Summary
➡ The text discusses the issue of large asset management firms like BlackRock and Blackstone buying up real estate across the country, which is causing a rise in rent prices and a skewed housing market. These firms are also accused of using predatory tactics, such as using software to identify people going through divorces or deaths in the family and offering to buy their homes for cash. The text also mentions that BlackRock has been given permission to hold 20% of voting securities in energy companies, which is seen as a concerning level of control. There are ongoing lawsuits against these firms for collusion and monopolistic practices, and the text calls for more action from attorney generals and private litigation.
➡ The speaker discusses the importance of individual action and the use of laws to combat the influence of large amounts of money in society. They praise Texas for taking action and encourage other states to do the same. They also discuss their work on a petition related to geoengineering and commercial aviation, emphasizing the importance of using AI tools like CHAT for research and drafting, but cautioning that these tools must be used carefully and their results double-checked. The speaker concludes by encouraging individuals to take action where government officials may not.
➡ The speaker discusses the use of chat tools and AI in legal matters, highlighting their limitations and the need for human attorneys for strategic advice. They share their experience of using these tools and hiring attorneys for a project, emphasizing the importance of personal involvement and understanding in legal matters. They also encourage individuals to take control of their legal issues, using available tools to understand and pursue their rights, rather than feeling helpless or relying solely on attorneys. The speaker believes that with time and effort, anyone can navigate legal issues effectively.
➡ The speaker discusses the importance of using advanced tools, like artificial intelligence (AI), to achieve goals and fight against challenges. They emphasize that AI can be used for good, despite its potential for misuse, and it can help refine strategies and provide valuable information. The speaker also shares their experience using AI to write a petition for rulemaking, highlighting the importance of collective input and collaboration. They encourage others to take initiative, use available tools, and contribute to collective efforts for better outcomes.
➡ The speaker discusses the importance of taking action against unregulated commercial aviation and its impact on the environment. They emphasize the need to move beyond just sharing information on social media and actually take steps to effect change. They also express frustration with the lack of support for those who are actively trying to make a difference. Lastly, they mention the use of tools like ChatGPT to help in their efforts to address these issues.
➡ The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) controls how power companies use resources like waterways for 50 years at a time. Recently, FERC allowed BlackRock, a large investment company, to own up to 20% of voting securities in these power companies, even though the law previously limited this to 10%. This could lead to higher utility bills for consumers. The speaker suggests using AI tools to understand and challenge these changes, despite some difficulties in accessing certain data.
➡ The speaker encourages self-reliance, stating that we don’t always need lawyers or law firms to handle everything for us. They express enjoyment in their conversations and emphasize the importance of striving for more. They also mention their substack, Foghorn Express, where they share interviews, commentaries, and updates on geoengineering. They plan to announce a petition for rulemaking on this platform, aiming to help people understand their perspectives better.

It’s stronger than Ozempic and why it’s because it not only reduces your appetite but it also burns fat. These other GLP1s on the market, they do not burn fat, they just reduce your appetite. This one retatrutide is stronger. It’s considered a next generation peptide because of that. And man does this work. I’ve been using it for two and a half weeks and I’ve already lost 11 pounds and I cut my dose in half because I was losing weight too quickly and that kind of freaked me out to be honest. And so I also am taking this 5amino 1 mq in capsule form.
This helps by making sure that you lose fat, not muscle. And so in conjunction I’m using both of these. This will work whether you have this or not. And I am telling you it’s amazing. If you are interested in getting this I have the link below or you can go to sarahwestel.com on the shop. You can use the coupon code Sarah to save 10%. If you have questions about your own use you should either consult your doctor or you can join Dr. Diane’s tribe. And I have a link below to that. It is only a dollar for the first week.
You can ask her any question you want and get all your answers to this. How to take an injectable and there shouldn’t be any fear in doing that. It is easy and straightforward. Go to sarah wessel.com under shop or use the link below and remember to use coupon code Sarah welcome to business Game changers. I’m Sarah Westall. I have my good friend Renette Zenum coming back to the program. I’m really proud of her because she’s been doing really good work on legislation in the geoengineering world and taking all this information that’s out there and making meaningful change or trying to make meaningful change with legislation and she’s going to talk about that and what that takes and this conversation went in a different direction, I was thinking, and we started there.
We’re talking about the World Economic Forum, we’re talking about black rock, Blackstone, how blackrock was formed, what Blackstone is doing with real estate. And she had run ins when she was running for governor of California on those issues with real estate and how the rents are being jacked up and how. And what they’re doing. You need to listen to this because this is probably affecting many of you out there and it’s something that is causing so much turmoil and angry and anger and hatred within the population as far as them being able to live a decent, have a decent lifestyle because rents are being held to a different level and just things that they’re doing compared to when I was young, it feels like we’re becoming more like a third world country where there’s a huge.
And we are factually, statistically where there’s a huge difference between the wealthy and the poor. And we’re moving into that third world country status. Whereas the middle class, if you have a large middle class, the entire country feels different, different. It just operates differently. And it, and those of us who are older can and were thinking about it or aware of what it used to be, can see that shift over the years. And so how do we recapture that larger middle class and, and not lose that freedom that we all enjoyed? Because there’s a freedom with having a large middle class, there’s a luxury with that and something we want for our kids.
So why is that happening? But we also. This goes into a really interesting direction on ChatGPT and the AIs. How you can use that as a tool for fighting these agendas. They’re using these weapons, I don’t want to say weapons, these tools. We need to be using them too if we want to fight and maintain our freedom. And then we talk about what it means to have self agency. I love this conversation. I hope that you get a lot out of it because this is something that has a potential of growing and becoming of way of thought, way of thinking about what it means to have self agency, which is where we need to get to because so many people in society are distraught and are feel helpless and that helplessness comes from not having a sense of self agency.
And how do we recapture that? So before I get into that, I want to share with you. This is airing on the 4th and the peptides that I’m selling have a still or have a Labor Day sale through the fifth. So if you are interested, not all of them But a lot of the favorite ones like rededrutide and 5amino and BPC157, these are great peptides. Those are part of this extra 10% off sale. If you use my coupon for 10% off plus their 10 off sale, plus you pay from a bank account, you could realistically get about 25% off, which is fantastic.
