And she’s got some really interesting, cutting edge ways of how she works with animals and people. And she has a new book called Telepathy, Love and the Rescue of Truth, which invites you to waken the dream to clear what clouds your natural vision, providing insightful map to reclaiming your authentic perception. So, Susie, welcome. I’m so excited to have you and thank you. I’m so happy to be here. Yeah, you have such a fascinating story. And first of all, homeopathy in general, I find so interesting. Anyway, so what got you on your journey? Well, my journey of homeopathy started actually because of my son, who had a lot of health problems as a child.
And that’s why I went to homeopathy school, because he was cured by homeopathy. And so I learned when I went to homeopathy school, I mean, it was, it was what I was made for. I realized, because the way that homeopathy intersects with, like the metaphorical expressions of the body is, is just so beautiful because we know obviously that that’s how the body expresses itself. You know, there’s. There’s a language just like the language that I’m now accessing, that we all can access. Right? There’s this language and it’s, you know, it’s symbolic in a sense, I guess.
And so I became really fascinated by that. But I did start out and who I learned from, Paul Herschu, unlike other homeopaths, he really focused on, like, the holistic feeling of each remedy so that you could sense what it was that was being holistically expressed in the remedy rather than breaking down all the different little symptoms. So it’s sort of a different way of prescribing. So anyway, I went through the journey of prescribing conventionally working with people, then moving into working with animals. And I had sort of an emergency case when I was driving and I was on a trip and someone called me and her cat was in great distress, like really crying and upset.
And I hadn’t really been prescribing intuitively. So that was like the beginning of it to, to reach down and recognize, you know, how to receive remedies intuitively. But I was in such distress myself because I really wanted to help this cat. And as I was sort of feeling into the situation, because really it’s about the sensing feeling aspect. I. The remedy just came to me and they come in different ways, but the remedy came as a toxic mushroom that starts with the letter S. And so they come in all different ways, right? Like it can be pictures or imagery, or it can be like a word.
And then I kind of delve deeper into it and then when I find that thing, I know, oh, this is it, this is what they need. And I’ll ask the question, is this what they need? But anyway, that aside, my boyfriend at the time was also a homeopath. And so I called him and I said, I couldn’t remember. I said, what’s a mushroom that starts with an S that’s toxic? And he said, skull cap. And I was like, okay. And I already was giving remedies in, I guess what I call it is, is telepathically. So I give the remedies with a thought.
So rather than giving that, it’s the frequency of it, you’re sending, right? So I’m sending the remedy that way. And I had practiced this throughout my kids childhoods because I had learned in school, my teacher said at one point, some people believe that you can give a remedy by just writing it down on a piece of paper. And some people believe you can just say it. And I never forgot that. So I started to practice that with my kids. And then in this situation, because here I was driving and I didn’t have any way to give a remedy.
I gave that remedy to the cat while I was driving. So I got it intuitively and gave it that way. And he had such an incredible, almost instantaneous recovery from his distress that I was like, wow, I. I need to start putting some faith into this. Well, and you know, and lucky for me, I’m sorry, Keep going. No, keep going. I have had over time, because I’ve been working with all these different clients, the opportunity to corroborate things that come to me. So not everybody has that opportunity, right? So I wouldn’t always know what the information I was getting was about, but I would put it out there to the Client anyway, and it would have some meaning to them.
And that helps me to build my confidence in that. Oh, you know, these things you’re seeing and experiencing and stuff, this is real communication. This isn’t you and your imagination, even though imagination is communication. But anyway, that aside, this is fascinating for a couple of reasons. For me, because my son, who was also very sick as a child, got me motivated to go into homeopathy as well. I didn’t study it classically, but he had upper respiratory chronic asthma, sinus spiked, fevers, 103, 105. He was on antibiotics prophylactically and a nebulizer. And I was like, this is not a life.
And so that was my same experience. Isn’t that wild? Same thing with the lungs. Yeah, he kept getting fluid in his lungs and going to the emergency room, you know, same thing, nebulizer for so long, you know, up all night coughing. Yeah. Wow, I didn’t know that. Yeah, so. So that’s where I got led to homeopathy, which then took me other places that wasn’t my stop off. But I, I still have all my remedies. You should see my drawer. I have all these kits. I have a drawer too. But here’s another really interesting thing. So I have a friend, Michelle, who is a animal communicator healer, and I had a rescue dog, Lily, who we don’t know if it was a spider or a tick that bit her, but she was probably about 13 years old and she could not get up, she couldn’t walk, she couldn’t stand on her own.
