Sheriff Mack, others are reporting that the feds had sufficient evidence to enable them to follow their procedure for apprehending illegal aliens. If that were true, were they not performing their duties correctly? Now, I don’t know what case maybe he’s talking about. Is he talking about Judge Dugan? Yeah, and that’s what I’m saying, I wonder.

Yeah, if you’re talking about Judge Dugan, I actually agree with that. They had intel that he was going to be in court. They went there to make sure they could apprehend him or interview him or whatever. I don’t agree, let me reiterate this, I don’t agree with administrative warrants. The requirement in the Fourth Amendment is duly signed. You don’t just ask your sergeant to do a warrant for you. They don’t have the authority to do that. So yeah, that is laughable. And so it’s not that hard, you don’t need to cut corners. It’s not that hard to get a warrant.

Anything to do probable cause. Again, I’ll reiterate, a crime committed in your presence does not require a warrant. Every time I stop somebody for drunk driving, I never got a warrant. Why? Because I saw it happening, it’s in my presence. But if that’s what you were looking at, then that’s the answer. Arno Carner asks, is there a way that the CSPOA could leverage work with U.S. Marshals? U.S. Marshals can form grand juries, create court systems, and create deputies. That’s the end of that question. Wow. Do I have an answer for that question? I don’t.

I hope you do. I don’t know if I do, but look, we already have enough corruption in here. We don’t need the Crown sending theirs in here to mucky up our corruption. And look, folks, most cops I trust, most sheriffs I trust, but hardly any of them at both levels are trained properly in the proper role of law enforcement. They’re trained because they get what they get at the police academies and what they see John Wayne and Clint Eastwood doing on movies and television. That’s how most of them are trained. And so it’s how many of them even know why they take an oath of allegiance to the Constitution before they can start their jobs? How many of them know why that happens? And what responsibility that places on them? So very, very, very few.
