Hello, America. Dave Hodges here, host of the Common Sense Show. We are the show that is freeing America one enslaved mind at a time. Thank you so much for joining us. Really good to be with you. And we serve God, family, country in that order. And this is about Labor Day. Even if you don’t hear this on Labor Day, this is still about Labor Day. And the stories we’re going to present here today are how the American dream, the American promise, the Constitution, our labor laws have all been morphed and twisted into turning the worker’s life into living misery.

And we’re going to get into that here today. Although the theme is Labor Day, it’s really the idolaters versus the Satanists. And that’s what we’re going to break down for you here today about. There’s an overarching theme as we get lost in the weeds with these individual issues, and sometimes we lose track of what the real root cause is. We deal with the symptoms. Well, what we’re going to do here today is give you a broad base, and then we’ll get into the weeds and talk about the individual situations here. But when we look at idolatry and we look at Satanism, there are really two sides of the same coin.

And you’re saying, dave, how could you say that? I know I’m being provocative on purpose. I want to show you something here before we go further, though. Okay? This is anti Big Pharma. This is why I’m here today. And listen, all you people have written to me say, dave, you look so much better. Okay, thank you. Thank you. It’s so kind of you to go out of your way to say that, but I didn’t do it on my own. Some. Yeah, willpower and diligence and consistency, but the healing came from God. Well, I want to just shift my attention over here for a second and I wanted to talk about what these parties really are. And this is the overarching theme of today when we talk about labor issues. And as I said in the top, we really have one coin with our political parties. We have the Satanists. And I align them with the Democratic Party. Now, is everyone who’s a Democrat a Satanist? No, of course not. In fact, I would say most probably aren’t. But the leadership, well, number one, they took God out of their party platform several years ago.

I don’t think I need to go any further in my analysis. I will. But when you take God out of anything, the classroom, your party platform, you are godless. And I firmly believe. And the great musical group Rush says this, to not decide is to decide. Well, you’re either on Team Jesus or Team Satan. And if you don’t make a decision, the decision is made before you. You’re on Team Satan. And what do the democratic. Actually, the democratic socialist leadership, which is another word for communism. Communism was born from the Satanic policies and worldview of Karl Marx.

And what they do is they attack the family. They try to remove God from everything. There is no morality. Every morality situation is situational morality. It’s okay here but not okay there because we say so. Well, what does the Bible say? Well, what’s the Bible? The Bible is oppressive. It takes away people’s rights. The Bible is antiquated. It’s outdated. There’s no God. He’s dead. I mean, these are things that you hear from the left. And that’s one side of the coin is Satanism stemming straight from Karl Marx himself, spread by people like Frederick Engels. And now the Democratic Socialist Party leadership in America today, headed by people like Bernie Sanders, aoc.

And these are names we can put to these philosophies. But then you have the other side of the coin, politically speaking. You have the idolaters. This is. And I made a list Here I’m going to read from my list, Colossians3.5 says we’re talking about covetous, which is idolatry. And what does that show up as government or political leaders know better than you. It’s about how we define success. He who dies with the most toys, wins. Remember that old phrase from the 80s and 90s? Yeah. And then you’ve got fame and power. And at the pinnacle of this pyramid would be money and wealth.

And money and wealth followed by power becomes their God. It’s, oh, they go to church, maybe, but their mind while they’re in the congregation listening to the pastor is, how am I going to close that deal next week? Rather than taking a hard look at their own spiritual lives, and they’re given the opportunity to come closer to God. Their mind is elsewhere, and it’s on their true God, which is money. And that today would be the Republican Party, led by Donald J. Trump. Oh, excuse me. I know some of you just got mad. Let me explain, please.

