Aloha, everyone. Michelle Melendez Blossom Inner Wellness Stand Together, Hawaii. I’m here with Matt Dankin. I’m on the mainland. Hello. Hello, Everybody. This is Captain Fire Captain Matt Dankin, 33 year firefighter, retired fire captain here in California. Actually, we’re in Reno. I was speaking at a Carson City Nugget and I want to share the ending of my presentation over there that’s in the new book, the Death of Freedom, how the American Dream Dies and How to Save It. Because, you guys, what I love about what we’ve been sharing is that there is a remedy. There’s always remedy.

And so I do want to share also your journey, actually. What got you started in understanding what’s happening with the government and then briefly about your getting out of the system. Because people are always asking, how do I get out of the system? And I’m going to, we’re going to share with you what the system is. But first of all, your journey, your first journey about how you woke up. How did you figure out that something was wrong with the government? How I first figured it out was I actually was working with a real sharp guy back right around 2000, 2001, maybe 2002.

And he told me about the book, the Creature from Jekyll island and the Federal Reserve bank and that it wasn’t federal in the sense that it wasn’t government in any way and there’s no reserves and it was just a private. It’s a name, it’s just a private bank. And so that’s, that’s what kind of got me started down the rabbit hole. And then once I started digging, it just started opening my eyes to a lot of other things. I met Joe Bannister in 2004. He was the whistleblower that worked in the IRS. Used to go with guns blazing, you know, to people.

He was an enforcement officer working, working for the irs. And he got tired of people always telling him there was no, no law that states the average man or woman has to pay federal income taxes. So he went to prove them wrong. And then he realized, oh my God, they’re right. And this, this had nothing to do with correcting your status. This had nothing to do with not being a US Citizen. This was just for the average US Citizen, didn’t have any duty to pay federal income taxes. When you start actually looking up the definitions in the Internal Revenue Code mean.

And so he went to his supervisors and they told him to ignore it, forget about it. And then he wouldn’t use Christian, he wouldn’t and so then they ended up firing him. They kind of went after him really hard. And so I met him in 2004, heard his story, and then I started really looking into the Internal Revenue Service and, and the definitions, and followed a guy named Irwin Schiff who was put in prison for years, and he blew the whistle. But what a lot of these didn’t realize back then is, is they were fighting from a status as being government property, being a US Citizen, which is actually government property.

We’re going to. I’m going to show you what he’s talking about in a second. So, and so I was working for the fire department and pretty plugged in to the fire department and busy. But I, when I retired in 2017, I’ve always. I had been going down all kinds of rabbit holes. And as soon as I retired, then I really went deep into this. But what it means about the status I followed. Annavon Wrights was involved with that, with this California assembly going down there. And then I, and I realized there’s a lot of truth in, in all these different organizations, what they’re saying.

There’s a lot of. You hear of the word patriot mythology, and there’s a lot of patriot mythology, but there’s a lot of. In any lie, there’s always some truth embedded in there. So there was a lot of truth into what all these different groups were doing. And so I just studied, studied, studied as much as I could, and I found out so, so much. And it’s basically looking at their own, our own servants, materials, you know, and, and, and sorry, Michelle. Michelle is going, I was going to say, Melinda, Michelle is going to show you some documents here that are going to show the stark difference of, of what the Declaration of Independence says and who it was created by and for versus the Constitution and who and how most of us view ourselves and what we call ourselves and the disparity in the difference between those.

So, yeah, so that. Hope that answers your question. Yeah, it was great. Okay, so let’s go into that. There’s so much chaos in the world, and one of the best things you can do is to stay healthy. Much. Aloha. So first I want to show you guys this. This was the end of my presentation is Enslaving Americans. So this first part, let me just. I’ll just go here. There we go. Enslaving Americans. So this is a declaration of independence. And in this it says that all men are created equal with unalienable rights. Unalienable rights does not mean rights given to them by the government. It’s unalienable under God. We have these rights. We’re born with these rights, and no government can take them away from us. The government is supposed to be by the people, for the people, under the people.

