bacter from various sources, including, you know, the islands here, but also Palmyra Atoll for the mosquitoes, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia for the bacteria.

We know nothing about the protocols of these labs or facilities or wild, you know, mosquitoes, how these are being handled in the various phases of this. So highly concerning. There’s a lot more that we have raised issues about that is, you know, this can really devastate the health of our islands, the ecosystems, people, the wildlife, the birds themselves. That again is supposed to be the point of this project. And you know what blows my mind is that in this, in their report, they’re not even testing to see if this is working to save the birds. So their whole, their whole campaign was like this is going to save the birds.

And they don’t even, they’re not even seeing how they, they’re not even showing how if the birds are getting saved or not. That’s actually not even in their report. But let’s talk about the most urgent thing that’s Happening now there is a deadline. Tell us about the deadline. Tell us what is going on and then, and how people can help. Yeah, so in a nutshell, Google now, actual Google, you know, we’ve talked about this previously, that the mosquitoes were coming from Verily, which is a sister company of Google. They’re both under Alphabet as their parent company.

But now Google has taken over the registration requests with the epa. So these are officially Google mosquitoes for people who are concerned about that. And there’s more to that that I want to talk about for sure, but the deadline, they, you know, I don’t know if this is the official fast track process, but it sure appears to be because we’ve been watching this for a very long time and all of a sudden, you know, we have just a few days to get our comments in to oppose this. But it’s really important. I know we’ve all, you know, we’ve been commenting, testifying, they keep plowing forward and people are, you know, at point, it’s like, what, you know, there, what do we do? We really need to show up in numbers on this one.

This is really important. Okay, so let’s talk about it because this is, this, this is coming up Friday, September 6th is the deadline. Right? So people can, can testify all the way up to Friday. Yeah, it’s actually, it’s Saturday, September 6th, and it is just before 6:00pm So 5:59pm Hawaii time. We can get these comments in. It’s actually a pretty straightforward link and we’ve made it as easy as possible by putting that on our front page of our website. So if you go to Hawaii people where they can get this hawaiianites.org and she’s going to screen share and show you guys.

So this, if you are concerned about this, if you’re living on the Hawaiian Islands, if you ever want to come to the Hawaiian Islands, please testify against this. Hawaiianites.org and this is their home page and you can just click on that button. I love that you have it in green and I love that that button’s in red. Comment there and then it’ll take you to where you can comment. Anybody can comment, right? Anybody can comment. And yes, this is at this Point, the Section 3 registration request is specifically targeted at Hawaii. But just so people understand the urgency of this is that this has now gone from what they call a Section 18 emergency exemption that our Department of Agriculture put in, which has allowed them to release these mosquitoes for the last couple plus years to now Google stepping in and requesting this themselves in order to officially register this product.

So these experimental mosquitoes that they have shown no data, you know, you know, you’re saying their documents don’t even account for them. They have no accountability for seeing what happens with the birds, for monitoring how this affects the birds. They also have produced zero public data on this. And they keep saying we need time, we need time. So they’re not even showing at all that it’s working. So, you know, let alone if it’s safe or if they’re even looking at if it’s safe. And here we are again with this system of, you know, who knows how these decisions are being made.

It’s sure looking questionable, but the EPA is now looking at registering these mosquitoes as an end use product. So this, I want you to stop the screen share so they can go to hawaiianites.org make a comment. Anybody can comment. And now go ahead and, go ahead and finish up what you’re saying because this is really, really important, you guys. If you love these islands, please comment by Saturday. And that’s Saturday at 5432, 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time. And 5. Well, I guess 3:00pm More likely. 3:00pm Hawaii stand Pacific Standard Time. 6:00pm Hawaii Standard Time. 5:59. Yeah, 5:59 Hawaii time.

It’s just before midnight Eastern time. So Pacific. I think right now it doesn’t matter if you live here, you guys, you can comment islands. Yeah. And now go ahead and finish up with what you’re saying because this is insane. This is basically Google. This is, this is, these are mosquitoes are products. Now if Google is, they’re not an actual natural thing. They are. Now Google’s like, oh, we’re gonna take it over. It is a freaking product. So talk about. Go ahead and finish up what you were saying. Yeah, the Section 3 registration with the EPA, that’s basically making this an official registered product.

