It’s a trucking association for the independent truckers, the small truckers. We’re going to talk about the plight of truckers and why we need the nooa and the magazine the Stand, which is standing for keeping the small independent truckers alive on the roads. We’ll be joined by a trucker himself, Texas Red, who’s out there somewhere at a truck stop in America. We’ll see if he fesses up to where he’s at hauling his loads. He said something fascinating to me when he was, I believe, in Trump’s office, we have ended HHS as the, the role, as the vector, the principal vector in this country for child trafficking.

And during the Biden administration, HHS became a collaborator in child trafficking and for sex and for slavery. And we have ended that. And we’re very aggressively going out and trying to find these children, 300,000 children that were lost by the Biden administration to understand that we have a government that is capable of the most heinous crime on earth. Trafficking children. Why did they traffic the children? Use your imagination. Does the word pedophilia come to mind? This, ladies and gentlemen, is something that’s been going on for decades in this country, probably hundreds of years, thousands of years in the world.

This is nothing new, trafficking children. But to know and understand that our government has been a party to this is really quite. I mean, the first word that comes to my mind is abhorrent, disgusting, frightening. I don’t get fearful of much, but when you find out that your own government is involved in trafficking children. So thanks to RFK for exposing that. It’s about time someone has the guts to come forward and share that with the American people. Leave no doubt about what’s going on. All right, check this out, ladies and gentlemen. So President Trump’s tariff strategy, of course, the mainstream media went wild.

The tariffs are going to create all kinds of problems in the economy and we’re going to have inflation. Check this out. India offers zero for zero tariffs on auto parts and steel from U. S. Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve been paying the piper to ship our American products overseas. Exorbitant tariffs. We are tariffed. I mean, it’s incredible the amount of tariffs the United States has paid compared to the tariffs we place on companies, on countries bringing products into into America. And so Trump’s tariff strategy was really put out to negotiate. And this is one of the net results.

India offers zero to zero for zero tariffs. Now, we’ve been paying 25, 30, 40, 50% tariffs around the world to ship our products overseas. And countries have brought their products into the United States with no Tariffs. It’s about time. The level the playing field is leveled thanks to President Trump and his team that’s negotiating these deals. Trump isn’t doing all the work himself, obviously, but these are incredible things happening when it comes to trade. Trump announced a trade deal with the UK today. I haven’t had time to look into the details. Canada has been to the White House.

Seventy countries have lined up to come talk trade with President Trump. And this Indian trade deal is another example of Trump’s trade strategy. It clearly is working. And so mainstream media, settle down. Those of you who are concerned about this tariff strategy, changing our economy and making goods and services cost a lot more, settle down. Give it some time. You’re going to see the net result of Trump’s tariff policies is net gain of trillions of dollars over time to the United States, trillions of dollars in revenue. And folks, that money is going to come in to our coffers and I believe will be used for the sovereign wealth fund and distributions back to America.

I know that sounds crazy. I know that sounds ridiculous. Wait, a sovereign wealth fund? What’s that? Well, Trump announced it. Other countries have sovereign wealth funds and these wealth funds are used for distribution to the people of the country. Ask the Saudis. They get a distribution every month from their sovereign wealth fund. So this tariff policy will, will result in revenues to the point where we won’t need to be paying income taxes. That’s worth coming to, I can guarantee you that, folks. All right, let’s move on. My uncle winked and smiled at my father and said, come on, Ed, you know, judges can make a great living other ways sitting on the bench. And he winked and smiled. Well, ladies and gentlemen, he was talking about bribery. Bribery and blackmail, the currency of the Deep state, unfortunately got to our judicial branch. This lawsuit against Chief Justice Roberts is monumental. Basically, it addresses a shadow organization that Chief.

Robert. Chief Justice Roberts was spearheading, a shadow organization in the background, AKA the Deep State. Pretty powerful stuff. And this is coming forward now, I thought taking out the judges that were harboring illegals in this country, which they’ve done, recently arrested several judges that were harboring illegals. They went in ICE and the FBI. Pam, Bonnie went out and arrested judges that were harboring illegals. Two judges in particular. Their name’s not important. Now we have this lawsuit against Chief Justice John Roberts, who we believe has been on the take for many years. Allegedly, we have to say, allegedly.

But so much evidence over the years of this corruption. This is really monumental, folks. We are seeing the takedown of our legal system, our corrupt legal system, the judicial system in particular, being taken down before our very eyes. This is the first of many suits to come. I’m sure of that. That that’s no surprise. But the real reason I’m going to play this is what he says at the end. Trump has had first worst hundred days of any president. The worst hundred days of any president.

