Foreign It’s Michael Jacob and Business Builder Friday for Life Wave. And we’re going to be talking about the new cruise that’s coming up and how to, you know, make that cruise. We want all of you to make it. So there’s, we’re going to be looking at that. We also have uh, a great show that the success mindset, uh, they’ll be talking about. So lots of uh, lots of really good stuff we’re gonna be looking at. And you know, the Lifeway business by far is the easily the best business that I’ve been involved with and I know many of you feel the same and then finding, having and finding the tools that are going to help us to, you know, do the best that we can within this business.

All right, so for myself, you know, having been to headquarters this last weekend, meeting with Ali and her, her team was one of the highlights of my, my business. You know, doing these shows is great. I love to, you know, interact with all of you and you know, you know, over time, you know, as your businesses grow and you become more successful in them, then you’re going to get, you know, more and more things that are going to appeal to you as well. Right Jen? We’re gonna have, we’re gonna look at, yeah, video action and the 90.

Connie said she’d come on and help us. So when she comes on we’ll, we’ll yeah, go over and have her talk. Oh, you got it right there. This is a great way to promote and have people start to move up, upgrade, you know, to advance kit and so forth.

They do the, the first one, the core kit and they have the 295. They get, you know, the two eons x 39 x 49. And then they start to week two or, or month two they can go, they can advance again and get the same thing and saying that, you know, continually getting uh, savings, uh, and the same thing with month, month three and uh. So we’ll talk about that. That’s one of the things that a lot of you know, businesses are doing right now. And we’re gonna be looking at this one video. Let me give you guys a little Little tiny preview, the success mindset.

We talked about a little bit about this before, and Katie’s going to come on and go into more detail about it. Well, good morning, everyone. Gregory and Robin up here in Bozeman, Montana, welcoming you to our Thursday morning training call. Good morning, Live Younger Life Wave community. And this is a very special call because we’re going to do something we’ve never done before. Okay. And as most of you know, every Wednesday morning, we have a director and above mastermind call. And sometimes, you know, you hear some of the remnants of that, and sometimes some of the trainings that we do here are incubated in that call coming from the collective wisdom and spirit of all the directors and above that are on there.

And I got to tell you, yesterday’s call was so outstanding that we made a decision. We’re going to replay yesterday’s director’s call just to kind of keys you a little bit, say, hey, this is what directors calls are like. But the content was so relevant for all of you. Sometimes we’re covering leadership information that trickles down to you. Some does, some doesn’t. But the content we covered yesterday about mindset, you know, about the why and how and benefits of selling Premier Patch and how we’re all going to gather together in the Bahamas cruise in the springtime and how we can get as many points as possible to do that.

And. And so, you know, with everyone’s blessings from yesterday, I’m gonna play the replay. Robin, did you want to say hello or anything before I start the recording? Hello. What happened yesterday? I heard it’s too soft. I don’t know if you can hear it. Mindset. And that’s what we want to do is help everyone grow and stretch to go places you’ve never been before. So we want to be as in special gratitude to Janet and Connie for taking. All right, so we’ll. We’ll get to that in a second. I think I need to share my sound, so.

Yes. So, Connie, did you want to jump in and talk about any of that yet? Well, I can start that while you’re doing what you’re doing. One of the things I wanted to talk about is the fact that we’re showing you a pathway of how to get people the best savings. Never on this team are we going to do something that’s not a win win for everybody. Right. We’re not talking about trying to push premium kits. We’re not talking about, you know, trying to get somebody to buy something because it benefits us. We’re talking about showing you why it is the best price kit.

And there will be times when it makes sense for somebody to order that way. And we’re going to lay out, you’re going to see her, Janet and several other people on the call talking about that. So Michael, you play the recording, they can listen and then we can talk about it. Or you can show the PDFs and I can go through it. Whatever your, whatever you’d like and they can go watch this later. How about if we do both? I just posted the, the, the video in the chat so people can copy it and review it again tonight after y.

Also, yeah, we’re not trying to be any other teams. We’re again, we’re not like all those packs. But we do know one thing. One thing is, you know, a couple people, different people today that I’ve been on calls with, they’re like, I need to make money now. How’s the fastest way to do that? You know, sometimes people have an urgency. Other people like, show me the cheapest way to buy the patches. That’s what Michael did. I want to try all these patches. What’s the cheapest way? The premier kit. And when you see the value of it, I don’t know that anybody’s probably ever showed you the value of that kit.