She was completely like, you know, she could just basically pick up her head. So. And she’s a 60 pound lab pity mix. So that was not easy to pick her up and move her around and to get her outside to go to the bathroom, we just had to lay her down on the ground. I mean, it was really, really sad. So I called Michelle and she said, Lily has a remedy that she’s telling me that she wants you to give her. And it was three homeopathic remedies. I can’t recall what they were. I happened to have all three upstairs in my drawer.
I put them under her tongue, I put them in her mouth, and then I went into the kitchen and all of a sudden I turned around and she. In less than like two minutes, she stood up off the couch and was like she was weak. But within a day, or actually by that night she was completely back to normal. I mean, this is the power of homeopathy and that the animals know they own. They know what they need. So I’m totally in with what you said. Totally corroborating your experience. They know what they need and they’re letting you know.
Yeah, it’s amazing medicine. And the advantage to treating intuitively is you get what you’ve heard of. The simulimum in homeopathy is the exact match for the state of being that someone’s in right now. So rather than me doing somewhat of a guesswork and getting close, I can get actually the remedy that they need right now. But it is only as good as the questions that I ask. Right. Because I do have to say, you know, like, what is a remedy that will address this, this, this, this, and this, you know, in order to get that match.
Right. So. And then the other aspect I should probably mention is that I’m working in the hypnagogic state. Are you familiar with the hypnagogic? Well, I’m. I’m a hypno. I’m a hypnotherapist. Well, of course you are. Okay. So, yeah, I mean, I didn’t know that hypnosis brings people into that state, but that’s good to know. And for me, I was. You know, I think a lot of people learn when they’re doing yoga and they’re in shavasana, you know, corpse pose at the end, you go into that state because it’s the perfect pose for going into that state.
Right. Lying down and being totally relaxed. So what I did was I learned over time to connect through that state as I was waking up in the morning. Because if I did it when I was falling asleep, then I might fall asleep. But if I did it while I was waking up, then I could navigate in that place. And so what I do is I essentially go into the animal’s body to feel what their experience is. And I might ask questions, but I might also just be shown whatever they want to show me. And then that, of course, relates to how I’m going to request the remedy.
But also it’s challenging because it’s like the dream state and you have to bring all that stuff back with you. I have to remember. Remembering the key. Yeah, I have to remember. I have to write it down, translate it into words. That’s the hardest part. But the thing that led me to writing the book was that I was finding that the more often I was treating animals and going into this state, the more blissful I was feeling. I was just feeling like. I felt like I accessed a state of pure love that I didn’t know existed and that I could then choose to go there anytime I wanted to.
And over time, it was sort of revealed to me, like, how these different places are structured. As in, you know, this is the ethereal realm, which is an interconnected space where, you know, the reason we’re able to telepathically communicate, all of us are, as you know. Yeah. Is because everything’s available to us and it’s just a matter of where we put our awareness. So if we’re putting our awareness on an animal, then we’re retrieving that relationship. Right. You know what I’m saying? I. Absolutely. And I think that what you’re talking about is key. And what people don’t really understand about hypnosis and the stages of hypnosis is that our brains have five major frequencies that we go in and out of naturally.
So when you’re driving and you ever miss an exit, you’re daydreaming. That’s a form of hypnosis. When you’re watching TV and you zone out, that’s hypnosis. So we are in what’s called beta frequency on a regular basis. It’s a. It’s a short, quick frequency. Gamma is even higher. Okay. That’s where the Tibetan monks and people, you know, go into those kinds of frequencies. That’s the state of, like, complete coherence. That’s like where you’re manifesting like crazy. You’re creating at that level. Then you have alpha, which is the. Generally, mostly the state I would imagine, that you’re in.
It’s that daydreamy state. You’re half awake, half asleep. And it’s. It’s where we channel from often. We get a lot of information. We get that from gamma as well, but it’s a slower frequency. And that’s. That’s a state of, you know, yoga. When we go into the yogic, practice guided meditations, all of that. Then there’s delta and theta. Theta and delta are much deeper states that they’re. It’s like you. You’ve gone so deep that you wake up drooling. Theta and delta. And people can put themselves into those states, like for surgery. They can. I’ve seen people put themselves into really deep states and then go drill away at the dentists.
Wow. I don’t think I’m at that point. Yeah, I’ve been for 25 years. I still won’t do that. But I. That’s not where my specialty is. But I have friends who will go and just put themselves out and go into Those deep states. So you’re accessing your truer state of. Of when we’re in this, the. The beta frequency, there’s where our ego is. Right. So when you get out of ego, you’re in your own natural state, and that’s where the animals communicate with you. Exactly, yeah. And I’m not scientifically oriented in the way that you’re explaining to me.
