What it is, what it’s not, you know, saying part of this. I said, gosh, I feel really ignorant. And, you know, I feel like I’m pretty knowledgeable about a lot of the stuff I read. And I’ve had so many people on my show and, okay, I’m pretty ignorant on this topic. And you’ll probably feel that way, too. What they’re going to tell you is almost everything you’ve learned about geoengineering is wrong. And there’s so much disinformation out there. There’s so much crap. And, and some of it’s on purpose. Other. Other stuff is just because people are ignorant, they are honest.
And they say we’re still learning too. But they’ve learned so much over the last couple decades that they can reliably say, you know, certain things are just clear disinformation. And Renee’s going to explain the lawsuit that they’re developing and what they have going on there. They’re going through the process now and they have to formulate it and she’ll explain the whole thing. And we’re going to go through Jim’s new website. He’s going to have up pretty soon, which is going to really help people understand all the facts. He has a photographic memory, which I find really fascinating.
So he remembers absolutely everything he’s ever seen. And I just, I, I think that’s. He says it’s a gift and a curse. I can imagine how you want to forget some stuff, right? You don’t want to remember everything. But he, it helps them be better at all of this because he remembers every patent, he remembers every letter. He, he, he just knows it, you know, everything that he’s read and studied. So it really helps in him understanding this area. But before we get into this, I want to tell you it’s really long. Hi, Renette and Jim thank you so much for joining the program. Thank you. Appreciate it. Loving it. Yeah, we’re going to have a great show today. I know it because we had a good pre show conversation. But before, you know, before we get into this quickly, let people know what you’re doing in GE engineering, like who you are, your involvement with it. And so people get an idea idea that you guys aren’t just too, I mean you got in the forefront of this and you have a lawsuit, you have a deep in deep knowledge of what’s going on.
So whoever wants to start, Jim, you all start. I’ve been doing this quite a while, close to 20 years now. Exclusively on geoengineering, weather modification. Space weather modification technologies like harp steering, atmospheric, river steering, hurricanes. Documented it all on weathermodificationhistory.com an interactive timeline. 800 plus newspaper articles starting in 1889 to present over 1181 patents. I’ve read them all, I memorized them. So yeah, I’m kind of like a walking encyclopedia of all things weather control. I call myself the Rick Grimes of sky crimes. I am your sky sheriff for this evening and I will be laying down the law as it pertains to all things chemtards and chemtrails.
Okay. And Renette, that was great. So I became aware of chemtrails and geoengineering close to 20 years ago and I believe a certain narrative for a long, long time. I’m here in Northern California, been watching the skies. And then about two years ago, after a catastrophic snowfall here in Northern California, I started Save Our Skies. It’s under our, our Gen7 organization. And I was going to take that, that narrative to the courts. I was sick and tired of it. It was a narrative we’re all very familiar with, if you’re familiar with geoengineering. And as I began to look through the lens, the legal lens of okay, does this, will this have standing in court? Will this hold water? Is it, is the evidence really there? The narrative I was familiar with for 15, 20 years fell apart very quickly.
And that has now led me to where we are today, which is we are, we have written actually a petition for rulemaking that our attorney’s now looking over to send to the epa, Cal. EPA and the faa. And we can get into that a little bit later on. Okay, well, you, you guys have a lawsuit that’s going on, which we’re going to talk about. Well, it’s a petition for rulemaking. It’s the first step into a lawsuit. It’s a process. You have to exhaust all avenues before you can take it to court. So if you go to court without a petition for rulemaking, the judge, judge is going to say, did you try everything you could before getting here? So that’s the first step is the petition for rulemaking.
How far along and you are you in that process? Well, we’ve got the petition for rulemaking written. We have, we have now finally hired a consultant, an attorney consultant to look through it to make sure that we’ve dotted, you know, I and crossed every T, and then we submit it. And it can take six months, it could even take up to a year. But in the meantime, that doesn’t matter because we’re going to just continue to build our case and build our case. We have a lot of our case together now because we had hired Jim for the consulting to pull all the references, all the studies, all the citations, everything together we have 27 pages of that and, and we’re using that to build the actual case.
So while we wait for the epa, because I doubt they’re going to do what they need to do, that they’re completely derelict in their duty and have been since 1961 with the Clean Air Act. We’re just going to keep building out the case until we hear from them one way or another. Well, and there are a lot of geoengineering projects, right? We have private companies and we have government projects all over the place. I know I did a post where I just pulled up. It wasn’t hard. I just pulled up a bunch of government projects where they are in the country.
What the money was actually allocated to these projects. And I mean, this was a couple years I did it. They’re all over, aren’t they? They are all over. And those are the programs that people don’t know about so much. But the game changer for me this last two years was when through Jim’s work and other folks work that I’ve been working with as well. One is a meteorologist, Jeff Ray. The streaks in the sky that you see day in, day out, day in are not really the secretive programs by far. The vast majority of those is actually coming from commercial aviation, jet fuel, exhaust.
And that is also. People think it’s. People think it’s part of the geoengineering program, and it looks like it is, but it’s not, Right? Correct. And again, you know, there are geoengineering programs going on and there’s been clandestine programs have been going on for decades. We have a long history of that. But those constant streaks that everyone’s complaining about day in, day out. That is commercial aviation jet exhaust. And it was a paradigm shifter for me. I had an existential crisis when I came to the realization that, whoa, wait, the narrative I believe for 15, 20 years was not correct.