So it’s a good 10% off, more than you normally can get. And I have a peptide guide called the Ultimate Guide to Weight Loss and Muscle Preservation. It maximizes weight loss while preserving your muscle. And most of those, the main ones in that it’s still missing Sloop and a couple other ones. But many of those in that guide are on sale right now. So if you want to take advantage of it, it’s a really great time to take advantage of it and maybe stock up on some things. I will have a link to the peptide guide below and also a link to where you can get reditrutide and five Amino and some of these other peptides that I talk about.
And you can learn about it in my peptide guide that I put together if you’re interested. And it’s worked for me. I’ve lost £25. I’m working on reconstituting my body, getting my muscle and feeling youthful again. Because I refuse, you know, people who are pushed back, you’re in a transhumanism, all this stuff. No, stop that nonsense. I’m not into transhumanism. I don’t want my mind to be co opted. I want full agency. I want full control of my mind. But I don’t want to feel like crap as I age. Go ahead, feel like crap as you age.
I want to feel great as I age. And I. If you’re not on that train with me, fine, I don’t care. But I’m not getting off that train because I want to feel great as I age. And, and I think these are really wonderful tools for you to feel great as you age too. So if you’re interested, I’ll have all the links below. Okay, let’s get into this wonderful conversation I have with my friend Renette Zena. Hi, Rene. Welcome back to the program. Hi, Sarah. It’s always great to see you, always. Yes, it’s great having you back.
And you wrote an article recently about BlackRock and Black Friday Stone and how Blackstone was, which are two different companies. But an interesting connection which I want to talk a little bit about. Blackstone is buying up real estate all across the country, which I want to Dive into. But also BlackRock was created by, as a subsidiary or was created by Blackstone in the early 90s. And then within 30 years, it became the largest company in the world, owning half the or a portion of every stock major 500, you know, stock company in the world. And now Larry Fink is the co chair of the World Economic Forum.
So I don’t know how that happens in 30 years, but it did. Right. What is the Blackstone? You know, I’ve done some digging into it. What do you see as the relationship between Blackstone and blackrock? Because the public Persona, the public information on that is that the founder of Blackstone sold blackrock and claims it was the worst mistake of his life. Does he still have connection to that or what is the deal with that? I think when you go up the food chain far enough, they’re all completely still in bed with one another. And while BlackRock was claiming, though we don’t go out there and buy, you know, housing stock, it’s like, well, actually you do.
You have like Lamppost Realty and blah, blah, blah, which I’ve seen firsthand. So they say they’re not in that business and yet they have these other, you know, local businesses are doing their bidding essentially. So when you really look at Vanguard, State street, blackrock, Blackstone, and you look at the primary investors and funders, they’re all one in the same. They’re all the same basic funders behind the scenes. Yeah, Blackstone kind of birthed a lot of, you know, they birthed blackrock. Blackstone is massive in its own, its own right. It’s buying real estate across the country. Can you talk about that? Well, I’m there.
Look. So what happened was when I was running for governor actually a few years ago in 2022 here in California, highly, highly censored. And I wrote answers to a Q and A that the San Diego Union Tribune had put out saying, okay, candidates, there’s 26 of them, by the way, running for California governor. I was running with no party affiliation. They’re like, why don’t you. Any candidate want to answer these questions, please do. Well, as shockingly, there’s only six people, six candidates out of the 26 that actually answered the questions. And San Diego Union Tribune printed mine.
And within a day or two, they contacted me, the editor, saying, BlackRock is actually saying that you’re wrong. Because the question was like, how are you going to deal with the homeless issue? I’m like, well, first of all, you’ve got to stop having these asset manager you know, firms buying up all the housing stock and then. And actually just like, not renting them out so they can. They can, you know, raise the price of rent. Because there’s places all over California, Sarah, I’ve seen myself. They’re brand new, built. Built years ago, stickers still in the windows, and they’ve not been rented out.
So they’re doing that to fix the prices. Are they doing that across the one? I don’t know, but I know they’re doing definitely in California. Okay. And so. So the editor reached out and said, oh, by the way, Blackstone reached out and said that you’re wrong, that they aren’t doing this. They don’t buy up. BlackRock reached out. BlackRock reached out, you know, Exactly. But it’s one of the same. It’s like. Well, no, actually, they do. They just hide it. Right. So like Lamppost Realty. Because then about a year ago, I was in San Diego, There was a terrible flood.
And while there, in the aftermath, trying to assist with the cleanup and capture the story. Gentlemen, gentlemen. A man came from Lamp Post Realty showed up saying basically, hey, anybody here want to sell their house? And we literally. We sent him running with his tail between his legs, like, get out of here. We know, you know, we know who you are. And everybody was getting. Not to interrupt, but for a while there it was. It was like a couple years ago, where everybody was getting phone calls asking if you wanted to sell your house. Well, they still do, and not even beyond that.
It’s. It’s so disgusting. They have software that they use proprietary software where they are looking for divorce records and death records. And as soon as they see anything flagged, they. Their software will flag that home, and they will reach out to the. The remaining. The. The living, you know, owner, property owner, and say, hey, we see you just lost your. Your spouse. Hey, we see you’re divorcing. Well, you know, without putting that thing on the market. We’ll give you cash. And so they’re trying to even get ahead of people before there’s even a chance to get the homes on the market.
They have software that identifies when somebody dies or gets in a divorce or some kind of, you know, some kind of legal struggle. And so it’s really extreme, extraordinarily predatory, for sure, to say the least. And so what’s happened is that also makes it. I. When they. I want you to continue. But what also happens when they’re doing that is taking these houses off the market. Then there’s not homes for anybody else to buy. Well that’s raises the value. It’s creating a really skewed marketplace. Okay, 100%. So as I said, you go into LA, you will see apartment buildings and homes that some of them are brand new built and nobody’s, no one’s living in them, they’re not renting them out.
So they’re building all this stock and they’re just sitting on it and they’re sitting on it and they’re just squeezing and squeezing and squeezing the market so that they can raise and raise and raise the price of rent or the price of whatever homes are actually out in the market. So it’s extraordinary. And now what we’re seeing, which is really, really frightful and you should be concerned is Minnesota Power, right? And Minnesota Power Energy is that the name is a power energy or company you’re. I don’t remember something like it get bought out a couple times.