It’s not just the reduction in price of the patches themselves. It’s the fact that you’re active for three months, which if you’re a brand partner and you have to stay active, you know, it starts to become a pretty significant savings, about a six hundred and something dollar savings. So well, you’ll, you guys can listen and then we can go over it consciousness in the direction you want to go. Connie, jump in and kick it off, please. Okay, so we were talking a little bit about even. It kind of started with the incentive trip first. And we’re going to get into some things that we’re going to go with, are going to go to with Janet later.

But when we came to the incentive trip, we knew that there were going to be certain things people were going to need to look at and activities they were going to need to do to get on that. So first and foremost is making the decision you’re going. And second is what are those activities going to be that are going to get you there. So I want to talk to all of you a little bit about Punta Mita and how we qualified for Punta Mita. So with the size of our organization, with where we’re working in depth and our leaders, a lot of our time and energy at this stage in our journey.

It has to do with training and supporting our team in depth. Right. Well, that means that we probably, you know, we aren’t recruiting like we did when we got started in the first couple of years. And so a lot of the points, as you know, those points are based on recruitment. Those points are based on upgrading people in their kits and helping people go director to man, you know, hit their manager, hit their director, hit whatever. Well, if you look at a couple of my legs, a couple of our legs personally sponsored, they’re already SPDs. I can’t make them any higher, right.

So when I’m developing managers, directors and all that, I’m doing them in depth, which means I’m not going to personally get those points. So how do I get on a trip? Right. When the personal enrollment, some of those things are, are taken away, right. There’s ones we can still work with, but some are taken away. And we got on. Most of what we got there was rank advancements. And yes, one of the rank advancements. Thank you, Ann Maro, was that she went SPD during that qualification period. But the vast majority that got us there, beyond helping our team, rank advance was upgrading of kits.

And wasn’t upgrading somebody from a core to an advance. Not that we didn’t, but it was getting people premium kits and helping them understand the benefit of ordering a premium kit, the savings they were going to get. So I’ll just tell you one example. We looked at one of Barry’s employees and he had been using the patches a long time ago, got off, he was out of the system and we knew he wanted back on him again. And so we went to him and we brought him in. We knew the patches he was going to use were going to be four patches, right? So there were quite a few for him.

And so we, we said, look, we’re going to bring you in on a core and the next month we’re going to go up to advance. This is how much we’re going to save you this month. This is how much we’re going to save you next month. And after that, the month after that, we’re going to get you three months worth of patches and we’re going to save you this much money by buying it all at one time. And he didn’t even hesitate. You know, this is a bartender. This isn’t somebody with a ton of money, right.

And he didn’t even hesitate because we told him the value to him in the savings he was going to get by doing this. He’s not a builder. He just wanted the value of the products at the best price. And we did that to numerous people, and that was the push that got us over to the Punta Mita trip. So I’d love to turn it over to Janet to talk about what the savings look like and how you would communicate that to your team and to your. Your new enrollments. Thank you, Connie, and good morning, everybody. And I want to underscore.

We really want to focus on premium right now for a number of reasons. One, many people are hesitant to talk about it. They think it’s too much money. They don’t know how to present it. To Connie’s point, they don’t know how to present the savings. But there’s really a lot of other aspects to it besides savings. And we’ll get back to that. There’s also the reasons of why people want to do it in a bigger sense. So I. I prepped up a couple slides for us to discuss. But your directors, your job is to lead. Some of you are senior directors, executives, presidentials, even SPDs.

Your job is to lead. And Gregory and Robin are constantly giving us this forum to learn. And so Gregory is going to be popping. And Robin’s going to be popping in on this, too, in that. And I’m going to ask Dr. Velvet and actually Cam A Jenn to pop in on this because it’s a mindset, and if you don’t understand the value, you won’t talk about it. So Connie and I are talking. I said, the first time I went to Europe, everyone’s like, aren’t you so excited? And I was like, yeah, but I didn’t know what I was going to see.