And so that can be done to where it’s allowed for use throughout the United States or it can be targeted to a specific state. And so with this application they are requesting to target Hawaii with this product. But the issue for everybody else, not only in that, you know, we’re all part of humanity, you know, help us over here. We’ve been speaking about this for, you know, two, three years now. And just, you know, please, as many people can show up for us here because what happens here affects everybody. But also if this goes through, this will be used to justify this product then being registered throughout the United States and being registered for addressing mosquitoes of human health concern.

Whereas here Again, they’re still pushing this narrative that it’s about the birds. So this is supposed to be a product for conservation in Hawaii with this registration, just, just this, you know, EPA docket number registration. But this is how they do it. And I can see it by looking through their documents for this, that they are trying to justify this by referencing their emergency exemption documents. And nowhere is there data showing that they’ve studied any of this, actually studied this species of mosquito with this strain of the bacteria and whether it can cause the mosquitoes to be more capable of transmitting diseases, whether they’re screening for diseases, whether they’ve done any studies on how this affects the ecosystem as a whole, or horizontal transmission of the bacteria.

You know, forget about the. Well, don’t forget about the females being released, because they haven’t, they’re. They’re not accounting for that either. That’s a huge issue. Again, the females bite and breed and spread disease. But the bacteria can also be transferred to the mosquitoes existing here through what’s called horizontal transmission at the feeding sites, through predatory behaviors, even through the mating with the mosquitoes. It can be transferred like, like a, That’s a big one, you know what I’m saying? So none of this has been studied. And here they go trying to reference what’s happening here. It’s like this whole circular.

This is how they do it. Well, they’re doing it over here. And so, you know, we’re going to say it’s okay. And when they’re doing it over here, they’re saying, well, you know, they’re, they, they’re doing it over here. Nobody studied it. Right. And so if this goes through this Section 3 registration, I promise you, this is where it’s going. This is where it’s going. They are attempting to legitimize this product that has not been studied. It’s still experimental. We are the experiment out here in Hawaii and there’s no data so far, so who even knows, you know, it could be years before we find out how this affected the health of these islands.

So totally outrageous. Yes, please, everybody, I know we’re tired. Believe me, I, I’m tired. But this is really important. Please just make a comment. We’ve got a sample comment in our newsletter. There’s a link right there on our homepage in that comment area that I just showed you where you can pull up a sample comment which you’re welcome to use all or part of, or, you know, add your own, preferably, you know, everybody make their own statement on this that they’re opposed to it and that it’s not safe and it has not been studied and we are not consenting to this on our islands.

Even if you just put. I do not consent absolutely to this mosquito, you know, that’s it. Hawaiianites.org this is a call out right here. All American, all people who, who love freedom, all people who love their health and nature and not being injected with, I can’t, I can’t say anything like that, but you know what I’m talking about. So please do go to hawaiunites.org and then just comment. It’ll take, what, 15 seconds, 30 seconds just to do that. So we want to thank you so much for, for doing that. And Tina, your work. What’s going on with the court case? With the, because this is going to court.

You’ve actually, Hawaiianites.org has been taking the state to court around. Well, actually, go ahead and tell us what, what the, what the court case is about and where it’s at right now. Yeah. So we are in the Supreme Court now of the state of Hawaii. Our, our original case, which is still the active case in, is in the environmental court seeking a ruling that the state and their agency partners be required to do the studies, to do an environmental impact statement, comprehensive studies about the potential risks and significant impacts of these mosquito releases. And so at this point, we’re at the state Supreme Court and we’ve submitted all of our court, our writ of Searchy Arari, which is asking them to look at the case.

The state and their interveners have responded to that. We have replied to those responses. And all of that information is also on our website. If anyone wants to take a look at the actual court documents or anything you don’t see there, you can always contact me and request that. And so what we’re right now waiting for is to hear from the Supreme Court whether or not they’re going to take our case. They take a very small percentage of cases, but we really do feel that this one, it is a clear issue with our environmental laws, you know, and with the proceedings of how this has transpired.

So we’re hopeful and we should know something this month for sure. So please everybody, you know, prayers and good energy on that. We want to take this, have, have the Supreme Court agree to take the case. And we are seeking that they remand it back to the circuit court so that we can go to trial as we were scheduled to do. And then what happened with that? Because you guys were scheduled to go to trial and then this is very interesting. Go ahead and share what happened. Yeah, we had started our hearing for the preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order part of our case.

