Okay. Speaking of sheriffs, we could run over to the article that was done by some local people in Culpeper regarding the fact that local law enforcement is supporting Sheriff Jenkins and make some good points in that article that, you know, that Sheriff Jenkins is a good guy. It’s, well, we’ll just look at it. Yeah, let’s do. And Sheriff Jenkins is a good man, and I’ve known him for about 12, 14 years, and really a solid constitutional sheriff and a principled man has been in law enforcement 34 years of his life, started when he was 18, and now they want to pretend that he’s a felon and should go to prison for 10 years.

That’s the federal government for you, and this was all done under the Biden administration and the crooks of the FBI, and there’s my answer to that one question in the American Free Press. The FBI does some pretty good training from time to time, and I went to the FBI National Academy in 1991 while I was sheriff, and they make invites or invitations to police professionals all across the world and all across America. I got an invitation. It was something I always wanted to do. It was 11 weeks that I was away from my job as sheriff, but of course I was still running things over the phone.

I had a good undersheriff who was doing a good job where I wasn’t there in person, but I had weekly and daily meetings with my secretary and my undersheriff and other personnel. It was hard for me to be away that long. My dad, who was a retired FBI, came to the graduation ceremony. I always wanted to do that. I wanted to be an FBI agent at one time. I’m so glad I did not get in. I actually applied to be an FBI agent. Right now, I believe that the FBI should be abolished right after the IRS is abolished.

These criminals should have no access in the individual or in respective counties across this country, and the sheriffs should be making sure that these crooks do not have unfettered access to the citizens of our counties nationwide. So that’s my answer, and I’m sticking to it. It’s the truth, and I have no respect for the FBI, and the ones that are supposed to be really good, like Sean Hannity says, the rank and file are still pretty good people. I don’t believe that either. They all do what they’re told. When was the last time an FBI agent came out and said, I can’t handle this anymore? It’s too corrupt? I tried to get a change from within, but I quit.

I’m not doing this anymore. There’s a lady, I think her name’s Nicole, and she’s on Fox News every now and again. She was with the FBI 13 years. She quit because of their corruption. That’s the only one I know. There might be others, and they didn’t do any fanfare about it, and didn’t go on the lecture circuit or didn’t write a book. What else about Sheriff Jenkins? Well, you said it. I mean, the FBI was involved with setting him up, but I think this is a nice article, and we’ll send it out.

Let me add to that, Jack. Folks, do you know the bottom line story? There was a man that worked on the posse called the Search and Rescue Squad for Sheriff Jenkins. He had committed some crimes, and the FBI went to him and said, if you’ll help us get Sheriff Jenkins, we’ll reduce or even do away with the jail time that you’re looking at in your charges. That man went to Jenkins and said, hey, I want to make a donation to you and the posse and your campaign. Jenkins said, well, yeah, I’ll make you a high up on our posse with you doing that.

Folks, the posse has no law enforcement authority whatsoever. It’s an honorary position. It meant nothing. He got a badge and a wallet. We offer the same thing, a badge and a wallet. FBI, come and arrest me. I’m offering everybody on this program right now for $760, I’m offering you a CSPOA posse badge and wallet. Okay? And I know that somebody’s on this program right now already has it, don’t you, Ian? And so, folks, this is not a bribe. It’s part of a fundraiser. And Sheriff Jenkins was doing the same thing. And we were doing this way before him, and I’m sure he got the idea from us.

And I told his lawyer I was ready to come and show this to the jury and testify. Did his lawyer have me come testify? No. Would the lawyer challenge the authority of the FBI to be investigating a sheriff in the first place? No. Did he bring up my Supreme Court victory? No. And I think Sheriff Jenkins should be appealing his case because of the very poor counsel he had. And Sheriff Jenkins knows it. We’ve already discussed it. But Sheriff Jenkins is a good man, and he is not a criminal, and he committed no crime whatsoever.

Show me a victim. There is no victim because this was not a crime. Agreed. The problem I have is- Ten years in prison? Ten years in prison for doing what every politician in this country does. Come on. No. Absolutely absurd. Who’s been protected by this man being in prison ten years? This is the same thing as Tina Peter’s getting nine years. It’s the exact same thing. They’re making an example of honorable, constitutional people, and in Tina Peter’s case, county recorder, who was trying to preserve evidence about election fraud in Mesa, Colorado. And here’s Sheriff Jenkins, a constitutional sheriff, who stood up to the Biden administration, who stood up to his governor trying to stop gun control, came out and announced publicly that if they tried to take guns from people in his county, he would deputize every citizen in that county.

Guess what they never tried to do? They never tried to confiscate guns. Even when the governor promised, Northam promised it, and Biden promised it. They did not do it. When sheriffs stand against a tyrannical government, they have won in this country, won, W-O-N, won every single time. Maybe another example. But there are casualties along the way, and Tina Peter’s was one, and Sheriff Jenkins might be. But folks, we have got to stand with them now, and everybody call your congressman, call your congresswoman, call one of your senators, and tell them, please get a hold of Trump and get this man a pardon.

Indeed. In fact, I even suggest that you brought that to their attention as they told the audience of the Constitutional Sheriff Peace Officers Association really believe if Trump or Virginia Governor Glenn Yonkin, don’t hold out for that guy, could hear the other side, which I couldn’t get in front of the jury, I believe wholeheartedly they would help. And he reminds everyone that he wasn’t even allowed to present his case, which is the way they just shut up. So this is a very interesting article, and it suggests here that law enforcement community is rallying behind Jenkins on social media to ask Trump to either commute or pardon him unconditionally.

So I’ll put this article in the notes here. And I think, Jack, what we should do is the negative article about Sheriff Jenkins. I think I’m going to prepare a response to that. Okay. And yeah, so that’s just some sort of random individual with no identification other than his name, suggesting that. And the guy said that he said he doesn’t report to the people he reports to the law. Right. What? So, so the people in his county doesn’t report to them anymore. They hire him. They’re the only ones that can fire him.

They paid his salary, but they don’t report to them. The sheriff does not report to the people in his county. He reports to the law. Oh, okay. So which law? Which law? His oath of office? The law that says he must swear an oath of allegiance to the constitution and defend the constitution? Or how about the federal law promoted by the FBI that if the FBI hires somebody and promises them, and this is a bribe, they bribe this guy facing jail time of life in prison and they get him to go after Sheriff Jenkins.

If Sheriff Jenkins was dirty, why would you need to hire somebody to go get him? The FBI can’t go get him? Well, okay. So, well, yeah, that’s technically the FBI going after him because they hired this guy or bribed this guy to go do it. That is a bribe. Yeah. Yeah. Promising him what? Less jail time or no jail time at all on some very legitimate crimes. Wow. Okay. I get it. So which law now, sir, does Sheriff Jenkins report to? And bypassing his constituents, which laws do you want him to adhere to? Okay.

So anyway, yeah, I’m going to reply to that. Bring it up, but you only let me look at it one time and requires us to pay for it. And I should have ordered it. But anyway, yeah, a very short letter, but you’re right. It is not a well written piece. I would suspect it was written by one of their people. This, this other article we just read is very powerful and makes some good. And this is probably didn’t counter that article. [tr:trw].
