They also mention their efforts to prepare for potential crises, including stockpiling canned goods and encouraging others to do the same. The speaker promotes a gold and silver company and urges listeners to support their cause for liberty. They end by emphasizing the need for unity and action, and express faith in God’s guidance.

Transcript

Welcome to the first webinar via our new system. This is the webinar for August 19, 2026. And it’s going to be going forward this way. You’ll be able to watch on that link pretty soon. We’ll have that up on the cspoa.org website. And we’re, we had this webinar technology for a long time, but they had a little glitch recently. And so I don’t think the chats work. We’ll get that fixed for next time as well. But the meantime we’ll be doing this webinar. It’ll be myself as kind of the anchor. I’ve kind of replaced Jack for that day to day thing because we’ve added the radio show and this webinar together now.

So exclusively, if you’re a CSPOA member, you’ll be able to watch both live. So now the reason we’re doing that is because it gives, it gives really a lot longer access to Sheriff Mac before you just get the webinar for an hour. Now you’re going to get the CSPOA view on the show. Every Wednesday. Sheriff Mac joins me on the radio show. You’re gonna get that and you’re gonna get the webinar piece. So it’s really increased access or increased support, if you will. For what? For what’s happening. You really get more for less. Sheriff Mack. Yeah, yeah.

And, and you know, we’re still ironing out a lot of the wrinkles in the transition, folks. We hope you’ll be patient with us while we do that. But we’re still in business. We’re still going. You know, people say, you know, how does CSPOA continue to fund all of this? Well, it’s rather difficult at times because, you know, we’re, we’re depending on more memberships and that’s where we get the bulk of our funding from the posse memberships. And all of you are welcome to be on. But Sam, one of the questions I had is how would someone that wants to access that link, who really isn’t a member very supportive of cspa, or maybe they’ve donated before, but they’re not actual members.

How do they, how do we discern and segregate the people who are supporters but aren’t members actually a csp, cspoa, bona fide member? How do we decide that? Because I would, I would like all of them to be on. Well, so we can work on that. We can put the link behind the membership or we can just put the link on the website. Anybody who goes to the website could watch. It’s up to you. Oh, okay. Yeah, I’m thinking, I think, I think the latter. I think to just have people go to the link on the, on the CSPOE website and, and have at it, you know, you know that means the Southern Poverty Law center is going to be watching the webinars, right? How, how have they gotten information before? Because I know that.

Well, maybe they’ve just got it off your show before. Because I know that several of the organizations that are like, oh yeah, because we promote the show everywhere. I even mock the FBI and say if you want to monitoring what we’ got the show available for you to download. You don’t even need to record it. Yeah. Maybe they’ll learn something. Yeah, that’s the hope. Yeah. Yeah. Well, one is the organizations that have attacked us, IR and SPLC and ADL and Mother Jones and you know, I don’t know, Mother Goose, whoever they are and live, you know, I, I, I just, I, I just want to say how could they listen to our program and not know that we are absolutely not racist? Hold on.

Because you’re not listening with your heart, Sheriff. You’re listening with your, your hate filled pen. And what you’re saying is I’m going to find anything that I can find that goes against the, you know, the narrative that we’ve been taught. Here’s the script. Sheriff Max a racist. Okay. Sam Bushman is a racist. So anything you can find that will endorse that view, find it, otherwise ignore it. Sam is, you know, this and Richard’s that and Sheriff Max this. And, and if, if there’s anything that you know, verifies that or proves that or highlights that or doesn’t matter if it’s taken out of context, we don’t need to be honest in this either.

Right? Then they do that. But they’re not interested in, in the truth and listening with their heart. Because if they really listen to their heart, they’d go, these people aren’t bad. Last hour they just promoted this Byron Donalds guy for governor of the state of Florida and he’s black. And why do they like him? Because he’s a constitutional conservative and we believe in the Constitution, so therefore we’re for him. But see what they, they can’t really sell that or promote that. Because then it proves you’re not a racist. We got to ignore that, Sheriff, we’ve been given specific instructions.

Okay, yeah, but Sam, I’ll go back to what you said during your first hour. Let’s go back to that. I don’t care. I don’t care that he’s the first black governor of Florida. If he wins, he’ll be the first black governor of Florida. I don’t care. Should there have been one before? I don’t know, maybe. I don’t care. I don’t care that he’s dark complected. I don’t care that he’s light black or where do we draw the line there? I mean the racism that the racist haters claim to be. Race, race haters, they’re nothing more than baiters.

And they have to make sure that racism continues so that they keep their donations coming. That’s right. And it’s a term called bait, Ray, or rage bait. And what they’re trying to do is they’re trying to use rage bait against you, Sheriff. What they’re hoping to do is bait you into rage so that then you will make mistakes and you will say things that they can say. See, this proves who he really is. The problem is they can’t bait rage us because I’m not in a rage. I know the truth. All my friends know the truth.

Whether they’re black or white or no matter what religion they are. None of those things matter to me. The fact is if they back the principles of liberty, then they’re friends of mine. If they don’t, then I want to stay as far away from them as I can get because I’ll lose my rights under their leadership. And so it’s really a principle based discussion. And they know the truth is the thing, Sheriff. They know the truth on this, but it might fit their pocketbooks and it won’t fit their narrative and it won’t keep their jobs if they tell the truth.

