Sheriff and I actually had the luxury of meeting in Las Vegas at the Trump Towers special meeting with 107. And I asked him one of the most craziest questions I think anybody probably ever asked him. And I said, sheriff, because I’m Italian, sometimes I go into that gangster brain and brainiac of mine, you know, state of mind.
And I said to him, is there any way possible that I could carry my gun on an airplane? Can you. Can you, you know, maybe find somebody that can give me credentials to be an air marshal? And he said, mel, I can’t even do that for myself. That’s how we actually met. So I thought, you probably find that very funny to even have anybody ask a question that crazy to you, right? But anyway, yeah, that was probably the second time that anyone’s ever asked me that in my life. But, you know, if you were. If you were deputized and then you were on an assignment and the sheriff wrote you a letter saying that you’re on assignment by the Graham County Sheriff’s office and he is required to be armed, you would keep.
You would keep the gun on the plane at that point. Oh, wow. Maybe we should talk about that. I like that. Maybe. I think maybe you probably figured out an angle to a while after we left and we weren’t together. Well, I’ve done that before. I said. I said, I can’t even do it for myself. I can’t do it for myself unless I’m officially on duty. And so that. That’s difficult. But if you were on the posse and you were given assignment and the sheriff wrote you a letter on his letterhead, you would be okay. Interesting, interesting.
So anyway, I made your little intro the little bio into a little movie. Then we’ll play for the audience, and then we’ll get on with the show. Fair enough. Wonderful. Let’s go. Richard Mack, a distinguished career in law enforcement and advocacy. Richard Mack, former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona. Devoted 20 years to law enforcement, serving in roles such as patrol officer, sergeant detective, and school resource officer. Elected sheriff in 1988, Mack served two terms, graduating from the FBI Academy in 1991. As sheriff, Mack made history by challenging Federal overreach in Mack Prince v. United states, a landmark 10th Amendment case decided by the Supreme Court.
This victory preserved the independence of sheriffs and halted unconstitutional Brady Bill mandates safeguarding the Second Amendment. Mack’s accolades include NRA Law Officer of the Year, induction into the NRA hall of Fame, and the Gun Owners of America’s Defender of the Second Amendment Award. He is also the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers association, cspoa, a grassroots organization committed to restoring individual liberties and fostering collaboration between citizens and law enforcement. An accomplished trainer and public speaker, Mack has conducted seminars nationwide and appeared on major news outlets like CNN, Fox, and ABC. Married for 49 years to his wife dawn, he is a proud father of five and grandfather to 15.
Welcome, Sheriff Mac, to the Mel Carmine Show. There you go, brother. Mel, that was pretty good. That was really good. I have to throw in one other thing, though. Sure. The most traumatic, the most traumatic experience my wife and I had the whole time I was in law enforcement was a one year assignment as an undercover narcotics officer. Interesting that that changed my perspective on a lot of things, but it was absolutely the one year in my 20, 20 year career that I absolutely hated and my wife hated it more than I did. I can imagine.
You know, dealing with bad guys is not an easy thing. And these guys have nothing to lose because when you make that commitment to be a bad guy and you move in drugs and you’re, you know, you basically take the oath of omerte, you know, like the mafiosos do, there’s no coming back from that. And these guys will fight you with every ounce of blood they have. And a lot of times omerte means exactly just that. And they will fight you to the death. And that’s a very, very formidable enemy to face. So I applaud you for fighting for this country.
And we had three little kids, we had three little kids at home at the time too. And so I never got to go anywhere with them in public. I never got to go to any of their events, no church activities, no school activities, couldn’t be seen in public with my wife, couldn’t go anywhere with her. And it was like being in prison in my own home town. Wow, that’s amazing. Now, were you like your family was law enforcement? How did you decide you. You wanted to become law enforcement? Did that started quite a few of us were in law enforcement.
My dad retired from the FBI and I actually tried to do that, but thank God that didn’t pan out at all. And I praise the Lord for that. At the time, I was disappointed, but I didn’t know that my career was going to take me a different direction and put me in a place where I was actually criticizing the FBI almost every other week. So, yeah, it was just part of my destiny and my fate. And that’s all I’ve ever wanted to do, is go where the good Lord wants me to go. And he did not want me to go there.
