Hawaii State can now sieze property animals and products without due process.

So this is a biosecurity state. Hawaii quietly grants sweeping emergency powers to its Agriculture Department. And let me just show you. Hawaii biosecurity emergency can now restrict movement without a court order. This is absolutely against the Constitution. Everybody who values freedom and who values the Constitution, we have got to send notice to these criminals that this is not Pono. This is not okay with us. And it says while most of the eyes were on the wildfire, recovery, tourism, controversies, or other housing crisis, is something else passed through the Hawaii legislative legislature with barely a ripple. Let me tell you guys what just happened here.

Hawaii Governor Josh Green, this man is a total communist. Oh my goodness, he signed Hawaii Bill, sorry, House Bill 427 into law, a bill that renamed and restructured the existing Department of Agriculture. So what this does, what this does, they’ve essentially centralized biosecurity response under one roof. This biosecurity means a beetle, an insect, soil, mold, any of these can be a reason why they totally take away all freedoms. Here we go. They’ve essentially absorbed and the Invasive Species Council created a new deputy chairperson for biosecurity position, and most importantly, layered in the sweeping emergency powers that can be activated without judicial review.

They can literally put us in lockdown without any legislative court or anything that says, hey, why are you doing this? They can just do it. That is communism. Hawaii is now under communist rule, you guys. This is no longer just the office that deals with cows and crops. It now has legal authority to declare emergencies, restrict movement, and seize property all under the banner of biosecurity. The Constitution does not kneel to biosecurity. It does not kneel to anything. This is absolutely against the freedoms of the people. Who decides? A newly created position, the deputy chairperson for biosecurity, which they have not found yet, have not appointed yet, will have the operational authority, but the governor ultimately signs off on the emergency declaration.

A governor cannot make laws. A governor cannot just say, oh, there’s an emergency. That makes him a tyrant. That makes him a dictator. Notably, this position does not require Senate confirmation. Reports directly within the Department of Agriculture can act quickly across agencies. I can’t read that because of where I’m at. Okay. Because of this platform. Why it matters, the state now has legal mechanism to shut down movement, to lock you down in your home. They have legal mechanism to block imports and exports, to seize your livestock, your chickens, your cows, your sheep, to seize products or even your property without a due process, without any court system, without a warrant, nothing.

All in the name of containing an invasive species pathogen. This could include bird flu outbreak, and they can just say, you guys, they can just say, this is happening, everybody. They don’t have to have any proof. They don’t have to have any proof. They can just say, this is happening. A new strain of plant virus, fungus on imported goods. They can say, oh, this batch of bananas has this fungus. Now everybody’s locked down. That’s what they can say, you guys. And let’s follow the money. Who is this person that did this? I’ll have to share with you who this is because they’re amazing.

With the new powers came a wave of funding, 26.6 million total allocation for this communist bill that they put through, you guys, 8.5 million for the Invasive Species Council, 500,000 for a little fire ant control, 500,000 for the coconut rhinoceros beetle. All of this sounds useful, but there’s little public oversight. And who receives contracts? Who receives contracts? That’s important because those are the people that are getting the money for this. How these funds are distributed and what metrics will be used to track results. Why you haven’t heard about this? It’s not on the news. It’s nowhere, you guys.

Where this could go. Who decides the biosecurity emergency? Well, these people who benefits from the lockdown supplies and what happens when pest control becomes people control. That’s what’s going on. Pest control becomes people control. That’s what this is about. Who gets appointed as deputy biosecurity chairperson? That’s the person that’s going to be in charge of a lot of this. That’s the gatekeeper role and the most unchecked power, the most unchecked power. They will be able to say, Oh, there’s a beetle. We have to lock everything down. Oh, there’s a flu virus for the birds. We got to take everybody’s chickens and kill them.

That’s what this is about. This is not conspiracy. This is a bill that just passed through Hawaii State. This is absolutely disgusting. These people need to be removed from office. They are communists. They have violated the First Amendment. I’m sorry. They violated the Constitution in many, many ways. When does the public, uh, pest dashboard launch? Okay. We have a fleet of British ships coming in, and they’re going to take down this fort and right now I am the name is escaping me might be Fort Henry I’m not sure which fort it was. But we’re going to we’re going to take this fort we’re going to blow it up. And he goes, he goes, if you guys keep that there’s a flag you guys keep that American flag up. He goes by the end of the by the end of the night throughout the night, then you know what I’m going to do, I’m going to show you guys.

What that means is it’s it’s a document that says this is how you have violated the Constitution and you need to step down from your office or you need to fix this and change it because you have violated the United States of America.
