Hello, everyone. Welcome. And here we are again. Another Wednesday afternoon. Myself, Sheriff Mack, CSPOA’s weekly Wednesday webinar and good time where we get together with everyone and say thank you for being part of this organization. Thank you for sharing it with your friends, family, neighbors, anyone who will listen and participating by both purchasing your membership and also using the store and our other resources and everything good that we have to make available to you and anything new that we might bring your way in the near future. Sheriff Max with us today. He’s grounded in his own home, which is nice.

And, and I guess you’re going to tell us a bit about what’s coming up. You’re about ready to get busy again, right? I mean, you were going away for a couple of days and yeah, we got some family stuff this weekend that I promised my grandkids would take care of and. And then as soon as I get back, I leave Monday for Spokane, which is actually to take me to Coeur d’ Alene doing a fundraiser with John Padula. And I’m speaking at it and hopefully signing about 75 books, maybe more. But we’re really looking for. John Padula runs Upstart Rehab.

My son, my youngest son went to. It did very well. We went. Don and I went to his graduation. He spoke in church and they asked me to say a few words in church as well. And I really believe in this program. It’s really a rock solid program. My son’s been to other rehabs, two or three and it just didn’t seem to take. Well, it did not take like this one did. And it’s really Christian based, Bible based. They spend a lot of time finding Jesus so that they can find themselves. And so we just, we’re just really happy that we have our son back.

Part of my speech will be, my son was lost and now he is found. And it had a lot to do, 99% to do with this wonderful program and rehab that was started by Pastor John Padula. And he and I have become very good friends. I just love him and he loves the work that we’re doing. He’s a member of the CSPOA and we love it that he and I have a relationship. We should, I mean, if we’re trying to restore freedom, we have to remember sometimes it’s one person at a time that has horrible addictions.

And so, yeah, it’s that we could do mass savings of people and the American people. We hope that our book will help do that this year, like right now. And I have always Said that I could open any page and read just about any paragraph and. And have just an amazing, amazing point to make. And then this one is on page 198. First, I want to thank Jacob Wastek. W A S T E K I believe that he is a Jewish. I don’t know that for a fact. I don’t really follow who’s a Jew and who isn’t, but the way he spells his first name and maybe his last name.

A former student of the ASU School of Journalism, he did a very thorough job and an honest story about me and my lawsuit against the Feds. He called me back in 2019 and asked me to do a story about me and my lawsuit against the Clinton administration. But I agreed and I invited him to meet me at my home in Gilbert, Arizona. Jacob was still a college student at the time and seemed sincere. I rarely pass up any chance to share the message of my lawsuit. So the reason I put him in the book is because he’s actually in the chapter Media Liars.

My personal experience, because he did just the opposite of what five years later, the same loss, the same journalism school did against me and the ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, and Mark Greenblatt in charge of that department. And it was astonishing to me because Rick Dalton and Kelly Van Schar were both there. Kelly filmed the whole thing for us. They filmed their version of it, too. And we both have the same film, I guess. But I’m telling you the reason I required ASU Journalism to be in attendance and watch my entire presentation, because I didn’t even believe at the time that liars could still keep lying after they saw the truth.

How naive of me, huh, Jack? I’m very naive. Because they did. They lied about the whole thing, every bit of it. And they never once quoted anything from my presentation. And Rick Dalton has written a response to Mark Greenblatt at the SU School of Journalism and said, how is it that you say you base your stories on truth and data, and yet you saw our entire presentation, you never quoted it once, and you lied 100% about it. And after we sent that to him, and that’s in the book, do you know what his response was? I reviewed this with several of our staff.

We take these sort of complaints very seriously, and we’re sticking to our reporting. Yep. Remember that? Yep. Yeah. And. And so, of course, they’re sticking to the reporting because they were trying to get some awards, some national journalism awards, and sure enough, they got about three or four of them. So they couldn’t go back on it. They’d have to turn in their trophies. You know, so there’s just, there’s just no solid, honest characters, real character and any kind of nobility and honesty at ASU School of Journalism. And I wish I could have put out an article that got as far as theirs did.

And let parents know, if you’re sending your kids to asu, be ready for them to learn how and be trained and inculcated how to lie when they’re doing their reporting. Because it was a hundred percent lie. And so. Yeah, anyway, I’ll turn it back to you to do an introduction. Introduction of today’s webinar. All right, I kind of did that. But regardless, I mean, I want to make sure that everyone listening, especially people that are listening not live, avail himself of the website. And, you know, we, we plan to even improve the, the site over the next couple coming months.

