There’s nothing remarkable about her, unremarkable.

She’s just a person. And she happens to be a judge. You gotta be a lawyer. You gotta have qualifications. You gotta have people that somehow think you would have done a good job to get to the bench. You take an oath to uphold the Constitution. You take an oath to follow the laws of your jurisdiction. And it’s a law that when someone’s in the commission of their duties legally, you can’t interfere with that. This woman facilitated criminal behavior. Yeah, we hear from the left, oh, Magga’s going after a judge. They’re going after it. How terrible. They’re going after a judge.

If you haven’t heard the story, let me tell you what this judge did. She’s starting to preside over a hearing of an illegal immigrant accused of a very serious crime. She’s told ICE is outside with the FBI. Right? So she stops the proceedings, she heads to her chambers, and she says to the defendant and his attorney, come with me. And they go in there, and she opens up the private entrance and says, go, get out of here. Is that obstruction of justice? Yes. ICE was being respectful, letting this judge play out her duties in this case, and then they were going to execute the arrest as they had the legal right to do so.

She interfered in that legal right. That’s obstruction of justice. She is not innocent. She’s facilitating criminal behavior on two counts. One, the illegal entry into the country, minor, we don’t even pay attention to that anymore. But two, in more serious, interfering with federal officers in the commission of their duty. That is serious. If you do that, and I do that, we go to prison. Should she go to prison? She should definitely be off the bench. Will she plea bargain down? Depends how much of an example Pam Biondé wants to make of her. I don’t know. Tell me what you think.

Look forward to your comments here. What should happen to this judge? But if I hear one more liberal say, she did nothing wrong, it’s persecution against judges. I think I’m going to scream. These people absolutely have no respect for the law that say this. If we flip-flop this, and this were a Trump supporting judge, and she interfered in the commission of federal officers duties, I wouldn’t be supporting her either. The crime is the crime is the crime, and the Democrats like to throw this up in our faces. There’s no one above the law. Well, let’s prove it.

Stop talking about persecution. Tell me what you think. How does Dave Hodges vote? First time offender, she surrenders her law license. She doesn’t practice law or sit on the bench. The suspension need not be permanent. I think two years would be good punishment. And then she also has to plead guilty. I’ll let her plead to a lesser offense, hindering prosecution, something like that. And she gets off with a suspended sentence. Oh, I’m being too nice. I know a lot of you’re going to say that. I’m not interested in going for blood here, but this had to be dealt with.

People can’t make a mockery of the laws and the enforcement of the laws, no matter what their political beliefs are. This country is not open to every person in the world.
