Sheriffs Lets Go! What Are You Waiting For? This is Your Job – Law Order

Great, great friends of the show. Now, Donald Trump has been making a lot of big changes, and the radical left has been absolutely losing their mind. Apparently nobody was above the law until a couple of judges got arrested.

Now suddenly people are above the law. Joining us to discuss all of this is our good friend, Sheriff Richard Mack. He’s the founder and chief of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. If you’re not a member, you should be. It’s a great, great group. Former sheriff in Arizona, long career in law enforcement, and a great American patriot. Sheriff Mack, welcome to the program. Thank you for joining us. Thanks, Alex. It’s great to be with you again, and well, it’s always like coming home and getting back on with you. So thanks for having me.

I know that you and I have done a lot of work together across the country, and I appreciate what you’ve done and what you stand for. And hey, if we keep working together, we might just make a difference. Amen. I think we are, Sheriff. So thank you very much. It’s a great pleasure to see you. It’s a great honor to have you on the show again. Let’s talk about these judges that just got arrested for harboring illegal immigrants and doing some very nefarious things. One in New Mexico, one up in Wisconsin. A lot of the leftists are now saying like, look, Trump is going full blown Hitler.

Now he’s arresting judges, you know, as a person who had a long career in law enforcement and who’s still very active in this area. What do you think about these arrests? I would say it’s about time. And I hope this is only the beginning. I hope every judge will take notice and they better start cleaning up their act. And look, I’ve been in court, federal district court, federal circuit court, the United States Supreme Court. I was an expert witness in a tax court situation for a constituent of mine when I was sheriff. I’ve been to every type of court imaginable in Utah, Arizona.

I’ve been an expert witness in some other court cases all across the country. I’ve been in court. And the one thing that I’ve learned about these judges is that they are self-appointed, arrogant gods in their courtroom. And instead of following the constitution and their oath of office, they make up stuff as they go along. Why? Because they are the court, they are the law, and they can do whatever they want because nobody ever does anything. There’s never any repercussions towards judge. They have thrown of immunity around them. And I am so glad that Pam Bondi did this.

This is true justice. This is law and order. And the real crooks are starting to take notice that they can’t get away with everything. And I think that that jailbird photo of that Judge Dugan tells it all. And I love how she’s crying and acting like the biggest baby because she never expected anything like this. And not only that, but she was flaunting doing this. She knew what she was doing, and she knows the law, and she broke it anyway. And quite honestly, on a side note, they wouldn’t even have to marandize her because taking judicial notice and law enforcement notice, she knows what her rights are, she knows what the law is, and she broke it anyway.

And I can’t wait to see that she gets some jail time, some serious jail time, because all of that will be huge notice to all of these other crooks in the courts and in our halls of legislative halls and every place else in our government that we’re sick and tired of the corruption. And it’s time somebody did something. And God bless the Trump administration for doing it. Amen. Yeah, there has been just out of control corruption in the courts across the country, local, state and federal. And it’s very rare that one of these guys is held accountable.

I remember in Pennsylvania, they finally had to arrest that judge because he was getting millions of dollars in kickbacks for sending children to private jails. And that’s right. I thought of that one too. But I mean, it’s so rare, despite all the criminality, all the corruption, all the lawlessness, it’s so rare that these people are actually held accountable. So maybe something big is happening here. Turning to the bigger issue of the federal courts, just kind of trying to rule the country from the bench. What do you think the administration should be doing about that? I mean, how do you deal with a judiciary that thinks it runs the country, it thinks it can overrule the Congress and the President and both the Congress and the President? What do you do with that? Well, I’ve been saying for some time that the courts have now been following political dogma and political agenda instead of following the Constitution.

It’s already the law. Each one of them in all three branches of government, every public official in all three branches must swear an oath of allegiance to the Constitution. When was the last time that a judge who gets in the way of a President and makes a ruling saying he can’t do that, they quote the provision in the Constitution that the President is violating. So they really have something to stand on. These judges don’t do that. They’re not doing that. They’re just saying, oh, well, he shouldn’t do that. Or he should get, oh, well, this needs more time.

