Summary

➡ Sheriff Scott Jenkins, a respected constitutional sheriff from Culpeper County, is seeking a sentence commutation from the Department of Justice (DOJ) after being sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for a bribery charge. The details of the bribery are unclear, but it involved a donation and an honorary position. Jenkins’ supporters, including his family and colleagues, believe the sentence is unjust and are working towards getting it commuted. They argue that the charges and sentence are a result of corruption within the previous DOJ and FBI administration.

I wanted to get back to, let’s just look at this article and it’ll cause you to start talking. Get an update about Sheriff Jenkins, and then to make the note that on CSPOA we have a letter that you wrote, I assume, and, you know, that others can take this note or this letter and work in such a way that it comes from them, but they can use the information that you’ve provided here, you know, in their own letter. Right. So, what’s new with Scott Jenkins? Okay, well, he is really pushing now the other possibility.

Besides a pardon, what else can the federal government, probably the DOJ, what could they do for him? And that is, commute his sentence. And so the prosecutor who is now the Pam Bondi Justice Department, she didn’t do this. This was all done under the old FBI, under the Biden FBI. It was all done under Mary Garland’s corrupt DOJ, and they went after a good man, one of the best in the country, one of the best constitutional sheriffs in the United States of America, from Culpeper County, Sheriff Scott Jenkins. So, he’s been working now with trying to get this commutation, and General Flynn’s brother is actually in consultation with Ed Martin, who is now working in this department with the DOJ, and he could get this rolling to where he commutes the sentence.

And that doesn’t necessarily have to be the President of the United States. The Justice Department can get that and say, the Justice Department made a mistake. We’re sorry, we apologize to Sheriff Jenkins and his family, who was all behind him, his brother, his father, his wife. They know this man, as I do. I don’t know him as well as they do, obviously, but I know this man, and I know he’s a good man. And this is a farce to give a 10-year sentence in federal prison to someone for a bribery when we can’t even figure out the bribery.

And so, this corrupt judge who corrupted the jury, found him guilty, and then the judge sentenced him to 10 years. And even if it happened the way they said it did, show me a victim. Let’s see, what was it that he actually did to be bribed? His search and rescue member, who was facing some criminal charges that he didn’t know about, came to him and said, I want to give you a bunch of money, I want to give you $5,000, and then you make me an honorary captain in your posse, okay? And what did that get Jenkins to do for you? I mean, what was it, that you were going to make money as a posse member, that you were going to arrest everybody, or that you just had this elite position? They claimed that you got to carry concealed without certification in every state of the United States.

And of course, that’s nonsense. I know he can’t carry concealed. Maryland. Which is already guaranteed by the Second Amendment. Yeah, right. Or as opposed to, anyway. You’re right. No. So, okay, let’s say that Scott Jenkins authorized that. You still have to go through training. You still have to be certified in the use of the gun, okay? So, what did that do, you know? So, if he went to the training, then yes, you can have that. And absolutely absurd. Ten years in prison for giving somebody something they already have guaranteed by the Second Amendment? And, oh, and a badge and a wallet.

Don’t forget, folks, we do that. And there’s some people on this call right now that have this in their possession. I guess I should be watching out for him to come arrest me, huh? That’s a CSPA posse badge, and we’ll be glad to sell them to any of you, okay? $760. Please do it. Can I carry conceal? I cannot deny you your Second Amendment rights as guaranteed in the Constitution. I’m sorry. I can’t go back on that, Jack. Oh, you would say that. Anyway, it’s incredible. If you watched – I just watched, strangely enough, I watched a little YouTube video of these people saying why – Scott Jenkins, you know, it was a news media talking about why he had to go to jail, blah.

And they were just horrified that somebody had to go to jail, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, I guess nobody could carry concealed without some kind of certificate. In this world, you have to have a certification and a certificate and a license and all other kind of fabricated nonsense that doesn’t do anything for you except, say, that the government said it was okay. Well, it’s been proposed numerous times that if you are a gun owner, you cannot own a trained.

I’ve had lots of firearms training. I totally agree with training. I cannot in any way force you to do that before you get your rights. Your rights are, what does it say in the Declaration of Independence? Unalienable. Or you can say inalienable. Unalienable is how I like to say it. So they cannot be leaned. They cannot be touched by government. Or anyone else. Yeah. Oh Jack, sometimes I wonder if we’re ever going to make it through this. You know, we both know that having concealed carry people in your county is a very comforting thing.

And all of those guys, and I know a whole lot of them, I’ve done 100 hours or more just handgun training at a local school that’s fun. But these guys train all the time. Anyone that’s carrying concealed and doesn’t want to shoot themselves in their family or themselves in foot, they get some training. They didn’t get the concealed carry just to have a gun somewhere that they could pull out of nowhere at the right moment. They can do that anyway. So I like them. You know, maybe six, eight hundred people in your county.

Very safe feeling to know that you might be somewhere in trouble when there’s somebody else to help you. Yeah, of course. So yeah. I mean, I’m a big proponent of being trained. We had a family reunion about 12 years ago and at Front Sight Nevada, the firearms training course there, I took all my children, my two sons-in-law and my daughter-in-law, and we had the greatest time. And my daughter-in-law had never fired a gun before in her life. And she did very well. And it was fun. It was educational. It was exhilarating.

And we didn’t shoot anybody. So those targets got it bad. But it can never be forced. And government has no authority to do that. Absolutely. Because don’t forget the lady in, my real good friend, we called her Mama, but Don and I just became very good friends with her. And she lived in Washington, D.C. And her daughter was a witness in a murder trial. And two of the thugs broke into their home and tried to kill them and burn their house down because Mama remembered that her boyfriend who left her forgot his pistol and left it in the house, which was a felony to have in Washington, D.C., to have a gun in your home was a felony.

Right. She didn’t worry about the felony because she was trying to save her daughter’s life and hers. And she was actually cut on the arm by one of these thugs. Mama shot both of them. One of them died and the other one ran wounded and in and about the hospital. So she took care of both of them. And if she hadn’t had that gun, she and her daughter would have both been killed. So the NRA went to bat for them. And that’s where I met her at an NRA convention. And she and her daughter just became the best friends with us.

And then my daughter, Manny, and I went out to Washington, D.C. once and we stopped by her house and she made the best sweet potato pie that I’ve ever had for my daughter and me. And she has since passed away. She was a bus driver for the transit in Washington, D.C. But I absolutely loved her. And her story is in my book, The Magic of Gun Control. So, folks, that’s the book today. Get your hands on that one. You will love that book. Very, very entertaining and very powerful stories. And the chapter was called Mama Shot Them.

And she did. Oh, guess what she did, Jack? As soon as she shot them, guess what she did? All the police? No, even before that, she went to the bathroom and said a prayer for both of them. Very nice. And she was just that type of lady. She was a very Christian lady. She knew what she had to do to save herself and her daughter. But, man, it’s worth getting that book just for that, ladies and gentlemen. Please get the book, The Magic of Gun Control. You got to love that title, The Magic of Gun Control.