I know you’ve been working with Jack Mullen. He’s been the host of the Posse webinar now for. They call that guy the anchorman, my friend. You’re the anchorman, Jack. When. Welcome, welcome. I’m glad you’re here. It is a little bit of a different venue. I don’t have my usual screen back up, you know, in the background, so, you know, may look a little different, etc. But it’s nice to be here. It’s a. Looks like a very professional presentation. I’ve watched a good bit of your first hour and if you’ll note, I got this. I got this to sit properly in a CSPOA website.

Typical page. So I think, you know, this is going to be a nice smooth transition from where we were to where we’re going from. It’s not going perfect because right when this was about to start, our, our provider had a little bit of a glitch too. And so it’s not perfect. The comments aren’t working right now for some strange reason. We’re going to be getting those worked on. And the first start of the webinar didn’t seem to work. So we’ve got a little bit of stuff to work out. But the good news is this will start every Wednesday.

Now we’re going to basically have the live show with Sheriff Richard Mack, CSP Away show, partnering with Liberty Roundtable Live. And then after the hour show will be the webinar. The webinar will just basically be, you know, half hour to an hour long. Most of the time it’ll be an hour, but since there’s an hour before it, you know, if we end up doing an hour and a half, it’s fine. Sometimes Mac has places to jump to and stuff like that, so we’ll just see. But it’ll be me and Jack and Sheriff Mack and the same people running it.

Nothing’s really changed except for we went to a new system in hopes that we can one, have a little bit better presentation. And then secondly, we’ve got people that can post edit the webinar now. And so they’ll put the beginning part where I really started. You’ll see kind of two starts in this first video. He’ll put it together and that way you’ll be able to see the first part too. But the whole point is we want to start to get more polished videos and that way people that watch them later can have a great presentation as well.

And then we’re going to be working on once a month having an evening webinar as well. And we’re going to pick the date and time for that. Any feedback you guys want to give for that would be great. And that way people who can’t make it during the day, a lot of people couldn’t make it on Wednesday afternoons and they can’t make it Wednesday mornings either. So that’s why we want to make it recorded and available and then later have a evening one that they can actually participate in live as well. So really this comes down to good news and expanding service.

Jack. Actually, I don’t want to bring any bad news. I just got a text from Stephanie saying her end says it’s shut down now. I have to verify that that’s the case. Yeah, if she goes to the link we gave you and she needs to. She needs to refresh her screen, probably. Yeah, probably needs to. So if she does a refresh, we know that we’ve got IT monitoring right now, and it’s there for sure. So. All right. It was shut down there for a minute, though, for. It was a false start and stuff like that. So, anyway, Byron Donald won his primary, so that’s good news for Florida.

Jack. Yeah, we. I don’t have any good information on that, but I agree. It’s. Anybody that we supported is great that they win. And Sheriff Mack, you called the sheriff to get kind of the skinny on that, right? Well, actually, the only sheriff I contacted this week within the last couple of days was Sheriff McMahell from Las Vegas. Remember what he was doing and the fight that he’s having with his local judge? Yes. Well, he. Just for review, everyone. Just so you know, Sheriff McMahell, I’ve met with him in his office before. That was about two years ago.

I gave him a copy of our Supreme Court case. He was very sincere and very congenial and very open, and we didn’t know he was going to be having this problem. But he is just like all the woke judges across the country who are releasing career criminals. We just saw this. Where was it. Was it Virginia that had a murderer in a. What’s the official term? He was in the state hospital where you go if you’re insane, your mental illness, and instead of being convicted, you got off because you were temporarily insane. So you’re not in a prison, you’re in a lockup facility for the mentally impaired.

And they just let this guy out for two days for just recreational reasons. What did he do? He flew home to the Middle east somewhere. And now they’re trying to fight him. They say, oh, we’ll find him. We’ll get him back. Why did you do that in the first place? They released a murderer into society and now they can. Whose administration did this? Well, it was the stupid people, the woke people in Virginia. Yeah. So it’s a. It’s a state issue is the point, folks. And they basically let them go. Yeah. And so. And so, you know, you can’t let.

You can’t let the J6ers out because they might be a flight risk. Right, Right. Yeah. So anyway, Sheriff McMahill told the judges in his county, we’re not doing that anymore. And so four or five of the judges did it anyway. And McMahill refused to release these people back into society. And one judge got really mad at him, said, you better do what you’re told. And he goes, no, you’re not my boss. The people here, and I’m not going to do it. So this is huge news, folks. And Sheriff McMahell, I asked him for an update. He said it’s still in court, and he’s still fighting, and he’s still not obeying these woke judges who want to put criminals in Las Vegas back on the streets.

And we’re talking. He needs to get a hold of Liberty Roundtable Live. We need to cover this in detail. Oh, I know, I know. Well, this is. This is why we have this webinar, folks, so you can know what sheriffs are doing nationwide. And Sheriff McMahon, this. You got to understand this, folks. The CSPOA doesn’t train. We give good examples of other sheriffs who’ve been courageous, lots of them out there doing that. Let’s not forget Sheriff Hamilton in New Mexico, who deputized every. Who worked with a. A Pastor Caleb Cooper to. To deputize all of the people in his church so that when the state came to shut them down during COVID that they couldn’t do it.

