Unalienable Rights – Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

Our Constitution was inspired by God, and it is the most godly form of government there ever was, because it guarantees free will and that government will leave us to that. Not lead us, well, you can say lead, but leave us to our free will, and free will can do anything that I want it to as long as I’m not hurting someone else. That’s the definition of liberty. So, yeah, it’s lasted us 250 years. When Kamala was running and when Biden was president, I said that it’s on life support. And in a lot of ways it still is.

But we have an open window now, and we need to take advantage of it, because that window could already be closing. And the reason I say that is because of the 2026 midterms. And that could all fall apart rather exponentially. So, look, I am not a Republican man. I am a freedom man. I am a Constitution man. And I am my own man. And, of course, as soon as I said that, I said I am my wife’s man. So, yeah. But anyway, folks, just a reminder. Next month, which starts tomorrow, will be the 50th anniversary month for Mr.

and Mrs. Sheriff Mack. So, donations will be accepted. So, anyway, we’re really happy about this special time. We’re going to be taking off some time, Jack. So, part of May and part of June, I won’t be here. My wife and I are taking off about three weeks, spending some of it with family and some of it just alone with us and the sunset. Beautiful. So, yeah. And I’m telling you, somebody, I went to work out yesterday and I told a friend there, and he said, you know, you guys really deserve this. And I’m going to tell you, we really do.

It hasn’t been easy. And yes, thank you. And keeping a marriage together for 50 years takes dedication. And some people have asked me our secret. And I said, in all seriousness, my wife has done most of it, but one of you has to be patient almost all the time. Both of you can be patient. That’s great. It’s easier that way. But one of you has got to be patient or you’re going to allow something stupid to get in your way. And you’ve got to remember that this beautiful bride was who I chose. I chose her.

And I believe God had a very powerful hand in it. And I’m not going to go back on that. Because she makes a mistake or she said the wrong thing. I’m not going to go back on that. And she and I have made that pledge to each other. Have we had rough times and have both of us made mistakes? Of course. And sometimes pretty egregious ones. But we kept that. And we kept our patience and we kept our dedication and our love for each other. And I’m proud of that. I’m so proud of it. So anyway, I think we can head for a closure.

And anybody that’s got any final questions or any other questions, Jack, let’s make sure we get to it. Yep. And you’re following up on your last part about being your own self. Do you remember the TV show? It was out of the 60s called The Prisoner with Patrick McGouliny. He wrote the thing. But he had a line and it’s pretty neat. I would not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own. And I think that that summarizes the idea of being an American. Send that to me in an email, would you? Or text it to me? Yeah, I like that.

Check that out sometimes to watch the series. I just watched it not too long ago. It’s only, I think, 16 episodes. He made one season. It’s pretty interesting. Anyway, John Wilson had another comment. A judge cannot proceed summarily without consent. And when he tries to do so, it’s a legal procedure to challenge the jurisdiction of the court. Trauba jury is an unalienable right. Is that not so? Well, except in Wisconsin, but yeah, it is. I mean, but there are places they won’t get it. And folks, I had a constitutional scholar tell me it’s unalienable. Unalienable. These are rights that cannot be touched or have any kind of lien placed on them.

So anyway, I saw some comments about social security. Yes. Social security is not a handout. It’s a stupid system, but it’s not a handout. I paid into it for 55 years. Yeah. So I know I’m too old. But yeah, about 55 years. A little over. So anyway, every one of you, thank you so much for being here. Thanks for your loyalty and support. And God bless us all as we find peaceful and effective solutions with our sheriffs, hopefully. If some of them refuse, then we do it without them. So God bless all of you. Thank you so much, Jack.
