CORPORATIONS USE GOVT POWER TO ENDANGER CITIZENS FOR PROFIT

I live in what’s considered to be the far northwest Valley of Phoenix. Actually, we’re fairly rural still, although the growth is catching up. We live in unincorporated northern Maricopa County. And nearby is a town, but it’s not really a town. It’s designated area called Whitman. And they have a local school district there called the Notteburg School District. The major outlet is Grand Avenue, which is US 60. It’s the quasi highway and it runs through the area. Adjacent to that is a railroad line run by BNSF railroad. We’ve had trouble with these people before out here in our community.

What they wanted to do about 12 to 13 years ago is they wanted, actually it’s 15 years ago, they wanted to build a plant to service the railroad in which it would be a repository and a transfer agent for harmful chemicals, deadly chemicals. The problem was that this was within 800 yards of an elementary slash junior high school. We’re going to tell you about that, how that ended at that time. Well, back in the story, we had public meetings and you know, I was at the forefront of a lot of it because this was around the same time that government under John McCain was trying to steal our property and they’re trying to get us off over time without compensating us for it. And this was a pile on effort to the city of surprise, which is our nearest municipality. And they’re given legislative authority over us, which is totally unconstitutional because we don’t have any voting rights. In fact, we can’t even legally petition their council people, their mayor to do anything.

And then they sit just in the confines of their city limits and write our citizens tickets as they travel into their area and it’s the only value they have for us. You may have seen the video that went viral where a resident of surprise went to a public meeting and she was calling out the mayor and other officials for their public expenditures of money. They arrested her and hauled her out and she did nothing but present facts. I’m telling you, Arizona is as totalitarian as it gets. And the railroad situation was a threat to life and limb of the children that attended that school.

Since then, they built a high school about two miles away. And now BNSF railroad is back. And the people who will decide if they get to, and they’ll make this decision in August, if they get to bring these chemical storage areas, transfer areas with highly toxic, dangerous chemicals that, depending on what they’re doing, they’re going to be able to take care of them. And that’s something where the wind blows. I mean, if there’s a leak, you’re talking, you’re going to have fatalities up to 10 to 12 to 15 miles. If there’s a leak. And that’s some of the studies that we had commissioned in our neighborhood to look at this.

This is very, very dangerous. And the people that will make the decision is one of the most corrupt governmental organizations in the whole country. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, where they love the Chinese and the cartel more than they care about their citizens. And I’ve talked about that ad nauseam in the past. In fact, I interviewed State Senator Mark Fincham on this. He doesn’t disagree with my analysis. So they’re back with this proposal. It’s going to happen. And we have a whole community that will live on edge that a railroad that has a history. Of derailed trains.

A history of mishandling of toxic materials is going to be entrusted to handle these same chemicals in a population area that’s growing and near and elementary and junior high school. And they could care less. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, you know, they would just say, well, we tried to get those people off their land 20 years ago. Yeah. Yeah. They got what they deserved. That’s the government I live under. I’d like to say we’re isolated here. We’re not. I could literally talk for an hour about the things they’ve tried to do to us. They tried to get us off our land because originally they wanted to build a Central American freeway interstate international corridor through our area.

And they needed our underground water supply. The Haciampa, the biggest in the state to tap into it so they could support this multimodal hub in lieu of bringing in piped water. And they wanted to basically steal our water. And when they knew that we had rights, we could sue if they drained our wells dry. And so they just tried to get us off our land and they used a phony excuse. Oh, you’re too close to an Air Force base of which the base gives approval to all West Valley developments. They gave approval to us in writing and we knew that wasn’t it.

And we’re 35 air miles from the base and the planes that come out to our area have to fly over about 300,000 people to get to us. So we knew that was a line and we discovered what this was all about. It was an international plot led by John McCain and Ted Kennedy. And that’s who we were up against in eight year battle, but we’ve had so many things done to us to try it like putting in a toxic waste plant, you know, two blocks from a neighborhood development that was about eight miles from where I live.

This the horrible, horrible treatment by government. But I’d like to say it’s just Maricopa County and all the corrupt politicians that we have here. But unfortunately, that’s not true. In the next segment, we’re going to show you how this is standard practice across America. And I’m going to allude to something to conclude. I studied and I can’t say a lot about it because I signed a couple of non disclosure agreements, but I can tell you what I can tell you in eight states. The EPA was commissioning. Well, let’s put it this way. They’d come onto your land.

They would dig trenches as big as 90 feet. Some of it next to your water supply, some of it next to your house could crumble the foundation right in the middle of farm field disrupt your crop production. And they build these carbon capture areas. Well, I’m all for a clean environment, but you have to destroy someone’s property. Can’t you place it in an economical and efficient place that but they wanted to maximize disruption and get people off their land make them ineffective as farmers. And it was really clear that was the intent because the theme was always the same and they’d show up with the sheriff.

If you say anything, you’re going to jail. If you film this, you’re going to jail. Those are some of the things I discovered when I investigated this. In fact, we did a show on this with a South Dakota legislator. And she said, David, this is real and we’re keeping it out of our state, but they’re here and they’re trying. Well, that’s the nature today. We’re a man’s castle. It’s not. The bottom line is in all of this, ladies and gentlemen, is what’s theirs speaking about corporate control of government. What’s theirs is theirs. And what’s yours is also theirs.

And I’ll just close with one small example before we go to our second segment. And I bring in an example of another area going through just horrific things. These, this country has always been degenerate with property rights. The Fifth Amendment was compromised the day that property taxes were introduced. And property taxes are being used to get senior citizens off their land. You say, really? Yeah. Stay tuned. We’re going to cover that too. And eventually, ladies and gentlemen, you may not live in the affected areas I’m going to cover today, but you’re all affected by these policies because they’re going to encompass all of us at one time or another.

And you’re saying, whoa, can’t Trump do something? Not really. These are state, local, county issues. And there’s a clear separation of powers, unlike the Biden administration didn’t respect any separation of powers. The Trump administration is at least following the rules. I think they should be looking for ways to try to help get around some of these abuses of property rights. We’re going to cover this this morning and all this.
