Summary

➡ Sovereign Radio, hosted by Scotty Saks, is a popular broadcast that discusses various issues. In a recent episode, Scotty highlighted the problem of illegal immigrants being given driver’s licenses without proper training or English language skills, leading to accidents and chaos on American roads. The show also featured guests including truck drivers and a candidate for the Governor of Texas, who discussed this issue as a national security threat. The broadcast also promoted health and wellness products from their sponsors.
➡ The text discusses concerns about immigrants at the Texas border being given provisional commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) without proper training or English language skills. This is causing safety issues on Texas highways and potentially disrupting the supply chain. Despite attempts to raise awareness about this issue, it seems to be largely ignored. The text also highlights the extensive training usually required to operate a commercial vehicle, which these immigrants are not receiving.
➡ The article discusses concerns about unqualified drivers, particularly those who can’t read road signs, causing accidents and endangering lives on American roads. It highlights incidents involving drivers from various backgrounds and emphasizes the need for stricter enforcement of driving laws. The article also touches on issues of national security, immigration, and the role of trucking associations. It ends with personal anecdotes from truck drivers about their experiences on the road.
➡ The speaker discusses concerns about illegal activities at the Texas border, including human trafficking and unsafe driving practices. He suggests that local communities and law enforcement should take more action, such as conducting audits and inspections on trucks. He also criticizes the government’s handling of the situation, arguing that the problem is being hidden and downplayed. The speaker proposes that the governor could issue an executive order to address these issues, including stopping trucks at the border and identifying companies employing unsafe drivers.
➡ The article discusses the issue of foreign entities taking over the American transportation industry, which is affecting the economy and safety. It highlights the problem of foreign carriers establishing businesses in America, importing drivers from overseas, and competing with American carriers. This situation is causing economic and safety issues, as American carriers are forced to cut safety measures to stay profitable. The article suggests a citizen-led governance program to spot and report suspicious activities, emphasizing the importance of the trucking industry to the American economy and national security.
➡ The discussion revolves around the issue of human trafficking in Texas, particularly involving illegal immigrants and truck drivers. A group called Truckers Against Trafficking is mentioned, which aims to combat this issue. The conversation also touches on the upcoming Texas governorship, with a candidate emphasizing a Texas-first approach, focusing on issues like human trafficking and property taxes. The importance of citizens reporting suspicious activities to local authorities is also highlighted.
➡ The radio show discusses the importance of prayer and faith, with Doc P. Chambers, a gubernatorial candidate, emphasizing his belief in prayer and his commitment to serve all citizens. The show also highlights the issue of untrained, non-English speaking illegal immigrants driving trucks, posing a risk on the roads. Lastly, the show features a segment on the importance of investing in precious metals like gold and silver, with Dr. Kirk Elliot explaining his journey in the industry and advocating for low-cost bullion as a safeguard for people’s financial future.
➡ Our company has grown to be a leading bullion broker due to our focus on relationships and low-cost services. The journey wasn’t easy, but through public appearances and interviews, we’ve gained influence and trust. We believe in the importance of gold and silver, which have stood the test of time as reliable forms of currency. Despite changes in the economy and the rise of digital currencies, we see a future where tangible assets and cryptocurrencies coexist, offering people more control over their finances.
➡ The US dollar is losing value due to inflation and increased selling pressure from BRICS nations. This is causing a rise in the price of goods and services. To protect against inflation, it’s suggested to invest in precious metals like gold and silver, which increase in value as inflation rises. The process of investing in precious metals is simple and can be done through a phone call to a broker, who can guide you through the process of buying physical metals or setting up a depository account.
➡ Silver is in high demand due to its use in electronics and industries, and its supply is limited. This makes it a good investment, potentially leading to generational wealth. Recent actions by billionaires and banks suggest possible economic instability, further supporting the idea of investing in tangible assets like silver. The current political and social climate also indicates a shift towards tangible assets.

Friends, Americans, patriots, lend me your ears. I’ve come to bury the globalist cabal, their political sycophants and the mockingbird mainstream media, not to praise them. Welcome to Sovereign Radio. I’m your host, Scotty Saks, living life in gratitude. Greetings to our radio audiences in Texas and California.

We’re returning to broadcast radio in October. It’s great news. We just signed a new deal with Salem Radio and we return to KCBQ 11:70am the answer in San Diego, Saturday, October 4th. Yes, Sovereign Radio returns to broadcasting from the belly of the beast of mainstream media on Salem Radio in October. I want to welcome our posse on the Grassroots Warrior Network and its founder, Kevin Hoyt. Kevin was forced to live in exile after the sociopathic Marxist politicians and law enforcement in Vermont kidnapped his daughter. That’s right, they kidnapped Kevin’s daughter. Now Kevin has his daughter back and is safely off the grid.

You and your daughter are in our prayers. Kevin Hoyt, you’re a good man. I also want to welcome our freedom loving patriots that follow Sovereign Radio in Romania, Colombia, Canada, Australia and South Africa. We appreciate you and thanks for standing with us and here in America with we the people, we value your support. Buckle up, everyone. Literally buckle up. Because today on Sovereign Radio, we’re going to expose the living hell that’s going on that’s been unleashed on our highways and roadways. Illegal immigrants by the thousands are being given CDLs, short for chauffeurs, driver’s licenses, and they’re driving big rigs all across America.

They’re driving with no training and no grasp of the English language. They’re causing serious havoc, serious accidents and even multiple deaths. Already there are big Rigs also loaded with children by the cartels as part of the human trafficking agenda. In a few minutes I’ll be joined by three great patriots, two truck drivers. My friends Texas Red James and Texas Trucker Jamie will also be joined by Doc Pete Chambers who hopefully will be the next governor of Texas as Doc will tell us why this is a national security threat and exactly what a governor like Greg Abbott in Texas can do immediately to stop the madness of illegal immigrants driving big rigs.

I’ll say it again, driving big rigs with no training and no comprehension of the English language and no ability to read our road signs. Now I want to apologize in advance for the bit of technical issues with our audio throughout this broadcast as all three guests called in driving from the road. Hey Texas Red and Texas Trucker. They’re truck drivers and Doc P. Chambers is a candidate for the Governor of Texas and they are all on the move. Our discussion about the living hell on the highways and national security threat is straight ahead as Sovereign Radio rolls on after the break.

Don’t forget their wellness patches for sleep, pain and detoxification. Welcome back to Sovereign Radio. I’m your host, Scotty Saks. Well, today we’re gonna talk about something the mainstream media and even a lot of the alternative media won’t touch. We have a pandemic in America, ladies and gentlemen.

It’s a pandemic on our highways and roadways. You say what’s that? The highways and roadways are sick. Yes. They are infested with a virus. And this virus is illegal alien truck drivers, drivers that have been given what are known as CDLs or Chauffeur’s Driver’s licenses without any training or speaking a word or reading a word of English. They’re causing major havoc on our roadways. Factually, dozens of accidents, deaths are occurring. And we have a real pandemic in our hands, a very dangerous one at that. And it is precipitated upon us by the same people that brought us the COVID 19 pandemic.

So here with us to discuss the situation today is our good friend, Texas Red. He is not new to the show. Everybody knows Texas Red. If you’ve been following Sovereign radio, he’s been driving a truck for a few years. What did he say? 20, 30 years? Texas red. Actually, I’ve been in the transportation industry since 1989. I’m second generation, but I was a mechanic before I became driver. I’ve been driving roughly about 12 years now, but I’ve been around the industry since a lot for a long time. Yeah, yeah. We’ve had a number of conversations about the industry, from the.

The broke problem with the brokers to the most recent. I call it a pandemic because it affects not only a wide area of America, but it’s probably going on all over the world, I’d imagine. They’re giving chauffeur driver’s licenses to illegals in America. It’s happening in other countries. Our other guest joining us that’s been in the trucking business for a lot of years is Texas trucker Jamie Anderson. Jamie, how are you? Jamie might Be frozen there. He appears to be frozen. So we’ll bring in our third guest and we’ll get back to Jamie. There you go.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome Doc Pete Chambers. Not only a great patriot that has been around the patriot movement from the beginning, but a man that helped us tremendously. If you remember our Take Our Border Back movement. We reached over 100 million people with the movement last year. In large part thanks to Doc P. Chambers, who was instrumental in our event, particularly in Texas. Doc Chambers, it’s a privilege to have you on Sovereign Radio. It’s great to see you again, Scotty. Yeah, it’s good here. Good to be here with a couple of my acquaintances and friends. So we’re in good company today, aren’t we? We are.

