I guess that’s msnbc, ABC and NBC network affiliate around the country. Here’s part one of my conversation with Greg Jarrett, joining us now on Sovereign Radio.

He’s a favorite guest. We get a lot of great feedback each and every time he’s on because he brings such good information. He’s an author. He’s a host of the Greg Jarrett podcast and he’s the FOX News legal analyst. Greg Jarrett, great to have you back and it’s great to see you, my friend. Yes. Scotty, good to be with you. Thanks for having me on. Well, I couldn’t help but think of you, Greg, when they indicted James Comey because of your early work, your book the Russia Hoax, you had a follow up book. But how did that feel? Did you feel that sense of vindication that I felt for you? Well, not really because it’s, you know, it’s a difficult case to bring.

You know, Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice during the Biden administration ran cover for James Comey and a whole host of other people at the FBI and in the intelligence community should have been prosecuted. And they interfered to such an extent that they allowed the statute of limitations for most potential crimes against Comey and others to expire. And so frankly, he has managed to escape most of the more serious crimes that could have been brought against him and should have been brought against him a long time ago. And, you know, now it comes down to false statements and obstruction arising out of what appears to be, you know, sort of a singular act.

And those are always tough cases to bring and particularly in this case because, you know, you’re talking about the Eastern District of Virginia and you know, you’ve, you’re going to have a liberal jury there. You got a liberal judge. His defense team is going to bring a whole host and already has of motions to dismiss the case. So even though James Comey stood in front of the camera the day of his indictment and said, let’s have a trial, that’s a lie. He doesn’t want a trial. That’s the last thing he wants. And his legal team is going to do whatever they can to prevent a trial.

In fact, their strategy, and I wrote about it in a column, is to put Trump on trial in to avoid Comey’s own trial. And the argument will be vindictive or selective prosecution, which is typically an uphill battle. But in front of, you know, this particular judge, it may not be the other which is a motion to dismiss that the U.S. attorney who brought the indictment and signed it was improperly appointed. Now, this judge in the Eastern District cannot preside over that. He and every other judge in the district has a conflict of interest. So it’s got to be in the Western District, and that could be a long battle that could wind its way through the court system federally, and that could take more than a couple of years.

Well, these are masters of deception. So you are really painting a picture where it’s going to be hard to get a conviction. Yeah. Oh, absolutely. It’s hard to get a conviction. And, you know, look at the. Some of the other cases that, you know, the former special prosecutor brought against Democrats or people aligned with Democrats. Most of the cases ended up with a, you know, not guilty verdict by biased jurors, Principally in Washington, D.C. where. Where Republicans will never get a fair shake and Democrats have an advantage if they’re the accused. Yeah, indeed. I’ve been told the military tribunals are the only way, and I don’t know how we get to that.

So I don’t know how. I don’t know how that works, and doesn’t seem like it’s an easy thing to put forward. So now military tribunals can only be used against enemy forces and generally against people in time of war for committing crimes under the law of wars. And, you know, that’s. That really doesn’t apply. Yeah. So some people say that all roads on this Russia hoax lead to certainly Clinton and Obama. Would you agree with that? Oh, absolutely. I mean, look, the first Law Fair case was brought by James Comey. And, you know, it was, you know, the Russia hoax, which was invented and financed by Hillary Clinton.

And John Brennan, who found out about it early on, rushed to the White House for a meeting with Obama. And Clapper and Brennan were there, and Joe Biden was there, and Brennan disclosed that we have hardcore information that Hillary Clinton has invented this hoax to frame Trump for colluding with Russia, even though we know it’s not true. Now, that was a seminal point in time, Scotty, in which the President of the United States, the Vice President, Joe Biden, could have told the truth to the American people, could have alerted Congress to what Hillary Clinton had done.

Instead, they covered it up and they remained silent. And that allowed James Comey to pursue his misbegotten case against Donald Trump. And in the process, he lied to the FISA court to spy. He tried to entrap and set up Donald Trump before he even took office at Trump Tower. And he engaged in all kinds of what I think are abuses of power as the FBI director and subsequently, in my opinion, lied about it to Congress when he was questioned after being fired. Not only that, he purloined documents when he was fired, leaked them to a friend with the intent of triggering a special counsel, which of course happened in the end.

