They didn’t like that. Sheriff Bianco in Riverside didn’t like it. The judge didn’t like it. The bail bondsmen are after her all because she stood up for constitutional rights. And we’ll hear from Kathleen Snow in just a little bit. Well, I want to play a video that I didn’t get to play last week. So here we go. This has got to do with the sale of Trump stock that occurred the day before Butler, Pennsylvania. So hopefully we can get this video to roll here and we’ll see on the other side of it, by the way, this woman’s got to be a pro.

She presents this information so well. It’s amazing. She’s really quite talented woman been a Trumper. I have never voted for the guy, but I can tell you the moment that I changed about him. And that was in Butler, Pennsylvania. And it wasn’t just because of what happened there. It was because the day before, which was a Friday, the investment group that controls the assets for the Bushes and the Cheys sold every single single bit of their djt, AKA Truth Social stock. They sold every single bit of it. And then the following Tuesday, they claimed, oops, that was a clerical error.

We would like that back, please. She sounds pretty. Coincidentally, the only other time that this investment Group has sold off all of a stock was in the first week of September of 2001 and it was American Airlines stock. Very interesting, isn’t it folks? The Bush Cheney investment banking firm, twice in their history has sold all of their stock in the company. The day before Friday, the day before the assassination attempt on Trump, they sold all of their true social stock in a week before 911 they sold all their stock at American Airlines, which happen to be the airline that hit the towers on 9 11.

So very, very interesting situation there. Make things that make you go, huh? I want to talk briefly and then we’ll talk with our good friend Dave Hodges when he comes in about the lawfare from the left. Judge Boseberg is his name. You know, these judges are trying to assert their power, their influence over the Trump administration. I don’t care who’s in the executive branch of government. Judges cannot dictate the executive branch’s policies. They simply cannot interfere with the operations and the decisions and the policy making of the executive branch. And that’s what they’re doing. And this lawfare happens to be one of the few bullets the deep state, the left, the Democrats, rhinos, the puppet masters have left in their chamber.

They only have a few bullets left. You know, they gonna try to start a war, of course, but other than that, they’ve got these judges and this crazy lawfare going on. And again, I have another video to share with you. It’s about four minutes long, so let’s take a look. Well, federal judge is calling out the Trump administration and demanding more answers after it missed a deadline to provide details about that deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador. U.S. district Judge James Boasberg had requested information after ordering the Justice Department to pause deportation flights.

Those flights were being carried out under an 18th century law called the Alien Enemies Act. The DOJ had until noon yesterday to provide details about who was on those planes and why some of them apparently departed even after his order. In a three page ruling yesterday, Boasberg said that the government, quote, again evaded its obligations, adding the information provided by the DOJ shortly after the deadline passed was, quote, woefully insufficient. NBC News legal analyst Danny Savella is here to break this down for us. Hi, Danny. Okay, so if we could rewind a little bit, I want to start on this back and forth that we saw between the judge and the Justice Department over the fact that this order was first issued verbally.

Explain the importance of that. So this happens all the time at a hearing. A judge and the litigants will say things back and forth and a judge might say something, well, I’m going to order this, this and this. And I even have. There’s judges that I appear in front of who say, I’m not even going to do a written order, just order the transcript. And that’s my order. The problem is it’s not as clear as a written order which says things like, I hereby order number one, number two and number three, when you do it by transcript, you’re left kind of divining what exactly the order is.

Sometimes it’s clear, sometimes it’s not. And that’s really what the administration is seizing on. They’re saying, hey, you know, everybody said a lot of words in this transcript, but what about this is clearly in order? We say it’s not clearly in order. The real order to us was the minute order entry, which by the way is another kind of written order that just appears on the electronic case filing system. It’s not a four corners piece of paper, but it’s usually a summary of an actually filed order. So there are many different kinds of orders. The clearest one is one on paper that says, this is my order.

A transcript can be one, but it’s open to interpretation. All right, so let’s talk about where we’re at now. The judge saying, woefully insufficient. He didn’t like that. It was a six paragraph answer from the doj. Talk about why the judge says that was not sufficient. And just from a legal perspective, what’s the DOJ’s rationale? What’s their argument? The judge ordered someone to provide information and the declaration that was submitted was by someone who said, well, my understanding is that the government places plans to invoke the state secrets privilege. And that’s kind of magic legal language.

When somebody’s doing an affidavit or it’s saying something to the court that they don’t have personal knowledge of. This is a common issue. A lot of times people would submit affidavits, but litigants like me will demand, no, no, I want somebody with knowledge because there’s wiggle room, right? There’s a lack of accountability. If you have an affidavit from someone who says, well, this is what I hear, this is what I think the government’s going to do that’s not committal. And that’s what the judge is saying. This is woefully insufficient because somebody needs to execute an affidavit with knowledge and not just with knowledge, with personal knowledge.

And that’s why the judge said, go back to the drawing board. The problem, I get it, what the administration is trying to do is avoid a higher up, someone way high ranking in the chain of command to issue or to submit a declaration. They’d rather have someone more low level who you can say, well, there’s not as much responsibility there, Danny, the judge gave kind of two deadlines here, 10am today, but then also until Tuesday to decide if they’d like to invoke what’s called the state secrets privilege. How would that work? What’s that? So there’s a common law privilege.

In other words, there’s long existed a privilege where the government can invoke state secrets. They can say, well, we believe this will expose state secrets, so we have a privilege to not disclose it. The downside for the government is they’re likely going to need an affidavit from probably the agency head. And that’s again another level of commitment. That itself is a form of additional disclosure that the administration may be reluctant to engage in. But likely they will have to get someone with real authority, not just somebody who’s a low level field office rep, but somebody who may even be an agency head to commit to this state secrets exception.

Well, there you have it. Of course, that was a story presented by the mainstream media and we understand very well their skew and how they go about presenting, as Trump calls it, the fake news. But it is real. The judges, Boasberg is not the only judge who is legislating from the bench as we speak. The Trump administration deported illegals, simple as that. They’re deporting illegals. And one of the illegals is supposedly a family man in Maryland. Mr. Garcia, I don’t even know why I’m calling him mister. He’s an illegal in this country and he doesn’t belong here.

He did not enter the country at a, at a port of entry. He came in illegally. And he is an alleged MS.13 gang member. So why would we want him in this country? And why would a judge try to legislate from the bench that you can’t deport somebody when this is the policy? The executive branch and the judges should not be interfering in that at all. I spoke a little bit about Judge Boasberg and the left, the deep state, the puppet masters, they don’t have too many bullets left in the chamber.

But this lawfare is really an aggravation. It really isn’t going to slow Trump down, I don’t think. What do you say about the. The lawfare from the judges, Dave? You know, I don’t think it’s going to go away. The Supreme Court keeps slapping them down, with the exception of the ridiculous ruling on the one migrant, the MS.13 guy, that’s in the Salvadorian prison. Except for that the Supreme Court keeps saying, you guys are wrong. You’re out of your jurisdiction. You can’t do what you’re doing in terms of judicial rulings. But they keep coming back with more.

Today there was another order issued saying the 200 people you deported trump To El Salvadorian president, you must bring them back. You know, I looked at my wife when we heard that on the news, and. And she said to me, she goes, why would anyone want these gangsters in your country? This isn’t about immigration. This is about safety, national security. So it’s. It’s crazy. Let me take this another step, though. I know what Trump is doing, and I’m going to talk about this boldly and firmly because I think this will help people get behind it. He’s not just out to deport people, if you notice.

Who is he deporting? Is he deporting the busboy in the restaurant that crossed the border illegally? Is he deporting the person that mows your lawn? No, he’s not. He’s deporting ISIS. TDA, Ms. 13. And listen to me, I’ll tell you, Scotty, this is absolutely irrefutable. If I were an illegal alien, not a terrorist crossing the border, I would immediately, under the Biden administration, go seek a federal person and say, hey, I surrender. Take me into your custody. And I would get an airplane ticket to wherever I wanted to go. I’d get a hotel to put me up and my family.

I’d get free food and free medical. So why would anyone come into the country and do a left turn and try to avoid detection? Because they’re terrorists and they’re here to have their way with this country at a predetermined signal. I’ve written about this for 13 years. I said, we’re taking on these kinds of people on such a level that eventually what we’re going to have is a tet offensive where they all are coordinated on a go signal. Then they’re going to terrorize this country in great numbers. Final statement on this. I interviewed JJ Carell total of 3 times.

The last time I interviewed him, he corrected me on air and was right to do so. I said, we got 8 million of these guys that are gotaways that avoided federal assistance. Why? It doesn’t make sense. They’re terrorists. And he said, Dave, it’s not 8 million. It’s 13 to 15 million people. This is what we’re facing. We’re militarizing the border right now way above and beyond what it takes to repulse illegal immigrants coming in the country. We’re putting actual weaponry. We’re not going to massacre migrants coming into the country. That’s not our M.O. but we’ve got massive weaponry.

We’ve got spy planes up in the air. We got ships off the coast we’re preparing for battle. And I don’t know if you’ve heard of Ed Calderon and former Spec Ops by American terms. High ranking Mexican law enforcement official now living in the US said he’s afraid for his life for what he’s saying. He’s saying the cartel are protecting the Chinese that are in Mexico near the northern border. Scotty, that’s my summary of the the lawfare is treason and it’s putting all Americans at risk. Very well said as always, Dave. You know, it’s unconscionable to me that there are a number of Americans who believe these illegals should get due process, that each and every one’s case should be heard and get due process in front of a court, in front of a judge.

It’s incomprehensible. As you said, they’re leaving the bus boys and the guys washing dishes and mowing your lawn or working at the golf course. They’re not taking them off their jobs. And if they’ve been in this country and contributing, they’re taking the gangs first, the MS.13, you know, and, and the criminals that are raping and killing our women for crying out loud. Why would anyone want to bring them the 200 people back? Why? So they could commit more crimes? Rape more of our daughters and wives? Come on now. It’s just ludicrous. But you know this goes back to the number one item on their agenda.