These are great men. I met them during the Tech, our border back days and salt of the earth, hard working. They are representative of the trucking industry at large. I couldn’t think of two better guys. We’ll get Jamie back in a minute. But I’m going to start with you, Texas Red, because you’re the man behind the wheel that’s actually putting eyeballs on these illegals. You were just, we were talking before the show. You were at a truck stop eating somewhere and you were looking around at what you knew to be illegals. How, how did this all come about? Why do illegal aliens have chauffeur’s driver’s licenses known as CDLs? What’s going on? Well, they’re called provisional driver’s license with these immigrants that are coming over and certain states and certain areas are given these like California, Washington state.

There’s a law firm in Washington D.C. that has been helping this happen. I’ve been blowing the whistle on this since it was right around when the Biden administration and I was working at the border and we can see what was coming across the border and them loading up the buses and bringing them up. I was, I was down there, I was in McAllen, I was in Eagle Pass, I was in Laredo. And right now they’re actually setting up driving schools in these border communities. And these immigrants will come across, they will get their paperwork done and then they’re allowed a provisional cdl.

And what blew my mind is to find out some of the government agencies that are actually complicit with this. And believe it or not, in the state of Texas, Greg Abbott is allowing these non English speaking reading or writing immigrants drive on the Texas highway. So I mean this is, this is going a lot deeper than just the cdl because these guys are getting all the help from the government that they need. And it’s definitely hampering our transportation, our supply chain. This is the American bloodline. This is our supply chain. It’s being infiltrated and it’s, it’s a very sad situation because people like myself and Texas Trucker here, along with a bunch of others, we’ve been trying to blow the whistle on this for years and it seems like people just don’t care.

But yeah, it’s a very serious problem we got here in Texas and all over the United States. I’m gonna let Jamie run with some of this too because he’s better at the actual laws than myself. So Jamie, tell me first. There is an awful lot of training that goes into driving a big rig before you get behind the wheel. I understand in most training programs you have, you become an apprentice, you have uh, an instructor riding along with you. These guys are getting behind the wheel with zero training and in many cases zero English under their belt.

What is the appropriate training to get behind a big rig and get a chauffeur’s driver’s license? Well, that I can answer too. Well, he, he’s, he’s frozen out again and gone again. So go ahead, jump in Texas Red. We’ll get him back. All right. The process I went through when I got my CDL is you do a two week in course training program. You learn all the laws, you read your, what we call it the bible, but it’s the dot, safety regulations, rules, and I mean it’s a book about like this thick. You go through it, you learn all your federal guidelines for operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Then after your two weeks, you take your permit, you go take your written test. Then after your written test, they give you about a week of drive time with an instructor. Then you go take your driven test. And then after your driven test, you ride with a instructor or a trainer. Mine was 240 hours of over the road training, so I had 240 hours of over the road training plus the three weeks it took for the class, the two weeks for the classroom, and then the one week for your permit to get your permit signed off and then another 240 hours in the truck with a trainer over the road and they teach you how to.

My training was extensive. Teach you how to go up and down the grades, which is very important in a big semi because you can’t just ride your brakes down or you’ll burn up your brakes. So just a lot of different things on how to teach you how to operate certain situations over the road. And that was 240 hours. Unbelievable. Jamie, do we have you? Your audio is on and we see you. Can you speak to us? I don’t know why. Yeah, you’re a little garbled. I’m gonna go to Doc, see if you can fix your audio.

Doc, you are a candidate for governor. So you have a lot of important, I think, meaningful thoughts about this. Before you guys came on the show, I actually played a three and a half minute video you did Doc that I saw on X. Give us the lowdown. What are you seeing and what’s your take on this illegal clan on our roadways and highways. Right. So Scotty, thank you for that. Yeah, this, this is a clear and present danger right now to our state security, also our national security. Right now. I’m the guy that has to fuse all these things together with the, what we call the 40,000 foot view with regard to not just, you know, immigration, because we, you know, Trump put a tourniquet on that right on the border.

He cut the numbers are down immensely. But we still have the cartels that are looking for other ways to make money. So our border is under assault and so is. And this is, this is key for your truckers out there. So is our supply chain. Right. Because that’s a national security thing. So when we look at supply, look at the demand and the immediate audit and look if beforehand to do it now, we don’t have time to wait because hard costs or transfer costs. Right. For their trucking is order. There’s at least nine other states are selling these things out the back of the store without any testing whatsoever.

Right. That’s a national security risk. And now we’ve. We’ve been seeing crash after crash and crash specific. Yeah, we lost stock. It looks like we’ve lost Doc. Jamie, I got you back. Let’s see, is my. Is my connection better? I’m at home, y’. All. I had to come outside on the porch. I hated that we lost stock. Good to see y’. All. Good to see you. Texas trucker. Jamie, tell us your take as you’re out there driving around and seeing what you’re seeing. And talk about this threat to our highways and roadways. It’s a safety threat and a threat to our supply chain, as I understand it.

Yes, sir. Let me, let me go back a little bit. I was in from the start, but I was in and out. My wife called, I had my school trying to get a hold of my wife and trying to get a hold of me. I guess my daughter got in trouble school today. But it is what it is, right? Good to see you, doc. So let’s go back a little bit. So the information that was put out, there’s 43 states issuing these non domiciled CDLs. 43. It’s not just three. Now the federal government’s talking about coming down on three of them and cutting their funding.

See, because they get all their funding from the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration for safety. All the states do. And one of the biggest states that gets that funding is California. Washington gets funding Texas. So let’s go back to Texas because we’re in Texas. Texas has, has issued over 51,000 of these non domiciled CDLs to visa workers, asylum seekers. 51,000. That’s a lot. Okay. Texas has a law on the books that allows these people to work in the state of Texas and not be English compliant. In other words, they don’t have to speak English to be able to work intrastate.

And that’s inside the state bounds of Texas. I’ve been calling on everybody to bring this to their attention. And I mean, so the executive order that was signed in Austin and by Sean Duffy basically is null and void in Texas if Texas don’t want to enforce it because Texas got the law on the books. What we got to know is it’s not just illegal immigrants coming across like happened up and. Yeah, can you hear me? Yeah, we hear you. Keep going, my friend. It’s not, it’s not just the, the illegal immigrants coming across and getting a ead a Word document and being able to go to work.

We’ve got a very big problem with foreign carriers in the United States of America that are, that are overseas, that are not American carriers. A very big problem. We call them chameleon carriers because they’re working out of a virtual address. They’re working out of a shared office space. We had one that was out of a Dunkin Donuts up in, up in Chicago involved in an accident. You know, there’s no home base of operations, nowhere for the DOT to come in and do an audit of their paperwork. You know, so how do you hold these people accountable? It’s a huge, huge problem.

We’ve been pointing out and calling it out. I don’t know if you’ve seen the information being put out, but you know, American names are the, are the least likely to be getting authorities nowadays. You know, most of them are Indian Singhs, different names. And it’s not just India. So let’s go Back we. The issue that happened in Florida with the U turn accident went viral. Why? Because of the dash cam footage. If it wouldn’t have been for the dash cam footage it would have been another instance of Terrell, Texas, another inst. On June 28, three days, three days after they signed the exact, the executive order here in Austin, Texas.

Three days killed five, three generations and one family. Non English speaking Cuban human guy that come in here on a visit visa, ended up getting deported, come back on asylum claim and he was a communist. He was on the terrorist, terrorist watch list. This guy that killed these five people in Terrell, Texas in March. We had the one from somewhere Nigeria killed five. A whole family killed including infant and toddlers in Austin, Texas in March. There was a little bit of noise made about these but it’s been. And then we have the, the one that from Alabama who was somewhere from over in Eastern Europe, you know.

So we can’t say that it’s one group of people causing this. What’s causing it is the non domicile cdls and the fact that these people are unqualified. You can’t read the road signs. You cannot operate on our highways, people. Because Denmark traffic control devices. So your curve signs, it tells you there’s a curve coming. It’s yellow. It tells you to slow down in the car. That’s a suggestion, right? But if you’re in semi, that is your speed limit. So every law on the road in the semi pertains to you. We’re supposed to be held to a higher standard.

If you cannot read them signs, you don’t know the law, then you cannot operate a vehicle safely in America, in the state of Texas. I’ve been coming down on Abbott hard for a long time over this. I was a rabid avid supporter until my eyes got open. And what I know is that through the Texas Trucking association, which is an arm of the American Trucking association, it’s their, their state affiliates, they’re the ones pushing this. Just like they did in Arkansas when atu, American Truckers United tried to get a law passed in Oklahoma, in Arkansas to enforce this at ATA through Arkansas Trucking association come in and fight them and pretty much nullify to everything they was trying to do.