Interesting. You know, to get back on that gun subject, I’m a. I’m a big gun guy. I’m a big Second Amendment guy. I have guns in my house to protect my family, etc. I do carry on occasion, actually, I do carry all the time. But the reality is Ted Nugent, who you’re friends with Ted Nugent said one day that he was able to bring his gun to the United Kingdom loaded on an airplane. And I think, if I’m not mistaken, he said that to Nino Rodriguez. I. I’m a big fan of Nino, and I know you’re friends with Nino as well.
And so that’s the thing, the little seed that stuck in my mind. So when I saw you, I’m like, you’re, you know, a ex sheriff officer. You must know how to do that. So now you might have to put me on assignment. Sheriff. Well, that would be, that would. That would please me just fine, except I’m not in charge of anything right now, law enforcement wise. I’m not charged of anything, but I do train law enforcement officials all over the country and I work with them trying to restore our Constitution as the supreme law of the land.
And every single law enforcement officer, of course, every single person in this country has got to understand what the Second Amendment really is for and why the founding Fathers put it in the Bill of Rights. And it’s so hard for me to cope with that. The Democrats don’t give a damn about what the Second Amendment says, that they’re smarter and braver because they know better than the Founding Fathers did. So they’re going to try to destroy the Second Amendment, not lawfully, but just pragmatically. Right. Well, I do have to ask you a favor. I hate to put you on, on the spot on camera, but I will.
You know, a Sheriff Ivy here in, in Brevard county happens to be a friend of yours, and I know that. I know I sent him a message to his assistant. I’m going to proceed to send another message here shortly, but if you could reach out, as I know you’re going to come down to the Quantum summit on March 8 and March 9. It’s going to be a big spectacle. I think it’s going to be at least a thousand people showing up. We got about 37, 38 speakers so far committed. If Ivy comes down, will be 39.

There’s no way that we’re going to be able to put one speaker on for, you know, and talk for an hour. It’s going to be a panel of sheriffs, a panel of guys who believe in flat earth, a panel of guys who believe in, you know, cleaning up the atmosphere, whatever.
So it’s be panels of, you know, four or five and six on some. Some occasions. But anyway, needless to say, where are you on the political sphere of the country right now? There’s a lot of fear porn out there. I don’t particularly like fear porn. There were people saying that Donald Trump was not going to get elected, and there was. It was a landslide bruise was too big to rig, as he likes to say. So where are you? Is there going to be a 14th amendment situation here or not? No. The only thing I really fear about what’s coming is the horrible people and the horrible criminals, and I’m talking about the worst terrorists in the world have now all infiltrated America.
The cartels are working with international terrorists. I don’t. You know, they’ve got so many different names, but Hezbollah, isis, whatever name they’ve had, it seems like every year they have a new name somewhere. But they’ve infiltrated our country by the tens of thousands. The cartels have set up shop inside America. The cartels are in charge of our border. The cartels have exponentially increased human trafficking, sexual exploitation of children, kidnapping of children, which is part of all, all of that. And, and then the proliferation of drugs like we’ve never seen before. We’ve never seen this many overdose deaths related to drug use in our country ever.
And still the Biden administration and Kamala Harris and Alejandro Mayorkas ignore it and don’t care. And you. And really, you have to ask yourself why they don’t care that all of that has happened. And I’ll tell you, I’ll give you the answer the answer is scarily, frighteningly simple. They are willing to sacrifice the safety and security of all of us and our country to have more voters on the Democrat rolls. And that’s what it’s about. And they have some sheriffs, like this newly elected female, transgender woman in Michigan who just got elected sheriff, and she’s telling everybody she’s going to just promote the socialist liberal agenda.
