CHINA IS IN REAL TIME COLLAPSE AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE OPTION!

We’re going to talk about all those elements, combine them into one, to talk about just how close to war we truly are. My name is Dave Hodges. I am the host of The Common Sense Show. This is emblematic of Chinese invading Taiwan. The projection of this was 2027. No, no, no, this could happen anytime. Let me go through what’s recently happened. I said about two months ago that the Chinese were practicing partial encapsulation of what a blockade would be. They would do drills for one side of the island, then the Pacific side, then the Taiwan straight side of the South China sea, and then the lower part.

But they never did it all at once. They’re now drilling all at once. The blockades aren’t in military readiness effect, but they are learning about positioning intercept where you place your cruisers, your battleships and so forth. It’s underway and they’re also doing it by air. So it’s by sea and by air blockade Taiwan. Well, that doesn’t get your attention. Let me explain what happened yesterday on the West end of the Philippines towards China. The US and the Filipino military conducted joint drills. We have put thousands of troops, mostly Marines, and countless amounts of equipment into the Philippines in Subic Bay.

Diego Garcia, as I’ve learned, is on high alert, as are the troops in ships and planes at Pearl Harbor and also in Guam. Because it’s many people’s belief, including my own, that before the Chinese would launch a blockade and then a subsequent military strike, they would first, like Yamamoto tried to do with Pearl Harbor, take out our offensive capabilities in the Pacific. And those are the three areas you target. But the Chinese have multiple issues because the Japanese are ready. The Australians, their government, what were you people thinking when you reelected the same prime minister took away your rights? But anyway, that man is not ready.

But Trump is working with their military to try to at least get some minimal cooperation out of them. New Zealand is a waste of time. Beautiful country, nice people, but their military will be of no assistance. India and Pakistan have squared off. In Pakistan is an ally of China. This is deliberate. Keep India out of the conflict by occupying them with Pakistan. That’s another sure sign of war. Vietnam is militarily as ready as they can be, but they don’t have offensive capabilities. They can defend. And that’s about it. So that kind of lines up the scorecard here and how the players fall down on this.

But you got a blockade, it’s going to be followed by an invasion. Taiwan is, let’s put it this way. I think their military is pretty ready and they’re well equipped and they’re well trained. There’s just not enough of them. And so there are civilian brigades popping up. They’re doing their own training. It’s kind of like citizen organized national guard. And they’re actually do drills with real AK-47s and MS M16s and so forth, but they have plastic bullets in their simulations and they train how to clear a house and they’re doing emergency training.

So like when a rocket strikes an office building, how do you rescue as many people? They’re doing the drills. I’ve seen the videos of them. They’re preparing for the worst, but there are elements in Taiwan. There are many political parties, unlike our two sided uni party situation here in America. There are several divergent parties in Taiwan and they think the Chinese threat’s overblown. And I would say these little chicken littles need to come up for air and see what’s happening around their island. This is serious. Now, why is this happening? Well, this is Xi Jinping being tough, resilient, not having an option.

His economy is crumbling before him. There are massive protests in the streets and even including Hong Kong, which was totally suppressed before the COVID and the lockdowns and all that. Before that, when China took over and they put their military in there, the Chinese were everywhere. They were protesting like crazy against Xi Jinping and they’re back to doing it again. I believe we’re going to see Tiananmen Square. I do not think the Chinese military is going to rise up against Xi. He’s taking care of that. He has purged reportedly over 1300 command officers.

And so if you were going to have a coup, it would come from the military. It won’t be citizen initiated. I mean, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, all having massive protests. Banks are failing left and right. People are losing their bank accounts. And right now, what is it estimated? About 10 million Chinese have lost their jobs. And the projection is that could end up being 40 or 50 million. We’re looking at a total economic collapse of China. Now, I would say Trump has won because of tariffs. He’s broken their back. Plus China was already on the way to the self-destruction mode.

So the terrorists just pushed him farther down the road. But Sun Tzu in the art of war said, be careful, be careful how you destroy somebody. He said, leave them away to escape. Well, Trump has done that. He reduced tariffs after he initiated them. That’s pretty good. It was smart negotiation. But you have to understand in the Asian cultures, and particularly in China, saving face is paramount. And you can’t stay in your role as dictator if you lose face. If you appear to be weak, you will be replaced by someone underneath of you who’s ambitious and will present a strong front.

So Xi Jinping faces that internally, and he asks to stand up. Now, what do dictators do when their economy goes bust? They go to war. They go to war. This unites the people, gets the army on his side, and they go to war. Does Trump have a counter up his sleeve? I do not know the answer to that question. The one thing that I would tell you is I would be shocked if he didn’t because he is the master of the art of the deal. But I hope for global peace, he does, because we have sent a strong message to the Chinese, move on Taiwan and we will attack you.

We will repel this. Well, China is also bringing ballistic missiles into their east coast. They’re also building up military forces. So following the blockade, naval bombardment, aerial bombardment, then you’re going to see amphibious landings because they’re prepping for that right now in East China. So Trump doesn’t have a lot of time to diffuse, but I understand his initial position. The trade imbalance we had with China was one-sided done by Crooked Joe. Why else would you do this with the country? Why would you let them get away with this terrible trade imbalance? It’s not sustainable.

That’s destroying American jobs, causing our manufacturing to go overseas. And I will tell you this, whatever war we’re in, we got to hope it’s not protracted because unlike World War II, where we took peacetime factories and converted them into wartime factories, we don’t have that much capacity now. In fact, a lot of our ammunition is somewhere else in the world and you know where that’s at. So we even have a limitation there. And then you get the hoodies and the Iranians and Iran just struck Israel’s airport, main airport with a missile. There’s challenges all around the world and we have a limited ability to respond, giving our manufacturing deficits.

This is how wars start and we’re right on the precipice. If I woke up tomorrow and I saw the Chinese made a move, here’s what I think is going to happen. And this is a best case scenario. China is going to encircle Taiwan and then the real rhetoric between the US and China begins. And in there, they may find some kind of settlement and mutual agreement. I think that’s your best case scenario. I don’t see China backing down because for Xi Jinping, that would mean the end. I’m Dave Hodges. This is The Common Sense Show.
