Is Hawaii Becoming a Dictatorship? Impeachment Inquiry Coming?

Hey, hello. Hi, everyone. Michelle Melendez here on the Big Island of Hawaii. I’m with Blossom Inner Wellness Inter Blossom Inner Wellness and Stand Together Hawaii.com. This video is going to be on the citizen memorandum that I gave to the legislative body January 21st. There’s a second part of that that I want to share with you guys. I also want to share the impeachment inquiry that I’m going to be submitting to the legislative body in regards to the governor. I’m going to talk about that. And then I’m also going to talk about House Bill 1944.

And thank you so much to Doge in Hawaii. I don’t know who that person is. I hope to meet them someday. It says, truth, transparency, and accountability. They just put out so much great information. So let me start with the citizen memorandum. Okay, so I’m finishing up. Okay, here’s what’s going down. So January 21st, I went over to Oahu and met with, I’d say between 55 to 60, 50 to 60 legislators and gave them the citizen memorandum, the citizen memorandum, which is right here, citizen memorandum. This actually lets them know that we have three goals. One, keep vaccines optional. Two, amend the biosecurity law that was passed last year. It’s called act 236. And that law in part three allows the government to come and confiscate your private property without a warrant, without due process. And this is all based on a perceived biosecurity emergency that the governor declares doesn’t even have to be happening, may never happen.

And they can literally take your land once the biosecurity office is in place, which they’re working on doing. So we want them to amend that bill, that law, we want them to amend that law and remove part three that literally allows the government to take your property. Then the third thing on the citizen memorandum that we’ve given to the legislative body is to change the law that allows the governor to keep suspending emergency proclamations. What other state has their governor, has a governor that has signed over 90, almost 100 emergency proclamations based on administrative issues.

There’s no disaster happening, no natural disaster. People are not dropping dead because there’s not enough school bus drivers or because there’s too many deer. So these are issues, absolutely, but they’re not emergencies. And it’s allowing this man to suspend laws without the legislative body, completely bypassing the constitution, completely disregarding his oath of office to uphold and support the constitution. So that’s what the citizen memorandum is. We have over a thousand signatures. I did a video on that. The next step with the citizen memorandum is now I’m going to be emailing it.

All of the people who’ve been sending me the more endorsement signatures, I’m going to put it all together in one PDF packet and sending this into the legislative body again, as well as sending it to other parts of government that puts on public record the grievance of the public. So they can no longer say they didn’t know about this. This is stronger than a petition. And like I’ve said in live events that I’ve spoken at, this is not the end all be all. This is the beginning. So I just want to say Mahalo Nui Loa.

The man has gone rogue. He literally is a dictator signing all these emergency proclamations. The next bill that I’m going to be sharing with you guys because of Doge in Hawaii. It’s insane. So what the impeachment inquiry does is it lets the legislative body know that people are not happy with the governor and they need to be looking deeper into this.

Now to impeach the governor of Hawaii, you need two thirds of the legislative body to do this. That would be a miracle. And I believe in miracles. You guys know that I totally believe in miracles. The people cannot impeach the governor. No matter how many signatures you have, you have to have two thirds of the legislative body. It’s going to be a miracle. But the point is not to actually get him impeached. I mean, that would be amazing. But the point is to get the legislative body to step the blankety blank up and to stop his dictatorship and his power that is overriding the supreme law of the land, which is the constitution.

You cannot override the constitution and the only people that can step up, uphold and have them invoke the constitution is the is us is the people, the regular little people that we are. We got to push back and that’s what we’re doing. So if you haven’t joined stand together Hawaii dot com, please join that email list. Now, the third thing or the third thing I want to talk about is this new bill, which is called HB 1914, I’m sorry, 1944, 1944.

And this is a bill that I’m just going to read from my notes with it would replace the Hawaii Tourism Authority, a public agency with statutory duties and legislative oversight and replace it with a private nonprofit whose board is appointed by the governor. This is exactly the death of freedom, you guys, because bureaucracies and private agencies are literally trying to take over the other agencies that are under legislate the legislative body and open to public debate. And they’re trying to literally, this is exactly what the death of freedom is all about.

They want to replace public agencies with nonprofit board appointed by the governor agencies that will change the entire structure of our government. And what this will do, we want to oppose HB 1944. So if you I’m going to, again, join stand together Hawaii.com because I am going to tell you how to send a testimony to the legislative body to oppose this bill. We want this bill opposed. Here’s why. The Hawaii Tourism Authority as a state authority is subject to open meetings and public records, legislative budget review, a legislative budget review. You got to actually look at the budget and statutory limits on authority.

A private nonprofit is not held to that same transparency. There’s fewer in public meetings. The records aren’t and aren’t as accessible so they can hide a lot of things if they move the Hawaii Tourism Authority into a private organization, a private board. Very, very bad. Why this matters? Tourism policy affects housing pressures, infrastructure, water, roads, and community life. Decisions that shape daily life would move further out of the public view and that’s not what we want. So very, very important to oppose and have our legislative body oppose this bill, HB 1944.

It would make a precedent for governance by non-profit. This is exactly what I’m talking about, you guys. Oh my gosh. So moving public functions into quasi-private entities, reducing accountability, reducing transparency of government, all of it. And especially with the fact that Hawaii’s tourism is the number one income for a lot of locals. So we do not want that agency gone into the private. Even people who support reform tourism should ask this question.

Why move such an influential public function into a private structure with fewer checks, especially in a state where tourism impacts nearly every aspect of local life. We want them opposing. I just talked to Tina Leah who is of HawaiiUnites.org and she was talking about the mosquitoes because we do have something that every person in Hawaii who visits Hawaii, who loves Hawaii, should be concerned with.

They want to release the Zawabakim-injected mosquitoes and the females that bite and breed into every single island. We’re going to be doing an interview coming up the next few weeks and we do have an action for you around that. So that is coming. You guys, why are we keeping being bombarded by all this? Because their time is up. These evil entities who are running the countries. I really feel, again, and a friend of my mata tells me we wouldn’t be here if we didn’t already win. I think that we’re winning this and that’s why they keep pushing harder.

We’ve got this. Let’s stay together. That’s what the key is. It’s together. It’s unified, not against each other. It’s coming together under what we love, the Hawaiian islands. If you live here, you love it here. We see freedom and we see peace and we see what is right, doing what is right for the land, the ʻāina, for our keiki, our children, and for ʻohana, our family. So that we all thrive on these islands and we remove the demons that are trying to restrict us even more. Great spirit, we trust you. We know that that is done. We know that the legislative body is doing what is right for the people. We call forth aloha, the frequency of love to surround the Capitol on Oahu and especially the governor’s office, that there’s so much aloha there. There’s so much love that surrounds the entire island of Oahu, especially the Capitol, especially the governor’s office, that any darkness would leave, would just be out of there and that the hearts are turned to doing what is right for the people, the ina and the keiki.

Great spirit, we see that as done. We call it forth. We call forth angels to surround all the Hawaiian islands, that they be with anybody who needs the spark of aloha right now and who needs just that feeling that they’re not alone. Great spirit, we call that forth right now. We get to watch as things unfold as this year, this fire horse year is amazing and we get to watch as this world becomes a better place, starting with the Hawaiian islands, starting with the people, standing up to do what is right.