Bob Mueller and his team of partisans could find no evidence of any Trump Russia collusion, conspiracy, a waste of tens of millions of hard working American taxpayer dollars. You know, in his first term, I don’t think Trump would have had support if he pursued the doj, pursued this case. I think now he would actually have, by virtue of the outcome of the elections, he probably would have support. So it’s a shame that we’re going to have a hard time seeing conviction. And do you envision a scenario where these people walk off just Scotty free and completely, it’s buried and gone and over with? Yeah, I mean, I think that’s a real possibility.

Sure. They’ve been indicted and a grand jury has said there’s probable cause to believe that James Comey, you know, committed crimes. And you’ve got the Letitia James case. You may have more. You could have Adam Schiff, you’ve got the John Bolton case, which seems to me to be the strongest case of all. But you know, the proof of the pudding is in the jury verdict and you never know what jurors are going to do. Yeah, you know, I hear things like Brennan and Schiff are next. Do you foresee any more indictments coming forward? Well, I think John Brennan is the most likely candidate for a forthcoming indictment similar to James Comey, that he allegedly lied to Congress under oath, which could be perjury or it could be false statements.

It’s also obstruction of justice. But again, you know, these, these are not dumb people. And you know, Comey in particular is very slick and polished and clever and, you know, he will twist words and suggest other meanings to his responses to questions under oath. You know, remember this is the guy who more than 230 times said, Gee, I don’t recall, I don’t remember when questioned. Yeah, by I mean you, you either are a complete dope or you’re an incompetent. And he’s neither. So he was always searching for a way out. When caught red handed, he has a sudden acute case of amnesia.

So, you know, those are tough cases to bring. Scotty. Yeah, he’s very fine tuned at the art of bs. He’s very polished and slick, as you say. I want to Switch gears. I want to get your take. We haven’t talked since then on Doge and what Doge found with USAID and various monies gone to everywhere, from 7,000 media outlets in the US to condoms in the Gaza Strip, some really crazy projects were funded. What did you make of what Elon Musk and his troop of computer hacks found? Well, I think they did Yeoman’s work. You know, it’s, it’s tough to lift the veil of secrecy behind so many of these government agencies that are flush with funds.

And USAID in particular was a notorious slush fund for Democrats. You know, I understand most bureaucrats are Democrats. Right. And. Right. And they would dole out tens of millions of dollars to stupid organizations for stupid stuff. And, you know, you named a couple of them. We could go through a long list and, you know, your listeners and viewers would laugh at this stuff. Right, right. And so, you know, they were basically, you know, buying off the goodwill of their Democratic supporters with American taxpayer dollars. And that’s not what our money is supposed to be used for.

And so I certainly commend Doge and Elon Musk for digging into it. I fear that they, you know, only pierce the tip of the iceberg and that there is still an enormous amount of American money that is being squandered on dumb stuff. Yeah, it seems like Trump got Musk in and out very quickly. It seemed like it. They could have used more time to do a little more thorough job, but, yeah, as a special government employee, he had, I think it’s either 90 or 120 day limit. So there were restrictions that he, that Trump had to deal with.

But, you know, look, some of the Doge people are still at it. Yeah. And I think he had to separate himself. His, his business entity, particularly Tesla, was certainly being attacked from all sides. The dealerships. I think above all, he didn’t want to put his, his auto dealers in harm’s way. And that’s in fact what he was doing. They were attacking the dealerships. So do you think we’ll learn? Will the American people learn from Doge? Will we be more in tune? You think our antennas will be up? Do you think we’ll have any role in the future stopping this ridiculous doling out of our tax dollars? Well, I tend to be more of a cynic than an optimist.

And, you know, experience tells me that we rarely learn from our mist and have a tendency to repeat them all too often. You know, one of the great boondoggles in Congress has been earmarks where, you know, congressmen and women, you know, slip into a bill, a favor for their moneyed constituent to then it’s not quite a kickback, but it’s a quid pro quo. I’ll give you several hundred thousand dollars in support of your re election campaign. And thanks very much for that $2 million gift from the federal government that was hidden in an earmark in legislation.