They need a new voting class. They can’t defeat Trump or the conservatives anymore without millions of these people being here. So they’re fighting for their political lives in fighting for these illegals, aren’t they? They absolutely are. And if you notice exclusively these rulings are coming from either Biden or Obama appointed justices and you hit the nail on the head. They need the voters. In fact, I don’t know if you remember this, in the early days of Biden, illegals were crossing the border wearing Biden T shirts. Well that they stopped that because it was sending the wrong message that Biden was somehow behind it.

But these are future Democrats, there’s no question. Yeah. Oh absolutely. They are never going to bite the hand that feeds them. They’re going to vote Democrat. They’re going to vote for the guys and gals that gave them cell phones, hotel rooms and food, three squares a day, new Nikes, backpacks, all the clothing they need that they never ever had such a nice wardrobe as when they came here. You know, we were down at the border in Yuma, Dave, after Take Our Border Back event and we watched them cross the border one and all had brand new clean Nikes on.

Gee, if you’ve traipsed through the Darien Gap and you’ve come from Central or South America and you’ve gone through that jungle at the Darien Gap and you traipse through the mud and the, and the, and, and the, the rainforest and all that, how would you have brand new clean Nikes on? You would not. Yeah, exactly. And the same thing is true for Chinese migrants. And I’m seeing if I can’t pull up some. Well, I’m not going to be able to pull up here. You’re right. It’s hard getting stuff in, but you’re absolutely right, Scotty. This is an absolute invasion.

And in fact, let me describe the Chinese scenario. I, I did our weekly show with Doug Thornton. We’re going to bi weekly, I mean, not bi weekly, but twice a week now. We showed pictures that a lot of people have seen of Chinese men, no women, no kids. Their clothes were all clean, shoes in good shape. They set their satchels down by their left foot and many of them were standing with their hands clasped behind their back in military parade at rest. I grew up on military bases, so I know it when I see it. I know the body language.

These were military and they were on our side of the border. And here’s what’s really bizarre. They were handing the border patrol agents papers. What illegal immigrant has a paper? None of them. But the Chinese are here with papers. And there is a third route identified by Michael Yan. Three routes of immigration into the United States under Biden. The Pacific side route, the most, the one farthest, closest to the Pacific was almost exclusively Chinese. And they had halfway houses, resupply, feeding, resting, and then new clothes. This is why they look like they’re wearing new clothes when they cross the border, because they are.

And here’s again what Ed Calderon said. He said, the Chinese are here to do us harm. The cartels are helping to protect them, particularly on the Mexican side of the border. But the cartels are also here. And Calderon said something else that I know to be true. He said, you couldn’t have all this coming into the country, including the deadly fentanyl. He said, without high level sponsors in this country now, he wouldn’t name them. He said, for instance, if so, and so shouldn’t they get a knock on the door if they’re supporting this? And the, the person interviewing said, yes, well, why aren’t we finding out who these people are? Now Trump has made noise and said we need to investigate the finances of Congress.

Elizabeth Warren, for example, last year she made $12 million on a $200,000 salary. Mark Kelly, senator from Arizona who sold his Tesla and bought a gas guzzling, climate destroying suv. He said that basically this the same thing I, on my financial statement Kelly said I made $25 million last year, comes from China on a $200,000 salary. These people are traitors. They’re traitors. And, and then you got Chuck Schumer. Here’s another problem. You got Chuck Schumer who’s a dual citizen with Israel. I don’t care if he’s a dual citizen on the planet Mars. If you’re elected to office in the United States, you can only be a US citizen.

Otherwise we have to ask, whose interest are you really representing? Absolutely, Dave, you know they have three sources of income other than their salaries as elected officials. They make money with insider trading. We know Pelosi has been a master at that. They make money trading off favors to lobbying firms and foreign countries. So their foreign influence. We know Biden took millions and millions from China, as did his son take money from Ukraine. So they’re trading off favors with countries. And we now know Doge has identified the money they’re stealing in, in their NGOs and money laundering schemes.

So this is why Nancy Pelosi is worth $200 million? I don’t think so. On a $180,000 salary that she’s had the last decade and before that, less. How do you amass 200 million when you’re keeping up? Remember, these people have to upkeep homes in their hometown and in a place in Washington dc. So they’re supporting two homesteads and raking in millions worth millions of dollars by the time they leave Congress. There’s no explanation for it except these three sources of income. So what’s the answer, Dave? How do we stop this? Certainly we have to call them out, identify them and identify the problem first.

But how do we resolve these issues? Exposing it first to such a level it can’t be denied. And then the public rises up and demands action. Because right now, you know, my people perish because of a lack of knowledge. To quote the Bible, that’s true. Let me, let me expound on what you just said here a second ago. I have on my website and I need to recircle, recycle this. I have a picture in Mexico city of Beto O’Rourke who thinks all drugs should be legal and Nancy Pelosi walking with ex Mexican President Nieto crossing The street.

Now, let me just say, well, Nieto, why is that important, Dave? She could hang out with the next head of state. Listen to this. In the trial of Chapo Guzman, they struck this from the record because he wasn’t supposed to say this. He said, yeah, I paid NATO $100 million to look the other way so we could deal drugs. And, and here you have NATO And Pelosi and Mr. I love all drugs, Beto O’Rourke together. This is the awareness we need to raise these people. There are more criminals there. And let me just use Arizona as an example.

It’s a microcosm. We are the kingpin of corruption in Arizona. The, the voter fraud, the control of officials by the cartels. It all starts here. And when Liz Harris brought this up, they booted her out of the legislature for just saying we need to investigate. And she brought in someone to talk about it, and she was given permission by the speaker of the House to do so. But they didn’t like what he said or she said, and they, they. They gave her the boot. I tell you, my dealings here in Arizona, I’ve known people that have been legislature.

I know a couple people there. Now I’m going to tell you what some tell me. Over a third of the legislature is compromised by the cartel. Okay? And you can extrapolate that and say the rates are the same or greater in Congress. Another third or so are waiting for their turn to get the corruption. So they won’t say anything. And then the rest of them are two chicken bleeper. As I’ve asked some of them on my show that have told me what’s going on, but they won’t come on the show because they’re too afraid. Okay, but here’s.

Here’s what’s happening in Arizona. I had John Thaler on my show three times. And my research, which is small compared to his, he has 20,000 affidavits and 5,000 references in his book on this. He’s a former RICO investigator. He said, we have fake lawyers and judges that have never passed the bar. They’ve manipulated the electronic system in universities and in the bar association to get these stooges in. And they’re bribed to control judicial rulings. Like saying Kerry Lake actually lost the election when 60% of the voting machines in Maricopa county went down upon opening. Only in Republican districts, not Democrat.

Oh, but that was okay because a bought and paid for judge, a fake judge, made that ruling. But, but it gets worse, Scotty. They. They fund their bribery through cartel sponsored illegal money laundering operations tied, tied to largely the housing industry. And the profits are skimmed off and used to buy and, and bribe the public officials like the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, the election chiefs for both the county and the state, Secretary of State, the governor, and hell, the governor. This is even more amazing. The governor in Arizona has already been publicly implicated in taking a $400,000 bribe to change a health care practice.

And it was donated to her campaign that she ran against Carrie Lake. And she gets in and she makes the change that she was bribed to do. Everybody knows it. It’s been in the media and she’s still in office. So this is what we have in Arizona, ladies and gentlemen. I don’t know Congress as well as I know Arizona because I can name names, but I’m telling you it’s the same, if not worse, Dave, always on point to, to the housing fraud that’s going on. Assistant Sheriff Sean Taylor, the Millersville Police Department, he has got a seven, I believe it’s now 17 year investigation on how they’ve been using mortgage fraud.

They buy a home and then they borrow against that home. They had a 65, 000 home that they borrowed like a hundred million dollars against. They refinanced it over and over and over and there’s nobody to stop them. Why? Because they’re paying off the mortgage companies for paying off the local authorities, the judges, the police, the local businesses are involved. This spans, I think Sheriff Taylor said, fourteen states, trillions of dollars goes all the way to China, that it’s emanating at the local level. Using mortgage fraud to skim money and launder money. Dave, they’ve got 10 ways from Sunday of laundering money, don’t they? Yeah, that’s, you’re, you’re giving a little more detail about what I was highlighting there.

And although I identified the cartels as being the agents involved, they are doing so at the behest of the Chinese. And, and when you look at, you look at business in Arizona, we have these agreements between Arizona’s three of the four major universities, one private Christian, they’re not involved. But Arizona State University, Arizona and Northern Arizona University all have these sweetheart deals with the nation of China. They even teach Chinese studies, not the study of China, but Chinese propaganda to the students. There’s a big difference between learning about, you know, the Ying dynasty as opposed to the Chinese have a better way.

They’ll rule the world. They have the best technology. This is what’s being taught to our kids. And we have sister City agreements between the various cities and also Maricopa county with China. China’s our enemy. We Fang the defense minister of China in a leaked document. 2017, in a speech he made to the CCP Central Planning Committee, he said, we have to take over America because we don’t have the resources to support our population and we’re not going to cohabitate. He was calling for genocide. And he’s not the only one. If you go back to 2002, you had the previous three defense ministers in China calling for genocide against the American people.

And let me remind you, they’re behind the fentanyl coming into the country, killing 70 to 100,000Americans a year. And who are these Americans that are largely dying young American males of fighting age. Gee, why would China have an interest in making a dent in our young male population? So they don’t fight. China’s our enemy. Yet here in Arizona, you would think they’re our best friend with all the agreements we have with China. It’s incredible, Scotty. Unbelievable. You know, if you look around the country, who’s bought up a bunch of farmland? China. Yeah, China and Bill Gates.

Now they bought the port in Long beach, but Trump in his first term made him sell that back, I believe. But they still own a bunch of farmland and land around. Where are military bases? They bought up land around military bases. Some of its farmland, some of its other types of property and land. But moreover, Dave, in the 3,000 counties across America, I believe the vast majority of them at a local level, county level, school board level, city hall level, have the CCP influence. What do you say to that? Oh, absolutely. We know the CCP through cartel laundered money help support the candidacy of non paying school board positions.

