Michelle Melena with BlossomInnerWellness.com and StandTogether Hawaii.com and I just want to say so much mahalo for all of you who are sending in testimony about the Hawaii general plan. Now what I want to talk about is this absolute dictator of a governor that we have here on the island. So I did a video a while back on the 90 emergency proclamations that this man signed. And I want to go over the. The ones that he saw. He signed them numerous times. So let me just show you what he signed. I’m going to show you what the.

Just a brief summary, like two sentence summary. The constitutional violations that each one of them has and how many times he has signed these emergency proclamations. And we have remedy. I need Hawaii cultural practitioners who are interested in stopping this dictator that is running the islands, that he thinks he can just stop laws and then create laws over here. And he thinks that he runs the islands. You guys, Hawaii cultural practitioners, if you want that, you guys have the most standing. And I do have remedy. I’ve been talking to an attorney about it. I don’t want to share it here, but I do have some remedies.

So if you are a Hawaii cultural practitioner, email me. Michelle Blossom Inner Wellness and I’m gonna get you vetted first and then share with you what our plan is. Because if we don’t stop this dictator, who is going to stop him? He is literally taking over the islands, stopping laws. Let me just show you. Let me show you what this man is doing. It’s. It’s something else. This is something else. Hawaii. Hawaii Governor Emergency Proclamations Index. Okay, over 90 proclamations signed. The, this first one was housing. It was signed 13 times so far. It suspended environmental, burial and sunshine laws.

Sunshine laws. Basically they just close the doors. They can have meetings without any public testimony. The public doesn’t even have to know that they’re having meetings. Bypass legislative input, people’s impact, limited public oversight, favored developers, weakened cultural protections is violated. Article 1:5, the due process, separation of powers, executive overreach. That was the first one. The housing emergency proclamation one through 13 signed 13 times. And it goes every 60 days. He just signs it again. This is what happened with the covi. And then after that is the D thing. You know, they just kept signing the primary proclamation until people stepped up.

This man is going to keep doing this until someone steps up. Category homelessness. This was Emergency Proclamation 5 through Emergency Proclamation 17. He signed it 13 times. The summary waived zoning, permitting and procurement laws. He waived These laws. This man. Governors cannot make or waive laws. Okay. They can’t do that through the legislative body through our constitution. But we’re letting him do this unless we check this man. He’s getting away with being a dictator. So waiving zoning permitting and procurement laws to accelerate shelter construction. The people’s impact is bypass due process for communities and individuals. Reduce and reduce transparency.

The violate constitutional violations. Misuse of emergency powers under and the. The emergency powers is 127 separation of powers issue. So he’s definitely violating his. He’s just again way overreach. This governor thinks he’s the king of. Of the islands. You guys. This is a dictator category. This one is emergency proclamation. Uncle Billy’s hotel. He assigned it eight times approximately ongoing the summary. Suspended competitive bidding laws. Nobody could could bid. And there was a contract that was. I’ll show you. I’ll show you the person that got the contract. But he suspended all the bidding laws. That’s totally unfair.

Contracted. Awarded directly to the Isomoto contracting company and I believe they’re based in Hilo. No public bidding. Limited transparency in use of taxpayer funds. The constitutional violations violated procurement laws. Lack of legislative oversight. So again he just is like let me think here. Which law should I cancel this week? Okay, I think I’ll cancel the first five. And then you know, I’m going to create this other thing over here. That’s what he’s basically doing, you guys. He’s just picking and choosing the laws he wants to cancel. Then putting it under an emergency proclamation as we sit on our butts and do nothing.

You know, if we. Who. Who was it? Freedom is not free Friends category. Wildfires. Telecom insurance deer. He assigned this 60 plus times combined multiple proclamations. He’s waived contractor procurement rules to expedient response. The. The people’s impact fast track decisions with reduced public impact. I’m sorry. Reduced public input. Increased risk of favoritism and chrono. I don’t know what that word is. Cronyism. Constitutional violations. He suspended procurement laws. Reduced checks and balances. Yeah, of course. That’s exactly what he’s done. He has reduced checks and balances. This man is running like a dictator. He’s the king of the islands.

Everybody Hawaii is now has a king and it is called. In my personal opinion this. I think I feel this is absolute overreach of government. Absolute communism. Can’t you know. You can’t even like the Hawaii news now stands behind this man and it’s. It’s just. It’s absolutely shocking that People are like, oh, yeah, that’s fine. You can just cancel that law. Yeah, we didn’t need that law when the legislative body is the one that passed the law. So, Mr. Governor, you can go ahead and just suspend any law you want because that’s what he is doing.