I didn’t know what it looked like. I didn’t know where we’re going. At the end of it, I was like, you know, you don’t know the land of premium. Most of you, most of your people don’t. So we want you to get really familiar with this. So, Gregory, may I share my screen? You’re muted, Gregory. Okay, I’m sharing my screen. Okay, so we’re gonna. I. I tend to like it on. I don’t want to share. I want to get this. Hold on. I want to get this on present, which is not letting me. Okay, so you guys, can you see my canva? Hopefully it can it.

I can’t seem to get it bigger. Right. We see it. Okay, so, Connie, talk through what’s in the kit itself, please. In the premium kit, you’re right here. Can you see it? No, I okay, I’m gonna really apologize, but our Internet’s been going in and out for weeks, and they just showed up, so I had to switch to my phone. So I apologize. I can’t see anything. Chat. Here’s one of our. Okay, well, let’s go over it. So, yes, Kame, you got your hand raised. I can say what’s in it? Please do. Okay, so in the premium kit, you can either get 20 sleeves of x39, which cost you 87.50 each, which is a great savings.

And it’s a great savings for people that just want to be customers or people that want to share the patches. Because, like, today I’m doing a presentation or tomorrow, and it’d be great if I had a sleeve of 87.50 x 39 that I could use for an auction or something or as a gift. Or you can get and. Or you can get 40 of the support sleeves, or I believe you can get seller dies or any of the things that are not the X’s, or you can combine them so you can get a ton of patches for a whole lot less money.

It’s a really, really great value. I’ve had many, many people buy these because it is such a great value. They save a lot of money on shipping, and they have the product there for sharing. For sharing. Great. Thank you, Kimmy. And we’re going to have you come back in. So before we start on premium, who. You know that one point that you just brought up this, that’s not really factored in either the shipping. So if you’re. If you’re doing a premium, you’re getting it all at once. And if you’re like a little bit here, a little bit there, a little bit there, you’re paying the shipping every single time.

So that adds up. So that’s a good point. Who needs this? Well, Kami just talked about it’s a great purchase and the value, but I’d like you to think beyond perhaps the people in your family and friends. I do a lot of work with business owners, entrepreneurs. There’s people out there, you guys, that actually need this, and we’re going to tell you why. So I want you to start looking for people in business for entrepreneurs. Maybe they’re boomers that are pretty savvy, who still want to be in the game. They like being in the game. Network marketers.

And we’re going to talk desperate people here for a second. Kame and I were headed to the airport last weekend. We’re on the shuttle from the Parking lot into the airport. We got talking to people. Well, Kim A, let me give her credit, is talking all about the patches on the shuttle. And this guy wanted a patch and another one to patch. And we had our cards out. And what we saw. This one gentleman, he was a former cfo. You could tell he wants to still be in the game. He’s. He’s retired, but he’s like, he was dressing nice, things like that.

Let’s go to desperate people. Quick story. At the event we’re at, a gentleman shared that he was a business owner. He never took a vacation. He always. He told his three daughters and wife, we’re going on a vacation. We’re going to Turks and Caicos. And they were so excited. They were finally going. He goes to get the passports, and Instead of getting five passports, he gets a little letter that’s from the IRS that says, you haven’t paid $13,000 in back taxes. You don’t get passports. It just shattered his family. And at that point, a switch flipped in his mind, and he said, I’ve got to do this.

They told me about this so long ago, and I never paid attention. And now he’s at an SPD level. He paid off $13,000 in back taxes with premium kids talking to his friends. You guys are out there everywhere. And Connie’s, you’re going to jump in here, talk a minute about the who. Who have you experienced that wants to jump in at a business level? Okay. Oh, who have I. Who have we experienced at that? You know, it. For a lot of people, it was people that. It was people that saw the vision, who maybe already were aligned in that for this, but I don’t even know on that, you know, on that piece.

So now, like when we first started, I guess. Let me go back. Sorry, guys. I’m all jumbled with the Internet people showing up at my door. The. When we look now we definitely look for entrepreneurs. We definitely talk to our team about who’s an entrepreneur, who’s. Who has that. Who maybe has always wanted to be an entrepreneur who’s already in business. So when we look at things, let’s just talk about even conference. When we look at conference and who’s willing, you know, they’re like, oh, I can’t afford it. I can’t afford to go to conference. I don’t have enough extra money.