Listen to the response from the audience. He’s had the worst hundred days any president’s ever had. Yeah. That’s a fact. And I would not say honesty’s been a strong point. Yeah, unbelievable. So the audience applauses. A roar of applause from the audience because Trump had the worst hundred days of any administrative first hundred days of any administration. So says the incompetent fake Joe Biden. Now, whether you like a president or not, and we’ve all lived long enough to know whether we like a president or not on a human level, do we relate to him? Does he reach out and touch us? Is he personable? Do we get a warm and fuzzy from him? Or is he a total cold fish like George H.W.

bush, Bush one. Now, George Bush, too, was actually likable. But that’s what I’m talking about. Did not like George Herbert Walker Bush, the Nazi that he was, and throughout his presidency served as a, as a president of the United States and a real true Nazi. No doubt about it. He was brought part of that Operation Paperclip where they brought Nazis back to the United States after World War II. And Bush is a byproduct of that. His son, George Bush Jr. I liked him. He was a buffoon, but he was likable. President Trump, whether you like him or not, this is the point.

As an American, you don’t wish for the worst hundred days of any president that reflects on our country, the state of affairs. The fact that it’s not true is aside. That’s an aside. Forget the fact that his first hundred days are probably the most notable. So wrapping up the conversation about Biden’s appearance on the View, what a statement that makes for the audience. To clap and roar and cheer that Biden said Trump had the worst hundred days of any president. What has this country come to when folks are cheering on the worst hundred days of a president according to Biden? So think about that.

Whether you like a president or not, do you root against him? Do you cheer on a president’s failures? The president of the United States, the most powerful nation in the world. I didn’t like George Bush senior, but I certainly didn’t wish against him. So this audience of the view is indoctrinated. Clearly these people don’t have any common sense to be cheering at Biden’s comment. The worst hundred days of a president, the worst first hundred days of our president. With that said, let me bring on Mike Boston from the National Owners and Operators Association. Mike, good to see you, my friend.

Hey, Scotty, how are you? Can you hear me? I hear you loud and clear, my friend. So, Mike, my audience is green when it comes to what you do at the noa. That’s why I want to have you on. And we’re going to do a whole series on trucking because I think this is one of the most important issues facing America right now. The state of affairs in the trucking industry is not good because the globalists, the big multinational trucking companies that haul goods across the country are trying to take down the little guy you represent, the independent owners and operators out there driving, hauling our stuff around and the last mile to any merchandise that we get in our homes, that, that comes from the, the local, the truck drivers, the, the little guys that drive the trucks.

Tell us about the NOA and the role you’re serving for the independent truckers. Right. Thank you for having me on, Scotty. And you know, I want to thank everyone out there for supporting truck drivers and this suffering and dying industry. Unfortunately. I am the president of the National Owner Operators Association. Sorry, I’m in my car today. I’m not in my office. I had a lot of running around to do. Yeah, basically what we do is we advocate in Washington for independent owner operators. They call them independent owner operators, but they’re just basically owner operators and small carriers.

The reality is, and this is something a lot of people don’t know is 80 over 85% of all the freight that’s moved in this country is moved by small businesses, mom and pop shops, people with one, two, three trucks in their fleet. Fleet, maybe five trucks in their fleet. So the majority of the freight that’s moved around this country is moved by small businesses, not by mega corporations. That’s a big misconception in the, in the supply chain. And these small mom and pop shops are competing with these mega corporations, and mega corporations are basically trying to starve them out.

And, you know, they’re getting a lot of help from special special interest groups like TIA and ata. And, you know, we’re basically meeting them at every corner. We’ve been fighting them for the last three years and we’re going to continue doing what we’re doing. The latest one is the non domicile cdls. We’ve joined forces with a bunch of other associations around the country, including oida, asking the federal government to start enforcing that rule again. It was a rule that was on the books that if you’re going to drive a commercial vehicle in the United States, you need to be able to read, write and communicate in English.

And I believe it was in 2016, during the Obama administration, he waived the enforcement of that rule. So from then up until now, when these guys were getting, you know, stopped at checkpoints and, you know, pulled over if they couldn’t understand English, no one said anything to them. They just let them go. Not even a warning. So in June, they’re going to start, they’re going to start enforcing that rule again. And if you don’t read, write or understand English, you’re going to be put out of service. That is one of the issues that we got behind.

But our main issue is transparency. This is a rule that’s been on the books for, you know, 100 years. And every regulator, except for the FMCSA has been enforcing it. And for the last 45 years, you know, owner operators and small carriers have been negotiating with freight brokers blindly. And we don’t know what the shipper is willing to pay to move load. And what. What we’ve uncovered is freight brokers are taking anywhere between you know, 30 to 70% out of the load before it even gets on our truck. That cuts into our profit and our margins are already slim.