Donald Trump was somebody I supported through three elections. Ten years. Ten years. Now, listen, I knew at best he was a baby Christian. At best. But as Franklin Graham just recently said in an article he wrote, the son of Billy Graham, the greatest evangelist in American history, in my humble opinion, Franklin Graham said we still need to vote. Yes, there are problems in voting, I think. Oh, boy. Don’t go on most social media and say that. They’ll demonetize you. But he was saying there are problems. But he said, and the candidates don’t always fit. What Christians feel is what we’re commanded to do and how we’re commanded to live by the Bible from the Almighty himself.

And Franklin’s right. But he said you still need to vote. You need to choose the person who best gives you the chance to practice your faith. Because as we know as we approach the end days, that Christians are going to be highly persecuted. Oh, we’re seeing that in Ohio right now, where they’re trying to use CPS to take kids away from families and parents who go to religious schools. What? Yeah. Oh, yeah. This is a big deal. It’s a 5,000 men protest at the state capitol over this issue. But I digress. Let’s get back to the idolaters.

Trump is an idolater, and he represents the idolater class. And you can be extremely wealthy and not be an idolater. And there are people who are like that. I’ve met most of. In fact, actually, the ones I’ve met that are. They’re in church, which is how I know some of these people. So there are some people that are extremely wealthy, but extremely generous, very godlike, and they do their best, and they don’t try to use their power for personal gain at the expense of other people’s rights. And there are people that exist in this country who are like that.

And I really thought Donald Trump was that person when he came down the escalator back in 2015 and he said, america’s become a blank hole and I’m here to fix it. I’m sick of it. And he started listing off all the abuses of how the wealthy are taking advantage of the worker. And he said, I’m going to change all that. And hear me and hear me clearly, that man on that day and through most of his first term was sincere. And this was ego based. This wasn’t based on some form of I want to give to others and, you know, Mother Teresa kind of attitude.

It wasn’t like that at all. He wanted to go down in history as the second George Washington, the ego boost. Washington started the country and Trump saved the country. He, President Lincoln, President Trump, the three of them together. And he’ll be enshrined in history and children will sing his praises forever. It was ego based, and I knew it at the time. But again, I have that same philosophy as Franklin Graham. Vote for the people who can give you the best chance to live out your Christian life and beliefs. So I supported him wholehearted, but he got captured.

There’s different theories on what happened to Trump to change him. And, oh, he’s captured. I was at a meeting several months ago with some Republican leadership in Arizona, and I’m not going to get into any more detail than that because these people are entitled to their anonymity. But they, they believe what I believed about tpusa. They believed that Trump has been capt and his presidency is not his own. And we speculated what happened. Well, nothing like getting shot in the face could turn you around. And then having another guy with CIA connections lining up to get you at your golf course, fortunately for an alert FBI agent, it was stopped.

That guy didn’t get any credit. You know, the guy who saved Trump’s life didn’t really get any credit, and not that he necessarily wanted it, but that man was a hero. He saved the life of a presidential candidate. And then Trump shifted dramatically in the middle of his campaign for his third election. He brought on the tech bros from Silicon valley. He chose J.D. vance as his running mate, who was Peter Thiel’s puppet and stooge. Peter Thiel the owner of Palantir, the most invasive company in America to violate your privacy rights. That Peter Thiel, well, this is J.D.

vance, has never held a position without, you know, Thiel’s guidance and intervention. Sam Altman’s people. And you look at his administration today and Trump, I’ll give you example, the Science and Technology Board, they were made up of scientists from all different walks of life and profession, but all gone, all replaced by proteges and stooges of Altman and Thiel. He married the tech Bros. And then there’s the nation of Israel. Now, I don’t know if this is true, but after the two assassination attempts, some people feel that the Mossad, the CIA went to Trump through intermediaries and just said, they’re going to get you.

You better get on board and play ball with us because we can protect you. And that’s when it all started. And we all thought Doge was such a good thing. Me too. I was fooled. I got fooled. Hey, look at they’re going after usa. Look at all the money they’re spending on crap, nonsense, immoral stuff, illegal stuff. And it’s all going on foreign countries and people are getting rich off of it in the Democratic Party. Oh, man, Doge is great. Thank you, Elon Musk. That is awesome, standing out there on stage with a chainsaw. This is what we’re going to do to fraud, waste and abuse.

