Nefarious California Land Grab Lewis Herms Reveals the Truth

Hello and welcome to Nick Viancensor. Today we’ve got Luis Holmes. He’s in California and he’s saying he’s out boots on the ground helping people understand their rights so that the government doesn’t take their land. Luis, what’s going on there? Yeah, so we’re in Pacific Palisades where people know about the Palisades. Much of it is burned down and there is a loophole that the government and some of these corporate real estate companies have found where if for some reason your house burned down and if you’ve changed your address or you’ve moved away temporarily, they are trying to claim its land abandonment so they can steal their land and then they could build their whatever their 15-minute cities or whatever who knows what’s on their mind right and it’s really really sick so we’re always looking for solutions so I had something that came across my desk I was very happy about and then I had my attorney look at it and it’s called a claim of property so we’re in Pacific Palisades right now in fact it’s like my team’s over there you can probably see a couple of them right there yeah they’re all they’re all over the place so the um what we’re doing is we’re on site for free and we’re we’re filling out affidavits that are a claim of property that says I have not abandoned my property here’s the proof that I own this property and we’re filling it out affidavit there’s a notary on site he will notarize it and then we are sending it registered mail into LA County so these people claim their property and this is going to put a real wrench in the deep state apparatus that’s trying to build on this land illegally because if we only got one in five they’re done because they they need to build consecutively because that’s part of their model so we’re excited to be giving back the community today and hopefully this makes a huge difference and for those of you that come down here it’s a Pacific Palisades village come down support and if somebody else you know that has lost their land or their or their they’ve had a fire and lost their house anywhere in California let us know if you think this is going on and we’ll we’ll make sure we get the documents to you so obviously they’re losing their houses because you know they they’re caused you know they’re being burned down by fire is that what you’re saying and yeah and it’s most probably likely that it’s intentional which also serves their climate change hoax and and it’s also a land grab isn’t it they they they they kill two birds in one stone where they when they do something like this yeah well we really think it’s a land grab we think that’s what’s going on here and it really looks like it so they’re the the baddies i call them have um done something nefarious in regards to the legal loopholes that they have found in order to steal these these land you know we’re just not going to have it so it’s it’s pretty simple process really we do um we have an affidavit written up we uh file we write it up claim of property so they’re they show us all the proofs that they they own the land they claim their property they say i it’s ridiculous that we would have considered that we abandon it because of a fire this is certified and goes into the LA county with a notary on it they’re done the county can’t do anything about it whatsoever in fact they can be in a lot of trouble if they give that give or sell that land to somebody else so when you write the affidavit or what do you where do you go and hand it in exactly we we’re going to register mail and send it to LA county recorder and you’ll also keep a copy as well maybe send one via email as well so it’s recorded yep and we send give one to the person that owns the land also of course interesting and how many properties are we looking at here just so just so we can get an idea of how big this land grab is well throughout southern california it’s thousands you know it’s just sick it’s just sick there’s hundreds right right here where we are we were driving by them today it’s like it’s like you know fires people leaving kind of you know a little bit more peaceful than what’s happening in gaza isn’t it it’s terrible yeah it’s terrible because what they’ve done is they burnt these people out and then they’re going to proceed to try to steal their land afterwards it’s just it’s disgusting is is all get out but the nice thing is we the people always have a solution we just have to be a little bit creative and this is going to put a major monkey wrench i don’t even think people understand how big of a deal this is it’s going to put a major monkey wrench into their works because if we just get 20 of people to sign off and claim a property they can’t do a consecutive build so there’s they can’t continue continuously build build and therefore that doesn’t work for them because they have to build massive properties at one one time for their smart cities or whatever they’re going to listen even if they were going to do all all luxury apartments they have to do them consecutively so if we just have a piece here and a piece there that there’s claim of property on they’re done so this is where we the people again take our power back so we’re doing it for free running for governor we i want to show people we lead by example i’m not going to grandstand like another politician did here in palesttes he he’s yesterday stood in front of a burnt out property and oh gavin new some you’re this and you’re this and uh i’ll fix