Whoever heard of bribing someone to get on the school board? But that’s, that’s happening now, right now. And see what we’re looking at here. Okay, the, the child sex trafficking is part Chinese with cartel facilitation, but the childhood mutilation being taught in our schools. You don’t know if you’re a boy or a girl when you’re six and when you’re an eight, we’ll give you gender neutral drugs to change what you are hormonally and then you can decide if you’re a boy or. I mean this is nuts. But the Chinese are motivating this and they’re doing so with under the table payments to a lot of people.

Let me just share with you what this is about. This is a Maoist Cultural Revolution and If anyone knows how Mao took over in 1948, in the years following World War II, the first thing he did was try to massacre as many people as he could that he thought were enemies. But he also tried to change the culture and make it so bizarre that the people focus on the cultural issues and ignore the political change into a total genocidal democracy dictatorship. And this is what they’re doing here. This is a malice cultural revolution. What people in their right mind would advocate for cutting off the genitals of children.

I mean, no one in their right mind would do that. But it’s omnipresent in America and the Chinese are largely behind it. It’s a Maoist cultural revolution. You know, between their warped ideology and their greed for power and money taking money from the Chinese to cut kids body parts off to feed them these hormonal drugs. It’s unbelievable. And let’s not forget Dave overarching. All of this is a satanic cult, a satanic cabal that engages in not only human trafficking and pedophilia, but satanic rituals with children. As explained to me by Victor Avila, Customs and Border Agent.

Special Agent Victor Avila, who fought the cartels over the border with his partner Jaime Zapata, who perished in a shootout. Victor got out with five bullets in him, but he lived to talk about the satanic rituals he observed. And he broke down on my show and talked about this. So the, you know, there’s so much evil. It’s not just money and power. It’s evil. Evil stuff that I can only characterize driven by Satan. What do you. What. How much of this cabal do you think is actually practicing Satanism or subscribing to Satan’s. They’re Satan’s minions. How many do you think it’s a large chunk or is that a minority of them? So it’s a really good question, Scotty.

One of the things that I have found in my research on the cartel in the last three years is blatant Satanism. Blatant. They don’t go full satanic practices as they’re killing people because they want to preserve the organs to sell back to China. This is a real common practice. But they. They are very much tied to Satan. They wear Satan symbols and so forth. I think it’s safe to say if the cartels had a religion, it would be Satan. But it’s not just the cartels. I covered this last year in the curriculum at the Air Force Academy and I think they may have stopped it now with the anti DIA policies of Trump.

But they were teaching witchcraft and Satanism at the Air Force Academy. Why in the hell would you be doing that there? It’s pervasive throughout their politics, their politicians, the multinational corporations, the NGOs, Hollywood mainstream media, the music industry. Look at Diddy, look at the white parties, the satanic ritual white parties that Diddy was doing. Look at Epstein, the mutilation and drinking of Andrenochrome on Epstein Island. This is all Satan’s agenda and they are Satan’s minions. And it goes back to the Rothschilds, the rocket, the central banking families, the 13 bloodlines that have ruled the world historically are Satanic and worship Satan.

So this is pervasive throughout our society. You can see it in super bowl halftime shows. Although this past super bowl they actually countered Satan with Lamar. Lamar Kendrick actually did some anti Satan messaging and, and, and acknowledged God in his halftime show. But over the years, the symbolism in movies, in music. There’s statues on my walk here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Dave. I walk along the ocean. It’s called the Malecon. There’s statues on the Malecon. Yeah. That are very Satanic in nature. So it’s very pervasive. How do we begin to tackle this? And I think it’s impossible to remove it from society.

After all we have freedom of religion. And Satanism as a religion is, is viable to practice as long as you’re not hurting others. But with Satanism goes a lot of torture, murder, Andrenochrome, pedophilia. How do we tackle that aspect of Satanism? Well, let me go back to something you said and then I’ll bridge it into your question. You said the 13 families. Great comment. And you mentioned the, the Rothschilds for example. Okay, being having studied the Bible in this area and, and I’ve been told by people like Pastor Paul Begley and others that wear the cloth that what I’ve been talking about at conferences is now the hot topic in eschatology.

Let me read to you a phrase from the Bible. The old Testament, Genesis 6, 4. The Nephilim were on the earth in those days and also afterward. Okay, well if you go to the prior passages in verse six, we’re talking about the fallen angels where Satan rebelled with a third of the angels against God. They were cast to earth, they impregnated earth women. And so now you have hybrid fallen angels with their DNA. And listen to this again. The nephew were on the earth in those days, fallen angels. And also afterward. After what? After Noah’s flood.

Because that’s in verse five. And they Say, where the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old and the men of renown. It’s my belief that we have descendants of these fallen angels with the evil satanic genes, and they’re the ones that are behind a lot of the misery on the planet. And yes, I’m talking about the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, and then many that you’ll never hear of, but are very powerful. And then they conscript humans through bribery, you know, and, and through rewards to serve their end.

And in my worldview comes down to this. Yes, I’ll talk about the cartel and all the influences, but ultimately it’s evil versus good. And, and this is where I come down, Scotty, on this philosophically, and I’m sorry, ask me your question again. My question is how do we begin to tackle not the religion part of Satanism, but the brutal atrocities that come, that come along with Satanism. The, the pedophilia, the satanic rituals, the andrenochrome. How do we begin to remove that from society? It’s. It seems like a daunting task. Well, we’ve let it. You know, you could argue, to use a medical analogy, we have stage four cancer.

Yeah. So rooting this out is not easy. In the days of the founding father, God was honored and revered. Jesus was at the center of, of what government did. And then we started in the 60s, removing prayer from the classroom, and then we became just increasingly decadent, actually, if you want to use the right term, satanic, and it’s so pervasive right now, how could, for example, the leaders of the EU and rudder, who’s in charge of NATO, say, we’re never going to have peace with Putin as long as in power, he’s got to be dead or deposed.

Knowing that billions could die in a third world war, how could they be that depraved in nature? Well, because they’re satanic. And if they’re not direct fallen angel descendants, they’re certainly under their spell and they’re controlled by them. And this is how I conceptualize this. It’s good versus evil. The Democratic Party largely is Satanic as well. It’s not a high number of them. It’s not just the cartel, It’s. It’s also. Some of the Democrats are too. Hillary Clinton, for example, goes to LA once a month and goes to a satanic temple to do her thing. This is common, Scotty.

And if you don’t think there were satanic rituals on Epstein island, think again. There were and many of the people that went there participated. And so that to me is a long winded answer to your question. How do we get out of this? Well, we need supernatural help. From my view, it’s invoking the power of Jesus, repenting and asking for divine intervention because I believe that’s what it’s going to take. But in the meantime we got to do our part. And our part is to call out what we see and to basically ostracize them and not participate in anything that they’re doing.

For example, if you’re watching a Super bowl and if every person turned off their satanic halftime shows, they’d stop doing it because they want to make money. Yeah, Dave, I, I agree with everything you said. I also believe that we have to enact specific laws against satanic rituals. We have laws against pedophilia, but specifically satanic rituals. I don’t think there’s anything in our legal structure about Andrenochrome. So maybe we need some congressional action to write some laws specifically and then punish it heavily. You know, not nothing like great deterrence. Put a few of these people to death for crimes against humanity and it’ll, it’ll not eradicate it, but it’ll stop a good number of people who are learning Satanism.

The young youngsters that are coming into Satanism if they know the penalties for practicing the extreme parts of Satanism are the death penalty. I’m all for the death penalty for anybody who harms a child or what do you say to that? I know the pedophiles line them up and shoot them after you give them due process. Absolutely, yeah. They deserve capital punishment. What we know about pedophiles, you know, I’ll draw on my background as a psychologist. First of all, when they offend, they’ve offended against over 30 kids over a five year period on average before they’re captured.

Okay. Also too, the recidivism rate for a pedophile is about 98%. If so, if we’re not going to execute them, we damn well better castrate them. You know, David’s in our face these days. There’s an organization called mambla. I’m sure you’ve looked at this. Oh, North American Man Boy Love Association. The Boy Lovers association of North America. Exactly. Sex before 8 or it’s too late. That used to be their moniker. It’s like Right in our face. They put it right out there. And the wrong legislation has come to pass in Congress. There’s a number of Congress people have put forward legislation to lower the age of consent to 14.

They have their way. It would go the wrong way. It’d be six months old. Yeah, exactly. I know, I, I hear you. You know, I fill with rage when I hear this stuff. I do. But let me give you the immediate threat for this whole movement. And the Democrats love it. And I should mention this in fairness, 33 former Republicans are active lobbyists for China on Capitol Hill, including former speaker of the House John Boehner. It ain’t just the Democrats, people. The perverts and the traitors are on both sides of the aisle. But here’s my prediction.

Knowing what I have learned from my personal sources, Doug Thornton, Ed Calderon and so forth, we are about ready to get attacked across the country with all these terrorists in a Tet offensive style. There’ll be a simultaneous Red dawn invasion. Trump knows it. That’s why he’s militarizing the border. You don’t need, need rockets to turn back immigrants. They got rockets there. You don’t need F16s flying sorties over Mexico because you’re worried about immigrants. They’re worried about the invasion of the Chinese. And the Chinese are training the Sinaloa’s to help them. And we know last year 10,000 Chinese a month came into this country.

And we’re going to be attacked everywhere with TDA, ISIS, Ms. 13. It’s going to make Bosnia 1992 look like a picnic. Wow. It’s a, it’s a, it’s a very troublesome picture you paint, but very realistic. I don’t think there’s anything you’ve said today that’s not happening or realistic potentially to happen. And all this attack from all sides, Chinese on our border, Satanists amongst us, the cartels killing our men with drugs, it’s, it’s really a problem. You know, Dave, I do understand from my sources that the military and Homeland Security and some guys who are actually out saving kids, that we have military now on the other side of the border that are, I don’t know how else to put it, tangling ass with the cartels that we have American military that are now hell bent on taking out these cartels.