We did see the Senate bill pass in Oklahoma, but they’re not enforcing it. The laws, the laws up there said they didn’t like it, they don’t like it, so they’re not going to enforce it. We have a problem when rules and regulations are put out by the fed for Safety to keep our citizens safe, to keep our road safe. And the DOT can turn around or states can turn around and choose to enforce or not enforce. They took an oath to enforce the law. You know, they need to be enforced. And I’ll point it there. That’s some great, great background, a lot of good information there.

It seems we lost Doc. I want to go back to him on this issue of national security threat. Let me see now he’s, he’s having a connection issue too. Texas Red, what do you observe in the behavior of an illegal without a cdl? Can you spot them when you’re driving down the road? Can you spot a guy without any training? I think you could. Oh yeah, yeah, you can. Yesterday I had an incident. I was down in it Houston area around Missouri City and you know, speed limit. I was on the, the eight toll rate tollway going around Houston and I actually had one of these, the illegals.

Well, he was a, he was of Hispanic descent. And it’s like Jamie said, they’re not all from just one country because there was a, one of the drivers in Austin was Somalia. Another, the driver down in Chattanooga where I seen that wreck was. I forget but they’re from all over. But yesterday was Haitian. Texas race, he was hating. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, that’s right. But yesterday I’m driving, I’m doing 65, that’s the speed limit. Well, this guy comes flying by me and I look over and he’s in the exit lane and you know, it’s clearly marked, but it’s clear that this guy could not read the road signs because he’s passing me on the right hand side in an exit lane and then all of a sudden the cars are stopping and he had to lock up his brakes.

Yeah, I mean you can tell by the erratic driving, swerving all over the road or I mean you, you can tell by the way they drive. They don’t pay attention to the warning signs, they don’t pay attention to the hazards. Another one I was up in, I don’t remember where, but it was high wind area and it was when all the trucks were being blown over on i40, you know, when you got high winds, you slow your truck down at common sense. This one was of Indian descent. I mean we can see each other in these trucks clearly.

But he was of Indian descent. Just comes flying by me three miles down the road. He’s off in the ditch because he got blowed off the road. All right, the, you, you have to respect the truck. These people have absolutely no respect for the American way of life, even. And they don’t care about human life. Our. Our human life. It’s like me and Jamie were talking the other day. A real American truck driver, somebody that is born and raised, and in this industry, instead of taking another life, the American truck driver will ditch his truck. He will find a way out of a wreck instead of trying to hurt somebody else.

Because we know what these machines are capable of against a little car, against a family, against a school bus. We know the damage we can cause. So we take extra cautions to prevent any of those situations to where these drivers, all they’re caring about is making that money on the roads. And they don’t care how they get the money, and they don’t care who they hurt to get the money. We see it every day in the truck stops here, the disrespect towards the Americans. They just don’t care about our way of life, period. Yeah, you can spot them in the truck stop because they’re going 25, 30 miles an hour through there.

Very obvious. Yeah. You know, guys, borders, language, and culture make a nation. And as you’re talking about this Texas red, that they don’t care. They don’t care about our country. Well, they don’t have our language down. Most of these guys don’t speak English and can’t read our road signs. They certainly don’t care about our culture. And most of them walked over the border illegally. So, you know, if borders, language, and culture make a nation, we got a real problem. I want to go back to you, Doc. Thanks for joining us again. You mentioned words national security threat.

That’s pretty darn serious, Doc. Would you elaborate on that? Your audio is off, sir. There we go. We got you now. We’re cooking with Crisco. Okay, so what we’ve. What we’ve got here is a failure to communicate. So the. The Texas legislature, the folks in Austin, are actually on behalf of the. Or of the foreign nationals that have come into this country. Right. And we’ve got people driving in Texas can’t even take the test because they can’t speak the language. Right. Has nothing to do with immigration. This has to do with the national threat. Why? Because the cartels are running it on the backside.

A lot of this, what’s happening coming in through. Through our border. All right. Because we’re watching it. I was. I was involved specifically on operations like this to look at cartel members bringing across. We were worried about guns, fentanyl, human trafficking. We saw what happened in George west where he had a bunch of folks in the back of a truck that just plain died because they weren’t in a reefer truck. It shouldn’t be any truck. But the problem is, is that we, if. If Austin is not going to stand firm and is going to lobby for the illegals that are in here driving illegally against their lobbying against the federal government to allow them to continue.

Right? So this is what I’m seeing as I’m digging deeper into this and I’m talking to folks as I’m jumping into this race, right? Drinking from a fire hose on a lot of issues. And they all kind of line up together, which is to demoralize, to create a dissension in our nation, to hurt our supply lines. We’re talking about green energy and all the things that that does. And then we’re looking at all these things. And me, from the 40,000 foot view, I look at it as though it’s kind of like a color revolution that’s taking place in our nation without a shot being fired.

Well, let me. Can I. Can I comment on that, doc, real quick? Because I want to tell you what happened to me last month. So I was sitting in Laredo last month at a TA trying to find a load. I’ve been sitting there a day. I’m sitting there minding my own business. A truck comes by, ways at me. I wave back. You know, I’m friendly, I’m big friendly. Think nothing about it. So I little. A little bit later, a few minutes later, he comes back by and pulls up on my. On my driver’s side and jumps out and comes over and starts talking to me.

Hands me a pamphlet about tires. Well, at the end of the conversation, he asked me, he says, are you out here hustling? I said, I’m out here working. You know what I mean, Trying to make a living. He says, well, you want to make some big money? You want to make some good money? I said, what are you talking about, man? He says, I got some people needs to go north. I said, dude, so that’s illegal. No. He says, no, no, we got you, man. We got you. Don’t worry about it. We got you, man. I said, no, dude, I don’t want no part of that, man.

I don’t want no trouble, man. So I. They was propositioning me to human traffic. People pass the checkpoint up in Laredo, and that’s just last. There you go. These people didn’t know me from Adam, had never seen me, so I mean it. It’s still happening, okay? Here, here’s, here’s what we’re told. We’re told that the borders are secure. We’re told that nobody’s getting across. Trump come out in his speech, and I’m a Trump fanatic, I love Trump. But he come out in his speech and said, zero border crossings in the state of Texas. If there’s zero border crossings in the state of Texas, why are they trying to get me to haul people up north? That.

It don’t make no sense to me, brother. Yeah, good point. Yeah. Now, you’re absolutely right, brother. I mean, exactly what we’re seeing is when they openly. Because we closed the borders, now it’s going into the dark side. Right. As far as a subversive, you know, they don’t have the freedom of movement that they had before. Doc, unfortunately, you’re breaking up a bit. We’ll come back to you. Maybe you’ll hit a better sell. Texas Red. What do you think can be done? What can people do at a local level in their communities, at a grassroots level? Can local leaders, mayors of cities, county boards, is there anything we can do as we the people at a local level to impact this and to make some changes, or does this go all the way up to the federal level? It’s kind of all of the above.

I think locally the people need to start standing up and speaking out. Right. I, I, Right before the interview, I got online and I was checking out some stuff. 2.5 million people have signed a petition to let these immigrants operate on our roads. So far, the problem with our, the conservative side is we’re too busy working. We’re too busy making them America roll to get involved. And that’s how they see it. People need to stand up. Our local sheriffs and such, they need to start pulling over some of these trucks and start doing audits and inspections on them and give them the efficiency test.

There’s a proficiency test out there that you’re supposed to take over the road during these checkpoints to find out if you can read right and speak English. The problem is, is also our law officers are allowing these people go, letting these go. The, the incident that happened in Florida, that gentleman was pulled over, failed to provision the English Proficiency Test in New Mexico, if I’m not mistaken. Right, Jamie? No, they, they, they, they’re saying they did issue one now. It’s come out. They release, released body cam footage that they issued one. So I guess the guy knew English in New Mexico, and then when he got to Florida, he didn’t.

I don’t know, but what we got to look at, James, and what we’ve got to keep in mind, okay, so if we go back to California and we go back to Washington, we go back to Oregon and we go to New Mexico and then we go to Florida, okay, How many states? Every state is felon. They’re failing us. How many states this guy left Arizona, went into New Mexico, through Texas, where Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, into Florida. Every, every state needs to take responsibility for this because it wasn’t just New Mexico, California, Washington and Oregon. Every state that’s operator or these operators are operating in bears the responsibility of what’s happening.

