Summary
➡ The original Hawaii General Plan 2045, which aimed to transform important agricultural land into natural land and promote electric vehicles, has been revised by Ashley and is now available for public review. The new plan, General Plan 2026, removes many restrictions and is considered better than the original. However, there is concern over Bill 147, proposed by Heather Kimball, which requires homeowners to register their properties annually for a fee and face fines for non-compliance. The public is encouraged to voice their opinions on these matters through the county council’s email or in person.
➡ This text expresses hope for a better world, where love and truth guide world leaders to make right decisions, ending wars and revealing hidden evils. It calls for peace, healing in relationships, and gratitude for life. It also criticizes the misuse of power, particularly in Hawaii’s government, and calls for investigation into overstepped boundaries. The text ends with a message of love from the Big Island.

So I do want to talk about that and I am going to also talk about the short-term vacation rental here on the Big Island. If you are a local who rents your home out, who rents your a room or your hana unit for short-term rentals, you’re going to be very concerned about Bill 147 which literally wants to force you to register your property, send the county all kinds of information about your private property, send them all the income that you make and then also can be fined up to ten thousand dollars if you don’t do so.
So I’m going to talk about that second. But first, if you live on the Big, not on the Big Island, sorry, if you live in the Hawaii Islands, you’re going to want to know that the governor, Hawaii governor, signed another emergency proclamation based on something administrative that’s no natural disaster, nobody’s lives are being threatened, no homes are being damaged and destroyed but yet he suspended 13 laws again and we do have action. It’s called telling the legislative body to support the impeachment inquiry that I created and I’ll show you guys this because if you’re living in Hawaii, it’s really important to know that we’re in the state of emergency, laws are being suspended, the governor of Hawaii is literally the king, he’s an absolute dictator, he has removed, he has removed legislative authority and he is basically making laws and not making laws, he’s suspending laws.
So let me show you guys this, this is the emergency proclamation, you can easily find this, just go to Hawaii emergency proclamations. He has six proclamations based on the Kona low weather, he has an emergency proclamation because there’s too many deer in Maui, that’s not a state of an emergency, he has an emergency proclamation relating to pharmacists providing vaccinations, how is that an emergency where people are dying and homes are being threatened, he has an emergency relating to homelessness, no homeless people are in the hospital dying because they’re homeless, this is actually the best place to be, there is also an emergency because of the wildfires, the 29th proclamation relating to wildfires, he has suspended 71 laws based on the wildfire we had in 2003, so almost three years ago and we’re still under an emergency proclamation.
The one I want to talk about right now is this new one, this is a brand new proclamation, emergency proclamation and this is related to the Manjano anemone in the Keone Bay on Oahu and he has literally suspended 13 laws based on this anemone, he’s saying is invasive and damaging the coral reef, if that’s true that is definitely something that needs to be taken care of but that’s not an emergency, he has suspended again 13 laws and let me show you guys the laws that are suspended, he’s talking all about what’s going on with the anemone here, suspension of laws, spending laws because we have an anemone in the ocean that could be damaging the coral, the first law he suspends you guys, Hawaii Public Procurement Code, Hawaii Public Procurement, that’s about money, he’s suspending the law of relating to the funds that come to the state, why? Rental and safe of essential commodities during the state of emergency prohibited, so against and this is funny, this is so funny, prohibited against Prince increases, that’s supposed to be price increases, so no price increases but it’s interesting that this says Prince, somebody definitely did a faux pas here and misspelled price, I think that’s interesting, he has suspended environmental response law for this new anemone that’s in the water, public lands, management and disposition, he’s suspended because we have an anemone that’s bothering the coral, that’s possibly damaging coral, he’s suspending public lands, management and disposition, conservation district suspended that, invasive species, there’s another one I want to show you guys, it’s down here, water pollution, he suspended this one, environmental impact statement, so he’s suspending these laws based on the fact that we have an anemone in the water, that you know, so let me just tell you guys the job of the governor, the job of the governor is supposed to manage his actual job, he’s supposed to implement state laws, manage state agencies, he’s supposed to manage them but just because a state agency has an issue, an emergency, we have an anemone in the water, no lives are being threatened, no homes are being destroyed, that is what the emergency proclamation is for and he’s overstepping this, he’s literally, he can do this at any time and he’s proven that he is doing this at any