Is the military the only way that the cartels. I believe it is. Let me say this. It’s Delta Force that’s there and you’re right. But I’m going to say something else with the Jalisco new, new generation cartel, the CJNGs. Do you know who’s really running them now in terms of militarization? It’s X special op military from America that have been bribed to do so. That’s scary. So they’re, they’re obtaining from China all this exotic weaponry and these spec op guys are training the Sinaloa’s and the, and the CJNGs on how to use it. This is scary.

Let me tell you how advanced they are. If they want to take you out in your home, you’re not going to be able to call for help. They have digital repression. They can stop landlines, cell phones with their electronics, when they approach a home, take out the cameras, they can do it all by electronic frequency. And then you’re on your own. You better be well armed and better be able to fight. And this is how much of a threat that these people pose to us. You know Dave, three or four years ago I was sitting in a bar here in Puerto Vallarta with a friend and he introduced me to a Mexican gentleman and he was a real gentleman who had supposedly left the cartel.

But he admitted to me, you don’t really, it’s like the CIA, you never really leave the CIA. Once you’re CIA, you’re always CIA. And he said, once your cartel, you’re pretty much always cartel. Because if they want to recruit you back into action and to do missions, specific things, they will. But he was inactive at the time that I met him. He wasn’t working actively other than I think dealing small time drugs to his friends and family. But be that as it may, I asked him a question. Tell me about the technology and weaponry that the cartel is using.

Is it as advanced as our military and as technology that would be synonymous with Silicon Valley. Do they have top tier technology, the cartel? He said absolutely, they can afford, from what I understand is yes and no. They don’t have the rocket propelled devices on AI drones. That’s probably the biggest difference. Yeah, we do have some military superiority over them. That’s what I’ve heard, Dave. I’ve heard the same thing. They just don’t have militarily. And our intel is better than theirs because our satellites are better than what the Chinese allow them to use. The Chinese aren’t allowing to use their entire satellite structure because they need it for defense and don’t want the technology out there.

But they do give their second tier to the cartel and it’s not as good as what we have. So in other words, an F16 will detect another plane before it detects the F16. Just for example. Got a little slice of Mexico going on right here. There’s a car outside my living space that is Blasting music. I don’t know if you can hear it in the background, but it’s pretty loud. A little taste of Mexico. I hear it now. Yeah, I hear that. Yeah. Very, very. They, they like their musical loud here and they routinely drive around with the trunk open and the doors open and speakers just lasting.

But in any event, Dave, what’s the future of cartels versus our military? Is, is a all out war inevitable? Now we know there’s some operations going on now, as you said, some Delta Force, but they have Delta Force former special ops guys leading their cause. Their charge is it military war. We’re going to see to get rid of the cartels. We’re going to have to do it via the military, aren’t we? I think first will come the blatant terrorism across the country like a Tet offensive. Then I believe we’re going to see some kinetic military action at the border and those troops that are there are going to be in peril.

It’s the cartel protecting the Chinese troops that are there. The cartel will probably be support forces, but I think we’ll be engaging the Chinese for the most part. It’s, it’s, it’s interesting. Trump is hitting China so hard. Their economy is staggering from the tariffs and it’s because Trump is trying to take away their ability to resupply in great number. And Trump knows what’s going on at the border, I guarantee you. So we’re going to see different actions take place. You know, I hate to sound like Debbie Downer, but we have member 13 to 15 million got aways.

If just 100th of them are going to be used against us, they could attack in every major city. They can go athletic events, movie theaters, schools, shopping malls, and they can do it simultaneously. And I would say this, why do you think they passed out cell phones to every migrant coming into the country? Yeah. Now, Dave, you’ve mentioned the term Tet offensive a couple of times. And for those that don’t know, it’s very significant and synonymous. It was a major escalation in one of the largest military campaigns of the Vietnam War. The Viet Cong and North Vietnamese People’s army of Vietnam launched a surprise attack on 30 January 1968 against the South.

The forces of Vietnam, South Vietnam, the army of the Republic of Vietnam and the United States Armed Forces and their allies. It was a surprise attack against military and civilian command and control centers throughout South Vietnam. So if you transpose that and overlay it on America, the Tet offensive looks pretty Ugly, doesn’t it, Dave? It does, but this will be much larger than a TED offensive. And they used a truce to camouflage what they were doing. And they even captured the U. S. Embassy in Saigon. For a while, they didn’t think that they were going to win.

But this was in 1968, when Lyndon Johnson was lying to the American public and saying, we’re winning the war in Vietnam. It won’t be long until we can pull out. And the. The Viet Cong and the North Vietnamese army wanted to show what a liar Johnson was. That was the motivation behind the attacks. They attacked every capital in every province in South Vietnam in the same hour. When was that, Dave? 1968. Oh, that was the Ted offensive I just talked about. Okay. Yeah. A little more detail behind it, and we’re going to see the same. We’re gonna see.

Well, let me go back four years. Four years ago, Doug Thornton was in charge up in Portland. He was a homeland security supervisor. And they were fighting against Antifa. During that time, it made the media that three large weapon caches were found across the country. I think one was Kentucky, one was Florida, I forget the third. And Doug and I were talking. He was coming on my show then under an assumed name because he was still active in dhs. We called him Wrecker. And I said to Doug, I said, doug, I don’t think this is Antifa’s mo.

And he goes, it’s not. He goes, this is China. He called it four years ago. We have weapons caches set up across this country right now for the Chinese who have infiltrated into the country, that they’ll have plenty of access when they need it. Interesting. And he’s going to pan up a little so his face isn’t hiding. There he goes. That’s strange because, you know, it doesn’t do that on Zoom. I, I’m right in the middle. Yeah, Zoom and Stream Yard are a little different. Interesting. I am having trouble playing videos on Stream Yard that I don’t have on Zoom. I really don’t understand. I don’t understand why. But in any event, Jack. Well, welcome back. What’s top of mind? What are you writing about in the world of finance this week? It’s funny how I got tapped to be this financial guy, I guess maybe because I have an MBA and got interested in it and wrote articles about it because I wanted to say things that people weren’t saying.

Right. So anyway, it’s like when you understand something, you want to talk about it. But yeah. So in the world of finance. Well, I mean, we can start off with this is probably the, the worst beginning of a presidential, you know, situation with a new president in the history of the United States. In terms of economics, the US Is in really bad shape at the moment. We saw $11 trillion wasted or wiped out basically from the stock market over the course of the last several months. And we see it continues. The markets are in turmoil, especially the bond market, which is losing confidence around the world.

And if we look at the picture with a broad picture right now about reserve currencies or currencies that people go to when they want to be safe, we see that the US Is down to number four now. And we’ve got the Swiss franc and strangely enough, the Japanese yen is number one and the euro above the US and the euro is nothing. It’s, it’s junk. And so anyway, of course, these are comparisons of everybody in the same toilet bowl, as people like to say. But regardless, the US Dollar has broken through its long traditional support and is now heading towards the 90s.

It typically runs above 104 and those are just relative numbers with respect to the rest of the currencies in the world. But regardless, it’s a, it’s been a long time above 104 and now it’s dropping. What does that mean for the consumer? That means that the dollar is losing purchasing power. It means it’s moving towards not being the world’s reserve currency. In fact, that was a Market Watch article title that I had laid out here. The US Dollar’s role as the de facto global reserve Currency is looking increasingly uncertain. Well, we know that that’s the plan because the US Dollar is being destroyed.

Now, unfortunately, you know, maybe the big guys have this grand belief that we’ll all be inside of a digital currency system. A monetary surveillance represents a currency, but is in fact not, it’s a substitute, it’s a credit. And you get credits just like they do in this, in the, in China, you know, social credits. So I think that what we could say right off the bat, Scotty, is that the dollar is declining and the amount of destruction is leading to higher inflation. That’s going to get worse. The bottom line is misery. Americans in the middle class are already in a bad position.

They’re defaulting on loans. Their credit score, there was an announcement that the credit scores are declining across the United States and especially people that have student loans, they’re delinquent, they can’t make these payments. And I think everybody is feeling it. I know, personally, I feel it. I see it every day. The price of food is just fantastic. And that’s not going to get any better. So we’re really in the midst of a war. The war is on the middle class. And, and, and I’ll let you speak since I don’t want to just stand here and talk.

No, I, I appreciate it. So indeed, we both understand Trump is trying to crash the Federal Reserve System. And it’s not pretty and it’s going to get worse before it gets better. The question is how will it get better? When will it get better, if it’ll get better, and I believe it will. We may see things a little differently on that end, but I do see some very tough times that we’re going to go through. Dark before light. And everything Trump is doing is by design. It’s not a short term overnight fix. But the tariffs and the, the what’s happening with the bond markets, these are all meant to crash.

The Federal Reserve dollar. The world reserve currency’s gotta go and fiat money system has got to go. Jack, I want to show you an article that I thought really caught my attention. I want to get your opinion on this. So A T chain in China debuted on Nasdaq and it’s doing quite well. Why? I don’t never understood this. Why do we let Chinese retailers list their stocks on nasdaq, the North American Stock Exchange? Why? Why is that? Do you understand the thought process behind letting a Chinese company list on Nasdaq? I don’t know their thought process.

I know that studied it only tiny amount. But I do know that There was a period of time when the, there was a lot of noise to get them off because they, the Chinese are really, you know, interesting people. They’ll produce and can do so legally in their own country. A company that is worthless and then build fake information around it that supports its wealth, and then they’re allowed to take it out and put it on the US Stock market. And that was done in en masse. I don’t know. It seems like it may be even more 10 years ago that I saw, they really did a big house cleaning trying to get some of that out of there.

But I have no idea why they would allow that to continue. I mean, the Chinese historically put fake companies up and they steal a lot of money through the stock market and then they vanish or they continue to stay alive, just puffing up a piece of vapor like, you know, sort of like a tulip. And I can’t, I can’t answer to that. It seems so counterintuitive that Trump is fighting China with tariffs and imposing reciprocal tariffs. In fact, I think he put it at 140%, they’re at 125%. But why would you fight them on that front and then allow them on this front to list a Chinese retailer, a tea chain on the stock market? It doesn’t make any sense because they bring no value.