So you’re going to see some changes just to update everyone apologize for the email issue of the last couple of weeks. And we’re getting our hands around that. And a lot of people in the United States were that way. And I remember growing up, I would visit people’s homes and I would go into a room and I’d be like, blown away. Like, what are you waiting. What’s going to happen here? And they’re like, hey, you don’t know. Any day now there could be, you know, a complete shutdown. So the Mana Foods is a good, a good choice for that. And we have other products. And that’s all I got to say. Tell us more about what you’re going to do next or we can move on to a new story.

Well, I think we ought to go right from having food storage to the story about the water supply being hacked. Jack, I’ve been, I’ve been telling everybody for the last two years since I’ve talked to sheriffs who have gone to training all over the world about how the next terrorist attacks are going to hit America. And I’ve said it over and over, and I’ll say It again, they’re going to attack our infrastructure. They’ll still kill. They’ll still keep trying to kill people here and there, and those will be great distractions from taking security away from our infrastructure, water supplies, power plants.

But from the looks of it, I’ve asked people all over the country, is there any security at our power plants and water treatment plants? Virtually none. And that’s why CSPA members need to get on the phone again today after the show. Call your sheriff’s office, call your state police and say the training that we’ve been seeing all over the country is that they’re going to attack our infrastructure, especially our water and power sources. So go ahead. Let’s talk about this article that’s out there about how many states have had their water supplies hacked. Right. And a lot of them are about hacking.

And those are the dubious ones, as far as I’m concerned. I know a lot about technology. And then there are some that include physical attacks, which I think was one of the things that you were concerned about, too. And so it’s indicated here that seven states are under some form of attack. Water would be the most likely thing to do. Right. Because everybody’s got to have it. Now. Our water system and our supply of water is under attack now from data centers, and that’s not something to take lightly. And then again, you add the remaining water that people have to drink and you have a situation where they have access to it through the Internet.

Just a point real quickly from one of our members, Steve just pointed out, the terrorists love soft targets, and that’s exactly what this is. They shouldn’t be soft, but they are. And thank you for that, Steve. Yeah, yeah. As a matter of fact, you know, you shouldn’t ever have a municipal water supply connected directly to the Internet in any way, you know, except for the front or your voting tabulation machines. Right now it is possible the way that, that some outside sources took down Iranian plants years ago to use USB drives and so forth. And that’s when you really have to have internal security or somebody just can’t walk in and, you know, stick a USB drive in.

But they’re saying cyber attacks targeting municipal water systems have been reported seven states prompting the FBI and EPA and others to warn utilities that hackers are trying to disrupt critical water infrastructure. And anyway, that word again, Infrastructure. Yep. And we know that the infrastructure has not been taken very good care of in the United States. I mean, they just completely let it go. Look at the train systems, for example. That’s the same Trains and, and track that was used back in the 1960s. The warning comes after targeted hackers target more than 30 municipal water facilities in Minnesota.

And in an attack that had hallmarks of Iranian meddling. It’s funny because, you know, you, you would think that Minnesota being so friendly with the Muslim population that I don’t know how Iran gets in there. But anyway, most of this stuff is not necessarily what’s really happening, but we do know that they are messing with the water systems. And I don’t know, your, your suggestion may, may be helpful. The average sheriff, you know, he has trouble understanding, you know, what he can do about this. And this is the problem here. Who do we get to come to these water systems and others? There’s all kinds of things.

You know, even the power plants can be hacked and brought down by malicious code. Who do we get to help us and, and not be part of the enemy as well, and, or even know if they’re part of the enemy. It starts to get pretty dicey. Sheriff Mac. Yeah, it does. And, you know, I think we need to focus on, if I were a terrorist and I was in America and I didn’t want to have somebody shoot back at me, what attack would I try to devise where I could do the most damage and be completely undetected? And power plants, folks, you could hit a power plant, electricity plant, you could hit that from your truck a couple of miles away with any kind of explosive device.

And how many of these power plants are ready for a drone attack? Yeah, they’re not. And, and we already know that they have sophisticated drone attacks to the 10th degree. And yet are, are we ready? What are we spending our time on? Well, still got to write all those tickets and, and got to bring in that money. And, and folks, every leader in this country of all three branches of government that isn’t looking at what the enemy would probably want to do, that’s what we should be looking at. That’s how you provide adequate security for any organization or any facility or any country.

You think like your enemy would think you want to stay one step ahead of them. In fact, we even had this model when we were following people. The best way to follow somebody is to stay ahead of them. And I know that sounds like, well, how would you do that? Because you anticipate where they’re going to go. You anticipate what they’re going to do. Because back to Sun Tzu, knowing your enemy is half the battle, but knowing yourself is the other half. And he said, if you know yourself and you know your enemy, you’ll win every battle.