Let me show you this other thing. I’m going to show you two other things that I got. See here. Well, one of them I’m just going to read to you because somebody sent me this from Maui. She says, aloha, let me first state here. And now that I live in Lahaina, very close to the arsonist attack, she says in all capital letters that was perpetrated on the people of this island. I have a clear view of when the fire started and watched all the comings and goings of the insanity that went on August 8th and 9th and 10th, 2023.

Firemen were left helpless without water coming from the hydrants. No sirens or warning of any type were given. Policemen were given orders to direct people fleeing the fire directly into the fire. The entire west side of Maui was without land, land line and cell phone service, electricity and wi fi service for nearly a month. That is absolutely true. The day after the fire, I went. I witnessed from my balcony what looked exactly like a large white Chinese spy balloon flying low along the ridge of our mountains. Surveying the fire damage, I cannot confirm that this is just what she has written to me.

I also witnessed in the black billowing smoke streaks of light coming down from the sky. Let’s just say nothing that was colored blue was, was affected by this fire. And that’s in my book. You guys who have gotten the great Maui land grab. Get it@greatmauilandgrabbook.com and the wind was not as tumultuous as they said on our beloved lying mainstream media. This is what she says. Lies, lies and more lies as bodies were picked up out of the ocean and portable morgues were discreetly filling and driving to the airport in the dead of night. On the day after the fire, our dem, our demonic little governor declared that he will seize all properties on this historic site and build back better.

I remember that it’s been now two years and our historic town of Lahaina looks like an atomic bomb struck the west side of the island. A wasteland. That’s true. Green has received hundreds of millions of dollars to rebuild Lahaina back to its historic look and feel, yet no buildings have been erected. Instead, he’s declaring the most unconstitutional act known to any governor except Gavin Newsome. He is breaking all constitutional laws. This little tyrant of a governor has passed bills to seize all private and historic property housing illegal immigrants, along with passing numerous other unconstitutional bills like no teenager can be arrested.

I have a picture. Email picture, email me. So I’ve asked her to come on and do a, do a interview with me because I would very much like to interview her. I do want to say so again, I want to share one more thing and that’s about House Bill 427 which absolutely brings in communism. I’m like floored by how horrific this bill is. We can stand against it. I’m looking for remedy on that one. But the first remedy everybody, Hawaii practitioner, cultural practitioners, you guys have the most standing. If you got the cojones to join me, I will help you.

We will do it together. We have to stop him being able to just go, I’m going to do another emergency proclamation. And now let’s, let’s, let’s, let’s stop. I’ll suspend however many laws he wants is basically what he’s doing. And nobody’s back, nobody’s checking and balancing him. Like where is the legislative body to check and balance this man? He’s a tyrant. So let me show you this other thing of a concerns about Hawaii House Bill 427. This is thanks to my new friend Melvin who is a Hawaii amazing businessman and I’m super glad that he reached out to me.

He wrote this. He’s right up. He’s just right on the money. So the Hawaii House Bill, HB House Bill 427. This bill, this bill is now a law. So I just want everybody to know this bill has signed into law. Okay. They signed this bill, these communism, these communists have signed this into law. We do have remedy. I’m just going to say before I start reading this, we do have remedy because this bill is so far from the Constitution. It literally is, is, is unbelievable when, when I read this to you. Sounds nowhere close to the United States of America that something like this could actually pass legislation.

So the reason I’m saying this is anything that goes against the, the Constitution is null and void and but the people have to stand up for that. So I will have remedy. Please join standtogether hawaii.com standtogether hawaii.com I will give us find some remedy around this. The first one is though to stop him from doing all these emergency proclamations. Like unbelievable. So anyway, let’s go ahead and go over the concerns of this absolute Communist bill for 27. This bill is in terms Right. Okay. Consolidates power. What this bill does is it rename the Department of Agriculture to the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity and consolidates various agencies such as the Hawaii Invasive Species Council under this new department.

Okay, what is, what does this mean? Let’s find out. Centralizes multi powers regulatory enforcement emergencies into one department. Reduces independent checks and balances. Public water watchdogs and other departments like the DLNR may have less say and ability to challenge decisions. It has biosecurity emergency powers. It grants the department sweeping powers to declare a biosecurity emergency, which includes authority to quarantine areas. They can quarantine people. Restrict movement of people, goods or property, confiscate or destroy plants, animals or materials, including food. These emergency powers are broad and vaguely defined and do not require oversight. The department could theoretically impose restrictions on private property, destroy crops or animals without due process.