And this is happening at an alarming rate. It’s escalated so much over the last eight months. I mean it’s been happening. The media hides it, they hide it. They don’t tell you who was driving the truck or if there was this or that. It’s just, oh, there was a CMV accident. This has been going on forever. But the extent the mass casualty events we’re having now, killing whole families and the fact that it’s happening more and more and more and more often and they’re deadlier crashes. These people ain’t even hitting their brakes. They’re not even hitting their brakes.

Well, they just are reckless. They don’t care. And we could go on and on about the mindset of one of these illegal drivers, but I want to go back to Doc. Hopefully we can hear from him. If you’re listening from one of our Texas radio affiliates, I want you to listen up. This should be your next governor of Texas. Doc, I’m going to make you governor for a day. How do you fix this? What do you do? As governor, I’m sure Abbott can do something about this. What do you do? Absolutely. Yeah. The, the authorized. The governor is authorized to do an executive order which would be an immediate rapid audit to figure out first of all what the problem set is and where, where the, the bleed is.

Right? We talk about tourniquets, right? Tourniquet stop the big bleeds. We got a thousand tiny cuts here. So we’ve got to audit that to figure out where the problem sets are. Are there people issuing those illegally? Number one, are they, are they coming across? Because Highway 10 goes all the way across. You guys know that. And, and so when they’re coming from west to east or east to west, we have to, to meet them as they come across. Now there’s technology out there we can use that. We can identify who the carrier is real quick and make sure that if this is One of those carriers, because I, I saw those guys, I saw those names.

You know, there’s a lot of Indian names, there’s a lot of surrogate companies that are out there that are underneath a false flag, if you will, of some other company inside the United States. That’s the audit part, right? But in the meantime, for the safety, for the safety, we’ve got to stop those trucks at our borders and plus up our guys on both north, south, east and west from the Red river all the way to Rio Grande, all the way across from El Paso to, to Beaumont. We’ve got to stop those trucks as they start coming in because we can put a, we can put a halt on it as in our state at least.

But it’s got to start day one right? For me, that’s day one. That’s an executive order. I’ve got a stack of about 50 executive orders and I’m working, working on right now. And we’re working this like we’re going to win this thing because we’ve got to. That’s the only way I know how to fight. So we put up, we put a moratorium on these particular driver’s license immediately, right? We have in our state constitution, it is, it is written in our state constitution that we can protect ourselves from an emergency. So what is that emergency? Well, that right now is the unsafe roads on our, on our thoroughfares, on our roadways, on our home highways, on our interstate highways that we cannot allow the federal government, if it is from the federal government.

I think that a lot of it’s coming from the state side because as you saw, there are 30 something. How many did you say, brother? 30 something states. 40. 43, 43, 43 issuing these CDLS. All right, so I mean, otherwise we, we are, we are going to be. When it comes to the. To you think we had a problem with the amount of people coming across? Yes, we did. And Trump fixed that and I praise him for that. But right now, all these things that are happening in the darkness and the places you can’t see are still just as dangerous to the national sovereignty and the national defense of this nation.

Because I know that there are a lot of other things that have come across those borders that are, that are weapons of war, things like that. We’ve done it for, I’ve been in that business for counterterrorism for a long time. Most of those things were stopped. But do we know about all of them? That’s the question I gotta ask, Doc. You mentioned death by a thousand cuts in this case, it’s going to be death by a thousand crashes. But can you identify the companies or can you identify the companies that are behind these employing these guys? These guys aren’t getting CDLs and driving.

They’re not driving independently, they’re driving for companies. Can you identify the companies? Absolutely. So we started doing some homework on it on our, our team. But we, you know, we’re working other, other avenues right now. But right now over 15,000 new trucking companies have started in the United States since July 1st. Right. And that’s, that’s the, the list of names that we got. You know, we’re looking all these different names. Most of the names you get a name like Smith. Okay, well that sounds a little crazy, but when you look at Singh, Rodriguez, Gonzalez, Garcia, Martinez, Perez, Hernandez, we look at these names and then you, then you look at where their home of record is, where, where is their, where’s office based out of, and as we heard, Dunkin Donuts.

Okay. So that those things have to be researched. So can we find them? Absolutely. And now we just marry that up with information that’s coming across when they drive across that first truck stop or that first checkpoint. Right. I mean in California, you see it going into California, Heck, I drove in there one time to ask me, do you have any produce? Blah, blah, blah. I’m just driving a box truck, right, Come on through. You know, they want, they were more worried about how many guns I had in the truck. I said, yeah, I got guns, I’m from Texas.

But whole different story. Yeah, California is the only state in America that you have a checkpoint on the inland side. So it’s crazy. Let me, let me point something out to you real quick, Doc, and I want you to think about this. So it would be as simple as identifying the carriers that are the no name carriers. For one, we have carriers that they’re issuing authority to no name given. We have these CDLs that are being issued operators, no name given. I mean that would be a start. But then you take these companies and tie in the virtual addresses, the ones that are, identify the ones that are at both virtual addresses and the ones that there’s 20, 30, we’ve seen them up in Canada with 1500 people, 1500 businesses at one address.

These people are coming in from overseas. Now think about this. So they’re, they’re coming in from overseas, establishing a business. When they get their business established in America, they come through Canada or wherever, they come through Mexico. When they get their business staff established in America, then they can import their drivers from overseas, give them EAD and put them behind the wheel. Yeah. So it’s. It’s. They’re killing. They’re killing. This is economic, too. We. We also got to look at the economic impact of this. Oh, yeah. Economics affects safety. We’ve lost. We’ve lost over 500,000American carriers since Joe Biden took office.

5. Over 500,000American carriers. So the foreign carriers are coming in kind of holding capacity where it needs to be, because they’re adding companies, adding trucks. It don’t show on paper, but when you go in and you see like. Like us, we can’t compete with these people. I can’t take care of my rig like I should be able to because the. They’re affecting the economy so bad. So the money I make affects me on safety. It does. Every. Every truck company out here. If you’re not making money, you need to be profitable and cover maintenance. What can you cut? You can’t cut fuel.

You can’t cut insurance. You’re not gonna let your family starve to death at home. The only thing you can cut is safety. And that’s what it. Look at these trucks that are wrecking out here. The ones that are having these wrecks, they’re not safe. Right? We. We had one in San Antonio, James. You told me about it. This guy wrecked his truck. They done an inspection of his truck and all kind of violations. But didn’t that guy flee on foot, James? Yeah, yeah. One of the tow truck drivers of that incident was actually a buddy of mine, and I pulled over and was able to catch him at a gas station.

DOT said he. That this was a very suspicious operation for one, which means illegitimate operation for two, we call them chameleon carriers. Years. Yeah. And for two, he was. He also fled the scene and there was a huge manhunt out for him, most likely an illegal. But this was in San Antonio on i10. I was actually behind that accident also. I. I was working for you at that time, brother. And I come down the road and it locked up. I10 coming out, heading towards Houston, out by 1604. And it blocked the highway there for at least eight hours.

And that was one incident. Another incident. I seen the fatality in Chaganooga. That was a bad one. But this is just a continuing problem that we’ve been trying to relay to the public on deaf ears. And people got to realize what is going on out here. Our transportation industry, our supply chain is being taken over by foreign entities. That’s the bottom line. And they don’t care what happens to America. I like to add something to that. They don’t care if you get your groceries. I’d like to add something to that because what you, you gave me a thought.

And this is because we do have a part of our platform as a citizen led governance. Okay. So we make all the reputable carriers, reputable drivers, spotters out there on the road and they start spotting, they start noted, noted. They’ve got to have like in the, in the, when you’re flying, it’s called a notam, a notice to airmen. So a notice to the, to the Department of Public Safety on the DOT side to notice to come in as a reporting mechanism. So any road in Texas, if you’re seeing it, you say something, right? And you report this in.

And I believe that we can set something up like that to where many more eyes out there would help us because can you spot them? I’m going to ask you fellas, I don’t know this, can you spot them going down the road? Yeah, there you go. I, I asked them that Doc. And clearly these men with the kind of experience they had can spot them very easily. Yeah, spot them in a heartbeat. Yeah, I mean it’s like a seventh year buck. They know, they know what they’re doing. So you know, it’s just like my business. I know what I’m doing in that.

But as the governor, I don’t have to know everything about everything. But I got to know guys like you that can then do that and give me some feedback. And then the citizen led governance program that we’re going to institute with regard to everything, you know, medical care industry, the energy industry, what we want to do is make sure that we include, we the people for the people, you know, by the people for the people. So that’s, that’s my intent, very much a, you know, citizen led on this thing, particularly spotting, spotting and assessing now ladies and gentlemen, whether products that are imported by train, by plane, by ocean freight, the last mile to our home, everything in our home is delivered by a truck.

