Slice spread will be more expensive than gold and all the nonsense. She is saying tariffs are a bad idea.

They don’t work. They’ve never worked. Trump is a terrible leader. We can’t wait to get him out. Make a mistake, Donald, so we can impeach you. Well, I’ve got news. In 1996, the Chinese were charging a 36% tariff on American goods going into their country across the board. We were charging a paltry two percent in 1996. Representative from California, Nancy Pelosi said this is terrible. We need to increase our tariffs on China and anybody else that would take advantage of us. Nancy, that was only 29 years ago and compared to you now, I mean, it’s just a flicker in time.

Nancy, why the sudden shift between I want a tariff China, but Trump can’t do it. It’s the ultimate in political hypocrisy. And this time we don’t have to pass it to see what’s in it. We know what’s in it. And today, Nancy, did you see? Did your staff wake you up and tell you that the EU bent the knee to Trump and is proposing a 0% tariff that’s reciprocal? Did you see it? Nancy, how do you explain your 1996 comment? Well, for that matter, how does any person on the left explain their tariff comments given their previous positions in which Nancy Pelosi is not alone in her belief? So why the shift? Oh, I know why.

Ask the Democrat what they stand for. Well, I don’t know. The real answer is anything that Trump is for, the Democrats are in opposition against. That’s simple.