That’s actually what this, this was saying. Is there anything else you want to say about this declaration? Yeah. No. And it talks about how we form governments and the Constitution, what the Constitution is. We form the Constitution and we form the government. Our main purpose is to secure our rights. And what rights are those? Those are inalienable rights that Michelle’s talking about. That’s the whole purpose of government, is to secure our inalienable rights. And so when you look at the Constitution and you look at most people talk about constitutional rights, and that is, that’s a misnomer.

The Constitution does not give rights. It only gives rights to 14th Amendment U.S. citizens. We’re going to talk about that. But if you’re one of the people of the several states of the union, you’re the same type, same status as the people that created the government and the Constitution to secure our rights. When you’re one of those people, the Constitution actually protects your inalienable right. And that’s why you hear the right to, to. To bear arms shall not be infringed. That is inalienable right, the right to freedom of speech. Although those are inalienable rights that we were given by our Creator, we have those rights.

And the Constitution limits the government’s ability to infringe up inalienable rights. So that’s so it’s not constitutional rights. It’s. It’s inalienable rights given to us by our Creator that the Constitution is supposed to. To protect those rights. And the government is supposed to protect our rights. They’re not supposed to give us rights or give us privileges. They’re supposed to be our servants that’s protecting our unalienable rights. And this is not a democracy. A democracy is mob rule. So that 10 people decide, this one person did something there, this person’s going to get hanged. He doesn’t have any rights.

That’s a mob rule. We are a republic because a republic means each individual has unalienable rights that cannot be infringed upon. That is what we are, you guys. We are not a democracy. So when you hear, oh, our democracy is under attack, it’s not a democracy. Anything you want to say about that? No. And I. Good. I hope it’s under attack. I hope it goes away. I hope that democracy goes away. Because we’re not under a democracy. We’re not supposed to be. It is a republic. And the republic, we’re acting as a democracy in so many ways, but the, the democracy, I’m sorry, the republic is still there.

It’s just pretty much vacant in so many ways because we don’t understand it. And we have allowed ourselves to get sucked into this other system that we’re going to talk about system that we’re going to talk about, which is based on contract and commerce. So let’s go into the 14th Amendment. So I’m going to share again my screen here on my presentation. And this. The 14th amendment. So what happened was after the Civil War. Continue sharing. After the Civil War, the 14th Amendment was created, was enacted because they had the slaves and they wanted to bring the slaves, the black Americans, the slaves into society.

And so they created the 14th amendment. And it says, all persons born or naturalized in the United States are subject to the jurisdiction thereof. And subject. And subject. And subject. And that is actually a very, very key word because if you have to be. If this applies to people, I apologize. If this applies to all persons born and naturalized, then it stands to reason that it doesn’t apply to persons born and not natural and not subject. I’m sorry. And subject to the jurisdiction, then it stands to reason that it does not apply to people born or naturalized in the United States and not subject to the jurisdiction thereof.

So if there’s people that are subject to the jurisdiction thereof, then it means that there’s some people that are not subject to the jurisdiction Thereof. And then go further. And actually, if you look at the word United States, United States has three different definitions associated with it. That’s true. And isn’t it, isn’t it interesting that it doesn’t say all persons born are naturalized in the United States of America? Why is America gone out of this 14th amendment? There’s a reason why, because the United States has three definitions. Do you go ahead and share what they are? So.

Well, so one is a federal corporation which is located in the District of Columbia. Okay. And that is for all the codes and statutes. That’s what they’re referring to. If you can look up Title 28, 1746 for sworn declarations, you’ll see two options, one within the United States and one for without the United States and the sworn declaration. If done without the United States, then you’re going to be saying, I swear under penalty of perjury of the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct. So because when they’re using that term, United states in Title 2817 46, they are referring to that corporation.

The United States is a label. It’s, it’s a corporation label. That’s why, that’s, that’s why they, that’s why they’ve been. That’s how they use it. So, so let me expand a little bit on the 14th Amendment. So as, as Michelle said, it was for the, the slaves that were stateless and were being treated terribly. It was to give them protections. This was federal protections. Okay? This is, Congress created this. And so this is all federal. They’re federal citizens. 14th amendment. US citizen is a federal citizen. Well, they’ve gotten most of us Americans, North Americans from any of the several states to agree to being a United States citizen.