No courts, nothing. They just, they just say it. Restrict transportation between islands without strict accountability. This could be used in ways that override personal rights or indigenous agriculture practices. The regulatory burdens on small farmers. It imposes new inspection regimes, licensing systems for trans transitional facilities and mandates pest management compliance. This means they could actually tell you what to use on your farm if you’re an organic farmer. Maybe something you use organically. They don’t like it anymore, so now they tell you you got to use this. That’s what, that’s what that is about. The large ag business can absorb compliance costs, but small local farmers may be pushed out due to the cost of audits on your farm.

Delays and inspections, penalties for non compliance, even if unintentional. And I have something to say about that in, in a moment here. It could lead to corporate consolidation. Oh, corporate consolidation of agriculture and reduce local food sovereignty. Yeah, corporate consolidation, you guys. Who’s coming in? The corporations. This is fascist. Fast fascism. Limits public input and oversight. Absolutely. Very much. The law empowers the department to make new rules and decisions through administration. Administrative action. This is what’s coming to take away the freedoms. They’re going through the administrative process because it’s going to protect people. Yeah, I don’t think so.

Not through legislation. So administrative action. Not through legislation. That’s what’s going on. They’re, they’re bypassing legislation through these, through this bill. I, I, it’s, we’re almost there, you guys. Just a couple more here. Potential this rule making without direct legislation legislative approval can sidestep public hearing. We won’t have a voice. The people’s voice is booted. Our voter engagement this reduces transparency and shifts control away from citizens toward unelected regular regulators. Very true, Very true. Very, very true. Potential for misuse, overreach. Absolutely. The bill, as you say law, because it is law now you guys, this is a law.

They signed it into law. The bill allows inspectors and auditors to conduct searches and detained shipments under suspicious of pest contamination. They can literally, if you’re coming in on a vacation and they think oh you might have a pest, you know, or something, they could literally stop you and go through all your stuff. Very not pono. This may open the door to unwarranted searches of personal property. Unwarranted searches and seizures. We have that in our constitution. This, this bill, this law is null and void. But we have to stand and show them that we’re not, we’re not going to take it.

Profiling communities targeting central rural or native practices. Suppression of traditional farming practices in favor of western or industrial standards. The impact of indigenous and cultural practices. Many traditional Hawaiian agricultural practices involve native plants, ceremonial crops and inter island movement and materials. This law could criminalize or restrict traditional transport and cultivate cultivation methods. If they’re deemed a biosecurity risk by bureaucrats unfamiliar with cultural context, they can just say this is a biosecurity risk. And they don’t have to go through the courts. They don’t have to show any proof the intention behind 427 is rooted in environmental protection.

Centralizes power in a single agency. Grands broad emergency authority. Creates cost burdens for locals. Allows rulemaking without legislative debate. Risks infringing on civil liberties and cultural practices. Any law that grants wide discretion to government without clear over oversight or recourse opens the door to abuse, even if it is well intended. The other thing that this law has done can deputize the people who work for the Hawaii Ag Department. It can deputize them. Okay, I’m breathing. So again, Hawaii cultural practitioners, please email me if you want to stand to help stop all these emergency proclamations that the governor is signing.

I do have a remedy for that, but I can’t do it by myself and I can’t do it without Hawaii cultural practitioners because you guys have the biggest standing, the most power to stop that. Then the next thing we’re going to do is go after this law because it is absolutely communist. And, and you guys, if you’re sitting there looking at your life and going, I don’t have time for this and I, I want to, you know, go fishing or paddling or surfing or whatever, I’m Gonna tell you, this is the time we have to do this right now before this really gets in place and they get this office settled and they get their people in place, and then they start doing a bunch of BS to our farmers and our keiki and ours and our ohana here on the island islands.

Because this is statewide. This is a statewide law. So anybody not just on Big island, we’re talking Maui, we’re talking Kauai, we’re talking Oahu. It is affecting all the Hawaii islands. If you want to continue to allow this governor who thinks he’s a king, a total dictator, that he can just stop and suspend laws, you can’t do that. We have a constitution for a reason. But if we don’t step up, we don’t have any constitution at all. So it’s not worth the paper it’s written on if we’re not going to be willing to stand up for it.