And that stuff goes on all the time even though it’s been called out. Some senators have published volumes about the crooked corrupt earmarks and yet they it continues unabated. And I think the same thing will be true of many of these agencies that are essentially stealing American dollars for political purposes. What’s your take on the government shutdown? Is there one party to blame? Are they both to blame? Where do you see this going? Well, look, I think Republicans have done a lot better messaging this time around. They typically are not good at that when it comes to government shutdowns.

This time I think, you know, the Schumer shutdown is a moniker that has stuck and it’s actually it has the benefit of being true. You know, Republicans in the House passed a clean resolution to continue the functioning of government unimpeded. And it has been Democrats in the United States Senate that have I’ve lost track now. I think it’s 12 times voted it down. So when Democrats vote not to open the government, I think the blame lies squarely with them. And you know, the longer it goes on, I think the more difficult it’s going to be for Democrats like Schumer to get out from under this thing.

Case we don’t know, maybe they’re gone, maybe you can never get them back, the worst scenarios could happen.

Gold and silver don’t go away because they’re a tangible thing that are being stored for you. Dark. Kirk, I understand when somebody wants to exit gold and silver and they want to sell it, they can sell it back to you for no fee. I believe you don’t charge any fees as well. 0, 0. My philosophy in that it’s your money, right? I don’t need it. So when you Invest, we charge 8% when you purchase, 0% when you liquidate. I mean that is massive departure from the norm in the industry. I mean literally, I just got a call two days ago from somebody who asked the question and said, kirk, I bought these metals from another company.

Is a 28% commission when you liquidate high. It’s like what? Literally 28, 000. I don’t care if a $10,000 portfolio goes to a million dollars. If you have any commission on the back end and your portfolio has grown, that becomes an extraordinary large commission. Zero is zero. I hope it goes to a million. I Hope it goes 10 million. I hope it goes to 100. Right? We do not take anything when you liquidate because it’s your money. I want you to achieve everything you thought you were going to get out of your investment when you did it.

Very interesting. And how do you manage that? How did you come to the conclusion that you could actually facilitate it and do it efficiently on an 8% commission upfront and nothing on the back end when other groups are charging 28%. That’s just the mindset you have, right? Just the mindset that I have. I don’t know any other firms that do it that way. Literally I don’t know any. But I’ve been in this industry for a long time. I saw the pain points that people had 20 plus years ago. It’s like, I’m going to do it different.

Not just different, like 180 degrees different. We don’t sell rare coins, you don’t sell high collectibles. We don’t carry an inventory. Like right now, when you’re seeing the prices the way that they are and people. And you have a firm that’s selling out of their own inventory. They probably have more liquidations than they have sales. Those firms are under capitalized. They don’t have enough money to pay you for your liquidation. So there’s numerous firms that are saying we’re not buying back gold or silver now at all, Period. Why? Because they don’t have the money. That’s what happens when you sell out of an inventory.

We deal directly with the depository. Right. And we take out all the middlemen. So. And bullion, it’s not like a rare coin, a collectible, a commemorative, which a lot of places sell that have no outlet in a time like this. Right. You need bullion because bullion, all we have to do is simply press a button, lock in the trade. Because it’s a global commodity. Sony needs it, Samsung needs it, Tesla needs it, Boeing needs it, Lockheed Martin needs it. Right. Welcome back to Cyber Radio. Scotty Saks with you for our last segment today. Our next guest is a dynamic duo with dynamite in their back pocket.

You can call them conservatives, Christians, family oriented, patriots with Grit, and entrepreneurs. That’s fine with them. They couldn’t be more proud. They believe that small business, capitalism and entrepreneurship is the backbone of America. And I couldn’t agree anymore. They bring truth, bombs and guidance via their podcast Patriots with Grit. Here’s my conversation with Randy Mensell and Darren Ross from the podcast Patriots with Grit. So guys, tell us your story. How did you get into podcasting? What did you do? Each of you prior to Patriots with Grit, you have careers. What? Tell us what’s up with you guys? Take it, Darren.