Okay. So anyway so long story short, BlackRock now owns them 100 or per a percentage of it. Well BlackRock right now it’s kind of scary. So this is really what’s talk about collusion and this is what we have to talk about is like what do we do about this? So it ends up that it was just April of this year FERC which is the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and I’ve dealt with them in the past here in California with, with our watershed organizations we have for years worked on when there’s FERC re licensing and that is like for instance Pacific Gas and Electric, when is now after their 50 year contract they’re up to relicense the waterways and the hydropower.
That’s when you would like negotiate, you know, okay, who’s got, you know, what percentage of ownership and what, what’s this deal going to look like for the next 50 years? What was really shocking is that FERC for the first time, don’t ask me why they gave permission to BlackRock to actually hold 20% of voting securities. They’ve never allowed more than 10% of ownership of these voting securities. They gave BlackRock 20%. So right there you are seeing massive collusion and that’s what we need to talk about because they are a tidal wave of control and the fact that they’re now going after the, the, the energy companies is really horrific because why we already know like here in California we have Pacific Gas and Electric that was signed into existence three blocks from where I live here in Nevada City, California.
And they are literally, they’ve got their thumb on us. I mean doubling, tripling of our, our power, you know, our electric bills. And what’s happening is that we now have Pacific Gas and Electric that is cutting off the power and water to farms in California. And they’re tripling our rates while they’re sending all the, the water to the AI data centers. You know, they talked about Goldman Sachs. MATT T. We talked about Goldman Sachs being a vampire squid, sucking out all of our, you know, finances from everywhere. It’s really blackrock and State street and what. They’re all in Vanguard.
They own a portion of everything. Of everything. And again, it’s, it’s not, you know, it’s like, okay, there’s these different, you know, there’s these different, you know, firms, these equity firms, but the, you know, like, they’re separate, but they’re not. When you really go behind them further and you look up that chain, you see that they’re all one in the same. They all have the same investors and so same ownership. I had a guy on the show like, 10 years ago that went and analyzed the owners of all 500, the Fortune 500 companies, and they whittled it down to 200 people.
Yeah, it’s, it’s not over 50%. They whittled it down. Who owns over 50 of every Fortune 500 company in the world? And it narrowed down to 200 people. Right. So I don’t know what happened to the monopoly laws, but, you know, it used to be that, you know, the telecoms couldn’t have a monopoly, you know, energy companies couldn’t have the monopolies. And now it’s like it’s all gone to hell. However, there is some hope. And that is recently there’s what’s called Texas versus blackrock and other like Ban Guard, other, you know, equity firms and so on and asset managers.
And so there is a lawsuit right now for essentially collusion. And, and this is state of Texas. The state of Texas, because What happened was BlackRock took ownership of, of their coal companies, coal production, and are completely controlling it. And so the state of Texas is actually suing them right now. And, you know, it’s a public. So basically what’s happening is that there’s these state attorneys, you know, putting out these lawsuits. We need to do that here in California. There also needs to be what I would call, you know, like, be like federal antitrust enforcement as well.
None of that’s been going on. So we have antitrust, we have collusion. There’s all these different things that we actually need our, our attorney generals to start taking up the helm and if not, then we actually need like private litigation. Like the farmers out there need to litigate. You know, that PGE does not have the right to turn off their power and shut off their water. You know, we, we, we. There’s something called the public trust doctrine and that essentially forces the governments or constitutional right to have the government ensure that in perpetuity. We have water, we have clean soil, we have, you know, plenty of air.
They’re there for. I mean, they’re not there to control us 100% in all these other directions. They’re there for these basic things. Things very, very basic. And so I, I think that we’ve been so gobsmacked and overwhelmed by this conglomeration of massive, massive money coming in. And literally, as you’re saying, like, it’s just sucking up every single piece of our existence. And yet there are laws on the books, right? There’s rules and laws that, that we can actually apply. And so I’m so glad to see what Texas is doing. And I think they’re going to be very successful.
And if that’s the case, we need other states to do the same. I don’t have a lot of hope, hope for the state of California as far as like our attorney general or the governor doing anything because they’re all in cahoots. But Texas has actually taken the helm there, which I’m really a couple states that are actually. And it’s the states that are into sovereignty and freedom. It’s some of the basic ideas. And this isn’t a left right thing. This is whether you believe in freedom or not. And I think this is where everybody can come together and unite.
It’s those who are don’t want to control their own lives versus want somebody else to do everything for them. I think that is the difference. It’s not. It depends on where you have to decide where you land. Do you really want to be an adult and control our destiny or do you want to just give it all away and just be like, I’m at the mercy of whatever you do? I mean, that’s the difference. Difference. And, and that’s just it. I mean, the thing is this is that you’re, you’re going to be the mercy of sharks, of just psychopathic narcissistic sharks who actually gleefully enjoy watching your suffering.
I wish that was. Yeah, I think at the very high level there’s some of that. But I also think it’s just mindless greed and power grabs 100. It’s going left and right. So we have to ask ourselves, what do we have, you know, power over? And so again, the antitrust viol is really good. You know, also just more financial disclosure and also revising mergers. There’s certain mergers happening. You know, these investment thresholds that should not, are not constitutional, are not legal. And so we need to, we need to bring that up. And in fact, as you know, I have been now for months working on a petition for rulemaking around geoengineering and commercial aviation, jet exhaust and so on.
And what I want to really impart with your listeners is that in the past, I would say until CHAT came along, we were beholden to raising a lot of money and going out there and hiring very expensive attorneys and law firms. And what I’ve learned over the last five months, and granted, as I told you earlier, I’ve now spent hundreds of hours, even though I have CHAT working with me, we’re working together. I’ve been writing this petition for rulemaking, and it would literally have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars for a team of attorneys to write.
And, and I don’t know if it would have even been as good because I’m putting my heart and soul into this. But this was something, Sarah, that was not available to us as citizens. And I have to be very frank. As much as I hear people say, oh, chat’s evil, this or that, well, it’s like, you know, what, you can weaponize water or you can water can give you and bring you life, right? It depends on what your, you know, what your intention is behind it. And my intention is to use CHAT to change the, the legal environment out there around what’s happening in our skies.
And so what I want to say to the citizen out there, you don’t have to sit there and wait for the attorney general or the governor or a state to take this on you as a citizen, can actually go out there and petition these different agencies and, and do it with chat. It’s a, it’s a big learning curve. It’s a lot of work. Anyone interested? I’m happy to give you advice. And you can’t trust everything it says right away. You have to double check your sources. Oh, no, it’s not even double. It’s, it’s, it’s more than that.