Okay, breathing, we got this. This is a game. I have to remind myself of that. It’s an intense game. But here’s the thing that I know for sure that we are frequency beings and our imagination. This is why I do the. And actually, I’m not even going to call them prayers anymore, because they’re a visualization. They’re a visualization to change the frequency of our minds and our bodies. And when we do that, when we actually visualize and feel, the feeling is what’s important. The feeling that all of those who do not value our Constitution, our private property, our unalienable rights under God, the infinite creator of all things, that they are peaceably removed from power, they voluntarily step down or their hearts are turned to do what is right for the people.

When that happens, when we feel that, when we can see it in our mind’s eyes, imagination is more powerful than action. I’m going to say that again. Even Einstein knew this. Your imagination is more powerful than any action you can take. That’s why I do these visualizations the way that I do them. Because I call in what. What it is that I want, which is freedom for all people and peace and safety for our children. And I call that in and feel that in my own heart. And I hope you guys are feeling it too, because we feel it together.

It. It manifests things way more quickly. And this is the thing is they have no power over us. You have something like that, Bill, and you have some of these people that come onto your property and we know how to. We know how to stand under our unalienable rights under God. They. They they can’t. They can’t harm us. However, if we do not know that and we allow this to be pushed forward and we live in fear under this dictator regime, then that’s when our lives change for not the better. But that’s. That’s not what I see.

Because I. I trust you guys. As much as you trust me. I trust you that we’ve got this together. Okay, so we do. Let’s do a quick visualization. Take a deep breath with me, you guys, even if your eyes are open, big deep breath into the chest. Exhale with a sigh. Great Spirit, infinite intelligence of all things. Wow, you have really. You have really created an amazing game for spirits to come and play. And Great Spirit, you have done so much magic that has supported people. And we know that this is the finale, this is the final game, this is the final act these.

These years to come, or the final show. In Great Spirit, we stand in the frequency of unconditional love. The love that Jesus, when he was here, that he showed he wasn’t ever angry except for that time in the. In the. In the church, which actually was good. The temple where he threw out all the change makers, which are all the Zionist Jews, not Jewish race, Zionist Jews, political, very different. But he did throw them out, those change makers, those Pharisees which are still here. But Great Spirit, we know that anger is actually powerful too, because it pushes us toward action.

And we see in our mind’s eye where that action is leading, which is freedom, which is binding anybody who does not value the Constitution, who does not value human life, who does not value our children, who does not value people’s private property, they are bound by this unconditional light, frequency of love, the same frequency that moves the sun across the sky, runs the tides in the ocean, guides the honeybees to their flowers, beats our hearts, breathes our bodies. Great Spirit, we call forth the knowingness that we know what to do. And we call forth the courage to do it.

We’ve got it. We know that there are legions of angels that always support us. We know that there are guides that are always with us because we are never alone. Ever. And that this tyrant dictator calls himself the governor of Hawaii. Either his heart is turned toward doing what is right for the people, or he peaceably removes himself from power. Or somehow, under you, Great Spirit, he leaves office in a way that only you know of. Great Spirit. And we trust you. We trust you. We trust ourselves. We trust our journey. We trust each other. Coming together, we come together in aloha.

I’m so glad you joined me. This workout is all about movement in the body, flexibility, vibrancy and energy. So we’re going to actually start right away with taking your weights, preferably a five pound weight and you just want just one and you want to put your hands on the outside of the weight. Now you can have shoes on or not, either one is fine. It’s super hot here so I’m choosing not to wear tennis shoes but I usually do like to work out in shoes.

So hands on the outside of the weight, you’re going to inhale, rotate, exhale, bring it back to center. Now see my legs. Notice that the heel lifts off the floor. Really important so you can stretch through the hip and that you’re not bothering the knees. The knees are going in the same direction. So your inhale, rotate, exhale back to center. Inhale, rotate, exhale back to center. And remembering that that you get to do this workout today. You get to do this workout so you can feel good in your body. You get to do this workout so you can have more energy.

You get to do this workout so you can have more self esteem so feeling about the getting of it. You get to do this workout. Not you have to or you ought to, but you get to. You get to do this workout to have more flexibility. And you get to this workout so you can feel better in your clothes. So now you can take the weight in one hand, and you’re going to push out like you’re closing a door. And you pull back, Push and pull. The inhale and exhale. Inhales on the extension, exhales on the contraction as you bring it back.