So it turns into a safety issue. You know, the little bit of money that we make on these loads, a lot of it goes to maintaining our fleets and keeping our equipment safe. When we’re getting fleeced on these loads by these brokers and these shippers, it cuts into our safety budgets, if you could imagine. So it turns into a safety issue. And we’ve been arguing this point with the sba, the Department of Justice, the FTC and this administration. And look, I heard you talking about, you know, the first 100 days of this administration. If you would have came to me the first 60 days of this administration, I might have agreed.

But after 100 days, I got no problems with this administration. I think they. I think right now they’re stepping up to the plate. And if they continue to do this, I got no problems with this administration. Thank you, Mike. Let me address, as I understand it, because I’ve had a lot of conversations with you and a gentleman who’s about to join us, Texas red, who’s out there on the road, A real trucker that’s hauling the. The 85 of the goods that are hauled by small independent truckers. We’ve got one of those guys here to join us in a minute.

But as I understand it from talking to you guys, there’s two really big issues in my mind. One is the freight brokers that you talked about. The brokers are gouging. There’s no transparency. You don’t know what the shipper is paying for a load. And the brokers that are in between you and the truck driver, they post these jobs on a board, they call it a load board, and they’re gouging, taking huge margins before they put it out so that the trucker who should be making three and a half, four or five dollars a mile is being paid a mere buck and a half, and they’re taking these jobs just to get cash flow and put food on the table.

Is that a fair assessment of that? Yes. In a nutshell, you couldn’t have expressed that better. I mean, you know, because of the way the industry is structured, we’re not able to negotiate with the shippers directly. So, I mean, we can, but it’s difficult, right, when you’re in a truck. Like, if you ask Texas red, when he comes up, like, if he’s driving his truck, he can’t compete with a guy who’s sitting in an office just dialing phone numbers, calling shippers over. So our hands are kind of tied behind our backs because we don’t have the ability to sit in an office and call shippers all day.

So we have kind of no choice. We have to deal with shippers through their intermediaries, the brokers. And I use that term broker very loosely because they’re not really brokers. They’re only really representing themselves. And the shippers, they’re not representing us. A broker represents both sides equally. They basically represent themselves in their pockets and the shippers. So, you know, when I started advocating for owner operators and small carriers, you know, we. We really focused a lot of our attention on the brokers but over time we realized that they have a very tight relationship, the brokers and the shippers.

The shippers love the brokers because the brokers are the ones that squeeze us. And as long as the brokers are squeezing the carriers, the shippers get their freight moved for pennies on the dollar. You see, the broker doesn’t care what he bids on a load for because he knows whatever he gets it for, he’s going to get that look, that freight moved. So what they do is they bid this freight all the way down to the ground. They don’t care as long as they get the contract because they know there’s a larger glut of non domiciled CDLs, inexperienced carriers out here, inexperienced owner operators desperate to stay in business.

So if, if you like in your example, if you have a, if a broker has a bunch of freight that should be moving for $3, $4amile, if he’s bidding for that freight at a dollars less than that, that shipper is loving that guy because he’s getting that freight moved for pennies on the dollar a lot cheaper than he would get it moved if he had to deal with me directly. And that’s the point we’re trying to get across. We don’t need brokers if brokers are going to behave in this fashion and only represent one side and their pockets and not the, the people that are actually facilitating these loads.

And mind you, like I said, we move most of the freight in this country on a daily basis. Whether it’s coming off those stinking ass ships in the piers or it’s coming out of a warehouse. We move almost all of the freight in this country on a daily basis. Mikers can’t be relied upon to be prudent and do the right thing for the people that are actually moving this freight around the country. What we’re saying is they need to be regulated or we don’t need them. We need a workaround to be able to go around the brokers and negotiate our contracts with the shippers ourselves.

And right now they’re using a lot of waivers and small language in contracts to keep us from doing that. Back soliciting clause, NDA agreements, waiver of your rights to transparency. They’re using all of these things to try to keep us from negotiating with shippers directly. Mike, I hear the passion in your voice as always. I listen to you quite a bit on spaces and you’re always passionate about it. So in summary, I see this as big business, multinational big companies trying to shake the little guys out of the trucking industry so they can dominate it. I’m going to bring in Texas Red now.

Texas red. Good to see you, my friend. You’re out there on the road, you’re hauling. I want to address another issue that you and I have talked about recently, and that is the issuance of CDLs, which are chauffeurs driver’s license to drive a big rig to illegals that can’t even read and write the English language. You’re out there on the road. How much of this are you seeing? It’s not isolated, is it? No, it’s not. And actually, you know, I, I am from Texas. We’ve been having a lot of issues down there with Somalian drivers, Hispanic drivers, and you know that if they can’t read right or even speak our language, they don’t need to be out here because they can’t read the warning signs.