She’s going to promote LGBTQ as sheriff, and she doesn’t. And she wants, as other sheriffs are already doing, making sure that illegal aliens get driver’s licenses. And, and that’s a pathway to easily get registered to vote. Once you have a driver’s license, you can pretty much get registered to vote. So their, their, their plan is obvious. And the cooperation that the Democrats will do with each other on this is, is really scary. And, and so what do you think these horrible enemies to America are doing here? And so, you know, they’re going to do something. And coincidentally, I wrote a novel. I’ve written seven or eight books, and they’re all on my website, just so everybody knows. But I wrote a novel called the Naked Spy, and in that, there’s a huge international terrorist group that’s coming after America, and the one thing that they hit is our water supply. That’s the one thing that I had as the overall plot of these dastardly organizations, is that they’re going to hit our water supply. And now there’s training going on, intel training going on that that’s exactly what they plan to do.
And they, and they plan to hit our grid. So communications and computers and all of that are going to be a thing of the past. Electricity might be down for quite some time. But why would they do that? One is to attack Trump. Another one would be to keep him out of the inauguration. And so. Or they wait till he gets in and they plan this, and it’s going to be the the gift that keeps giving. And they’re going to bruise Trump as much as they can and his legacy. And so I just. I don’t see it.
I mean, I was thrilled, just like you, about the results of the election. And then right after it, I went into, what are they doing this for? What are they planning? And will they ever leave Trump alone? Of course not. They’re not going to leave Trump alone. They never have and they never will. And so I fear for his safety, I fear for his family. And what I have put out there nationwide is that we need the sheriffs involved in all of this. One, the sheriffs need to have Trump’s back. No question. Two, we need the sheriffs to help with deportation and to identify the groups that are within their counties for the roundup and to get them out of here or get them arrested, get them charged, whatever.
But that’s the key, is that we have the sheriffs involved. Who knows the counties better than the sheriffs? No one. So we, we need that all taking place, and we need to get behind Trump. And the sheriffs are key to all of that. And, folks, you are also key to all of this. The sheriff only reports to you. Do you know, folks, you are your sheriff’s only supervisor. You’re his only boss, and so you need to be involved with letting your sheriff know what you want him to do. So, one, we want you to join our posse.
So the CSPOA posse, csp as poa.org Become a member of our posse, and then we train you to be a member of your sheriff’s posse in your own hometown. That’s how we make this bigger and stronger and that we help your sheriff and he helps you. Okay. Earlier you said that there’s a sheriff that got elected, if I think I heard you right, that this person is a transgender, that the article I just read this morning calls her pan P A N gender. Pans gender P A N S. I don’t know if they misspelled it. I.
I don’t know. But I. I’m not sure what she is, except she’s very liberal and she’s definitely into the lgbq. And I, I wish I had it in front of me. If my wife will bring me my phone, I can look it up because it was an email sent to me, but I don’t have any of my other let me ask stuff, but I’ll get it. I’ll get it by the end of the day. But it gave the county, it gave her name. And another obvious question, did she get in by legal means or did she finagle the bagel on the boat? No, the sheriff that spent five terms there resigned.
She barely won the primary by about 400 votes, and then nobody opposed her in the general, which was. Is absolutely unheard of. Somebody should have run as an independent or something. But anyway, she got in. And she says all these other sheriffs said that they’re DEI and that they’re progressive. She kept saying progressive over and over and that they’re progressive. They were just talking. I really am progressive. And you’re going to see it. And we’re going to do DEI and we’re going to do transgenders, and we’re going to. And they’re going to do it. You know what? Really, there’s so much of that that just really isn’t the sheriff’s business.
The sheriff is supposed to be making sure that everyone. Right. Their rights are preserved. Special rights for no one, civil rights for everyone. And she really doesn’t seem like she’s getting that at all. But she thinks she got a mandate and she has a gender. She’s not going to cooperate with ICE or the federal government. And. But if you look at it. 85%. Did you see that map of the United States after the election? Trump won 85% of every county in this country. 85%. All we need are the sheriffs in those counties to support him, get behind him, and help him with deportation.
