Summary
➡ Alejandro, the general secretary of Mexico’s largest food union, discusses the country’s role in global trade, particularly with the US and China. He denies claims that Mexico is a backdoor for Chinese products to enter the US market. Alejandro also highlights Mexico’s efforts to increase tariffs on Chinese goods and decrease Chinese imports, contrasting this with Canada’s approach. He emphasizes the need for better wages in Mexico to combat poverty and cartel activities, suggesting a potential bilateral agreement with the US if Canada continues its current trade practices.
➡ The discussion revolves around the need for a fair minimum wage in Mexico, which could reduce immigration to the U.S. for better-paying jobs. It also highlights the exploitation of workers in industries like agriculture and hospitality, where many Mexicans work for low wages. The conversation also touches on the need for sustainable farming practices, as the current overuse of fertilizers is depleting the soil’s nutrients. Lastly, it discusses the power of cartels in controlling food supply, suggesting that restructuring the social fabric is necessary to combat this issue.
➡ The text discusses the importance of supporting single mothers and rebuilding social fabric in Mexico, as well as the need for collaboration between the US and Mexico to combat cartels. It also introduces a product called Sloop Loop that mimics exercise and has shown promising results in pre-clinical studies. The text further delves into the role of unions, their pros and cons, and the speaker’s efforts to modernize union work through technology. Lastly, it touches on the issue of fake news and its impact on their work.
➡ The speaker argues that leftist policies have led to decreased real wages and union affiliation, while increasing corruption and inflation. They believe that the left uses poverty and social issues for their own gain, while the right aims to improve conditions for workers. The speaker also encourages listeners to seek financial advice from Ironhawk Financial to maximize their investments. They urge Americans to push for better labor conditions in Mexico, which they believe will strengthen the supply chain and bring jobs back to America.
➡ The speaker is encouraging citizens to understand how connected we are, especially in North America. They propose a project to return Mexican workers from various industries back to Mexico with good wages, while creating jobs for 40 million people in North America. The speaker’s organization doesn’t favor any political party, but appreciates efforts to fight cartels and improve living conditions. They believe these actions will gain support from the Mexican people.

Thank you for sharing. And please subscribe below and think about joining my substack@sarahwestall.substack.com or my newsletter. You can sign up for that as well@Sarah Westall.com and remember to give a thumbs up and to subscribe on the platform that you’re watching. Welcome to Business Game Changers. I’m Sarah Westdall. I have Alejandro Martinez Ariza joining the program. He is a national general secretary of National Food and Commerce Union in Mexico, also called snac. It’s abbreviated SN A C, but it’s Mexico’s oldest private sector labor union. And he recently testified in front of Congress on the USMCA review process before the representatives.
And that’s the, the legislation that is going forward on what’s going on in the agricultural industry. And Gigi Ping and Trump is having a meeting on and talking about the tariffs between China and, you know, the United States on food. And as Alejandro brings up in this interview talks about how Peter Navarro is saying that Mexico is allowing China to ditch its or get around its tariffs by having it go through Mexico. And he, he wants to dispute some of that and talk about it. I mean, probably some of it is happening, right, but how much of it is it happening? And him representing one of the largest.
Well, it’s probably the largest agricultural union in Mexico. It’s not the largest union because there’s ctm, which is a collection of a bunch of unions. His is the largest food union and the oldest one. It’s been around for over 100 years. But we talk about all the issues around the cartels controlling the food industry. I mean, it affects us with all these cartel involvement and the slave labor that’s coming in through South America. I mean, we think Mexican workers not being paid much. Well, the South American workers are coming in and taking the Mexican workers jobs and paying absolutely slave labor.
I mean, there’s a lot of slavery in the food industry in Mexico. There’s a Lot of kids working in the fields. The cartels are controlling it. So we talk about that and what that means and how food is used as a weapon. And it gives an example of how avocado, the avocado industry is used as a weapon and how the cartel is involved in. And I asked him, well, what can we do to better the relations between Mexico and the United States? We talk about Canada and the North American block that Trump is trying to create.
What does Mexico think about that? We talk about what Canada thinks about it. And he thinks Canada has pretty much gone off the rails to the. Doesn’t even look like Canada anymore. He said he lived there for about 15 years and he can’t even recognize Canada anymore. And if you want to blame any country for working with China more, it’s Canada. They have lowered the tariffs, tariffs for China, and so they’re bringing in a lot more goods into Canada, whereas Mexico has actually raised the tariffs. And so he’s going to talk about the legislative landscape in Mexico and how they’re treating China and how the United States and Mexico’s relations can be better.
