And I’m very familiar with the area. My daughter graduated from UVU. Okay, Utah Valley University. I did not know that it was the biggest university student population-wise in Utah, because it’s a very relatively new college. It started as Utah Valley State Community College. And so, why would they grow? But maybe it’s a little bit cheaper, especially if you live locally. I don’t know. But that means there’s a lot of students there. The problem I had at first was the lack of security. The other problem I had was the governor and Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith standing there taking bows and patting each other on the back with the governor.
And to be quite honest with you, that part really made me sick. I didn’t want to see the congratulatory ceremony where Cash Patel was patting everybody on the back, including himself. Oh, and then he forgot one, and he had to come back to the podium, and he did it for Pam Bondi. It seemed more like a political rally to me than really a serious press conference about a horrendous murder and assassination. I didn’t like any of that, and I’ll tell them that. I don’t care. That’s not our job in law enforcement to take a bow, especially when it was still a active crime scene.
And that brings me to the next point. My daughter lives in Utah County. She’s the one that graduated from Utah Valley University, UVU. I said, Lucy, did you hear that they’ve paved over the crime scene right where the tent was? She goes, yes, it was all over the news. And so I thought it was a lie. I said, who are the crazy right wing fanatic conspiratorial nuts? There is no way that should have ever happened. And whoever has responsibility or had responsibility for securing that crime scene should be fired. This is absolutely a joke that they just paid over it.
And very similar to Butler, Pennsylvania, and there’s a lot of similarities. A guy climbing up there on that, citizens watching him with their cameras and both hit a very lucky or unlucky shot. And now, no autopsy. And there’s one shot. There’s nobody. And at first, Jack, remember this? At first, they were saying, oh, this had to be a professional hit because nobody else could have pulled off such a shot. And I said, no, it’s not a professional hit. Nobody, no paid hitman from 200 yards aims at the jugular vein in a throat.
You’ll not see that anywhere in history of paid hitman or paid assassins. No way. They get trained just like everybody else. You go center of mass. Oh, and that’s another thing they said, oh, well, Charlie Kirk was protected. He had a bulletproof vest on. And I said, no, he didn’t. That would be easily seen under that thin T-shirt he had. And it would also be bulging out unless it’s the thinnest bulletproof vest I’ve ever seen, ballistic vest. So, no, I don’t believe he did that at all. There was no sign under a white T-shirt and the T-shirt was a little bit tight on him, not very tight, but it was tight.
And you could have easily seen the vest. If you’re wearing a vest, you wear a fuller shirt and you don’t want to advertise that you’re wearing a vest, because then they’ll do what they’re trained to do and that’s a headshot. And so everybody then speculated, well, he was trying for the center of mass chest area and he missed and it hit the jugular or he was trying for the headshot and it hit the jugular. And no, folks, there’s no way. So I’m very suspicious about the shot. I’m very suspicious about how they said the shot affected his or interacted inside him.
A 30-odd six is going to have an exit wound no matter what, even if it’s a hollow point. If somebody’s got something different on that, I’m all ears. But a 30-odd six, you’re only talking about three inches of where that would have come out and the fragments on a hollow point would have still come out. And somebody actually said that the bullet stayed intact and that it was lodged against the skin in the back of his neck and the skin stopped it. I actually saw that on the news. That did not happen. That did not happen, folks.
So let’s get real here. And then all the confusion right after the scene, this guy’s saying, oh, I did it. That guy raises his hand. And law enforcement announced to the world, we’ve got the suspect. No, you never put that out. Even if you’re totally positive, which they weren’t, that you have the suspect. So all law enforcement and everybody else went at ease. At ease. And then what? They’re still collecting information about the suspect. The original photos put out did not look like the suspect. I told that to my wife right then. So I’m getting really, I said, what is going on here? And Jack can tell all of you, I don’t like to jump to conclusions and I’m still not, and I don’t want any of the rest of you either.
And some people on some shows have jumped to conclusions. I want a thorough investigation first. I’m not, a lot is being said, folks, and we know it. Let’s take a step back and let’s take it easy. Let’s not make ridiculous accusations. We can talk about the things we’ve seen. And I know there’s some videos out there and I know Stu Peters has put out some stuff. And I like Stu Peters and I want to be on his show or I want to be on, have him on our show or I want to go over this with him.