But folks, why don’t we learn from history in America? I really don’t know why we don’t. But the reason, the reason I have a big water supply right over here, right there in my garage where I have 15 to 25 gallon barrels of water that you normally put on a machine. I have them there because I don’t believe our leadership will learn from history. So I’m taking precautions. I’ve already shown you Jack and the group here before the thousand, the twelve hundred dollars purchase that I made just about a month ago from Safeway of canned goods.

And you remember my, you remember the favorite stuff I said that I really liked that I got. Do you remember any of that? Maple syrup? Oh, yeah, maple syrup, right. And yeah, I got two cases of maple syrup. I was looking at maple syrup. I said it’s organic, it’s pure, no sugar added, and you could use it for just about anything. You put it in your, your mush, your, your cracked wheat, your anything. Doesn’t matter. Obviously you put it on pancakes. But now we’re talking like as if we were going to be able to make pancakes.

So. Oh, and that’s another thing I need to get. I want to get one of those little burners that you use on campouts where you just stick a can of gas on the end of it. It looks like a spray can, but it’s, it’s about the size of a, of a bottle. It’s about that size of a water bottle. And you just hook that into one end and you have a burner to cook any food you want for about a month. That’ll last you about a month, depending on obviously how much you use it. But use it sparingly.

That, that’ll last you about a month. So I’m still going to go get one of those. I used to use those quite a bit when food storage companies and we would do trade shows, preparedness shows. And that’s why I say when I got raided by the FBI and IRS back in June of 1990, 98, one year after I beat him at the U.S. supreme Court, I had several, I had at least two, maybe three different clients that were doing food storage because they really liked it that I had been around the country and they really liked it that I had sued the federal government.

I could talk about all of that on their radio shows. Not podcasts, but radio shows. And so I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately because of all the crap that the IRS keeps Pulling and I would still like to take them to court. And so anyway, maybe I’ll have the chance and opportunity to go to court against the IRS and see how they’ve. They attacked me and tried to destroy the work I was doing and made sure that I never got back into law enforcement. Oh, wonder why they would care. Well, like they already had knowledge of the future.

But, but yeah. So anyway, it’s, it’s time for all of us to stop depending on somebody else taking care of us and we need to take care of ourselves. And that’s why I absolutely beg all of you to make sure you have an adequate six month supply of food for all of you and your family. And we have that and more. But I also want to get some other supplies. Like I said, the little stove that burns on gas, gas can. And you know folks, if you think that the grocery stores are going to be able to fulfill your needs when this happens, I believe that there’s a time we will pass by grocery stores and your kids will ask you dad or grandpa, do you remember when we used to go in there and get any food that we wanted and even toilet paper? And I know we got some other great articles, folks, you need to hear, you need to see some of these articles.

And believe it or not, some of this stuff is actually in our book, the Democrat Murder of America. Folks want to remind all of you, get one for yourself and get one for your favorite Democrat. And we just had somebody yesterday order five of the books so they can go distribute them. We had tom just two weeks ago order 10 of them and he was out distributing them and he gave one to his sheriff and one to a neighboring sheriff and one to other local officials and one to his favorite Democrat. And, and I told him then, and I’ll tell other of you, all of you right now, that’s we need about a thousand more of that guy doing this in every state.

So we really hope we know this book can have an impact. It just depends on if we get it out there soon enough, folks. So if any of you have private email lists or you’re part of an organization that has a big list, ask them to send the website out murderofamerica.com for everybody to see the book. And again, it has three types of books and each one has their own ISBN number, their own serial number for books. So we have the audiobook, the ebook and the paperback. And so, and this one’s so old, this was the original version way back when when we first printed a few hundred and we didn’t even have Mike Lindell’s endorsement on the back of the book yet, but we do now, and it’s very prominent on the back cover of the book.

And so I’m proud to be working with Mike Lindell and the work that he’s been doing. I’m proud to get his endorsement of this book. And, folks, let me just add this real quickly. This book is exciting. It’s exhilarating. It’s extremely exposing and extremely informative. And it tells the truth. All the truth. Whole truth. No, not even. There’s no such thing. But, folks, we had to. We did pick and choose which things to fit in here because we wanted to keep the book about 300 pages, which we’ve done. But every day, Jack, and I’ve told you this a couple of times, every day I see something else I want to put in this book or the next one or the next edition of the utter stupidity and subterfuge and takeover of America.

The murder of America is happening just about every single day right in front of our faces. And we decided. Dan Perkins and I decided to do something about it. And, folks, I pray that each of you will be a part of it, be a part of what we’re trying to do and get these books out there. So enough said, Jack. I know I did a. And to me, that’s not a commercial. It’s the. The. The gut feeling I have in my heart of how much I love this country. I’m willing to put my life on the line for it.

