Summary

➡ The government and certain corporations benefit from inflation and debt, which can hurt ordinary people. This practice started during the Great Depression and continues today, with some people becoming very wealthy while others struggle. The article also mentions a financial strategy called 7702, which can help people become more financially secure. However, the government’s reliance on inflation and debt is causing problems for many American workers.
➡ The text discusses how government policies and economic systems have historically and currently favor the rich, leading to increased wealth disparity. It mentions how during the Depression era, policies led to the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer, a trend that continues today. The text also criticizes the Trump administration for policies that further this wealth gap, such as reducing federal holidays and income averaging. It ends by encouraging people to reduce their debt and be aware of how these economic systems affect them.
➡ Dave Hodges, in his show ‘The Common Sense Show’, discusses the influence of large corporations, particularly pharmaceutical companies, on government and society. He highlights issues like denied claims and the need for major reforms. Hodges advocates for Christian-based changes, urging Christians to unite and apply their principles to help themselves and their government. He emphasizes the importance of avoiding debt and making the government more representative of its people.

Why does government love inflation? Why do they insist on paying way more into a budget than they can afford? And there’s two sides to this coin as there isn’t a lot of things that we expose. On one side you get the people who are hurt by this practice. On the other side you get the people who benefit you. Wait a minute. Dave, you say inflation benefits? Yeah, it is probably not what your history teacher or professor taught you in their class, but the lesson is irrefutable and the facts are without challenge.

And we’re going to present that to you today. Donald Trump, Congress, your state legislature, your governor, they love inflation and they want to have more debt because more debt leads to more inflation. You’re saying, I don’t really follow this. Well, stay tuned because we’re going to cover that right here on The Common Sense Show. My name is Dave Hodges. I’m the host. We align with God, family, country in that order and we take on causes for the oppressed. And right now there’s not a more oppressed group in our country than the American worker.

And I’m speaking collectively and just the sheer weight of worker abuse going on in this country is overwhelming. And it’s not necessarily the employers, although they’re part of the equation, it’s your elected government. And you’ve elected people that bring you misery. And they may not have a lot of choice or in the case of people like Thomas Massey, they don’t stay elected or they feel like they got to walk away in the case of Barger Taylor Greene. Because what they went to Washington for was something that longer exists. Government of the people by the people for the people.

If it sounds extreme, well then I challenge you to stay through the end of this presentation and then let me know. Comment, tell me why you don’t agree with what I said. But I think most of you, if you’re saying, I don’t know about that day, by the end of this presentation, you will know. We are brought to you by 7702. No, it’s not an address. It’s the gateway to a great lifestyle. Right now you’re sitting on assets that aren’t being fully monetized to your benefit. And the good people at Iron Hawk Financial are taking an obscure IRS code perfectly legal and above board created by the Rockefeller lawyers to make the rich filthy rich.

And they want the people Iron Hawk want to bring this to you to help you become more secure. Because going into these economic times, it’s going one direction right now. There is not a light at the end of the tunnel or if it is, it’s the freight train coming at you. And I’m not trying to be overly negative, but there’s no end in sight to the war. We’ve got huge oil problems. Gasolines over $4 a gallon. Food is off the charts. Every time you sit down at your favorite restaurant, they get a new menu with higher prices.

And you’re all nodding your head in agreement. Listen, it’s not going to turn around. Not in the foreseeable future. Trump has abandoned affordability. Because he’s joined forces with making Israel first to fight their war with Iran. And also to the tech bros are just making a killing right now on installing the police state surveillance grid. The flock cameras acts on the drones that do surveillance the whole nine yards. Huge money in this just ask Palantir Blackrock and all the rest of them. You are not a consideration. The only thing they have to do is just feed you enough stuff that you go, Oh, yeah, okay, it’ll get better.

It’s okay. They’re really on my side. I have news for you. The government is not your third parent and we put our faith in government, the political leaders, when we should have been placing our faith in the Almighty. But anyway, the 7702 process, let me just explain this very quickly. Joel Lombardi will do an analysis of your assets and he’ll tell you whether he can help you or not help you. There’s no sales pitch. You’re not going to be convinced. Oh, this is what I need to do. No, you’re not gonna be convinced of that at all.