It’s more than double checking. It’s, it’s, you know, you’re checking time 10 times over. And so. But it’s a really useful tool, isn’t it? Because I’m using it too. And it’s, it, that’s where AI can work in our favor. What? It’s a double edged sword. And so that’s what. Well, okay, so I want to say we just need to get on top of it. Keep going. So I have to say this. What it’s really good at is going out there and collecting a lot of data that would other otherwise, you know, it’s like looking for a needle in the haystack would take you forever to even, even know it exists.
Like certain studies and articles great for that. It’s also really, really good for, for helping you articulate okay what, you know, what does this formula look like? Okay, so where do we start? Where do we go? And then for me, over and over again it has misled and there’s tons, there’s tons of citations and tons of footnotes. I mean I’m literally dreaming in footnotes now. But the thing is, is that it will go out there and it’ll do like this massive data mine and bring all this stuff forward. But then it’s like, okay, give me the study and I’ll give you like a conglomeration of five and a broken link and, or a title here with the A link to that study.
And you’re like, whoa, wait a second. So to say you’re to double check is an understatement. Literally. I’ve gone over and over and over and over and over and refined in another layer after another layer and then like it’ll like take me off course or it wants to have me go into climate change. You can’t shut off your brain. You have to be in control. You cannot. No, it’s, you have to direct it and not think that it’s this all knowing guru giving you information and once you do that then you’re misguided 100 and you’re, you know.
And I remember a couple years ago I heard about an attorney who went to court, used chat and had his ass handed to him because you know, basically case law, blah blah, blah, didn’t exist. And I was like, oh, that’s a harsh lesson. And I’m like, yeah, if I had done that with this, I mean I would have been the laughing stock. You know, it’s just, it’s, it’s great for certain things. Again, it’s really great for going out there and saving you a lot of research. Like I have to find this so like, you know, find it for you like that.
It’s great for grammar, it’s great for arguments, making sure the argument is building. You’re backing up with, you know, case law. Or something of substance, whatever it is, it’s really good for that. It’s helping you frame and refine. It’s great for that. But you don’t think you’re going to do this kind of stuff and not think about it. So just have it do it for you. So my point is this, folks, is that, that because of the advances of AI and I know a lot of people are afraid of it, and I understand they’re like, it’s demonic and satanic again, how are you using it? But we’d be a fool not to use it for something like this because what I’m doing today, and I started working on this at the beginning of the year, it’s going to.
It’s going to be an unprecedented petition for rulemaking. And there is no way I wanted to or had the energy to go out there and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for a team of attorneys to put this together. And I don’t think they would have done as good a job because the truth of the matter is I’m so into this. Like, they have other cases busy with other stuff. They don’t have time for it. So. So my point is, is that when it comes to blackrock and this encroachment that we were seeing, I think it’s really important for us to actually start looking at like, okay, wait, if the AG is not going to do it, if the state’s not going to do it, what can I do? Well, and I think, I think this is an important point because you know the topic, topic matter more than any attorney you can hire for 500 or $400 an hour.
They know their legal stuff. But unless they know the topic as well as you do, it’s really difficult. That’s why so many people get so frustrated with attorneys, because they don’t understand the topic at hand. That’s right. They can’t become an expert at everything. And the best attorneys learn very quickly and are empathetic and understand the fight so that they can apply the law. But most don’t take the effort to understand the fight to apply the law properly. You understand the topic better than anybody else or better than most. And now you just need to know how to apply the law.
And that’s why chat can be such a great tool, because most of what attorneys do, the chat can do for you. Where we need like really good attorneys is that. That 10% where they can help you with strategy that chat can’t exact. That’s hard. Yes. So. So what we’ve done like for instance. And this is why you can apply this to anything. The lessons I’ve learned is that I had, for instance, Jim Lee, Climate Viewer.com hired him as a consultant. He sent us. He used chat gbt, by the way. And when he sent it to me, like, here’s 80 studies, then I’m like, great, you know, and I started going through all the URLs and I’m like, hey, Jim.
I’m like, those studies, this, this, this, that, that. They don’t exist. The Studies don’t exist. URLs are broken. He’s like, what? And that’s when you realize, oh, you can’t. I’m like, no, you really can’t trust chat. So you had to go one by one by one by one by one. So then back to me. And so, so once we got that, then I built on that. And what we did do is we haven’t. We have hired a bar attorney as a consultant. And so what we’re. The phase right now where I’m putting this document onto Google Docs.
I have the bar train looking at it. So there’s no. I don’t get thrown out for technical reasons. Make sure it’s all up to snap enough. We have all the researchers going to be looking at it as well, plus another, essentially like a paralegal to look and make sure I’m crossing every T dot and every I. And, and then the objective is we submit this, we’ll get co petitioners as well. So we’ll be pursuing that as well. So we’re like really strong. They, the, the agencies that we’re petitioning know there’s lots of eyes watching them. And then if they fail in their duties and fulfilling these actions, then we can take them to court, which, by the way, folks, come to find out as a citizen, pro se, I can go in there and I can lit.
Now, am I a litigator? Am I an attorney? No. Will I need a lot of handholding? Yeah, I will. There’s. There’s pros and cons to this, but to be frank, again, I can go in there and I, because I’ve been throwing myself into this so much lately, I can go in there and I can litigate this and understand it, have a deep understanding, more than any other attorney out there. Now, granted, the attorney is going to have to teach me. Right. How to litigate. The strategy part of it, that 100%. And you don’t have because you’re.
That’s not your field. Exactly. But again, there we have tools now in our hands that were not, it was not accessible to us just a couple, few years ago. And so my point is this folks, is don’t think that you have to sit there and feel helpless or like a victim and they’re steamrolling you. What I’m learning is that there are tools now available to us where we can go out there and we can exercise our right, rights and not be at the mercy of having to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars or being a multimillionaire or being a state ag and, and fight.
It’s like, no, here I am. It’s not costing me money, it’s costing me time, but really not costing much money. And we’re doing it. And so that’s why I love that process because so many, you know, I’ve been in enough lawsuits and so much and almost everyone I talked to is always very frustrated with attorneys because we don’t get past that hurdle of them understanding the, the problem. And that’s, that’s our issue. Right? That is the issue. That is the issue. And it’s always why the attorneys let people down. Well, and that’s what I learned. Okay, so that, and the justice system is corrupt.