And that’s why I thought it might be helpful, because I. This was just my journey of discovery. Right, right. And then I learned how to suspend myself there. And I thought, anybody can learn this. I mean, if I can do this, anybody can do this. So that was really the goal in writing the book, which, you know, took a lot longer than I thought it was going to. Always was a growth process of its own, as I’m sure you know. Right. And. And so I just. I set it up in a way to sort of present what’s getting in the way, which you would probably have different terminology for the same thing.
Right. And then what, you know, what then is available to us. And then I also have exercises in the back to help people just get into this state and understand, you know, the different ways of sort of becoming embodied and suspending yourself there. And they’re very simple. Very simple. And I even have pictures, like little drawings that I made. Oh, my. This is fantastic. Because one of the things that happens often is that people will deify others who have these abilities when they don’t even realize that they can do it themselves. Like, everyone can play the piano.
It’s just a matter of, you know, it’s like going to the gym. You need your reps and you need to work. Some people are more natural at it than others, but everyone has the ability. And what I realized, like, I do quantum healing or I do this work, but I go into that same state and I’m communicating with other people’s higher selves. So when people learn that, I always say, I’m not doing anything, I’m just raising the frequency so they can heal themselves. Yeah. So it’s the desire. And the animals don’t have that egoic state. The.
Maybe cats do. See, that’s one of the reasons why I started treating animals, because they’re so much easier to treat. Yeah, they recover really quickly. Whereas people have many layers. Often, you know, adults have a lot of layers. There’s a whole. Yeah, there’s a whole body mind connect that comes in. And a lot of times people’s pain are related to trauma and they’re not ready to Let go of it because they identify too much with it. And so with the animals, they, they absolutely do not go there. It’s just like, fix me, I want to be fixed.
I need the help. Yeah, yeah. I mean, it’s, it’s been really wonderful and you know, but just like what you’re saying how, how people get sort of deified if they can do these things. My clients would say to me often, like, this was one of my motivations. I wish I could do what you can do. And I would say, well, you can do what I can do. And they wouldn’t believe me. But also, you know, most of the time, if not all of the time, they actually did know what was going on with their animals. They just didn’t have that corroboration that I have of, you know, knowing that what they’re sensing and feeling about what’s actually going on is something to pay attention to and it’s something real, you know, And I, I, I think we, you know, in our society the idea of imagination has been so poo pooed to the point where we don’t understand the usefulness of it and that it’s not like just the imagination, as if it’s nothing.
Because I, the thing that I discovered is that, and you obviously too, is that when we’re in our body, we’re in a communal space. It’s not just our body. And so that’s why we have access to, you know, this interconnected network. Communication network. Yeah. I love your statement about imagination because I remember when I first started doing this work, I was really having a hard time. Like I didn’t want to be here and I wanted someone to fix me. I didn’t understand the whole process of healing. Right. I thought that I was going to just go into a healer and a healer was going to fix me and I was going to be done.
So I kept going from healer to healer to healer, not understanding that the work came from me. Right. Yeah. And so going through that process and because as an empath and someone who has a, a big imagination, not realizing that as humans we create from our imagination. And I took a mediumship class with the amazing woman, Rita Berkowitz. She’s since retired, but she was a spirit artist. So she would sit across from you and she could see all your, your guides, your loved ones that were around you. Then she’d be, she would draw one and give you a message and she had a portfolio filled of photos and then the actual drawing, like she wouldn’t see the photo until afterwards of who she was drawing.
Wow. Yeah. And so I was in her class, and she’d say, okay, someone’s here. Tell me about them. And then we would have to stand up and talk about whoever. Whatever ghost spirit being was in the room. But she could see what we saw, so she was confirming everything. And that was the difference in finally believing that I wasn’t making stuff up. And I learned to try because what I thought was imagination was really my third eye. And being able to see, because we also have many different Claires. And what I mean by that, the clairvoyance, which you can see, clairaudience, you can hear.
Clairsentient, is feeling. Claircognizant is the knowing. I even. I forget what it’s called where you smell. Like, I could smell perfumes. I could smell tobacco. That’s a big one for me, actually. Yeah. Smell the smell. So for people to understand, you may see something, but. But someone else may hear it. So they’ll be like, oh, I’m not good at that, because I’m not getting what Susie’s getting. Meanwhile, they’re exactly, perfectly feeling. And to be the hardest thing is the knowing, because there’s a doubt. Like, am I making this up versus when someone. See. I always thought when someone saw it, then they had the.
The verification. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it’s just like with our regular skills and aptitudes, you know, we may be oriented more towards one way than another in the unseen world. But the other thing that I wanted to convey through my book, you know, in a lot of spiritual practices, the idea is to develop a lot of discipline so that you can then access what is within you and be one with the love. Right. But what I realized is that you can also do it the other way around. You can access that, and then the discipline comes because you are, in some senses, it’s helping you to break down the ego.
