TWO SUPREME COURT JUSTICES NEED TO BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED

Hello, America, and our friends around the world. Welcome to the Common Sense Show. We are the show that is freeing America one in slave mind at a time. You know my position. If you’re a criminal, you belong in jail. Especially if it’s crimes against people that are serious. I’m not talking traffic to get shoplifting. What I am talking about is murder, rape, aggravated assault, carjacking. You gotta go. And if you’re a proven member of a gang, that should increase the sentence. Now, what about criminal illegal aliens? Those that have been charged, convicted, their home country or here, what should happen? Well, we have two choices.

The Democrats tried to enact the third option, which was do nothing. Invite more of them in potentially by not screening properly. That’s not an option. Do we jail or do we deport? It’s interesting that as far as I can see, and what I support is the deportation of dangerous criminals, as defined earlier. Why are the judges blocking something that would make us safer? Any time you mass deport with millions, you run the risk of making Andrew Jackson’s biggest mistake. A good president otherwise marred by the Trail of Tears. The unceremonious deportation of Native Americans from the Florida, Georgia area to Oklahoma, willing to be abused again when they got there.

But that was terrible, and the march was like the baton death march. High in casualties, it was inhumane, it was illegal, it was terrible. I’m not interested in that. But you saw the videos of the TDA and Aurora. Guy carrying a sniper’s gun with a scope on it, and they’re breaking down doors and taking over apartments. They gotta go. Anybody disagree? Now, do you want to go to the expense of jailing, or do you want to go to the expense of deporting? Which one’s more effective? Which one is more cost-effective? The deportation is, why would anyone want to keep people like that in our country? And I don’t care about your nationality.

Should we be a safe haven for people that are going through potential genocide? Of course. We’ve always been that, and it should never change regardless of the country of origin, regardless of the race or religion. Why would we change? The answer is, the courts are going to force Donald Trump to build huge holding facilities and jail people for existing crimes. I think some of these judges need to be sent photos of Blake and Riley, and others. You know, I have a clip of Hillary Clinton saying when she was running for office against Obama in the Democratic primary.

Illegal aliens should not have more rights than American citizens. Well, how about at least holding them to the same standard of justice when they’re criminals? Criminals. I want criminal Americans in jail. In fact, actually, the left went so far. Do you remember when we went through the defund the police? Get rid of the police. Like, that makes sense. And you had this guy in New York City that was arrested 11 times on the same day and released immediately. This is insanity. We need to make our streets as safe as possible, and people with criminal convictions not served need to serve them.

I’m not backing off of that. And now we’ve got two Supreme Court justices that are acting in ways that I think we need to put private detectives from the federal government on them analyze their every move. Why is Amy Coney Barrett? Why is she voting with the liberal judges at every turn? She hob knobs with Katanji Brown. Now, listen, I’m going to say this. I have in my inner circle of four friends, two of them, I classify as liberal. They vote Democratic. That’s possible. She’s doing that. But she came across as I’m a mom. I’m an American mom.

And I want the law enforced. I want civil liberties protected. And I want criminals held accountable. That’s what she said in her confirmation hearing. Liar. Liar. As you make it possible for people with murder convictions to stay in this country with impunity. Liar. Was she just a wolf in sheep’s clothing? A sorrows deceptive. Talked about that before. Did she fall on her head and wake up a liberal? An extreme liberal. There are liberals who want law and order. Don’t get me wrong. And we come down on the same side of this. You know, you murder or rape somebody.

You abuse a child. You’re trafficking human beings. You’re going to jail for a very long time. There are liberals who agree with me on this. But I’m talking about the extreme fringe. And we have a lot of them in Congress. We truly do. And they ain’t all Democrats. Mitt Romney fit that bill when he was a senator. Murkowski, Collins, they fit that bill every day. They need to be banned by the Republican Party from selling themselves as Republicans because they don’t vote Republican. And they don’t give a damn about the safety of the people. Neither does Amy Coney Barrett to my point.

What happened to her? Now I do recall during the tumultuous, let’s protest the Supreme Court illegally, why Attorney General Merrick Garland does not enforce the law. It is illegal to go to the house of a Supreme Court justice and protest. It’s illegal. It’s punishable by a prison term and a large fine. And Garland, because he didn’t like how they were ruling on some things, he turned a blind eye. If it’s before five o’clock, it’s just protesting. It ain’t terrorism. Do you remember that stupid statement? I almost fell out of my chair when I heard him say that.