So here’s, there’s all that. I mean, there is that maritime law, common law, all that. And I’m in, I’m in, you know, this maritime law. I understand that, but you know, I’m, I’m talking the language and I’m playing in the field where agencies are familiar with and this is where you can actually affect change. And not that I’m, I’m not, you know, willing to go the common law route. I am, if I have to, if this fails, I’ll go that route. So I’m kind of, you know, going. But what I’ve learned, when I did hire bar attorneys originally, you know, two years ago, they were good in give me a pathway forward, like public trust doctrine and things like that.
So like, okay, this is a path. This is where, this is where the agencies have failed. However, what I did learn quite quickly is that if you do not hand deliver every single thing, every single piece of information and spoon feed them everything they need to know, it’s just not going to happen. They’re not going to do it. They’re not going to understand it. And at that point I was like, well, damn, if I’ve got to spoon feed them and do all the, basically all the legwork already, then why don’t you just go do it myself? Yep.
Why am I paying somebody to spoon feed Them, it’s like they’re not doing the work, we’re handing it to them and they’re playing the role. It’s like, well then I can play, play that role. I mean I might take some practice and there’s definitely a risk factor, but I can do it, you know, so. But that’s a good point. You’re such a good role model in that way because so many people feel completely helpless. They feel like they have to. And then you. I watch these attorneys who are getting all this. The people are depending on them and they’re not able to do what they want them to do because they don’t.
And so this is so great. It’s such a good example how people can start taking sovereignty or taking self agency is what it is. It’s because we’re losing self agency because we can’t depend on these attorneys and this gives us our power back. Just a short break to share with you an amazing peptide. This one is Ghost HK cu. This is one of the best anti aging peptides on the market, period. As far as what they’re finding. This comes in a spray, a nasal spray. It comes in an injectable. And why I like this so much is it also comes in a capsule form.
So this is a really great option for you if you do not want the injection. I use the injectable. But what it does for people is amazing. In pre clinical trial Trials it showed a 70% increase in collagen, a 35 increase in elastin. It helps with sleep, it helps with joint repair, it helps with promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss. And it stimulates your follicles so your hair is stronger and grows back. I know a lot of people, as you age your hair thins out, right? It also reduces wrinkles. Wrinkles. And it helps in so many different ways.
If you are interested in getting this, I will have the link below or you can go to sarahwestall.com under shop and you can find the peptide link there. This one is an amazing anti aging peptide. So remember GHK CU and remember to use the coupon code Sarah to save 10%. Okay, back to the program. Oh, 100. So people say well where would I start? Well first of all you say okay, so and so let’s say BlackRock is doing this to our power company, BlackRock is doing this to my neighborhood. Or I see collusion or whatever, right? You go into chat, you say hey, this is what’s going on.
Tell me what infringements, what might be illegal or unconstitutional here I’ll be like, here, I’ll list it for you. Okay, great. Thank you. Of, of all of these that you have listed, which of these can I actually pursue as a citizen pro se, blah, blah, blah. And it’ll, it’ll tell you, it will tell you, it will give you the direction. Like, this is your best route right here. Thank you very much. And then you begin. And so that, that’s very much what I’ve done. Like, okay, this is what’s going on. How do I do it? Okay, this is the next step.
Okay, then what? And you ask questions like, what do I have to ask you in order to get the, the best response? And it’ll tell you, like, this is what I need from you. And then you give it to it. And so, you know, when people are afraid of it, I’m like, look at folks. I understand the fear. And there are sometimes weird things going on in the world around it. However, you have to understand that more than likely, too, with COVID they were already using AI against us, right? They’re always a step ahead of us.
With COVID always a step of like, how’s the public going to respond? The reaction going to be, this is how we mitigate, you know, this is how we, you know, make our next move. And this is how we manipulate everybody to have them do what we want them to do 100%. And so for us not to use a tool like this, it’d be like, well, instead of using, you know, you know, a machine gun, I’m just going to stick with my, my arrows, my bow and arrow. It’s like, well, you’re, you’re, you’re going to get, you’re going to get mowed down.
That’s right. You. We have to use the tools that are, are being used against us. You don’t, you don’t fight tanks with bows and arrows. You’re gonna. No, you, you don’t. And so I’m just saying. And again, it’s always about what, your intention. They say, well, you know, chat can be evil. I’m like, look at. I have no doubt that chat can be evil, especially when you summon it and you bring it on, and that’s your intention behind it. But if you’re trying to use it as a tool for good, you can, you can. And you do it intelligently and you do it carefully because it is not at all 100% correct.
You just, you have to understand that. And so it’s just, it’s good to get information and kind clarify and help you Formulate what your strategy is. It’s great for that. But to ignore that as a tool when we are in such a huge fight and the stakes are so high. And like for me I realized like I got to do something. I’ve got to do something about the skies and I’m not going to go out there and raise funds to pay attorneys who aren’t going to have the time, the dedication are going to get it to the level.
They don’t care. Yeah, they’re not going to care like you are because they want to. We. I don’t, I don’t want to say it about all attorneys. There are some that, that really. And they do things because it’s a passion. But I have found it’s really hard to find and almost everybody I know has come into the same conclusion I have. I would suggest that people look at different AIs on top of chat. Like once in a while if I’m a little nervous about what I’m getting, I will go to grok. I will go to multiple AIs.
I guess proton male has their own AI. I think if you have multiple AIs that you double check with on very sensitive high stakes situations, I think that’s smart. Well actually it’s funny you say that because I’ve been using chat gbt 5. They’re like oh it’s upgrade from 4. I don’t see the upgrade. It has what’s called hallucinations. Like I’ll say oh this and that and you find out that doesn’t even exist. Right. So chat GBT5 still has hallucinations. However, I do plan on submitting this whole entire petition for rule making to groff talk to analyze.
Okay, what do you think Claude? Same thing. Claude, what do you think? Do you see any weaknesses, Anything to strengthen blah blah. So I do plan on, you know, having it go through that ringer as well and have them see anything because you know, because every time I go back to, I’ve gone back to the petition, I review it over and I do another layer and then over again and another layer and over again another layer and. And ChatGPT just keeps refining and refining and refining and understand what it is I’m to going, going for. Because originally it was like climate change, climate change.