Like you’re saying. It’s. It’s helping you to do that because you. You feel safe. You’ve discovered, oh, there’s a place where I feel safe. And therefore, these. These things that I think I need, I don’t need. And so I can shed those. And then I want to be in alignment with my body. I want to take great care of my body. I. I want to be. You know, I want to have integrity. I want to have discipline. You know, all of these things arise out of that. Rather than spending, like, your lifetime doing that and hoping that you’ll catch a glimmer of something.
You know, you said It. It’s the heart and it’s the feelings. And when we’re in school, we’re actually taught. I remember a teacher saying this to me, tell me what you think, not what you feel. Because I’m such an empath. Like, I feel. Feel my way through life. Like, I can actually go through my life blindly and not know what’s coming. Because my heart and my feelings act like a magnet. So I trust those feelings, and I’ll have. This happened to me two days ago. I got a message from someone saying, are you going to this conference in Las Vegas? And I was like, no, why would I go? I don’t.
I’m not interested in that. Then all of a sudden, I got a message. You’re supposed to go. I’m like, I don’t want to go to Las Vegas. Yeah, the pole was so strong. I still don’t know why I’m going, other than I know a bunch of people are going to be there. But I don’t feel the draw. But I know there’s something for me, and that happens throughout my entire life. So it’s like, you get this draw. To do something, we have to get out of our heads and trust the heart. And it’s not only with animals.
I’ve done that with trees. Sit down with your back to a tree, and the tree will give you everything it will take. You can ask the tree to take your pain. You can ask the tree and the plants to help you with things. I mean, look at what you’re doing with homeopathy is an. Is a frequency of a living being. Yes. That is the thing that I realized, working with it, I. I mean, not until I did this that I recognized these remedies are conscious beings. And. And how we know that is that, what if I give you a remedy and I give myself or somebody else the same remedy? It’s going to do something different.
And the only way it can do something different is if it’s conscious. Right. That’s the only way it’s adapting to what this person needs versus what that person needs. And, I mean, I just. I’ve fallen in love with it on a whole different level. And I’m sure you have, too, because of that. You know, I have found it’s so interesting for people who’ve never delved into homeopathy, the thing that struck me so much is that you can have free five or six or more remedies for a cold, and you can have five or six people with a cold, and each person will get a Different remedy based on your emotional state.
Like, there’s so many intricacies of each remedy based on someone’s emotional state as well as physical state and mental state. Yeah. And the idea actually is, or what we learned where I went is if it doesn’t match the mind symptoms, then it can’t be correct because the mind is the basis of everything. How, you know, the body is responding to that. Right. So. So, yeah, I mean, it’s. It’s such amazing medicine. I mean, nobody goes to homeopathy school because they want to go to homeopathy school. They go because some miracle happened to a family member or to themselves, and they just want to understand it.
And, you know, homeopaths don’t understand it. They learn how to use it. And I think having done this, I’m starting to come to more of an understanding. I mean, in my mind, I feel like the world is information driven in the sense, you know, it’s sending information to the recipient. So a remedy is the information that body or being needs to correct itself. Yeah, that’s how I think of it. You know, I have. I have a funny story because my cousin went to medical school and became a pediatrician. And that was at the time where I was helping my son with homeopathy.
And I actually got yelled at in a pediatrician’s office and told me that I was a quack and, you know, I was going to see quacks and that I was dangerous what I was doing and humiliated me in the. In the waiting room of a pediatrician’s office. This was like 30 years ago. And I remember being reduced to tears. And I was talking to my cousin relaying that, and he was like, well, what is this homeopathy? Where are the studies? How can they prove anything? And he and I had a long conversation, and he was taking the side of the pediatrician I dealt with.
And 10 years later, he became a homeopathic doctor. No way. That’s so funny. I mean, the person I went to was a physician who happened to be also a homeopath. And I didn’t even know that when I went to her. So how did she treat my son? She treated him with homeopathy. She had this giant drawer. Yeah. Full of remedies. But, yeah, it’s. It’s amazing medicine. And you really have to experience it to understand how amazing. It’s very complex and simple at the same time because it’s like a puzzle. It’s like a complex puzzle, figuring it out.
I love the way you. You are taught to More intuit it because. And working with animals, the animals are basically telepathically telling you what you need. My first, My friend Michelle Lowery, who’s an animal communicator and healer, literally will go up to a horse with all these essential oils, and the horse will go up to that and pick out which one it wants, and she’ll open the bottle and they’ll smell it and she’ll put the cap back on, it’ll pick another one. And. Yeah. The magic of animals know and what they can perceive. Yeah. I mean, you know, and the only reason we don’t know these things is because we’re not actually living in our bodies, we’re living elsewhere.