I think there’s going to be a mass deportation. But, you know, the Mexicans, from what I understand, because they do fear the Donald, the Donald Trump. I like to call him the Teflon Don. Okay? The Don is not somebody you want to play with. He means business. All the leaders around the world are basically lined up to kiss his pinky ring. They’re all calling him on the phone, congratulating him. They know that they’re gonna have to play ball, and it’s gonna be a different kind of ball game. The Mexican border, from what I understand, and maybe you could shed some light on this.
The Mexican border, supposedly the powers on the other side of Mexico. Shit. A couple of tamales. And they basically closed the border to some extent. There’s not that major inflow of illegal aliens as there was months ago prior to the election. No, no. And it’s. I’m not sure I have my finger on the border very well right now, because it seems to be going back and forth between the new president of Mexico. It seems to be going back and forth. And yes, she’s supporting Trump no, she’s not. Yes, she wants to work with Trump. No, she doesn’t.
Same with Trudeau in Canada. I, I really feel that, though, bottom line is they’re both going to want to work with Trump. And this is what, this is what really has floored me since we’ve been discussing getting along with the countries in Latin America and trying to get them to not send any of their criminal element and gangs or anyone else for that matter, to America unless they do it lawfully. This is the thing. We give every one of those countries, just about almost all of them. And so, and sometimes even Venezuela, we give them foreign aid for free.
Nothing. They don’t have to do anything for it. We just, it’s, it’s like, seriously, it’s like friendship fees. And I’m sure Vivek and Elon will have this on their chopping block, because I’ve asked this question for the last 30 years. Why do we send all this money to Latin America, specifically Mexico? I remember when George W. Was President of the United States, he just up and gave $600 million to Mexico. This is back when $600 million was a lot of money. And I’ve said, why? My degree is in Latin American Studies. I speak pretty good Spanish and I love Latin America and I love the Hispanic people.
But you still have to ask. That’s not sufficient reason to just send people, send other countries money. There’s no audit on this money. There’s no deal that says what they have to do with it. And I guarantee you the money never gets to the people who really need it in those countries. And so this has just been like such, not just a waste of money, but it’s unlawful spending there. You can’t spend taxpayer dollars and not account for it and not have a true government purpose. And sending friendship fees to countries who do not help us and some of them who are actually against us, like Venezuela, you know, and Cuba.
Of course, I don’t think we send anything to Cuba. They probably do that, too. But it’s just, I’m really glad Vivek and Elon Musk have been given this assignment. And the first thing that needs to go, and I’m going to make this announcement right now. Speaker Johnson just mentioned this a couple of days ago. And I’ve been saying it for the last three or four years, but I’m saying it big time right now. The number one thing that should be cut from the federal budget is Planned Parenthood. Now, I’m not even getting into this, Mel. I’m not getting into who’s.
Who’s pro choice, who’s pro life? I’m pro life. But it, that’s not what I’m talking about right now. I’m talking about spending taxpayer dollars on an ngo, a non government entity, and they provide no government service whatsoever. And they get $500 million a year, probably more now. So a billion every two years for the last 30, 40 years has been going to Planned Parenthood. I have a national organization. We protect civil rights. Why am I not funded by the federal government? I thought this was equal protection under the law. No, because I’m being facetious. Because it’s illegal to do that.
And this whole thing is so bass backwards and so corrupt. And the only things that are speaking of corrupt, the only thing that our federal taxes go to is to pay for the federal corruption known as the interest on the debt that these corrupt politicians have created for us. And then now some. Oh, no, we can’t stop spending. Oh no, we can’t get rid of Department education. The hell we can’t. We don’t even need the Department of Education. The states have their own, the counties have their own. We elect a county school board, we elect a county school superintendent and a state school superintendent.
If the feds run everything, why do we need to pay for them and elect them? Exactly. But this has got to get. We’ve got to get serious about this. Is there a law that allows the federal government to give money to Planned Parenthood? No. Well, there’s a lot of laws that are going to get revamped under el comandante, el Capo di Tutti Cappy. The boss of bosses back and he’s coming back with a vengeance. Guys, this is going to be a different Donald Trump than round one. There’s going to be round two and it’s going to be very effective, in my opinion.