And then I, you know, I pressure them a little bit on labor unions, the benefit of some of that. And is this good conversation on where Mexico is at with all of this and how the cartels are controlling today and the past? I mean, you got to be realistic if you want to get rid of slave labor. He says it’s like we were 200 years ago. The amount of slave labor that we have going on in the world is worse than it was when we tried to end slavery. And he says that the politicians and the cartels are representing themselves as people who care about reducing slave labor, but they depend on that slave labor for laundering money.
So it’s just this one big propaganda engine. And the ones that are paying the most money to go after those who are actually trying to reduce it are the ones claiming they’re reducing it, but they’re just slamming those who are trying to do stuff in, you know, in the media. So the media is become this propaganda weapon. Nobody knows who to trust. But the pe. It’s all upside down world. You know, we’ve been saying it’s upside down world for a long time, but it’s so bad once you start analyzing some of these real issues like human slavery and the real issues of human slavery in the food industry and how the cartels get involved, and China has been involved in the cartel business.
So this is a good educational and interesting interview to hear what’s really going on because you’re not going to hear most of this in the media. They don’t want to talk about it because it’s too sensitive. These topics are too sensitive, but they’re too important to ignore. Right. We can’t allow the politician, not the necessary, but the mainstream media or the media outlets that don’t want to talk about it because they need to protect their monitoring networks. You don’t want, you can’t have that continue. We need to be able to discuss these things. And so it’s so great to have the person who’s in charge of the head of the largest, oldest food agricultural labor union in Mexico come to the program to talk about it openly.
But before we get into that, I need to talk to you about Masterpiece. We’ve been talking about how to properly take care of yourself when you’re on a GLP1 or a weight loss peptides like my ultimate peptide guide who I talk about, you know, retrutide and sloop and a five amino to bring to build up muscle. You need to have a binder of some sort to help you get rid of the toxins. And we are just a toxic environment anyways with the microplastics and the graphene and the just the crap, the aluminum, everything that’s in our air and in the water that we drink.
And this has been shown to be extremely effective. They’ve done studies. In fact, Caroline Mansfield, who is a scientist who’s come onto my program many times, she’s just won the 2026 Stevie Award for Women in Business. She is the scientist of the year. So let me read it. This recognition is based on the research study she’s submitted as the body of her work examining environmental toxic exposures, detoxification mechanisms and documented psychological responses. And she was named Women Scientist of the Year. And she’s the one that put a lot of the studies or the main body of work behind the studies with Masterpiece, I’m so proud of her.
She just won that award. So I wanted to do a big shout for her. I mean that’s awesome. And she’s been on my program multiple times talking about the research behind Masterpiece and she’s finally been recognized for all the research that she’s done. And for those that don’t know how great Masterpieces they’ve been doing like her work has and others, there’s a few other scientists that she’s been working with with Masterpiece proving that this works, proving what your blood work is before and after. And so this stuff works and they’re legit people really trying to bring you good products.
If you are interested in getting this, I’ll have the link below. Otherwise you can go to sarah wessel.com under shop. I buy as I tell people, I buy a whole box for my family. And if you were on like I said before, if you’re on a GLP1 and you’re losing weight, you got to get rid of those toxins too, because those are stored in your fat cells. You as you’re on a diet, you really need to be on a binder. And that’s what we cover. Dr. Diane Kaiser covered on our webinar the replay of the endocrine disruptors and the best, most effective peptides.
We covered that as well is how how much you need to be on a binder when you’re losing weight because you need to get rid of the toxins out of your bodies as well. So what you eat and what you do is so important. So again, s.com/shop and congratulations to Caroline Matsfield for being Scientist of the Year and getting the Stevie Award. I think that’s an incredible honor for her. So congratulations to Caroline. And let’s get into this conversation that I have the head of the National Food and Commerce Union, S.N.A.C. s N A C for Mexico.
It’s the oldest and largest agricultural union in the country. And his name is Alejandro Martinez Azira. And you can follow him also on LinkedIn. He has published articles four times a month and his contacts will be below. So let’s get into my interview now with Alejandro. Alejandro, welcome to the program. Thank you very much for having me. Sarah, you represent the oldest and largest union around food in Mexico. And people are concerned about the developments from what I’m hearing there under developments or what’s happening globally and in the United States. I want you to share with us what because you’re talking to people on the ground, these farmers and these corporations that are providing food to United States and your own country and other countries and the concerns that they have.
And if you could share, first of all, share before we get into the meat of that, share a little bit about what you do, just briefly. And then I want to get into what they’re saying that the media is not covering. Of course. Thank you very much. I’m the general secretary of the National Trade Union for the food and commerce sector, private union in Mexico. We’re 106 years old. We are representing workers in almost 600 workplaces nationwide in every state in the country, field workers, manufacturing workers, even restaurants and some other Industries in companies like group of Bimbo, PepsiCo, Mars Hershey.