The T chain is not in the United States. It brings no value. It’s not like this is a Chinese company that’s making chips that are in all our computers or manufacturing drugs that Americans use. This is a two chain. I, I just don’t get it. It’s counterintuitive. And I think this practice, particularly with the Chinese, needs to stop. Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange, nasdaq, the small market cap companies, even. There are a lot of small market cap companies that are outside the US that are listed on the penny stock sheets. I just don’t get it.

Would it, I guess it would take legislation from Congress to undo this, wouldn’t. It doesn’t take legislation from Congress to do a lot of stuff that he’s supposed to get legislation to do. So, you know, if he had a problem with this, he would simply just say, we’re not going to do that anymore. Write an executive order and then let the chips fall. And that’s, you know, what he has been doing previously. I don’t know. I don’t think that there’s any meaningfulness that we can obtain from this, except that this is a, basically a psyop, the entire operation.

And I Think it’s designed to throw off everybody’s proper thinking. And it certainly has done a nice job with that for most people. I know he’s, you know, when we talk about going back to the markets in the US currency and you think it’ll be a soft landing, but that when you destroy the middle class, there’s no soft landing. It, it wipes out all of their assets, it wipes out their ability to maintain their current state of existence. It wipes out their ability to even buy food. And you know, most people in the cities, for example, have three days worth of food max, no water at all.

Those people are going to be hit hard at the beginning. I don’t like to predict population downsize, but that’s all this can lead to. Now if we wanted to have a soft landing, we would raise interest rates right now. Then we would begin an austerity program where we cut back on debt, we have to reduce the amount of debt we’re spending. Dollar would begin to climb back up in its purchasing power which would make it strong again. And then while that was happening, then an engineered solution to move into a commodities back dollar and eventually eliminating completely the Federal Reserve, we never hear a word about that idea.

We hear Trump trying to get rid of Powell right now and I think that’s a lot of theater. But he’s saying that if he doesn’t lower interest rates, which is destructive to the dollar, you know, Trump is going to try to see if he can fire him. And he’s uttering things like I can’t wait to be out of here. The mainstream media is freaking out that the President’s getting involved. You know, the autonomy is supposed to be there between the Federal Reserve and the executive branch of government. But I want to clarify something. I do not believe there’s going to be a soft landing.

I believe there’s going to be some very dark days. It’s on the other side of that, let’s call it a year from now, 18 months from now, after the crash and burn and a lot of wealth wiped out and destroyed. No doubt, no soft landing. It’ll be a crash. I do believe the plan on the other side of this that’s been exposed to me by white hat people is to rehydrate the middle class, rehydrate the world in various ways that I’m not going to talk about here because I have an NDA and I can’t really express them.

They do have to do with asset backed currencies and sovereign wealth funds and this money that Doge Trump has said he’s going to get every dollar back. The mission of Liberation Day was extraction of the money from the deep state, the central bankers, the politicians and the NGOs that stole all of our money through USAID and the various money laundering schemes. So I do believe, I do not believe in a soft landing. I believe a lot of crashing and burning. Which leads me to the next question, Jack. What, what’s going to happen to people’s money in the bank, in the stock market when this thing goes down, when the Fiat system crashes? Well, and you know, I know that you didn’t say you believe in a soft landing, but what I’m trying to say though is there’s a way to do this without having to see a lot of people lose their lives.

And that’s what we’re going to see here. The same way there was a way to prevent people from getting the flu rather than to pretend it was called Covet and then issue bioweapons in the form of lethal injections. But as far as their money right now in the stock market and in their bank accounts, it’ll become worthless. I mean, it’ll still exist. You can put your hands on cash if you can find somebody to buy your stock and you can use it for something. I mean, but after a while, it’s not going to buy any, you know, anything.

So most people will go through all their assets really quickly. People with something that they have that’s, that’s valuable will be able to sell that. And there will be many, many, many vultures waiting to pick up all the prime stuff. And, and then once they’ve done gone through that money, then, you know, they’re going to be on the streets and on the streets looking for a handout. And of course, that’s when the government comes to the rescue and offers them a trade off. And I, I mean, this has been predicted so long and so hard that it’s, to me, it’s just so obvious, it’s unbelievable.

But you’re right, it’s been a long. I mean, I knew 12 years ago they were working on crashing the Fiat system. I also want to interject, I have been told from my sources that the reason they do not want a soft landing, you know, after all, everything that Trump is doing is run by the military. Trump is working for the military. It’s a military plan. And they believe there’s going to have to be casualties of war, collateral damage in the crash. But the reason they don’t want a soft landing is they want to wake the sleepers up.

How do you wake people up if you don’t hit him over the face, slap him in the head and hit him where it hurts? And that’s in the pocketbook. Is it a good idea to wake him up that way? Bad idea that people die? I don’t know. But the military white hats that I talk to and those that are connected to the treasury say we cannot have a real soft landing because we got to wake people up. The only way to wake them up is in their face. And that’s what we’re going to do. And collateral damage is necessary.

We shall see, certainly. But what are you doing to hedge against Jack, I think we talked about this last week. You’re buying silver and, and are you into gold and silver and certain cryptos? Yeah, I’ve been buying gold and silver, but not, but mostly silver since somewhere around 2005. I started buying silver after self educating myself as much as I could about what our financial system was about. I mean, basically just started with the financial system, then I worked my way into World War II. And when I got a handle on what really happened there, I came back and understood the, what I think is the, the way to salvation here.

But that, that doesn’t preclude you. You get hurt in this from raging crowds or out of control governments or, you know, so on and so forth. But yes, I have gold and silver. I have, I have a, a small subset of cryptos. I don’t think cryptos. Now, when that’s something I want to differentiate from my thinking cryptos, there’s such a thing as a cryptocurrency. And then there are crypto tokens and, and then, you know, they’re crypto technologies and the technologies generally run on their own tokens, but they can run on others, like many can run on Ethereum.

But the thing is though, those technologies are separate in my mind from the currencies. I don’t think the currencies are worth anything and I don’t like them. And I think that they’re dangerous. And I think they, in a real world, in a free world, without malevolent governments with their ideas of a digital banking system, the currency would be something you would use to personally privately transact across borders or however you want in your own private world, do whatever you want with it. But in a situation where there’s no privacy in these currencies, there’s no intrinsic value at all.

So you, you have a digital surveillance system built into the currency itself, and then that is not actually money because it has no value. It is a credit means that you can take it and you can trade it for something. If someone’s willing to give you something real for your digital credit, or if they’re willing to swap something digital for you, you know, for you, you might buy a digital character of some kind, I don’t know. But regardless. But the technologies I think are pretty amazing. And in a free civilization, you know, these technologies will, can and have already improved privacy and anonymity.

And that’s why they’re so dangerous to governments and the controllers that we see control controlling the world today. And that’s why I don’t expect them to persist. There’s so many of them, by the way, there’s so many wonderful technologies. They cannot all survive. They’re all dollar based at the moment. And when the dollar goes away, how are we going to price them? Well, we’ll have to price them in something else. And then that’s when the government says, well, I tell you what, there’s nothing else. There’s only this digital thing that you now can use to buy and sell and it has some sort of value.

Like me, my intent of them might buy a gallon of milk or whatever and it’ll be associated with that kind of pricing system. But outside of that on the black market, you know, they’ll be priced in gold, silver, corn, foods, whatever things that people need and are valuable. So I think that, you know, I have a minimal amount of cryptos in hopes that some one or two of them will explode in price just like did bitcoin did at one time. And then I can take those and buy more physical things so that, you know, when the time comes to live off the grid or away from the digital banking control system, matrix grid as Catherine Austin Fitz calls it, then you know, I’ll have something to start with.

And if we don’t all get together, those of us that have something to start with and, and go around the mess, then we have no hope but to live in a prison just as sophisticated as the one that Trump’s trying to send Americans to in El Salvador. And it’s a miserable thing to think that your own world is a prison. But with this idea of the digital banking system along with real ID that now comes, you know, alive for us in May, which they’ve been baby step into this Bolshevik idea since 2005 and they finally got it so that people have forgotten all the negative things that people said about it at the beginning.

Most people, when you ask them about Real idea. They don’t even know what it means. And Americans don’t know anything. I see British people being told by their police that by asking a person who’s speaking to you if he would please speak in English, that can be considered a hate crime in England now, you can’t criticize your government anymore in England and in Australia and Canada, you go to jail. And, and that’s they Communism. It’s not even socialism. It’s. It’s Marxism and communism. It’s Saulinsky rules for radicals. Right? Yep. Absolutely. And those people, you know, people know that the white race is already under attack.

And those people deserve what they’re getting. They cannot do anything but commit suicide. And they seem to be doing it, you know, on purpose. Like, we’ll take whatever you give somebody to ask somebody to speak in a language that you can understand, since you can’t. Whatever they’re speaking in now is a hate crime. Come on, guys. I mean, this is Orwell times, you know, 6 million. I was told last night this real ID law that Kristi Noma’s been talking about, she’s excited about it. Oh, yeah, you’re going to include a gold star on your government id.

Hey, wait a minute. Wasn’t there a yellow star in Nazi Germany? Yeah. What is the symbolism with a gold star? I don’t, I don’t get why Kristi Noem and the Trump administration is all for this real id. It is a constitutional nightmare. I dare say it is unconstitutional. And we don’t need to have such symbolism interjected into society. My grandfather survived the Holocaust. He wouldn’t have a gold star on anything he owned if he was alive today. So, yeah, it’s crazy, Jack. Now you write a lot of articles and create a lot of videos. Where can people find them? The world that we live in, you know, basically through the actors that they choose. I mean, it’s going to be just. Everything’s different now that Amazon controls everything. But that particular space plight is just out of. Just ridiculous. The director’s name is not coming to me. He’s passed away. But he sat on his deathbed. Broccoli. What’s that? I thought you were talking about James Bond. Go ahead. No, no, he’s. He’s a famous director. His name just escapes me now. But he said the moon landing wasn’t real. I directed that scene. It was a scene. Stanley. Stanley Kubrick.