And I’ve done that several times, and we’re doing it now again with this book. And so we pray that each of you will get involved and get behind us on this. Get involved and get behind us. Get with us. I’m not going to say get behind me. Stand beside me. Stand beside me, and I’ll stand beside you. So we’ve done that lots. Okay, what’s the next story? All right. I have a couple things here that are kind of related. I was reading John Lott’s latest article earlier, and if you get it like I do, you get.

Get an email. It’s a great thing to get. He has a lot of statistics in there. Talk about Professor John Lott. Yes, sir. And, yeah, he was at the Freedom Fest in Las Vegas, and he. He only sold about a third of the books that I sold. And I. I went over to her, I said, john, what’s the matter? He goes, well, I’ve only sold about eight books. And I said, you need to have My son come over and gear people towards your side and get your table. So any. Anyway, but keep going. What you’re, what you’re saying anyway, you were just talking about the murder of America and this relates to the people who are standing up and helping out law enforcement or they’re actually themselves pre some kind of murder or worse mass casualty event just by standing up against these people because they have Carrie concealed or they’re, they’re carrying concealed.

I don’t like to say it like the government’s permission is required but anyway, this is an interesting article. Murders in the U.S. remain very concentrated in 2024. Murders in worst 2% of the counties remaining at their 2020 peaks. And you look, you look at these things, you got the worst 2% of counties, that’s 63 of them contain 30% of the population and 54% of the murders. And, and the rest of them are spread out over just a few more counties. Relatively speaking in the United States is a murder free kind of place. I see here in West Virginia we got a little.

And these numbers, you know, they’re very, very small. Four murders or whatever in 24. But we got California and I guess that’s New Mexico and well, it looks like we’re doing bad in the Tucson area. Yeah, and the border. The border and Tucson. Yeah, in Arizona and then way up here in Oregon. You know that looks, that’s crazy that there’s so much action. That top one is Washington. I’m sorry, Washington. Yeah, you’re right, I meant Washington because I was thinking of Spokane. But anyway and then down here in Florida and that’s not surprising, that’s Miami Dade county down there.

But anyway you had this article just pop over to it. Idaho Shooting Armed bystander returns fire saves lives. This is only a 35 second video we can play. Armed bystander. Yeah, especially if they. Yeah. Anyway, it’s amazing though, the ABC affiliate actually did a story about this hero citizen that saved countless lives. And I never thought I’d see ABC do a story about a gun owner becoming a hero in defending people out of mass shooting. So my hat’s off to abc. Way to go abc. Anyway, an armed bystander and off duty state trooper exchanged gunfire with an active shooter during a deadly incident at an in and out burger.

Seems like those burger shops always get hit in Idaho which forced the gunman to take cover. And law enforcement said on Sunday Saturday afternoon shooting left four people dead including 24 year old Chad Williams who authorities said died from a self inflicted gun Wound. Well, we’ll play this and see what they’re talking about. First of all, get rid of that. Trying to get some volume out of it. Yeah, soft target again. Yeah, Ian brought that up again. Yeah, No sound. Didn’t get much out of that, but yeah, he did. Ian, you’re correct. He did have a silencer attached.

And I’m telling you right now, I actually read the highlights there. What do you call them? The playback. You don’t listen to the tv, you watch the wording. Yeah, the closed caption stuff. Yeah, closed caption. I read it and I have actually seen that video as well. And. Yeah. What really made me wonder though, is if they had that surprise attack, why neither the cop or the citizen didn’t appear to actually shoot the suspect. But that’s the thing about shooting back at suspects and people doing this, as soon as they know someone is approaching them with a gun or that somebody’s defending themselves, they run away way they give up or they shoot themselves.

And the results are what we want there any of those three. And so for, for God’s sakes, folks, if you’re carrying, pull it out and pull off a shot or two, you know, immediately so that he knows somebody is there with a gun. And that’s what happened here. Because the suspect got shot at. He knew he was getting shot at. He ran a couple hundred feet or 100ft and shot himself. Another victory for the good guys. And so that I’ve, I’ve done lots of stories about this and that’s, that’s what they do. And that’s why we need our schools armed.

Because if you follow any of the three results from these coward lunatics, we want one of those results immediately. And how can you have it if you don’t have a gun in the school? Because. Right, yeah. So of course the communists of the Democrat party will tell you, no way. If you have a gun, you’ll make it worse. Obviously they’re wrong when they look at the story in Twin Falls, Idaho. Yeah, yep. Anyway, he helped an off duty state trooper. And these people are true heroes in the community. Their actions derived or diverted the shooter and no doubt saved many lives, said twin Paul Sheriff Johnson, who I know very well.

I was in his office there about a year and a half ago. And he said if, if these two people hadn’t been there with their guns, lots of others would have been. That would have been lots of other fatalities. These two men, a citizen and an off duty cop saved countless lives. And you know what, Jack? That’s not even the purpose of the second amendment. No, it’s one, it can be one of them. But the ultimate purpose of the second amendment is that we all have a chance to defend ourselves against tyranny. And that if we ever have to do it again, we have the wherewithal and the ability to rebel.