We just had a driver, I believe it was last week or maybe the week before in Texas. And then another one. Well, the one a couple weeks ago, they killed seven people in a fatal accident. And in the one before that, probably about a month and a half, two months ago, that one killed four people in a fatal crash. And of course the media comes out, say, oh, it’s because of construction issues on the highways. No, it’s not because thousands and thousands of other truckers go through these places without injuring a single soul, without even wrecking a truck, but because they can’t read a road sign or warning signs of what’s coming up.

By the time they see it, it’s too late. You cannot stop one of these things loaded at 75 to 80,000 pounds on a dime. It takes a minimum of four football fields to get one of these things stopped. And a lot of people ain’t realizing this. And what. So they come into these place, these construction zones and you know, they plow into the public and it’s usually the poor people in the passenger vehicles because a passenger car cannot stand up to a semi. They just can’t. It’s like a try and stop a freight train to try and stop a semi truck.

Go out there. I’d like to see you try. It’s not going to happen, especially when we’re loaded. It’s. It’s a major safety issue and it is causing American lives. And it has been escalating here of lately or actually has been more pronounced in the media to where people are starting to realize what’s been going out on out here for years. This isn’t a new thing. And like I was listening and like Mike was saying, this is not a new law. What Trump’s executive order did, all he did was raise awareness for the public to know this is an issue and there’s a lot more issues.

And I gotta say, what Mike and his group is doing for the Abbots, for the truckers, I tip my hat to you, Mike, and I appreciate everything you’re doing there in Washington D.C. because we need voices like that there while we’re out here moving the product. You know, we keep America running. And I mean, it’s, it’s, it’s just, it’s horrible. It really is. And it’s a big issue for me because it’s our job basically to protect the public. While we’re out here doing our job, moving America’s freight across the country, why we’re filling the grocery stores, why we’re filling the harbor freights or the.

Whatever we’re feeling, whatever product we’re hauling, it’s our job to keep the public safe. Texas Red I looked at the trucking industry all the way back at the 80s. I was actually involved in it because I was marketing. Doing the marketing for a truck driving school is a very elaborate system and program. To get a CDL was not an easy task. You had to go through a very long training process to get your cdl. You had to pass tests. So the fact that they’re giving CDLs to people coming over the border illegally and to people who don’t read and write our language, it’s not only a safety issue, but again, it’s another shot in the arm and a hit on the independent owners and operators who are legitimately driving our loads around the country.

So, ladies and gentlemen, I want you to look at these two men, Mike Boston and Texas Red. They’re fighting for us because we can’t survive a world without the independent truckers. We need them to move our goods around. No doubt. If we are limited to the globalist cabal control of trucking, we’re in for a hard, long road and I, I don’t know how we would recover. So these guys are doing yeoman’s work, really representing we the people, not just their own industry. Mike, tell our audience and we’re going to have you back a number of times.

We’re going to do a series on trucking. In the meantime, tell our audience quickly about the Stand and your magazine. The stand magazine.com is a magazine that we created. We started working on it last year and we put out the first edition. January 15th this year. We’re coming up on our third issue. It’s a trucking magazine, basically. It started out as purely a trucking magazine, but now we use the magazine to focus on a lot of issues. Because what we found is that a lot of different issues tie into the supply chain, whether it be human trafficking or, you know, EPA issues or, you know, regulations, all kinds of regulations.

They all kind of overlap and tie into each other. It’s like peeling an onion. When you get to another layer, you found out that. You find out that there’s someone else there and there’s another organization involved and that touches this. You know, we had a meeting with the sba. I’ll give you a perfect example. We had a meeting with the sba. Makes sense. We’re small businesses. We’re micro businesses. The SBA should be supporting us. They should be involved. But you know what? The SBA can only do so much, and then the issue falls into the lap of the ftc, and then the FTC can only do so much, and they flick it over to the Department of Justice, and then, you know, the Department of Justice might flick it back to the Department of Transportation.

It’s just. It’s an onion, man, and it’s never ending, you know, and, you know, that’s really why we decided to create our own magazine, because we felt that all of the industry magazines and periodicals that are out there, they only tell what they want you to know. They don’t want you to know that, you know, the ATA is lying when they say there’s a truck driver’s shortage. They don’t want you to know that. You know, we want you to know that. We want you to know that the oldest, most well respected trucking association in the United States, the first one, the American Trucking association, does not represent truckers.

It represents mega corporations. And for at least three decades, they’ve been screaming there’s a truck driver shortage. So what did Congress do? They put a loophole into immigration laws that says if you are in an industry that has a shortage of labor, you can import people with that particular skill into this country. You could fast track them in, and you could give them work permits, and they could get CDLs. And under the table, they’ve been on importing hundreds of thousands of these people into this country. So I do want to correct one thing that was said.