Trucking industry is of tantamount importance to our health and well being in America. Doc, go back to the national security issue and the impact on the supply chain. Let me get your comments on that. Right. Yeah, well, what we’re seeing right now, and I’m talking to the matter of fact, I have a meeting tomorrow with some counterterrorism experts in Central Texas. We’re talking about what the cartels are doing with regard to the ag industry, right. So Mexican Cattle coming across. Yeah. A lot of people don’t think that’s national defense, but it is because that affects what happens to our, to our beef industry in Texas.

A lot of those truckers moving cattle from Texas are going to be seeing. If we don’t do something, we’ll be seeing more trucks coming north and those cattle are laden with all kinds of disease processes, screw worms, tuberculosis, other things like that. If they start transporting them up into our country and moving them in, then we have to start quarantining our cattle. That is a national defense issue. Our food. Right. Our food is. Is national defense level stuff. It’s. People don’t think about it with regard to anything that’s nefarious. Cao. As far as to actual terrorism.

Right. That comes in many forms. Comes in many forms. But when you, when you have so many that have flooded the roadways, that makes our job on their security side of the state DPS and.it makes our job a lot harder. Right. So we have, we’ve got many eyes out there. Once again, I’m going to go back to that because I believe that’s the way we’re going to be able to. To put it. We’re going to put a big dent in this on just that aspect when it comes to issuing those, those CDLs. That’s something that’s got to, you know, require an internal audit to police ourselves up, if you will.

But yeah, with regard to national defense, the other thing that I got to look at is what is it going to look like in, in four more years if we don’t change the current administration? What’s it going to look like in eight more years? All right. Complacency and career politicians have led to this problem set because they. There is. There’s a French. I’m going to go a little bit esoteric here. Give me a break. There’s a French writer in the Revolution of France, French Revolution named Bastiat. And he wrote the purpose of the legislator is to unlawfully plunder the citizens.

Right. He saw that way back then. And this is what we’re seeing now. This goes to John Locke. This goes to the, to the. Truly the, the rights, the, the. The Bill of Rights and in the state of Texas. I got the book right here. I’m sitting here reading it as I go along here. It is the Constitution of Texas. All right, we got a Bill of Rights too. And in that there’s life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness or your property. We’ve got to protect those things. Very interesting. Texas Red, before we go back to Doc, I want to give him a couple minutes before we leave to talk about his platform for, for governorship.

I got to ask you a tough question. Texas Red. I wasn’t sure if I was going to go there, but I’m going to go there. Human trafficking. What role does this illegal alien driving trucks, getting CDLs, what role, if any does it add to the human trafficking problem? Do you see that as a factor in human trafficking? Absolutely. There’s an organization that I back heavily and it’s called Truckers Against Trafficking and it’s been out for a long time, but there’s been a huge uptick of of it. We had incident a couple years ago in San Antonio where there was a reefer trailer found full of illegal immigrants and they were all deceased because get in the back of one of these trailers going across Texas at 100 degrees, you’re going to cook inside these.

They’re, they’re aluminum lined. It’s. And then I was also, when I was working on the border, I did what Doc was saying. You see something, say something. But I was working with this gentleman. He’s out of Utopia. And if I seen something I would call him and let him know. And we were looking at cattle trucks because what they’ll do is in these cattle trucks or even the tanker trucks, they, they make them, they, they’ll shove these immigrants in there and they’ll run them across the country. There was one incident in the state of Texas where somebody had a cell phone in the tanker truck and people were literally following out inside the tanker truck.

So he called 911 and they were scam scrambling all over the state of Texas looking for that tanker truck full of these illegal. It’s a huge problem. And a lot of these, the provision, the, these CDL holders that Jamie’s been talking about and me, they’re the ones hauling these traffic victims. And then, I mean women, children, men, it don’t matter. They don’t care. They get paid per head. Yeah, it’s, it’s been a huge uptake human trafficking industry, especially since the Biden administration. You heard a lot more about, about it out here. So yeah, it’s definitely hand in hand.

Yeah. About a year ago, Texas Red, I had former special agent Victor Avila, U.S. customs and Border agent on the show and he’s a wonderful guy. He infiltrated the Sinaloa cartels. He did some very dangerous work. We’re grateful for. He’s the one who brought to my attention the role that trucking plays in the human trafficking game. And it would seem to me these illegals driving trucks with CDLs are going to easily fall prey to hauling humans rather than hauling goods and services. Beyond the danger that they don’t know how to drive their big rigs, I would imagine you’re easy prey to haul human beings.

So, doc, let’s go to you. You are running for governor of Texas and all of our radio affiliates in Texas, those that are listening get a chance to hear you. I’ve heard you speak several times at events. You’re a common sense guy. You approach things from a very common sense. Like you say 40,000ft. You got to look at the big picture first. Tell us big picture about your platform for governor, the things you want to accomplish. Sure, yeah, that, that’s a great question. And thank you for this time. Yeah, look, we’re kicking off a Texas first movement.

That, that, that word or those words, Texas first have been around for a while, but it’s just like maga, right? This is, there’s just no acronym. I could use that, you know, put the T in there. So Texas first is the movement. So we’re focusing on the Texas thing, right? We got, you know, where we have a governor that leaves the state sometimes when we’re having a crisis on the border, border Del Rio, for example, or, or Eagle Pass, and we had 12,000 Haitians down there. He was out of the country, right? I mean, he’s just, he’s always out of the country going somewhere.

He’s a, he’s a globalist kind of guy. And when you look at that, we got to focus at Texas, our borders, we’re going to, you know, we just talk about human trafficking. That’s one of my specialties. So he’s what I did after I got off the border in 2022. We’ve been doing that since with some of the finest operators in the world. And I walked into, you know, I’ll just say I met with a high ranking official in the state of Texas and I asked him, where are we at with that? And he said, doesn’t make the top 10 on the, on this, on the major crimes list.

All right, so we’re gonna, we’re gonna flip that around, right? It needs to be on there, period. Probably, you know, 1, 2 and 3. But there’s other issues we gotta deal with, but we gotta put it on the list. So when you, when you dedicate resources to, to investigate something, it can’t be there, can’t be that low in the list. Because to me, God’s most precious are children. So that’s where I focus. And then people that have been abused and trafficked in these things, and all those people that came across the border, look, I looked at them in the face every night, you know, on Operation Lone Star, and I’d see them and I feel bad because, you know, it’s not their fault they’re being used as pawns, but they’re being used as pawns, period.

And then the other thing is, I’m all about decentralized medicine. Remember what we went through with COVID Right. So we’ve got to decentralize that. I work very closely with Mary Talley Bowden. She’s an MD out of Houston. She took a beating on that with regard to prescribing Ivermectin. Right. And now they’re talking about what they just did make it over the counter. So she’s been exonerated of that. A lot of things they did to me with regard to informed consents. The Texas. Looks like Doc froze again. We’ll get back to him. Texas Red, final word. What do you want to say? What thoughts do you want to leave our audience with? With regards.

All right, we back. We back. Yeah, you’re back. Go ahead, Doc. All right, last little bit here. We’re going to abolish property taxes, and I can’t just do it overnight. Man, we lost him again. So, Texas Red, go ahead. You jump in. Give us the final thought. What do you want to leave our audience with with regard to the crisis on the roads with illegal aliens driving big rigs? Well, you know, just, you see something, say something. Stand up. Write your legislation. Let them know you, you’re not happy with this because this is. This isn’t Republican, this isn’t Democrat.

This is human life. This is the American way of life. And if we are being destroyed in every aspect and every. Everything you can think about, and if the American people don’t stand up in a peaceful, loving manner, they’re going to end up destroying the American way of life. It’s like Doc said, I see it, too. I see the color revolution happening. And people, we need to stand up and say, enough is enough. There’s 1% is in control of all of this. 99 of us are out here. We can easily stop this. We just have to stand up and voice our.

Let our voice be heard. Period. And Texas Red, you say see something, say something. Who should one say something to if they see what’s going on? Start out with your local authorities, your local sheriffs. If the sheriff don’t do nothing come election time. Replace them. It’s time to get American. First people. Texas. First people in the state of Texas. America. First people across the country. Stop letting these officials sell out our country. It’s time for us to stand up. We outnumber. And we can do this in a peaceful manner. I do believe. If not, I don’t know what’s going to happen to this country.