And again, the same thing with the legs. You still want to lift up that heel. And now thinking you hear the sound. Small voice in your head saying, everything I need shows up easily. Everything I need shows up easily. And if that doesn’t feel true for you, then just ask yourself the question, what if this was possible for me? How would that feel? You have four more on that side. Three, two, and one. Now you’re gonna scoop up like you’re scooping up some sand. You have a bucket and you’re scooping up some sand. Now remember, when you’re doing this, you want to make sure you can see your toes.

So don’t go over the knee. The knee doesn’t go over the toes like this. You want to go straight down, pull it up. Inhale, just like you have a bucket and you’re scooping up some sand. And exhale, Lift. Get through this workout so you can feel good in your body. You get through this workout to have more energy. Four more on that side. Stay with it. Stay with the movement if you can. Let yourself feel the burn of it. Three, two, and one. Switching sides. You’re going to inhale, rotate, exhale back to center. Inhale and exhale.

Let the hips move, lifting up that opposite heel and breathing. Inhale and exhale. And again you hear that small voice inside your head saying, everything I need shows up easily. And if that doesn’t feel true for you, if you can’t get that in your body, then you hear another question, or you hear a question in your mind saying, what if that was possible for me? What would that feel like? And allow those feelings to come up of the possibility that everything you need shows up easily. Feeling that. Feeling that in the body. Feeling that in your heart.

Feeling, Feeling that in your mind. Just the possibility. Everything I need shows up easily. Four left on this side. And two. And now scoop it up. Here we go. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. You can remember that you’re not going over your toes. You’re going Straight down. You can see your toes in front. That’s really important. Here we go. Yeah, you’re doing great. And now you hear a voice inside of your head that says, I’m always kept safe. I’m always kept safe. And again, if that doesn’t feel true, what if it was possible that it was true? Just ask yourself that question.

I’m always kept safe. I’m always kept safe. We have four more. And three and two. Now you take your hands on the outside. You’re going to squat down, and you lengthen up. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Feeling it in your butt, feeling it in your glutes and your hamstrings. With this, if you have any pressure in your knees at all, put books underneath your front toes. Lifting up those toes is going to put you in the exact right position. Position. Lengthening up. Feel yourself breathe. Inhale, exhale. You hear another voice inside of your head saying, I’m getting stronger.

I’m getting stronger. Eight. Left. Seven. I’m getting stronger. What if it was possible that you were getting stronger? Feeling that? Four more. Inhale, Exhale. Three. Exhale. Two. Exhale. And one. Great. Grab your lighter pair of weights. Probably threes. If you can do twos, don’t do ones or two light unless that’s right for you. But usually threes are the right size. So, okay, this is a little bit funky, and it’s really fun to do. So you’re gonna step over to one side, and you’re gonna stick your butt to that side, to the corner. And then you’re gonna pull back and actually want the arms to stay in close.

And as you kick the butt, you want straight arms in the back. Palms are up to the sky. So sit back like you’re sitting back in a chair toward the foot. And then you kick the butt, and you extend the arms out. Lengthen palms up for tricep. Inhale and exhale. Inhale, exhale up. And you hear the small voice in your head again saying, I’m getting stronger. I am getting stronger. Right now, it’s possible. I am getting stronger. Exhale up. Keep going on that side. Don’t give up on me here. You’re going to start to feel the burn, and that’s what we want.

You feel the butt and the hamstrings, the back of the legs. You have eight left on that side. Seven. Six. Five. I’m getting stronger. Four. And it feels good. Three. Two. Switching sides again. Stick the butt toward the heel. So just kind of sit down and Then kick your butt. Sit and kick. And the arms are straight on the way back, and the palms are up. And it should be about a three pound weight. I am getting stronger and it feels good. Hear that little voice inside of your head. Just keep saying back to you. I’m getting stronger and it feels good.

This wasn’t as hard as I thought it was going to be. Keep going. You might hear some sounds of the jungle, show you a picture of it. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. 8 more on the side. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. Last 4. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. Last one is right here. Awesome. We’re not done just yet with the legs. So now you’re going to grab your heavier weights, about a five pound weight. And we’re going to do a leg kick. So you want to center your foot.

Make sure your big toe pushes into the floor. Point the toe out a little bit, lifting the leg, squeezing the glutes. Exhale, lift. Keeping a nice, good posture. Long neck, shoulders are down and we’re doing biceps and you’re lifting and it’s exhale, lift. You hear a little voice inside of your head saying, everything I desire shows up easily. It’s not just everything you need, it’s everything that you want. And if you can’t hear that voice, if you can’t feel the truth of that, then your question is, what if this was possible, if this was true for me? Okay, so if you can, you’re gonna try to keep the foot off the floor.