And I had to sit there and ask myself, are you here to prove yourself? Are you here to prove this narrative? Are you here to get to the truth and to gain our clean and healthy skies? I’m like truth. I don’t care what journey that takes me on. Yeah. And, and we’re going to, we’re going to make a mistake. I just let you allowed you to do share. We’re gonna make, I’m gonna share something nobody’s seen yet because it’s not live on the Internet yet. Well, this is great. But I was going to say it, it we’re going to make mistakes when we’re trying our best.
Right. And hopefully people can accept the fact that we are going to make mistakes and then we’ll do our best to correct it or do some deep investigations. Usually what I do, I’ll like share something and everybody freaks out and then it, and then I don’t share for a while, I get silent on it and I go and do my research and then they come out with what I believe is the truth. Because maybe I was wrong. Yeah, happens. It definitely happens. And as Jim will tell you, this geoengineering topic is extraordinarily dynamic and complicated. And that is not, I’m not overstating this, it’s extremely dynamic.
Whether it’s meteorology or the different jet fuels or the different jet engines, or the history of geoengineering, the different types of geoengineering and then the false narrative out there that people believe. I mean it’s just highly, highly complicated. And every single day, Jim can attest to this too. Pretty much every single day I learn something new, just mind blowing. Oh my gosh, I had no idea. And Jim’s been doing this on this path for many, many more years than me. And so he’s still learning as well. You know, you’re you know, a teacher, student, teacher, student, back and forth.
And so Jim will get into all the details, but it’s, it’s a mind bending topic. And when people say what’s taking you so long? I’m like, you have no idea. You have no idea what a wormhole this really is. Yeah. Well what do you want to share with us now? You have us really interested in seeing this. Do you want to share it now or do you want to? Yeah, let’s just, let’s jump into it. So I’m creating a website called chemtrail facts.com. this will be my fifth website. That’s kind of creepy to think about. All of my websites are linked right now@connect.climate viewer.com except for this one.
And this is going to be chemtrail facts.com and the purpose of this is that I’ve created my blog. You know, it’s got all of my research Back to like 2012 on it. Everything before that I kind of deleted just because I realized that I was a chemtard too and that I had believed next rag controls the weather. And all of the, all of the, you know, all the things that are popular, I believe them back then. And then I come to the realization that I didn’t have it all figured out. I had told many things that I now consider to be fault, so I needed to start from scratch.
So really, when we’re using this term, geoengineering, it’s kind of like that princess bride meme. I don’t think that word means what you think it means. So we really have to break that down. And I want to do that in a way where people can really understand the topic. So when we’re looking at things like this, to be able to say, where in the sky do these things occur, what are their intentions, and what are the terms behind it. So for a lot of people, geoengineering is stratospheric aerosol injection. Geoengineering is chemtrails, Geoengineering is cloud seeding.
They’re all geoengineering. They are not. If you don’t understand the terms, then you’re gonna, you’re gonna fall into this pitfall, this, this trap where, especially if you’re gonna be an activist, like, if you’re just in this for, you know, your own giggles, your personal edification, fine, use whatever terminology you want. But if you actually want to be an activist and go do something about it, terminology matters a lot. So when I, I’m creating this website to really accentuate this point, and the point I want to really hammer home is geoengineering does not create visible clouds. This is the part that nobody really understands.
So what I want to make very clear to people is geoengineering does not create visible clouds. Solar radiation management, stratospheric aerosol injection, marine cloud brightening, cirrus cloud thinning, none of those create clouds that are visible. Weather modification technology. Hold on. Can I ask you, is the byproduct of what they do, eventually clouds, like if they, if they’re creating weather and stuff, wouldn’t. Doesn’t weather need clouds? Right. So cloud seeding is things like precipitation enhancement, hail mitigation, snowpack augmentation. You have to have a cloud to see the cloud. The cloud has to already be there. Furthermore, that cloud is all the way down here from.
Cloud Seeding occurs from 1,000 to 20,000ft. The planes we’re seeing leaving lines in the sky are 30 to 45,000ft. So they’re doing a lot of this stuff above the clouds way. Cumulus clouds or cumulonimbus clouds occur between 1,000 to 20,000ft. Occasionally you can get really tall cumulonimbus clouds which actually have something called anvil cirrus at the top, where you see the top being blown off of it. That is where this dotted line comes in. That’s called the tropo pause. That is the dividing line between the troposphere, where all weather occurs, and the stratosphere, where the ozone layer is thickest.
And there’s no weather. And there is almost no weather whatsoever. So you don’t do weather modification in the stratosphere. Stratospheric aerosol injection does not make clouds. And the poisons, now these are actually chemtrails, like definitionally chemtrails. So things like pesticides and herbicides, adulticides, secret programs, clandestine operations, comatives, biological warfare. Most people who are hearing this show for the first time, you’ve never heard of a comative. I know this. If a hundred million people listen to this show today, maybe two have heard of a cumulative. Okay, so I’m going to give you all the examples right at the beginning of the website.
To say these are all the things, they could all be considered chemical, chemical trails, but they do not create visible clouds. So what does? How about sounding rockets? Sounding rockets release things like trimethyl aluminum, barium, strontium, lithium, cesium, 137 sulfur hexafluoride. They shoot rockets up into the upper atmosphere. They release chemicals to make the upper atmospheric winds, the Van Allen Belts, the magnetic field lines, visible. They heat them with ionospheric heaters like HARP Super Darn, the Super Dual Auroral Radar Network. These make visible clouds. But guess what? Very few people have ever seen one in their entire lifetime.