But they’re taking over the supply chain, that’s for sure. Yeah. Doc. Doc. You use the word globalist for Governor Abbott. In my opinion, he is indeed a globalist. He is on the wrong side of the spiritual war. And I know your head and heart are on the right side of the spiritual war with our creator. How do you bring that spirit back to the governorship of Texas? How do you get back on the right side of the spiritual war? Well, you. I believe in prayer. Right you there. Yeah, we hear you, brother. Yeah, I believe in prayer.

Can you hear me? Yes, sir. This is what happens when guys are out on the road making a living, doing their thing. And of course, Doc P. Chambers is running for governor, so he’s traveling the state. I’m sure we’ll have him back on sovereign radio. Doc, maybe we’ll try one more time. Go ahead. Yeah, I believe in prayer, brother. And it. And you know, when we come into this office, we’re going to do it with prayer and supplication. We have to. We got to start that way. We gotta. We gotta go, you know, second Chronicles 7, 14.

Right? Which is to. To turn to God and to. To humble ourselves and then he will heal our land. We’ve got to believe these words, right? I can’t make everybody understand that as maybe non Christian or another faith. But me, that’s what I operate under. I’ve been shot in combat. I’ve been hurt in combat. Protecting this nation for everybody, all walks of life. I will do the same thing as your governor. As the governor of Texas. That’s amazing. You know, I. I end every show asking our audience to stay in prayer for our nation and go perform a random act of kindness and give someone you love a big hug.

Because those are the things that the globalists have taken away from our society. They. They don’t like any of those things. They. They, they. They. We know who they pray to. And it isn’t our God. It’s their Satan. And it’s unfortunate reality. Scott versus Satan. And if we got a man here, folks, that’ll bring God back to the state of Texas I thank you, Doc. We’ll have you back on Sovereign Radio before the election. Texas Red, thanks for arranging this. Great to see you again. It’s always a pleasure, my friend. And we’ll see you soon, I’m sure.

All right, brother. You have a good one, Scotty. Yeah, thanks a lot, my friend. Thank you. Well, ladies and gentlemen, we couldn’t have had a better group to talk about this problem with trucking. We have a serious pandemic on our highways and roadways. We have we don’t know how many thousands of illegal aliens that have been given chauffeur’s driver’s license. As we said, CDLs and they are operating big rigs without any training and most of them without any grasp of the English language. They can’t read the road signs, let alone speak a word of English. So thanks to Doc Chambers, Texas Red, and Jamie Anderson.

We had some connection problems throughout the interview. We thank you for hanging in there with our technical issues as these men are out driving on the road. But thanks again to Doc Chambers, Texas Red and Texas Trucker, for shining a spotlight on the pandemic that’s now hit our roadways with illegals driving trucks. I’m Scotty Saks. We’ll be back after this. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this very important segment on the Sovereign Radio network of podcasters and broadcasters. Full disclosure, in five years of doing this show, I have never had the sense of urgency about any subject, like the subject we’re going to talk about in the next 30 minutes.

This will be the most important conversation we’ll have on the radio show or the podcast or the friend or a family member for that fact. It’s a conversation about precious metals, gold and silver, something tangible and trustworthy to grasp during the coming financial storm and reset. Yes, gold and silver have stood the test of time, and we’re about to find out why. My sense of urgency is on overload. Listen, I’m a baby boomer, and like many generations, our parents and grandparents never talked about gold and silver. Nobody in the education system talked about gold and silver or precious metals.

And the mainstream media, the mockingbird media, has all but ignored it. Directed by their handlers, of course. And guys like Jim Cramer have pumped up the stock market so long, it’s just ingrained. Almost every individual we talk to don’t know enough about this subject we’re going to have. So joining me now on Sovereign Radio, Dr. Kirk Elliot. Dr. Kirk, welcome to Sovereign Radio. You are our newest affiliate partner and we’re proud to have you. It’s great to see you on the show. Let me just tell our folks that you are a PhD, a silver broker and monetary economist who offers low cost tangible assets to safeguard those people’s financial future.

And we’re going to learn all about that in the next half hour. So, Dr. Kirk, welcome to the show. Thank you. It’s so good to be with you. Scotty, let’s go way back. Where did you grow up? Tell our audience a little about your life growing up. Well, I was born in Minnesota, kind of out central Minnesota. Lived there until I was in junior high and then my family moved to Colorado in 1983. Lived in Colorado Springs, Durango, way up in the mountains. And now for the last five or six years here in Denver. Because you know what, Durango is beautiful, great place to raise kids, but really hard to actually travel from when you’re speaking around the world doing the stuff that I’m doing.

So we, you know, packed up, moved to Denver just because of travel schedule. And now I feel like literally I’m in the belly of the beast with the liberal policies of Denver letting in the trend Aragua gangs and homeless. And it’s just really, really, that’s just really ugly. You know, the, it’s, it’s not the same Colorado I grew up in, but that’s the same thing for many of the big cities around our country. Right. It’s like you’ve got the WOKE policies that are ruining something. That was beautiful. Yeah. I grew up in Chicago and spent a lot of time in Minnesota on business.

Had a, my mother, my daughter’s mother is from msp. So I spent a lot of time there. You look like a Minneapolis guy now that I’m looking at you. But yeah, Colorado boy, no joke. Look what they’re doing to Tina Peters. Oh, it’s just terrible, right? Tina Peters, she is really not doing well physically. She’s strong mentally, but she’s not doing well physically. But let’s get back. What was your road, your journey to Precious Meadows? How did that come about? Tell us about the journey. So way back in the day, late 90s, been doing this for a while.

Hence the gray beard. And you and I use the same barber, which is nice. I was a stock broker back then. Right. And even back then, I would recommend to my clients, it’s like, you know what, you should maybe put 5% of your portfolio into gold. Right. That’s was, it was like $258 an ounce. I mean it was incredible. And so, so the company I was with flipped Out Scotty. They said you can’t do that, you’re selling away. Which selling away is a rule in the securities industry. But key concept selling. I wasn’t selling anything. Right.

I was recommending they go someplace because the firm didn’t offer it. So yeah, so I’m always going to do what’s best for the client. But you also have to be honorable to the firm that you’re working for. Right. And those two puzzle pieces didn’t fit together, so I left. It’s like can’t be honorable to the firm I’m working with, with that kind of mentality. And sadly that mentality still is the rule today, which is why you don’t hear from a lot of stockbrokers, hey, invest in physical gold or silver, because if they recommend it, they’re gonna violate the same rule and self preservation comes into play and they might lose their jobs.

Right. So, so that’s. So anyways, always do what’s right for the client. Went to go to that firm that I was recommending people to go to work there for well over a decade, probably like 15 years. But then I didn’t like the way that it was, I didn’t like the way that it was being done. Where a lot of times when companies are strapped for capital, their true colors come out. Well, during Obama’s last four years, he killed basically tangible assets in America. Gold, silver, steel, coal, natural gas, oil, all of it. Right. Because he was exporting jobs overseas and the environmental restrictions and everything else.

So gold and silver, no different, they weren’t performing well. So the firm said, hey, you’ve got to offer high grade, collectible, semi numismatic things to clients. It was completely unsuitable. Again, never going to do that. I only offered bullion. And so I said, fine, I’ll quit. Can’t honor the firm I’m working for. Can’t do what’s right for the client. So I quit. Had a multi 7 year non compete clause which I abided by. Wow. Started up this firm. Right. So and God’s just really good. When you treat clients like family, you offer low cost bullion with 0% when you exit.

We don’t charge a commission when you liquidate. 8% going in. That’s a deviation from the norm in the industry which is sadly defined by high commission, high collectible, high premium. People never get their money back kind of issuance. And you see these commercials on TV all the time. So we wanted to do it different. And during this time God’s really blessed our company. Right. We’ve grown to probably the largest bullion broker in North America, if not the world. Because we offer low cost, low premium, zero commission exit and we’ll hold our clients hands through this economy.

Right. It’s not just something, it’s not transactionally based. I don’t care about the transactions, I care about the relationship. And when people have peace of mind, Scotty, and knowing that why they’ve done what they’ve done, that’s to me is the most important, that will have a client be a client forever because they feel part of the family. They know why they’re doing what they’re doing. They. And that’s how we set up our firm. Now, to get to this point wasn’t necessarily an easy journey. Back in the day. When I first got into the business in 2002, I was watching Jim Cramer on CNBC.