This is where shoes are a little bit easier to do this. Your big toe is pushing down. The big toes, the master of balance. Your big toe comes up. That’s where you’ll have a little bit of problems. Stay with this. Keep breathing through it. Hear another voice saying, I’m always kept safe. I’m always kept safe. What if that was possible, that it’s true for you? Because it is true. So this is working your low back, your glute and hamstring, and of course, your biceps. Last three, in two and in one, switching sides. Big toe pushes down.

Long neck, good posture. Elbows stay at the sides. Squeezing the glutes on the lift. The stable leg has a slight bending it and you’re exhaling up. Great. Keep going. And now you hear a very little voice inside your head saying, I am amazing. I am amazing. I am meant to be here. I matter. And if that doesn’t feel true for you, what if it was possible that it was true? What if it was possible that it Was true. I matter. Keep going. Lifting. Squeezing that glute. Feel the glute. Engage. You’re feeling it. Squeeze. Exhale, lift. Exhale, lift.

You have four more. Three, two, two, and one. Okay, so we moved the camera a little bit because of our sun angle, but I just had to film here because it’s just such a beautiful spot. All these crazy monkeys and the altar. So I’m going to tell you a little bit about Bali as we go through this. Hands on the outside of the weight. Rotate, inhale, rotate. Exhale, center. So I’m actually staying at the Hotel Champ One. And it’s absolutely beautiful. So if you come to Bali, it’s one of the best places to stay in Bali.

And the people here are really, really, really sweet and really kind. They look, they. They intentionally look at you in the. In the eyes every time they pass you and say hello. And I actually had dinner with one of the 75 princes here in Bali. Yeah, 75. His great grandfather had 29 wives. So again, we’re rotating. Don’t forget about the exercise following with me. So you’re rotating. Inhale, exhale, center. Inhale, rotate. Exhale, center. It should be about a three pound weight, or five. You can also do five. And we’re going to start to push, pull. And the one thing that I got from Bali is this.

They actually look at you in the eye to say, hey, I have nothing to hide. And I see you and you matter. And it’s just. It’s just. It’s a really sweet, sweet culture here in Bali. The people here are really supporting of each other, and it’s just really, really nice to see. So in your own life, if you want that in your life, how can you offer that to other people and to your family? Because a lot of times what we want, it’s really the best thing to do, is to offer it first, to be first one to offer it, and then it comes back to you.

So kindness always shows up for me. That’s the little voice inside of your head. Kindness always shows up for me. Inhale, rotate, exhale, center. Inhale, rotate, exhale, center. Kindness always shows up for me. You have four left, and it feels good. Kindness always shows up for me. Last one. Now we’re going to rotate. We’re going to drop down again, go into about a lunge and scoop up. If you have a bucket, you’re scooping up some sand, you’re inhaling, and you exhale. Inhale. And exhale. Inhale and exhale. Good. Feels good. I’m Always taken care of. Another little voice inside of your head.

I’m always taking care. And again, that question. If it doesn’t feel true for you, what if it was possible that it was true? Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. I’m always taking care of. Just feel the truth of that, of how much you’ve always been taken care of in your life. Now 8. I’m always taken care of. 5, 4, 3, 2. And we switch sides. Push and pull. Here we go. Push and close the door. Open the door. Close the door. Open the door. Inhale and exhale. I’m always taken care of. I’m getting stronger. Everything I need shows up.

All my desires come to me easily. So just hearing that voice, kind of just chit, chatting away. Kindness always comes to me. Kindness always shows up. Go, go, go. Push, pull, push, pull. Inhale, Exhale, Inhale, exhale. Let’s do four more here. Four, three, two. And then go ahead and grab the bucket and pull it up. Get some sand in the bucket. Make sure you can see your toes. And you hear that voice saying, I’m getting stronger. I’m getting stronger. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. I am feeling more flexible. And again, if that doesn’t feel true for you, what if it was possible, that was.

If it is. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. Four more. I am getting stronger. I am getting stronger. Last one. I am getting stronger. So both weights in one hand. Are both weights in each hand. One weight in each hand. All right, you’re gonna sit down with the booty out, sticking the butt behind the heel. Your arms are gonna go straight as you kick your butt. Kick. Inhale, Exhale, Inhale, exhale. This is a really great way to do a squat because we’re actually adding to the intensity of a squat. And it really is a good butt lifter.