Well, I tell you what. I was a business owner for almost 31 years. Started a company in my dorm room in College back in 1987 on a payphone selling fraternity and sorority and college apparel and products all over the nation. And we ran that operation, that company for over three decades. Sold it at the end of 2017. And our family has been involved in agriculture and corn and soybean farming for now it’s six generations as of about two months ago, had a couple granddaughters. So now we’re sixth generation grain farmers in northwest Missouri. And Randy and I grew up literally in the Same, I would say community.

Randy. Pretty close, yeah. Didn’t know each other at all. He. We both went to different school districts and you know, back in 2021 I, I was starting to get active in all the crazy non masking movement and I just happened to run onto a friend of mine on Facebook one day, it was a Sunday afternoon, said hey, we’re having a anti mask meeting at the, at this address today at 3 o’. Clock. So I just showed up and ran into cousin Randy here and he and I got to talking and found out that we were both from the same small town and he and I knew all kinds of the same common friends and people and farmers and everything and we had never met.

And today we still live in the, in the same, a different town, but it’s the same zip code, etc. But Randy had kind of a background in a little bit more technology than I did. He’d done some editing and audio work and video work. I had all the equipment, podcasting equipment I’d purchased a few years before because I was wanting to do a small business entrepreneurship business success show. But I just had all this equipment stuck in storage because I didn’t want to go through the pain and agony of learning all the technology and what buttons to push and what cables to plug in.

So Rain and I met and started going to some events together and just kept going to more and more events. And then in what’s it Randy? March of 22, we started our first show. Literally Scotty, you talk about grassroots. Our first show and our first few topics was where we were actually interviewing local conservative school board candidates in our community. And that’s how we started the show. And since then we’ve had on we’re up to between 4 and 500 episodes now. Is that right? Had all kinds of people on. A lot of people from the Reawaken America tour, had one of Trump’s attorneys on, had all kinds of Freedom America first doctors who were anti, anti vax and anti mask and it’s just been, I always say without divine intervention we wouldn’t be where we are today because going from local school board candidates to some of the most well known people in the conservative movement is a huge feat.

So Randy, go ahead and jump in. Well, I, I have another career. I’m a safety consultant for a large insurance company doing construction consulting. Well, besides that, during the COVID crisis I was so fed up with this masking and the vaccines and all that stuff. Somebody had said, hey, let’s start this anti masker group. And I said, well, let’s get in my garage and we’ll go around the neighborhood and hand out some of these studies. Well, that’s when I met Darren. But what it goes back to is for years I’ve had co workers tell me that I need to wake up and told me what was going on.

And in 19, I saw it all come to fruition, and I’m like, they were right. And I’ve been on the bandwagon since. So when Darren and I got together, it’s like we both had this desire we have to tell people the truth, and that’s what we wanted to do. And so far, that’s. I think that’s what we’re trying. We’ve got done and accomplished by the people we’ve met. We have met people across this country like Laura Logan, General Flynn, all of these people that we, you know, would have never met if we didn’t try to step up and speak out.

A lot of we have their contacts on speed dial and I would say in the Rolodex, but a lot of your viewers probably would know what a Rolodex is. But we. Randy and I talked about that the other day. We’re like, do you realize what an amazing accomplishment we’ve had in three and a half to four years? I said we could at any minute pick up the phone or go to our keyboard and send an email to any of these people with questions or situations or challenges and say, hey, you were a guest on our show previously.

We need some advice or guidance here. And you know, our tagline here at Patriots with Grit is truth bombs from conservative leaders and entrepreneurs. So we think that’s what we’ve been. We’ve been pushing. We don’t like to push propaganda, but when we started seeing the news back in 2020, and then we. I didn’t. I didn’t know about all the propaganda and the persuasion that had been used on me for the first five decades with the news media. And I’m like, man, unless we step out there and do this, what kind of world we’re gonna leave for our kids and grandkids? So that’s why we just decided to.

To get behind the camera and jump behind the mic and get after it. You talk about divine intervention. If we didn’t have divine intervention, neither of us would have a program or a show. I wouldn’t have a Salem radio show, and you wouldn’t have a podcast without divine intervention, because had Hillary won in 2016, they would have been able to execute their 16 year plan. Absolutely. Eight years of Obama and eight years of Hillary and we would have been done for. Put a fork in us. We would be living in a very different social, socialist, communist.