What do you think about Donald Trump, the cabinet choices? There’s a lot of chatter out there that the cabinet choices, some of them are not really nice people. Where are you on that? I don’t care if they’re nice people. I care if they’re butt kickers, actually. And I worry. There’s a couple of them that I know pretty well that I worry about, but. And Pam Bondi is one of those and Christy Noem is another one. Christy Noem did not support her farmers in her state when they were fighting the carbonite extraction companies. And she actually took it off her website that she was for land rights.
She took it off her website, her governor website, because her son in law or son can’t remember which, actually works for one of those companies. So she was carrying. She was caring more about her relatives than she was about the right to own your own land. The pursuit of happiness means I own my own property. I that is my castle. My land is mine, not the government’s. And, and she actually sided with the other side quite, actually quite badly. So I, you know, she might be okay for the assignment she’s been given, but I wish she hadn’t been picked.
I’m still. My jury’s out still on Pam Bondi, but she recommended a sheriff to be the director of the DEA from Florida. A friend of hers, I don’t know why or how this guy would be a friend of hers because he donated to Obama. He donated to the dnc. He’s all DEI and woke and he’s very weak. He has nothing but disdain for the Constitution. He has nothing to do with my organization. Even though we’ve called him and invited him to events that happen right in his county. He never returns calls and he’s never showed up.
And the most important thing that he did, the worst thing he did was he arrested Pastor Rodney Howard Brown during the COVID mandates for having church in the United States of America. This fascist and this woke fascist arrested a pastor for having church services. And then I went down there and went to see the pastor. He goes, oh, I forgive Sheriff Chronister. And I said, I’m not so concerned about you forgiving him. I know the type of person you are and I know I knew you would. Has he repented is the question. Has he apologized? Has he promised everyone that he would never do this again? And he did just the opposite.
And so we got a hold of Trump’s people and we were putting out this nationwide and all our people in Florida were calling and sending emails and texts, and Trump came out and said, I want this Chronister guy gone. And a chronister came out and said, I withdrawn my name as a nominee for DEA director. And Trump came out and said he didn’t withdraw his name, I withdrew him. And so there was a little bit of squabble there. Regardless, the CSPOA and I helped get rid of him and I’m grateful for it. And so we’re still waiting to hear who they have for that important position.
Awesome. What do you think of Donald Trump basically voicing his opinion almost immediately out of the gate after being elected by a massive landslide and saying that we’re going to most likely get rid of the irs. He’s playing around with bringing in tariffs, et cetera. Where do you stand on the irs? I mean, it is an organization that is registered in Puerto Rico, has nothing to do with the federal government. I mean, should we do away with the IRS altogether, Sheriff? Only if you care about freedom. The IRS and freedom cannot coexist. This organization has cost so many lives, has put so many innocent people in prison.
They are the Gestapo of America. And both Republicans and Democrats have been so afraid of them that they have never rained them in and have never made the income tax simple and easy to understand. It is so convoluted. They don’t even pass their own audits, and still nobody cares. They. They attack the enemies of the President at his behest. And that’s been going on since fdr. And not every president has done it. I don’t think Trump has done it, and I don’t think Reagan did it. But I know Nixon did it, and I know Clinton did it, and it continues to go on.
I know Biden has done it. And so how do we allow an agency like this to exist? And then we have Biden and Harris double down and say we want 87,000 more IRS agents and we want them all armed. My God, what are they doing? And so if they would just make the income tax, which I’m against, but if. Even if they. Let’s say they had it for a while and they make it simple enough to where? Look, if you make $75,000 or above to 125,000, you pay 1%, and then you keep graduating up there till you get to 10% and no one pays over 10%, period.
Flat tax makes sense to sheriff. Flat tax. It would be so easy. But they don’t. They don’t want to do it because Congress wants the IRS to keep us under control, to keep us in fear and always keep us wondering what’s going to happen to my neighbor or to me next. The IRS should not exist. The income tax should not exist. So I really hope and pray that the second thing that Trump’s administration does first, Planned Parenthood, second, irs. Get rid of them. Yeah. And there’s absolutely no need to have them if the income tax is fair and understandable for everybody.