Amongst the global ones Monthly, for example. All of them, right? Yeah, yeah. Almost all the globals who are about to represent workers in Nestle also. So we’re growing organically because it’s a very important time in history, as you said. A lot of worries globally, but especially with the review of the USMCA which is responsible for 30% of the global GDP. Mexico, Canada and the US we are the most prosperous economic bloc and the treaty is the one serving the most people per capita, with the most money per capita in the world. After the China Asian agreement, which is 2 billion people, we’re talking about 500 million people here.
So it’s more worth. And we’re talking about agriculture, about automotive industry, still aluminum. Almost all the supply chain between our countries are intertwined. And now it’s the time that US is negotiating on the front door with China and policing the back door with Mexico. And a lot of things have been happening the last weeks. Okay, now, so they’re negotiating out in the open with China, but policing Mexico. Can you explain what you mean by that? Yes. The U.S. has some government officials like Peter Navarro, well, counselors of the President, saying that Mexico is acting as Chinese backdoor for trans shipment and trans labeling of Chinese products so they can launder it through Mexico and put it to the American market without tariffs.
Because the usmca, which Mexico has obviously denied. I’m not a politician, notice and specialist. So firsthand you’re saying that’s not true. Peter Navarro has come on my show in the past. He’s a, you know, he’s very powerful person. But you’re saying firsthand that’s not true. Well, I’m saying they don’t really know. Peter Navarro is talking about something between 30 and $400 billion coming through Mexico because Mexico exports have increased. Mexico Chinese imports have decreased. So they’re doing some strange math, which I cannot confirm or deny. What I can say is that we have a lot of entry ports, of course, sea ports and on the northern border that the governments cannot police.
You don’t have enough AI detectives, you don’t have enough agents, enough inspectors to make sure China is not going to do this. Because China is going to try. You know, China, China will try. Yeah. So what, what do you guys have in place to keep China from trying? Because you would rather have your own people selling food to us, right? Of course, of course. The first people that get robbed are Mexican workers. That’s the reality. It’s not the company itself, Mexico has imposed convert to Canada, for example, since January, we have imposed 5 to 50% tariffs on almost 1500 Chinese woods.
That’s a statement that was unilateral. That was, of course, having to do with the USMCA review. The China imports in Mexico fell down dramatically. Also the automotive industry, the autos in Mexico, Chinese vehicles fall down 31% this year. So Mexico has done a lot that Canada hasn’t. Canada did the opposite. They lowered the tariffs on Chinese cars, to give you just one example, from 100 to 6%. And Mexico is now in Congress having discussions about a new law screening investments from Asian countries in general. So we know also what that means for China. And we have also put on the table to include agriculture on the USMCA review, not just aluminum, steel and automotive industry.
Okay, so this is interesting where Canada is actually welcoming China in lowering the tariffs. You guys are actually increasing it. Now, are they treating Canada different than they’re treating Mexico? I mean, Canada in the news isn’t. You know, there’s a pretty open debates going on between Carney and Trauma. It’s pretty interesting to watch. But behind the scenes, who’s really being cracked down on more? Well, China, of course, has been playing footsee with Canada almost for 10 years. Trudeau went so far to the left that you can almost not recognize Canada anymore. I lived there 15 years ago and I came back and it’s almost unrecognizable.
Canadians are a minority now in their own country. And you have laws that resemble more of authoritarian tyranny than a democratic country. So no wonder Carney is acting like one. This political show he’s putting on to game boats and. And game on the polling, playing the tough guy against President Trump. And China is very happy about this. And Canada has been facilitating China and the US and the UE EE European Union. I’m sorry, I’m thinking in Spanish paths to be close to America without paying America enough. And of course, this affects Mexico greatly because Mexico is part of the supply chain.
President Trump said it himself. A Chinese plant in Africa is fine if it hires Americans. So it’s not fine because it builds inexpensively. That means cheap labor, poverty wages. And that’s where we kind of. Well, China is almost partnering with Canada. Right? I mean, they’re actually doing the policing. They’re doing a lot more in Canada than people realize. And so you’re saying that we are a better partner really than Canada is, and you’ve done a lot to get there. Now, I’ve heard And I’ve had people on my show that have talked about China taking over the drug trade in Mexico and how that whole trade has been, you know, turned into a professional trade route, as professional as you can get with all the business behind it.