And also endurance. Endurance. You might feel yourself getting out of breath a little bit. Inhale, Exhale. Inhale, Exhale. Palms back. Everything I need shows up easily. That’s a little voice in your head. And just imagine if that was true for you, the possibility of what that would be like. And exhale. Inhale. And exhale. 16, 15. Everything I need shows that peace. 12. 11. Go, go. 10. Go, go. 9. I’m getting stronger. 8. Getting stronger. 7. Stronger. 6. Stronger. 5. Stronger. 4. Stronger. 3. Stronger. 2. And 1. Switching sides. Kick. Sitting back. Kick the butt. Switch back.

Kick the butt. And straight arms, palms up. We’re gonna tricep. Inhale, Exhale. Inhale X. I am getting stronger. I’m feeling more flexible. I’m feeling better in my body right now. Feeling the truth of that. Feeling the muscles engaging. Heart rate coming up a little bit higher. Getting out of breath a little bit. Feeling those muscles moving. Excuse me. That’s exactly what the body wants. Exhale, Inhale, Exhale. You’re doing so great. Don’t stop now. Good. We have eight and seven and six. Get stronger, get stronger. Four. You’re almost there. Three, two and one. Standing with the biceps, those biceps are a little bit heavier.

Remember, these are about. When you use biceps, you’re about a three. I’m sorry, about five. So straight leg balance, squeeze the button. Lift, exhale. Because you are getting stronger. Can you feel it? It’s like the muscles are coming kind of burning a little bit. You feel them shaking maybe a little bit. Heel is lifted. You’re kicking the glutes. Exhale, lift, lift. I am getting stronger. And then you hear yourself saying, hear that little voice inside your head saying, you are so amazing. You are so amazing. You. You are so amazing. If anything doesn’t, even if you can’t feel that, what if it was possible that was true for you.

Just feel that good. Lift, lift. And if you can balance, great. I’m struggling a little bit on the surface, but if you can balance, that’s awesome. Lift, lift. You have eight more. Eight in seven and six and five, four, three. You’re getting stronger. Can you feel it? Two. If the biceps get too heavy, alternate. Do one at a time or release the biceps, release the weight, flex the foot and squeeze the glutes. Exhale. Exhale. Lifting. We want to go to fatigue. We want to get it to where we do feel that burn. That burn is important.

That burns part of your fire and that burns part of your strength. Exhale, Lift. Go. I’m getting stronger. I’m feeling firmer. I’m feeling firmer. Yeah, that’s what we really want, right? Feeling firmer, feeling firmer. Feel the possibility that that’s true for you. 8, 7, 6. Feeling firmer. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. We do have to do a little bit of an interval. We do get to do a little bit of an interval. This interval is all about feeling safe, feeling here, being in your body, shaking it out a little bit, getting the heart rate up and getting out of breath.

So I’m going to do jumping jacks. And if you want to step it out, stepping it out is fine. You don’t have to jump. Jumping is going to get the heart Rate up. It’s going to move. Move your lymph system. It’s going to just get everything out. So jacks if you can and if not, that’s totally okay. Just moving the body, shaking it up a little bit. Shaking it up, Moving the body, super important. Getting out of your comfort zone, super important. So inhaling and exhaling and just feeling that body moving, getting stronger, feeling more flexible.

Getting out of breath. You hear this voice inside your head saying, I’m always kept safe. I’m always kept safe. Everything I need shows up easily. There goes my ohm brace. Ohm necklace. Let it go to the floor because I’m not stopping. If you need to stop and rest, that’s fine. Just do the best you can. We’re gonna go right into Stars. If this gets too much for you, then just rest. Here we go, Stars push. Ten, nine. I’m getting stronger. Eight. Strong. Five, four, three, two and one. Walk it out. Great. So catch your breath, get some water.

Great job. We’re going to finish it off with some push ups and some back and then we’ll be complete. Don’t give up on on me here. Push ups are really great. They get most of your upper body in one exercise. Okay. Push ups and back. Have your free weights close by. These free weights are preferably the heavier ones, the fives, and just have them close by one on each side of your mat. We’re gonna go into push ups. Push ups. You just want to remember the head is always in front of your hands. Do a box push up to make it the easiest way to do it.

