Every Sanctuary City Should Be Investigated…

You cannot aid and abet or hide out to be a sanctuary city and to help illegal aliens, even if they’ve committed no other crime except coming into our country illegally. That’s violating more than a dozen laws to do that. Anybody that thinks that you can just come into our country and you haven’t done anything wrong, you haven’t violated any laws and that you shouldn’t have some consequences or repercussions, that’s crazy, of course you should. And you violate the law, somebody should be going after them. And especially mayors and city councils and others who have wittingly opposed the government, the federal government on that, and then wittingly helped and aided and abetted illegal aliens.

And how do you know what they’ve done? You don’t know if they’ve committed other crimes. The likelihood is they have. Anyway, so then we have the states like North Carolina mandating and North Carolina just passed another law, something. That’s what I’ve told you all along. That’s true. They’re not mandatory, even if the federal government says they are, which they haven’t, because I know Tom Homan and I know he hasn’t. Okay, the criminal element that infiltrated America during the last four years, because of Biden and Harris and Alejandro Mayorkas and many other senators and congressmen, congressmen, members of Congress, sorry.

They’ve done it. They did this. And they should be all investigated and with ample evidence arrested. Agreed. North Carolina passed a bill to crack down on sheriff cooperation with ICE. And again, this sheriff’s association saying it’s voluntary. It’s voluntary. And not only that, the state can’t tell sheriffs what to do either. All right. So I figured you and I would agree on that pretty heavily. The sheriff answers to the people. He doesn’t answer to other politicians. This on X is from Missouri, Missouri, sheriff’s knee juice, Speaker Joe Patterson. John Patterson is blocking a house vote on SRJ, SJR 40, vital to protect our sheriff’s constitutional authority, only eight days left to man action.

And apparently this particular individual, the speaker, has stated he will not refer the resolution to the house floor for an up or down vote. So I don’t know. You probably know that there’s some sort of what, some bill in progress to defang the sheriffs or get rid of them. And this is sort of amendment or whatever to protect it. And the real reason is because the sheriffs are so independent and they run their own job according to the dictates of law and their conscience and the will of the people. And I don’t want to make a mistake on saying will of the people.

The sheriff cannot violate the Constitution if the people are all asking him to. He cannot violate the rights of another individual like Rosa Parks. The rights of the one, the liberty of the one, are to be protected by the sheriff at all costs. The majority, the mobocracy, does not run his job. He promises the people that he will uphold and defend the Constitution and thereby protect their rights, all of them. And he must tell the mob in his county, I will not do that. I will not violate my oath, even if you tell me to. Because I promised you I would follow the Constitution.

Yep. I like that. The rights of the one outweigh the demands of the mob. Correct. That is a wonderful statement of the U.S. Constitution and its ideology. We just defined the constitutional republic. Yep. Absolutely. And this guy says here, the last thing on this, it’s about protecting the constitutional authority and integrity of the office of the sheriff for future generations without this protection. Future legislatures could reduce our role to mere jailkeepers. So, again, the same thing that’s happening in Washington states and state and has happened in other states is catching on here where they’re, I guess, working to eliminate the sheriff.

You would expect Missouri to do that. They have other strong support for the Constitution. But, you know, that’s funny how some states have their one way and then on the other thing, they’re completely against the Constitution. And Ian just put it, the Democrats think we’re a democracy. A lot of Republicans do, too. Right. And this is my point on that. And Ian, I’m glad you brought that up. The point is this. If you don’t even know what form of government we have and you’re in some public office, you’re in a governmental office, get out of there and let somebody else that knows the Constitution and knows what they’re doing.

Because this whole democracy, brainwashing and propaganda scheme was a lie from the get-go. The founders did not support democracy. They’re the ones that criticized and assailed a democracy. So, no, no, we’re good. [tr:trw].