He was shouting and screaming and yelling and people were listening to him because he was on tv. It’s like, what? Okay, there’s an index about Jim Cramer where you do the opposite and you’re gonna do pretty good. Why do people listen to this guy? So I decided, how can I get on TV? So I got a PhD and I gotcha. Public policy Administration focusing on monetary, economic, central banking type stuff. And then the second one was in theology. So because I’m a glutton for punishment, I thought two might be better than one. So that actually opened the door to impact and influence.

Was interviewed everywhere. Doesn’t mean I’m smarter than anybody else, just means I’m different. So I got interviewed and that was the spark that caused the growth of what we are today. Well, you have done a great job. We did a lot of due diligence in the industry because we knew what was happening. There’s some good guys or some bad guys. Some guys like you, independent, you’re not controlled, you’re not manipulated. And there are the guys like Kramer who are controlled and manipulated. So we, we are confident in where we’re headed with you. You mentioned liquidating. There’s no charge exiting.

This is not the time to liquidate and exit. No, definitely not. No. So would you give us a 10,000 foot overview, the history of gold and silver, how it stood the test of time? Yeah. So you go way back to when our country started. Right. 1776. What did Congress say that currency was? Gold or silver coinage. Right. And that’s how it was defined by Congress. Well, Fast forward to 1913. They decided to change their mind on that. Right. And so the Federal Reserve act came in and the IRS, both the same year. 1913 was a bad vintage year, right? It was like, okay, you got the IRS and the Federal Reserve and so basically they made it illegal or people, citizens us to actually use gold and silver as legal tender, right.

You had to use the paper currency, the fiat money that the Fed created. Well, prior to that as well, the government actually made money on tariffs. That’s how we funded America. Right. And so what Trump is doing today is like, Trump isn’t so crazy, is he? He’s, he’s, he’s a very student, a good student of history and what has worked for this country. And he knows the Federal Reserve fiat money system is not going to get us out of slavery 100%. And this is not a new idea. This isn’t Trump’s idea, the founding father’s idea, right? He’s just going back to what worked and what’s wise and what’s prudent.

But bottom line is from 1913 until 1971, we couldn’t actually transact in gold and silver. We still can’t today. Right. However, what countries could, Countries could settle their debts in gold. But in 1971, Nixon closed the gold window, which means we were completely fiat based money. However, I wouldn’t say completely in the sense of they changed the backing of our currency from gold to oil with the petrodollar, right? So now we’re beholden to Saudi Arabia and the OPEC nations and this is how we could expand our debt over the years is because all oil settlements globally were traded in US dollars.

That’s what the petrodollar is. So when everything in the world uses oil, right? It’s like, all right, there’s a lot of money flow coming into America. We’re going to use that. And instead, instead of being wise, prudent managers of that wealth, what did we do? We amassed $37 trillion worth of debt, multiple quadrillion dollars of derivatives, debt exposure, a banking system that’s under capitalized and ripe for failure. I mean, it’s just when a lot of politicians get money, they start to make the wrong decisions a lot of times. And so this is where we are. So come full circle, things are changing.

The wokeness of America, the anti debt, the anti corporatism look and feel is starting to diminish and people are realizing, wow, there’s gotta be a better way than the central bank stuff where they’re just printing money willy nilly and causing inflation and stimulus after stimulus after stimulus. And what is that better way? To me, it’s Twofold. And you look at the emergence of cryptocurrency and the popularity of gold and silver, they have the same fundamental issue that’s driving its growth, Scotty, it is we don’t trust the government, we don’t trust the banks. When you go to decentralized cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, xrp, whatever, what are they actually saying? They’re saying we want something that’s private on the blockchain, away from government interference and away from central banking as we know it.

When people go into gold or silver, they’re saying the exact same thing. One is tangible, one is digital. So this is where you’ve got 180 degree opposite kind of answer to a problem. Same fundamental issues that are driving the growth of both of those industries. And that tells me the world is changing. And central banking as we know it is probably about to die as we go into tangible assets and as we go into cryptocurrency. But let’s look at the tangible assets. Three years ago, before a lot of. Before COVID right? It was like right before COVID you saw silver at like $17 an ounce.

This is like three and a half years ago. It’s now 41 and a half. So more than doubled in three and a half years. Why? Because of the inflationary pressures, the loss of confidence in the system as we know it. Gold is at an all time high. And so this is a function of two things. It’s like started off with fear. People were afraid of government intervention. They’re afraid that their banks were going to collapse. Look at Silicon Valley Bank. And they start to move into a safe haven. Asset that can never go to zero. Gold and silver can never go to zero.

There’s an intrinsic value to pull it out of the ground where a company can go to zero overnight, they go bankrupt, your entire stock goes obliterated into nothing, right? So this started a trend of basically moving into strength rather than staying in weakness and something that was being held up with stimulus money. Now there’s another fear that’s actually adding to the momentum in gold and silver. It’s not a bad fear though. It’s the fear of missing out, right? Because with gold being at an all time high, silver almost to its all time high, people say I want to participate in that, I want to take advantage of it.

But, but Dr. Kirk, have I missed the boat? It’s already at an all time high. It’s like, like buying Bitcoin at $25 and now it’s at 114,000. Yeah, that’s why I said at the top of the show, my sense of urgency about any subject has never been greater. You know, we have a similar path. You were told, Kirk, don’t talk about that. Don’t talk about gold and silver. Oftentimes in working in mainstream media, Hollywood, the music industry, nobody talked about gold and silver. Johnny Cash, the only guy who ever told me he was buying gold and silver, interestingly enough, of course he, he was a wide awake guy that found the Lord and stopped drinking and all those things.

But it was actually a discussion about gold and silver. The Federal Reserve that landed me this radio show. I was educating network executives at a radio conference and talked about the Federal Reserve and fiat money and asset backed currency, gold and silver. They said, gee, our audience needs to hear this. They gave me a microphone, twisted my arm. I started. First show I was about Federal Reserve 101. There’s nothing federal and there are no reserves. Right, exactly. So, yeah, it’s interesting. Here we are now, and asset backed currency is the backbone of the new financial system.

Explain the important role of gold and silver in this new financial system. I believe the Federal Reserve system is dead. It just isn’t officially dead. Correct? Yeah. So you look back throughout history, countries that have tangible backing to their currency have always been more stable. Once you remove that discretion, see, you couldn’t print money unless you had an ounce of gold backing it, right? So, but without that, you can just print money by fiat, meaning at whatever whim you want. You just say, hey, we’re going to print some more money. You press the red button on the printing press, boom, it’s done.

That causes inflation, it devalues the currency. So here’s where America is today. Year to date, the US dollar is down over 10%. Wait a second, I thought that was the most stable coin in the world. It’s down to over 10%. Why? Because the BRICS nations are basically de dollarizing the world. They’re selling their US treasuries, putting more selling pressure on the market than there is demand for the dollar. Because who would want it, right? Who would want the US Dollar if we’ve got so much debt we can’t pay for it. Look at the labor force numbers that came out a couple days ago.

Mine a revision of 911,000 jobs. Right. Almost a million jobs that are not there that they overstated before. This economy is sick. And this isn’t Trump’s fault. In public policy, there’s a lag time from policy to seeing Fruit on the tree. That’s 12 to 18 months. So we’re still dealing with the hangover effect of Biden’s economy now. Give it another year. Now Trump has to answer for how the economy is because that will be under his policy administration. We’re dealing with the aftermath of COVID Mandatory shutdowns, travel restrictions, stupid mask mandates. Nobody was. Wages weren’t keeping up with inflation because they were trying to stimulate everything.

There is no discretion in that Scottish. None. So this caused massive amounts of inflation. And what goes up with inflation? The price of things. Right. Whether it’s a bicycle or groceries or gold or silver or oil or gas, if it’s a thing, it goes up with inflation. And we have inflation, there’s no doubt about it. But this is where if you had a currency that was backed by gold and silver, it inoculates you from inflation because the value of the currency goes up as the thing goes up. Right. But we don’t have that right now. This is why it’s so important to get back to the concepts of sound money, which means you probably have to abolish the Fed.

There’s no better way around it. Unless the Fed just is a name only and it’s actually run by the Treasury Department, by the White House, and you actually have for something that’s actually backed by gold. Right. I have a contact at U.S. treasury, and he said exactly as you just said, the Federal Reserve is a name only. Trump kind of made him consultants to the U.S. treasury right now and threw them underneath the Treasury. This is according to my source, but because of the time commitment you have here, I want to get to the ease of the Mechanics of Getting into Precious Metals with Kirk Elliot Precious Metals.