But in the final analysis, I think we need to select a lot of this evidence. There should be enough to do a follow-up investigation and maybe two parallel investigations on the mere fact of examining the gun, the rifle that supposedly was used and that they put cement or pavement over the crime scene. So I mean, when I said it was like Butler, Butler had an active crime scene and people were climbing all over the roof and an active crime scene where the FBI actually washed off all the blood on top of the roof where the suspect supposedly pulled the trigger.
The FBI is washing the roof. That’s like when the FBI said, we’re going to get rid of all the evidence at ground zero on 9-11 at the Twin Towers leftovers. We’re going to get rid of all the mortar and bricks and get rid of the evidence and people confronted them and said, why? Because we’re trying to bring closure to America in this horrible tragedy. That’s not their job. Bringing closure or patting us all on the back or giving us all a hug, that’s not the investigator’s job. Their job is to investigate, not be the mortician who wants to hug everybody.
They got rid of evidence. At Butler, they washed away some evidence. Or in Utah, they covered up evidence with pavement. Whether intentionally or non-intentionally, that should have never happened. Whoever was in charge of that crime scene, like I said, should be fired. Then who was ever in charge of security should likewise be disciplined and maybe fired? Six officers, all from the university police. I’ve got to ask some people this. Sheriff Mike Smith, Utah County Sheriff, doesn’t like us, doesn’t like CSPOA, wants nothing to do with us. That wasn’t the case at first.
I went to his entire office and some of his officers objected and he canceled it. I said, remember you told me you wanted to do this for your old office and I would do it for free? You said, what did you say? Free’s good. I like free. He goes, oh yeah, I did say that. I said, so why aren’t we doing it? Because your officers are the tail wagging the dog, correct? He says, well, I’ll just have one of a thumb drive of the entire PowerPoint. Since that time, he has been bad mouthing me all over the state of Utah and other places and telling sheriffs to stay away from me.
I don’t know what brought that on, but I know for a fact he’s done it and he wants nothing to do with us. So I’m not worried about him. I don’t care whether he likes me or he doesn’t. I want the truth and I’m going to ask him here in the near future about some of these sordid details and if he will conduct an investigation or if he will allow me to interview Tyler Robinson. Why not? Why not? So my wife said, well, you know, he’s not going to let you, he doesn’t like you.
So why not allow an outside independent former officer, former sheriff, former probable police detective to come and interview the suspect. I see nothing with that would hurt. But anyway, I’m going to try it. We’ll see how it goes and I’ll let you all know. But folks, again, let me reiterate. Let’s take it easy. Okay. Let’s examine evidence. Look, is there anybody after the scene that could fabricate evidence? If they can fabricate all of this the day of or in the days before and make this all a big play, could there be some follow-up fabrication of the same? Of course there could.
So let’s take it easy and let’s get some interviews done. Let’s analyze the gun. Let’s do everything we can to make sure we’re not pointing a finger where we shouldn’t. And so that’s what I tell you at this point. Is there a lot more than this, Jack? Absolutely. So Ian, all of you, I know you’ve been inundated with stuff because I have been. Okay. So Jack and I have gone over this together. And we both agree. We need to be a little bit measured in our approach to this. And ultimately I want the same thing you do.
I want to know the truth about this. I still want to know the truth about the JFK assassination. And I wanted to know the truth about Martin Luther King assassination. James Earl Ray, and I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again right now. James Earl Ray confessed to shooting Martin Luther King. A few days later, he recanted, said, I didn’t do it. I apologize for lying on the confession, but I did not do this. And I want a trial. He wanted a trial. Guess what government did? No, no, you can’t change your mind.
You can’t recant. You’re guilty. You did it. You said you did it. So we’re not, we’re not going to allow you. Is that really the purpose of, what is that like? That’s like stepping on home base and saying, sorry, I already called the rules. Sorry. Yeah. What are we talking about here? What do we want? Well, government wants to cover up. And so they, of course, said no to James Earl Ray. And then later Dexter King, the son of Martin Luther King, talked to him personally in prison, face to face. And a few weeks, maybe even a few days later, he died of cancer and he was dying of cancer when they spoke.
