Summary

➡ Dave Hodges, host of the Common Sense Show, discusses a variety of issues including the potential impact of China’s internal problems on the US, the importance of certain types of immigration, and the current state of China’s economy. He suggests that China’s economy is collapsing, leading to a disruption of the family unit and a rise in unemployment. He also touches on the topic of immigration, arguing that some immigrants provide valuable services to the US and should not be viewed as threats. Lastly, he emphasizes that the issues happening in China could have significant effects on the US and its future.
➡ In China, social issues like high male unemployment, declining marriage rates, and a growing number of young adults refusing to participate in the controlled economy are causing societal fragmentation. This is leading to a labor gap in a country heavily reliant on manufacturing. The situation is worsened by a population dynamic where there are more people over 65 than young working adults. These issues, combined with the government’s resistance to immigration, could potentially lead to civil unrest or even war.

Well, as I promised today in the opening segment, we made a variety of issues. That threaten to change our lives forever. And we’re going to ask a fundamental question here. And then I’m going to break it down for you systematically. And I’ll make myself a note before I forget to go through this. What’s going on in China affects you. It can affect you very dramatically. And so it’s just not, gee, this is interesting. Dave, thanks for sharing. This is huge inside that country. And this is a huge potential impact on you and me and our lives and our future as a nation.

And we’re going to get into it here, but there’s real problems in China twofold. And we’re going to ask this fundamental question. Is China headed for a civil war? Are they going to jump the gun and do a world war? Is it going to be both? And what are the costs? And is there anything we can learn from the Chinese? And you’ve noticed I have a moderate opinion of immigration. Very moderate. Very moderate. Oh, if you’re a TDA or MS-13, gone. Or in prison here for your crimes. Okay? That’s my position. And these protests against that notion, you people are insane if you want these types of walking your street.

But I’m not talking about the people that came out yesterday and serviced my trees and bushes and so forth. And we live on a fairly large property and we have a lot of trees and it takes good skill. Now, the man that runs the business, great guy. Great guy. He is not an immigrant citizen. But he does pick up people who I’ve talked to. They are not citizens. Now, many of them are on a path to get citizenship, credit to the owner. I’m not concerned about these guys. They’re respectful. They work their butts off. They seem like really good human beings.

They communicate. They’re polite. I’m not worried about these people. And Trump is even changing his attitude. You’re saying, what do you mean? He’s already talking about, if we clean all the people out that cross the border illegally under Joe Biden, the hotel industry, the farming industry are going to be crippled. They’re already experiencing problems. And he says, we’re going to have to look at this. I agree. This is why I said I’m not in favor of the Home Depot raids unless they know MS-13, TDA, that kind of. And if you’re caught up hanging out with them, well, you’re sorry.

Things happen. But Trump is talking about a change himself. Now, in America, we better open up to the idea that certain kinds of immigration are healthy. The people that worked in my backyard yesterday provide a valuable service to this country. Now you’re saying, well, Dave, they’re illegal. Yeah, I know. Who belongs in prison for that? The person who believed the lies that they were told to come here. Well, they want you to perfectly legal. We’re a US citizen, DHS, Alejandro Mayorkas. Eh, come on in. Or should we punish the people that were naive enough to believe this? Mayorkas belongs in prison.

Joe Biden? Well, I know. But he belongs with an ankle bracelet confined to his home. They broke the law. They pose national security risks. We’ve got Chinese running around our country right now. We don’t know who they are, what they’re here for. We can surmise. And we’ve shown the pictures of it. It’s not in debate. It’s thousands. And we’ve shown you the interaction. So is News Nation. So is Newsmax. So is Fox News. That’s dangerous for this country because China is your enemy. Hello, you people out there on the streets who paid antagonizers, paid protesters. These people will victimize your family if they get a chance.

Now, why am I jumping on immigration when I’m going to talk about what’s going on inside of China? Because we need to learn a lesson from what China is going through right now. The CCP is the most bigoted organization, most likely on the face of the earth. Certainly one of them. Anything that’s not nationalist Chinese, they hate. They hate Americans of Chinese descent. So it’s more about the party bigotry than it is racial purity for them. Okay, now let’s break it down. Let’s get down to what’s going on inside of China and the lesson we can learn and you’ll see why I went off on this tangent about American illegal immigration and who’s a threat and who’s not.

And you’ll see that probably making pretty good sense here. In China, their economy has collapsed. When you have 5 out of 20 million remaining in Beijing, the troop carriers are coming in the tanks. I’ve seen the videos. They’re on Chinese dissident video sites on YouTube with information being smuggled out. This information is consistent among the group and it’s consistent with what I know to be true. Chinese economy is in free fall. Chinese elite are leaving with their money. They’re doing it in tricky ways but they’re leaving with their money and they’re families. This is bad.

American manufacturing is leaving by the droves. Citibank has had massive layoffs in the banking industry as HSBC. They’ve closed thousands of branch offices. The economy is in collapse. Here’s the Chinese government answer for this. Well, we’re going to give tax money to the home developers. Go build. Build it and they’ll come and these people don’t even finish the job because they run out of funds. That’s the extent of the correction. It’s it makes quantitative easing in this country from 2009 look intelligent and fair. Now, what’s this leading to in China? This is really interesting and sad.