And this is the type of courageous people we want to be around. But we can’t teach courage. You either are or you’re not. We can give you the nuts and bolts, though, so that you can feel comfortable in your courageousness, though. Sheriff. Correct. Of course. Training helps with that. Oh, you mean the law is on my side? Yes. And so is your boss, the people of your county. And that’s. That’s key to all of that. But he did the right thing to protect the people of his county. That’s Sheriff McMahill. Sheriff Kevin McMahill of Clark County, Nevada, doing the right thing for the right reason.

That’s a great news piece. Speaking of COVID since you brought it up, I don’t know if you saw this, but there’s a guy, he’s a former Anthony Fauci advisor. He pleads guilty in Covid records case. Dr. David Morins, 78 years old, a former senior advisor for the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He conspired to defraud the United States. He got caught, he got prosecuted, and now he’s got a felony, five years in prison. He’s waiting on sentencing. Finally, we’re going after the real criminals. Yeah, that’s. That’s actually good news. So Anthony Fauci was not charged in the case, though, sadly.

Oh, well, he. He. He knows the Fifth Amendment. And let’s be real. Can innocent people. Can innocent people declare the fifth amendment, of course, but it. It really helps the guilty more than it does the innocent. And. And. And maybe rightfully so, but. But juries are instructed that you can’t say. You can’t even think that somebody’s guilty if they declared the fifth amendment. Yeah. Part of the reason that the founding fathers put that in place, though, isn’t really to protect the guilty, but is if they want to twist my words. And I’ll give you an example.

I went to the Ken Cromart trial, and I tried to, you know, explain the whole truth. Sheriff Mack watched this whole thing go down, and I tried to explain the whole truth, and I tried to put context to my explanation because I was a character witness. And so I started explaining how I was involved in contract negotiations because he’s a video editor and a movie maker, and. And. And I helped him with contractual. Objection, your honor, objection. And. And they. They shut me down and shut me down, and I was trying to explain the context, because otherwise, how do I be a character witness if I just say yes, no to the questions asked? It’s truthful, but it’s not the whole truth.

So the judge got mad, dismissed the whole jury, looked at me and said, sam, do you want to be held in contempt the court? And I’m like, why? He said, because you’re just going on and babbling and saying anything you want to. And I’m like, no, I’m not. Your honor, they asked me a question, and I’m answering it. Yeah, but you’re taking way too long to answer it. You thought that the oath, when you swore to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, you thought that was real. Yeah, and I thought. I said, you, Honor, I thought that I was expected to tell.

I mean, the whole truth means you got to have. If I’m a character witness and I’m telling you the whole truth, then you’ve got to hear the whole story. You can’t just hear yes, no answers because it’s out of context, and the whole truth doesn’t get. He said, you don’t know what the whole truth means. Listen to me. You’re going to be held in contempt of court, or you’re going to say yes and no and have short answers to the questions. Do you got it? And I said, yes. They brought in the jury, they asked me, then Ken Cromwer started asking me questions again, and I just had to say, yes, no, yes, no.

And then when they got done, I apologized to the juror, and I said I thought I was able to tell the whole truth. I’m sorry. And I left. Isn’t that what happened, Sheriff? How naive you might. You. You are, Sam. Isn’t that exactly what happened, though? That’s exactly what happened. Did I do anything to be rude to the judge or to be offensive to the jury or anything like that? Yeah, you didn’t do what you’re told. Wait a minute. I was told to tell the truth and I swore to it. Oh, yeah, I forgot that part.

I did do what I was told. Yeah. That oath of office has been so bastardized by the courts and the judges and attorneys, of course. And it was a sad day, so I learned a lesson there for sure. Jack. Housekeeping. Are we. Are we up? Did or is. Stephanie said there’s still a probe. I didn’t hear back from her after I made that request. The show. Yeah, we’re up. I went there and it runs. Yeah. I don’t have one other person. Hey, Ian, if you’re on, text me. Ian, if you’re on the show, text me or.

Or email me that. That you’re on and you’re able to listen. Because I’m pretty sure Ian. Ian is on. He’s. He’s our member from Canada. And so, in fact, we have a couple of supporters from Canada. Two or three, actually. Well, I put it in right now, and it’s up for me as well. Yeah. Okay. Well, that’s good. Anyway, we. I think we’re good to go. Yeah, we’ll talk to our provider, by the way, and we will work out any glitches that this might have caused. Folks, this is a real good technology. It’s worked for my radio show forever, and they have webinar functionality and everything else, so we expect that to go well.

So I don’t know what’s going on a little bit this week, but we’ll get that resolved, and if it doesn’t resolve itself quickly, we will get Zoom and go back to Zoom. We just believe this will be a better presentation and eventually better videos in the long run. By the way, did you see that these Hedgeman wins Wyoming Senate nomination. It was Harriet Hageman, anyway. And then the Alaska people had kind of a split deal, too. And anyway. Very strange. Yeah, well, that’s. That’s the. The Alaska one was wrought with cheating, and we’ve actually seen that before in Utah, where Governor Cox actually got a person with a.