James Earl Ray had nothing to lose or gain by lying that he didn’t do it. He’s dying. He knows he’s dying. How he got cancer, we’re not certain, but that’s the official thing. He died of cancer. You know, something else. They never did an autopsy on Jack Ruby. Funny how they don’t do an autopsy sometimes, huh? Yeah. So anything to add there, Jack? Only that Ruby got one of the fastest acting cancers in the whole world. But no, you’ve done a nice job in this situation with Charlie Kirk has a long way to go yet.
Lots of information coming out and we certainly haven’t heard the end of this actual story. We don’t know at all what really happened and where it’ll all end up. But you just brought up a fact that we’ve had a whole slew in this country of unexplainable and quickly buried assassinations and other types of what I would call false flag events. And it’s time, you know, in our history to get this to stop and to get to the bottom of what’s going on. And I appreciate the fact that you’re interested in talking to the officials there in the county and if could get a real investigation into one of these things, it would be amazing.
It would really be outstanding. Yeah, it would. And but just so everyone knows right up front, I don’t, I don’t think Sheriff Smith of Utah County is a dishonest man. I don’t think he is. But his governor is. And some of you will remember that we had the person that was cheated out of the governorship of Utah on this program, Phil Lyman. Phil Lyman is a good man. He’s very constitutional. He’s all about God, country and family. And great guy. Well, he won the Utah State Convention over Spencer Cox by two to one margin.
It was the fewest amount of votes that any governor incumbent had ever received in the history of the state. He only got 38% by all the delegates that are there to vote. The rule from the Republican party, the rule is if you get 60% or more, then you’re automatically taken to slam dunk to the general election in November. Did Phil Lyman received that? He received 63%. But did he get slammed up to November? No. So then after, oh, I’ll tell you what, Ian, what he really wants is the positive press. That’s what he wants.
And because he knows that he’s been in hot water every since he took office about seven or eight months ago, well, eight or nine months ago. So that’s what he wants. He wants, oh, he’s such a good guy. Oh, he’s praying for it. Oh, yes. And he’s done such a great job. And he’s breaking his arm, patting himself on the back. He is dishonest as the day is long. He committed one of the greatest acts of election fraud ever in the history of our country and absolutely in the state of Utah. And so how is it that Phil Lyman didn’t get slammed up to the November general election? Because then Cox came forward and said, because his campaign was smart.
They had already been doing the polls. They knew that he was going to lose. They didn’t know he was going to lose that bad, but they knew he was going to lose the convention. So they went out and started getting signatures. And somehow there’s supposed to be some rule that, well, you can do the convention, but if you go out and get your own signatures, then you can still get to the primary if you have signatures. How does that negate the victory that Phil Lyman had that slam dunked him to November? But somehow the Republican party high ups, the rhinos of the party joined with him and other Republicans that run the state all joined this conspiracy and said, well, yeah, we have to have a primary.
So Mr. Lyman, you have to have a primary now. Why did he spend time and money on the convention? And he should be suing the state of Utah and he’s already been trying, but all the Republicans in office, which are most of them, won’t give him the time of day. And it looks like he’s lost at the US Supreme Court. I know he lost at the Utah State Supreme Court. How? I guess everybody’s a part of this or Phil Lyman dreamed up all this stuff. I was there at a Utah State convention several times.
And I know the rules about it. When I ran for sheriff in Utah County, if I would have got 60%, I would have been slammed dunked in November and I got 49.5%. So I missed by 10.5% against the incumbent and one of his deputies. Folks, if they had done that to me after I had won 60%, well, I guess, you know, like they did, they waited for the FBI and IRS to read my office anyway, even though I didn’t win the convention, but they were so afraid I was going to win the primary.
It didn’t matter to go to November because it’s the Republican candidate that wins. And so the convention that we did made me go to a January, not January, June primary. And that’s when the FBI and IRS raided my office three days before the election and they got what they wanted. I lost. So folks, Utah is no different than any other state and it pains me to say that.
