Lew Tells Story of How Madera County Sheriff Bates Posse Halts Violent Protests in 1960s

I can’t even believe that myself, but it’s the truth. And I have never been so optimistic. I’ve never seen so many people who get it. And, you know, this has everything to do with social media. I mean, a lot of them don’t have depth. They haven’t read 100 books on the topic or whatever, but they understand a lot of things now. A lot of people understand. And the fact that Trump just overwhelmed the Rhino GOP back in 2016. I mean, I remember he was in North Carolina. They were just pouring money in. Was it the Bush family or was it Rubio by then? They were just pouring money in.

And this one consultant got on TV and he said, the more money we put in, the more Trump’s numbers go up and he’s not even spending any money. I mean, he’s a billionaire. He did spend a lot of money in that campaign. And so I’m very encouraged and we have a window to do something, but it’s time to do something. It’s time to get into your precinct, get involved, in my opinion, with the Republican Party in your precinct. And it is certainly time to either support or to elect a constitutional sheriff. And I mean, I believe that to my core.

If you have just a minute here, I’ll tell you a quick story. When I really became converted to constitutional sheriffs, there was a sheriff in Madera County, California by the name of Ed Bates in the 1960s. And Cesar Chavez was coming up through the Central Valley in their usual fashion. Oh, I’m nonviolent while they’re burning and looting and rioting all the way up the Central Valley until they got to Madera County, where there were met by 4,000 members of Sheriff Bates’ constitutional citizens posse. And they were ready for those guys and off they went into makeshift, I hate to say it, camps.

I mean, you know, they were out there, so many of them, they were outside, but he stopped it, stopped it cold. And there was actually very low violence, very little destruction, very little injury on the part of all these misled protesters. It was a beautiful thing. And I never forget that because and that’s what a constitutional sheriff can do with his community. Yep, I agree. And people like Chavez were so inept to start with that all it took is real men standing up with weapons and that would end shortly. And I think that I agree with you and I want to be, I’m as optimistic as a person can be, I get up every day and I’m happy, you know, and I see all this surrounding.

I know that if we could gather a few good men together, I mean, I’m a big fan of the American history that we were given, which was basically BS. And the movies we saw in the 19 that came out of the 1940s and 50s about the Americans during the war that was actually loaded with this false garbage. But the men themselves, the way they present the American male, you know, being in charge and taking command and having initiative and being able to make decisions on their own. You take the you take these men like sheriffs, which would be their their their their position would be that you make your own decisions.

They could do anything. They surround themselves with, say, 100, you know, Bob songers got 150 members in his posse. But you get yourself 2530 really strong, good, courageous individuals and you can you can stand against a lot of nonsense. I mean, these people are weak. The people that were opposing right now are very, very weak. And and I agree with you 100 percent. It makes me feel happy that that’s the way you feel about it. The problem is, of course, we have sheriffs that get a four year stint and then they’re opposed with tons of money.

And we have 3600 of them and they’re rotating around the clock. So getting the right man in the right place to stay for the right amount of time is the challenge that we face. But I think that can be done, at least on a countywide countywide basis. And maybe we pick up some states where we pick up the whole state, you know, like Florida recently, Sheriff Max’s group down there, they they have they have solidarity with 65 counties over certain issues. And and that state guard that they’ve got down there is a pretty good outfit, too.

Now, I’m not talking about National Guard, they’re state guard. Yeah, right. Pretty well informed individuals there. And so if we had a few more states that were aligned in that fashion, you know, then then to be with a vote with their feet. I mean, we’re not going to be able to keep it all. I mean, I don’t pretend that there’s a solution to keeping this big, beautiful, large land that we have today with the kinds of enemies that we have encroaching. But we can we can keep a big chunk of it and we can do it because we’ll look at the history of our kind of people.

I mean, we can do anything right now. We’ve decided to commit suicide. And I don’t know what that is. I think it’s partly training and you know, the indoctrination of the school systems, the stuff that Norman Dodd talked about. Charlotte is it’s totally that not to interrupt, but it’s totally what it is. But listen, I want you to interrupt. I’m I get on a roll and start talking. But people like Charlotte is, you know, she wrote about how they’ve done this dumbing down in their schools. And you can see now none of none of the guys that you know that are young can think like we did when we were young.

And then but we were blown away. At least I was by the people that were were older at that time, but grew up in a different earlier part of the United States, you know, say my grandfather’s age and all. They knew everything and they didn’t even hardly have a they had an eighth grade education. And so, you know, all we have to do is bring it back and and get the right people in the right place and surround ourselves in an area and say, and that’s it. The lines. Here’s the line and you don’t go across it.

And amen, brother. If you look at Haiti right now, Haiti is Haiti is following the plans there of Hector and and all the people that, you know, are that are in California, the new sums of the world feeding this with that nonsense. And he’s just some spoiled brat that comes from an elite family with probably never done an honest day’s work in his life. But Haiti has fallen back into its usual position. And I watched a video on X a day or two ago where they’re burning people and eating them. And I mean, I didn’t have any reason to believe that was fake.

I watched it. It’s disgusting. And they got a great big wall between them and the Dominican Republic. And, you know, that wall was symbolic of what we have to do today. [tr:trw].