Phil Hartman was. Phil Hartman. Phil Lyman. Phil Hartman. Phil Lyman was running for governor. He won the state convention. The biggest anybody’s Ever beat an incumbent. And that was Spencer Cox and he lost. And so then Phil Lyman, a write in candidacy. And so what did the governor’s office do? The campaign office? They found one or two more people with the last name of Lyman and they put them on the ballot so that the voters would be confused. That was. Now they’re mad because that’s being done in Alaska. To the Republicans doing the same thing. Yes.

Yeah. Did the same thing. So they. The. And, and so they. The Republicans know how to manipulate elections as well. Yeah. So it’ll be like Jack changed his name to Max so that he could run against Sheriff Max. It’ll be like that, you know. Yeah. And so it’s just astonishing the cheating that goes on. And it’s obviously both parties, but I could. I will still say to Governor Cox of Utah, you’re not Governor, you cheated to get there and to stay in office. And you had the entire hierarchy of the Republican party cheating for you. Putting up billboards saying that your elections were the most secure.

Just like the talking point of Joe Biden after the election. We have the most secure and honest election in the history of our country. Yeah. How did you do that? No one, no one in the press ever challenged that. And no one in the press in Utah really challenged what Spencer Cox did. And so you have a cheating liar for the governor’s office in Utah. And that’s why some people say that Utah is the most corrupt state in the union. I don’t share that. But what about Sheriff Leaf? Oh, I accidentally bumped that thing. I know.

I have a. You know, with respect to election fraud, I have an article here with Sheriff Darleaf. He just made this presentation on Facebook talking about a confidential informant who works for the Michigan Secretary of state’s office came to him with evidence that the state’s customer and automotive record system is being used to programically register non citizens to vote. And he went through this situation. And when the informant was able to show this to his supervisor, the response was that the county clerk could catch the non citizenship status. Garleaf says that’s not true at all. County clerks only get to access the qualified vote file after the Secretary of state has already registered the person.

So he’s referred the matter to the Department of Justice as a conspiracy to violate 18 USC611, voting by aliens and place noncitizens on both the voter rolls and jury rolls. And that’s just one of the many, many examples of voter fraud in the United States. I mean, I just saw Elon Musk is now going to have to face the court over the million dollars that he handed out during the 24 election for people in voting situations. I mean, the exact situation. He committed fraud with a random $1 million voter giveaway and the federal judge refused to let him escape the trial.

He promised winners would be picked randomly. However, that wasn’t the case. The judge found recipients were actually picked using a vetting document, scoring ideological alignment, criminal history, age and social media. And Moss personally participated in setting up the scheme. We can expect this to come to court in July of 2027. So all of our sum of people’s heroes, for example, seem to be involved with election fraud. And we know that we can’t get people elected like walls in, in Minnesota without some sort of election fraud. I mean, how did they get there? Who would, who would elect somebody like that? Well, I’ve said that about a lot of Democrats across the country.

It’s obvious. It’s, it’s prima facie evidence, evidence on its face that there’s election fraud because there’s no way the people in California could be that stupid to reelect Nancy Pelosi or Maxine Waters or the Governor Newsom. This absolutely absurd that anyone could believe that voters would continue to do that. Now, what Maxine Waters? What is she, 85 and she stumbles around and can’t even hardly talk? And, and, and I’ve said it too, about Republicans. John McCain staying until he dies. Mitch McConnell, we don’t even know where he is. Well, so is Mitch even okay? And here’s what’s interesting.

Where’s Rand Paul to go in and see or to confirm, you know, why doesn’t the news. I mean, if he’s doing fine, you can at least do it, you know, a shot in his hospital bed and let him talk or. All I’m saying is that all they showed was a newspaper. Dianne Feinstein, another one. She couldn’t even talk and she couldn’t even sit in the chair to vote. And these people are so addicted to staying in office. And maybe the worst one of all, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a member of the United States Supreme Court, she refused to retire, even though she’s on her deathbed and she can’t hardly do anything.

But, but she wanted to make sure that Trump could not pick her replacement. So she stayed in. Stayed in, died in office, and he still did because she couldn’t control when she died. And playing politics with your own debt, and there should be a requirement, you know, that when you need to retire, you retire. But no, they’re so corrupt and so full of lust for power. And the politics just keeps going even after they’re dead. All right, so prediction time. What do you think is going to happen, Sheriff? Midterms? Are the Republicans going to take a beating? If we can get this book out, I believe we could have a real change and really help keep the Republicans in power.

Do. Am I addicted to Republicans keeping power? No. Not even. Because, like I said, the Rhinos are just as bad or worse than the Democrats. It’s just. It’s just amazing. But I really believe that. And I’ve said this before in your program, especially during Mitt Romney’s run for the presidency. I said this, folks, and I’ll say it again. We’ve got to buy some time. And that’s all we’re doing here in law enforcement or military. When you are engaging a target, a threat, if you’re assessing the threats against you and you have to take out, you have to use weaponry to take out the biggest threat to you right now.

And that’s the person closest to you. That’s the threat that’s closest to you that poses the greatest threat. You don’t, you don’t shoot the target 150 mile, 150 yards away. When there’s one that’s just 20 yards away, you take out the greatest threat that’s closest. Same thing here, folks. The greatest threat right now are the socialist, Marxist Communist Democrats that are destroying our country from within, fulfilling the threat from Nikita Khrushchev that they would never have to invade the United States, that we would be destroyed from within. The same thing Abraham Lincoln said, we will be destroyed from within, not from an outside enemy.