We don’t agree necessarily on what’s going to happen after the crash and after the stock market and the Fiat system comes down. But in any event, Jack’s a great asset to the show and we appreciate him.

Well, our next guest is a fugitive of sorts. This is a woman that understood her constitutional rights and exercised them in a court of law. She’s a woman on the run from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, the judges and even the bail bondsmen. They all certainly appear to me to be abusing power and using the law against this woman that simply used her constitutional rights to stand up for herself. And this is a very interesting story. Producer Mark brought it to me, and as soon as I read it, I said, we’ve got to have her on the show.

So I’m going to bring her in now. If I can get back to my screen. There we go. Welcome to the show, Kathleen Snow. Hello, Kathleen. Nice to meet you. Scotty. Thanks for having me. I appreciate it. Oh, no, thank you. You have a fascinating story. It’s, it’s really one of a kind. There are a lot of people in jail that have been. Lawfare has been used against them. I can think of Tina Peters, the Colorado County, Mesa County, Colorado clerk. She certainly had a bunch of lawfare. And from the sheriff’s office to the judges to the Secretary of state, framed her up real good.

And have a 69 year old gold star mom in prison now for nine years. I just learned the other day of a triple amputee. I’m gonna have him and his representatives on the show. He’s in jail for building a wall. They objected. The four people got together, including Steve Bannon, and built a section of the wall in New Mexico on the border. It was funded by their GoFundMe account. They raised $20 million which was stolen. And then they raised another 20 million, went and built the wall and they tried to go after Bannon. It didn’t work.

They tried to go after the other two people, but they got the veteran of war triple amputee. He is sitting in jail right now. They charged him with stealing funds. Now nobody who controlled the funds said he stole them. This is lawfare. Just as your situation with that backdrop, I want you to tell us your story that comes out of Riverside County. You were pulled over for a minor traffic violation. Take it from there. Just to give you a little background context, you know, this started there’s. Because there’s so many different angles to my story, what’s going on.

It’s kind of multifaceted. But I originally, as I found out what was going on, I had followed up and put land patents on our property up in Idlewild, which is a little town. And we had built a house on this property and it’s land patented with federal land patent. And I had sent a letter to the sheriff of Riverside county because I had challenged the bank on the their own, the fact that they don’t have a contract with us for the mortgage. And these are things people may or may not know about, but all mortgages are fraudulent.

So I challenged them on that and I challenged them on the fact that they didn’t actually lend anything of substance to us for the loan that we built our house with. And so in the process of challenging them and going through the steps and defaulting them, etcetera, I filed a criminal complaint because apparently Trump set up a consumer protection arm or branch at the U.S. district Attorney’s Office that I could file a criminal complaint at. So I. I did the whole criminal complaint and the statement of facts and my exhibits and my points and authorities, and I sent that out to the.

The district attorney, the U.S. district attorney, the. To JAG and to the DOJ. And so this big criminal complaint I did, I sent a letter to the sheriff of Riverside County, Chad Bianco, noticing him that I had filed a criminal complaint because they were going to try and unlawfully seize our house. And in that lawful notification, I challenged him to do his constitutional duty, which would be to protect our rights to our, you know, on our private property. He received that on April 17th. I have the proof in the green card, the certified green card that I received back.

He received that on April 17. On April 18, driving along, minding my own business with my husband. We were pulling into a gas station actually, to use the restroom. Sheriff’s car comes up real right up on us with lights. The sheriff deputy walks up to my door and starts shouting and jerking on my door. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. And I was like, what? You know, And I cracked the window. And he goes, I have a warrant for your arrest. And I said, for what? And he. He continued. He pulled out a big weapon that he was going to break the window if I didn’t get out of the car.

And I looked at my husband and I said, this must be retaliation for the letter I wrote, because it was the very next day, from the day that the sheriff received this lawful notification letter that I sent him. So the sheriff, I didn’t want him to break my car, so they. I got out of the car. When he promptly arrested me, they also forcefully removed my husband and put him in a different car, cuffed. And they took. Took me to. He took me to a satellite office, just me and him there. And he. He never told me why they arrested me, never read me my rights, never showed me a warrant.

These are all things that, you know, you’re supposed to have constitutionally, and I didn’t have any of that. And then they went and booked me into jail. They left my husband in the middle of the desert there with his phone only and took our car. These are very basic constitutional rights that they overlook. So. So simple stupid that they look so foolish in doing so. Totally agree. It’s. It’s. It’s really quite appalling, actually. I really have. After you get on the other side of this and see from the inside what they’re doing, you Know, there’s the Riverside county sheriff.

He is in charge of a 20,000 person crime syndicate. Really, it’s, it’s, you know, there’s a reason they’re the third most corrupt sheriff’s department in the nation next to LA and Chicago. And this remind our audience that Sheriff Bianco in Riverside county is the same sheriff that had Van Miller arrested and said he stopped the third assassination attempt of Donald Trump. That Ven Miller was at a rally to assassinate Trump producer Mark and I know Vem Miller very well, we both spent time with him and he’s hardly went to a Trump rally to do anything but root Trump on support him.

He didn’t go to assassinate him. And it’s just a, a made up crime, I believe, and I haven’t talked to or had Bianco on the show, I hope to do so. I believe this is all politically motivated because he’s now running for governor. Back to you. Yeah, well then he can have an even bigger crime syndicate with the state government. Right. He, he also, he goes around and speaks at all the churches in Riverside county talking about what a constitutional sheriff he is. And I just want anyone who thinks that he is, he is, not at all.

So they took me back to a small satellite office and they wrote up a hundred thousand dollar bail on me. And I didn’t find out what the charges were until I was released because my husband then had to bail me out by, to do that. We’re like in our 60s law abiding citizens, you know, so we have no experience with any of this stuff. So he had to figure out how to get me bailed out. Fortunately, we’re good friends with our interim acting governor Doug Heisel here in California, who I understand you interviewed recently too. Yes.

So he helped my husband find a bail bondsman. So they get me out of jail because I knew I couldn’t defend offense. I was stuck, you know, in jail and they actually, once we paid the bail, posted bail, they still didn’t let me out of jail for another 11 hours. And so I’m sure this was to teach me a lesson, I guess. You know, it’s interesting all of this process. You learn as you go and once you look back you can see what was going on. But as it’s happening at the time, it’s completely, you know.

They sure showed you, didn’t they? They’re gonna show you. Yeah. Boy, did they show you. Just sit in jail another 11 hours. Exactly. Yep. So I was there for like a day and a half, you know, and they took me in shackles and transported me to a second jail. And it was pretty awful experience, for sure, and it was expensive. So once we got out. Once I got out, I immediately filed on the court case. There’s. There’s more to the story, but I’m just giving you sort of the bare bones. But I filed a notice of special appearance on the court case, which became two court cases because the one was the.

You were correct. The first time I got pulled over by a highway patrol, that was a minor traffic infraction, which never actually ended up in the case at all. They made it into something else. But I don’t want to lose my train of thought here. I filed a notice of special appearance, thinking, okay, well, that should dismiss the charge here, whatever this charge is and what it’s for. Basically, they arrested me for. They pulled me over and arrested me for resisting arrest. I mean, what is that? That’s. It’s impossible. It’s bizarre. And when they did let me out of jail, interestingly enough, and I have this all on film, him telling me he had a warrant for my arrest when he pulled me over.

When they let me out, they gave me a piece of paper that said this arrest was not authorized by an arrest warrant. So what they do is they take any sort of failure to appear, a bench warrant, which is just a failure to appear, and they call that an arrest warrant. But that’s not a constitutional arrest warrant prepared according to the fourth and fourteenth amendments. You know, there was no probable cause, there’s no crime. There was nothing going on. You know, so anyway, sticking his toes on the line. He’s sticking his toes over the line thinking, well, these people just don’t know anyway.

They don’t know any better. Yeah. And they won’t fight back because it’s very intimidating. It’s very intimidating. Sure. So I. Interesting. So then, you know, the corruption continues with the court. They’re all in bed together. They completely ignored my notice of special appearance and, in fact, didn’t even file it in the court minutes with the appropriate name, that it was a notice of special appearance, challenging jurisdiction. And, you know, the. The precedent and court case precedent for once you challenge jurisdiction, nothing can move forward until jurisdiction is proven. But they never even wrote it in as that.

They just put correspondence and ignored it completely. So I filed all kinds of stuff. I went. The first time I went into court, the judge shushed me and wouldn’t let me talk at all. So I asked for a continuance. And that’s when I went the second time and refused. I didn’t want to joinder with the all caps name with legal fiction. You know, I’m not playing the game and know how it works in there. I know what goes on in there. And so the judge threatened me that if I didn’t either appear with an attorney or as the defendant, because I didn’t appear as the defendant, I appeared as a third party intervener for the defendant because I had the defendant, the birth certificate in my hand.

She said if I didn’t appear one of those two ways that she would issue two bench warrants and forfeit my one hundred thousand dollar bond. And she gave me some time to think about it. So I left for 15, 20 minutes until she recalled me. And then I proceeded to not, I didn’t do what she wanted to do, which really frustrated her. And she tried to get me to tell her my name and she tried to, you know, I said, I’m not going to be railroaded into being something I’m not. And this all got recorded. Somebody in the courtroom recorded all this and both of my appearances.

I have witnesses who will sign affidavits as to what happened. But I, I got a hold of a recording of it online. It was a little garbled at first, but we’ve had it cleaned up. But you can clearly see that what she does is she concludes the matter and clears the courtroom all in the same sentence. Because I defeated her. She didn’t. She had never had anybody do this to her and so she had to run out of there. So I was, when I left, she did. She issued the two bench warrants and forfeited the bail bond.

And so when I left I thought, am I going to get arrested posted right here and now? But I didn’t, I left. And so then about a week later I decided, well, actually the next day I checked, I called a different bail bonds company and asked them to check and see if warrants were actually issued. Because I thought was that just a threat because she had a full courtroom and she didn’t want everybody to, you know, see what’s going on or what. And I called just another bail bonds company to have them check on my case numbers.