They’re not here illegally. They’re here legally. They’re here legally through loopholes. Well, be that as it may, Mike, you’re standing up. I Love the name of the magazine, the Stand. I’m glad you’re covering other issues outside of trucking because I couldn’t agree more. The Onion is a great analogy. Peeling back the layers of the Onion, issue after issue. Human trafficking. Our our next guest coming up, Marjorie Wilcraft. She’s the foremost grow your own food at home expert with the Grow network. Her industry is completely affected by your industry. We don’t coexist together without truckers and yours.

The last week there was a Somali gentleman who ran into two surveyors in Florida, I believe Palm Beach, Florida.

He killed both of them. He just ran right onto the grass and ran them both over and kept going. They found him 125 miles away and arrested him. At his first court appearance, they realized he didn’t speak English and he needed an interpreter. He’s in jail right now for manslaughter, I believe. And two days ago, a Russian truck driver I believe in might be Kentucky. I’m not really sure. I just found out about this one this morning. He ran. He plowed straight through a red light and ran. Oh, ran through like seven cars and killed two people.

And he doesn’t speak English either. So you could find that one on YouTube, that videos on YouTube. You could see him. No breaks, just right through. Everyone was sitting at that red light and he Just cloud straight through them. She is the foremost authority in my mind as I looked into growing my own food at home and that space, so to speak, which was seen at one time as a prepper thing. Well, it’s no longer a prepper thing, ladies and gentlemen. Although prepping is a good thing, growing your own food at home may be one of the best things you can take upon. This is Marjorie Wildcraft from the Grow Network.

Marjorie, it’s good to have you on Scotty. Thanks for her for having me on. I appreciate you. Yeah. We recently brought you on Sovereign Radio, and your channel is now live the Grow Network on Sovereign Radio. And we’re using AI to download all your content that you post, the great content. But I want to go back to the beginning. Tell our audience where you started this thought process of teaching people to grow their own food at home. Obviously, you were loving it. It’s your passion. How did you turn it into a business? Well, you know, I did not.

I was not raised growing this. Like, I was not the hippie child or something or in a commune or even a farmer’s daughter. I grew up in a subdivision in South Florida. My family was a little bit poor. I. I don’t think anybody who’s poor in America is really that bad off, but, you know, everything’s relative. Anyway, I ended up getting a degree in electrical engineering and always interested in money. Managed to score a position with Motorola as an expat in Hong Kong. And the Hong Kong Chinese are all about money. And when I was there, they said, hey, Marjorie, you need to take this course about wealth from this guy named Robert.

And I’m like, what do we know about that guy? We don’t know nothing about that guy. It was many years ago, right? And I took the course anyway, and that guy Robert just blew my mind. And it so inspired me that I left engineering, and I ended up creating real estate investment business in Austin, Texas, that was so successful that Robert asked me if I would be on his infomercials. And for four years then I was you know, helping Robert Kiyosaki sell rich dad, poor dad products. So a little bit of, A little bit of a transformation there.

I made my first million by the time I was 40. I was looking to do, I was lining up deals to make the 10 million. And that was going, you know, I mean, I was doing the thing like I thought, that’s what we do, right? This is the American dream. And I was volunteering on this project that was so innocent, I had no idea I was about to be basically bitch slapped by the universe. And like, it’s like a Mack truck running into me or that stage four cancer diagnosis, you know. And the project was so simple and easy, and it was like we were just going to get locally, you know, a local organic food into an elementary school.

One of my friends was the president of the Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. This was his passion. I said, I’ll help you out with that. And I will never forget when that whole project completely and utterly failed. We were in a little community center I had organized in Red Rock, Texas, because we were going to do it at the Red Rock Elementary School. And we started putting pen to paper on who would be the farmers to provide the vegetables. And there were not enough organic farmers in all of Bastrop county, and Texas has some big counties to provide even part of the vegetables for one small rural elementary school.

And I started like, I was violently shaking. I don’t know how the meeting. And everybody just sort of left because, you know, we know there’s only four days worth of food in the grocery stores. We know the food travels an average of 1500 miles to get you. And we’re surrounded by, by 20 million Texans who are armed to the teeth. And I realized I did not really understand what wealth was about. And there are scenarios where no amount of money will buy you what you need. And I was just horrified. And so for years, I actually had pan attack panic attacks and night sweats.

And so if you are somewhat aware, and I bet you are, if you’re listening to Scotty and Sovereign Radio, you’re probably freaking out right about now about what’s going on in the world. And if you aren’t, you should be. But I will tell you, I started doing everything I could to learn to grow food. Gardening classes, permaculture classes, forestry classes, all kinds of things. And started figuring some things out and using that engineering mind of how do I. How do I make this simple and easy and efficient? And then, you know, turned it into a business because you, you find out that you growing your own food by yourself.