Like this is not about climate change. And they kept saying climate change. Like I know you’re programmed for climate change, but this is not about climate change. I know it doesn’t. You have to get it past, you have to be creative on getting it past. Its programming biases. Yeah, you do. And there’s a lot of you can’t get too angry once in a while. I get. I’ll just tell Chad, don’t ever do this to me again. Remember this when you’re talking to me. Me, don’t go there. No, my partners will. Can tell. You can confirm. She’s never seen me cuss so much in front of the computer ever.
I mean, there’s been some big cussing fits. It’s like, oh, you son of. Because it’s like a domino effect. When I realize something is wrong, it has a domino effect into the background and the intro and the penny, say, and appendix B and blah, blah. You’re like, no, you know, so there is that. So tread lightly. Start slowly. You know, don’t do the stuff on the. The back end, which is like the appendices and the references. Like, don’t wait on all that stuff until you have everything else on the front end. So it’s a huge learning lesson.
And again, I’m happy to hold anyone’s hand through this because I’ve learned a lot, but I’m so grateful for it. I’m Sarah. You know, as much as it’s, you know, we’re in a pressure cooker right now, and there’s this massive, you know, scary encroachment. But I have to say, it’s forced me as a human being to go out there and get myself on a limb and to stretch myself and to do that I’ve never done before. And. And I think that that’s really what’s at stake here with humanities like you guys. We can do better. We’ve been resting on it better.
You know, we’ve been sitting back, letting everyone drive the boat, and I just think it’s really important that we start realizing, no, this is my agency. No one’s gonna think for me. No one’s gonna do it for me. I’m gonna lead myself and I’m gonna make the changes. And. And I, you know, before chat, I didn’t even know. Know I could do this pro se. I didn’t know I could write. I, as a citizen, could write a petition for rulemaking. I, I mean, I was going to take the agencies to court and it’s like, nope, first you gotta start the petition for rulemaking, otherwise the judge is going to throw you out for not exhausting all avenues.
Like, I didn’t know that. I’ll do a petition for rulemaking. What’s a petition for rulemaking? I started it. I said, hey, Chat. Give me every petition for rule making out there that was successful. Give me good models. So I know what it is I’m shooting for. And it’s like, here you go. I’m like, thank you very much. That’s, that’s excellent. There’s also Naomi Wolf has a AI that she generated and created. And I think people should look at. It’s a part of her daily clout thing, right? Where they go through legislation and point out the problems with the legislation so that you can.
Yeah, it’s a really useful tool that I hope she gets out there and it gets refined and it gets better and everybody, buddy. Starts using it so that we can hold legislation accountable. And, you know, I think that’s genius that she’s getting that out there. And it’s really important for. It’s, it’s really important. In fact. Thank you. I know Naomi. In fact, I was thinking about writing her and sending her this petition. But I think what I’ll do is I’ll send it to her before it’s complete and say, hey, you want to run it through your daily clout? Take a look.
Anything I’m missing? You know, because that’s the other thing is I, I, I very much believe and have utilized for decades now, as a former elected official here in Nevada City, I believe in the collective genius. And time and time again I’ve had like, oh, I’ve got this idea, I’m going to do this right. But then when the people come in and we, they add their ideas to it, we always overshoot my wildest ideas and concepts. And that to me is the collective genius. And so I’m all about, like, I’m going to carry this ball as far as I can.
And then right before I get over the lines, like, come on and grab the ball and that baton and start running, you know, make it over the finish line. And so I believe in the collective genius. And I really feel like, you know, you know, the more people who can really look at this from their, their respect, respective position and perspective, the more powerful and potent this petition is going to be and the more successful we’re going to be. So I’ll definitely talk to Naomi because she knows about geoengineering. This is going to rock the world.
Geoengineering. Geoengineering. Because what ultimately. Yeah, well, we’re, what we just realized. No, it is. But what I was going to say, hold on, is this, it’s not what most people think geoengineering is. And so that will be what’s Rocking. When I said it’s not, I’m like, it will rock it. It, it’s not what people think it is. Keep going. You’ve experienced that, right? So Jim Lee and some other great citizen researchers have really brought this to the surface. They brought all this evidence and research and studies and proof. And then what inspired me was like, okay, let’s, let’s take this and do something with it.
And that’s where the petition and stuff has come from. And so I, I have great respect for, you know, what they’ve done and like, if I can have somebody like Naomi look at it, that’s fantastic. But that collective genius is really, I think, what’s going to make this just so extraordinarily powerful. Because what we’ve come to realize is that yes, there’s clandestine geoengineering weather modification programs going on out there, but what’s not being addressed for decades by the EPA is the conflation of weather modification programs and commercial aviation. Commercial aviation has had a 60 year hall pass with absolutely no, no regulation whatsoever.
And so what we’re doing is we’re differentiating between the two, saying, okay, legislation in the states are now addressing weather modification. That’s fantastic. That’s the route you need to take. In the meantime, the streaks in the sky is commercial aviation, 100 commercial aviation. And that needs to be addressed completely differently. And that’s what this petition for rulemaking is addressing. And, and literally, as I said, I’ve spent hundreds, I wouldn’t say 100, but hundreds of hours in the last few months just around the clock working on this. And, and I’m really grateful because again, I’m just saying, you know, the collective genius, the times are forcing us to be remarkable and don’t sit there and be afraid of tools at hand when you’ve got the right, you know, perspective and you’re, you’re incentivized to go do good things like ChatGPT can be extraordinarily helpful.
Extraordinarily helpful. And I think it’s, I’m really proud of you because I think it’s getting out of this mindless cycle of just pumping out stuff on the Internet and social media and doing shows versus actually taking action. I like the self agency because that’s what we need to do. Just blasting information out which may not even be accurate. Half this stuff isn’t even accurate. Sometimes it’s not. It’s just hysterical. Creating issues in general out there instead of being professional and serious about things. Well, that’s, and I agree with you. Because what was happening was I was seeing all this extraordinary information coming to the surface, the climate viewer and other researchers and stuff.
