Hello, hi everyone! Michelle Melendez with Blossom Inner Wellness and StandTogetherHavai.com. I’m here on the big island of Hawaii. And if you live on the Hawaii islands, you should be concerned about some of the bills that are going through legislation right now. And I’m going to go over them. These bills, if you’re a freedom-loving person and if you want to support the Constitution that many fought and died for, you’re going to want to know about these bills. So if you haven’t yet, please join StandTogetherHavai.com. And if you do not live on the Hawaii islands, but you’re concerned about your own bills, join my Freedom Academy.

Go to BlossomInnerWellness.com and join my Freedom Academy because I’m going to be actually doing live calls starting in March. Live calls to support you in your local area and teach you how to stand up for your freedoms in your own area. So again, BlossomInnerWellness.com. Join the Freedom Academy and that will give you access to me once a month. We’re going to go over what’s going on in your area and how to stand up for your rights and support freedom. Okay, so StandTogetherHawaii.com, if you live on the islands, let’s go over the bills that people should be concerned with.

First off, HB 128. This is for warrantless arrests, you guys. They are literally chipping away at our freedoms. This is a concern because this could expand police powers beyond traditional probable cause, warrant requirements protected by the Fourth Amendment. So, you know, I’ve said many times that we’re like a frog in a boiling in a slow raising up the heat on the pot, right? And that’s we don’t want this. We don’t want them to expand police powers. We have a reason. There’s a reason why warrants are required for searches and put in houses for arrests. People have to have a warrant so that they already do their due process to make sure that that is a criminal that needs to be arrested.

And for them to just chip away and create a warrantless bill, not PONO. So this is HB 128. I am going to show you guys how to find these. In fact, let me do that right now so that you can do this on your own. So you can go to I just put in Hawaii. I’ll show you Hawaii legislature. That’s what I put in Hawaii state legislature. And this is the way I want to go. And then you can put in your bill. So the bill we were concerned with is HB 128. And then it comes up.

Now I’m already logged in. I’m already logged in. So you have to create an account, which is just your email address. Super easy. And then there’s no submitting a testimony right now because it’s not it’s not up for a hearing yet. But it is in the legislative body. So it is on the calendar to be heard. And let me show you what what this bill is about. So I’m going to go back to this bill. So where it’s at right now is that it has passed the first reading. It’s pre e-filed, which means it’s waiting to get heard again.

And this basically tells you what it is. It says it says it says it says arrest warrantless citation establish factors under which many under which officers may without a warrant arrest and detain persons for petty misdemeanors and violations requires officers to record the factors that justify the warrantless arrest. This is concerning again chipping away at our freedoms is not Pono. Okay. So HB 128 is a bill that we need to be concerned about. There is also HB 1118 and SB 1437. I’ve shared this before. These are not up to be heard yet. They are on the calendar.

Eliminate non-medical vaccine exemptions. So they want to remove parental rights for parents to say what is right for their child and that is not okay. Now there is a bill that we do want to support and that is HB 2166 and let me put this in here so you guys can see this. We do want to support this bill and this bill is relating to immunization is the exact opposite of 1118 and the other bill that I shared immunization exemptions exemptions schools medical examinations vaccinations ruling authority. Okay. Let me let me say let me go here requires rather than authorizes school require schools to provide an exemption for required immunization.

So this is really good specifies that for purposes of the Department of Health rulemaking authority and authority regarding infectious and communicable diseases. No child shall be subjected to it’s right here. No child shall be subjected to medical examinations vaccinations re vaccinations or immunizations. If a parent or legal guardian objects based on bona fide religious tenants and practices. This is HB 2166 and we absolutely want to support this. This was put forth by Felicia Cowden and we definitely want to it passed its first reading. Thank God. We’re on a good. We’re going on a good on a good roll with this one.

So this is definitely we want to testify. But again right now currently cannot testify. It’s not being heard yet. But these bills are we do want to keep an eye on them. Now you can go to this site and you can hearing notifications. You can put in a hearing notification. You can say yes. I want to add this bill HB 2166 and I want to be told when it’s up for hearing. So I just put that on to my account. Now I’m going to get an email when this bill comes up. So this is super easy how to do this.

Let me go ahead and take you through some other bills that are just like what the heck’s going on here. So SB 2465 is constitutional amendment to establish access to health care as a fundamental right. Some argue this could expand government authority over personal health decisions and private insurance. So this is the thing that they’re again I’m just saying they’re wanting that’s always about your safety. Anytime you hear something like this is going to keep you safe. This is going to protect your property. This is going to make sure that your your children are safe or whatever.

If it’s about safety look deeper because who was it. It was Benjamin Franklin said if you give up your freedom for safety you deserve neither and I absolutely 100% agree with that. The government’s job is not to protect people. OK. This is really important to understand the government’s job. The legislative body’s job is not to keep you safe. Their job is to uphold and support the Constitution. It’s your kuleana to keep your own self safe to keep your own self understanding your health and your human body. OK so just like it’s unbelievable when especially with the whole vaccine thing because people are like you got to get vaccinated.

I’m like but if you’re vaccinated then doesn’t that protect you against me. So if I’m not vaccinated that’s my own kuleana and that’s that’s my body that’s supposedly not protected then isn’t that correct. You see you see that you see the logic around this. It’s always keep yourself safe. The government’s job is not to keep you safe in an independent way. You the government’s legislative body’s job and the governor. Their job is to uphold and protect the Constitution. And then this and then and then also we go into a bigger aspect of war if other countries bomb us then it’s the responsibility of the military to protect us.