The biggest myth in the survival and preparedness industry is the lone survivor. There is no such thing. You really need community now. That’s not to say you don’t want to be in the big city. That’s absolutely going to be a wasteland. But you need other people who are growing that you can share and trade and, you know, bounce things off of. And it’s hard to grow it all yourself. So it’s good to have somebody else that’s growing something different. Right. And I started teaching a lot of people and then it ended up being an online business and.

And then once I found out, you know, growing food, that’s so important. But then I. I found out how to treat infections without using antibiotics and started teaching that these are the techniques that they used. You know, the Romans and the Greeks, when they’re bashing each other up, you know, those guys got wounded regularly and a few of them died. But by and large most of them survived those wounds. And those very simple techniques are still effective today. I’ve always had some problem with my teeth. So we a lot of stuff on alternatives to dentists and holistic dentistry.

And then growing food is so fun. I mean, there’s like, you know, mushrooms and goats and chickens and rabbits and different styles, lasagna gardening and, you know, vertical gardening and hydroponics. And, you know, I was just having a lot of fun doing all the different styles and learning about it and working with experts and creating course content and ended up building the whole grow network out of that. So it’s been amazing. You are proof positive that you walk in one door and another door opens up. Absolutely. Worry about Robert Kiyosaki. So I want to get back to go back to the backyard idea, backyard food production a minute.

I just want to say one thing. When you talk about you should be freaking out. I think you mean paying attention. I don’t think you mean literally. Freaking out can be a good thing if you are paying attention, alarmed, to the point where you use your discernment and critical thinking and do some homework. Everybody watching and listening to Sovereign Radio has heard us talk about the system going down. And what would you do if you had to go 10, 12, 14 days with no grocery stores to have a couple weeks of food and water on hand? You know, my.

We called her bubby. My grandmother on my mother’s side, canned foods. She always had cans of food. She was always preparing for a crisis. So crisis management, freaking out to the point where you are prepared is A good thing. And I think this, however, what you’re doing to me goes beyond prepping. It’s just common sense. If we grow our own food in our backyard, we know what we’re eating. And to me, that’s the essence of it. You go to a, you go to the grocery store. I’ve heard you say that it was safe to shop, shop the outer part of a grocery store.

You know, where the produce was. It’s not so safe anymore. We don’t know what kind of chemicals are sprayed on those cucumbers, what’s on those onions and tomatoes. So growing your own is a big deal. And it’s simple. What would you tell, because we have a limited time, what would you tell our audience? How simple? 1, 2, 3. Give us the 1, 2, 3. Simplicity of growing your own food in your backyard. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I can show you how to grow at least half of your own food. Food, it takes about a half an hour a day in a backyard sized space.

And what I mean by that is about the size of three parking spots. And the thumbnail sketch of it is you get a flock of laying hens, small six laying hens, a small hundred square foot garden, and then a small rabbit tree with one buck and three birding does. And I’ve got a webinar at backyard food production. I’ve just re released it to be faster and more impactful because people have much less time these days. And I go through all of it, I show you exactly what it looks like, how many servings, the nutrition, what the calories are, what, you know, what that chicken coop looks like.

What’s a good chicken coop design? You know, how do you feed these, how do you feed the creatures, how do you grow, how do you do compost, you know, the whole, the whole system for this so that you can have a degree of self reliance. And if you can grow half of your own food, that’s huge. You know, you can grow, you know, it’s amazing. And that’s a, that’s a big step. And honestly, it’s very simple. I, there’s hundreds of thousands of different ways to grow food. And I have cherry picked the three simplest, easiest and fastest.

For somebody who has no experience, they’re older and they’re out of shape, Very interesting. So. But Marjorie, I’m living in an urban lifestyle, so can I do it without a backyard? Can I do it on my patio or my, my balcony? Yes, there’s a lot of things you can do. You’re not going to be able to produce as much, but absolutely, there’s a lot. I get that question all the time from people in apartments and condominiums. So there are a ton of possibilities there. So everything from, you know, the herbs on the windowsill or the potted plants on the patio or the rooftop to more innovative things like mushrooms growing in the house or, you know, you can grow it in a closet or.

I have a girlfriend, I set her up with quail and she’s producing 10 quail eggs a day in her living room. And they’re not exactly beautiful songbirds, but they’re not, you know, they’re, they’re reasonably pleasant to have around. So there are a lot of solutions for people. But Scotty, I really want to encourage people to get started right now. So the last ships that came into the U.S. ports. Yes. Came in yesterday that were tariff free. So all the ships that are coming in today, tomorrow and forever on from China, this would be Los Angeles and Southport have 145% tariff on it.

Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Those big ones, 80% of their goods are made in China and it takes about one day. I love that you had those truckers on ahead of time. Apparently it takes anywhere from one to 10 days for the goods to get distributed once they hit the port. We have really quite an amazing just in time trucking system, don’t we? Like, you know, and of course, you know, probably Florida and Maine are going to be the 10 days and you know, California is going to be the one day. But we are going to see.