And, you know, that’s really. I mean, and every modality that we. That we deal with has a way of bringing us back to our body. Yeah. You know, and so then we have the opportunity to. To access those things, but it’s temporary, depending on, you know, this. These habitual thinking habits that we have and reactionary ways of working in the world, you know, and like you said, trauma creates those. And that’s the beauty of homeopathy, is it’s like a pattern interrupt. It’s sort of like. But for people, as you probably know, the constitutional remedy often has to be given over and over and over again because they keep resetting into the same groove.
Unlike babies and animals, who they usually move out of the groove. Yeah. And into a new place. That’s exactly how I describe hypnosis. It’s a pattern interrupt. And it’s the exact same thing in your thoughts and your mental state, because we become attached, we’re programmed. And so what hypnosis does is get you on a new. In a new state. But people will often keep defaulting to the old way. So with hypnosis, it’s about having a dialogue with the higher self so that the higher self will take over and help them understand we don’t need that old way.
And it bypasses the ego and helps people go into this new way of being. Now, as it. As in everyone, I can’t make someone do anything they don’t want to do. So if someone is attached, let’s say they’re on disability and they get money for being disabled and they say they want to get healed and they keep going back, they’ll have a great success. And then it goes back because there’s a part of them that’s afraid. How am I going to take care of myself if I end up off disability? How am I going to support Myself, So fear gets in the way with that.
So that’s why working with the animals is very pure. I’m curious. Other stories, I mean, I love the story with the cat. There’s a woman who I see on social media who gets. Communicates with animals. She was talking to a bulldog and she said they were talking about very high level spiritual things. And the bulldog said to her, I can’t answer that question because that’s cat territory and I’m a dog, so I’m not allowed to talk about that kind of stuff because cats are much more evolved beings. And I was laughing and, and so I was curious as some of your experiences with working with the animals.
I mean, cats are amazing. I really do. I love all animals, but I do love working with cats. And cats have taught me things. And that very first cat that I worked with taught me a lot. One of the things that happened with that particular cat so towards the end of his life. So he, he did well after that remedy, right? And then I think I probably only had to treat him one more time. But then later, years later, I got a call that she couldn’t find her cat. And I guess he had not been feeling well.
And when I connected with him, I saw that he was in the woods under a tree. And I knew what that meant. I mean, most of the time cats will go and die under a tree. That’s their choice. Oh, wow. And she was so frantic and I was still, you know, not super experienced with what I was doing. So, so very subject to the emotional state of my clients, you know, and what can I do, you know, to fix this? And I conveyed to him that he needed to get up and go back into the house and show her that he loved her and not do what I knew he wanted to do, which I don’t know if that was even fair for me to do that, but that was what I did.
And he lived for two more weeks. And then the next time I connected with him, he said, please let me go. Wow. And so then I had to tell her. And I was, and I was anxious about telling her and I, I mentioned it to my son and I was like, I have to tell her what he said. And he said, of course you have to tell her. Just tell her she’s gonna be fine. So I told her and. And she was fine because it was like the known, you know, and. And she said, what do I do? And I said, just stay with him.
This was my first sort of end of life care kind of thing. And he. She Stayed with him and he passed away that day. And that was the beginning of me beginning to understand that animals do choose when they want to go and that it’s a process that actually can be supported by homeopathy as well. And, you know, there’s a lot around that, because with homeopathy, we usually take the animals off any drugs that they’re on, and they don’t like to be on drugs because then they can’t sense, they can’t smell, they can’t hear well, they can’t see.
And that’s more distressing to them than, you know, having pain medication that takes away the pain. That’s because our priority as a pet and, and, and I, I know people who are animal communicators and they don’t like to use the word owners because we don’t own them. Right. Yeah, I don’t like to use that word either. Yeah, I say their person. Yeah. But anyway, I learned a lot from that cat. And I did learn from a dog. I can’t remember his name, but he taught me a technique that I didn’t know, which was like a healing technique, which was using these different points of light to touch various parts of his body inside.
And it was a technique that I used after that on, on other animals. So that was an interesting communication. That’s really, really fascinating. Yeah. Yeah. You never know what, what kind of a connection it’s going to be. But I have noticed that the animals seem to know. It’s like they start to feel better even before I start working with them. And I’ve always wondered about that. Like, as soon as a decision is made and I’ve been hired to work with them, they start to behave differently. And yeah, it’s probably what you’re saying that they know and they’re sort of anticipating that.
