EXECUTIVE ORDER 13604 AND FORCED LABOR

Hello, America, and to our friends around the world. Welcome to The Common Sense Show. We are the show that is freeing America, one in slave mind at a time. Well, one of the top productions that we have had in terms of volume and sharing to other sites was a piece that we did in Utah where they created a FEMA camp-style home imprisonment for who? Homeless. Donald Trump gives his full tacit approval to this. He has no intention of going beyond that. I’m absolutely convinced of that. He’s not interested in forcing government will upon you in a draconian fashion.

He also, at the same time, declared Biden’s executive orders to be null and void. That’s subject to judicial review, but that’s his intention. He stopped short of what I feel he could and should have done and have done the same thing with Obama’s executive orders. Do we not agree that we could be on the precipice of war? Do we not agree it’s in the realm of possibility we could go through hyperinflation and economic collapse? Would you agree with all that? The global economy is in big trouble. So we need to look back into the Obama administration and say, if this happens, not under Donald Trump, but perhaps the next president, maybe it’ll be Newsom or Huckle or maybe Kamala will learn how to speak in public and she’ll be the next president.

If we get a leftist liberal style person in charge, this one executive order, and I’m going to cover this in multiple parts because there’s multiple facets to this executive order, but this executive order exists in multiple parts. And one of them has to do with imprisonment. And not for any crime you would commit, and it’s not about political correctness and we’re coming to get you. Obama didn’t do that. But what he did do was he provided for the imprisonment of innocent people for specific purposes that would benefit the country to the detriment of the liberties and welfare of average American citizens.

And the executive order I’m referring to is executive order 13603 and in particular forced labor. Now, let’s back away. We don’t have it now. And I don’t believe necessarily that the Utah homeless camp that’s being constructed is going to have that. I’m not alleging that. But what I’m saying in time of severe emergency civilians will be unwillingly enlisted. You heard what I said unwillingly. And I think it’s time here on the Common Sense show that I revisit something that I looked at 12 and 13 years ago and said, there’s potential here. Now, at that time, it wasn’t foreseeable that this would happen.

Today, with a $38 trillion debt and over $250 trillion of, you heard me, unfunded mandated liabilities, the possibility exists. And you’ve got many nations of the world ditching the petrodollar. That adds to the misery. And we can have hell on wheels. Now, I do not see Donald Trump ever doing this, but I could see opposition leaders being in favor of this. And it’s something in history that has been done before this historical precedent for this. And we have a first cousin approach already. We have privatized prisons in America that should be outlawed entirely. And it’s basically a different topic for a different time.

However, we do have forced labor with inmates now to the benefit of certain Fortune 500 corporations. And this was implemented originally under H.W. Bush, promulgated by his son, George W. Bush, both when they were presidents. Pretty interesting because they work for, oh, maybe 20 cents an hour prison labor, and they’re making things for Fortune 500 corporations. I’ve shined light on that before. So what I’m telling you, there’s historical precedent in America for virtual forced labor without pay. In the prison system today, there’s pay, but it’s minimal pay. And these privatized prisons that engage in this are extremely harsh with people that don’t meet their quota.

They lose visitation, mail privileges, free time in the yard. We’ve covered all this. This is a really, really well-documented. Supposedly, the DOJ cracked down on this, but not very darn much. We’re brought to you by something that needs to be in the medicine cabinet of every single American if you want a healthy immune system. This product doesn’t cure anything than anisoma liquid spray, but it’s restorative and preventative. And effectively, because this executive order is on the books, we’re under de facto martial law, although no one’s acting like we’re under martial law. But they exist for any future president who is so inclined to do exactly what’s here.

Now, if I just talk to you about this, people say those are the ravings of a lunatic. So how about we just use Obama’s own words to make the point that this needs to be repealed. And I’m calling on President Trump to do so. He’s already declared Biden’s executive orders to be null and void. He needs to do the same thing with Obama because what I’m going to discuss here is only one pillar of executive order 13603. It’s a complex multi-page executive order. It’s not your typical one page. Here’s what we’re going to do. Anyway, I started off this article by saying papers, please was a phrase Americans used to utter in sarcastic tones to cast a negative light upon totalitarianism first Hitler then Stalin.