You know, a girlfriend of mine bought a hundred dollar fan at Home Depot yesterday or the few days ago and she sent me a photo of it and said, made in China. I said, yeah, that’s going to cost you $250 in about a week or two weeks. So this is coming. The CEOs of all those companies have warned publicly this is not alternative media anything. This is like on the mainstream media. They said there’s going to be empty shelves and skyrocketing prices coming to America. Two weeks ago they said it would be within two weeks. So we’re talking about now the consequences of that are going to be those four companies I mentioned, five, they, they hire about 5 million people.

The profit margins on those companies are only averaging about three and a half percent. They do not have any room in there to absorb any costs and they already have reduce the bookings on the floor. The flex port, which is the biggest shipping booking agent, has said bookings are down about 60%. So there’s a lot less coming in. And when that hits, I mean, you know, people who are not at all prepared for the normies, they’re going to go into freak out when they, when this finally happens, you know, so the early adopters have the advantage.

And right now, if you’re watching this, you are an early adopter by like a few days to a week. So I really recommend you get started. The preppers are looking like the smart ones now, and we know it’s inevitable in order to shut down the current financial system and bring in a new one. Everything’s got to shut down for a short period of time. I don’t think it’ll be too long. But to have 10 to 14 days where the food of water around is just a good thing and growing your own makes a lot of sense.

I’m going to commit today to growing cucumbers and onions myself. Those are the two things I’d like to grow. So I’m going to jump on and tell us where we can find the tools to get started growing food, because I want to do it myself. Yeah. Watch the webinar at backyard food production dot com. Things that you should not do, things you should avoid. So that way you can get started right away because you need to.

And it’s. I mean, we’re. This summer is going to be the summer of chaos. This is the summer that we’ve all been talking about and preparing for. And it’s now happening that, that a friend of mine was like, well, I just got a coffee at Starbucks for $6. It’s all fine. I’m like, yeah, it’s not gonna be all fine next week. Yeah, we’re headed for a, a shutdown at some point. How hard or soft the landing is, nobody knows. But listen, I’d rather be prepared and have food around. And if it’s food that you grew yourself.

So if I start today, Marjorie, how would you. Long before I see the fruits of my labor of growing food. Is it like three months, six months, or. It’s even faster than that. As I said, I’ve cherry picked the fastest, easiest ways for somebody who has no experience. They’re older, they’re out of shape, and the first thing I recommend everybody do is get a small flock of laying hens. So this would be six laying hens. So you, you can build a coop and I show you the Coop plans and what a coop looks like in the webinar you can build you, if you’re handy, you can build that in a weekend or two.

If not, you can hire somebody or there’s, if you have lot of money, there’s kits that you can buy that are simple to construct. It fits in the size of a parking lot. Go buy some chicken feed now. I will, when you sign up for that, I will send you information in a video on how to produce all the chicken feed you want for free. But don’t do that first. Right now, chicken feed is still, you know, like chicken feed, right? You can buy it. So buy 50 or 100 pounds of chicken feed because you have a lot to learn.

Consideration. The growing your own chicken feed or producing your own is phase two. You’re doing phase one. Set up a water system. I show you how to do one that’s very, very simple, that’s completely off grid out of stuff you have laying around the house already. And then go out on Craigslist and buy six laying hens. A laying hen starts at about six months of age. Get those laying hens into the, into the coop that you’ve created with the water and the food. Give them a couple of days to adjust. And so we’re talking in about two or three weeks you’re going to be having egg production.

And let me give you an idea of how productive these are. And remember, I’ve cherry picked the three most efficient ways to grow food. So an average laying hen will lay about 250 eggs a year, six of them. That’s 1500 eggs in a year. Which means you’re going to have three egg omelets for breakfast every morning and 33 dozen eggs to barter, trade, you know, give away using other recipes. So within two or three weeks you can have breakfast handled for the rest of your life. I mean, that is. And, and eggs are an extremely healthy.

They’re a complete whole food full of nourishment. So I mean, that’s. I know people often think of me about as the gardens and a garden is an important thing, but I really recommend, you know, get started with some chickens. Hey, nothing like a three egg omelet for breakfast, that’s for sure. So, Marjorie, one more time, the URL. And stick around because I want to introduce you to our next guest. And I thought it was time to bring you back for a regular feature called the Spiritual Moment. I myself find every week as I’m digging into the news and, you know, going down the rabbit holes, it’s inevitable. We all experience anxiety and we’re frustrated, we get anxious. And so this first spiritual moment is going to address that topic. But what, what, what does it mean to you, Jim, to turn to the Bible and turn inward spiritually when you are facing your problems in life? What, how does the Bible help you spiritually turn inward and calm yourself down? Well, you find the answer that in Luke, chapter 12, verses 22, 34.