The likelihood of you ever seeing a sounding rocket is slim to none unless you live near Wallops, Virginia, or Poker Flat in Alaska or the Andoya Space center in Norway. So that’s a chemtrail. And the former director of haarp, who I became pretty good friends with for three years before he passed away in a very ugly way. You know, he actually came to my defense on Twitter in a tirade I had with Paul Fox meteorologist Paul Delgado. And I was explaining to him, I’m like, sounding rockets are chemtrails. And he’s like, that’s not a think chemtrails are all gay and fake.
And I’m like. And then the director of HARP showed a photo of a, of a trimethyl aluminum release and said, in other words, legitimate hashtag chemtrail science. So some people get it. Weather warfare, by and large, almost every form, like the Russian woodpecker, Iran’s cloud theft, steering cyclones, geophysical warfare, like space warfare. None of these create visible clouds, but you can create visible clouds like this. This is straight from Arnold A. Barnes Jr. At the Phillips Laboratory at Hanscom Air Force Base saying we can use carbon black dust to increase cirrus cloud cover to block out spy satellites in space or make it darker at night to increase nighttime operations.
Like when we went to shoot Osama bin Laden, we waited till the moon was not out, so we had night vision, the same thing we did in the Iraqi war against the Iraqi Republican Guard. We wanted the advantage of being able to see in the dark and they could not. So it’s dark and then they also create clouds so the moon doesn’t shine and then, or shine through because the clouds and then they can do their operations right. You know, I’m starting to feel pretty ignorant, even though then I’m. I know I’m pretty. I’ve, you know, heard a lot of this stuff, but I’m feeling ignorant here.
Keep going. This is good. So this is actually from 1997. This is following owning the weather in 2025. It was published in 1996. And you know, everybody on the Internet, the debunkers, the fact checkers, they’re not worth their, the breath they breathe. They will tell you, well, that was just a think piece from the Air Force Academy. Doesn’t mean anything. This is Arnold A. Barnes Jr. At a joint Army Air Force. It was called Test Technology Symposium 97. And on his very last slide it said current capabilities. And I wrote 1997 in there. So people understood that cloud modification for surveillance coverage.
Doubling down on this. Create slash suppress cirrus slash contrails so they can create or destroy cirrus contrails on demand so they can avoid making contrails because you don’t want your stealth bombers doing that. Because why. Why’d you invest all that money in making stealth bomber if you’re going to have the people on the ground be able to see the plane because there’s big white lines behind it. That’s important. So they have that ability. And then finally, we just have contrails. So all three of these categories do make visible clouds, and you have to understand how that works.
So the terms that most people have never heard, Aviation induced cloudiness, persistent contrails. They’ve heard the most. But contrail induced cirrus. These are the terms that the scientists who are using all manner of technology to basically, you know, alter the. The way contrails, what their radiative forcing is there. It is a form of geoengineering. Contrail. Geoengineering. So if we really break this down to its simplest point, you’ve got the contrail versus chemtrail argument created by jet exhaust and atmospheric conditions. Or is it dedicated spray equipment, eg, pumps, pipes, nozzles. Does it harm people? Contrails? Jet exhaust harms life and environment regardless of visible contrail cirrus.
So even on the days when people claim it’s not a spray day. Oh, good, I can go outside and walk the dog today. Because they’re not spraying us like bugs. The chemtrail people say it’s only visible when spray systems are turned on. No clouds equal. No spray day equal no harm. That’s actually ass backwards. Yep. That is the truth. Broken lines. Why do we. Hold on a second. It’s backwards. So basically, when there isn’t the, the chemtra, the. The contrails, all those white lines, that’s when it’s worse, usually. No, it’s. Go ahead, go ahead, Renee. So essentially, whether you see persistent contrails or not does not mean that there’s not jet exhaust over your head.
You may or may not see it according to the atmosphere conditions. That’s right. Okay. And that’ day in, day out, you’re like, oh, great. Blue skies for the last few days and not spraying. No, you just don’t see it. You just don’t see the jet exhaust, that’s all. And it’s. And it’s. Well, the jet exhaust is happening all the time with the. All the time. Whether you see it or not, it’s. It’s atmospheric. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah. So. And then the broken lines. This is, this is everybody’s catch all. And even for me, this was the thing that I held on to, my deeply held belief that, well, the debunkers Cannot explain this.
And the debunkers are wrong when they tell you it’s harmless water vapor. They are oversimplifying this. They’re ignoring the fact that basically all jet exhaust creates acid rain. Jet exhaust creates clouds. Clouds create psychological problems. There, there are many different. I could come up with 20 different reasons why just planes making clouds and their exhaust particulates harm everything on the planet. And none of them have to do with anything that’s in the current narrative. So these are planes, just like normal commercial planes are that are not part of any kind of geoengineering or nefarious thing are also contributing to this is your point.
And I want to say while he’s getting pulling this up, the game changer for me, Sarah, was a year and a half ago when Jeff Ray came along to our Save Our Sky Storm webinars. We connected. He was watching my work. He says, look it, I used to be part of the Navy as a meteorologist on aircraft carrier. It was my job to look at what’s called the radioson data. And Jim’s going to be showing this in a moment. And essentially every 12 hours, people from around the world, 200 miles apart step out with a weather balloon connected to a radio song, Let it Go.