And so we did have our first hearing day where Dr. Lauren Pang, our expert witness, tropical disease and vector expert, and myself, we both testified. The state had one witness that started testifying and we were supposed to be continuing that hearing. It was scheduled to continue and our actual trial for our case in environmental court was scheduled as well. And then the fires happened that next month on Maui and everything got postponed. And during that time, you know, leading up to that time, the state had put in for what’s called a summary judgment. Seeking summary judgment.

And unfortunately the court ruled in their favor, which we felt was a very flawed ruling, and that shut down everything. We took it to the appeals court again in what we believe was a very flawed ruling. The appeals court agreed with that, although at the same time they also ruled in our favor on an aspect of our appeals court case which was to agree that the state had not followed their own Hawaii administrative rules in not properly documenting our comments on their environmental assessment. They did not attribute those comments to our names or append them in full to their final environmental assessment.

So that means that the Board of Land and Natural Resources made their decision to approve all of this based on an incomplete document. And that is very, very important. You know, the names of the people commenting, scientists, you know, we’re talking about, and, and you know, just in general, some of our comments were very detailed with links of peer reviewed studies. And we are not even able, as, you know, a public participation process. We’re not even able to say that they addressed our comments the way that they did. It was to just kind of lump things together and try to make it appear that they had looked at certain things that may have been mentioned by one or more people, but none of it was.

And I can tell you for sure they didn’t address several aspects of my particular comment, so. Which was, I think, eight pages long anyway. So that is, that’s what’s going on with the case. And we have now taken it to the state supreme court, which is the quote, unquote, court of last resort. So we’re going to remain hopeful because we know that the aina is with us and the, the ancestors, the manu, the birds, I 100, 1000% know that they are with us. They do not want this. You know that the birds don’t want this. Yeah, well, they’re not even checking if it’s working.

And it’s for the experiment that’s supposed to be for them. So obviously the whole premise of it is a lie. They, they, they weren’t for the birds. If they’re not even checking to see if this is working to save the birds, which was, you know, it’s just all an absolute complete lie. So something else is happening. I think it’s really interesting that then the fires happen and then this gets pushed on the wayside. But thank you so much, Tina. You guys, Please, again, comment. Hawaiianites.org is the website. You don’t have to be on the islands to be to make a comment. So we wanted to say mahalo nui loa. Thank you very much for doing that in advance. Because when we stand together, when we stand together, we are way more powerful and that’s what it takes right now. Anything else you want to share with me? With us? Tina? Yeah, just really briefly, I want to share a couple of things about this Google application. I won’t go too far into the weeds with it, but I think people would want to know this part of the proposed label for this product, these mosquitoes specifies that they are to.

First of all, they’re calling them Debug quinks males. Primary brand name dq. What is it again? Debug quinks Q U, I, N X males. You know, in case people are interested. It’s also got good bugs by debug alternate brand name. These are also called DQB males. That’s what they’ve been called through verily. But manufactured by Google llc are for aerial release using Google’s aerial mosquito release system for which Google can enable the initiation of automated releases. We have no details on that. But if you are like me, you look at that and say, excuse me. Anyway, maybe that’s part of why Google has now taken over the application.

But Google’s aerial mosquito release system, for which Google can enable the initiation of automated releases. Okay, and then I do also want to mention that there’s a study that they cite in these documents seeking the registration approval. And you know, also the agencies involved in the mosquito releases here are citing the same study repeatedly. And this study is a. Sorry, let me find that for you. Yeah, to, to testify again. Hawaiianites.org go for it, Tina. Yes, thank you. So this is a 2024 study, Kilpatrick et al. And this is being cited to say that they are unlikely, the mosquitoes are unlikely to present a hazard because they’re, you know, attempting to say that they’ve looked at the, you know, transmissibility of disease.

Now this study and this is the only study that that is cited that is and not specifically affiliated at this point, as far as we know with this product or well, clearly it is because I’m about to tell you that. But as far as you know, how they’re presenting it. But when we say there have been no studies done, you know, they would probably try to say look at this study. Anyway, I want to tell you that this study that they, this one only, one and only study that they will repeatedly cite the agencies involved and Google and Verily Kilpatrick et AL from 2024 was provided by a contract from Verily Life Sciences, the DQB Males mosquito product manufacturer.