And gun ownership guarantees that. And we just heard Thomas Massie say the very same thing in a short clip about the second amendment was not designed for duck hunters but in fact was designed to protect the population from a tyrannical government. I have that. We can play it. But I also got this from John Locke. Two armed Civ Stop. What likely would have been a mass public shooting in Missouri. This was June 6th. I don’t know how long this particular piece is. I just found this a little bit ago, 27 year old gunman opened fire outside of Price Chopper in Pleasant hill killing a 45 year old woman, injuring a 17 year old employee.

Attacker only stopped the shooting when he was confronted by two armed civilians. Shortly after the first shots were fired, two gentlemen from Pleasant Hill area were who were armed had the courage to approach a suspect who then turned the gun on himself. Which is what just happened in that previous thing. You want me to try to play a little of this or let’s see what time we got. Now let’s go to another article. We’ve got some other great articles still. Okay, let’s see. The sheriff from New York that people, people don’t think we have constitutional sheriffs in New York and or Montezuma.

Yeah, this one’s a good one too. Montezuma Sounded like I was talking about Mexico. Montezuma county in Colorado. Yeah. And anyway he says that his officer will not administer part of the state’s new semi automatic firearm law setting off a debate over constitutional rights, local authority and what the decision means for residents trying to follow the new rules. So they’re having these problems all over the place. Virginia and elsewhere. Monument County Sheriff’s office has announced that it will not manage or issue the firearm safety course eligibility cards required under the Senate bill. The new purchase restrictions and training requirements took effect August 1st.

Now this is consistent with this story which is the same situation. Says he will not participate in a permit to purchase scheme and Montezuma County Sheriff’s office. Stephen Nolan as a Colorado sheriff and every member of the Montezuma County Sheriff’s office each of us sworn an oath to uphold the constitution of the U. S And the constitution of the state of Colorado and perform duties of the office of Sheriff by protecting those rights for all citizens. He objects to the hunter education training requirement, noting that it has never been part. Been a requirement by federal or state laws to purchase a firearm or obtain a concealed handgun permit, and that the new law has nothing to do with hunting or trapping, which is what Thomas Massie was saying as well.

So this is good stuff, the Weld County Sheriff’s office. But this is a. This is a real compliment to the cspoa. And without the movement, without this movement, these sheriffs doing this all on their own, Highly unlikely. When I did the lawsuit on my own, how many sheriffs were ready to do that and just file lawsuit and just say no to. To. Oh, your threat. You’re going to arrest us if we don’t do it. You tell us. Bowing down to kiss the ring of the king of the federal government. No, we’re not going to do that.

Now we’re talking about putting yourself on the line and getting the governor really ticked at you. Where the governor might send the state troopers or file a File. File a felony against you for not doing what you’re told. This is where it’s really down to brass tacks. And this sheriff in Montezuma county, he’s got some tijones. He’s got the courage. He’s got the pride. And what did he say about his oath? How many years have we been saying that? Thank God that there’s a sheriff that gets it. Thank you, sheriff, for what you’re doing. And yes, I’m going to give him a call.

And the sheriff in New York, who we’re going to next. We’re going to next. Wait, wait. Oh, you put that back. Can you go back to that a minute? It was. It showed a headline, and I wanted to disagree with the headline. Want to make sure I saw it right. All right, we will go right back there. Scroll down. Scroll down. New. Keep going. Keep going. I didn’t see it. I. I guess I didn’t see it right then because I thought he said we don’t have the resources and. And that he was worried about resources. Folks, we all have the resources to say no to tyrannical government.

You better believe it. We absolutely. Every sheriff. It’s not going to cost you a dime. And getting your deputies all trained in what this great sheriff said. We took an oath, and I’ve never seen any training except for ours. That really brings that home. There could be some sheriffs doing some of their own. Great. I know some sheriffs have my books and I didn’t even know they did. So I don’t follow all the orders that go across the country, folks, but every one of you on our show today should be proud to be part of the CSPOA today.

Yeah, keep going. I like this line. Opting out is obeying the US Constitution, which the sheriff swore to uphold and defend. Others call him a patriot. Urge more Colorado sheriffs to follow his example. Even suggested he should run for governor. We, we need more sheriffs as governors in this country and not career politicians who’ve been bought and paid for over the years. Now we can move to the New York sheriff you’re talking about and this story. One quick reminder, Steve just reminded us that, yes, the sheriff can deputize everybody in his county that he wants. That is absolutely true.

