TRUMP PLANS TO OPEN ALCATRAZ FOR THIS PURPOSE!

I’m interested in people who pose a real serious threat. Now, I think we have a couple of choices here. We’re going to talk about those choices right here on the Common Sense Show, and this is all about grabbing people who would not be free if they were American citizens. Do you understand the difference? I hope you do, because it’s apparent that people like Boseburg and members of our Supreme Court don’t understand the difference, and they don’t give a darn whether you’re safe or not, and they’re willing to let people who are a danger to society with a proven violent criminal history roam our streets and praying upon innocent Americans.

Not talking about them, run-of-the-mill, undocumented, yet this is how the media portrays it, and that’s wrong. Totally wrong. I’m Dave Hodges. This is the Common Sense Show. Well, we are looking at Trump trying to enforce immigration law and removing people in this country that pose a proven, real threat to America. Not, we think they’re going to do it, no pre-crime here. We’re not using the Tom Cruise movie pre-crime strategies. They’ve done it, and if we don’t correct it, they’re going to do it again. Now, Trump has two options here. One, he can deport against Supreme Court ruling, which was totally bogus, shows you what the Supreme Court thinks of your safety, and he could risk impeachment.

Or two, he can house these people according to the crimes they’ve committed. No, here’s the deal. We get into a real problem here. Are we willing to build a prison? Now, by the way, what are the numbers the FBI gave us? Let me start with that. The FBI tells us we have 770,000 illegal aliens with serious criminal records that make them a threat to the public. That was Christopher Wray and his statement before he left office at the inauguration. He was quite clear. That’s three-quarters of a million, over three-quarters of a million.

We already have two million people in our prisons. We have one of the highest prison populations in the world, if not the most. I think China rivals us, but that’s about it. Do we want to add another three-quarters of a million? Well, we may have to. As long as we have federal district court judges that think that they can run the executive branch over what Trump is doing, Article 4, Section 4 says Trump can deport anyone who’s here illegally. I told you, most Americans aren’t interested in that right now, but we are interested in having the serious ones out of the country, particularly when they have terrorist designations.

So what Trump has done is number two. He says that we’re going to reopen Alcatraz and expand it. He’s doing it right in the face of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which is no friend of conservative constitutional law-abiding Americans. This is going to be a battle, but if you imprison them based on their criminal record that they’re not being prosecuted for, I’ll see how you stop it. I’m not interested in the extra expense, but we may not have a choice. Trump does have another option. I’m going to cover it tomorrow. It’s called a writ of habeas corpus, and boy, would that make things dicey.

Well, I’ll come back to that at a later time, but right now I’d like to know your opinion. Since Trump has been prohibited from enforcing the Alien Enemies Act, which is completely legal, completely constitutional, and been used before for presidents or by presidents, then what option does he have to keep America safe? Imprison them for crimes committed. There’s your due process, Democrats. And by the way, when they’re in prison, they ain’t voting. I’ll leave it at that. Thanks for joining us. I’m Dave Hodges.