Not understanding what that actually means. We just think it means being an American. It does not. It means that you’re a federal citizen now instead of a state citizen. It’s always, up until the 14th amendment, we were all. Everyone was just state citizens. And when you take on that title of being a US Citizen, you are a federal citizen. And he who creates, owns. Congress created the 14th amendment. They created the 14th amendment U.S. citizen. So label. It’s a label. When you claim to be a 14th Amendment US citizen, you’re claiming that you are underneath Congress, your government property.

And, and it, and that’s the 14th amendment. I’ll show you what it says, because the next part of that is what it says is that the US Citizen has privileges. So remember when we said that the in The Declaration of Independence, you actually have unalienable rights. Well, now if you are a US Citizen, that’s just a label. It doesn’t mean anything except the label that it says, no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States. That means that you now are under the government and the government has given you privileges.

So you want to share on that? Yeah. No, that’s 100% right. You went from inalienable rights as one of the people to becoming a 14th Amendment citizen. And now you have civil rights which are granted by the government. And he who gives can take away. So you have whatever rights that the government gives you when you’re a 14th Amendment citizen because you’re ultimately, you’re a federal citizen and your government property. And that’s how they see you. And that’s how you’re seen in all the codes, statutes, regulations that are there. And until you take steps and to.

Because, because we were volunteered into this even though we were deceivingly so not we didn’t understand it until we speak up and change it. We can give notice that we are no longer choosing to be a U.S. citizen. We want to be one of the people of the several states, whatever state with inalienable rights given to us by our Creator and not a 14th Amendment US citizen under the government. As soon as we give notice, like a sworn affidavit, notarized affidavit, get it on record. Now we have taken our power back and now we have proof because it’s all voluntary.

All contracts have to be voluntary to be a valid contract. And so, so that. That’s how we do it. Yeah. And I’m actually going to create my, my Blossom Inner Wellness. I have a Freedom School. Blossominimals.com so the next thing I want to share around this is a little bit more about the 14th Amendment and that is that the, that the Constitution, because of the 14th Amendment, protects the bankers. Let me show you this part in the 14th amendment. Oops. Fix that. Go here and then here. The 14th Amendment, Section 4, the validity of the public debt of the United States. United States. Again, not United States of America. United States Corporation authorized by law shall not be questioned. This basically protects the bankers under our own Constitution that says the United States has to repay their loans.

Like that’s it. It’s, it’s basically the bankers are now protected by the Constitution. So let me show you guys this. Each state is a corporate. There’s two states for each state. One is a California state. This example, California state, created by the people and is grounded under the Constitution. The second one is the one that is the corporation. You see the seal of the state of California in all capital letters. That State of California with the abbreviation CA is the corporation, corporate administrative and commercial entity created by statutes and federal incorporation. Here’s the thing. When legislation, I always was, I was going, I was always saying, how come they always make all of these rules and laws like they’re making all these laws every single year.

Why are they constantly making these laws? They’re not laws, they’re statutes. And if these statutes go against the Constitution, which this Constitution is the supreme law of the land. If these statutes go against the Constitution, like mandates like these, what’s happening in Hawaii right now with these, all of these emergency proclamations that our government is governor is doing, which is absolutely against the Constitution. If they go against the Constitution, they’re null and void. They are null and void. But the thing is, is the people need to stand up through affidavits to say, no, this is not okay.

So this is all coming down to the people standing up. And that’s why I want to just again, join BlossomInnerWellness.com for free. It’s a free private membership. Just to give a notice and sworn statement affidavit of your choice, choosing to be one of the people Instead of a 14th Amendment US citizen, one of the people with inalienable rights. And then anything you do from there on, you’re not actually under their jurisdiction and you’re going to be, you’re Going to be doing everything from a much stronger stance instead of being government property, being like a slave, trying to rebel. Yes. And, and so, and again, I do want to say as well, well, I haven’t said this yet.