But that’s the government’s job is not to keep you safe from diseases or from anything else. It’s your kuleana. That’s your job. That’s what the confusion is about. So anytime you hear the word safety look deeper. So let me go through a couple more of these bills because there’s a couple of them that are like what. Two seven three four SB SB Senate Bill two seven three four relating to firearms is the other thing they’re trying to do in Hawaii. This bill would prohibit the manufacturing possession back. Let me pull it out. Well, I like I like to read the summary here.

This bill would prohibit the manufacturing possession sale transfer or acquisition of firearms capable of firing ammunition of a point point fifty caliber or higher. So this is again chipping away if they do this SB three four in Hawaii prohibiting the manufacturer possession sale transfer acquisition of this certain firearm. What’s next. That’s that’s the point. We have the Second Amendment for a reason. The founding fathers knew we needed one First Amendment free speech to we needed firearms not just to protect us from criminals but to protect us from a tyrannical government that wants to chip away at our freedoms and think that’s okay to try and keep us safe from who from them.

We need to be safe from them because their job again is to uphold and support the Constitution. That’s the job of the legislator legislative body. That’s why they take that oath. Their oath is to support and uphold the Constitution. It doesn’t say that their oath is to make sure that all citizens all people in their area are healthy and safe from firearms. That’s not what it says. It says uphold and support the Constitution. That’s their cooliana. Let me go on to the next one. There’s an SB 3041 and this one requires this is crazy you guys.

This is so nuts requires all businesses and restaurants to open to the public to post a color coded placard at the entrance indicating whether firearms or large knives are permitted. So this is this is what’s really crazy about this bill SB Senate Bill 3041 if the if this goes through as law that means that Walmart or who whatever business needs to post a sign that says it’s okay for somebody to carry a firearm or a knife into their store. And if they don’t put that sign up and somebody goes in with that firearm or knife they can be arrested.

Here’s the thing. I carry a knife in my purse all the time. I always have it on me. It’s been confiscated a couple times at the airport and what’s super funny is it hasn’t been confiscated at the airport before and I forgot it was even in my purse. So anyway, what does that mean to me if I go into a store and my purse is searched for whatever reason they find that my knife does that mean I get arrested. That’s what this is madness is about. So it says the color. Let me go ahead and share this chat GPT helped me look at this.

So I’m going to share this because super funny. Well, I’m not funny haha color coded scheme. So this is again the SB 3041 through the exact language may though the exact main language may be refined in committee. This is what the current bill says green. The business does not allow firearms or a lot large knives yet red. The business does allow firearms. Isn’t that interesting red for caution caution yellow allows either firearms or large knives but not both. Is this the most ridiculous thing ever. So again, the legislative body is not there to protect you. They’re there to uphold and support the Constitution.

These people they forgot their oath. They just think that this is a tyrannical government. Anyway, I’m going to keep going. Stop crew. I’m going to stop share because I want to find if there’s any more bills. Yeah. 3041 the potential constitutional concerns is the First Amendment compelled speech forcing businesses to post government mandate signage could be seen as compelling private speech raising potential First Amendment concerns and then of course the right to bear arms. Let me see if there’s any other ones SB 20 and I’ll do a screen share on this one SB 2017 relating to public safety.

What did I say? Do you go watch your for you got to watch Republic safety because these job the job of the legislature is again you guys can quote me on this not to keep you safe. That is not the responsibility of the legislator legislative body. They are there to uphold and protect the Constitution. That’s their job and this these bills are not their job. SB 2017 establish a classy felony for someone who knowingly possesses controls or transfers firearms or ammunitions while violating a valid judicial protective order or restraining order that one might not be too bad because any person with this restraining order.

However, however, however, however, even the person with the restrainer order has the right to bear arms. That’s in the Constitution. I’m sorry, but that’s what it says says SB 2017. Okay, that’s 2517. That’s the same one. We have HB House Bill 279 relating to firearms again carrying parts parts and penalties. This is so crazy. Original introduction in 2025. Okay. This defines fire defined firearm parts and prohibits prohibited person someone who cannot lawfully possess firearms limit where firearm parts may be carried or possessed increased criminal penalties for unlawful carrying possession of specific firearms again chipping away. Chip, chip, chip, chip, chip.

Second and Second Amendment via a possible violation due process vagueness. These are really cool because some of these some of these bills have the vagueness language like perceived biosecurity emergency. Remember that in the biosecurity law perceived that word that word tells you that it doesn’t have to be happening. So vagueness in these were in these bills is very concerning because it basically means let me do a stop screen share. Anytime there’s vagueness in a bill, it basically means the person who’s who’s reading it can define it as they want to. That’s what that means. If it’s vague, it means that they can pretty much define it in any particular moment of what they want.

That’s insane. So let’s keep going. Okay, those are the ones I think that I wanted to. Yeah, that’s it. So those are the ones I wanted to share. Please join stand together Hawaii dot com. I am going to be submitting an impeachment inquiry into the Hawaii governor for his continued signing of emergency proclamations and suspending laws without legislation. Great spirit, we give so much gratitude for this.

And if there’s anyone being held against their will, we know that a beautiful light of freedom is shining so brightly and that angels are with them to guide them to freedom. We know it is done. We call it forth now. And we give so much gratitude as we get to watch the movie unfold, making this world a better place for all people and all families and all children. We call it forth now, great spirit.

Thank you so much. And so it is. Sending you and your ohana so much love from the Big Island. And thank you for joining me. Please share, like, subscribe. Mahalo. Thank you. [tr:trw].