And in this particular case, it could come to that. If the governor, and here’s the idiot right there of New York wants to start trying to arrest sheriffs, that’s when the sheriff needs to make available his armed citizen posse. Absolutely. So now let’s get into this Kathy cultural governor woke idiot. Clearly without a clue. Anyway, this is far from New York City and out in the woods someplace, a lawman has taken a stand against political meddling in his county or area. Madison County Sheriff Todd Hood. Sheriff Hood, you betcha. You know him? I don’t think I’ve met him.

I don’t think so. I’ve been in New York several times and we’ve had several meetings, but it’s been a while. Set a state edict signed in law by Hoshel which bans formal, informal green ingredient. Sorry. Agreements with U. S. Immigration and customers. Enforcement is just posturing. That will not get in his way. I am still. Read that quote. Yeah, read that right there. I’m still going to contact ICE when we have somebody come in here that’s illegal and commit a crime, they’re going to come get them and we’re going to hand them off and they’re going to go with them and get the issue that they have with the ICE taken care of.

He said. So he’s not going to pay any attention to the idea that they’re not going to cooperate with with ICE when it comes to getting illegals out of their community, especially if they committed a crime, which that would be obvious that you would want them to be moved out of there by whoever’s in charge of that. Obviously a sheriff can’t move them back to Mexico or wherever, but ICE can. He pledged to continue working with ICE despite receiving a warning letter from the AG Of New York Good on this sheriff for keeping citizens safe from foreign criminals, despite Democrats best efforts to protect illegal aliens.

And yeah, I, like he said, I am not on a crusade to arrest illegal immigrants, only to arrest criminals. Yeah, I mean, I look at that and go, and, and who’s fighting that? The Democrat murder of America. That’s who. The Democrats trying to murder our country because they want to get rid of the prisons, get rid of the felonies, get rid of. Are you totally out of your mind? And they want to legalize crime, they want to legalize murder, they want to legalize rape, they want to legalize pedophilia. And everybody just sit here with your arms out going, what is going on in our country today? The Democrat Party is going on in your country today.

We’ve allowed this far too long and thus the reason for the book. And is there a peaceful, effective solution to bring us together? Yes, but you got to march through hell to get there. But we ask all of you to do that. Yes, that’s a takeoff on the song the Impossible Dream, but yes, it’s not impossible. And we can do it. Yeah. So you know how many these places in this country where we have multiple rapes by the same people? Most of the, I mean, a lot of them are immigrants, many of them, or if not all of them, are illegals, and they repeatedly rape, among other types of crimes, and they get released back into the street 30, 40 times.

You know, this guy’s correct. You want people working together and you’ve got to get these people out of your county. But if. If you have the way of these, as you call them, Democrats, liberals beyond belief, people who are basically following a communist operational plan. This is not about wanting themselves to be raped or their family. It’s about destroying the fabric of our civilization. And that’s what they’re doing. They’re undermining our culture and our way of life and. And they have to be arrested themselves. You know, this is the thing. We have to be able to be able to arrest these politicians.

I mean, they are, what, calling for and encouraging and making easier crimes, terrible crimes, violent crimes. At some point, they’re going to have to pay the price for allowing this to happen and, you know, causing it to happen. Anything else you’d like to read out of this? I can continue to read it. No, let’s go to the. Let’s see. What was the other one? I’ve got Massey’s little quote about the Second Amendment. Yeah, I think it’s worth. Yeah, let’s hear from Massey. Because there are very few politicians in the United States going to say something like this.

I mean, they’ll say something about the Second Amendment, but just like Massey says here, they usually want to talk about the Second Amendment while they’re standing in a duck blind. And I think that’s kind of funny, but that’s what they do. If I see a politician run a TV ad and it’s them in a duck blind, and then they get up and start talking about the Second Amendment and they don’t tell you what the Second Amendment means to them, and they imply that it’s about duck hunting, I don’t trust that politician. The Second Amendment is about keeping our government in check.

It is about keeping a tyrannical, the possibility of a tyrannical government from evolving. And if it does, giving you the means to enforce the Constitution. If I see a politician running, which is what we’ve been saying and you’ve been saying most of our lives, you know, and, and I had a problem with Tom Massey, but for the most part, he’s correct. He knows the Constitution. I totally agree with him there. I’d still like to sit down with him and iron out the one problem I had with him some years ago regarding Sam Girard, because I know he’s a good man and knows better and knows the Constitution, but I’m having the same problem with the guy running as a Republican who just won by 71% in the Republican primary, Andy Biggs, my Congressman, who has made so many mistakes and has stabbed my.

Have stabbed my wife and me in the back and refused to help us at all. And, and it’s just one thing after another. And then when I was going door to door to help Sam Gerard get out of prison, and I went door to door to all the congressional offices, I went to over 85 congressional offices of congressmen, of members of Congress, and this was about 12 years ago, maybe even 15 now, to try to get some justice for Sam Giraud. And, and I did all of that wearing boots because I wanted to keep my image.