Actually, you’re trying out for a position on a winning team and you better hope you’re get picked because you’re going to become more financially secure in increasingly economically volatile times. And this should be your motive. We’re not we’re not talking about serving money as your God and so forth. We’re talking about how to become secure so you could feed your family, keep the roof over your head and not be prone to the pressures of inflation that we’re going to talk about here. So how do you get to be a part of this? How do you get evaluated to see if this is right for you? Because if it’s right for you, you could really achieve some pretty amazing things that you thought were out of your grasp.

All legal, all exercised from 7702 in the IRS codes. Previously, information kept from the public, but people like Joel Lombardi, and I think he’s number one in this, has decoded this and says, I can help people, but it’s not for everybody. And they’ll tell you, Marianne McAdory, who is the COO for Iron Hawk, she’s developing programs that if we can’t help somebody, we want to direct them to areas where they should probably look at. This is an unbelievably great organization. People from my audience not only took part in this, but a few of them have gone on to become agents for Iron Hawk, as much they believe in it.

So what are you going to do? All you got to do is go to DHHawk.com, that’s DHHawk.com, and fill out the information sheet, and somebody on Marianne’s team will get ahold of you, and the evaluation process will start, and you might realize some dreams that you thought were outside your reach, DHHawk.com. Inflation tax, you’ve heard that phrase, and the government acts like, oh no, it’s the worst thing, we’re going to keep inflation down, but we’re going to lower this, we’re going to do affordability, we’re going to help you, and they’re really honestly lying through their teeth.

The people benefit at certain levels in the corporate world from inflation, and government is encouraged to be reckless with money to create inflation through deficit spending. Some people pay a huge price, other people are making money beyond their wildest dreams, and it’s really that simple, and the roots of this really lie in the Great Depression, starting in 1929, and then the subsequent New Deal of Franklin Roosevelt. Now let me just say this, the New Deal really also has two sides of the coin. On one side of the coin, we had to make some compromises to socialism, communism, and enact that, and special privilege for the rich, and enact that, and you say, oh, how can that be good? Well, because Italy and Germany were going through the same thing, and look what happened to their countries.

They got a form of government that nobody wanted except the people in charge. Roosevelt kept us away from becoming Nazis, and on that point he’s a hero in my political book, but on the other hand he gave corporations a stranglehold over the political process for their profits, and it’s something that we greatly struggle with today, and that’s why we have the majority of financial issues in this country. Let me explain. In the Depression, Jobs just went away, kind of like what we might see with AI, another topic for another time, but Jobs went away, and Roosevelt says, we could have a revolution, and we could end up being like Nazi Germany, what they’re going through.

We don’t want that, so he decided that he would go the socialist model, and do make work projects, like the Civilian Conservation Corps, the Workers Progress Administration, WPA, all that, and it was really, really very good, because men would go to work, sometimes they’d have to travel to different cities, and they’d build stadiums, and dams, and roads, and just all kinds of public works projects, really improved the quality of the American infrastructure tremendously. There was a benefit, but it was involving deficit spending. Okay, now inflation will result, but it’ll get delayed until after World War II, because the defense industry and increased spending really kind of camouflaged the inflation that was going to come in, inflation hit like a full force horde of horses running at you in the wild, and it was out of control after World War II.

Our debt to GDP ratio was about 122 to 1. Well, they got around it, that’s we’re not going to talk about how they did, but what we’re going to talk about here is we’re in a very similar situation. We’re 120 to 1 today with our debt to GDP ratio. The corporations during the Depression that oversaw the make-work projects, this really became the beginnings of what we call public-private partnerships, and the corporations managing like the Civilian Conservation Corps, they made untold wealth. People got rich off the Depression, more millionaires were made in the Depression than in any other time in American history, and a lot of it was what I just talked about.