And that radio song goes all the way through the atmosphere and it collects all of the atmospheric conditions, barometric pressure, particulate matter, temperature, humidity, things like that. And so Jeff said, look, my job on this aircraft carrier was to find where in the atmosphere the, the jets could take off from the aircraft carrier and return without a persistent contrail behind it, showing the enemy where we are. And. And I was like, wait, what? That’s a thing? He goes yeah. So what I’m gonna do is I’m going to every morning I’m going to text you or call you and let you know.
According to the radio on data, this is what you can expect to see in the skies. And day in and day out for three weeks. He nailed it. He nailed it. And I was like, that’s when I was like, oh. And. And it had to do with their. What they did in their. They messed around with it. It wasn’t the atmospheric conditions. It was what they were doing to make it happen. No, it was, it was. No, no, it’s the atmospheric conditions. So the jets are flying, but flying at a certain level in the atmosphere where there wasn’t the humidity or there wasn’t.
Okay, so he was doing stuff. He was flying up or down depending on where the atmospheric conditions that would leave a persistent Contrail. Showing the enemy where the aircraft carrier was. That is the thing. And all of a sudden I was like, wait a second. That’s. That, that, that made it, that makes sense. That’s called contrail avoidance. So he was telling them how to avoid making contrails that would leave white lines that would lead the enemy back to the aircraft, the aircraft carrier. The aircraft carriers are the most protected palaces of the sea. So why would you have your fighter jets go out and leave big white lines that point right back to where the base is? It’s another one of those things.
And this is, this comes from World War II. We had B17G Flying Fortresses flying over German airspace, leaving big white contrails. By the way, they were propeller driven. There weren’t even jet engines proper, just propellers leaving huge trails. I could show you photos of blow your freaking mind. They, they make stuff that you see today look insanely dull and boring. And just imagine being in that, you know, the gunner seat, little bubble on the bottom, realizing the flat cannons are being shot at you because they can see you and there’s nothing you can do about it.
So the, the obvious follow up question is, were they using pumps and pipes in a secret chemtrail program during World War II, or is there more to the story? And that’s where I came at it from. I was like, I’m, I’m obviously being lied to because I was told this was never a thing. Yet I’m reading newspaper after newspaper talk about this thing, and I’m seeing historical footage and film before my eyes. This wasn’t AI generated. This is literally from the pilot’s cockpit of all of these white stripes coming off of planes with propellers. What am I missing? And that’s when I had to go, well, damn, I’ve been wrong all this time because it’s not what we think is.
This is just the normal behavior with the atmospheric conditions. Okay, so there’s two things that we’re talking about here. There’s normal aviation and con. Chemtrails. They’re not called chemtrails. What are they called when they’re not. They’re contrails. They’re just contrails. Right? There’s normal contrails as part of normal aviation. You get them sometimes or not, depending on what level you are in the atmosphere. And then there’s actual chemtrails that are involved with all sorts of projects. Right. Geoengineering. What other besides geoengineering that deals with weather? What other things are they doing with their stuff? Hmm. So because it’s not just weather.
Right at the end of the day, like you can break this into many categories. That’s why I was, I was giving all of those examples of geoengineering, whether it’s stratospheric aerosol injection. The point of it is not to make clouds, it is to whiten the sky. So you do that in the stratosphere as high as you can, you dump out chemicals to block sun, a little bit of sunlight. Not you’re not going to completely block it out. And then you have things like marine cloud brightening. These are boats that shoot sea salt into clouds to make them whiter, brighter.
This is called. So it looks better like if I wanted. It makes them more reflective. It makes them more reflective. So the wider they are, the more light they reflect. So for those who don’t understand the color spectrum and how light affects it, white is the reflection of all colors. Black is the absorption of all colors. Black increases heat. If you don’t know this, go take your bare butt out to a sunny beach and go sit on the hood of a black car. You’re going to find out now go put your bare buns on the seat on the hood of a white car.
And if you don’t know the difference in temperature with that type of thermometer, then you’re not going to understand the rest of what I’m about to say. So increasing the reflectivity, they call it albedo, is all about just making things wider so they reflect more light back to space. That means less makes it to the ground, that means cooling. Whereas like carbon black, black carbon, these chemicals are talking about black carbon is soot black. It is, it is same thing if you were at a campfire, you burn some wood, it turns into black and ash. That soot absorbs heat.
So soot and, and black carbon and carbon black. Carbon black is manufactured soot is a byproduct of burning things. Both are used as weather modification chemicals and have been historically. In 1958, Dr. Florence Van Stratton. What the, what the, Dr. Arnold Barnes was talking about, that technology was invented in 1958 by a lady named Dr. Florence Van Stratton. And she threw carbon black dust out of the back of a plane and created a mile long stretch of clouds. And then that was suspended in a liquid. Then she took dry packages of carbon black dust, threw it out the back of the plane.
And now you overseed a cloud, you can actually dissipate it so you can actually make the clouds disappear. So this is all about a mixture of how much water vapor you have, how many seeds you have. And that’s why when we’re talking about contrails, people say that. Well then you’re telling me this is a nothing burger then what the hell is this? Satavia? Contrail Management. What is that? Is that geoengineering? Is this actually about Carbon Credit solutions? Is there more to the story we’re not being told? What is this? This is a company that manages contrails, supposedly.
That is correct. So Bill Gates has a website called Contrails.org it’s from Breakthrough Energy. So if you go to. Yeah, it’s always Bill Gates. Right. So if you go to map.contrails.org what you’re going to see is cooling contrails, warming contrails. So whenever you’re, let’s see if it’s actually working today. Their code sucks. I get to the point where the whole warming think climate change is all, tell me if I’m wrong. Climate change is them screwing around. Yeah, I mean, yes, it is. It’s, it’s the carbon scam. I mean we will have change in weather all through history.