I don’t want to go in there with a nice cowboy hat and nice shirt and a nice sports coat and nice pair of pants and brand new pair of boots and, and then don’t wear the boots. I wear tennis shoes. No, I couldn’t do that. You know, and yes, my feet were killing me at the end of the day. But, folks, this is the thing. I went to the office of Andy Biggs, who met me in person, and I didn’t make appointment. I’m just going door to door. So I knew I’d be talking to most staff members.

And then he told me to come back the next day because he wanted to do some research. So I came back the next day and he had some rag leftist newspaper talking bad about Sam Gerard. And I said, I said, no kidding? So he used that newspaper as an excuse. It was probably Politico you as an excuse to not help with an innocent man in prison. And he didn’t. He didn’t help. He just wanted to show, oh, look, you know, he looks like he broke the law, you know, so this is the guy running for governor in, in on the Republican ticket in Arizona.

And I, right now, I don’t know what I’m going to do because I can’t stand Katie Hobbs, who is in there currently. And, and okay, I could vote for a third party. Oh, what good’s that going to do? You know, Sam does that a lot. And I always ask Sam, what good did it do you or your family, you know, So I know it won’t do any good for, for my family if I vote for Katie Hobbs, so I’m not going to do that. That’s off the table. And I believe that the best candidate running right now is probably Andy Biggs.

But if he’ll stab me in the back and, and then me make all sorts of emails and texts to him about how he and I just need to meet and he could ask me for my vote face to face and we could talk about it. And he never answered any of those. Just like he never answered any of my calls or texts back when I needed his help to get the Social Security Administration off my back. And they stole money from my wife and from me for about five years. And he put out a postcard to all of his constituents.

If you need help with the Social Security and you find you can’t get any help, call our office. We’ll help. That was a lie, an absolute lie. And you can tell him I said so. So one other article. We got one other one here in my lineup today, and it’s got your name in it, so let’s pull it up. I think you’ll recognize this guy in the picture. Scott Jenkins. Yep. Former sheriff of Culpepper County, Virginia. Sheriffs who see themselves as the ultimate defenders of the Constitution are especially worried about gun rights. And this is an older story, but it’s still very valuable.

He was still a sheriff at this point in time, and the reason that I just found it was right here. There it is. They view themselves the ultimate protectors of the Constitution. And that’s what you do. And you know, this has been a couple years ago, 23, and look how much has changed since you started the really massive outreach to sheriffs and, and, and all the media that you do. What you do so much media every week. You don’t mention it that much, but you’re on what, two, three days a week, sometimes multiple times a day.

And you can see that it’s making a big difference. It may not be making a big difference in the overwhelming number of new recruits we get every day, but it’ big difference in sheriffs having a role model in some way to understand themselves. You first gain notoriety in the right wing circles as a plaintiff. If you’re a Democrat suing a Democrat president, I guess they say that you’re in the right wing circle. So, so that’s what I was, I was a Democrat then. And I don’t care, I do not care because I don’t care about partisan politics and I don’t give a damn about parties.

And Washington warned us. Yeah, it’s in the book, folks. Washington warned us to stay away from parties and somehow we need to start a voter referendum or some other way for the American people to decide if we want to have these corrupt parties running our country. And I think that that would go like viral crazy across the country because it is blind loyalty to these two major parties. That’s the huge part of the problem that we’re facing in our country today. Yep. Why, why do we have $40 trillion debt, two party system, no question about that.

28% of it in the last couple of presidencies. Yeah. Anyway, this is an interesting article. It’s a little bit old like I said, but it does to me it makes a good example of the work that you’ve done. This thing says 80 of the states, 102 sheriffs oppose the Protect Illinois Committees Act, a law that banned sale and distribution of assault weapons and high capacity magazines. I think that’s something that you supported at the time. I think I remember talking about it. Yeah. Anyway, we haven’t heard much from Chicago or the state of Illinois lately about gun control.

I guess they’re still busy trying to get it done, but that’s that. Anyway, that’s all I have on my list today. Looks like we came to the end and Ian just posed a question real quick and I’ll answer his question. Yes, Sheriff Scott Jenkins was the one that was being prosecuted by the Biden administration, FBI and there was One former sheriff that fought for nine months to get Sheriff Jenkins out of that. That horrible nightmare mess that he and his family were embroiled in. And the last day, the last day, Trump called him, it was a Sunday before Memorial Day, and he was leaving the next day to report to prison.