Oh, I want to go to the event in Florida, but I can’t afford to do it. Oh, I want to do this, but I can’t afford to do it. Well, that is A clue right there that you have someone who does not see that this is their change. You get an entrepreneur and they understand investing back into their business. They understand that I am going to find a way to get this, to do this because I’m going to invest back in my business. So business owners, entrepreneurs, they should be at the top of your list because their mindset automatically is how can I do this? And they understand what you have to invest to get something back.

So that’s usually a no brainer. Network marketers, they come with a different skill set. Right. Many of us have grown teams with people who have never done network marketing before and you’ve got, there’s a lag, there’s a skill set that you have to learn as you go. Some of us have been around the industry for a very long time. It took time to develop that skill set. So if you are looking for someone who, whether they’ve been super successful or not, but they at least understand network marketing, they’ve done some growth and personal development, they get what’s going on, you cut the timeframe of their success down because they’ve already worked through skills, they’ve already gone through some of the things that if you take somebody who’s never even heard of relationship marketing, now you have to get help with their belief system now you’ve got to help develop them in ways.

Whereas people, if you’re getting someone who’s already done network marketing before, you get to bypass a lot of that time and go straight to the activities and the actions because they understand that. So desperate people is have a mindset of what I’ll do whatever it takes. And it doesn’t even have to be desperate. It could be just somebody who, who with all their heart and soul, they want out of the industry they’re in. They wake up every day and think, I can’t go to this job one more day. They have maybe a situation in the family that they need the money and they, they are willing to do whatever it takes and the activities, the income producing activities to get to where they need to go.

Because they have that big giant. Why you take somebody who’s super, super comfortable. And that was me and Barry for a lot of years. In our last company we saw a different vision here. But in our last company there was no doubt we were comfortable, we didn’t have to have that income. And so we might not have done some of the things that we could have done based on the fact that we just didn’t have a really strong need. So that’s what I would say about. And Barry said, oh, yeah. And Barry just. Barry just said, it’s an extremely small investment.

1700 dollars to start a business. Any business person is going to be like, that’s all. Yeah, very true. Thank you, Connie, Gregory and Robin. Yeah, I just want to chime in on that. I wanted to chime in because when I started network marketing 36 years ago, I was one of those desperate people. Okay. I had sold my manufacturing business in Southern California, moved to Montana, and the sale fell through. The payment stopped coming. I went from litigation into liquidation, and I couldn’t afford to go back into manufacturing because that was a high six figure investment. I had three quarters of a million dollars of equipment, you know, so.

So I didn’t know what I didn’t know. But a good friend of mine was making some really good money in the water business. And some of you people are probably familiar old timers with NSA National Safety Associates. I started at $5,000. I scraped up $5,000 to buy a package, and all I did is sell $5,000 packages because monkey see, monkey do. And that was the way. And the successful people, they bought $25,000 packages. And that company grew, it exploded. So it’s ironic, here we are back in the water business. But I just think I’m glad you, you ladies brought it up this morning.

The whole concept of mindset. And yeah, it’s nice to help people with their owies, but we’re in business to make money to, you know, because that gives us all kinds of options. We can be as philanthropic, as charitable and, and, you know, freedom, like I like to say, when you go shopping, not look at the price tag to see if it fits, you know, so. So I was one of those desperate people and failure was not an option. And I powered through and by God’s grace, here we are today. Thank you, Gregory. Can I ask real quick, Dr.

Velvet to Chime in on one topic, please? Real quick, Dr. Velvet, go ahead and unmute, please. Okay, so what do you want me to address? Talk about a bit about practitioners, if you would, because a lot of practitioners who love and care about people doing this, right? And so. Well, first, to Connie’s point, they really are a person. And as Kam A was reading the premium package, you guys need to be thinking about practitioners that are, that may want to offer this into their clinic and sell it retail. So that package right there is going to be really good for them, right? It’s going to save them a lot of money and they’re going to be earning more on their return of investment.

Right. But when it comes to particular practitioners, and I mean, let’s just go ahead and put them all together, they didn’t go to business school. They don’t know marketing. They know what they know. They know how to help individuals. So if I’m working with massage therapists, they don’t have marketing training. They didn’t have business training. They had very little. And that very little was, let’s create your business card. Well, business card isn’t going to do you any good if you don’t know how to get that business card out there or if you have the mindset that you aren’t worthy enough to tell people what you do.

