MAMA BEAR MICHELLE PETERSON FIGHTING FOR OUR CHILDRENS FREEDOM -DONT MESS WITH OUR KIDS

And I just feel like nobody wanted to do anything. And now, knowing what I know now, many of us have researched, I wonder who on the inside was protecting him, right? Like, who were these people protecting? So I kept pushing. But then the linchpin in this whole thing was the school. The principal called me a few weeks later, said, I need to meet with you. Or a few months later, actually, I need to meet with you. And he said, I’ve been trying to get them to come and get his personnel file and subpoena that, and they won’t do it.

So I’m back down to the sixth charge. Attorney’s office asked them to subpoena the personnel file, which they were reluctant to do. He said, you know, what could possibly we need? And I said, well, what skin is it off of your back? Can you just get it? And they did get it, the subpoena. They. The attorneys at the school wouldn’t release it to them until I came down and signed off on it. And they used the HIPAA law because my son’s a minor and his name is all over this paperwork. So I went down there, and the principal had asked him in a meeting with the superintendent, the teacher, and the union Republic, did you ever offer angel money for sex? Did you want to make a sex video? And did you refer to his body part as my little guy? And he said.

He put his head down, shook his head in affirmation and said, yes, like, we got him. So I went down the state’s attorney’s office and told him. He said, well, why they let you see it? And I said, because the HIPAA law. And he said, well, they didn’t have to do that. I said, honestly, I think they let me see it because they knew once it was down here in your hands, I would never know what was in there. So if he’s not arrested in the next seven days, I’m going to have every major news station on your front lawn.

So he waited the full seven days, but then he did indict him. And then we went status hearing after status hearing after status hearing. For months. Nothing was happening. And then in 2012, we voted in a new state’s attorney. He started working our case in January of 2013. He met with me and my husband and my son. My son now at this time, had already finished his first year, his first semester of College, and was 18. And he said, no, I think we’re going to have to take a plea deal. There’s just is they’re going to say that you can’t remember, it’s been too long.

There’s many gaps in the transcripts. And I was livid. I was not happy about that at all. But we go to court in August of 2013, and by the grace of God, and they said this never happens. He wanted to take it to trial and the judge was ticked, to say the least. Lit him up, lit up his attorney and said, you know, we could have gone to trial this summer. Now we got to bring this young man back home from school because my son was going to school in New Jersey. So we go back. We met with the state’s attorney and his first assist a few days later.

And his first assist told us about a new grooming law that was put in place in Illinois. Signed in a law in 2012, became active in just July of 2013. So just the month before it was a grooming law. He said everything that’s in this law is everything he did to you, your son in this community. He said it’s going to be difficult to get though, because there’s no precedent set. So we go to court in August or October of 2013 and got the very first unlawful grooming conviction, as well as solicitation issue. Minor. Wow. Yeah.

So, and the unfortunate part is the teacher only did 30 days in jail. He had to pay a fee of like $2,700. Had to register as a sex offender, but for only 10 years. But he can never teach again. So that was the main goal. 30 days jail for over 6,000 text. Explicit text messaging to a minor. Yep. Yep. And the damage that he’s done, like he has no idea. You know, I had my son in counseling right out of the gate. Yeah. But when these guys are good at grooming galleys and gals, because this is on both sides, they really pull on their heartstrings.

And my son was the perfect victim. I mean, he’s just a kind hearted kid, would do anything for anybody. And he gained his trust and he made him feel bad for him. So my son felt like he cost him his job. He felt. Felt like he. It was his fault, you know, that he lost his job. And it took a long time for him to understand that this, this guy was a monster. And he. What he would have done to him, we don’t know. And thank God and by the grace of God that I overheard that conversation.

Now, fast forward 10 years and I go to a re weekend in Nashville and I meet a trafficking investigator, a paralegal named Amy Koala. She then told me about a couple cases she was working on. One of them was the La Lu Stomundo case, which you can. There’s a documentary on Netflix right now that you can go. And that case actually exposed one of the biggest human trafficking case. That was where children were being trafficked through churches, correct? Yes. Yep. The women in the church. Prepare the kids in the church for the men in the church.

And thank you, Amy. Thank you, Amy. Thank you, Amy, for your hard work. Amy is amazing, man. Talk about somebody who, you know, fights for these kids with everything she has and her husband, you know, supporting her with that, with. In that work. And it’s just unbelievable. But she then told me about. They busted like 23 different sex trafficking cells between Mexico and California and then told me about a Larry Nas gymnast was one of their clients. So in my head, I’m like, I’m going to tell about my Mel case here from Illinois. Right? So I started to tell her about our case and all of the.