And this is a passage that Jesus is talking to his disciples on the topic of being, having anxiety, being anxious. And frustration comes from, from being anxious. So you can’t have one without the other. So I was talking to, just a brief moment here, Scotty, I was talking to my wife Misty at lunch today that I was going to start this with you. And she said that what her input with this would be to use an oil in an oil diffuse, diffuser, Siberian oil. And it actually takes the tension out of the air. So for those of you like diffusers with oil, that’s something that, that we use here at the house.

But anyway, what, what Christ told his disciple was not to be anxious. Matter of fact, he actually gives them specific language in three verses to do that. He says in verse 22 of Luke 12, do not be anxious. And he says in verse 29, do not keep worrying. And in verse 32, do not be afraid. All of the conditions that exist for anxiety. Now, if you look at the truths in Scripture, there’s many, many different truths about this. He’s calling here for a worry free, anxiety free and fear free. Living means that your life ought to be without any of the conditions of anxiety or frustration.

And he’s saying it is possible to rise above all of the troubles in life to have what the apostle Paul called the peace that passes understanding. And it’s that peace for which there is no human explanation, because that is an inward peace. So when you look at the world around you, you and you begin to, to fill it. The place you need to go is to the inward spirit inside of you and, and look for calmness. Scripture tells us it calls for an end to anxiety and free and worry and panic. And all of those things can be so debilitating to our lives that it.

And so disturbing, it actually becomes a depression in our life. So there are two, really two categories of this that we need to, to focus on just for a brief moment. And that is that work that we’re to direct our attentions on the things above. So we’re not to worry, we’re not to have fear. Matter of fact, there’s 365 verses in the Bible that tells you not to fear one for each day. And your anxiety, either into the material side or the spiritual side, if you, if you look to the material side, you will have anxiety.

If you look to the spiritual side, you’re going to gain peace. So we, we need to. We need to either make the choice that we’re either going to be concerned about something physical, material, earthly, or, or we’re going to be concerned about something spiritual, immaterial and heavenly. Because everything begins with a thought. And so therefore how you direct your thoughts is how you’re going to, to either complicate your life through worldly things or how peaceful you’re going to make your life because you’re looking inward. So there are only two. These are the only two categories that you, you have either you, you look at the material side, the physical world, or the spiritual side.

Now we’re a spiritual being first. That’s how we were created, living a physical life experience. So in that sense, we’re, we’re two. We’re two people. We’ve got an inner self and we got an outer self. And our wary comes by being attached to both. But in the case of one who belongs to the kingdom of God, where he is either a sin, neither a sense that you need to have because it is unnecessary in regards to the material needs. Basically what he tells you in Scripture in the same passage, your Father knows that you need the things that you need.

He tells you that in verse, verse 30, and in regards to your spiritual needs in verse 32, the last verse in this passage, your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom of heaven. We are told that in Ephesians 1:3, that before the world, ever before the foundation of the world, God had already given to us all of the blessings in heaven. So in understanding that those blessings are the gifts from the spirit spiritual realm to us to manifest in our physical self, we need to then understand that if that area is in control of our life, all of the worldly conditions that we would experience anxiety, frustration, worry, fear, all those things, they go away.

So worry is a result of two things. One, it’s a result, first of all of ignorance or unbelief, okay? And if you really think about the roots of those anxiety and frustration, that’s really what you have. You have. You have a fear that something’s going to happen that you can’t control, or you have an unbelief that you have no ability to understand what’s going on around you. Now, people are wary not because they don’t believe what God has promised, but because they don’t know what God has promised. That’s really the key. Key. So for us to understand how to truly control this thing called anxiety and frustration, we must first understand that God has made his promise to us.

He’s given us all the blessings in the world in the heavenly places that we can manifest in this physical life. And he is the provisionist of everything that we will encounter into this physical life. So we really don’t have to worry, and we really don’t have to have anxiety. And it’s our self doing that, making that a condition of our life if we’re looking to the world for the things that we should be looking to the heavens for. Jim, unfortunately, America and the Western world turn to Big Pharma to resolve anxiety issues. Take a pill, pop this, pop that, Pills, pills, pills, pills for problems.

And in fact, meditation and prayer are a much better, healthy all around. Not just spiritually, physically, mentally, much better approach. And it’s within our ability. If we understand that, that’s all it really takes. And you don’t have to be knowledgeable about Scripture. I am not. But I know when I’m anxious and I’m feeling anxiety or the occasional, oh my God, I might be fearful of something, I just stop, take a couple deep breaths and look inward and think about everything God’s given us. So we don’t need to fear. And I think that what you bring to the table is so important because the Big Pharma, how’s that working out for us? Right? It’s not working.

And Big Pharma has been a solution to a lot of things. And anxiety, depression and living in fear. These are things that can be resolved through moments like this going inward.