Or, yeah, people should, they should be protected in this and they should be safe. They don’t quote anything from the Constitution. Quote the damn Constitution. Not that the Constitution is damnable, just the opposite. But it’s the law of the land. And they took a solemn oath and I believe that they should be held accountable for violating their oath of office. I believe that’s perjury to swear an oath and summarily ignore it or summarily violate it. And so it’s just time to get back to the Constitution. You know my solution for America. It’s not if we move forward.

The solution is behind us, folks. It’s at Independence Hall. It’s in 1776. It’s in the principles that the Founding Fathers offered their lives for us to have. And if we move back and go back to our foundation, we will discover the solution for America today. Amen. I couldn’t agree with you more. And Sheriff, these aren’t just abstract ideas that you’re talking about. I mean, you were kind of the tip of the spear in a major landmark case back in the 1990s when Bill Clinton was trying to basically conscript the nation’s sheriffs into his jihad on firearms.

And you said, no, we’re not going to be participating in that case when all the way to the Supreme Court. And you won, praise God, getting an incredible ruling articulating for the first time in a long time the anti-commandeering doctrine, where sheriffs do not work for the federal government. They do not work for Bill Clinton. They work for their constituents and their communities and their counties. And their real job description is found in the Constitution. Talk about the work you’ve been doing with sheriffs across the country to try to rekindle and revitalize that understanding among our nation’s law enforcement community.

Well, our message to the American people and our message and education to the sheriffs is very simple. You took an oath of office, you’re required by law to take that oath of allegiance to the Constitution. And we believe that the solution for America is to take back our country county by county and state by state with sheriffs and other public officials who actually keep their oath. And so it’s so simple. We get the American people involved in the process and let them remind their sheriffs and other public officials as well.

We don’t want the sheriff to be the only one. We hope he’s not. But ultimately, if he is, he can still do it on his own because he needs no permission from anyone to keep his oath of office, enforce the Constitution, obey the Constitution, and make sure that every other bureaucrat that comes into his county is obeying and following the Constitution. And we believe that every sheriff should take criminal action or whatever action he can, but he is a law enforcement officer. He is the supreme law enforcement officer in his county.

And if any bureaucrat or anybody from the government comes into his county and violates the Constitution or victimizes the people in his county, he should take action against them, including arresting them and anything else that he can do to kick them out or whatever else. And every sheriff in this country should tell all federal bureaucracies and state bureaucracies, if you’re coming into my county, you check with me first because I want to make sure you’re not violating the law and you’re not violating the rights of my people. That is a check and balance that should help everyone.

Absolutely. And, you know, how many of these crazy raids that you see on TV that go wrong where some innocent family member gets shot for no reason, could have been avoided if they had just said, hey, sheriff, we’re going to be in your county. We’re going to work on this. Could you help us out? Could we maybe find a peaceful way to solve this? And I’ve met a lot of the sheriffs who are involved in your organization. They’re just wonderful, wonderful law enforcement officers, peace officers who do respect the Constitution. I’m so grateful for the work that you do.

Sheriff Mack, we’re almost out of time, but I want to ask you also about what’s going on with the FBI right now. What do you see with Kash Patel and what would you say to sheriffs and police chiefs out there who are looking at this and should they be cooperating with the feds on issues like immigration, on issues like terrorism? Where should they maybe push back a little bit, things like that? We already put that out at the beginning that sheriffs should be participating in deportation and some are. We’d like to see it more.

But who knows the county better than the sheriff and his deputies and posses and search and rescue squads, they know it. They know where these cells of terrorists and cartels are setting up shop. And so turning those over to Tom Homan and to ICE is going to make everybody safer. If you want to make sure that it’s being handled properly, safely and securely and effectively, then you want the sheriffs involved in this process and indeed some are. And again, like I say, sheriffs, let’s go. Get on board and you’re going to be making everybody safer and this whole situation more effectively.

What are you waiting for? This is your job and this is law and order. Absolutely. Sheriff, how do people find out more about your organization? Obviously cspoa.org. I know you’re on social media. How can people get involved? Even non-law enforcement officers can be involved, right? How do you do that? Well, everybody should check our case out. The Supreme Court decision you were just talking about, this is it. It’s got all the state flags on it. And it’s the most powerful book in America, except maybe for the pocket constitution and the Bible.

See this miraculous miracle in and of itself. See it, use it, pass it around to other people in your community, especially your county commissioners and your city council and your sheriff.
