THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS DEAD IN THE WATER-WHAT CAN AMERICA DO?

No fault whatsoever. We’re going to put blame where blame belongs. We’re going to talk about the implications and some of the things that I think that you can do to turn things around. I have no question but Elon Musk on behalf of the president found massive amounts of waste fraud and abuse.

Seems to me that we could stop it and seems to me if recent memory serves me correctly it was stopped. But now it’s going to start again your taxpayers being spent on illegitimate and illegal practices. And I’m going to show you why. This is a judge that I find despicable. This is a judge whose behavior is unconstitutional and I believe subject to impeachment because the actions are purposefully unconstitutional. Oh look I know you can have gray areas and I say twiddle do you say twiddle dumb. You know this is not the case here. This is blatant blatant mandated fraud waste and abuse of our taxpayer money.

The judge here Theodore Chiang C H U A N G. He was appointed by Obama. No surprise there. And he ordered Doge to restore U.S. aid operations. All the waste fraud and abuse is now mandated by this one judge. Well first of all I’m going to tell you what’s illegal about this. Article two of the Constitution makes it very very clear. Very clear that the president is in charge of the expenditure how it’s applied. Congress allocates money. Trump came along and said this is fraud. This is waste. This is abuse. We’re not doing this. And they cut it off with the investigation of Elon Musk and his team.

This judge says I don’t care what the Constitution says. You’re going to do what Biden and Obama did. What? You have to spend the money the way I tell you. And if they wanted U.S. aid to spend money on waste fraud and abuse. You have to do it Donald Trump. This is so unconstitutional. But then you’re saying well okay well he’ll just take it to the Supreme Court. Well yeah in my humble opinion. Someone who used to teach high school history many moons ago. Chief Justice Roberts will go down as the worst chief justice in court history.

Some people allege he’s compromised. We’re not sure how. Some people say he has never been a conservative. He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. That is true. That is absolutely true. And he has told Donald Trump you don’t have the right to go have judges impeached. Well technically he doesn’t and then he went on to say you don’t have the right to call for judges to be impeached. That’s not correct. In fact there is a congressional answer to this problem. And in part two I’ll repeat this same thing. Congress namely the House of Representatives has control over judicial budgets.

And if they want to have a hearing so they call this judge in and under oath. Why are you doing this. Are you familiar with Article 2. Would you please read me the phrase from Article 2 that says the president can have no say over where money goes. And the judge will. And then if they don’t get the judge to cooperate and follow the Constitution then they can defund his office. They can abolish his office. So hello Mr. Speaker of the House. Where the heck are you. Why aren’t you conducting immediate hearings and subpoena this judge and make him defend his unconstitutional approach.

This is not opinion folks. This is hardcore constitutional law. And that’s all I’m calling for. We’re not harassing anybody. We’re not name calling where what we’re doing is saying what’s a legitimate action according to the Constitution. And what isn’t. This judge’s actions are not constitutional. He needs to be defunded or his office abolished if he is not going to comply with the Constitution. But the process must start with the House of Representatives. Now this is where you come in. You say oh that writing crap to Congress doesn’t work. Trust me. If they got a half a million letters tomorrow collectively as a group.

There be an investigation by Friday. They’re extremely sensitive. Oh they don’t care about your individual. Hey I got a dog that barks too much on the corner. Can you send over the EPA to take care of it. I don’t care about that. They do care about where people are going to focus their attention. Do you want your tax money spent on the nonsense that we saw published. That’s number one question. If you do not. If you support what Doge has done. Then what I’m telling you is you need to get out your computer. Spend five minutes writing one letter to your representative.

And then send it to friends and encourage them to do the same thing. If you’re not willing to do this. Then you get the government you deserve. So I’m asking you. Preferably consider. Following my recommended advice. If you agree with me if you think this is unconstitutional. And you can look it up on the Internet article two of the Constitution. The president’s in charge of the executive branch. USAID came under whose control Secretary of State who appoints the Secretary of State. That would be the president with tooth with the advice and consent of the Senate. He’s in charge.

And basically what Trump has been told is you’re no longer in charge. Oh we have another issue in part two we’re going to follow up with. That’s just as bad. This is bad. This guy is doing his work this judge. He’s doing his work to support the man who appointed him. Obama and his liberal worldviews that think that we can take taxpayer money. And spend it on illegitimate purposes that have nothing to do with America. If you think government should be responsive to America and not the world as a collective. They need to write the letter.