But then I, then I wonder a little bit about, you know, time. Time not being linear. Right. And that kind of thing, how that plays into it. But that would be a great question to ask, you know, to actually ask an animal. Yeah. Well, I have already sensed that time isn’t linear, that everything’s happening all at once, you know, and, and we can perceive cycles, but like, if we didn’t, if we, if we weren’t human beings who were constantly keeping track of time, that concept wouldn’t even exist for us. Exactly. We’d just be noticing. Right. Like the cycles that are happening around us.
But anyway, so it’s, it’s pretty fascinating to connect with animals, but as you say, we all can do it. And you know, and I. I want. The thing is, is that these patterns that we get stuck in that you’re dealing with all the time and that we deal with in homeopathy, it’s because we don’t feel safe. And this is the thing, is that I discovered how to feel safe through doing this work. And by being able to feel safe, my whole version of the world changed. Right. And this is why I want other people to be able to do this.
Because, you know, there may still be lots of things that we have to do to shed, you know, our Persona or our ego. Right. Yeah. But it’s so much easier when you discover that there is a place that exists where you feel safe. I think that’s a really great point because the first, you know, when you think about Maslow’s heart hierarchy of needs, you know, safety and security is number one. And that’s why I think it’s so hard for. You know, why. Why having a home is so important? Because once you have a home, then you can build.
You can build all of those. Those parts. And so when we don’t feel safe, all of our energy is in fight or flight instead of. Yeah. Trying to figure out how we’re going to get our next meal. Trying to figure out, you know, the roof over our head. It’s. It’s so interesting because I think about even cats. So many of them have the ability. They’re hunters. They. They love being outdoors. And then others want to be house cats. They’re so such a. There’s such a diverse. Yeah. Experience with cats versus dogs. They’re. They’re like, I want to be on the pillow next to you in bed.
Right. Yeah, that’s so true. I mean, you know, we’re so caught up in the world right now. There’s so much information coming at everybody, and they’re in this. This continuous state of heightened fear, you know, And I. I really would like to help break through that, because we’re not getting to the truth that way. Like, people are trying. Are seeking to find out what is the truth by consuming information and over consuming information, and then it just sort of disassociates them even more from their bodies. Yes. They need to calm their nervous system. That’s number one.
And once you have a calm nervous system, then you can start manifesting, then you can start to create what you want in your life. You’re in fight or flight and fear. And. And I have to say, it’s good to be informed and then let it go. Because, yeah, we don’t know the source of the information. And I’ve had people who I’ve followed for many years and suddenly I’m like, I don’t resonate with them anymore. I can’t listen anymore. Yeah. And you have to be free to let go of your sources information because you may find a higher vibe information or.
And. And then when you get to your discernment, you want to go into your heart because there’s a couple things that happened. There are those beings, people who want us divided, whatever our belief systems are. And I like to stay neutral when I’m around people because I don’t need to talk about politics or what’s going on in the world. I’m curious as to where people are coming from because I want to learn. Yeah, me too. Because I want to know why you believe what you do. So that dialogue is missing. Yes, 100%. So there’s a whole psyop, if you want to call it, of divisiveness, that’s happening to keep us divided.
Because divide and conquer. Because when we start to realize. Because I’ll listen to people on both sides and I literally hear them say the exact same thing about each other. Identical. And that got me thinking, well, are we both right or be we both wrong? Are parts of what we know on each side right? Parts of what we know on each side are wrong. When you go into the heart and you discern and you get out of your ego and I think this is where your practice is really important for humanity to go into that state and know for yourself what your truth is.
Yes, that’s right. We have to know for ourselves first. And we have to take ourselves out of that environment that you’re describing in order to be able to come back and discern clearly what’s what, you know. And if we’re continuously immersed in it, then, you know, it is. It ends up being all about fear. Right. On both sides. All over the map. Yeah. I also have like a chart in here where I laid out because. Because I do feel like we’re moving into a whole new world and we’re leaving behind one paradigm that’s crumbling right before our eyes.
And we’re building something, you know, and the chart basically lays out, you know, what we’re coming from and what we’re moving to. And I think it’s reassuring to see that, you know, this is something that we inherited. This world that we’re living in. We didn’t create it. No, we inherited it. And it can be different. And I think that is sometimes Hard for people to grasp that it. That it can be different because people are believed to be inherently evil. Right, right. Instead of inherently made of love. Yeah. You know, and so you’re a little bit nuts if you don’t think everybody’s evil, you know, at their core.
As long as we’re divided and pitting against being pit against each other, we can’t create. We cannot love and not create because we are constantly at war. And even the people who hate war are actually at a mental war. So you may. You may be against guns and going into other countries, but you need to step back and say, why do I hate this person for what their beliefs are? Why is it important for me to. To that that person agree with everything that I believe in? And why do I need to judge someone for believing something that’s so right.