And I bought it hook, line and sinker. There’s truth in every field. When the biblical phrase, even the elect will be deceived. Even though that’s about the. The great deception. I was taken in by this. I was deceived. You know what that was all about, Doge? Gaining access to your personal records, tying it together, a unified database. And there’s all kinds of people now that see this, and I just. Where does it end up? Well, if I said what I really thought, hypothetically, I’d be labeled a conspiracy theorist. And we can never be that, because we all know that two bad people would never get together to plan to do something wrong.

Because if you notice that and say that you’re a conspiracy theory, you need therapy or you just want attention. You’re saying this to make money. You know, it’s kind of funny how TPUSA just continues to launch this assault on Candace Owens because she refuses to accept the narrative of what happened to Charlie, her friend, and she married into one of the richest families in the history of the planet. She didn’t have to do this. Oh, she’s doing it for Money. She doesn’t have to make money, but her life has largely been ruined because she stuck up for justice for her friend Charlie Kirk.

And I’m not saying I agree with everything that she said, but it’s not born out of greed as the message is. She’s just taking advantage. The people who made money on Charlie tpusa, we have that internal video with Erica Kirk and the leadership. And this is a zoom and it’s out there and everyone can see it six days after Charlie’s gone. And there’s not one word, one tear about him. But it’s all about how much merchandise money we’re making. It’s there. I mean, you can draw your own conclusion. You can say it’s a fact in isolation, however you want to excuse it, but Candace gained nothing from this.

Other people made a lot of money that didn’t have money. And the people that asked questions about what really happened on September 10th of last year, well, they were showing the door. Aubrey lynch, one person among many. Greedy idolatry characterizes the Republican Party. And as we go through an analysis of whenever you hear this Labor Day type issues the fate of the American worker, it all comes down to if you go with the left, you’re going with lifestyles that aren’t biblical. And 20 years ago, they wouldn’t many wouldn’t be legal. And to me, you know, I let sleeping dogs lie.

It’s be what you want to be, but don’t tell me that I have to be that way. But the left wants to enforce their views upon us. And then you have the idolaters taking advantage of the general public by any means possible. And I’ll review today, too. Also, there’s an answer to all this. Well, the root answer is following biblical principles and getting enough people to go along with you becomes a sweeping movement that engulfs like a tsunami of Christianity over the illegitimate people running our country. That’s the root answer. But there are other things that we can do short of mass conversion.

And we’ll talk about that today, too. But I really am going to expose what’s going on with the ruling party in this class today. We’re going to get into this and. And people say you’ve jumped off Trump’s ship. No, I’m still on Make America Great God, Family, country, in that order. I haven’t changed at all. The word of God doesn’t change ever, ever. But we’re being ruled by people that worship money and power and they don’t have a servant attitude. Let me remind You. What did Jesus do right before he was arrested and crucified? He taught through an action, a parable.

He washed the feet of the disciples. Servant leadership. Do we have anything that approaches that today? Now, she’s been vilified in the news, but I’ll give you an example of someone who quit Congress because she was a servant leader. That’s Marjorie Taylor Greene. Is she a perfect representation of Christian principles and handling conflict? No. But I don’t know who among us is. We all fall short of the glory of God. But she walked away from profitability because the name of the game in Congress is how much money can I make for the time that I’m here? That’s their number one objective, and we’ve covered that ad nauseam.

She walked away from that cash cow because she couldn’t take it any longer. And I’ll tell you someone else who was like this, too, was Carrie Lake. She couldn’t take the lies of the mainstream media because media is bought by special interests that do advertising on media. They keep them in business. And she said, I can no longer tell these lies. So she ran for political office, and she got crucified for telling the truth. This is how bad the Republican Party is in Arizona. This is public. I played the tape here on my show. Jeff DeWitt, who was the head of the GOP in Arizona, went to her house.