You guys make it simple. We did a lot of homework, found out the mechanics people are afraid of. How do I move my 401k? What do I do? How do I get into it? Would you explain the process, please? Yeah. And that’s not an uncommon thing. If you’re feeling that way. People are afraid of what they don’t know about. Right, Right. It’s like. But. But it’s not hard. It’s. It’s. You know when you want to have a 401k or an IRA and you’re buying stocks, bonds or mutual funds, what do you do? You call your broker, you go online, you buy your stocks, bonds or mutual funds, and you fund your account.

It’s no different than with precious metals. You want to allocate into precious metals. You call our office and say, hey, I want to send you $5,000 or $500 or $5,000,000, right? Whatever. Whatever floats your boat. Whatever you can do and say, great, send us the money. I’ll call you when it gets here. We’ll lock it in, we’ll ship it to you. Or we can set up a depository account. Because I’ve got some clients that say, kirk, you have no idea what neighborhood I live in. I wouldn’t feel safe having one ounce of silver in my pocket because I’m going to get robbed.

It’s like, great. Set up a depository account. And honestly, I’ve got some clients that say, I don’t trust anybody anywhere, hardly even trust myself. I am not going to store it at the depository. You’re going to ship it to me. It’s like, great. And do that too, right? So. So that’s outside of an ira. Inside of an ira, it’s just like a rollover, like anything else. If you’re going from Fidelity to Schwab or he had this old 401k and you’re rolling it into an IRA, it’s a 15 minute E sign document application. Open up a new account, transfer the funds into it.

When it gets there, I call you and say, hey, Jane Doe, we’ve got your money that you’ve transferred over. Let’s get you allocated into gold or silver. And then we just do it. We buy it. You funded your account with, here’s the key thing. With physical metals, not ETFs, not mining shares, not mutual funds, not paper of any sort. Actually, physical gold or silver coins or bars. See, there’s a lot of brokers out there that will say, I can do an equivalent of physical gold. We’ll just do the silver slv, you know, the etf, it’s not the same.

You know, you’re only as strong as the underlying issuer. What if your underlying issuer is Lehman Brothers and like in 2009, they went out of business? It’s like nuts. I don’t have that anymore. When you own the physical, there’s no counterparty risk. You’re storing physical metals that are yours. And you can always get to them, right? There’s nobody else that owns them. It’s just you. So this is how easy it is. It’s a matter of a phone call. Talk to one of my consultants. We’ll listen to your dreams, your goals, your aspirations, your fears, and design a strategy moving forward, using tangible assets to hedge whatever else you’ve got that you want to protect from stupid government policies that Neither you nor I can control Scotty.

Right. Due to inflationary pressures globally even. Here’s the thing, even when Trump is going to ultimately grow the economy going to lower interest rates. I think they’re going to lower interest rates on September 17th. That’s very bullish for gold and silver. And now we finally got Jerome Powlett, the Fed, who’s capitulated and said, yeah, we’re gonna operate under a term of full employment rather than fighting inflation. How do you get employment moving up you lower interest rates. That’s good for gold and silver. So moving forward, Trump is going to help fix this economy, but globally, he’s not the President of the world, he’s President of the United States.

You’ve got this debt implosion in Japan and in China and in Europe. It’s bad when you’ve got that kind of government stimulus from these socialist countries devaluing currencies. Gold and silver are a global commodity, not a US Economy. So even when Trump starts to really fix things, gold and silver, silver going to still be in high demand because the rest of the world is truly, literally falling apart economically. Indeed it is. Listen, we’re talking to the chief Indian at Kirk Elliot Precious Metals. You can see Dr. Kirk is not a scary guy. So you’re not dealing with an organization that’s going to intimidate you and pressure you.

It’s all on you. We’re doing this segment for across our network of sovereign radio podcasters. So there will be a URL in the link below in the description of the video. But Dr. Kirk, why is it time now? What are the multiples I’m looking in my mind at? Gold is an eight time multiple, silver maybe a ten time. Am I off base there? You might be a little bit off base. It might be more than that. What we’re looking at is obviously I’m not God, I don’t control the markets. Right? But based on what other economists, you know, from big wirehouses and international money center banks, you know, we could see 50.

They’re thinking $50 silver in September, like Scotty, it’s September now, right? So, and you look at what we’ve had. We had a $20 move the other day, we had a dollar move a few days before that. We’re at 41, basically 41 and a half. You have six $1 days and you’re at 4:50. Right. It’s like, okay, I can see how that can happen, but I think we’ll probably see. I, I’d rather under promise and over deliver I think we’ll see 67 to 75 by the end of the year and in triple digits in 2026. And you know what, that’s a tripling.

So my numbers were very conservative. They’re very, very. I’d rather, I’d rather like you, I’d rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around. So. No, absolutely. And gold is going to go up as well, but it’s not going to go up as much as silver. And here’s the reason why people need to understand this. So gold is a financial metal. It responds to chaos, turbulence, turmoil, inflationary pressures. Right. The worst things get, the better it performs as a flight for safety. So I central banks are allocating into it globally. Silver acts under the same premise of a flight for safety.

But it has one big huge extra layer of demand. It’s an industrial metal. 90% of all of the demand for silver is not you and me investing in it. That’s 10%. 90% is Sony, Samsung, LG, Tesla, the solar industry, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, all the AI chip manufacturers, you know, and all these, you know, things that we need for cryptocurrency mining all use silver. Every piece of electronics that you see has silver in the circuit board. Right. So the demand is this dual demand. One is a financial metal, one is it’s used for industrial purposes. But unlike aluminum for example, that you can recycle, recycle silver, they got to keep pulling it out of the ground.

Yeah. And it’s limited supply with increasing demand. This to me is economics one on one. When you have low supply and high demand, prices go up. So I would say silver is going to greatly outperform gold over the next 12 to 18 months. I would do silver. If you’re asking now, you’re not going to be disappointed either way, but I would do silver. Is it fair to say if you get in now we’re talking generational wealth, multi generational wealth. If you put the right amount of your assets into silver, particularly silver, right now we can, we can look at generational wealth.

Is that a fair statement? Yeah, because I think the pendulum is shifting globally into tangible assets, into tangible backed currencies. The wokeness is eroding and we’re getting away from the Federal Reserve system as we know it. Like we talked about cryptocurrency and gold and silver rising. So you look at the options. Well, what’s happened over the last couple of months? Jamie Dimon at JPMorgan Chase selling 31 million shares of his own company over the last since July 31, Wells Fargo, J.P. morgan, bank of America, the big ones, They’ve closed down 71 branches in a month and a half.

That is a huge number. You’ve got Warren Buffett sold 41% of his shares in bank of America, which is the largest owner of BOA in the world. If you’re a business guy, I’m a business guy. Right. So if we assumed that the economy was going to grow or our business was going to grow, we’re not shutting things down. We’re actually growing. We’re adding, even if business were bad right now, we would be willing to take a loss for a few months knowing that our ship was going to come in. Right. This is not what these billionaires are doing.

They’re dumping, they’re closing branches, they’re getting rid of their shares. So we have to start asking the question, what do they see coming that we don’t? Right. And so I think that there is banking failures coming. I think that they’re sensing that this global debt pandemic is going to play itself out. It has to. You always have to pay the piper. You just don’t know when. And so this is why I would act with urgency, like you opened the show with. I would rather be three months or six months early than one day late, for sure.

And I would allocate into this strength, because that’s going to be the wind behind the sales is everything that’s happening globally. And our goal as wise and prudent investors is simply buy low and sell high. Minimize your risk while you maximize your return. To me, that’s what gold and silver do right now. During the Reagan years, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate were the wind behind. That’s what had the wind behind their sales because of his policies of lowering taxes, lowering interest rates. And the economy was booming, the Cold War was over. People were fat and happy.

We don’t have that right now. We are so polarized as a nation. Nobody’s getting along. Remember, you’re like me. You can remember these days back in the 80s, Newt Gingrich had the Contract With America. Democrats and Republicans were actually cutting deals and talking to each other. We don’t have that anymore. It’s a different world, different paradigm, very polarizing. So therefore, we have to have polarizing in our investments, too. We, we just identify the trends, act accordingly. You know, I bought my first silver in 2012, and I’ve held. I’ve never sold any. I accumulate a little every month and I’ve never sold and I don’t think I’ll sell for a quarter quite a long time.

Because I do see the upside of this. There’s really nothing, no ceiling. In my mind. Silver and gold have a ceiling at some point, but we’re years away from that, probably. So now is the time to get involved with precious metals. Ladies and gentlemen, Dr. Kirk, we appreciate all of your time and your wisdom and knowledge. Thank you very much, and of course, we’ll have you back. Sounds good. It’s my pleasure. We’ll talk to you soon.