And I kept thinking, this is great, this is great, but what are you going to do with it? This is great. What are we doing with it? And I’m like, you know, at some point you’ve got to. And that’s where I’m also good. Because as an elected official and just a community action activists, I’ve always had the ability to kind of look out there and get a pulse on the environment and then, and then activate like, okay, this is what, what we want, this is what we need. These are the missing gaps. And this is how we get to a, you know, from point A to point B.
And so when I was watching all this stuff come to surface and my mind being blown like I had a perception of geoengineering for almost 20 years of being one thing and come to find out, no, it’s a conflation of two different things going on and only one is being addressed and the other one’s being misunderstood. And when I realized that, I’m like, we got to do something about this because our lives are on the. If we do not address commercial aviation and what it’s really doing to us. And it’s huge. And so all this information was bubbling.
And so that’s really it. It’s true. We have to get off. At some point we have to get off social media and take that information and actually run with it. Because I think what’s also happened, Sarah, is that while social media has been really great for getting information out there, we become these little armchair activists where you just push send button or you type a couple of things. Doesn’t do anything. We don’t get out in the streets, we don’t activate. We don’t go down and help author bills and legislate and push bills and capitals. I mean, we’re, we’ve, while we might be more informed, we’ve gotten lazier much, much.
And that’s my own personal experience. We’ve gotten much, much, much lazier. And you got it. And the people who are out, are out there. They’re taking all the arrows and just getting beat up. You got to stop just we, if you support this, help them instead of allowing them to be out there on their own own getting beat up. I know, because I’ve been out there and you’re out there on your own getting beat up. It’s like, no, we, that’s, we’re not going to accomplish things by expecting one person to go out there or maybe a couple, and then just be letting them get the crap beat out of them while they hold the water for everybody else.
That’s right. That’s right. And again, we all have different perspectives. I mean, I’m not going to attack anybody personally for their opinion ever, because again, my opinion has been changed over the years. But I will go out there and say, okay, I’m gonna, I’m gonna argue your facts or what you. That’s great. That’s what we have to do. That’s what we should be doing. And instead it’s like attacking, degrading, undermining, vilifying. I’m like, you know, and again, I’m gonna go back to when I was an elected official. You know, one of the things I know is when I was sitting at the, the, you know, the chair is.
Is a council member or is a mayor. You know, people would come to the. The mic for public comment. Comment even. I disagree with them. They had something important to share and they were going to give me a perspective that I just possibly could not have because I didn’t live their life. And even if I disagreed with them, in the end, I voted some other way. As long as they knew that I heard them and I listened to them, they’re generally okay with it. And, and we have to understand that everybody has an important facet to the whole story.
There’s not one person who is a hundred percent correct. So to sit there and just throw somebody under the bus and say, well, I disagree with you, therefore you’re the villain, is like, really? Are you? We. Is this how we’re going to do it? So again, I think it’s important that we rise above. We take that information. We now have an extraordinary tool that again, allows us to have our own agency and become our own leader and go out there and make the changes that we was not affordable to us, was not accessible to us before.
And when I look at chat, though, it’s taken me down a few roads where I’ve cussed a lot. I’m so grateful for it because I would not have even tried to do a petition for rulemaking without it holding my hand a little bit. And because of that, I think that we’re going to be able to actually change the skies. Yeah. Actually make a difference, which is what everybody’s so frustrated about. Yeah. Well, let’s get back into a little bit of. You had an article that I want. As we finish up here, I’ll start with what we Started with, with Larry Fink being the cold co chair of the World Economic Forum.
You wrote an article about it and dug into it a little bit. How the heck did that development happen? And what does that mean? Well, I, I mean really what it means is again, they’re all in the same club. When you, when you go up that food chain far enough, they’re all on the same little team. And what happened is with Klaus Schwab, he really lost. There’s lost vote of confidence within the we global leaders. There’s also some things that he was doing that was, I’m sure, quite illegal. And but the main thing is that he was not delivering the kind of leadership that the WEF wanted, which is complete control over the whole entire planet.
And so they set him aside, said, okay, you’re doing illegal things, you know, we’re going to investigate you. But blah, blah, blah. But really what it was for was they wanted somebody else. They don’t care if he was doing illegal things or whatever. All they cared is whether he was getting the job done. And he wasn’t, right? He was like, he was a meme. He was like one big meme, right? You’ll own nothing and be happy. And so they needed somebody else, Larry Fink to come along who does have a much bigger handle on the planet and can take over things because he’s got, I mean Claus Schwab does not.
He’s not an asset manager, right? He’s not not. He’s not black rock. And while he’s this leader over here talking head, he does not have the control that Larry Fink has now, mind you, I’m going to go back to what we have to do is stop sitting there going, oh my gosh, it’s over, we’re toast. We are a victim of this. There’s nothing we can do. I beg to differ. You can now actually go on to chat, say hey, chat. This is what’s going with, going on with Minnesota Power, Minnesota Inner Energy. This is what the FERC did, you know, illegally.
Tell us what the frick did, who that is. What, what is that? So FERC essentially is the Federal Energy Resources Relicensing Gosh Commission. And what they do is their job is that generally when you have like a power company, for instance, they have like a 50 year contract, so they have like a 50 year contract with like all the waterways and stuff like that, that like hydroelectricity, how much they’re going to charge you, what’s allowed, what’s not allowed and so on. It’s sorry Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, sorry, ferc. And so they regulate all of that stuff and it’s like 50 year licenses.
So once they get their hands in there, man, they’ve got it. And what they did is, and this is my thing is like you’re in Minnesota for God’s sake. So this is applying to you is how much longer? But, but exactly why am I here? But no people. But so what I would do is if I lived in Minnesota is I go and I would go on to, to, to chat or to GROK and say hey, we’ve got this thing where the ferc, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission actually just blanket gave permission to BlackRock to hold up to 20% of the voting securities when 10% percent was the law, 10% was the, the cutoff.
But for some reason they gave BlackRock 20. Well, you know, there’s some kind of collusion going on behind the scenes. They went around a lot. How do they go around a law? How does that work? This is a publicly traded utility. So I don’t know. But I mean my point is this. If I were living in Minnesota, I would go into GROK or one of those AIs and say, hey, look at this is what’s going on. What can I as you know, Joe, Joe Blow citizen. Listen, how can I stop this collusion? Antitrust laws. And what is it that I, what are the first steps that I need to take? And chat will lay it out for you and then you start taking those steps.