Don’t do anything that you’re not comfortable with. And you have to understand the language of this. You have to understand the commerce. The commerce is the corporation. It’s the government. And it’s, it’s not a regular government that, that holds the protection of our, of our unalienable rights under the Constitution. The government again is supposed to protect our rights, not create laws that infringe upon them. That is treason to this country. So I want to show you guys the next part of this so you understand even more about how you are a product for this corporation. Now get this one, you guys.

This I shared last night at the Carson Nugget, Carson Nugget Casino in Carson City. The birth certificate turns you into a product. So look at this birth certificate. What do you guys see here? This is a, this is a security bonded paper. Do you see the border? That is security bonded paper. The birth certificate turns you into a product that is then collateralized by the government. And literally I’ll share more about that. But let me just show you a little bit more about the birth certificate. This next section where your parent signs this signature line should say parent signature, right? Because if this was a regular birth certificate that’s just, you know, creating a birth certificate for the census or whatever it is, shouldn’t it say parent signature? It doesn’t.

It says informant and birth certification. That’s what it says, Informant and birth certification. Why? Because the parent is informing the informant. They’re informing the government of another product that is then going under the United States Corporation. And if you want more proof, here is my birth certificate. Notice the seal. This is the seal of the corporation of California, State of California, all capital letters. That is a corporation. And in very small font. I had to use a magnifying glass on the left hand side. It is in the border. That’s not an accident. It’s in the border.

So you don’t see it. I’ve had to magnify this and it says Midwest Banknote Company, Midwest Bank Note Company. Because this birth certificate, which is my birth certificate is on security bonded paper and is literally turned Michelle Louise Melendez, all capital letters, all capital letters into a product, fictitious product that is under now the United States Corporation. This is what we get out of. And let me tell you guys something. We get out of it because this is. It actually created this without our permission. So what we do is we rebut the presumption that that is who we are.

I rebut the presumption that I am a fictitious entity collateralized under the government. That’s what I’m. That’s what I did when I created my affidavit, gave it to the Secretary of State and I said, I am rebutting the presumption that I am a fictitious entity under the US Corporation. Do you want to say anything about that? Yeah, no, that’s. That’s it. It’s as easy as that, what she just said. And it’s as simple as that. That’s what they’ve done and that that’s how they are. Unlimited. Unlimited supply of money through basically we are all we the people.

Give them unlimited. Our signature gives them unlimited money supply. And that. That’s what happened after the bankruptcy in 1933. They’re. That’s backed by we the people. And they’re supposed to be the trustees. And they make us as the trustees, make a surety for it. So it’s just. It’s a corrupt system. And once you understand it, once you understand it, you can really take steps like what she’s saying to help unenslave yourself from it. Yes, absolutely. The truth of what we are is a light frequency being. There’s a reason why they do not talk about magnetism. They do not tell you your heart is 60 times more electric than your brain and 5,000 times more magnetic.

Each one of us living in this human body has trauma. And when you have trauma, it puts up a heart wall. It makes a heart wall in your frequency field so that you cannot truly open your heart and feel love and connection with other people. It makes these walls. So that is why they need us to be afraid. They need us to be afraid, angry, separated, confused, all of those things. Create heart traumas. I’m sorry, create heart walls that then keeps us from the real power that we have. Because the real power that we have is connecting with each other is love is the frequency of trusting in this higher power and following our guided intuition.

Where does your guided intuition come from? It comes from your heart. Your heart was the first organ created in your mother’s womb. It started beating before you were born. Your heart started beating. It is connected to an infinite creator that has created everything. This is where your intuition comes from. But if you have a lot of heart walls and you’re angry all the time, confused, want to be separate, I don’t like that person because of whatever the story is, then what happens is you’re. We’re not fully in our power. But when we come together. This is why I do the prayers that I do.

Because when we come together and we. We get into love and we get into feeling and seeing the world the way we want, that is the power we have. And they know it. The, the. The beings that created the whole corporation and all the lies, they know it. They know how powerful they are. And that’s why the school system is the way that is. That’s why we have. We’ve seen so many chemtrails here in Carson City, Nevada. And it’s dimming our frequency. But we can bring it back one through detoxing, which you guys know that I’m doing another detox starting next week.