And over half of the study’s authors have stated conflicts of interest. That’s conflict of interest. Yeah, I could name the authors here, there, it’s in our newsletter, but we’ll move over that. But I will say, quote unquote, these authors report employment and equity ownership at Verily Life Sciences Sciences, a for profit company developing new technologies for mosquito control. And again, Verily Life Sciences is Google’s sister company. They’re both under the parent company Alphabet. So just just to note that as they continue pushing that moving forward, this study we definitely need to question. This is a study that, you know, clearly they got the results they wanted anyway or did they? You know, because it doesn’t really even cover a lot of aspects of what they’re attempting to push as far as the study goes.

So Verily the company that has invested in this is creating this and they’re the company that did the study that said it’s okay and oh my goodness. And then they’re you and then, you know, Verily, who originally was the original applicant on this section three registration that Google has now taken over are citing their own study, basically. So what. And then, you know, here we have to listen to all this over, over these last several years that you know, we’ve got the science, we’ve got this, you bought the science, you know, it has lost all meaning at this point.

If we can’t have studies where there’s actually, you know, some oversight, no conflicts of interest, you know, we have control groups, we have, you know, blind studies, not things that are geared to get the result that you’re looking for in order to say that you’ve got a study. So that’s, you know, that’s the main thing I want to say. And then yes, again, thank you, you know, so much to everyone who has stuck with us and supporting us this entire time. As we continue challenging this, we are going to continue challenging this. Hopefully the court case will, you know, move forward in a way where we can challenge this through the courts, as we anticipate that we do have a very strong case there, if we can get that case, you know, to trial.

But also, you know, in this way, we need to continue doing this and we need to show up in numbers. And this one is very important. And I know, again, we’ve had a lot of comments, testimony. All of it matters. All of it matters. We have to document it. But this. Please, everybody on these islands, everybody on the mainland around the world, please show up. Just if all you can do is click that link on our website, hawaiianites.org click the link to comment right at the top and just say that you oppose this. Yep, that’s. That’s it, you guys.

That’s. It takes 20 seconds. So this is also going to be in the description as well. But, Tina, thank you so much for the work that you’re doing, because I know this is a fearless, tireless. It’s like you just keep going. We just keep going one step forward, forward, and then they throw something else at us. But this one is insane. I mean, this one where Google’s taking over this, this Walbachium, literally bacteria, mosquito product, you know, it’s. It’s definitely in. In the wheelhouse of evil. So great, let’s. Let’s do a quick visualization. Infinite Creator, Great Spirit of all things.

Wow, what a journey we are on. We know, Great Spirit, that love prevails, that truth prevails. And we just shine the light so brightly on this darkness, on this evil, that it cannot stay hidden. The truth that there’s so much conflict of interest that the Hawaiian people and the people that live here on the islands, the people that come, the people that love Hawaii, we do not want this. And we call forth all angels right now to step forward and to guide people to making a comment. Inspire in spirit that their hearts be turned to going to hawaiianites.org making a comment.

We put. We oppose this. We do not want this on the islands. And Great Spirit, we just know that the angels and guides are all here with us. We are. We know that this planet is protected. We call it forth right now. We bind anybody who would harm free people, who would harm people, who would harm the freedoms that are unalienable through you, Great Spirit, we call forth that they are bound by the consciousness of love, the Christ consciousness of love. This beautiful white Light that surrounds their body binds them from doing any harm. This white light of Aloha.

This white light turns their heart to doing what is right or peaceably removes them from office and from power. Great Spirit, we get to watch the movie. As our actions make a difference. As our actions make a difference. To stopping these experiments, to showing people what they are and that the evilness behind it is defeated. They’re absolutely powerless angels. We call that forth now that they are absolutely powerless. These big conglomerates, corporations that want to do harm to these islands, that they are stopped in the frequency and light of love of the Christ, consciousness of love of the spirit of Aloha.

We call that forth now and it is absolutely done. It is absolutely done that these lands is ina. The land is protected, that the islands are protected. That all people involved we know that Tina is protected. And all of the. The team that supports her and all people that support her are always protected. We call that forth now. We see this world as a better place that all people matter. We are living in harmony together with nature. With nature. Great Spirit, we know that that is done. We call that forth now. We give so much gratitude for the sun moving across the sky, for the soil germinating our.

The food that we eat. We call forth clean sky. We call forth clean air. We call forth clean water. We call that forth now. And it is so, so done.