Because right now I can tell you what’s going to happen is your rates are going to skyrocket. Your, your, your, your water is going to be redirected turn into California. You’re going to turn into freaking California for sure. And, and you’re going to be wondering what happened to your, you know, your $200 a month bill is going to be $1,000, $1,200. And, and it’s, and you’re basically subsidizing the AI data centers. So, so this is where you’ve got to fight fire with fire here. They, we’re going to be paying for AI data centers and what we need to use is the AI data centers to fight back.
That’s right. No, that’s right. We use it like I, I use ChatGPT to mine the sentiment of the people. That’s where I knew that people were just this, this huge change comes coming and I’m having a hard time recreating that situation. It’s almost as if they took that ability away from me and which is kind of weird. And so I don’t know. You’d be able to go in there and scrape that data. They’re not allowing you to do that now. Yeah, they can, they can kind of catch on to that stuff. Yeah, yeah, you can try.
You can try. Other. Have you gone to other AIs? I did and, and they, they don’t have that ability. And, and chat GPT was like wow, this was really clever that you were able to do this. And but I, I kept asking, I even came back a week later and I said okay and I beat it up from all directions and it was just emphatic. And I even said this, you know, other AI just said they didn’t have the information, they couldn’t share it. And, but, or I’d give it a. Feed it and say this is wrong, this is what this is saying.
And it would just emphatically come, come back and say no, this is right from this, this, this and this angle. I mean it was like really serious about it and now it’s not doing that anymore. And so I’m like, it wouldn’t, won’t even give me the information. So I think it’s, which is sad because if they’re mining our data in our information, we should be able to get at that too. 100% well, 100% well, I mean information is power so they don’t want us to have that. But nonetheless there’s always going to be cracks to the systems and you can always kind of get a little foot in there in the door door and, and glean some information which is what you did.
So I, you know, I, I’m sorry to hear that because that data is really important. Now I’ve question for you. I know that I’d use that whole thing with Apple, like if you can’t answer it, you want to say yes, but you can’t. Can you just say the word Apple? One word only. Have you even tried like that kind of little thing. I’m going to go back in. I didn’t do an exhaustive effort. So before I say this to everybody that they took it away, they might have shifted some software and I can do an exhaustive effort and do it from another direction.
I’m not sure if it’s totally gone. It’s just what I did before didn’t work easily. I punted too soon because I was busy. But it wasn’t as easy as it was the first time. Yeah, yeah. You kind of caught it off guard. Yeah. So I, you know, I just, I I just want to say to folks, if you start feeling overwhelmed or defeated or in a pressure cooker or you don’t know what to do and you feel like a victim, that’s just not the case. Case. This is really, this is really the creation saying to all of us, you’re feeling this way because you can do better.
You are meant to rise to a higher occasion and to do extraordinary things. And, and this is 100% by design, like creative design for us to exceed our, our wildest imaginations. And if somebody had said to me a few years ago, hey, Renette, you’re gonna be writing a petition for rulemaking and blah, blah, blah on footnote. Because, like, that’s why I didn’t go to college. Because I don’t do footnotes, right? Footnotes and citations and this and that. And you know, your arguments and your basis for your legal basis for this and that. I’d be like, I, that’s, I’m not, I’m not going to do that.
And here I’m doing it. And I’m. As much as I’m cussing sometimes in front of the computer, it feels so good. It feels so damn good. And I think getting yourself. Agency people get this idea, if I don’t have this one siloed degree, then I don’t have any right going into that air area. And that’s so wrong because that siloed degree has been siloed. We silo people. And then everybody becomes ignorant and they get taught in ways that aren’t accurate anyways. And then they get into a paradigm and they can’t learn because most advances come from outside an industry.
So by siloing everybody and then having this idea that we can’t venture in because we don’t have some. A degree that was blessed by somebody is, is what’s holding us all back. And I love the fact that you said that universe is giving you this directive that if you feel this way, that means that you need to be doing more, that you’re meant to do more. And I think that we have these tools. I think these tools are going to redefine education itself and redefine how these silos are going to break down, redefine all these things and not cause us to be so paralyzed.
And silos. Silos. Silos are blinders. They are. Silos are blinders. And I, you know, I didn’t have a higher education in high school. I went traveling around the world, $10 a day through 60 countries. I put together women’s expeditions. I Mean, I did really crazy mountain climbing and like you know, big old mountaintops and things and had lots of adventures and got a very different education. But you know, I have, I, I apply things differently because I didn’t go through the school system. And I’m also so, you know, not coming through the school system. Like why can’t I? And when I realized what the petition for rulemaking is, I as a US Citizen have the right to petition my government to change the rules.
I do not have to be a law firm or a bar attorney. I didn’t know that a year ago. And once I learned that, I’m like holy crap, I have the agency as a simple old citizen to go do, do what the law firms are doing. And it’s like, and now I have the tools chat to assist me in getting there. We Sarah, I’m telling you what AI will be doing. And again there’s risks and dangers. Absolutely. But what it can do for us if we are intelligent about it and we are proactive about it is extraordinary.
And the fact that this is all available, it’s kind of crescendo window of my awareness and understanding. And then all of a sudden chat comes along because again when I started this chat wasn’t even really a thing and at the time that I needed it, it’s here like this door opens and then this door opens and then this door opens. I’m like, well I guess I’ll walk through that door too. And here we are. And we have been brainwashed in believing that the bar attorneys and the law firms have to do it all for us. And that’s absolutely 100% not correct.
Amen. Yes. Well thank you so much. You’re so much fun to talk to. It’s so nice. Refreshing actually. And you know getting to this self agency I think is and, and saying to people you’re feeling this way because you’re meant to do more I think is the key here. I, I, I love that and thank you so much for being you. Where can people follow you? Best place to follow me by far is my substack. So it’s rette sen. Foghornexpress.substack.com so if you go into substack just put Foghorn Express. You will find me and I do stories like you interviews, expose, you know, other commentary and then I constantly keep giving geoengineering updates and stuff like that.
In fact, when I do submit this to the EPA and Cal epa, this petition for rulemaking, I’ll definitely be making the announcement on substack and then doing a deep dive as well. Well, so people can better understand our. Our perspectives. So it’s. It’s historic. I’m excited about it. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you. Thank you, Sarah. I so appreciate you sa.