It’s so true. And the animals have so much to teach us because they don’t judge. They just love. They’re far advanced than we are. Yeah. They just love. And, you know, horses are doing a lot of healing work right now. So many people are going to horses for healing work. And, you know, it just. It feels like there’s an escalation in that offering and people are really able to relate to it, you know, on a different level. Talk to me what that looks like, because I’ve seen. Seen people work with horses before. But I’m curious from your experience what that looks like and what people can experience from working with horses.
I mean, I. I’ve done a lot of different types of kind of work, workshops and teachings with horses over time. And horses are transformative because, you know, they’re a neutral party, just even like a treat. But horses are also like, they’re fully embodied, but they’re also very aware of the needs of whoever they’re working with. Kind of like a homeopathic remedy. Right. You know, I noticed because I. I did therapeutic horseback riding for a while with children and adults that had special needs, and the horses would adapt their way of operating according to who was riding them.
So. And their level of being able to handle this or that, it’s like they’re always processing and responding way more than we give them credit for, more than we perceive and then doing, you know, and. And then that aspect of them being like a neutral party where they can show you things. A friend of mine does a type of sort of psychotherapy coaching kind of thing where the horses are the ones that. That elicit, you know, what a person needs to look at in themselves to understand, you Know where they’re at and what might need to change.
I don’t understand totally how it works because it’s not the work that, that I’m doing. But she even has the horses, you know, choose whether they want to participate that day in that particular session. And yeah, I mean, it’s really. Horses are amazing, but so I don’t really know what to say more about them. But they, they bring something out in people that other animals don’t because. Or other. Yeah, other animals don’t because they’re powerful and they respond to your energy. And when you can come into command of your energy, when you can master your energy, it’s very rewarding because, you know, they want you to be coherent, as you say, you know, to interact, interact with you, you know, at the highest level.
And, and they’re actually, I think, you know, creating that. I know there’s something about horses and their heart field being really, really big. Have you heard about that? Yes, I’ve heard that. Yes, yes. So anyway, they live in that, that world of non verbal communication, which really is our primary language that we have that we’ve just lost sight of. And what I learned, I was working a lot with nonverbal children and adults. And when you are kind of working in that space, it’s like everybody’s experiencing each other outside of the realm of speech. And you pick up so much more about what’s happening, the subtleties of the interactions all over the place.
Well, if you think about when language can, when you text, you can’t pick up sarcasm, Right? Right. Can’t pick up the nuances. So someone’s kidding. How many times is there a miscommunication that happens because people don’t see the humor that’s going on there versus telepathy? It’s often in images. It’s. It’s different ways of communicating. No, I love this and I’m curious for people because you work with it. So I’m curious if someone wanted to see you, what are some of the things that. Do you still work? Do you work with people? Do you work with. Strictly with animals? What does it look like to have a session with you? Well, I mostly work with animals.
Sometimes their people will ask me if I work with people and if they really, really want me to, then I will work with them. And you know, what’s going on with them, as you can imagine, is intertwined with what’s going on with the animal. And sometimes I will ask, can I give you or even your family a remedy? Because that might be needed in, in that situation. Right. But what it looks like is, but just my understanding oftentimes is animals are actually pulling things from their humans like they’re healing, constantly healing. And so they might end up with the same symptoms as they’re human because of that.
Yes. Yeah. And that’s because. So cats especially are. I mean you’ll notice when you’re not feeling well, a cat will sit like right on your chest right there. Or they are drawing things into their own bodies and then they’re processing that. But if they have their own things going on, then there’s like a backup that happens and then they get sick because whatever has been going on with them and a lot of it has to do with how much limitation they have in their life. You know, how much their freedom might be limited or how much is being asked of them or of course traumatic experiences that they had when they were little.
You know, all those kinds of things. But what it looks like if someone works with me is we have a phone conversation and they tell me everything that’s going on with their animal. Whatever they feel is what I need to know, is what I need to know. And then I’ll have a session hypnagogically with them and then, and also give a remedy which might need to be given multiple times over a week or something like that. But. And then we’ll have a follow up conversation where I’ll let them know what happened in the session and whatever came through.
And I used to, in, you know, when I didn’t know what I was doing as well, I used to interpret what came through and I realized that’s not my job. Yeah, I just need to give the raw facts, you know, what I saw or experienced and it will have meaning to them, which sure enough it does have meaning to them. And so it works that way. And then, you know, will do a, a follow up session if it’s needed. But usually it’s not needed. Like I include that for people and I say, you know, if you need me to do a follow up check in, we can do that.