Easiest one, just keep your head in front of your hands. Inhale down. Exhale up. Going to say power. Here we go. Inhale. Exhale. Power. 15. Power. 14. Power. 13. Power. Exhale as you push away. Power. Power. Power. Power. Power. Power. Power. 5. Power. 4. Power. 3. Power. 2. Power. 1 1. Come all the way up. Grab your weights. Hinge at your hips like your. Your hips are sitting back, but not all the way. You’re going to take your arms here. Lift the chest. Chin is up and shoulders are down. And exhale. Squeeze the back. Exhale, squeeze the back.

Lift that chin up. Look up, not down. If you feel this in the neck, lift the chin. Look up, look up. Exhale, Lift. Feeling firmer, feeling firmer. Stronger. Feeling firmer, feeling stronger. And squeeze your back. Firmer. Feeling stronger. Feeling firmer, feeling stronger. Two more. Feeling firmer, feeling stronger. Last one. Feeling firmer, feeling stronger. Push ups. Another set. We have two more and then you’re fin Almost finished. Inhale down. Exhale up. Here we go. Inhale. Exhale. Power. Power. 13. Power. 12. Power. 11. Power. 10. Power. 9. Power. 8. Power 7. Power. 6. Power. 5. Power. 4. Power.

3. Power. 2. Power. And one coming up. Grab those weights. Last one for this exercise. Exhale. Squeeze. Lift the chest. Lift the chin. Chin up. If the weight’s too heavy, don’t use the weight. You can squeeze the back with no weight and you’ll still feel it squeezing. Firmer, stronger, firmer, Stronger. Firmer, stronger. 4 left. Firmer, stronger. 3. Firmer, stronger. 2. Firmer, stronger. Last one. Firmer and stronger. Done. Reaching over to one side. Try to touch the floor with the fingers. Feel it lengthening and then switch. Feel it lengthening and then switch. Stretching. More flexible, more flexible, more flexible.

Other side. Good. Arms out. Rotate. Inhale. Rotate. Exhale. Back to center. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Two left and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Last one. And exhale. Shoulder stretch. Pull it across the body. Shoulder down, so the shoulders up by the face. Push it away. And then switch. You’re almost done. Just got get the flexibility in here because this is really what lengthens and strengthens pushing the arm like it’s going to scratch your back and push it. So you’re going to push the elbow down. So today your day is going to be amazing. It’s the beginning of the day.

It’s going to be perfect. It’s the end of the day. You’re going to have a nice relaxing evening. Just feel the truth of that and feel what if that was possible for you. So. So here you’re going to just take one leg forward. We’re almost done. Don’t give up on me yet. We’re almost there. We’re just stretching. So make sure the toes don’t go over the knee. The knee stays behind the toes. You can take your hands on the inside and just do whatever you can do. If you’re not that flexible, that’s okay. If you’re more flexible, you can grab the back of the foot and then lean into that and breathe in through there.

And if you’re not there yet, don’t judge yourself. Allow your yourself to be perfect right where you’re at. Really, it’s okay to be me really feeling that. One hand on each side, lifting the toe. The knee is slightly bent. And now you’re going to point the toe out and you’re going to point the toe in. We’re almost there. Point the toe out and point the toe in. This is a nice hamstring stretch. We’re going to switch legs and just do the best you can. No judgment with your your body. It’s okay to be where you’re at.

It’s part of you. In fact, if you’re feeling any insecurity around your flexibility or your strength, here’s what I want you to do, is just tell yourself right now, the insecurity of that is welcomed and accepted. You’re not making it wrong if you can grab the back of your foot, but if not, just keep leaning forward. Don’t worry about it. Don’t make yourself wrong for feeling it. It’s part of a human experience, feeling insecure, which we all have feel. So no making yourself wrong for it. I completely welcome and accept these feelings. Lift the toe, sit back and I know that I’m getting stronger and I know that I’m getting more flexible.

Just feel that. Point the toe out, point the toe in. This is our last stretch and we’ll stand. Point the toe out, point the toe in and go ahead and stand up. Great job. So, palms out, you’re going to bring breathe into the body. Breathing in. Health, healing, vitality, energy, strength, acceptance of all that you are. Pulling up anything that doesn’t serve your body, knowing that you are always taken care of. Two more times. Breathe into the body. Health, healing, vitality, Energy, strength, endurance and joy. Pulling up anything that doesn’t serve your body, knowing you’re always taken care of.

Last one. Breathing into the body. Health, healing, vitality, acceptance, joy and peace. Pull up anything that is not feeling good in the body, knowing that you don’t have to hold it in there anymore. Hands on the heart. I am a healthy, fit person. Repeating after me.