We have, depending on where the sun is and the planets are and where we are in the solar system and universe or the, you know, the galaxy, we will have weather changes non stop. But the stuff they’re pointing is all over. It’s because of them. Yeah, it’s kind of like that. So we’re right now, it is 7:47pm on the east Coast. This is what our sky looks like right now. If you zoom out and you look at the entire world, this is how many planes are in the sky as we’re talking right now. So to all those people who say, well it’s all secret government program, every line I see is this and that, I go, you know, I love what Rene said.
You’re looking for a needle in the haystack while ignoring the haystack. So how do we know if this is true or not? Well, we can figure that out very easily. I can zoom in here and I can go, will this plane right here, flying at 45,000ft be making a contrail or not? I could do it the real easy way and just go to Earth null school and you see these blue areas? These blue areas are where the water in the sky is. If you fly through these blue areas, you will leave a white streak. If you’re not in these blue areas, you will not make a white streak.
So if you have a blue area over your town, everybody’s going to think you got a bunch of Chemtrails going on. And you don’t, you just have right now in Tennessee where they ban geoengineering, it is 100% relative humidity. If I come over here to the contrail finder and I zoom into Tennessee, I have high cirrus clouds turned on right now and I have the contrail finder up and I’m gonna click on Tennessee. And guess what we see? Long, possibly persistent contrails from 44,000 all the way down to 38,000ft. But if you go 1,000ft higher, short contrails possible.
This is why when people see they’re like, well I see, you know, these clouds and these planes in the sky and you know, one’s leaving the contrail, the other’s not right here. Only short contrails are possible down here. Short contrails here, long contrails here, but persistent ones are here. And that’s what’s known as an ice supersaturated region. So if we scroll down here, we see the check marks. Yeah, an ice supersaturated region is a special version of a contrail forming region where you’re going to create metal ice clouds. Those are called cirrus clouds. So I don’t care if you want to call it a chemtrail or a contrail, once it fans out and covers the sky, it is neither a contrail nor a chemtrail.

If you look at a radio sign, if you look at any of these atmospheric sounding instruments, if you are below negative 45 degrees Celsius with greater than 60% relative humidity, you will create a chemtrail.
Now most people will tell you contrails disappear. Chemtrails stick around. If you want to stay in the gutter and stay in third grade, fine. Just go with that. Keep it simple stupid. That’s not the reality of the situation. Contrails can be short lived. They can disappear. They cannot appear at all if it’s very dry and it’s very warm or if you’re in the stratosphere. If you’re in the stratosphere like that 45,000 foot flight, it’s flying above the tropopause. So you can only make contrails from here to here. It’s a very small portion of the troposphere. You fly 1,000ft above that stratospheric line, you cannot make clouds there.
Okay, let me ask you. Okay, so Tennessee Bandit, right? Geoengineering. Of course they’re going to have contrails because you just shared this, right? There’s no way they’re having them right now as we’re speaking. So everybody’s freaking out because they, they banned it and they’re still doing it. And so everybody’s freaking out. But in reality that’s not what’s happening. Although you’re saying that even contrails can create clouds and things and maybe that’s why we have so much more doomy gloomy skies. But regardless, that’s not the geoengineering that they were talking about banning. So is it possible to even ban it if it’s happening? But let’s be real.
I’m not gonn not. I’m, I’m done. I’m past the point of, you know, kissing everybody’s ass to make them happy. I’d rather be slapped with the truth than kissed with a lie at this point. Yes. You banned weather modification that means cloud seeding programs cannot happen in your state. You ban geoengineering. Geoengineering is a very specific thing. It has a legal definition, has a scientific definition. It is not planes making clouds. And it. And on top of that, your law says for the express purpose of and with intent. So you mean to tell me that if I order something off of Amazon.com and a plane flies over Tennessee and it leaves the cirrus cloud, is there intent there? No.
So that’s not the thing. Right. But they’re banning intentional weather modification, intentional pollution in their skies. Intentional stuff. Is it even, Is it possible crisscrosses. So what’s happened is they set everyone up with a belief that when those bills passed, those crisscrosses they see the sky were going to come to an end. But what they didn’t realize is the bills were directing or targeting intentional geoengineering, which is what you want. Yeah, right. But the crisscrosses are coming from the unintentional geoengineering, which is commercial aviation jet exhaust. Okay, so there’s two different things are both bad. Yes.
Yeah. In fact, intentional geoengineering is worse. I agree. I. I started out wanting to make to known to the world what geoengineering is, who the geoengineers are and ban that permanently. And that’s what. Same with Renette and cloud seeding. I don’t want any type of weather modification. There is a company, which I’m going to disclose in the next couple of months that currently has a Department of Defense contract to steer hurricanes away from America over the next four years. They claim they want to be able to stop Category 5 hurricanes from reaching America. I would say yes, because at the end of the day, any intervention in a large climate system you’re talking about, they call them large synoptic weather patterns.
They’re. First of all, they’re there for a reason. Okay? Nature always seeks a balance. There’s a reason why we have hurricanes whether we like it or not, whether, you know, we like the results of that. It’s the argument of control. Should we have the control to be able to steer hurricane, save lives? But what do we do if it’s another country creating a hurricane to the exact point my wife made now, so my wife, My wife said, think like your wife. Yeah. My wife immediately said, well, Jimmy, just being real with you, if China or Russia can create and steer hurricanes, wouldn’t you want America to be better at it than them? Or at least protect ourselves? This is self protection, Right? Right.