She knew something was up, so she arranged to have the conversation recorded. And he offered her millions of dollars from special interest, quote, unquote, back east to not run against Ruben Gallago. Not a very nice person, an immoral person. And I’m not going to get into all the details because I’m not here to besmirch him. But I’m just saying you wouldn’t be proud to sit next to him in church. Okay, I’m just. I’ll put it to you that way. But he also, too, was. Is an avowed communist. And he comes out of a very questionable background.

And here you have a GOP leader bribing a GOP candidate not to run against an avowed communist with a real questionable past. That’s why I say two sides of the same coin. And this is what we’re battling today. Your government doesn’t represent you. And it’s because we’ve let the system get perverted to the point to where the incentives aren’t with pleasing the people. It’s in fooling the people so we please the people that give us money. I’ll get into details in the final segment that we’re going to run on this and what really needs to happen, because we have to undo that process.

But undoing the process is only one half of the solution, the root cause. And I’m just going to say this right now. I’m not voting for anyone who I don’t think has Christian leanings. I know I’m not going to get perfect Christian candidates. And I’m going to keep saying it over and over, and boy, have I got smashed over the head for saying this. And I’m speaking metaphorically, hopefully just metaphorically. But there are some people who’ve really come after me because you wouldn’t vote for someone who’s not a Christian. No, I’m not going to vote for anyone who’s not a Christian.

And I make no apologies for saying that, because this is our only way back. We can undo this corrupt system, but we have to first come from the correct moral base. And we need supernatural help because we have stage four cancer with corruption in our government. And I don’t believe that we have the ability to undo it ourselves. It’s going to take supernatural help from the Almighty. And that’s where we have to do our part, being faithful to the Word and practicing the Great Commission. I’m Dave Hodges. We’re going to unpack this today because it’s not fun being an American worker.

Oh, there’s people that love their jobs. I love the stuff I do. If I don’t like it, I don’t do it professionally. And I’m lucky because I’ve got options. But there are a lot of Americans who don’t have those options. God’s blessed me in that I get to do what I think is important, and my life has some meaning because of that. There are some people that just have drudgery every single day and life is nothing but a struggle. And I’ll leave you with one statistic that underlies everything I’m saying, because I sound like a consummate whiner here, but I’m not whining.

From my perspective, I’m lucky. I can pay my bills. For now, I’m talking about 65% of America that can’t afford a $500 car repair bill. According to the research, that’s a problem. Oh, we have it so good in America. We’re the best there is. There’s been times in our country where that’s been true. I maintain it as anything but true. Today. The misery level in this country is terrible. Our standard of living is going down. Our lifespan is decreasing. That’s right. With all the advances we have technologically and in the medical field. And let me just close with one example.

I sat through a stem cell presentation this past week and considering it for a family member has got pretty significant health challenges. And it’s a substantial sum of money. And one of the things they use as a selling point like this is so good that look at what Big Pharma is doing to suppress it. And they were correct. They talked about how the lobbyists went to Congress to get laws passed. They had to go to court to undo it. Da da da da da. And it was all about never letting stem cell stuff come to market.

But see, the rich had to suppress that because they were laying wires across the country and going to make a lot of money on it. That’s just one example. And it’s all about corporate profits and it’s invaded our core. And it’s all about the idolatry side of the coin of government, namely today the Republican Party. I think if I were 60 years older and I’d have been alive in the 50s and 60s and been politically active, I would have supported the Democratic Party because at one time they did represent the underprivileged black people because of Jim Crow and denial of equal opportunity, women’s rights, you know, woman gets pregnant, we’re going to fire her from her job.

Those kinds of things that used to happen, I would have supported a party like that. But that’s not the Democratic Party today. That party’s pure evil. And if you’re a Christian, you could put a different label on it. Stay tuned because we’re going to get into some of these issues and we’re going to hit them rapid fire and then we’re going to talk about what we can do. Dave Hodges here.