And here’s what I see about our company a lot of times too, is that we, we did it with go with no. Go for no. Is that we are so afraid of rejection that we shut down. And rejection is, you know, it’s a numbers game. You got to have those no’s, but you’ve got to find the value in what you’re doing. You have to have enough value that you understand, hey, this is an important product to me. I don’t care who says no. I’m going to find the person who says yes. So when you’re dealing or working with, I don’t want to say dealing.

That’s kind of like not very good terms there, right, Robin? So when we’re working with individuals, we want to make this so simple for them. But then here comes number two. Problem is that it’s so easy, they can’t believe it. It’s so easy to share. Oh, it has to be harder than this. So what we have to do is we have to stay within that duplication system of having the systems in place. Like Connie has the doc talk in place. Therapists can just simply send them to doc Talk. We have the opportunity calls. Just send them there, make it super easy for them to share, and so that then all they have to do is go to my website and sign.

And I also want to say this because Connie showed up as a leader today. She could have very well said, I have Internet issues, can’t see you today. These are the people that we’re looking for. And I had a team meeting one time, lost my power, lost my Internet, and I had a decision to make. I could have canceled the meeting, but I did not. I got on my hotspot and I did the zoom in dark on my laptop. These are the people that were looking for, are the people who are going to show up no matter what the obstacle is.

So hopefully on here that we can all be an example of what a great leader looks like and keep that in their mind too, so that they can also duplicate. I don’t want to say duplicate us. Nobody can duplicate me. But at least they can duplicate the standard of practice that we have. Thank you. All right, so kind of you want to go over some of the. The slides that we have. That’s. That’s all. That’s all really good. Maybe we’ll come back to that and get the motivational stuff. But the actual slide. Let me. Let me see if I can pull that back up and we’ll post that.

All right, go ahead and start talking while I look for it. Does. You know, I guess the question. Yeah, yeah. Barry, why don’t you share actually, Brad, are you still on here? Still see Brad on. I saw him on earlier was here, but he may be off. Yeah. Oh, well, he’s gonna want to hear this. Yeah, he’s gonna miss a good. Ah, good story. I was here for a minute. Well, I’ll start it off and I’ll kick it to Barry. But basically, someone on Brad’s team had. Or someone had watched Michael, and they’ve been watching Brad, and they saw me on a show Brad did, and they realized that, you know, they.

They were like, I think I’m gonna come in. I like Michael and I like Brad. You know, I think I’m gonna come in under Brad’s team. And they didn’t. Weren’t sure, and they saw that I was in Arizona where they are. And so she reached. She found me on LinkedIn. She reached out to me, told me how she found me, and I ended up helping to enroll them under Brad while they’re in town. And I started talking to amazing couple. He has very successful network marketing experience. And Brad. Oh, you’re in your. You’re talking. Jen, I.

I’m sorry. I just texted Brad. You just need to mute. Yeah, so. So at any rate, they just. Lovely, lovely older couple and just vibrant. And so I had said to him early on, you know, I’d really love for. To. To take you. We’d really love to take you out to lunch, Barry and I, whatever. So we spent. Believe it or not, we had so much fun with them. We spent like three hours with them yesterday taking them out to lunch, and today we got them on with Robin and Gregory. Get them to the team. Right.

They got introduced, and then they were already using the patches for a couple of months, and he got Excited at the vision, the enthusiasm. And they got on with us today to walk through and to get them set up with their replicated site and, you know, get them all trained up. And what happened. You told the whole story. You know, it was interesting because they are entrepreneurs. She started with Xerox. She launched Xerox when it came out. They were one of the first big companies. You know, that was back when you had to print your own flyers.

If anybody’s old enough, you had that big round drum. Well, she started with Xerox and he was an entrepreneur and then he got into network marketing. Ex pro baseball player, avid hunter. We really got along good. But today Connie was talking to them because they decided they wanted to do the business. And so as we were going over their business with them, one of the things he asked, what’s the best deal? What’s the best deal I can get? And so Connie was telling about the Premier package pack. And he said, well, we already bought a core.