But China’s backing behind that whole tr and it’s fundamentally changed. Well, as you can recall, one of the steps President Trump. Trump took to fight cartel activities on fentanyl was imposing tariffs on Canada and Mexico because we were receiving the precursors from China to make fentanyl and send it into the US Killing hundreds of thousands of Americans. So Mexico reacted. I think fentanyl is 60% down since the tariffs were imposed. And you see in Mexico every day cartel buses getting snapped or killed or a collaboration between Mexico and the US to finish once and for all for this wave of crime that of course, China was part of, or the Chinese, China, the state.
But the, the bad actors in China with the bad actors in Mexico. We’re working very hard on that too. Well, it’s kind of hard, right, because they’re infiltrated all over the place. And the. I know that the companies everywhere are having to bribe the cartels just to stay in business and stay safe and that in the past, the governments were actually in bed with them and had agreements. You keep everything safe and we’ll let you operate. Well, you know, it comes back to the same root cause, and that’s poverty wages and cheap labor. The Mexican worker wouldn’t even look at the cartels if they would have good wages supporting their family of four, mom and dad at home.
So now they have to choose between unorganized labor, forced migration, cartel activities before working for company. That’s the tragic. That’s a tragedy we’re facing. So that’s where the Trump’s agenda and our agenda meet. Because he wants not inexpensive production in Mexico. We neither. Our president said last week that we’re now not selling cheap labor anymore, but selling qualified labor. And I said, okay, I’m all for it. Let’s write it down. That’s better for everyone. It’s better on the USMCA and have a wage floor where nobody can earn less. We proposed to the USTR DOL and the Ways and Means congressmen this last year, five proposals to get there and to have a fair trade and better social fabric in all North America.
It’s probable that Mexico and the US Come into a bilateral agreement even this year if Canada continues to play the, the tough guy and footsie with China. So that’s also good. I’m all for it. Just if we have good wages, strong wages, good labor enforcement, because labor enforcement is the best rule of origin. Well, so you’d have to do a minimum wage law that’s a lot higher. How do you absorb that in your country when the wages are so low? You need a transition plan. We’re proposing a four to six year transition plan from 2.3 dollars an hour where we’re at right now, to the 725 of your federal minimum wage.
We have seen the last eight years the minimum wage in Mexico grew 150% because of the pressure of the US so it’s possible because that keeps immigration down too. I don’t mean to interrupt you, but we have massive immigration because people are like, I can’t make any money here or I can, but it’s very low. I can go to the United States with, you know, work a crappy job and make three times what I am in Mexico. That’s also why we’re asking that the commitments aren’t trilateral. So if we can’t, we know they cannot exploit in Mexico Mexican workers or cheap labor.
You shouldn’t do that. Also in Canada and in the US you have whole industries like the dairy industry and on the fields, of course, of course. Agriculture, hospitality, hundreds of thousands of Mexicans working for slave wages. We have to finish that. We want our workers back. That’s also where we meet our agendas. Illegal migration, gone. We want our qualified labor force from bills and hospitality back in Mexico. It has to be something other than a punishment to come back home. So I think we can work on that for the next years to get there in four, six years.
And that’s a win, win, win situation for everyone. We’ll have dignity and respect for all workers. You know, I mean, and we will be the most powerful economic block on earth if we do this. Now, does Mexico. Because what Trump wants to do and they talk about is create a North American block. And does Mexico, are they in on that? Do they want that? And because it doesn’t look like Canada wants that, of course we don’t want to be anyone, anyone’s back door. We’re not a platform, we’re a country. We want to be North American front door for good quality products and with fair, strong wages, with real unions, with trilateral commitments where China cannot exploit any of our workers.
And when we have a supply chain so strong that nobody can beat us on the East, I think this is already 40 years of building supply chain. And I am hoping Canada, after their Elections in Ontario, Alberta and Quebec can come back to the table and act responsibly. Okay, let’s talk a little bit about the fertilizer issue because I know that you’re. It’s really important for the people that you represent that they have access to fertilizer that’s reasonable to even be able to grow their crops. And you know, with the war that’s going on and the fertilizer nitrogen not being able to get through and the fertilizer issues that’s going on everywhere, how are people dealing with that and what are the thoughts on the ground? We have two major issues.
It’s just not fertilizers. We have plundered the earth for decades right now or 100 years. And the earth. What do you mean by plunder? Because you haven’t brought the nutrients back to the topsoil. Yes, of course the earth is poor in nutrients. The crops are being less productive, just the potato, for example. And this impacted fully PepsiCo with lays or Sabritas, which is the name in Mexico. They are having a lot of problems with potato production because of the nutrition that has the earth dying out. We’re buying right now potatoes from the US Ironically to both leaders, Barcelona and Sabritas from Pepsico and from Bimbo.