But typically we, we never have to do that. So. So yeah. So is there a place you have a website or a place that people can make appointments? I do have a website. It’s called Intuitive Homeopathy for Animals. Kind of long. And yeah, one thing I do want to mention is I wish people would use homeopathy more for kind of mental, emotional disturbances and behavioral things because usually people come to me when they’ve exhausted all other avenues. Sometimes that Means the animal is at the end of their life and it’s a last ditch effort to do something.
But also there can be behavior issues. I did work with two dogs that had some serious behavior issues being really reactionary. And they were of course amazed what homeopathy could do. And I think a lot of people don’t understand that you can address things like that with homeopathy. It’s not just a physical issue that they have to have. Wow. So this is, this is amazing. And so they’ll. I’ll have the links to intuitive homeopathy for animals. Is it dot com? Yes. And then. And that they can get their. Your book. Is there a link on your website for your book? Yeah, there’s a page for the book.
And I also have a fledgling YouTube channel. Yeah. Where I’m just beginning to sort of support the information in the book and try and make it more digestible in some ways. Okay. So that’s awesome. So is Your, is your YouTube link on your website or should I put that separately? You’ll get that to me for the book. For your YouTube. Oh, for the YouTube. Oh, there is on the same page as the. Well, it’s called the Rescue of Truth, the YouTube channel. But if they go to the page on the website that says book, there’s also the little YouTube symbol.
I, I love your title, Rescue of Truth. And I find it, it’s like that’s so much of what I’m about. Like my, my website. Not my website, but my first book was in every belief is a lie, but lies in the middle of belief. Oh yes. And then I have my, my podcast is where truth lies. It’s so important for people to really understand what their truth is. And it may not match what anyone else’s truth is. And that’s okay. It’s what your truth is. And knowing is this a healed truth or is this a trauma based truth? Right.
I do think that once we come to a place of healing, mostly the truth looks the same for all of us and we can corroborate what truth is that way. And I think that might even be part of the way that we can tell if it’s an unhealed truth or a healed truth, you know, but fascinating. Yeah. I mean, no, I was just gonna say is there anything that we haven’t covered that was really important for you to share about any of your experiences or your book or anything coming up or anything about your life? Well, I mean, I think for me there’s a, there’s a message in the book that I really want people to receive because I feel like it’s going to provide relief.
Now obviously it might not be in the form that everybody can take in, which is why I did the YouTube channel, but even in the process of doing the book, I, I experienced healing because that whole process was push, pushing me way out of my comfort zone on so many different levels. I ended up doing the COVID myself, which I didn’t intend to do, and also like doing drawings in it that it’s, you know, like I don’t consider myself to be an artist, but that’s a lot of work. That’s a lot of work. You did the COVID yourself.
Wow, that’s impressive. Yeah, I mean, it was sort of a last minute thing because, you know, the covers weren’t coming out in a way that was jiving with the contents of the book. You know, it was too slick to this, to that, you know. And the COVID is a little more organic and I think it has some symbolism that people can relate to when they, when they look at it. And then, you know, I had asked my boyfriend who was an artist, will you do drawings for my book? And he was like, I think you should do the drawings.
And I was like, I don’t know how to, I’m not an artist, I don’t know how to do drawings, you know. And he was like, I think that would be more charming. And when I thought about it later and when I started to make them because I felt like I didn’t have a choice, I was like, maybe it is more charming. Maybe it is what needs to be happening in this book, you know. But that kind of pushed me out of this idea of, you know, that I am or am not any specific thing, you know, like why, why do I say that I’m not an artist? Why does anybody say that they’re not an artist? Yeah, right, absolutely.
So by necessity I had to do that, you know. And anyway, it’s been a great process. And you know, my main focus really is to get this message out there. You know, I didn’t write the book because, you know, I wanted to be famous or I wanted to make a lot of money as, you know, like as an author of two books. You don’t make money on books unless you have some miraculous way of getting on the New York Times bestseller. Right. So when you’re driven and you have a message, that’s like a great beginning point.
And so that’s, that’s what that is for me. And I hope it will have value for other people. And so so far, I’ve gotten some really lovely thank yous from people and I. And that’s the best feedback I could get. I love it if someone just says thank you because then I know that they understand what’s in here and they just needed someone to say it, and I said it. That’s beautiful. So. Yeah. Well, I’m so thrilled that we got to reconnect. Me, too. This has been a really special conversation. I’ve learned a lot and didn’t realize how much we had in common.
So that’s been really. Well, we’re going to have to talk about that more. I know, I know. I’m gonna. I’m gonna. I’m gonna end this. But I love you. You stay on. So. And we’ll connect again soon. So thank you again, and thank you so much. Lisa. Yeah. Sa.