time, so that’s our kuleana, he’s also supposed to command the state’s national guard, that’s it though, he can’t just suspend laws because one of his state agencies has an issue and a challenge that’s their kuleana, you know the anemone, the water, that’s land and natural resource, that’s their division, that’s their department, that’s not an emergency proclamation, a situation, so what can we do? Let me show you guys, go to standtogetherhawaii.com, click on Hawaii government, government overreach, gov overreach and you can actually read the impeachment inquiry right here and you can find your legislation, legislator and email them, like do this today, do this when you see this and tell them the subject is urgent request for oversight, continued use of emergency proclamation powers, emergency powers, he’s continuing to do this, he’s setting precedent, he has suspended hundreds of laws, you guys without legislation, so this is saying that this appears to be a natural resource, I’m writing with concerns of the governor’s continued use of emergency powers, most recently the manjano anemone in county bay on Oahu, this appears to be a natural resource issue, typically handled by the department of natural resources, not a true emergency involving immediate danger to people or property, at the same time there are multiple multiple emergency proclamations still active, yes we have many, over almost 100, many of which extended repeatedly, these proclamations allow for suspension of state laws including procurement, that’s money, money coming to the state and suspending these, emergency powers are meant to be temporary and limited, and so this is a letter you can or an email you can send to your legislator, find your legislator, put in your city, you know mine is Captain Cook and I just click enter and then my, um and these are my legislators, so you can call them, in fact I’m going to do that right now, actually I’m going to show you guys, let me show you, I’ll stop this but I’m going to call them because they’re not going to answer, it’s the weekend, so I can just leave a message, please leave a message and you will get back to you as soon as Aloha, I’m a constituent here on the big island of Hawaii, Captain Cook area, and I’m very concerned that the governor has suspended, again he has signed another emergency proclamation based on non-emergency, there’s an invasive manjano anemone in Keone Bay and on Oahu, that is not an emergency, it is not, people are not dying, homes are not being destroyed, but he has suspended 13 laws again, there’s still over 90 emergency proclamations that he continues to sign, he suspends laws, where is the legislative body doing anything about this, so I have sent you guys four times now an impeachment inquiry that just says look into it, look into this issue, because this man is setting precedent for future governors to be able to just have an administrative issue and then suspend laws without legislation and that’s absolutely against his oath of office and against his responsibility, so please do follow through with the impeachment inquiry and take a look at what this governor is doing, because again he’s setting precedent for future governors to be dictators and to just suspend laws without legislation, thank you so much, Aloha.
So that’s how easy it is, I mean you don’t have to be that long, you can just say, this is, you don’t even have to say your name, you can just say support, please support the impeachment inquiry because the governor’s a little bit out of control, that’s my whole point around this, so now I want to shift gears and talk about the Big Island, if you live on the Big Island you’re going to want to do a testimony for the Big Island general plan, so let me show you guys what’s going on with that, so on Tuesday, April 7th, policy committee and planning use economic development agenda, it’s at 1 30 in Hilo and what’s happening here is the adopt the county’s Hawaii general plan 2045 and repeals ordinance as amended, this is very concerning because Ashley Kirkowitz, she has submitted a draft, a new draft, transmitting proposed amendments to bill 66 draft two, so I’m hoping that’s her draft, her draft, the original Hawaii, the original general plan 2045 is 300 pages long, 300 pages long with 400 goals, it will absolutely change Big Island, Ashley spent six months revising it and it is available on my website, it’s available on county council, you can read it, they’re allowing for public testimony right now on it and it’s so much better, the word stakeholders not written in it, the Hawaii general plan 2045 wanted to change important agriculture to natural land where farmers would have to jump through hoops, have more restrictions on them, have to get more permits and all this other BS and that’s completely removed out of Ashley’s new plan, also the electric vehicle situation, the first general plan 2045 wanted everybody to have electric vehicles, no diesel, no gas, you know, and Ashley has taken all of that out, so it’s not a 100 perfect plan but it is so much better than 2045, so if you live on the Big Island, I’m going to show you how to give testimony, you can go to standtogetherhawaii.com, click on Big Island GP, you can see the new plan, her new general plan, you can see the last one 2045 and then you can email the county council here, county testimony, county testimony, that’s the number one email that you need to send to and say support the new plan, support general plan 2026, this is very important, this is happening on Tuesday, some happening on Tuesday, the last thing