The dirtiness of it. And it was a very long story. But she looked at me when I started telling. She goes, hold on, are you from Illinois? And I said, yes. And she grabbed my arm and had tears in her eyes. She said, I need to get a picture with you and send this to my team. I’m like, what are you talking about? She goes, we use your case for every trafficking case we bust. Wow. She goes, we have to prove the grooming or the trafficking. And she goes, we had no idea anything about your story.

She said, to hear what you went through in your tenacity and your son’s willingness to come forward. She said, you guys have saved thousands of lives. And to say that we were both bawling is an understatement. People around us at this dinner are like, what is happening over there? But it was just so surreal to have that conversation with her because I never, ever thought that our case would be used for trafficking. I. I thought about other grooming cases. You know, that’s not my world. I don’t know those things. And the gut punch for me was when she said, you know, had he gotten his hands on your son, he would have probably trafficked him, even if through his own little community.

And that was the gut punch. And then I said, so if you’re using this for your cases, could they have possibly used this with the Glenn Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein trials? And she said, you don’t understand. She goes, we’re not the only ones using this case. She goes, everybody in the country is using this case because there is no other case. After 10 years, we had the only grooming conviction. But she said, as far as Maxwell and Epstein, she said, I don’t know, I’d have to look at their case files. She goes, but they would have nothing else to use.

So to think that we would have even had a hand in that is unbelievable. And we think that that’s the most prolific pedophile of our time. But as you said, the Loose del Mundo case, that was probably one of the most probate pedophile cases in our lifetime. And it flew under the radar and nobody really knew about it. So. Yeah. But Michelle, that. That’s incredible. So let me ask you, how did this case shape your mission moving forward? Yep. So at that reawaken, I met General Flynn. Well, I’ve known. I had known General Flynn, but I went and told him about my case.

Yes. And the story. And he was just floored. And so he said, you need to meet my sister Mary. So I met Mary Flynn o’ Neill, and she is the CEO of America’s Future. She introduced me to Ali Hopper, who is another paralegal in Florida. And we were trying to get an amendment to the grooming law put in place, which would be known as Andrew’s Law, whereby somebody charged with grooming or trafficking would not be able to take a plea deal. And Allie went and started looking through the criminal code in Florida. There was no grooming law.

So we had to take a step back. And we realized very soon that Illinois was the only state that had had a grooming law in place. So have made it my personal mission now to put a grooming law in place in all 50 states. And Allie was very instrumental in Florida. Met with several people down there, were knocking on doors in Tallahassee and trying to get somebody to listen for, to sponsor this bill. And we ended up getting the grooming law passed in Florida last year. Then started working with Mark Thompson out of Iowa, who was introduced to me by Emily Peterson, Mama Bear out of Iowa.

And Mark Thompson. Then started working with me and Ally and got the grooming law passed in Iowa. Arizona then had an issue. And they took the recent grooming laws that passed in Illinois’s grooming law. They then created the grooming law in Arizona. And this was all within weeks of each other. And then there was a mom in Georgia who was trying to get a grooming law passed in Georgia for three years, Susan Cobb. Her daughter had. Had been groomed and subsequently abused by YMCH and Mass. So once these laws fell, then her law, her bill, then went forward as law in Georgia.

And then this year, there were two men that came forward in Louisiana who had been molested and abused by the Catholic church there. And now there’s a grooming law in Louisiana. And then the Montana grooming law is. Has been put in place as well this year. And that was through some efforts of my cousin whose daughter had been groomed through Snapchat. And she bought the bark phone, got these messages on her phone, and ended up taking to FBI there, worked with Internet crimes against children trained FBI agent, and they were able then to get a hold of a representative who sponsored the bill in Montana.

And Montana’s law should be absolute model legislation for the entire country. If somebody is 18 years of age or older and grooms a child 12 years of age or younger, it’s 100 years in prison, no chance of parole. Wow. Come on. Right? No chance of parole for the first 25. If they get out at 25 years, it’s a lifelong satellite surveillance. And it’s very similar if it’s somebody that’s groomed 16 years of age or younger, but it could be four to 100 years. So if we don’t start really putting some teeth into these laws to be able to stop these pedophiles from defiling our kids before they actually are hurt, we’re lacking as a.