And they said, no, these cases don’t show active and there were no warrants, you know, attached to them. I was like, oh, okay, interesting. That must have just been a threat. So then about a week later, I wrote for the minutes and when I got a copy of the minutes in the mail, I was appalled and amazed because she had Fabricated the whole second half of our interaction. You know, she had threatened me and given me a break, and then she recalled me and she fabricated the whole thing to make it look like she’d set another court date.

And the court date she had set was the day I got a copy of the minutes and saw that there had been a court date, because she didn’t do that in front of me at all. She didn’t, you know, establish another court date or anything. So now she’s committed felonies by totally perjuring the record. It. It wasn’t even what actually happened. I have a recording of what actually happened, and then you look at what she had written down in the minutes. So this whole thing is just like, is this really happening? It’s just. It’s like a.

It’s like somebody wrote the story, right? Like a fiction, you know, as you’re talking. Sometimes I associate stories with music I’m hearing. George Benson. George Benson, the song Masquerade. Because this is a. A real masquerade they’re playing. Are we really happy here in this lonely game we play? Lost in a masquerade, said George Benson. So this is crazy talk. And so it is. I can’t even your bail right now. Well, so the way. And again, look, as you learn, you learn as you go, right? So right when. When they. When she forfeited the bond, what they do.

Because the bail bonds guys were in on the whole thing too, you know, they’re all working together with the cops and the courts and they got such a sweet gig going. So they. What. What the court does is the court forfeits it on the record, but they give them six months to get me back in there because the judge wants another bite at me. Obviously she didn’t like the fact that I defeated her and she couldn’t do anything to me. How dare you? How dare you use your constitutional rights. Exactly. How dare I tell her I know how this works in here and I’m not going to be railroaded into this, you know, so.

So I spent the first couple months kind of with. Staying with friends and stuff close to home here. And then the bail bonds guys called and said, well, we’re going to have to start bringing you in. So I split. I left. I. I’ve been. I went left out of state for. And. Because I knew the six months would be up on a specific date in February, the first week in February. And so if I could just get past that, then the bail bonds people have to pay the 100 grand to the Court. You do not look like the target of any bounty hunter that I’ve ever seen.

You are not the target of a. You are not the face of a fugitive, that’s for sure. Thank you. And again, not knowing, you know, what they’re gonna. How this all works, but I just don’t want to go back in there. I already did my. I. I appeared, you know, and that was what I agreed to do. I agreed with the bail bonds company that I would appear on my court date, and I appeared. And the fact they’ve made it seem as though I didn’t. And the minutes show that, you know, they kind of say I did, but they kind of say I didn’t.

But then they set a new date that I definitely couldn’t appear at because I had no notice of it. Yeah, I read that in your story that you got. The day of your court date. You got the notice. Yeah, exactly. And it wasn’t even from them. It was the fact that I had ordered minutes from the. The, you know, two weeks prior as to. So I’d have a copy of the minutes to see, you know, never. Never for a minute thinking they would be fabricated. Wow. Yeah. So. So then. Yeah. What’s happened since then? And because we.

We’re. We’re living on our land here in San Diego county, and we have it all fenced and all the appropriate no trespassing signs with all the information, Title 18, Section 241, 242, will press charges. You know, these are crimes. Even government agents can’t come on our property without our permission. You know, we have it all really written out. And in 2022, I sent a letter to the sheriff in San Diego county letting them know that our property is private land, Pat. It’s federal land, patent property, and they can’t come on here and blah, blah, blah. So three weeks after the bond is forfeited, the bail bonds guys come get me.

Three weeks after it’s forfeited, and they don’t realize it’s forfeited, apparently, you know, and they arrest me and haul me off again to jail. And we called the sheriff. My husband called the sheriff, and the sheriff let him do it. So we. When I got to the jail, they were looking at me like, the bond’s already been surrendered. And I’m like. I know. They were like, what are you doing? You know, so they sent me home. But again, it’s a whole nother terrible experience. So. So what I’ve done since then is I filed suit in the district court and I’m going to go after the sheriffs and the bounty hunters here in San Diego County.

So now I get to mix it up with the San Diego sheriff as well as the Riverside county sheriff. So the plot, you know, thickens and continues. This truly all sounds like a criminal syndicate working against you. It totally maybe involves the bail bond company and. Yeah, the judge and the sheriff. You know, we know other situations with Bianco, and I don’t think you’re the only lawsuit the man has got on his. Well, I don’t have a lawsuit against him yet. He hasn’t got his. Yet. But the. But the bail bonds company, you know, we. I sent them the facts that I appeared per my agreement with them.

I sent them a copy of the recording and that I have affidavit witnesses that’ll vouch for me, that I was there, that I appeared, but they didn’t care at all. They just read the minutes. They believe it. They don’t. The way it operates is the rules are for all of us, but they can break laws and rules, you know, with impunity. Because nobody rules for thee, but not for me, those who make it. Yeah, yeah. None of them. Nobody holds them accountable, so they just do whatever they want. So, yeah, so that’s the. And the. The suit is for the trespassing, you know, because we have the right not to be embarrassed on property.

You know, people, they can’t just come in here and do that. They can’t just come haul you off, you know, barefoot in your T shirt and shorts, you know. Yeah, take. Take Grandma to jail again, I was gonna say. Were your grandkids around when they haul you up? Because they seemed to. They seem to plan that appropriately. Yeah, no, fortunately, no. But it’s, you know, it’s no fun. It’s super stressful. And, you know, my arms was swollen up for a week because of the cuffs were so tight and they don’t loosen them or they. They’re totally inhumane.

And once you get into the jail, when you’re in there and you see that pretty much everyone in there is not a criminal. The criminals are walking around in the uniform, and their job is to treat you inhumanely and make you feel like you’re a criminal. You know, I was involved in a petty scheme here in Mexico, where I’m living. Two guys stopped me on the street. They planted drugs. They called the police. The police came and arrested me, threw me against the wall, handcuffed me as tight as tight can be. I had no wiggle room in Those cops digging into my wrists, I’m sure you experienced the same.

Threw me in the back of their truck, drove around a while, couldn’t get the pharmacy that they said I stole the drugs from to collaborate. The pharmacist actually said no. Never saw the guy. Don’t know who he is. No, he didn’t steal drugs. So they didn’t. They’re so stupid. They didn’t clue her in, into the. Into playing her role. But, you know, this was all about the. The guys who planted the drugs wanted my iPhone. They tried to steal my iPhone. I told him, you’re gonna have to kill me. The only way you’re getting my phone is to.

Is to kill me. Go. You. You got a gun. Shoot me. Otherwise, I’m fighting. I’m gonna fight you for my iPhone. And the cops came and arrested me, and I knew I was gonna have to pay my way out of that. But interestingly enough, because they didn’t get corroboration from the pharmacist, the cops actually let me go and told me, pago manana, which means pay tomorrow. Go pay for the drugs. Tomorrow. Tomorrow, yeah. Wow. Is that recent or a long? Yeah, pago manana, sure. But the way I was treated by the cop, you know, and I.

I fought the two assailants who wanted my iPhone tooth and nail. My father was a marine. He raised me the right way. Don’t start fights, finish them. But I don’t fight cops. I don’t get physical with cops. So I let him push me around and handcuff me and throw me against the wall and, you know, throw me around in his truck. And meanwhile, he. He actually had. His cohort was a young, young, new female cop. She was appalled. She was, like, looking at me like, oh, I’m so sorry that this is happening to you. They planted drugs on me.

They knew it. You know, so this you expect in Mexico. You do not expect this crapola in Riverside County, San Diego, California. Yes. Yeah. And it. It’s interesting because, you know, we have been in the security business for decades. My husband’s a locksmith, and we’ve, you know, we’ve been the sort of oblivious, law abiding people. I look at us that way now, saying, yeah, support your cops, you know, and we support the sheriff and everything, but, boy, my. My perspective is a 180 on that. I think that they spend most all day long, every day, ruining people’s lives, whether it’s homeless people or people with drug addictions or alcoholics.

I mean, their whole job is to protect and serve the company they work for and make money for that company at the point of a gun. And they take advantage of vulnerable people and they’re not doing anything to help them. They’re hurting them more. Even traffic tickets, all this stuff, none of it’s constitutional and we’ve all been suffering under it for so long, but we think it’s normal. And it’s not normal, it’s not right. It’s definitely wrong. And at the people I think that stay in those jobs, they. You have to basically set aside your humanity and treat people like animals or things you.

They don’t, they don’t. They’re not helping anybody. You know, there may be, you know, people. I hate to paint people with a broad brush, but I think it’s a really large percentage of them that are criminals, like 90 of them. And anybody who does, who still has a heart and wants to help people, they got to get out of that. They can’t stay in that industry, if you will. You know, we, we usually say the FBI, the CIA, the police forces, that 90 of the people are good. It’s the guys at the top that are bad.

But over the years they’ve managed to bribe and blackmail the, the, the, the worker, be the forced, the police force. So that’s very much a shame. I want to ask you, what advice would you give to our audience who believes they’re being stopped and accosted and even arrested by police unconstitutionally? What advice do you give to people? Well, the, the good news is I do believe things are changing behind the scenes. So we are going to, you know, our republic has been re. Established. It’s been many years, but we are going to start seeing the Constitution being brought up and protected.

But the basic things, don’t ever give anybody your name. Don’t sign anything unless you sign it under duress or UCC 1 308, which means you don’t want a contract. All your rights are protected and preserved. If you’re going to stand up, do you have the. It’s, it’s. I think it was Thomas Paine said something about you have to be able to withstand the fatigue of defending yourself. So, and that’s kind of where I’m at. I’m sort of getting tired, you know, of doing this, but I’m going to pursue it. And you have to pursue it at the US District court level.