I want to share is, the last thing I want to share is Bill 147, we can testify against 147 on Tuesday as well and 147 is so disgusting and Heather Kimball, who in the world is this woman working for because she’s not working for the local people, the local constituents and I think she’s running again, let me show you, let me just show you guys what she’s putting in because it is absolutely just totally disgusting what this woman has put together, so this is the agenda again and here is Bill 147, let’s take a look at this bill here that she wants to put, so she wants it to be for transient vacation rentals and basically here she wants to take out and remove all this verbiage, it’s to amend, an ordinance to amend chapter 2, chapter 25 of the Hawaii county code 1983 relating to transient accommodation, so rentals, there is established an STVR enforcement fund, she’s going to enforce, I’m laughing because it’s so disgusting I don’t want to cry, here’s what she wants to do, BNB bed and breakfast means a TVR transient vacation rental that is an incidental and subordinated to use a principal home for a host, basically long-term short long story short here, you will have to submit your private property information, what you have on your private property, you’re going to have to register your home every single year for 250 to 500 dollar fee to the county, then there’s fines if you don’t submit like your income, how much money you’re making, every single year you’re going to have to do this and there’s up to 10,000 dollar fine, let me show you guys that, the TVR enforcement administrative provision upon determining that a TVR is in violation of any provision of this chapter, the director may assess an administrative fine for each day in which the violation persists in the amount no greater than twice the highest daily rate at which the TVR has been advertised in the proceed, oh my goodness, 500, 5500 for the first violation, 7500 for the second and 10,000 for any subsequent violation, this is totally disgusting, like I would like to know who she’s working for, it’s not the people, if you live in Hawaii, it doesn’t matter if you have a rental or not, this is disgusting, it is against the people, it is against the constitution, it violates her oath of office, it also violates in my opinion and violates the aloha law, we actually have a law here in Hawaii saying you have to be aloha, you got to be kind, how is this kind to constituents, people right now are like looking at the gas prices and looking at their electric bills and looking at food prices and they’re just trying to make ends meet and maybe an auntie or uncle has to supplement their income by renting out a room so they can afford to feed themselves and now this is what Heather Kimball is putting forth, it’s absolutely disgusting, you can testify against this, all you got to do is again, you can find this at standtogetherhawaii.com, I’ll show you guys how to do this, it’s right here, you just click on, you just go to county testimony, county testimony and you can, it’s going to come up right here, let me show you guys this and all you have to do is say, oppose bill 147, that’s it and then say county council please oppose this bill and whatever it is you want to say, whatever it is you want to say there, it’s council testimony at hawaii county.gov, that’s the email to use and you can just submit that, submit that by tomorrow, Monday at noon, they need it 24 hours or actually one o’clock, they need it 24 hours prior to the meeting or go there live in person, it’s going to be in Hilo and the location 25 Apuni Street in Hilo, that’s where it’s going to be at one, on April 7th at 1 30, so 25 Apuni Street, Hilo, April 7th 1 30 live, you can also do a zoom, if you want to testify by zoom that you can call this number 808-961-8255, 808-961-8255 and complete the registration process, all you got to do is tell them I want to have the zoom link and they’ll email it to you, this email not working for some reason, isn’t that interesting, council remote testimony at hawaii county.gov, not so, that’s interesting, but you can zoom it or just send them an email council testimony at hawaii.gov, so those are the three actions I have for you guys, one, just contact your legislator, ask them to support the impeachment inquiry of Governor Green because he’s just continuing to be out of control, number two, Hawaii, Big Island, vote against Hawaii General Plan 2045, support Hawaii General Plan 2026, those are the two options that we have, and the second option is a thousand times better, and then number three is testify against, and you don’t have to live on the islands, anybody can send a testimony, it’s just an email, send a testimony in to oppose Bill 147, and also ask who in the heck is Heather working for, it’s not the Hawaiian people, it’s not locals, locals who are just barely getting by here in Hawaii, I mean you guys, we have 12 gallon of milk, a gallon of milk is almost 12 dollars, you know, and gas prices are going up, and people are just trying to make ends meet, and if they’re renting out their property, what right does the county have to say anything about that, they’re just trying to make ends meet, so I wanted to share that, if you guys are stressed out, I know that sometimes this is stressful, and if you’re still watching, I just want to say Mahalo Nui Loa, I am doing a freedom academy, where I take people through, we drop in, we get grounded, a freedom insight, happens once a month, live calls with me, and you can join, not stand together, but Blossom Inner Wellness,