And she explained how you pay the difference and this is the bang you get. Here’s your. So he said, I get to save money. He goes, that’s how we’re coming in. We’re going to buy a Premier Pack. And he goes, the only thing I’m going to sell is Premiere packs. He says, this is what me and all my friends are going to want. You know, so it is. And he asked, how did. He even asked, you know, how did you guys come in? It’s the typical. Said we bought a Core and then a Premier pack. Back then it was called.

Actually, we bought. We just bought the bronze. And then as soon as. As soon as we got it, we were just like, up diamond kit up to the diamond kit. Like. Like Michael did. So there’s. The point is there’s a lot of people out there that this is what they want. You know, he. She was very interested in, you know, products for certain things. Do’s and don’ts help the people she wants to help. But he was looking at just as a business. And he goes, and if I’m doing it as a business, I’m gonna buy Premier Pack and I’m gonna sell Premiere packs.

Well, and to be fair, not just the business, he understands the business, but like her and like most of you, and I’m gonna assume all of you, he. They were about. There isn’t a person out there who doesn’t need this. Do you know how many people we’re going to help? But the mindset is, this is how we’re going to help Them. This is how everybody is going to want to get on the products. And to the point of, you know, you get a premiere kit, you know, you come in like Michael did, and you get, you know, some different patches or you get all.

Whatever. You’re committed. You’re pretty committed, and you’re going to stay on those patches, which means it’s far more likely that you’re going to get your desired outcome. It’s far more likely that if I get somebody there and committed to using these patches for 60. Not, you know, for six months, months, nine months, a year, they’re going to stay on them and they’re going to get the results they want by. By being committed at that. At that level. Yeah. He ran such a big organization, and Gregory knew it. If you’re familiar with David Jumper, the number one person in the company, David Jumper was in his downline back in the day.

Back in the day. So he literally, he grew. I think he said his business had a hundred thousand people in it. So this is a big earner, a person that knows what they’re doing. When you guys all go to the newsletter on Monday, you’ll be able, you’ll be able to see it. So you started to see some of it in there. When you look at the savings, there’s already a. Barry’s going to get the exact number, but there’s like a 200 something dollar savings on the fact that you’re buying your sleeves of x39 for $87. And so and so, right. So you’ve got like a 200 and something dollar savings there. Again, he’ll grab the right numbers. The next piece is. There’s, there’s a piece that none of us iteration and it’s over $400.

I think it’s 460 something dollars in savings or $400 in savings. Let me have the numbers. Okay, so the total savings on the investment of a Premium kit is $665 and 30 cents. That is $249 you’re saving by having the sleeves cost only 87.50 versus 99.95. The second savings is the one I just know people miss. And that is you get three months of being active, which means the month that you buy and then you, you have 31 days. Then you have your next 31 days. You get what’s called a trickle order of 110 personal volume to keep you active.

That’s worth 199.90. Then you get another trickle order, your third month of 110 PV for 199.90. So now you have 399.80 in savings because you don’t have to order for three months. Then we. What Michael talked about is you also have saved on shipping because now you’re not going to order anything for your first three months. So there’s, you’re saving another 1640 on saving on the shipping costs. That’s a $665 and 30 cents when you get the, the Premiere kit in savings. So that is a way to. We’ll pop it in because that is a way to, for, to help you help people understand the value of what they’re getting.

And we have had. I know Robin Scari as well, some of you may be the same way where we’ve had. And I know Michael’s team has definitely had it. People have come in just that want to be product users and you know, initially they have no intention of doing the business. They just want the best value. They wanted a lot of patches and they will go for, they will go for that kit just because of the savings. Did that help? Was that helpful enough? So there are eight points for every premium kit that you enroll somebody on during this, this qualification period. So it’s the fast track to getting on the trip. Wow, you sell. Yeah, I mean not only that, but you make $405 on top every single one.

So you know, as I said a time before you sell, you buy one of these and if you’ve already bought a core, it’s even cheaper. But if you, if you get somebody to buy one right out, out outright, once they sell five, they’ve got their money back plus. So it’s a great way to look at it as a business. There’s, you know, it’s a little bit of work but here you want to make your money back, turn on investment fast. This is the way to do it. And after that, all in the plus column. Sounds great.