You have to go federal to come against the state and county people. Because even when I went the next day after this last arrest on our property, I Went to the sheriff’s department the next day to ask them how on earth did you guys let this happen? And they told me there we only defend and support California penal code. It’s like they actually said that at the sheriff’s office like that they’re not even, you know, they, I guess they think they don’t have to follow the federal laws or, you know, the Constitution in any way. And they, the, the sheriff signs an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

Yeah. So I think these people have just gotten really far down the path of nobody holding them accountable. But we all do need to start holding them accountable. So I’d encourage people to definitely start pushing back, like start standing up for your rights. Because that’s why I think they’ve attacked me and my husband so drastically is because they don’t want the word getting out that everything they’re doing, pretty much everything they’re doing is unlawful. There’s a very parallel case in Canada for different reasons, didn’t have to do with property that they owned or they, these are people who stood up for their rights.

They actually sued Justin Trugo, filed criminal, not suit, filed criminal charges. Yes. And the, the province they live in against the authorities. And Dan Oak, Mr. Dan, hats off to, he’s in prison right now in a Canadian jail because he stood up for his rights. There you go. Yeah. So you’re not done yet from your side, this isn’t over, is it? No. Nope. I, I, my, by going the civil suit route, I really, I want the sheriffs to be arrested. That’s what I want. And the bail bond and the bail bonds. Guys, do you have a GoFundMe account or anything? You’re raising money for legal fees or you’re funding this your own selves? Yeah, we’re just dealing with it.

We haven’t, we, you know, like I said, you, we weren’t expecting any of this. You know, just one thing leads to another. It’s sort of like I can’t even believe this is happening. You know, it’s, it, even when I tell the story, it sounds like I’m telling a made up fiction novel or some weird movie or something. I can’t believe I’m actually living in the middle of this. I only have one explanation for all this. That God has his hand in it and he’s using you. You’re playing your role and God is using you to make an example.

Whether you win in court civilly or not, you’re shining a bright light on the criminal syndicate. And we sure do appreciate that and commend you and thanks. Ah, but this is you, right? Probably. Yeah. Yeah, probably. February. February 27, 2025. There is another cat. No, maybe I have the wrong. Yeah, that was the. That was the last time that they just did that. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, this has been going on. No, this has been going on for over a year now. And the. What I would tell is I would tell people to go to the California Republic because I’m part of that and, you know, get on our telegram channel and follow that and. And start learning about the common law and learning about our republic and our constitution and all that kind of stuff.

In Riverside county, you’re arrested for obstructing a peace officer. Oh, yeah, they put that. They put. They put on both of the times that I was arrested once pulled over by the highway patrol. They. They add these little codes, and they must do it regularly. And the one they added on both of my arrests is that I unclipped to the officer’s gun holster. Unreal. Yeah. Isn’t it something? I’m going to try to blow this up so people can read it well. Resisting, obstructing and delaying. So they pulled me over. They pulled me over and said I was resisting obstructing and delaying while I was driving.

I mean, it’s so weird. I mean, the whole thing doesn’t pass a smell test. From top to bottom. It’s all really a joke. Before you go, I want to bring in producer Mark. Smile, Mark, you’re on Candid Camera. What happened to Kathleen? Oh, hi, Mark. Let me. Let me change the layout here. Here we go. No, that’s not what I want. There we go. Mark, say hello to Kathleen. I know you guys have talked, but you haven’t met face to face. Mark’s muted still. Yeah, he’s got on mute. There you go. Okay. Yeah. No, we’ve met.

Kathleen and I’ve met face to face. And we had. Oh, you did? Okay. Yeah, yeah. But I, you know, I think it’s important to reiterate that Bianco, Chad Bianco, is running for governor in California and He is presenting himself as a constitutional sheriff, that he’s a republican, that he’s a trump supporter, all of those things. But it certainly appears just based on what we’ve. They’re piecing together. You know, Kathleen, your. Your experiences and of course them. Uh, you know, we’ve talked with them about his experience at Coachella and. And others that he very likely is a snake in the grass and has a network and.

But it’s alleged. You know, it’s just based on. Oh, look, it is. Why is he. Why is it. Why is it his sheriff’s department the third most corrupt in the U. S? That’s not my statistic. And he’s the head of it. What’s he got to say about that? Yeah, you’re in charge, buddy. What’s going on here? Yeah, I think that the public awareness. We have to spread the information out there far and wide. So that brings about. Puts it under the spotlight so that people are on it and they start to raise the questions. Now, I know that some of the other candidates I’ve personally met Leo Zaki that’s running for governor, and I do believe him to be a Very much a constitutionalist.

He seems to be very awake and on the people side. But it’ll be interesting to see how things develop in that governor’s race in the state of California. Well, one thing is for certain. Yeah. Oh, go ahead, Kathleen. Well, I was just going to say I don’t think it’s ever going to go through the California is standing up the republic and whatever those guys are doing has nothing to do with us, so. Right. Yes. And let’s go. Let’s. Let’s hope with God’s mercy and grace that we wind up with a California republic at the. At the next election.

Yeah, we’ve done shows with Doug Heiselle and Rich Straczynski from California republic Sg and on after he issued a statement about what’s going on. We’re trying to get Geiger to the table to do a show with sgnon and Doug hisel. We don’t think he’ll come and face the music, but apparently he’s going to be left behind. And the organization re. Re. Inhabit. Or are you calling it restore the republic now? Perhaps. Whatever it’s called. Yeah. You guys are moving forward with legal authority to stand up the republic again. And California has already been seated, correct? Yeah, we’ve been working on this for several years now.

And Doug has gone. You know, he’s been working way back with Tim Turner back 2010. So we’ve been working on this for a long time, and it’s, it is happening slow but surely. And I think that the, the people that get made aware of it and get educated are the ones who are going to start standing up for their rights and things are going to start reversing. It’s just I, I typically end up being the tip of the spear and stuff. I start before everybody else even notices something’s going on. And that’s probably why I’ve been singled out in such a drastic way.

But I’m, I’m optimistic that things will start to turn around as we go forward. You know, I, I’d like to, I’d like to add that, as you know, Scotty, we were told about nearly a decade ago that in the, at the end of, of this war that we’re. We’ve been fighting here over the last eight or nine years, that we will be handed a constitutional republic at the federal level, and it will work its way through all of the states and we’ll be back to state constitutional governance. But it is going to be up to us, we the people, to clean things up, starting at the, at the local level, from the bottom, working the way up.

And of course, as, as you and I both know, that there is a, a group of, as we refer to as white hats, you know, in military involvement, you know, to work from the top down. And of course, we see all the moves that are being made by Team Trump now and his cabinet and everything transpiring. It’s all coming to fruition. So. But it is critically important, vitally important that we keep engaged, we keep pressing forward, we keep the heat on and that, you know, we get to the end result, and that is a constitutional republic and sovereign freedom for each of us.

And I might add also, Kathleen, you can probably comment on this is that many of the states have already been seated, correct? Yeah, I’m not. The reason I’m hesitating is I’m not sure what you mean by that term seated. So that’s the only reason I’m not saying or, or settled. And sure, the terminology. But, you know, we have California. We have enough counties that have stood up, correct? Yeah, we have enough interim officers in enough of the counties to say that we have settled, but we’re still settling counties and standing up the counties and get, getting the general society put together so that we have, you know, the groups of people.

But. Yes. Yeah. Yes. But aren’t there, aren’t there several states that have already absolutely settled? Yes. Yeah. Yeah. I Think so. I believe so. We’ve been, we’ve mainly stayed focused on California. But I also wanted to thank you for what you just said because I agree that the switchover is going to start happening at the federal level. You know, we saw when Trump was in office all the judges he put in place and we, we’re going to start seeing those changes. I’ve been told to go to the federal level because this is where they’re going to start in.

My feeling is that they’re going to start enforcing the constitutional law at the federal level and then it’s going, going to start trickling down into the states. And so that’s why I’m feeling more confident going there now to do something there. Yes. And if the federal government is no longer a, a corporation structure of government governance, that will put the pressure on at the state levels because there’s no more corporation to corporation. Yes. Contractual agreements. Yeah. The Supreme Court has, oops, sorry, don’t we know the corporation’s been bankrupted. So that’s the good news that what they did in 1871 incorporating USA.

Back to you, Kathleen. Oh, I was just going to say, you know, the Supreme Court has just ruled and said that there’s not going to be any. Oh, wouldn’t be perfect timing. She freezes up now the bots are at it again. They don’t want this getting out. Right? Yeah. Say that, repeat what you said, Kathleen. Well, the Supreme Court has, has ruled and said that the administrative law judges are not going to have immunity from prosecution and every, you know, any kind of immunity or protection anymore. So that’s going to start affecting them. I mean these things are all coming together.

They’re all going to start being affected by this stuff. So. Well, we, we see the, we see the confrontation now, right? I mean the judicial system is kicking up its heels and the fight is on. Right? Yeah. We see the executive branch, things are taking shape very, very nicely in the executive branch. We see the legislative branch, we see many positive things taking place. Things taking shape. But the judicial branch, it’s completely rogue, right? It really is. It really is. You know, I’ve done complaints to the Judicial Commission and the Judicial Council and these are the two bodies that are oversee the judges in California.

They did nothing, absolutely nothing. I mean it’s the fox guard and the chicken coop. You know, they’re all part of the same club and they’re not gonna, they don’t police each other. From what I can see. It’s that, it’s that head on attack you know, it’s that maritime, you know, to flush it out and bring in the common law. And that’s where we have to succeed. We have to get this shifted over. We’ve got all these judges have to be re, re educated and retrained on common law. They need to go to jail. Mark, Sorry. Yeah, well, I’m speaking in, in generality.

Yes, we all, Mark, I think we, we all need to be re educated on common laws. We return to it. Somebody asked me that last night on Spaces. What’s going to happen. I said, myself included, I need to educate myself on common law because I haven’t lived in the system my entire life. Listen, we can’t forget about 450,000 federally sealed indictments with up to 99 names on them. So hopefully a lot of these players are on that docket of federally sealed indictments. Kathleen, you are over the target or they wouldn’t be after you. I always say, you know, you’re over the target when they arrest you and they mess with you the way you’re being jacked around, you and your husband.

So thank you for keeping your story public because this is how we learn and you can teach a lot of people how to exercise their constitutional rights. You ought to think about creating a coursework of some kind and putting that to use. We would support it. We’re about solutions here.