And so we’re really grateful that, that that miracle happened. So anyway, I want now Scott Jenkins to help me get somebody in the White House to promote my book, our book. And if somebody big in the White House or in Congress would endorse this book and say, hey, everybody, I just read this. This is a monumental literary masterpiece and we need to read it. Folks, if you don’t know yet, I’m really proud of the book. The book was inspired. I didn’t come up with all this stuff on my own. The same way I met my wife, the same way I sued the federal government.

It happened to this book. This was a miracle. I didn’t even know. I didn’t even know my co author 9 months ago. I had no clue who he was. Now we’re best friends and we produced a book together that hopes to help save America. And the information in this book, every time I look at it, I said, this is absolutely astonishing. Information. Information. And don’t forget, folks, the ants in the jar. Put black ants and red ants in a jar. Put hundreds of them. They won’t hurt each other, they won’t attack. They’ll get along just fine.

But if someone shakes the jar, they kill each other to the death. Yeah, until they’re all dead. Don’t ask me how the last one dies, but I guess he got injured while he was me in the last one and made it out kind of like Rocky 2, where they both fall down and one barely gets up. That’s the same thing here. But folks, it’s true. We need to know who’s shaking the jar. The American jar. Because we would get along fine. We would get along fine if people would just. If underhanded, evil secret combinations and the national media would stop shaking the jar.

You know who another jar shaker is? Al Sharpton. He wants to shake the jar between the whites and the blacks. And he will. He’ll take every opportunity he possibly can to shake the jar. Bankers and lawyers. You’re absolutely correct. Yeah. Boy, I’m so tired of lawyers. Yep. But anyway, any final comments? Because I’ll tell you what, this. If you don’t have any final comments, I’m going to read something else from the book. I’m good. Go ahead and read it. No. No. Well, I really like the story about Charles Barkley. And this is just the demagoguery, because that’s part of this subtitle.

The Democrat Murder of America. Demagoguery in the First Degree. And Charles Barkley is a Republican, and he votes Republican and he criticizes Democrats quite a bit and black people quite a bit, even though he’s black. And his mom really got mad at him one day in a phone conversation. She said, charles, don’t you understand? The Republicans are only out to help the rich people. And so she’s wanting him to abandon all his support for Republicans because they’re all rich. And he corrected his mom right then and there, mom, I’m very rich. And, and, and he explained to her, the Democrats don’t do anything.

They always come around begging for money and begging for votes, and they never comply with what they say they’re going to do. They. Mom, what have they done for our schools? What have they done for inner city crime? What have they done to help the youth? No, and I’m not saying I agree with all those entitlement programs at all, but just look what they promise and look what they’ve delivered. And most, most blacks would come up with the same conclusion Charles Barkley did. Whether you’re rich or poor folks, they still haven’t done anything. And, and that’s what his message was.

It’s in the book. And again, murderofamerica.com folks, get them for you, get them for your friends and make it your next movement, make it your next move. This, this, this is a mainstream book, wants to correct what the mainstream is causing right now. It doesn’t delve into the Illuminati Masons, all the secret combinations a lot of us are fighting every day. It doesn’t get too much into that. There’s a little. But we’re really talking about the lawfare and the militarization of the parties and the justice system and the judges who have corrupted all of that, who are what all lawyers and the corruption of the system that is supposed to be there to serve the American people.

Yesterday, Sam and I did a show, and I want to repeat what this man said. His name’s Tony Pellegrino, and he’s trying to help fathers all across this country file lawsuits to get their children back that family courts have destroyed. And before he said that, I said, tell me the number one worst problem facing America today, the number one thing we need to fix right now. And he said, no hesitation whatsoever. The family court system nationwide. And he’s absolutely correct. We’re still fighting this after 15 years. For my son and who has been charged repeatedly and repeatedly for 15 years, false charges.

And you know what else we just found out? I didn’t know this was true. I thought there were some states that this didn’t happen. Every state will accept hearsay evidence and any accusation that a woman makes, any and all accusations made by a woman without being able to be substantiated, without any evidence, they can be totally hearsay. The officer can still use hearsay, which is not admitted in court, but they still do it. Every single state offers that to any woman making any accusation. And we in law enforcement, especially me, because I worked these cases for years, I will tell you honestly that at least 50% of the accusations made by women and girlfriends or ex.

Ex wives or separated wives, 50% I proved had lied. And every officer that works these cases knows that that’s happening. Probation knows, courts know, judges know. And yet their conviction rate. And getting rid of fathers and taking children out of homes and putting children in foster homes and sometimes getting these children adopted and putting fathers in prison and destroying the lives of these fathers, because how do you get a job after that? So now he’s absolutely correct. And we’ve got a lot of work to do. And folks, my book’s part of that work and I’ve poured my life into it.

So do what you can to be with us again. Stand beside me. I’ll stand beside you. And let’s save America today, one county at a time. Amen to that. Thanks, sir. We appreciate you being here. And.