Well, the outside enemy now has moved inside America. Thank you to the Democrats and Biden administration, bringing them all in. We have to realize that. So the greatest threat is we’ve got to stop the Democrats doing what they’re doing. And the one in Florida was a big surprise. And she won. The Communist Nixon won in Florida. As to be the next senator. If the state goes Democrat on that race, we’ll have another Marxist senator in the United States Senate and Congress. So the greatest, the American people, Sheriff, are going to start to see more and more and more the repercussions of those.

Well, we hope so, but that’s why we want them to get the book. And that’s why we want Democrats to get the book. Folks, this book was devised specifically to answer Sam’s question, what can we do? And what this overall book says is we’re not in trouble in America because we follow the Constitution too. Strictly just the opposite. We’ve strayed so far away from the Constitution that our country, and especially the Democrat Party, is embracing communism. And so sad, but true. That’s the answer. All right. Can we save it? We’ve got 80 days to try to save it.

And I’m not saying the Republicans are the saving greats of America. They obviously are not. But they could buy us some time. And that’s why we’re doing. Pushing what we’re pushing. Jack. What do you got, buddy? Oh, I was just looking at some more voter fraud stuff here. I see Katie Hobbs is under investigation for her pay to play scheme. Fraud in the Arizona 2020 election was the beginning of this round. And then Hobbs is facing bribery, conspiracy, racketeering, and fraud charges from a case that has been a long time in the making. Racketeering? They, they.

I thought they said that wasn’t even the case back in the day, Sheriff. Yeah, yeah, Politicians can’t racketeer. That’s just. That’s just standard operating procedure. Right. They are racketeers. Also, it was breaking news from Georgia revealing hundreds of thousands of ballots in the Georgia 2020 election were counted twice, not by human error, but intentional human intervention. And that’s just a breaking story right now. And who are the people from Georgia that are election fraud deniers now? Those there. Why. Why can’t we get the national media to make up a new term? Election fraud deniers? Your EFDs, your EFD, or just fraud deniers.

Call it that because it’s all over. It’s not only election, it’s all kinds of fraud. They’re claiming the Somalis didn’t commit fraud and everything else now. Right? Yeah. Yeah. It is so sickening. Yeah, I’m. Where do you go with it? Because the national media has actually promoted propaganda and brainwashing tactics. Jack. I had not seen that. Where did you get that? Oh, I’m looking at it on X here. I just see another one here from California Undercover. People in associated with James o’ Keefe found that recordings show homeless are being paid by petitioners to forge real voter signatures to sign ballot petitions on skid row thousands of times.

Then again, this is a very large article. The conduct captures people appearing to violate multiple California felony statutes, including the elections code and the penal code and other sections of the penal code. And. And so, you know, I don’t know that there’s any. Any chance of getting a. A real election. I just saw that election where Randy Fine won his election in Florida against Dan. And I can never say his last name, Old Bilderia or whatever. But you know, that was one of those. That was very, very close. And I just can’t imagine Randy Fine one.

Yeah. Now let me explain the nuance in Georgia so people understand. Here’s the deal. They’re now admitting that they scan ballots twice. But they’re trying to say that we think we counted them once, but we’re just not sure. Sheriff. Yeah, they’re not sure. Yeah. And they’re saying that because then they’re not guilty. They’re saying that, but they’re not sure. And so now it’s up. It’s nebulous. Right. Well, then how are they able to convict? How were they able to convict Tina Peters? Yeah. See, just the opposite. So that’s the problem. Spent almost two years in prison.

Yeah. Nearly killed him. Yeah, man. Yeah. That was hideous. Well, absolutely. I’ll be meeting with Tina pretty soon here at the Storm Summit in Las Vegas. I will take a day off from that summit to go to Utah and speak at Sam Bushman’s event in Highland, Utah. And then I’d fly right back to the Storm Summit to give my speech and to hopefully hear Tina Peters speech. Amen. And I’m trying to decide which chapter of your book we ought to have you speak on. Sheriff. Oh, I know. Yeah. Well, there’s one chapter that talks about her and other innocents in prison.

I’m definitely going to talk about that one. Her name is actually mentioned in the book. But there’s several others like Sam Jarrod and other Amish farmers. And folks, this is the thing. Can we focus in the freedom movement? And I’m going to bring this. This is going to be part of my speech. It’s probably going to be the bulk of my speech. Can we focus on in the freedom movement, on the few or only real, peaceful and effective solution we have in America? Yeah, I’m talking about a constitutional sheriff. Name any, any cause in America. The anti vaxxers, the fair taxation people, the gun rights people, the.

Oh, let’s go back to anti IRS and abuse people, the corruption people, local corruption, federal corruption, all the other crimes and that are being committed. Name any cause in America that’s going on and the freedom movement. Tell me the thousands of freedom organizations and all their particular causes. Name me one that cannot be solved by a constitutional sheriff. So why are we not focusing more in the freedom movement on the Constitutional sheriff movement? Name me one thing that the sheriff cannot fix. Sheriff Darleaf is still about the only sheriff now left in America focusing on election fraud.