And this is happening all over Mexico and this is happening for sure all over America. So we have to make sure with genera regenerative agriculture, not fertilizers. There are ways right now with gene therapy, with organic products cheaper than fertilizers, to enrich the earth and to make it more productive. We have to go that way. And I think this is an opportunity with the war and what’s happening to go the healthier and more organic way. You use this opportunity to actually take a leap to the next level. But let me tell you, or ask you, you know, these corporations come in, take advantage of the workforce, take advantage of the cheap labor, take advantage of the cheap land, and then they don’t spend the money to make sure the land is ready to go.
It’s a. It’s a different paradigm, isn’t it? To. To stop just abusing everything and everyone, to be able to get things at the lowest cost possible. That’s where you need strong authentic unions. We can also influence and convince the companies the, the good or the worst way put pressure on them. Because this new fertilizers, organic fertilizers are cheaper than the ones from Monsanto or D which are doing so much and they’re forcing everybody to use them. Right? They have all these agreements, everyone. Yeah, of course. And I think companies, that’s why we need the USMCA to be very strong on labor.
Because if companies want access to free trade or low tariff trade, as it seems right now, you have to comply with the labor chapter in the usmca. That means real wages, strong wages, real union labor enforcement, no dumping, etc. And we can also. Agriculture is right now out, totally out of the labor enforcement. You have the slave, millions of slaves in Mexico right now on the fields. Migrants, of course, because we have the same problem as you, Mexico. So you guys bring in, hold on, let me, let me. You bring in workers from South America because you’re part of North America.
So you’re bringing in South American workers who are paid even less than Mexican workers and then you’re treating them as slaves. Exactly. You can’t imagine how damaged labor is on the fields. You have child labor, forced labor, cartel activity on the fields, extorting companies and workers. We’re having all this migration problems because of the Biden years where he opened the borders. Central and South Americans came through Mexico. Three or four of each, 10 of them got stopped in Mexico. So now we have the same problem as you with illegal migration. You’re cheapening our jobs. They’re doing jobs that Mexicans won’t do in the future because there are jobs without dignity.
Right. That’s why we want to bring our Mexican workers back. So American workers go back on the fields, on the farms, in hospitality. And remember, America was built on this kind of jobs. It’s not labor to work on the fields on a farm, on a mine. Construction, hospitality, gardening, landscaping, where Mexicans are working right now. We need them back. We have the same issue. But yeah, because they have to be paid wages that are dignified. Right. And, but everybody does. And the South American workers, they need to be get their countries going because otherwise why the hell would they want to stay in Mexico when they, again, they can go to the United States and work a crappy job and make six times what they are in Mexico or whatever.
I mean it’s, it’s, there’s so much. People are doing this for survival. Those workers. Now we, we have other issues that aren’t about, you know, the immigrants aren’t all these type of people who are just coming in to survive. And it’s a, there’s multiple issues here, but the fertilizer issue is an interesting thing. Now food is used as a weapon often. And you’re laughing because this is, this is serious talk about a little bit what you see on the ground because food is used as a weapon. Well, I can give you an example with the avocado industry in Michigan.
80% of the avocado industry from coming out of Michigan lands in US Homes. So probably every US or almost every US Home has an avocado or a guacamole that was originated in Michoacan in the region of Uruapan. And all of it has a cartel tax. The cartels have so much power because of food. That’s what I was saying earlier. Everybody has over avocado just one rock, right? Just avocado that they can tell and they can instate how much it costs because they extort the worker, the company, the logistics company, the packaging company, the government, the local government, the.
The border patrol in the Mexican side. So you’re getting your avocado a lot of times stronger on avocado exports because of these issues, especially because of forced labor and unsafety for American inspectors. So you could use food as a weapon and leave America without avocados, without peppers, without strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, many pineapples, bananas. And you want the power in the hands of the people and the government, not in the hands of the mobile. So the mob, well, the cartel is controlling all this stuff. I know that the president maybe like 10 years ago, maybe a little bit longer now, where they cracked down on the cartels and ended up being a war on the streets.
And you’d have all these people hanging off bridges and things. So how do you crack down on the cartel without having that happen again? You need to restructure the social fabric. There’s no other way. We’re talking about generations that got lost because mother and father were out of home, earning wages, not being able to support their children. So you need to bring the mama or the dad back. I more for bring the mom back home and let dad earn and fight for those strong wages and mom take care of the most important job in the world.
That is educating the next generation and taking care of them so the cartels don’t capture them. That’s the first part. Protecting women that women that are already alone because their husbands went on the migrate illegally or legally into the US Or Canada and left them behind. That’s also a big issue. That happens a lot, right? They just abandon their families to go work. Of course they don’t come back. So you have millions of single mothers in Mexico, and we already know single motherhood is one of the key indicators of school abandonment, addictions, mental health, crime in men.