Government gave certain groups control over the make-work projects, the social programs, and they made tons of money. One of the paying farmers not to grow crops, they weren’t paying them very much. It’s kind of like the universal basic income of the day. If you’ve been following my series on data centers and AI and so forth, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Well, with regard to the Depression era, what Roosevelt had to do to spend more than we were taking in, he had to get us off the gold standard.

So he took the first step where they basically told people it’s a crime if you don’t turn your gold in, and people turned it in, and they got what was it $30 an ounce, and then very quickly it went to $42 an ounce after all the gold was turned in. Yeah, exactly, and then the gold was sold to the banks and the rich people, and they made all kinds of money on that. Yeah, that was part of the benefit with the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Okay, but he did keep us away from a revolution becoming a fascist state, but we also became the beginnings of a corporatocracy.

Corporations rule. Governments are the servants of the corporations, and this is where it all started to become that way, and World War II made it worse because it led to the rise of the 24-7, 365 day a year military industrial complex that Dwight Eisenhower warned us about in his farewell speech in 1960 when he said beware of the military industrial complex. Its influence is unwarranted and unprecedented. Unwarranted means unconstitutional. Unprecedented means we’ve never done this before. It’s not good. Okay, so that’s the first instance. Today what we have is a mirrored reflection of post-depression crash economics where Trump has created a situation to where the rich are getting richer, and every measure we have economically shows that’s true, and the poor are getting poorer.

Again, stat I used in the last segment. 65% of Americans can’t afford a $500 car repair bill. That speaks to the financial health or unhealthiness of our country. Let me give you a snippet of what I was talking about. On this Labor Day period, whenever you come across this, President Trump came out and says, we have too many darn federal holidays and we need to greatly reduce them. Hmm, okay, who benefits from this? If you work on a holiday today, chances are you’re being hourly wage, plus 50%. Some people would stand in line, hey, I want that job, a federal holiday, let me have that money.

But now, with project 2025 that supposedly doesn’t exist, but I think you’ve seen enough proof it does, and it’s one of the guiding lights for the Trump administration, they have in there a provision, I believe it’s on page 600 and something, I think it’s 604. Don’t quote me on that, but I think that’s where you’ll find it. It’s a 900 page document, and it says in there that they’re going to income average time and a half. If you work 50 hours one week, but you only work 30 hours somewhere down the road in a week, that 50 hours is ineligible for time and a half, because it all balanced out.

And you could be months apart in those weeks, but the corporations are allowed to delay it, and income average it, and here we go. So what we’re looking at here is this, when you do away with federal holidays, which Trump has made a tweet about, true social, he said it right there, what he’s saying to you is that we want you to work more, and then when you combine it with project 2025 with the income averaging and the hours averaging between plus 40 hours a week and minus 40 hours a week, they don’t want to pay you as much.

And Trump keeps saying, our economy is roaring, he’s correct for the billionaires. Would you share in that optimism today? If not, you might be someone who wants to buy out my show, because you’d have to have a lot of money not to agree with what I just said. You’d have to be immune to the process for me not to talk about this. You’re living really kind of under the rules of the sheriff of Nottingham, if you remember the old Robin Hood stories, and the sheriff of Nottingham, as much as I supported him in the past, he’s sitting in the Oval Office.

Work more for less. And I’ve only chosen two issues to contrast what we’re talking about here. I could go into multiple issues. Multiple. We look at this and you tell me how is America better off when we’ve created more billionaires, but on the other hand we’re creating much more poverty. And they’re lying to you about the inflation rate. Oh no, just not the Trump administration. Back in the late 60s they changed how they measured core inflation. What I’ve taught economics, this is something I really make sure that I teach. Core inflation does not count the price of gas or the price of food.

Like you don’t have to eat or drive to work. And so the inflation that you see is not what really people are paying. And if you’re paying more for gas, which we are because of this illegitimate endless war that’s profiting the military industrial complex and the banks. Okay, what’s happening to your buying power? It’s increasing inflation. Gas is way up and everything in this country shipped. You have a 3,000 mile salad. And so if gas goes up, the price of shipping goes up, the price of products go up and you pay more.