So I did what one of the trainings was before where you build one of those, those packs and you can just click on it and then you, you use that in order to get a new customer in. It’s not off of my website, but I did it on the side, you know, off of my actual back office.

And I use that then to bring a new preferred customer in. I found what I think is a glitch and I have notified customer service, but I don’t know how long it’ll take it to fix it. And what the deal is is that if you go under organization and down to preferred customer, when I look at that, the person that I enrolled, it just says retail customer and it doesn’t even give that person’s name. It’s really odd. But if I click on the little credit card or business card or whatever you want to call it, then I can see that person’s name.

When I go into personally enrolled, I can see the person’s name. So there’s an IT glitch somewhere on the back office system between those two different tabs. Yeah, I, what I would say, Lydia, is we’re getting all new back offices, the all new back office reports and a back office overhaul with the rollout of Compensation 2.0. So little, little glitches aren’t going to be addressed immediately. They’ll be addressed with the overhaul. But I do appreciate what you’re saying. And I mean, they’ve already changed a few and we’re all like, I don’t, what, what report was this report before? You know, so there’s a little bit of a juggling with that piece.

There were a few things that have been brought up by the field advisory where we’re not seeing phone numbers and contact information and we don’t know if that’s because they’ve clicked when they’ve enrolled that they want to hide their information from their brand partner because our distributor brand partner because they can click that. So there’s things you can’t see. But I do understand what you’re saying about the report. So one is a newer report, one is an older report and it could be that they’re not synced up yet. So I would say be very patient and look forward to what the back office will look like as we roll out all the changes.

Okay. Because I, I have somebody that enrolled last week with a core kit and she’s already tried to go and place another order for a bunch of stuff. And I’m like, oh, don’t place without talking. No. Can you tell me why you think it’s trying to upgrade you again? Because when I go into, into the store down to the bottom it says I can upgrade, but it gives the name of the new. Well, I’ll have to go in and look at that.

Perhaps they’re letting you because got to remember the diamond kit was a less expensive kit with less patches per. They may be. I need to look at that. They may be allowing you to go from that diamond kit to the premiere kit, which would be. Be fabulous if that’s. I’m gonna go look at that right away. I, I think it’s still in there in the store. Even if, because I’ve seen it and I’m, you know, I upgraded to diamond so I still see at the bottom upgrade kits almost as if it didn’t used to be there.

Did you click on it to see what the premier kit would cost? No. No. Okay, well that’s what we’ll do. We’ll go in and look because I haven’t heard that they were doing that. But I always like that logo. Super Soldier. Is there any way I could switch over your team? That way I could have the support and build my paint, you know, from bronze to a diamond. Is that possible? That’s a. You can’t. Yeah, it’s a. It’s a difficult journey. People have done it. And because we didn’t ask you to come to us, and you’re asking about how. I’ve seen so many know the answer to that. What’s that? I said we can’t answer that here for a second. Like, I kind of want switch over. Like. Yeah, let me. Well, let me. Let me explain. Cross recruiting is against policies and procedures. You cannot talk to somebody in another organization about joining your team or coming over, which we know Michael would never do, none of you would ever do. And so we. You cannot do that. It is against policies and procedures to cross line recruit. Now if somebody has a legitimate reason why they want to and they want to go down that path, they can resign.

They will lose everybody under them. All the people under them will move up to the next person. So be very aware of that. But you can resign. You can sit out for six months, just be a customer, set out for six months and you can come back in into another organization. But you must resign and sit out six months. And you will lose your downline. In very rare cases, and I’m telling you, it’s very, very rare. If someone, if your upline sponsorship, whatever, was doing things that were against policies and procedures that were absolutely unethical, that you know all of that, you might be able to go and ask for a switch of a line of sponsorship for you and your group.

It is very unlikely to get it because somebody has to have broken policies and procedures. And you know, it’s a whole Logistic thing. So be very clear. Nobody recruits crossline on this team at all. Is it a fabulous team? Yeah, it is. But nobody recruits crossline on this team. So you would have to follow in your policies and procedures and you would have to know that you could sit out, but your team will roll up if you’ve ever sponsored anybody, to who is above you. So is that good, Tracy? Joe, thank you, my dear. Thank you.

But, so then would that be something to take into consideration as you’re trying to put together, sharing our information that we put with people to, like, get in. Get in with the good group?