As humanity. And this should not be a partisan issue. This should be bipartisan. We all have children. It should not be a political issue. So everyone on both sides of the aisle should be getting behind this. The unfortunate thing is, here in Illinois, we’re trying to pass Andrew’s Law here. It’s been sitting in committee for two years. And I found out that they were told to stand down and not call it for vote. Wondering who asked for them to call to stand down? I believe it might have been J.B. pritzker, who was our governor. His cousin, Tom Pritzker, is the CEO of Hyatt Hotels, and he is in Jeffrey Epstein’s black book under 13 different phone numbers.

So when you have people who are involved at the highest levels, there is the roadblock. But here in Illinois, we’re trying to make it so that they can’t take a plea deal for grooming and or trafficking. Change the sex offender registry to make it lifelong and not just for 10 years, and to open it up to places of businesses that are privately owned. Places like Chuck E. Cheese, Dave and Busters. Yeah, those places didn’t exist, and they’re not included on the sex offender registry. And they’re literal playgrounds for these guys. So those places should be on that sex offender registry as well.

Incredible. So incredible the work you’ve done. I mean, you’re such a great example. You did not shrink back. You came out as a mama bear fighting not just for your son, your son. You fought for your son. Your son is thriving now. Right? We’ll talk more about that in just a moment. You’ve also continued to fight for every child, you know, even though your son is fully grown and raised. That, to me, is so inspiring because my kids are grown up. Right. But I got grandkids and those grandkids, we’re dealing with the public every day. Yes, my kids are going to homeschool, thank God.

But we’ll talk about those laws as well and what they’re trying to do to shut down homeschools now. So, Michelle, we’re going to take a moment to thank our sponsors who make today’s show possible. Don’t mess with our kids. We’ve got Michelle Peterson back in the house. Michelle, welcome back to the take your power back show. Thank you, thank you again for having me. You know, it’s an honor to have you. Now while you’re in the back room, these are always great opportunities because a lot of our guests will go, oh my gosh, I’m so glad I got this. Great. Because I wanted to touch on this and I didn’t get to touch on this. I’m not even going to move into the next question. Michelle, there’s Something that you became present to in that back room.

Let’s bring that into the light. What do you mean? Okay, maybe I’m wrong Now is there so that as we, we, we talked about through your son’s experience, we talked through your experience, we talked through the laws that were passed, history in the making, you’re setting the precedents for every single one of us right now. So I will just go into that next question for you. So as a mama bear who’s changing the. The nation, you know, let’s talk about how our legislature wins. We’re here in the state of California, Rochelle, and it is, it’s nuts.

It is so woke. We have three bills that are about. That are on the table right now and Newsom and his. Oh, gosh, I don’t even know what I want to call them. Let’s just say his, his team. They’re exciting for these bills to be passed. You know, three of them are AB84, AB495, AB727, and these. And I’m actually going to share a video here. There’s a mama bear out there like you, and I have a feeling this is one of mama bears that you inspired. I want her to share what these bills are and then I want your expertise on what we can do to take our power back in this arena.

All right, so hang on one second. I’m going to pop these up to make sure that I got the right one up. And here we go. We’re pulling it up now. And let’s share that screen. And I’m going to reset this real quick. And here we go, people at the California Capitol for three very extreme bills on August 18th. A.B. 84, A.B. 495 and A.B. 727 will all be heard in Senate Appropriations at 10am if you haven’t heard of these bills, let me just break it down real quick. AB84 will destroy non classroom based charter schools, homeschool programs and put thousands of people out of business.

This is being authored by assembly member Democrat Assemblymember Al Marisucci, who’s also running for State Superintendent of public education. AB495 will allow for any adult to take guardianship over a minor child by simply downloading a form. Parent notification or signature is not required. This is authored by Democrat assembly member, Freshman assembly member Celeste Rodriguez. And AB 727 is authored by Democrat assembly member Mark Gonzalez. This would mandate that every high school provide every single student the Trevor Project information on the back of their ID cards. There are allegations that the Trevor Project is allowing for grooming as it allows for 13 to 24 year olds to sign up for an account with zero age verification.