But we have to be detoxing and then again eating more good organic food. Anything you want to say about that? I couldn’t agree with you more. I couldn’t agree with you. We have. We have the power. We have everything we need within us and we have the power. Especially if we all come together and work together. This. This. Everything could be turned overnight. Everything could be, you know, turned 180 degrees overnight if we all just realize the power we have and that. That they’re hiding from us that they don’t want us to know. And that’s why they’re doing everything they can to disrupt our signal with.

It’s. And I could go on and on, but so. Okay, great. So one more. One more slide and then we’ll do our prayer. And I do want to share with you guys about the retreat. I’m also doing. Okay, that’s. That’s playing. Okay, good. So thoughts, Thoughts. Especially with emotion, they program the electric field. I’m going to say that again. This is this field of empty. Of empty space that’s around us is not empty. It’s a frequency field. It’s an electromagnetic field that we walk through. The Thoughts with emotion program the electric field. Einstein said Imagination is more important than knowledge, for knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world.

They need us to always be afraid and to be thinking something bad’s going to happen, something ball is going to drop. You know, Armageddon, Civil War, you know, oh, this is going to happen on this date. And whatever, whatever, whatever. It’s because collectively our imagination is really, really powerful. You guys. I’ve shared stories about magic, magical things that have happened. Like when I try trying to get to the see the husky puppies and our leader didn’t set it up. And then I randomly walked to this house and the guy’s daughter is at the store who sets up trips to go see the husky puppies.

I mean, magic like that always happens. Because in my life, one of my favorite things to say is I’m really looking forward to seeing how this is going to work out. It’s one of my favorite things to say if I get stuck and I’m like, okay, I don’t know how this is going to work out. I just go, okay. Great spirit, infinite creator of all things. I’m really looking forward to this, watching this movie to see how this is going to work out, who am I going to meet, what situations are going to come into my life, to have whatever challenge I’m having work out for me.

And something always happens that’s not an accident because my imagination is always going toward everything I need shows up, everything I desire is coming to me. And now I get to watch the movie unfold. And it’s not always easy because I am human and I do have my own anger issues with the system. But I do my best here with that. So my goal for us is freedom. A return back to what we were before all this madness. We have unalienable rights under God, not under a government under God. And anything else you want to share, I just, just want to echo.

I completely agree. We are powerful co creators. We, we have our thoughts, our words and our thoughts are very powerful. So we need to make sure that we’re, we’re having the thoughts and using the words that are going to help us and we’re gonna, we co create the future that we want way more than we realize with our words and our thoughts. So I agree with you. Awesome. Okay, cool. Let’s do a quick prayer. Okay. Great spirit, infinite creator of all things, we are so grateful for just our passion and learning this information and being able to share this worldwide.

That we are free to own private property without any conditions on the government or the planning department.

In the constitution, it says people have the right to own property. It does not say, and the planning department will tell you what to do with it. And you’ll be taxed up the yin yang by the government. It says people have the right to own private, private property. Great Spirit, we call that forth now. We get to watch the whole system come down in a way that is the best for all people, that brings so much abundance to all people, because abundance is our birthright. We cannot breathe all the air that is around us. We cannot count all the grains of sand on the ocean.

That is how abundant we are. Great Spirit, we call that forth now for all people. We call forth the angels right now that are around the planet, that they be with anyone who is being harmed, who is being held against their will, that the path to freedom be lit up so brightly and that anybody who does not value human life, who does not value freedom for all people, that they are bound. That they are bound right now with the Christ consciousness of unconditional love, with the frequency and spirit of aloha that they can do no more harm.

We bind them right now, Great spirit. We know that that is done. And we get to watch as we come together from our hearts, from our minds, from our thoughts, that this world is right now, in this present moment, a better place for all people. We call this forth right now, Great Spirit. We know it is done and we give so much gratitude. Thank you. Mahalo nuiloa.