Why is there only one or two? Why were there only back when it was really bad, we had about seven or eight sheriffs actually investigating election fraud. And even one of our top sheriffs, Mark Lamb, that refused to do investigations on election fraud even though there was some legitimate evidence going on with the machines on election day. So what is going on? Why can we not focus and Vander still. I had posed that question to you, Mike Adams, I posed that question to you. Anybody else in the freedom movement, wherever you are, Wayne Allen Root, I pose that question to you.

Why can’t we not focus on the specific solution that has proven to work? There’s evidence that it’s worked, and it’s been working for about 15 years, and it’s even gotten better in some respects and worse than others. Because sheriffs are now buying the propaganda scheme that the CSPA is radical and that we’re racist and that we’re white supremacists. And, and, and we’re all crazy. And instead of just looking at what we’ve done, we’ve never been racist, we’ve never supported any violence of any kind. And so what’s going on? Can we focus? Are we able to look at our own cause and say this one is an immediate answer and solution? And what do you say about that, Sam? Well, it’s like One Flew over the cuckoo’s Nest.

Sheriff. Yeah, I think it’s insane, and I don’t know why people don’t do anything about it. You’ve got the media that’s. That’s causing the problem here, but you’ve got the courts that are a real problem here, too. And so nobody can, you know, they claim, well, there’s no proven vote fraud. Well, if you can’t get it in front of a judge to prove it, like Tina Peters could have proven it. People have literally gone in and hacked machines in court, and they say, well, that’s no proof. Yeah, the machines aren’t safe, but you can’t prove that someone’s actually abused them.

And so we get to this line where, you know, you have, as you mentioned, anecdotal proof, or whatever you want to call it, prima facie evidence. We have all kinds of. But none of it’s really solid, 100% evidence because you can never get a judge to present before a jury the whole facts. So, for example, how does Ken Cromer have a character witness if you shut down, Sam, to defend his character? And we’re seeing the same exact kind of principle happening here, right? I’m afraid so. But I. I really want to wake up the people that we work with every day.

I really want to. You know, your cause is just. Don’t get me wrong. Especially the ones that are about family court that you and I had that Pellegrino guy on. He was fantastic. Yeah, of course there’s. I’m not. I don’t want to shut Gun Owners of America down or Second Amendment foundation, but we all need to come together and support a solution that is right. Now. Gun Owners of America has always supported the constitutional sheriff. They know the sheriff is the last line of defense. But how do we get all of those to coalesce and say, let’s focus on this solution for a little while? Just imagine if we could do our own.

I don’t want to dare say act Blue, Sheriff, but isn’t the police blue? Well, they’re called that. They’re. Most of their uniforms are black now, and I don’t like that. I understand, but I’m sticking with blue. So my point is, instead of act Blue, maybe we need to choose blue and have a big fundraising campaign. I mean, we could do this if we had the funding. I know. I know everybody. I ever say we need a national meeting with sheriffs, not the National Sheriff’s association meetings, but the Constitutional Sheriff’s national meeting and. And bring in 1200, 1500 sheriffs in one setting.

And everybody agrees. But then it might be a great idea. And we tell them what it would take, though, and then they say, oh, no, there’s got to be a cheaper, better way. And. And then it never gets done. Jack, do you want to chime in on this? No, I’m enjoying. Enjoying every minute of it. I mean, this. This is the problem we have everywhere. I mean, every. Every situation in which the truth is expected to prevail. We have corruption that is evident and mounting and insurmountable in most cases. I mean, I’m. I’m in the camp of people have to take some physical action to bring their government back to account for the fact that it’s gone beyond corrupt and it is a infestation.

Endemic corruption all around the country. And I can name numerous court cases, and I can. I can give you examples of Supreme Court cases, et cetera, where no evidence is allowed at all, or the witnesses are not allowed to speak in any way or even defend themselves by presenting their case. And, you know, this is the problem you’re going to have. And we have. We continue to face the idea of the posse and the people that are involved with the posse is that they’re. They’re essentially a group of ground troops that know the truth and at least understand it mostly, and can then make their way to the local meetings.

You know, whether they be in the school board, the city councils, on the streets, you name it. You can speak to their sheriff, but without some sort of physical presence, and that presence is probably going to have to get stronger. I mean, there’s no way around the fact that this nation is in serious trouble. Not only is it being set up for financial collapse, we’re being deliberately deprived of fuel, the food supply is running low. We’re. We have. We have infiltrators all over the United States in places like Michigan, Minnesota, Texas. And at the same time, we have provocateurs there trying to provoke what, you know, I believe our controllers want a civil war.

The United States is in trouble, and so good people have to get off their rear ends. You can’t do it on Facebook, can’t do it in, you know, a couple hours a day on social media. And you have to put up with the pain. You have to understand that this is not going to be a future for the next couple of years where you can worry so much about your soccer match tomorrow night or your tax bills. You know, I think that most Americans need to stop paying their taxes altogether. There is no law that requires the average American.

And there’s a couple of stipulations where if you work for the government in the proper way, you will have to pay some income taxes. But why pay for a government that’s absolutely, totally corrupt? And, you know, you can take your party lines if you like. You know, Sheriff Mc and I disagree on that. I think they’re both equally corrupt and they just have their different positions. So, you know, your idea is. Is especially good idea, and it’s a shame that people didn’t listen to you when you wrote your first book, because now this wouldn’t be happening.