Children gain access to private chat rooms labeled Age regression and Gay men. And any member in those chat rooms can privately message any other member. Now, this flyer is a call to action for AB84, but the members all sit on the Senate appropriations, so they will be the person to contact when if you are opposing AB84, AB 727 or AB 495, these are the capital numbers. But also it’s really important that you contact your senator in the local district. You don’t know who your senator is. You can go to find your rep. Legislature.ca.gov the way it’s looking, we have an opportunity and a pathway to defeat AB84.

We need 20 senators to lock the vote. We have 15, we have three. We feel pretty good about that. We can move. So that means we only need two more, unfortunately. AB495 and AB727 is part of the Gavin Newsom administration’s Trump proofing California. So we expect this to pass through legislature, but do not let that stop you from getting involved. We have to stop letting these people be so comfortable in our silence. That’s right. It is time to take our power back. It is time. It is time. It is time to take our power back. So are you surprised by those bills in the state of California, Michelle? No.

And the fact that he actually mentions Trump in his movement. So here’s the thing that people really need to understand is Trump is cutting them off at the knees. Right? So in his last administration, he put through nine bills into law against human and child trafficking. The only president to ever do that. One of them is executive order 13818. And that actually seizes the assets of anybody who is convicted of trafficking someone. So now they can use that money to help the victims. This is a 350 billion dollar a year industry for all of these elites.

And so he’s taking all of their money away. So this money funds the election fraud, it funds the medical fraud, it funds everything they do. And the fact that they’re going after children is because those kids are the, the closest thing to God. And these people are Luciferians. They’re Satanists. They want to do anything they can to harm God and to hurt God. And so they’re trying to put bills in place to bypass what Trump has already done at the federal level. So this way they can do this. But what parents need to do is they need to stand up.

We have all been asleep at the wheel, right? So I had somebody yesterday was just complaining about something about Social Security. Like you, you can’t take your Social Security early and then work as many hours as you want. Like, well, we let that happen, and it’s because we weren’t showing up. And that’s why General Flynn pushes local action, national impact. If you don’t work locally, you are not gonna be able to affect change in your own community. You know, even here in Illinois, they tried this gun ban bill, right? So this happened about a year and a half ago.

And I went to my county board, I said, are you guys familiar with this gunman bill and what this is doing and where JB Pritzker then went after that? They’re like, no. So do you familiar with the World Economic Forum? No. Well, he ran off to the World Economic Forum after he pushed this bill through to like tout himself as the king of Illinois, essentially, right? And so if they take our guns from us, our second amendment is protecting the entire world right now. So you saw what happened in Covid, and they took some of these kids in Australia and took them into sports stadiums to get them vaccinated.

Those are the things that people don’t realize here. We are so fortunate that that didn’t happen. And all the Australians at the time were like, americans, do not give up your guns. Don’t give up your guns. Right? And it’s all connected. All of these things are connected. The, the abortion stuff is connected to the depopulation stuff with the COVID jabs. All of this is connected to populate us. And you look at each thing inter, you know, individually, it doesn’t seem like it’s so bad. But then you have like the transgender push, right? So if you take the sex organs away now, they can’t procreate.

So now you have abortions, you have kids that can’t procreate, and then you have the jabs, and it’s all together a depopulation event. All of this is connected. All of it’s connected to those bills as well. So anything they can do to get to our kids and separate them from. From their families, this has all been put in place by the World Economic Forum. It’s all has to do with Solinsky’s rules for radicals. So when you get to the bottom and the nitty gritty of all of this and you see how it’s all connected, you sound like you’re woo woo and crazy, right? Until you’re Not.

And once all of this starts to come forward and comes out and you can see the big picture from a 30,000 foot view, you’re like, oh my gosh. Right. And then you start digging in, you look into the committee of 300. So the committee of 300 who has actually been essentially selecting all of our world leaders in all countries since probably about 1940. And these are the elites that have been doing this. And I don’t think we’ve had free and fair elections for decades. States because of that. That’s right. It’s all about to shift. All of it’s going to shift.

And here’s the other thing too is people need to be be aware of the Smith Mundt Modernization act that was put in to law in 2012 became effective in 2013 under President Obama. So he changed this act, which was happened in 1948 after World War II, so you couldn’t propagandize the American people because they didn’t want to have happen here. What you know, was said to have happened in Germany. Right. And so. But in 2013 he gave all of us, gave all the media and social media the right to lie to us legally and propagandize us.