And gee, the government’s telling us it’s not that bad. It’s kind of like, you know, I won’t use that analogy because it’s a little crude, but I’ll just say this. It’s a great deception. It truly is. We are having money drain from the middle and lower classes to the upper class. And we are increasingly becoming a nation of corporations because we allow corporate donations to our politicians in much greater volume than you can afford to give. So where are they going to listen to? Yeah, I just kind of giving you some insight as to where the solution will come from.

But in this Labor Day period, when you’re listening to this broadcast, okay, the chances are is that you’re on the side that’s getting harder. I mean, you got college graduates that can’t get jobs with amazing amount of student debt. And then you’ve got people like you and me that are working two and three jobs. And you got people who are working at Walmart, okay, in their 80s. There is no golden years for very few people. And it doesn’t have to be this way. And the democratic solution of communism and stealing people’s rentals and trying to give away rentals to people who aren’t citizens in New York City, Mondamias.

He took 9,000 apartments away in case you’re under these pretenses of they weren’t safe. Okay, maybe they were, maybe they weren’t, but that’s not why he did it. It’s called wealth redistribution. We have to stand up and say enough is enough. We’re not going to do this. And so anyway, do the people who I consider my friends who wrote the Bible, are they saying anything about this? And here I want to go to a little bit of scripture here, Proverbs 22 seven, debt and servitude, the rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is the servant to the lender.

I’m just giving you one solution right there with that one scripture. Get the heck out of debt. If you’re going to go to college, okay, if you got a grandkid or a kid that’s getting ready to go to college, having go to community college for us, it’s far more manageable. You can afford it and work and pay it off and get through it. Get good grades, get some scholarship money to a four-year school, but you’re limiting your student loan debt by at least 50% by going that route. Oh, I hadn’t thought of that.

Okay, so debt and servitude. Americans are increasingly renters, leasers, carrying debt, and financial dependents really erodes your freedom. And this is ultimately what we’re looking at right here today. Trump is trying to make you work for less and for longer. And you’re not going to be better off. The people who fund him are going to be the ones better off. The people who fund your people in Congress are going to be the ones that are better off, but it’s not going to be you. And before we can move forward, Karl Marx did say, well, with every liar, there’s an element of truth that hooks you in.

And Karl Marx was a Satanist, communism Satanism. It’s pretty much one in the same. And there isn’t one truth about Karl Marx. He and Frederick Engels said that the workers of the world have to unite and they have to have a collective consciousness about how they’re getting shafted. That’s a true statement. And this is the spirit of which I bring you this because we’re not being treated fairly by our government. It’s not government of the people, by the people, for the people. It’s government of the corporations, for the corporations, by the corporations, and they’re making the rules.

Oh, you don’t think so? Well, first of all, what is it? Two out of three commercials you’re seeing in Primetime now are Big Pharma, biggest advertiser. The biggest lobby in America is Big Pharma. And how many of you have had trouble getting claims paid that are legitimate? Or you’re denied something you know you qualified for, but some AI says, now we got to deny exponent percentage to increase the profit, and we don’t think people will challenge it so denied. It’s all related people. It’s all related. And what I’m telling you is that we need major reforms.

I’m not calling for a violent revolution because you know what revolution does? It transfers one group of wealthy people’s money to another group of wealthy people’s money, and body bags, and all that associate with it. I’m not interested in that. What I’m talking about are fundamental, baseline reforms that are Christian-based, coming from Christians, and Christians unite, and the number grows exponentially. Now there come a time if we were in the tribulation where it would be dangerous to tell people to do that. But we’re not in the tribulation, and I believe that God does help those who help themselves, and we need to employ Christian principles, and we not need not to be in debt.

We need to make sure that we make our government representative, and I’m going to tell you how to do that before we’re done. I’m Dave Hodges. This is The Common Sense Show. We’ll see you back here again next time. Thank you so much for joining us. God bless everybody, and hope you’re enjoying your weekend. [tr:trw].