No, see, to me, I have a problem. When you do the research, and the research says, undoubtedly, with irrevocable, irrefutable evidence that the IRS is an agency that’s registered in Puerto Rico, it’s a corporation registered in Puerto Rico. The United States government, the federal government gave them badges and guns and attached them to a judicial system with judges and police officers and a prison system, and saying that if you don’t pay these guys what you owe them based on the laws that they made up, and they’re a corporation registered in Puerto Rico, that you go to jail or you go to prison for a very long time, I think to me, that sounds to me like a Mafia organization.
The only difference between the Sicilian Mafia and the IRS is a silly, silly Mafia that doesn’t work with the law enforcement and the judges and the prison systems in Italy. If they did, they would be just as legal as the IRS is in the United States. I think it’s an illegal Mafia organization. They need to be done with. And when Donald Trump was recently on Joe Rogan, he says, are you playing around with the fact that you might want to go to a flat tax and do tariffs? And nonchalantly the Don turns around, says, yeah, maybe.
Well, I, I pray that one’s the biggest thing on his agenda besides deportation, because we’ve got to get rid of that. There it is. No, it’s irrefutable that the IRS and American liberty cannot coexist. And what has taken a hit is American liberty. Absolutely. Well, that’s what we’re all fighting for. We’re fighting for, you know, to restore freedom of speech so that the Mel Carmines and the Sheriff Max of the world could coexist and could speak freely on these social media platforms who think that they own freedom of speech. You don’t. Okay, Donald Trump has stated very clearly that he’s going to reinstate freedom of speech, and you guys are going to have to abide by the Constitution of America, not the Constitution of the, of the corporation, for the corporation that’s going to be out.
So where do you stand on the fact that these liberal platforms, these social medias, have been controlling, to some extent, the growth of a lot of people who are truthers, like myself, to basically impede us and not allow us to grow to the fullest? Shouldn’t that be something that should be, like, addressed immediately? Does Donald Trump have 30 committees ready to attack 30 major problems, one of them being freedom of speech? Well, I’m sure freedom of speech is at the top of his list, but I’m not sure how much the federal government can regulate private businesses to make sure that they do freedom of speech.
You know, a private business is a private business and they can run it however they want. That’s kind of my libertarian view of that. However, if it’s somebody like Google who provides a national service. And Google, I think, should easily be fined. And Facebook as well, they can fine them for cheating and giving preference to certain candidates. And so you Google one opponent’s one campaign over another, and then you get to the campaign and you find out that it’s promoting the other guy’s campaign. And Google has done that. And so as much as I hate regulatory agencies in Washington D.C.
something has to happen with that because it’s been way out of line, it’s been way unfair. And there’s something needs to be addressed there. They keep calling all these guys in Zuckerberg, and now Twitter now belongs to Elon Musk. But even Twitter hasn’t been X, has not been completely revamped either. And they’re still having some problems. And maybe this is just the technological demise that we have in our country, the AI demise. And look what it’s doing to us. Maybe we need to turn the clock back on a lot of this, but not by force, but by parents who really are watching what’s going on in their families.
And that’s really where you can have all the regulation you need. Because we put our kids in front of that screen for seven, eight hours a day. And we as parents need to pull that back more than I say that the federal government’s in charge of that. But yeah, there’s a lot. There’s a lot there. But government can stop this nonsense of arresting people or going after people, like I said, using the IRS to go after people who say the word constitution or constitutions in your name. Barack Obama did that with Lois Lerner, and they did it.
And then Lois Lerner was called before Congress and she goes, I haven’t done anything wrong. I plead the fifth, give me my retirement. Goodbye. That’s justice. And in 2015, the DEA had dozens of agents that were going to sex parties down in Colombia and the cartels were providing the prostitutes. That’s on the front page of USA Today. It wasn’t some crackpot right wing periodical. It was USA Today talking about that. I have a copy of it. It’s part of my presentation. Right. And so why would any sheriff allow the FBI, allow the dea, who has had corruption, big time FBI, big time corruption, and the irs, their corruption and their cruelty and their bullying is irrefutable.