So when you would get fact checked during COVID they were able to do that legally even though it was a lie. Right? Yeah. So people need to understand that this groundwork has been laid for a very long time. 1971, when the world Economic Forum became a thing, they pushed the women’s movement. Right? You push the women’s movement. Now you’re giving your kids over to the government for two hours longer per day because the women should know they’re just as valuable as the man. They should be out working too. So now they can tax the other half of society.

And you’ve given your kids up to before school and after school care to the government more. And then they, they start to indoctrinate your children and get them to not trust their own family. And so they get between you and the family and they’ve destroyed the nuclear family. And they started with the black community. Unfortunately, we didn’t have all these problems back in the 50s and 60s in the black community. But all of that started with the World Economic Forum and they honed in and they targeted the black community with the music and with everything to bring that man out of that, that family unit.

And people just need to start standing up and fight for their rights. You guys in California, you need to get every parent you can to show up at your state capitol and Push back against those bills. 18th and 19th next week. 100% at the Capitol on the 18th and 19. Yes. Yeah. So good, Michelle. Now, there are so many questions that I really still have for you. We could be here for a couple of hours right now. I’m gonna give you rapid fire questions right now before we close out the show. So here we go. Are you ready? Yes.

What does it take to turn an idea into a signed law? Courage. How do you handle resistance or misconceptions about grooming laws? Find another way. You get stopped at one spot, you find another door, you find another entrance, you get one door closed, you find a different way. That’s exactly what happened. Right. So the school helped. I found a secret service agent like God, put all these people in front of me and said, here, go here. Here, go this way. So find another way. And. And don’t take no for an answer. Come on. And don’t take no for an answer.

Last question. What’s your vision for the next five years? My vision for the next five years to hopefully relax a little bit once we start getting these laws put in place. So that would be fantastic, but I just don’t think we can. We can give up. We can’t stop putting the gas pedal down. People thought that once Trump got in that we could just sit back and take a breather. No. Now is the time. Now is the time to fight. Now is the time to make these laws put in place. You got to start getting activated.

Get your people activated. It doesn’t matter if they think you’re crazy. You go out and you speak truth, you speak the gospel. You speak about Jesus Christ. You think about saving these kids and saving these families. That’s what this is all about. Getting back to family, getting back to God and country and putting God first and everything else will fall into place. Oh, my gosh. And you know what? I was going to say, okay. Your call to action for parents to prevent grooming. I think you just said it. Yes. Pay attention. Get involved and know what’s happening in your own community, in your schools, in your county, at your.

At your state city council meetings. Get involved and get activated. Wow. Michelle, in absolute honor to have you here today, we’re going to have you back. We’re going to go even deeper each time because there’s always something that we’re dealing with. And we want to, you know, as parents, as grandparents, as freedom loving, you know, patriots, we want to know what we can actually do to move the needle, to take our power back right where we Are, and you pointed out earlier, General Flynn’s statement, this is what he says over and over. Local action equals national impact.

We’re not done yet because Trump is in place. We’re just getting started now. It’s up to us, we the people, to take our power back on a local, local level. Starting right here with your relationship with the father and his son, your relationship with self and then those around you. That’s key. Right? So good, Michelle. All right, Michelle, I want you to pray us out before I close the show. Will you pray us out today? Sure, let’s do it. Yes. Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for all the doors that you opened and I thank you for all the people in my life that you brought into my life to make all of these doors to be opened and that you continue to open open doors and, and lead and I will follow and just we have a huge event at our church this weekend.

And so I asked for a hedge of protection around that and also next week it will be in California and Oxnard with America’s future. So I asked for a hedge of protection around that as well. I asked that all of the evil be exposed in this world. And I, I ask that if those folks who are causing this evil, if they can’t repent and come to you, that you get them out of our way. You want us to, to go forward and do what needs to be done in your name. And I pray for my family, I pray for my husband.

I pray that my, my son Andrew, that he continues to have strength and courage and that he finds his way here as well as what he wants to do in the future. And he has such a heart for goodness and strength. And I, I asked for your, your relationship with him to be strengthened as well. Yeah. So, and I thank you for Kim and all that she’s doing to bring truth to the people that are out there in, to her audience and that people will share this video and that they will come to you and, and have relationship with you because that is the ultimate thing.

God’s justice is clear. You harm a child, you’re going to face the wrath death. Join us in the fight. We know God says don’t take revenge. Leave room for my revenge. But I’m telling you, he tells us to utilize the law of the land and we will utilize the law of the land and we will create the laws of the land because we are co creators with Christ.