Especially you need the father figures. So we need to work on the rebuilding of the social fabric. On the one side, of course, the US and Mexico have to collaborate to go after them. Kill their supply chain of money and migrants and children and everything, gasoline, diesel, everything was bringing money into the cartels, squeezing them really hard and maybe a little bit like El Salvador, building huge jails where you put all these animals into and don’t let them out, never again into society. I think that’s my version if I would be a politician, which I’m not.
Quick break from the program to share with you something amazing. This is called sloop. It’s actually Slupp 332 but it’s been shortened to Sloop Loop. And this thing mimics exercise. It seems too good to be true. I first shared this on my sub stack and I had Dr. Diane Kayser and we went through all the benefits of this and the whole thing sold out. You can’t get it anywhere really across the industry and the people who are using it the most are athletes and bodybuilders and people who want to see extra performance in athletics. Because this in pre clinical studies with mice increase their endurance by by 70% and their distance by 45%.
I mean it’s incredible. And it’s been shown to mimic exercise even when you’re at rest. In pre clinical studies with obese mice, they lost upwards of 12% of their body weight in four weeks and it increased muscle. So this is really taking the industry by storm. It’s actually not that expensive either. With my 10% coupon, it’s about $80 for maybe a two month supply. If you take one capsule a day. If you decide to up it to two capsules a day because your dosage depends on what you want, then it’s a one month supply. But Dr.
Diane recommends doing one capsule a day until your body gets used to it. You might not see the same level of results right away that the mice did, but your body can get used to it and see if it’s something that you really want to do. If you are interested in this, I will have a link below so you can try it yourself or go to sarah wessel.com under shop. Remember to use the code Sarah to save 10%. Well, you kind of are. If you’re in the position you are, you don’t have a choice. Everything is political.
Especially if you are working for the largest labor union in the country on one of the most the biggest economic sectors in the world. You’re kind of forced into the political realm, especially now. I mean, you just testified in front of Congress, so you kind of are. Yeah, well, you know, not gladly, but my affiliates, the workers, we represent the working families. I tell them, you know, politics is like the devil. You can say, I don’t believe in devil, but he believes in you. You gotta do it. Yeah. You gotta face the facts. I don’t want to be into the politic arena, but the political arena is coming to us, is making decisions that affect Mexican workers.
So I have to be there and curb this wage thing up so it can rebuild the social fabric. Okay. So, you know, when you look at unions, I’ve seen good and bad things about unions. You know, there’s so many stories of unions themselves being corrupt and just awful and making it impossible for corporations to actually be profitable. Right. They just. And they also reduce. And I’ve seen this a lot in this country where they reduce the work ethic between the union members to the minimum, lowest level. Somebody’s working hard. They all look at the person who’s working hard and say, what the hell are you doing? You’re making us look bad.
You know, that kind of stuff. It’s awful. And so businesses hate that. Right? Well, they can’t survive with those attitudes. But I’ve also seen the other side of it where the unions are the ones that step in. I’ve seen it in public schools where the unions are like, protecting the teachers just to be able to teach and discipline kids because the administration just wants to pass them through because they don’t want the political fallout. So I’ve seen good and bad with unions to the extreme. And so what are you guys doing? I mean, I’m assuming you acknowledge some of this stuff.
And how do you keep yourself from being turning into a mob yourself? Well, I always tell my people that we are like that man. Always a step away from becoming the joker. Because we fight the shadows every day, every night. So we have to be very careful about that because we have seen what has happened with the union movement worldwide. Because we come from neighborhoods and poor families and the temptation of becoming rich and powerful is very, very, very tempting. The devil will tempt you when you are in the desert without water or every day in this job.
But. Well, I’m very much attacked because of this thesis, but I am saying always, unions are not the solution. We have done our job with the industrial revolution. We accomplished a lot the first half of the 20th century. And then you have seen union declines because of corruption, because of issues, because working conditions went better. For millions of people all over the world because of our fight. And you have seen unions becoming worse in America too. 7% I think union jobs in Mexico maybe 3%. The real unions in Europe the same maybe in Denmark, Finland. Well, but they kind of brought that on their own.
I mean for example like in the trades to set up if you. These are the examples. If you had a conference and you needed to set up your thing, you couldn’t even plug in your own frickin outlet. You had to hire a labor person at like hundreds of dollars just to get a frickin outlet plug in. I mean just stupid crap that they forced on people. They caused their own demise by doing so stupid things like that. But then there’s you talking about the slave labor and you need a labor union around. Oh wait, wait for AI to come for your job.