Why would any sheriff just allow them to come in their counties with unfettered access to the people that they serve and the people that pay their salary? Why would any sheriff do that? And we train sheriffs to understand that the federal Government does not have supreme authority in our counties or nationwide. They are not our boss. And that’s what I sued the federal government to stop. And we won. So, folks, another thing. Every one of you, every American should have this little tiny booklet in your home, in your pocket, in your car. It fits right in your shirt pocket, fits in your purse, fits in your car.
Because this is a highlighted version of my Supreme Court case. And it costs $2 or you can get three for five. But you should get dozens of these and pass them out to your local officials. This is what the Supreme Court said when in the only time in American history that sheriff sued the federal government and won. And this is the most powerful state sovereignty case in the history of America. Get it and find out for yourself. Absolutely. Now my question to you is this on freedom of speech. And then we’ll, we’ll move on to another subject.
I’m not sure if I agree with you, Sheriff Mac. We’re never going to agree on everything. But if you are a corporation registered in the United States of America and you’re dealing with a media platform, shouldn’t you abide by the law of the Constitution of America and allow free speech within boundaries? Obviously, if I come on the air and say I’m going to go, you know, threaten some, some body or something or a building and I’m making a terroristic threat, that’s a different set of circumstances. Yeah, of course. Right. But if I, but if I, but if I own a business and I said I only allow Democrats in here, okay, you show me your card when you come in.
You have to be a registered Democrat. That’s not illegal. It’s probably a little bit immoral and it’s wrong and I don’t agree with it. But just like during the COVID mandates. So I own a store and you come in and you’re not wearing a mask, I say don’t come in my property unless you wear a mask. There were some people said he has to let me in there whether I’m wearing a mask or not. That’s his property, that’s his business. It’s not yours. Go somewhere else. You know, don’t shop there anymore. But no, the person who owns the property and owns the business, that law is supreme.
And, and if I, if I own a business and I say no guns. If you bring a gun in my store, I’ll kick you out. Don’t come in here. I don’t agree with that. But that’s his, that’s his prerogative. Government is the one that has the rule on that. I. I don’t have to respect your right to keep and bear arms. The country does and the government does. But the Second Amendment is for government and not for local businesses. Look, I don’t agree with any of that. And I go in businesses that say no guns allowed all the time, but I keep the gun concealed, and I don’t go waving it around, bragging, saying, oh, I got my gun in here.
I don’t give a damn what you say. Second Amendment protects me. His right to his property and his. He is. He’s the owner of that castle. The castle doctrine. This is beyond anything our Constitution guarantees. It’s my natural right. That’s my property. And if you come on my property, you abide by my rules, you know, and I can’t. I can’t make you do, you know, I can’t say, well, you got to come in naked or whatever else, or you, you know, you have to come in and do whatever I say in very immoral stuff. You know, again, though, I don’t go in there.
Okay, but he’s the one that can say. All the media platforms, unfortunately, it seems that they’re all owned by liberal, Marxist, you know, communist organizations. I’m tired of living in America, and somebody is controlling on whether I could be 50,000 or whether I could be 500,000 people follow me, or I could be a million people follow me. I should not have that. That kind of, you know, somebody controlling that in America. That should not be allowed. Well, maybe I don’t know how we would control all the businesses. I’m not for government intervention and government telling me how to run my business.
I, I think everybody can run their business according to their dictates of their own conscience. Just like a church, you know, it’s your. It’s. It’s your property, it’s your business. And if I don’t like how you’re doing it, I don’t go there. Sure. But this is, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Turns out to be a good choice. Twitter turned out to be a better choice now, and it’s probably going to get better with time, but we need another YouTube or we need maybe Elon Musk to buy YouTube. This way it makes it easier on us. Right.
And change. Yeah, I agree. And we’ve got to. Look, we already have all sorts of news alternatives. Yes, I get a lot of my news off the Internet, probably more than anyplace else. Every now and again, I’ll still watch a little bit of Fox and sometimes I’ll turn the channel to CNN to see what they’re lying about today when I was on cnn, I guarantee you they l me big time. I wish there was something I could do about that. I’ve contacted lawyers all over this country to say, why can they lie about me? And, and it’s malicious.