So this is. This is that moral conundrum, because in order to actually gain the ability to steer a hurricane, you got to experiment. And when. When we invented. When not we. I wasn’t there. Bernard. Bernard von Vonnegut and Irving Langmire and Vincent Schaefer invented cloud seeding in 1946 at General Electric Labs. They did this in November 1946. By October of 1947, they were doing Project Cirrus. And during Project Cirrus, they attempted to steer a hurricane. It was just a tropical cyclone. It wasn’t a hurricane yet. The problem is when they went and they dumped some chemicals into it, that thing got really mad and got changed colors, changed directions and slammed into Savannah, Georgia, doing $3.2 million worth of damage and as I recall, killing two people.
So the Cape Sable hurricane was caused by an attempt to just mess with a tropical cyclone. This is the recurring theme in weather modification. Whether it’s Charles Mallory Hadfield in 1916 saying, hey, San Diego says, we’ll pay you $10,000 to make it rain. He’s like, sure. He makes it rain so freaking hard. The Lake Marina dam breaks, does millions of dollars worth of damages. The city refuses to pay Hatfield because if they paid him the $10,000, they would be admitting liability. This is the recurring theme throughout the history of weather. Was Katrina an instigated hurricane? I can’t say for certain.
You know, like, I wasn’t paying close enough attention at that time to that. It looks like it was. I. I remember it was a perfect hurricane over the Gulf Coast. I mean, it would. You know, I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised. But as a result of Hurricane Katrina, when Obama came into office, the Department of Homeland Security had a hurricane modification workshop in 2008 to prevent the next Hurricane Katrina. And I have to say, I did go to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 twice. And the second time I went, we got through the female gate. There was a guard did not want us in Plaquemines Parish where the levees had broken.
And we’re going back there to leave big old lasagna trays of fresh water and dog food, cat food for the animals that survived. And when we got back there and we spent the day, we realized why they didn’t want us back. There was not because there were no animals. They’re saying there’s nothing. Nothing lived. That wasn’t it. It was because we got to the levees and we saw the levees did not break. They were blown up. So very least, this government is very, very good. At maximizing these crises and making them much worse. We also saw FEMA and the National Guard putting guns aheads to individuals who are trying to help people, accusing them of being looters and other things like that.
So our government is really. They. They do take advantage of bad situations at the very least for certain. George Bush don’t care about black people. Yeah, well, for sure. Kanye West. I’m sorry I had to go there. First thing they take care of. And no, wait. What is the. No way. No Cris goes away. What is the. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But, but okay, so the bottom line, most people, the vast majority of the people are confused as to what’s really going on in geoengineering. They got it all messed up. What is the best way for. When is your website going to be out? Because that’s going to be a huge.
Well, I mean, right? Because a lot of the people out there aren’t sharing the right stuff. Even the people who are big names, right, Aren’t sharing good information as much. They’re intentionally lying like a lot of new and bigger names who are jumping on the bandwagon. And I’ve been trying to reach out to them saying, hey, so glad you’re here on the team. That’s fabulous. But there’s a misdirection going on. And just to save your own reputation and not feeling like a fool, we’d love to talk with you and explain to you what’s really going on.
Because again, when I look through the lens of I’m taking this narrative, the narrative that’s out there that everyone believes. I decided to take it to court because I don’t know why somebody, nobody was taking it to court. I decided to take it to court and I had to ensure that everything was provable, without a doubt and was going to have standing in court. That familiar, that popular narrative fell completely apart. Sarah. There was no there there. So there’s. There’s a big difference between all of the things that we’re talking about and chemtrails. So when I created weathermodificationhistory.com there, you will not find the word chemtrail on this website for a reason.
Because I wanted it to be credible. And there is no credibility in chemtrails. When you go to the timeline, you can scroll through this thing and you can sort by geoengineering, which will only show you geoengineering projects and things related to it. Or you can go to weather modification, they’re different. Space weather modification, they’re different. Or if you really want to drill down. You want to just talk about chemtrails? I called them artificial clouds. Clouds. So you click on that. And now it’s only about artificial clouds. Like when we went and testified, the epa, Chuck Long saying that you know what planes are creating accidental geoengineering.
So this is a credible scientist who’s literally saying there is evidence of clear sky, daylight whitening. Are we already conducting geoengineering? This is the kind of credible evidence that people should be looking for and looking into. The thing is, they’re being completely steered away from it. So if you want to. And you think it’s on purpose. Do you think that there are. I think it is big names on purpose. Purposely getting people confused and all screwed up. Yes. They profit from your fear. At the end of the day, it’s a, it’s. I call it the chemtrail industrial complex.
And they profit from your fear. But I also, you have to understand the commercial aviation and the petroleum industry must be delighted that we’re not looking at commercial aviation. They benefit from all of it. You’ve heard the term useful idiot? Yeah, the useful idiot also making money off of what they’re doing. So in their own self interest, their own self pride, whether it’s narcissism or it’s capitalism, they’re out there misinforming the public. And the funny thing is that it’s, it’s a, It’s a mutual relationship where the loudest voices in the chemtrail space, they don’t even call it chemtrails, they call it geoengineering.