everything when i’m in office but there’s no solution now it’s just a bunch of bluster so yeah no of course i mean they’re not out like you doing what you know what you’re doing facing these people face to face and giving them advice for free this is what our lead this is what our leaders should be doing but clearly they don’t have any empathy and uh and i i actually consider you to have a lot of high a lot of empathy louis and um and i think you’re an amazing soul for doing that well i appreciate that you know i said a long time ago i talked to my wife i said i said if i’m gonna be the guy that’s helping we the people i need to i need to act like that so we have to model ourselves in the way with the way that we believe and that’s what i do has trump made any remarks regarding what’s going on uh he did a while ago nothing nothing has a plate that i’ve seen honestly i think you should write to him and let him know what you’re doing and you’re out and helping people and um and and i think that you should ask him uh to and to help you connect with some people to help you with california you know i i actually might have an email address directly to one of his people i can give it to you after um um no absolutely um let’s talk about that let’s talk about your your running for california what’s the progress how you getting on with that is there any updates yeah well it’s fantastic i mean the the outpouring of support is incredible so um like i said today with somebody i i said we have the spirit we we have the physical support the volunteers and we have the effort and we have an amazing platform with 17 solutions on it real life solutions for just the most incredible things um so the only thing that we’re lacking currently is finances and i’m sure we’ll get there you know god will supply what we need um so but if people want to see what we’re doing and people can volunteer or donate from anywhere in the world they don’t have to be in california to do so because when we take california that’s it we’ve shown that are we the people person somebody that actually cares about the people can take the biggest prize that the cabal has so where california goes everything else is fallen absolutely um and i and i and i think we need to have people you know positions of power who’ve got empathy um because they they are going to put the people first they’re going to lead by the hearts and you know trump has said he’s very aware but trump you know uses you know certain cryptic words when he talks about the invisible enemy the dark forces he he talks about soulless humans soulless liars and there’s a lot of them who are soulless liars who work for the system who have a script to follow and and that’s why the whole the whole world is in upside down and we need to replace that with you know people who are empathy like yourself yep absolutely it’s just we the government should be run it should be governed by we the people it’s pretty simple we’ve gotten away from these principles on purpose right because that’s how the deep state has kings and controls everything so um i was just talking to a sheriff yesterday oh this sounds been out up am i back go back okay cool so i was talking to a sheriff yesterday and i said who who do you work for and he’s like uh you know i work for the department i know you don’t you work for we the people he can see that’s so true i’ve said and that’s what needs to be first and foremost foremost in your mind so i work for we the people so i have to act as if it’s pretty simple uh of course it is absolutely when you lead by the heart you know you do what’s moral we have a moral compass that’s that’s what empathy does um let’s let’s talk about people taking their sovereignty and freedom back um when it comes to the financial stuff uh people have got their they’ve got their finances locked in the matrix with with these people in their 401ks and IRAs how important do you believe it is that people need to take it out and put it into gold and be control of their own futures i think it’s huge in fact somebody that right here on site just said to me about half hour ago that she removed all her money from her IRA because she just didn’t feel like she was doing well in there and it just didn’t feel safe for her anymore so she’s excited she put all of hers into silver and i think platinum she said also um it’s if we if we truly want to have control uh i believe putting it in coins makes the most sense because if there’s ever a disruption in the currency you not only have your silver but you have it in the form of a coin which is fantastic so you can you can use it as as money immediately and uh i only see there’s an upside to it um this is not financial advice i’m just saying what i’m reading the tea leaves and based on the economy and what’s going on i i see i think silver is highly undervalued um i’d recommend verity metals and he does silver gold and platinum i just got some a and we’re going to do as much work that we can in communities and get down to the nitty-gritty i’m even going to go into urban areas and and talk to them because i think i think democrats and republicans life have been completely disenfranchised and it’s time for us to bring unity with the people let’s let’s just stop this this backbiting because i did the percentages and democrats and republicans actually agree on about 80 85 but we only focus on the 15 to keep us divided i’m done with it absolutely i know exactly what you mean um i just i just can’t wait until everybody wakes up