Your avatar speaking like you right now for free. That’s coming for you too. You will need a union for you Sarah. Yeah, it is coming for us all. So we have to, we need some new form of organizing. I don’t think the classical traditional union is the way were working on a agent in Mexico. The working class in snac. The union I represent, I lead. So every worker in North America has a WhatsApp number with an AI agent inside that educates them on their rights, that helps them organize, help them with all the paperwork with bureaucracy and you can report and denounce directly to the ones that can enforce labor like Chinese cheap labor or whatever is happening with China.
The worker has the power on its hands again without middlemen, without corruption. Because it’s just going to go directly to the institution that has to be taking care of this issue. So we think we will organize in some other kind. We have been attacked with fake news because of what we do. Ironically don’t like unions that are aggressive as you said, abrasive like your examples. And I agree with that. That’s part of our problem. But then you have the unions that really do their work. We have working in group of INBO for 80 years and that’s the number one labor code Latin America.
And because of what we do, because of what we said in front of the USTR or in DOL or Capitol Hill. We have been bombarded here with fake news all over Mexico. Now it’s starting in the us all these communist outlets are coming for me and also trying to discredit us because of corruption, money laundering, cartel activities. And it’s just fake news. So we know firsthand what happens if you are also doing the good job. The system doesn’t want either. Yep, yep. I mean, you’re fighting both forces, right? You’re fighting the, the forces that want to keep slave labor.
And unfortunately the, the forces that want to keep slave labor are the ones that are bringing up the fake news on the other side. They’re the ones doing it it. They’re the ones creating all this fake news. They, they’re pretending to be on the other side of the issue to make you look bad. Ironically, it’s the left that’s eating its own. In theory, we came from the left, the union movement. I’m not an idiot, So I have three Mr. Degrees after being a worker. So I understand real life and nothing is free in this world and I don’t put that into my affiliates as a mind virus also.
But they are the ones behind the fake news. The, the American left, the Mexican left, because they know they need slaves to sail. Real wages came down with Obama, with Biden, with the leftist governments, union affiliation came down with the left governments and came up during Trump’s first term as, as well as real wages. So the data is pretty accurate the last 40 years. Who’s pushing and helping workers to have a better life and who’s just taxing their more and, and more inflation and more corruption and. Well, sadly, that’s the path of offering workers free stuff because they are so poor right now or they can’t afford their lives because of past policy, bad policy that now you have to give them free checks and in exchange for their, their votes.
So it’s a very machiavel. It’s like a mind screw. Right. Where the, the way the propaganda is, you think if you actually care about these things and you have to be on the left. I had somebody who has over a thousand chapters of Feeding the Homeless and he’s like, we have been attacked by the left. The worst places he was, he had partnership in Boston, which was good, which is a left city. So it’s not everywhere. But for the most part it’s been the left. Like San Francisco was horrible, horrible. The places that were more smaller town, Republican oriented were the most supportive.
And the ones that were always talked about caring for people in this way were the ones that were the hardest. They put him in jail over 100 times and he was trying to follow the rules. So. And it’s a mind screw and nobody wants to hear it on either side. The other one side wants to say we are not affiliated with them. And it’s like, well, you help them more. I don’t know, you know, they don’t want to be affiliated with labor unions because of all the abuse they’ve taken from labor unions. So they don’t want to, but they’re better and they actually work with you better.
And then the side that claims to be affiliated with the labor unions are the ones that are horrible. In Mexico, the data is very clear. You are better off affiliated in a union. Your cba, your conditions are much better if you are in a union in the US Is almost flat. So they have to work on that, of course. But you have seen San Francisco as an example, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City. They need the homeless, they need illegal migrants, they need this poverty masses. So they can do their scams like in Minnesota with the Somalians for example, and funnel money, billions through the NGOs that are supporting the charity and the social justice people that are working in the hundred thousands in this scam.
So they are going to produce them or import them. And we have to fight that back because that’s the thing that’s causing slavery to come back in the 21st century in other forms. But we’re back 200 years the same way with the left supporting slavery and the right trying to free the slaves. Have you thought about whether your investments are making the highest returns they can and eliminating as much taxes as you can? I think all of us want that strategy, right? That’s the strategy that the wealthiest use. And my friends at Ironhawk Financial are helping my listeners figure out a strategy to do exactly that.
If you want the best returns on your portfolios, you want to eliminate as much taxes as you humanly possibly can and you want to set up your grandkids, you want want to set up your kids and you want to set up yourself for having the most amount you possibly can in your portfolios. I highly recommend you look at the strategies that my friends at Ironhawk Financial do for my listeners. Go to sw hawk.com and get information. They are professionals and they will help you understand what those strategies are. So that you’re looking at portfolios that are making twice, three, four times more more than what you would have and paying a lot less in taxes in the process.