That is not a coincidence. Dane Wigginton. The reason why you don’t call it chemtrails and you call it geoengineering is because geoengineering has a long history, incredible documents behind it. So when you conflate terminology, then you create cred. And then the other, the Alex Joneses, the redacted, the people’s voice, Sean, I, I throw shade more than planes throw shade. Okay? Because at the end of the day, they don’t want us to play in their pool. Because at the end of the day, they have been touting the lie. They’re like the mainstream media that we hate so much.
But at the end of the day, people laud these people because they’re, they’re, they’re feeding them their addiction. They’re giving them what they want on a daily dose of fear. And they. It’s fear. It’s fear porn. Although most of it is. They sell a lot of truth with Fear. Do you see? Do you ever watch the Harry Potter series where there’s a Professor Snipes? And there was this. My kids have watched it. And there was this professor who was really famous. He was teaching at the school. He taught the dark arts or whatever. And he was the combat.
And he was really famous and a celebrity and everybody’s taking pictures with him and he was teaching the class. All the kids got to get. Get their class top with this really professional celebrity. And Snipes had to come in and save him because he was a complete idiot. When it really came down to being able to do it, he couldn’t do it. He was like supposed to be the best in the we, the biggest celebrity and he had to be saved to do a simple thing for the class. I just always think about that because they have.
They have some like, really good in that show. They also have this woman who was in this pink outfit and she’s. She’s like the most evil character. And she came in and she was the head of the school and she was in this pink outfit. And so she’s looking all like torturing the children, but with a smile on her face. Psycho. Psycho. She’s somebody that I point to a lot too. Well, you know, the other thing is too, I talked about this with Dr. Andrew Kaufman a couple months ago and goes, you know, when for all your life, you have a certain belief system and then you realize one day that the beliefs you have are not correct, and then the first truth that comes along, you glom onto that like, this is the truth.
That was the lie. This is the truth. And what happens generally is like we did before is once again we’re giving over our agency and we’re looking at somebody to tell us what the truth is. And we don’t do the deep diving and I’m to blame. I’m right there. That’s happened to me for years and years. Even Jim, in the beginning, he was doing the same thing. We give up our agency. Agency to somebody who says, I’m the authority. It’s this, this, this and that. And they repeat the story over and over and over and over again until you believe it in your head completely without actually investigating it is once again, when I dec this to court, that’s when everything changed.
If it was not for that, Sarah, I would still be be believing in the old narrative. If it was not for that, I’d still be there. Still there about it. Go ahead. Can I tell her what happened? So Renette has this lawyer. They’re Wanting to sue the chemtrail people. They’re asking me the hard questions and I’m being grilled. And I feel like I was being cross examined because her lawyer was the one doing the questioning. And she’s like, what about this, Noah? Gag order. You know, they. Gag order on the weather people. And I’m like, that’s not a thing.
And she’s like, what about this? And I’m like, no, got that wrong. And she didn’t want to hear any of it. And. And finally I’m like, well, you know, the state of Illinois and New Jersey sued the airline industry for blocking out the sun in 1970. And she’s like, what are you. What? And I’m like, yeah, they. The contrails, they called it smoke, pollution of the sky. State of Illinois, New Jersey sued the airline industry. Secretary of Transportation James A. Volp actually mediated it out of court. I was like, go check your Westlaw terminal. You can probably find case law on that.
And she goes, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. What’s your background? Are you a lawyer or something? I’m like, no, I got my PhD at TSC at the prestigious School of autodidactory. And Rene immediately is like, turning her face. And the lawyer’s like, I’ve never heard of that school. And then Renette’s like, autodidactory means self taught. And it was just. It was classic. And I mean, I said, I know that this is a lot to take in, and I don’t expect you to believe me. So I’ve given you the information. I want you to do your own work.
You know, you go that you fact check it yourself. But you have a photographic memory, right? Yeah, it’s a gift and a curse. Yeah, I can imagine. Especially, you know, like when I was in high school and my friends like to punk me by going to rotten.com. they’re like, hey, Jimmy, come here, look at this real quick. And then they’d have it full screen. I can still see that stuff from like 17 years old, Crystal clear. I’m like, oh, but. But at the end of the day, like, this is. This is the thing that resonates with me most.
I think it’ll resonate with you. One of the saddest lessons of history is this. If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It is simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back. Carl Sagan said that. It’s on the sidebar of every page on climate viewer.com because I’ve done that, I’ve given a charlatan power over me. They sprinkle just enough facts in there, but their conclusion is completely skewed.
So you can verify many of the facts that they’re saying. Geoengineering is a thing. You know, they are spraying us. Look at the spray. I saw the photos. Believe none of what you hear in half that you see. Edgar Allan Poe, 1845. We’re now in the, the AI, you know, world where it’s literally believed none of what you hear and none of what you see. Well, but we had a good conversation before we started that we have to look at nuance. You have to look at the details. You have to look at even some of these movements that are out there.
You get, people get so focused on, on and so insane about something, they won’t look at the nuance of it and say that, you know, something, parts of this is actually good and part and, and parts of it is bad. We have to understand and break it apart. Because if we just claim it’s all bad, then we’re gonna go, what are we gonna live like Mennonites or like, you know, the Amish? And we have to look at some of this stuff and break it down with geoengineering specifically. As long as we continue to look for the needle, that needle in the haystack, right, Those, those secretive programs which we know exist because America’s had a long, long, long history of them, there’s nothing in place to stop these secretive programs.