And it’s supposed to be that if you prove they’re doing it maliciously, your lawyers will back you. No, they won’t. I have never had a lawyer say, yes, I’ll go after all these national periodicals or groups who have lied about you. Yeah, it’s malicious. I can prove it. And no, you don’t have a case. It’ll cost you way too much and you’re going to lose anyway. They can all give their opinion and that’s all they’re doing. You know, so I’ve been really disenchanted with all of that. But at the same time, the problem with the press is they don’t believe in the First Amendment, the right to freedom of the press.
They don’t care about that. They’ve all taken sides and now it’s just all, all agenda driven. It’s very evil, it’s very un American and I don’t see how. I go to that business and say, you can’t do this anymore. And he says, I own this business and I’ll do it, run it how I feel, you know, so take a hype. Yeah. You know, that all of that’s very corrupt. And, and if we could just clean the nose of the federal government first, I think we could stop all of it. Yeah, well, I don’t think we need this size government.
Trump is definitely going to down by 80% or more. Needs to be. There’s a lot of agencies that are opened that the head honchos don’t show up for weeks at a time and they’re, they’re taking a $400,000 a year paycheck and we’re paying for it and it’s not doing anything for us. So that’s got to stop. What? I mean, look, yeah, we all thought, for example, that Matt Gates was a good guy and maybe there’s some dirt on him. We don’t know exactly just yet. And we thought Jordan was a good guy and there might be some dirt on him and we’re not exactly sure just yet, but it turns out to be that every time we’re thinking that maybe that politician could be a good president, we’re wrong about that.
Which I means, that means we’re probably wrong about J.D. vance being the next president United States could be a wrong move because this guy supposedly has some dirt on him. Supposedly. So now the bottom line is I think, and hopefully you can help me plant the seed. And I think you and I are going to be like two peas in a pod on what I’m about to state next. And that is an Eric Trump who is very prepared to be the next leader of the United States of America who’s being groomed. And in my opinion, I think that Trump Jr.
Is a little bit rough around the edges, sort of like Mel Carmine. But the reality is, I think that Eric Trump would be a very good choice because he’s been groomed to run a multibillion dollar business and government is a multi billion dollar business, as you know. What do you think of Eric Trump potentially being the next guy in line to take and then he would have Donald Trump as his concierge. What did that be? I like Eric Trump and I like Donald Jr. Too. You know, they’re both tough and they’re both very experienced. And the only thing I want from any candidate is that they know and understand the Constitution and that they will uphold it, they will defend it, they will secure it, and they will be a guard of the Constitution and a protector of our republic and they will put that first.
And if the Constitution doesn’t allow them to do something, they don’t do it. Yeah. And, and if it requires them to do something, they will absolutely do it. And so to me, the whole problem is nationwide, in the states and, and especially Washington D.C. that we’ve got to get back to those basic fundamentals as delineated in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution and even more specifically the Bill of Rights, which is part of our Constitution. But the Bill of Rights is the supreme law of the supreme law of the land. And there’s about 28 principles of freedom inside those 10amendments that protect our God given civil rights.
And that’s what I want. I want to be left alone. If I haven’t hurt anybody, then government has to stay out of my life and leave me the hell alone. And that’s what I want for every American. Special rights for no one. And forcing me to take care of somebody else’s abortion or to feed the poor or anything else. Forcing someone to feed the poor is not charity. That’s tyranny. That’s dictatorship. I donate to good causes all the time, but don’t force me to to donate to the ones you think are most important. Government officials have no Authority to do that whatsoever.
The United States government is not a nanny state or a welfare state. We were never supposed to be any of that. You want to donate your money, Planned Parenthood, or to any other charity, you go right ahead. But you cannot force your neighbor to spend money and to donate to the causes you think are most important. That’s. That’s wrong and immoral. Absolutely. I totally agree, brother. It’s been a pleasure meeting you in Vegas. It was a pleasure having you on the show. I’m sure this will not be the last time you’ll see Sheriff Mack.