Obama issued a similar edict. And by the way, the real ID is a first part principle of this executive order, even though it’s not linked to 13603. The digital ID system that’s being implemented is the same thing. The fact that every financial transaction in the banks must go through the Federal Reserve first. So they have a record of everything you do. It’s a papers, please society now because of the Federal Reserve. Trump’s plan with Bitcoin later by revaluation of gold that moves us away from that system. This is why the Federal Reserve is looking to getting into Bitcoin.

All right. This executive order 13603 is for both emergency and non-emergency conditions. Emergency, you might say, well, we might have to take extreme action just to survive. But you can see I’m putting here it’s non-emergency. Okay, so let’s go down here. Let’s look at historical constitutional principles before we get to the meat of the matter. Article one, section one of the Constitution states, all legislative powers herein shall be vested in Congress, the United States key phrases here in granted. This executive order is illegal. It’s totally illegal. I think executive orders beyond what happens within the executive branch are illegal.

They shouldn’t carry the force of law. They were never meant to do that. It was meant to have the president get everyone in the executive branch on the same page, which he can do is the head of that. Branch of government, but this extends to the people now. And this is totally wrong. And here I went through the Constitution and I said, this is not valid. And article one, section one of the Constitution, but the here in power, it doesn’t say that federal agencies can allocate all food, energy, water and labor. But this is what executive order 13603 did.

It’s unconstitutional on its face. And I can’t believe the Supreme Court hasn’t struck it down. Okay, now let’s get down to brass tax. According to 13603, the president or the head of any federal agency that he shall designate can conscript persons. Look at this. Conscript that means draft persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation. Do you want to let that sink in for a moment without compensation? This is a quote from the executive order without compensation. If I’m made to work at something and I’m not paid, what would you call that? Exactly. I heard these.

I heard these comments. Obama would never do that. You’re drinking from the Kool-Aid. Okay. Well, this is a quote from the executive order section 502 consultants. The head of each agency, otherwise delegated functions under this order of present under section 710 BC and the act 50 USC app 2160 BC to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation and to employ experts, consultants and organizations. The authority delegated by this section may not be redelegated. That’s on the books right now. Right now, on the books. And I realize I covered this 13 years ago, but it was a different time in America.

And also too, we’ve had half a generation of new people coming into seeing what I do. And I think you need to know what the limits of what can be done to. I do not fear Donald Trump doing this. Biden did not do this. He could have done this. He did not do this. Obama put it on the books, but did not act upon it. So I want to be very accurate in what I’m saying. But this opens the door for a future totalitarian regime. And I think it’s a practice. It’s only waiting for the right crisis to come along.

Okay. And I wrote this, I said, this means that fellow communists can seize any resource or person, anytime, any reason, and be able to force that person to perform a signed labor without being paid. Okay. Section 601 directly from the executive order, the secretary of labor in coordination with the secretary of defense and the head of other agencies is deemed appropriate by the secretary of labor. Shall collect and maintain data necessary to make a continuing appraisal of the nation’s workforce for purposes of national defense. So what they’re saying is, is we’re not just going to draft soldiers.

We’re going to draft citizens for non-combat duties. That’s exactly what this is saying. Let’s go on and take a look at why I can make that statement. Upon request by the selective service and in coordination with the secretary of defense and assisting the director of selective service responsible for drafting in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services. So you’re going to have a draft continuing as we have it today because the potential exists. You have to register with the selective service. When you get a driver’s license, you turn 18.

Otherwise you don’t get the driver’s license and you must register. And it’s a federal crime not to register and you’re automatically registered when you get your driver’s license. Okay. That’s for the draft selective service. That’s not what we’re talking about here. Although the draft has been altered because now your girls can get drafted too. Okay. Now paragraph three, upon request of the head from an agency under this order, consult with that agency with respect to the effective contemplated actions on labor demand and utilization. So in other words, a war effort, for example, or disaster relief will require certain labor aspects to be fulfilled.

And they’re saying we’re going to fulfill it. That’s what they’re telling you right here. Okay. Section two here, the relation of labor demand to materials and facility requirements, such other matters will assist in making the exercise of priority and allocations functions consistent with effective utilization of the distribution of labor. So they’ve already told you we can conscript you without pay. Now they’re talking about we’ve got a plan to decide where to plug people in and for what purpose. Okay. Now it says paragraph four here, upon request of the head of an agency with authority under this order, you can formulate plans, programs and policies for meeting labor requirements to be taken for national defense purposes.