First of all, the family unit is disrupting. And what I’m about to tell you somewhat true in America. In fact, I’m going to give you a statistic. The best predictor of male mortality is retirement after the age of sixty-five. Identity goes out the window. Purpose goes out the window. Being active goes out the window and the risk is huge in the first six months following retirement. Huge. Well, the Chinese even more ingrained. Work is identity. Work makes a male seem to be attractive to a female because of the money. Uh I know that gold digger comments going to come up but I’m going to speak to you frankly about the numbers here.

Okay. First of all, the Chinese one child policy, although they’ve done away with it because they realized how stupid and how the world viewed the inhumanity of it was. They have a problem. They have these match. They run out of arena. Men come to meet women, kind of speed dating. They’re imitating what we do in the west. And often, there are fifty men for every woman. It’s because girl babies were killed for decades. And so, women can be choosy. They can choose the nice looking man who is pleasant, has good manners, and will treat them well, has potential to be good.

They can be a good father but also can provide a stable and steady income. The men, the men know this. And they often try to hide their unemployment, their layoff from their spouse. They hide the bills. They let the bills pile up. I mean, they’re just trying to stay one step ahead of the burning bridge. There’s actually a cottage industry springing up in major cities like Shanghai and Beijing. And it’s called the fake job with the fake office environment. For one to three dollars equivalent a month, men can be in an office space, have nameplates, developer of economic strategy, digital marking consultant.

And they make up these terms. They don’t have a job. But they leave every day with their briefcase, dressed in their suit, pretending they’re going to work. They’re delaying the inevitable. But this is a cottage industry right now. And often, women look at, you can’t support me? I’m out of here. And sometimes, it’s not that simple. I looked into the family dynamics of some of this stuff. And a lot of times, when the discovery is made that the man is faking it, he’s lost his job. There’s a withdrawal. She said, I didn’t marry him to play video games all day, all that.

And divorce is huge. Some people suggest in major urban areas, male unemployment isn’t correlated with the 85% divorce rate. Some people challenge those numbers. But I can tell you, the trend curve. It may not be 85%, but the trend curve is absolutely there. This is destroying the family unit in China. There’s social fragmentation. And the men are depressed. And then what’s the next stage after that? Extreme anger at the system. Now, let’s step aside for just a second away from the family unit. Let’s talk about Chinese young people. Ben Loy, let it rot. We’ve talked about this for months.

Over half, some people say as much as three-fourths, of young adults, 21 to 35, are saying, screw you, CCP, and your controlled economy. We’re not doing it. We’re staying home with our parents. We’ll be domestic engineers. We’re quitting the system. This is adding to a huge labor gap in a country that does manufacturing to survive. Oh, and it gets worse. Going back to the Chinese family fragmentation, marriages are in severe decline. A country as big as China last year, they only had six million marriages. Marriage is becoming less important to a female because women have gone through a renaissance of economic opportunity.

Yes, Chinese have removed a lot of the previous gender gaps. And they don’t need the man if they can stay on. So, this adds to the fragmentation as well. Here’s an interesting statistic. You’ve got young people dropping out. You’ve got huge unemployed men, families falling apart. And then we’ve got the population dynamic that there are more people over the age of 65 in China than there are in young adult working ages. And then you’ve got that revolution where people are choosing not to work who are young. And this is an a manufacturing country. Now, what’s blocking the Chinese from recovering from this, they’re not going to immigrate large sums of people, let’s say from the Middle East or Africa or South America.

They want that pure Chinese society from the top down. I’m not saying the people are this way. I’ve known Chinese nationals. I haven’t found them to be that way. But their leadership certainly is. And so, they’re blocking the one thing that could help their manufacturing sector survive. We went through this in the 1880s in America. Factory is expanding, the Industrial Revolution, changing lifestyle, improved standard of living. But there was one hold back. We’re going to get the labors? Let’s go to Western Europe. And then when enough of those people have come, we’ll go to Eastern Europe.

And we started to have waves of immigration. And that led to public education, which was based on the Rockefeller Carnegie model that we want people smart enough to do their jobs, but not so smart that they’ll challenge authority. So, we’ll basically keep education at a sixth grade level. Happening in our country to some degree too. Increasingly crappy education leads to not questioning how we got into the economic mess we’re in. Greed and selfishness. It camouflages that. So, we have this dynamic going on in China. Now, you’re going to have a you have a pissed off young male population.

What does that lead to historically? That would be war. Now, is it going to be a civil war where the CCP is overwhelmed? Maybe, maybe not. I do see civil insurrection of a large extent surfacing and so does the CCP. Why else would they send the tanks and the armored personnel carriers into Beijing? I have seen the videos. Copyright prevents me from showing you them, but they exist. And I believe you can find some of that information on YouTube. You know, having said all that, will the Chinese go into civil war or will they be provoked internally to create a major war? Or will it be both? We’re going to talk about those possibilities in the next segment.

Civil War, World War, or both. One thing is certain, the Chinese society cannot continue on the path it is. There’s going to be dramatic changes domestically as well as in foreign policy. And part of that foreign policy includes war. And we’re going to talk to you about that coming up next segment. Make sure you check out the commonsenseshow.tv, our hip series hiding in plain sight. People love it. We’re preparing some more stuff on Cassini and Voyager 2. Seems that there’s a little more information coming out. Pretty interesting. But anyway, you’ll want to check that out, the commonsenseshow.tv.

And on that note, I’ll tell you I’m Dave Hodges. This is The Common Sense Show, and we will see you back here again next time. [tr:trw].