I’ll just say it like it is communist. They’re communists. They’re Marxists. They’re way beyond socialism. Socialism is a moderate form of government compared to what these people had planned for us, as evidenced by the pandemic. So, yeah, you guys, in three years, you’ve come a long way. You know, we started in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, April 2020, they had just shut down San Diego completely. I remember walking down the street, a street that was at any given time during the business day, a very busy street with cars going both north and southbound and pedestrians across from Balboa park, lots of activity.

It was a scary, frightening ghost town. It didn’t strike me having been in the house for a week without going out, just because I was trying to figure everything out. And I knew it was a scam from the get go. I had enough contacts to know this was planned. You guys, I’m sure you’ve seen or heard now that this has been planned for decades. Oh, yeah, this bioweapon was created many, many years ago by Fauci, but it, it motivated you guys to take a microphone too, didn’t it? Absolutely. And we’re just one of probably millions that did the same thing because of that, that whole situation.

Well, I’m glad you stuck with it because we need as many truth tellers as we can get into the fray here. And we are in a spiritual war. We’re borderline kinetic war. Although the National Guard, they are warring to an extent with antifa. And we can only hope you guys see any thing happening in the form of the illegals terrorizing our cities. You think they’ll be used by the deep state sycophants to attack our cities? Well, I heard something today, man, I wish I could remember who said it, but somebody said something about the sleeper cells activating the sleeper cells.

So I think part of Trump having the National Guard in some of these cities and the ability to enact the Insurrection act then and get the military in is just straightforward. Gonna offset that or counter attack that in the, in the left doesn’t like it. They don’t like it at all. And they’re twisting it around in the media and everything else, trying to make him look like a dictator. But I, I see he’s one step ahead of him. Professor David Clemens, who I indicated you Guys I just interviewed told me he doesn’t have to use the Insurrection act because of continuity, government and the military already running the show, and that they don’t even.

He doesn’t even have to use the Insurrection Act. He may use it to, to educate and to continue the Great Awakening, but he doesn’t have to use it to do what he’s doing. Thus, the National Guard is in our cities. And I believe there’s a faction of this deep state toolkit known as the Islamic Caliphate. It’s just another tool in their toolbox, another flavor of divide and conquer. And that’s what I wanted to talk to you guys about today. This Islamic caliphate that has come to the west pushing Sharia law. They’re now putting a full court press on.

It’s no coincidence that this is coming now. And I have at least 100 videos, at least 100, probably closer to 200 videos of Caliphate leaders openly disclosing their agenda. They don’t hide it. Saying to me face to face two years ago, how many kids did you have, Scotty? I said, one daughter. He laughed. He said, we’re having five and six children to your every one child. What do you think’s going to happen by 2050? And he was taunting me with it. So they’ve made their agenda very clear. Their end game, and they believe they can accomplish it, is Sharia law.

I’ll tell you later in this podcast and broadcast on Salem Radio why I don’t believe they’re going to succeed. But what’s your take, guys, on the Islamic Caliphate from a 10,000 foot view? How do you see it, Randy? You know, I look at it, I’m gonna, I’m gonna focus on them. But I’m just talking about, I think about it as far as immigration in general. You know, once I started really thinking about this whole problem, you know, you’ve got these people coming in with completely different cultures and ideas, and I think it’s very dangerous, and I’m not being a bigot, to allow a country that has one culture to allow it to be watered down or diluted by a completely different culture.

And when these are radical Islams with, you know, you know, burning flags and, and Hezbollah banners and death to America chants and we do nothing about it, then it’s going to basically become normalized. Yeah. The great Michael Savage said, borders, language and culture are what define a nation. And multiculturalism does not work. Particularly Western culture. The American culture, the greatest culture. Proof positive on many levels. You can prove the US has built the greatest society, culture, backbone, spirit. From top to bottom, we are the greatest nation. I don’t think Trump’s out of line going around the world these days bragging about America because we are what we are.

We’re the most successful nation ever in the history of mankind. You can go back to 2000 years to find in the Bible a society like ours with our culture, Judeo Christian values. Darren, do you think multiculturalism works? I don’t think it works at all. I think we need to maintain the culture we’ve had in our country for generations and, you know, basically give all these others the boot.