Who doesn’t want to do that? Go to sw hawk.com and learn about it today. It is. And, and it’s all propaganda, spinning it to make it look like everything is upside down. Well, you know, the propaganda has worked very good the last century. I know. No wonder President Trump kicked out the propaganda outlets also. And we have to use independent media like Yourself and other kind of media. Myself, I think I’m just a common sense. I am a worker and I’m in the middle of course. But of course I believe in family values, no men in women’s sports, children protected from birth, from conception and things that were normal to everyday people.
And now they are radical and you’re almost a Nazi because of this. And so we’re going to face in the next elections in 2028, I think a civilizational issue between communists and capitalists again and with a little cherry on the top of the Skynet and AI and robots coming from for us. So I think it’s going to get really interesting. It’s going to get really interesting. Okay, let’s. I have to ask you, since you’re on, what do people in Mexico think of the Gulf of America or Gulf of Mexico name change? You know, when Mexicans are struggling to survive every week the frontal cortex is not even able to analyze this stuff.
It’s a non issue is what you’re saying. They’re just not even. It pisses them off, but they’re not going to talk. Yeah, there’s an anti American sentiment in a part of the country like always. Historically we have been fighting each other 200 years long, but we have been agreeing with each other a lot and helping each other a lot. But you have the free Palestine people also hating Trump and America and those are mad because of Gulf of America. The rest of the Mexicans are just worried to have a paycheck, to have a dignified life. And those are news that really nobody cares about anymore.
It is really kind of irrelevant, some of those name changes right when we’re talking about much bigger issues. Okay, so I know that you were just up on Congress and you’re really trying to get the word out. Where can people learn more about what it is that you’re trying to communicate? And also how do you recommend that people approach you and these issues so that we can come to a better working agreement with Mexico? Yeah. Thank you. Well, you can google my name. Besides the fake news that you’re gonna find about me attacking me and our movement, you’re gonna find interviews where I’m talking about these issues in the place in town hall, in Newsmax, in Yahoo News, of course, these massive outlets.
Also my LinkedIn, I publish at least four articles every month about these issues and other issues about Mexico. And I’m building right now we’re programming my website so everything’s on one side which is coming up soon where you can contact over LinkedIn and we are going to be next month again in Washington D.C. proposing with DOL and congressman in Capitol Hill. Okay, well thank you so much for joining the program. I really. Wait before I let you go, what can people do? You didn’t answer the second question. What can people do? No, it’s my fault. I shouldn’t have asked it twice.
What can people do to. I should have to ask two questions at once. What can people do to help these the relations between Mexico and the United States and get us on, you know, because Peter Navarro you’re saying is you know, at odds with you right now. How can you bridge some of those relationships? I mean he’s a smart man. These, some, these people are pretty smart. So how can you work with them them? I will urge Americans to go to their congressman or congresswoman woman and let them know that there is no America verse with a Mexico last.
You have suffered hundreds of thousands of deaths in America because you forgot about Mexico. We are neighbors. You cannot let the kitchen burn and, and, and hope that your bedroom is not going to burn up. That’s what happened the last four years of Biden administration. So we have to push on both sides for Mexican to be able to have formal labor, a dignified life, come back home hundreds of thousands of them to work on their own country, own fields, their own factories and that’s going to strengthen the supply chain, bring American jobs back to your country, bring factories back to your country and clean up all the social fabric rotting that’s been happening the last four years of last administration.
So that’s the part of the citizens, the regular citizens informed, educate yourselves about how intertwined we really are. We live in the same house right now in North America. And about Peter Navarro, I will try to reach out to him because I think we can build project together both countries where I call the program bring the paisanos back home. And that’s also a transition program where we bring back our hundreds of thousands of workers from the farms, from the ranches, from the dairy industry, from the hospitality industry to Mexico with strong dignified wages while you put your 40 million people on snap back to work and that will strengthen the North American block.
So, so now let me ask you, does your organization, does your organization, does your organization prefer having one party in power or the other? I mean we already said that the Republicans seem to be more supportive than the Democrats even though propaganda wise it’s flipped on its head. Does your organization believe that? Well, we’re very apolitical, but my affiliates, the working class in Mexico is very happy about America kicking ass in Mexico with the cartels and asking for fair wages and strong wages. So I think you will have a lot of support of the Mexican people when you see the results of cracking down on the cartels and bringing life quality up in the North American bloc for sure.
Okay. Well, excellent. Thank you so much for joining the program. I really appreciate your insights. Sa.