But unfortunately, look where we are. I mean, I don’t know how else to put it. Sorry. The one thing that we totally agree on, Jack, is that the utter corruption. Yeah. And I’ll be the first one, along with you, Sheriff Mack, to say the Republicans aren’t quite as bad as the Democrats in certain ways. Well, I think that the leadership. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Let me. Let me just say that response, though, to that. The only reason the Republicans look really good right now is because the Democrats have gone so far and they’ve Gone so crazy insane.

But that’s the only reason why the Republicans look a little bit. Because that’s right. They’re kind of standing aside from that because they don’t support this crazy woke idiocy and. And Marxist movement. But that’s the only reason you switch it back. It could be switched back. The pendulum goes from the left to the right. And the pendulum is. And it looks ridiculous now, but that’s the only reason you’re right 100%. There’s a headline now, what if America went completely dark? The blackout that could devastate America is in the New York Times right now. It’s an article.

You mean infrastructure wise. Yeah, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Keep talking about that. Anyway, I find it very interesting. There’s a whole article in the New York Times about this right now. And basically the bottom line is they’re saying, hey, you know what? We could have a blackout that could devastate the nation. And Sheriff Mack referred to this earlier during the radio show portion of the broadcast today, which was basically this situation where, you know, what if the infrastructure got attacked and the sheriffs and the governors aren’t doing enough to prevent that? And this is really asking the same question.

But. But even the New York Times is asking the question is why I’m bringing it up now again. Sheriff, that’s amazing that New York Times would be saying something that real, that honest, because they’re absolutely correct. It. We are facing it. Jack was correct when he talks about this. You know, people say, oh, Jack, you’re so wrong. There’s no problem with food supplies. You can go to the grocery store still, you know. Oh, yeah. Well, think about COVID How quick was it when you could versus when you couldn’t? Yeah, but can you afford it? You know, so there’s a difference there.

They always be available. Right? I mean, if you got. Well, I used to buy steak. Now I buy hot dogs. Yeah, yeah. And. But, you know, you remember I was a school teacher during the beginning stages of some of this, and you couldn’t get toilet paper. And I already had two extra cases of toilet paper in my home at that time. I was way ahead of the curve. But I went and got in line at the Safeway where we lived at the time, and there was a big, long line, and it was for elderly people. Ah.

So I qualified. Yay. It’s great to be older. So this long line of elderly people. And I was standing next to age discrimination. Sheriff. Oh, I know. Exactly. And so we’re there in line, and it took about an hour to get in the store. And then you could get like two rolls, you could get a case. You get three rolls. Okay. Of toilet paper, you know, the four pack. The four pack. And so this. Yeah. And we’re in line and folks. So people still thought, oh well, it’s available. It’s just kind of, you know, short right now.

Our, our supply, and Jack has said this numerous times, our supply of oil and gas is at an all time low. All time low. The reserves. So is our supply of weapons are low. Once, once your reserves are at all time low, where do you think you’re going to get it? Where are you going to get the reinforcement of that trees? Yeah, exactly. It’s, it’s coming. And, and, and, and is the woke. Is the woke crazy Marxism, Communism? Is that a distraction in my. Potentially. I mean, it’s part of the process, the process of a destruction internally, a cultural revolution of the kind that we’ve seen, you know, many times in history.

The last big one was probably the Soviet Union, but there have been little ones all over the Middle east. And it looks like the same type of CIA playbook, you know, where people come in and create distractions and then they create violence as a result of it. And you know, there was. Look at the whole picture. Look at Wesley Clark. Look at the fact that we went to the Middle east and bombed people for no apparent reason and now we end up with all of their refugees and then they, they provide exactly what’s required in cities where people get together.

Like now we have a hundred thousand motorcycles in Dearborn, Michigan. And as much as I want those people that are not, I believe, American in their intentions out of Dearborn, I don’t see any use for the motorcycle guys there either without the fact that they’re going to cause some sort of violence. The violence is what people are looking for. That’s what they always want to cause. So I would say we’re living in the time of the great Psyop, which is what an article I wrote at the first of the year, that was the title, 2026. And Sheriff Mac, that’s an astute observation that while we worry about all these things and what else can we do? Well, when Jack said.

When Jack said, if you can afford it, it makes me think of this UPI article I just found. Personal bankruptcy filings are soaring in 2026, demonstrating economic distress, says the headline. Well, there’s another one. There’s another headline this morning that I saw that we haven’t mentioned yet in either show this bears out what I think Jack is saying, but all of us, actually, that. Big surprise here, folks. Russia is supplying weaponry to Iran. China’s been doing it the whole time. And, folks, so Russia now is literally sending in ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Why didn’t we stop that? Why didn’t we see the Russian ships and turn them around? How did they get them there? They didn’t fly all that weaponry in there.

Even if they did, we should. We. There’s ways to stop that. This is escalating. This is getting so out of control. Yeah, but we don’t. We don’t have the machinery to deal with it, Sheriff. We’ve only got one ship over there that’s serious enough. And that ship basically now is having all kinds of problems that Trump and company are denying that’s happening. You know, Heck said, it’s not happening, and everybody else says, yeah, it is. And the families say, yeah, it is. And now the George Washington is trying to replace the Lincoln, and we’ve got serious bolts.