Well, what constitutes national defense? It could be against domestic terrorism for people who quote, have the wrong beliefs. And remember, in 2008 DHS under Obama going into 2009 said, if you were a constitutionalist, if you were a Christian, you were potentially a domestic terrorist. Do you recall that controversy from 17, 16, 17 years ago? Yeah. Okay. Now it says, and this provision will allow these directors of agencies to estimate training needs to address the national defense requirements and promote necessary programs. Okay. So you’ve got selective service. Okay. But now you have what’s not a military draft, but a secretary of labor would not have to be involved in a military draft.

This is in coordination with the secretary of defense and they shall assist in the development of policies and induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services at selective service. But labor requirements are something different. Estimate training needs for national defense to promote appropriate training programs. Refer back to section 502. I just read to you that says to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation to employ experts, consultants or organizations. My question to you is they’re couching this on an emergency, but how you define an emergency, how I would define it and how some leftist president might define it could be entirely different and apart from each other.

The fact is, is they have not defined what a national emergency would be that could trigger such an involuntary drafting of a labor force. This is wide open to interpretation and this is where I have my objections to this executive order. And I go through here and I just want to show you something that appeared in Arizona at the same time. The Arizona Department of Education staff skills and survey and inventory. And what they wanted to know was this was for the teachers and the custodians and the security personnel and the administrators. People were told, and by the way, I did not fill this out.

First aid. Do you have construction skills? Do you have emergency management? Do you have firefighting? Do you have law enforcement? Do you have mechanical ability, electrical plumbing, EMT, paramedic, ham, radio operators? That’s something about what they anticipate. Multilingual. Do you keep an emergency kit in your room? Do you have materials in a room that could be used during an emergency? Do you have access to equipment or materials at your school site that could be used in a material? Please list them. What would make you feel more prepared should a disaster strike while you were at school? They’re talking about lockdown of schools.

Now, not a school lockdown drill for like a potential shooter coming on campus and posing a danger. They’re talking about an actual lockdown, keeping people confined, not letting parents pick up their kids. And there’s other provisions here with regard to school evacuation drills that have been done where the schools will maintain essentially parental authority over the kids to the exclusion of their real parents. Another topic for another time. But this was how I look at this as a corollary to section 502 that we can incarcerate you. We can force you to work. And I’m looking here, this is kind of an outgrowth of that same philosophy in the public schools.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having a school have a national emergency plan. It might not be safe for kids to come home. It could be a real problem. I get that. And I think emergency plans are needed. And if this were a standalone document, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. But when it came out in conjunction with executive order 13603 section 502 with forced labor incarceration, I had a real problem with this. Now, I’m not waking up tomorrow thinking this is going to happen. I’m not thinking it’s going to happen next year. But the wrong president with the wrong definition of national emergency under the right situation could invoke this.

And I don’t, first of all, most Americans, if we’re at risk, we’re going to voluntarily help the effort. That happened in World War II. Random participation without coercion into mandatory resource limitation programs in World War II, having to do with rubber, with gas, and so forth, food. People willingly submitted to this because of the war effort. Americans would do the same thing again. But the way this is written, it doesn’t have to be a legitimate effort. It can be a made up effort that’s labeled as a legitimate effort. And then all of a sudden, you can turn certain groups of people into slaves.

And if you don’t think there’s precedent for this in government functioning, do you remember the case of so-called Japanese Americans? Americans, citizens, home businesses, kids went to public schools, gainfully employed, paying taxes to the U.S. government. They may have relatives in the U.S. Army. And with the outbreak of World War II and after Pearl Harbor, many of these people were relocated to camps, just like what we talked about right here. Now, we’ve condemned this as a nation. Roosevelt was wrong. It was bigoted, it was racist, and it was a violation of civil liberties to the hilt.

The second worst violation of American civil liberties in history, with slavery being number one. So there’s historical precedent before we dismiss, oh, this could never happen in America. Then, okay, let’s assume it will never happen in America. And let’s make sure it doesn’t happen in America. And let’s make sure that we absolutely cancel this executive order in all of its provisions. Have you ever taken a look at the government emergency powers? What they can take out of your home? Now, the executive order is not law, but unfortunately and unconstitutionally, executive orders carry the force of law. So we need to be really, really concerned about all of this. And we need to demand a change. And the way that we get this change is we share with each other, our neighbors, our friends, our colleagues, and just the random public in general, sharing this far and wide and just say, get rid of the executive order. We’re not saying you’re going to do anything wrong, but let’s not create the potential for a bad president down the road. I’m Dave Hodges.