Well, what happened to Amy Coney Barrett? Did she get intimidated at those times? We know our children were followed and monitored. That reached the news. But you think that would put someone on the bench on the offensive. We’re going to show you who’s boss here. Hire a couple extra security guards, accompany the kids, stay at school with them. Simple problem solved. Or was she the wolf in sheep’s clothing? She’s a great decepter. Or is she now being blackmailed because she’s compromised? I don’t know which one of those possibilities is true. But I’m telling you, one of them is true.

And she needs to be thoroughly investigated. Her life needs to be turned upside down within the law and the confines of legal investigation. Now, I don’t go for persecution. I’ll leave that to Merrick Garland. Sure, in a Bishop story, I’ve told many times. But I want her investigated top to bottom. I want every dime that she takes in to be scrutinized. Because there’s something not right there. With Roberts, we’ve known this for a long time. Now he’s hanging out at the American Inn of Court. We’ve covered this organization. It happens to be, coincidentally, where all of the federal district judges that are ruling against Trump, oh no, you can’t spend your money in the executive branch the way you want.

You’ll spend it on what we tell you to spend it on. Unbelievable that the Supreme Court hasn’t struck every one of those down. And we got federal district judges ruling outside their district, making national rulings. They can’t do that. They’re not empowered by the Constitution to do that. In fact, they’re not even accounted for by the Constitution. They’re a creation of legislative action. They’re not even constitutional. But nonetheless, they’re acting unconstitutional when they take. It would be like a law in Arizona that passes, but it has to apply to the rest of the nation. It’s the same concept.

And Roberts belongs to this, as does Katanji Brown and Sotomayor. And Boseburg, he’s the president of this secret society of courts. Well, they’re semi-secret. They published their membership list. I’ve published it myself. That’s how we know who they are. Waiting for Amy Coney Barrett to show up there. She hasn’t yet. But nonetheless, Roberts is there. Why does he belong to an organization that’s dominated by federal district court judges that are behaving in the manner in which they’re behaving, which is extra-constitutional or, should I say, unconstitutional? Why? He’s life needs to be turned inside out, upside down, every penny examined, every affiliation, every association, because everything that they campaigned for on their nomination hearing, they’re violating.

We in effect have five liberal judges at the Supreme Court. Trump got bamboozled on Amy Coney Barrett. Oh, boy, she bad. Oh, she, she is worse than bad. She’s as bad as Katanji Brown. What are we going to do about this, people? Well, I’ll tell you what we can do. We can demand investigations. She’s not for your oil. She’s not for your oil income that every citizen gets. She’s against it. She ain’t going to help you. So you’re going to have to turn to people that you can trust. And we need to reach a groundswell of pressure that Congress starts to act. See, it’s one thing for Pam Bondi and Cash to decide, we’re going to go after this. Tulsi Gabbard, we’re going to go after this.

But if Congress is doing nothing, and they got the big nothing hat on, James Comer, delivered, in my opinion, proved positive about Biden’s family involvement with China that was inappropriate. I think the evidence and the receipts were airtight. A lot of people felt that way. But what did Congress do? What was that? Oh, those are the crickets chirping in the background you can’t hear. They need to feel the heat. And I’m telling you, now is the time, I think I was ahead of my time when I said we need to develop something called toss them all.

Now, toss them all is more of a metaphor because I’m not interested in getting rid of people who are actually doing the work of the people like Jim Jordan, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and so forth. I’m not interested in getting rid of them. But the ones who aren’t on board who sound like they want to play a good game, but when it comes to acting, they’re just a big nothing burger. They need to be primaried out in the 2026 midterm elections. We’ve got enough rhinos. And I will say this, the enemy is inside the gates. It’s Rhino Republicans, and we need to rid ourselves of them now.

So toss them all. We need someone to set up a website, tossthemall.com, or some appropriate name that you come up with. And we need to create a list, a targeted list of people that need to be primaried out. You don’t want to wait until the general election because then you’ve got a rhino versus a democrat. You’ve got chocolate versus dark chocolate, vanilla versus deep vanilla. That’s not going to do you any good. You need to get them out. This is my prescription. We don’t have much choice other than this. If you’ve got a better idea, and I shouldn’t sell you short, so I take that back and I apologize.

But if you have a better idea, please leave me a message, and I’ll promote the living heck out of it. Because we need to take this country back, the people who have taken bribes, the people who are under the spell of, let’s say, less than nefarious characters, like the Chinese, the cartel, so forth. Those people got to go. And in some cases, they need to face prosecution. We’ve got a lot of them here in Arizona. We’ve covered that in detail. Anyway, if you’ve got a better idea, let’s hear it. They need to open up all of the agencies for the Kennedy documents. The number one I would look for after the CIA is the FBI. Number two would be the Secret Service. We don’t have access to those classified files.