It’s. It’s. And the whole time, what’s happening, Our food supply and our energy, our oil and gas supplies are depleting right in front of our faces. Well, you just got to quit driving your sports car, that’s all. Sheriff, park that dude in the garage and cover that baby. I told Don to quit driving it. She goes, I like the attention, okay? I drive. I drive my GMC Canyon for almost everything. And if she has to go over 10 miles, I. I have her take the truck, too. So we’re. We’re probably gonna. Well, anyway, enough of my sports car anyway.

I bring it up, though, because, look, it’s gonna get to where it’s gonna get harder and harder to drive. Not only the expense, but it’s gonna be hard to get gas even if you have the money. Yeah, yeah. And that’s why I shop at Safeway, because they give us great discounts. So I spent. Oh, I spent over a thousand dollars. I spent about $1,200 on canned goods. So, Sam, just a month ago. And so that gave me a dollar off of gas at Safeway. A dollar off a gallon. That’s. Hey, that’s pretty amazing. But that’s the most you can get is a dollar off.

So he spends a thousand bucks, and then he gets 40 gallons of gas or whatever. 30 gallon, and he saves 30 bucks. So I filled up both cars, Don’s sports car and that one. And. And, folks, I’ll give you back if you give me a thousand dollars. I’LL give you back that whatever percentage is every time. Every time you give me a thousand. Yeah, but I’ll even double it. Sheriff. But Sam, I got food storage out of that. Oh yeah, good point. It’s packed up in my laundry room right now, even as we speak. So everyone don’t tell everybody that because then if people need it, they’ll try to come and get it.

Sheriff. Well, that’s why I don’t have any food. Just so the world. That’s why we have our year supply of guns and ammo. Oh, good point. All right, well, there you have it. No, this is serious business, folks. We’re not joking about this. These are serious things. And we only tell them to you because we want you to prepare. Know what? Get a little bit of bullets, beans, band aids. That represents everything, right? Beans, food, band aids, medical supplies, bullets to take care of the. Protect your stuff. You know, you get a little bit of a lot of things is what our, our good old food supplier guy used to tell us.

The freeze dry guy used to say that. Yeah, freeze dry guy, yeah. What was his name? Ron. Yep, Ron. Yep. But he’s passed away now. He might gold and silver too, because I see gold, silver, 4,500 and silver’s heading for 66. Everyone up, up, up. Get your silver today while it’s cheap, folks. It’s only, it’s only 66 bucks to buy a dollar now, ladies and gentlemen. So it’s a pretty good deal, folks. We have a new gold company, gold and silver company on our website@cspa.org please go to them. This company, this company is absolutely Christian based.

Great company, great people. Get your gold and silver@cspoa.org all of you should be looking at that. Take a look at what they have. They don’t jack up their prices so they can pay us back a commission. And they do. They part A part of their profit becomes part of ours. So thank you everyone. That way we can use the money to run the CSPOA and create webinars like this. Yeah, well, absolutely. But we just need to do more. And is there still time? Can we still win? Folks, remember the answer from John Quincy Adams, the son of John Adams, the sixth President of the United States.

He said this six words. Duty is ours, results are God’s. So folks, we echo that and say, do your duty and leave results to God and let’s leave the rest to him. But we must act. We must come together. We must unify. And that is why we want that national meeting with constitutional Sheriffs all across this country. The sheriffs have got to be unified in their effort to go after the real criminals and to build the defenses, erect the barriers against the encroachments of the real corrupt politicians and the real criminals in America. And that is up to us to make sure that those barriers are erected between the citizens and the sheriffs.

County by county, state by state. 3,000 counties wide, ladies and gentlemen. Say that again, Sam. 3,000 counties wide. That is correct. Good. All right, so we’re gonna. We’re gonna wrap up, ladies and gentlemen. Here’s the deal, though. We. We’re going to polish this video up a little bit, and we’re going to get it to Jack and he’ll put it on the website like all the other ones, and we’ll eventually get a cadence here. Sorry about any difficulties we may have had. Again, we’ve had a little bit of difficulty with our provider. It just so happens that that coincided with our first launch of this.

So we apologize for that. But it will get better. We will make it to where you can make comments and chat, and we’d love to have your comments and feedback and involvement, and this will do nothing but get better as we go. You got a parting shot, Sheriff? Yeah. Thank. I want to thank both of you. Thank you so much for the work that you’ve done. And I know that pay is low and pay is hard to come by, but, folks, there’s a lot of people that dedicate their lives to the cause of liberty, and both Sam and Jack have done that, and Sam has a whole team of them that do do it.

And we’re looking for the brand, people. Yeah. And so, folks, we’re all in this together. We want to still ask you to help the corporations that support us. Numana Foods, and especially now the new gold company that’s on our website. They’re wonderful people. So, yes, work with us. And if you just make a donation to CSPUA, do it. Cspua.org you can do that. There. Many of them who are on our program right now have done that. Thank you, Ian. Thank you, Steve. Many others who have helped us along the way, folks. But we need to focus and we need to unify, and this book does exactly that.

Send the website murderofamerica.com to all your friends, tell them to get this book, and there’s three different books there to get. And we. We praise the Lord for all of this. He had his hand in all of this. And we will continue to do our duty and leave the rest to him. Thank you so much. You betcha. God save our constitutional republic.