So you just have to assume they’re continuing. So as long as we’re continuing to look for the needle in the haystack and we ignore the haystack and they weaponize the haystack, which they can do. He showed you the contrail software. So just as they can use that software like Jeff Ray was on that aircraft carriers carrier saying, okay, fly here, but don’t fly there, otherwise you have a persistent contrail. So they can actually have planes fly where there are no persistent contrails, they’ll still be spewing out, you know, certain metals and stuff like that, but equally they can take commercial aircraft, persistent contrails, and they can use that AI software and they could actually weaponize them and make the, and dim the sun from commercial aviation alone.
So while we’re over there looking for the needle in the haystack here’s commercial aviation here, here, doing the job for us and we’re not. So what, what do you think is the most important to think? We said earlier that the intentional programs are the worst and the regular aviation, I mean, we can’t get rid. We, we could rethink. You had a great substack today talking about horses and manure and how you, you know, that that had to be rethought and essentially we are being sprayed by aviation. That we need to rethink some of these things. I say even with WI fi, right.
We don’t. That we’re being polluted by ems, but we don’t have to use these frequencies. There’s frequencies that work with their bodies. So we don’t have to have problems. Now when it comes to aviation, we can’t like just say, okay, we’re not going to fly anymore. Or can we, I mean we, we innovate out of that. Or what do we do? You know, what do we, how do we solve what we’re. What are you selling? The first thing, the first thing we have to do, and it’s a big nut to crack, is we have to admit we have a problem.
And the problem aviation. And so if you’re like, what do we need to do? Is like, first you got to go out there and this is the thing. As a, as a former or still continued political activ. I know for decades and decades of work that once, once somebody gets a story in their head, whoever gets that story in your head first kind of wins. Because now it’s going to be your job to extract that story and put the different story, the real story, the truth, back into your head or into your head. That is a very difficult thing to do.
So right now, all these people, millions of people who are catching on and getting onto the chemtrail plane, train, the train, the plane, the train, they’re actually, at this point in time, they’ve got the wrong narrative and it’s really, really hard, hard to extract. So the best thing we could do is start sharing Jim’s websites, start sharing these type of interviews, start actually questioning the narrative. Start, stop giving over your agency. Start looking and doing your own research. Look into the gag order. Can anybody produce the actual original gag order of the federal government telling NOAA employees and weather reporters they can’t report on weather modification programs? No.
Does not exist. Jim found that out years ago. My legal team, high end constitutional legal team from Houston, Texas. Texas, found out there is no gag order. Does not exist. There’s the gag order right there for National Weather Service employees organization. This is a, it says grievance gag order. And then they have what’s called a collective bargaining gag order. And I have all of them bookmarked right here. So at the end of the day, this is, these are non disclosure agreements that have specifically to do with, you know, collective bargaining between the unions and the federal work the federal agencies they support.
So what do you mean? So she said there isn’t a gag order and you said there are. What do you mean? It’s not, it’s not, it’s a non disclosure. Right here. It says right here that it is a non disclosure clause prohibits, you know, people from the union from letting employees know that what the union has achieved, received. So if the union is trying to get you a better pay from the federal government and we’re having negotiations with the NOAA or National Weather Service and you go out and you tell people about that, then you, you just violated the NDA and that’s what the gag order is about.
Gag order has nothing to do with GEO Genie. It has nothing to do with weather at all. It’s just weather people working for weather organizations and they’re in a union. So the liars are saying that, well this Noah gag order, no, it’s not even a Noah gag order. It’s a National Weather Service employees organization NWSEO non disclosure agreement so that they don’t go running their mouth about collective bargaining with the federal government. It has to do with pay and everything. It’s stupid. Okay, so when is your website going to be live? When it’s ready. That’s what I tell everybody.
So I just want to go back to what Renette was saying. This is the part that people don’t understand. So this is McClellan at et al 2012 for all you science heads out there. Cost analysis of stratospheric albedo modification delivery systems. Bill Gates says to David Keith, yo dog, how much is it gonna set me back cooling the planet, Bill? David Keith’s like, like yo Bill, I could do this. $30.5 million, you know, sound like a good deal. He’s like, ah, sounds kind of expensive. What other options do you have? At the end of the day he said he could geoengineer the entire planet with Boeing 747-4-400s.
Number of aircraft required? 14. 14 to geoengineering the entire planet for 30 planes. I cannot over or under explain the importance of what you’re looking at right now. This is the vast divide between what people Think geoengineering is, which is every damn plane flying overhead every damn day. 45 million flights per year. And every single geoengineering cost analysis study has said at most and this is out outrageous F15. These are fighter jets, okay? 133 business jets. See Gulf Stream C37s 66 military Boeing C17s 24 or B1B bombers 28. But realistically, 14 modified 747s severely modified. And then even says right here cost analysis B under the US Air Force craft, it’s called civil reserve fleet on passenger to jet cargo conversion, they would have to severely modify these planes to be able to get them up into the stratosphere, which is absolutely ridiculous.
How, how high up? 18.2 km says 60,000 feet1, which is why on my website I wrote 60,000 to 90,000ft. Because all the way back in 2010 the Aurora flight sciences crew and David Keith came up with this cost analysis of stratospheric albedo modification delivery systems. And every single study since then has pretty much mirrored this. Lately David Keith’s kind of been moderating and he’s saying how about we go for subscale, not full geoengineering. It’s like not full retard, let’s go half retard, let’s go subscale geoengineering. And in that he said we could do it with 14 private jets.
Wow. So at the end of the day when we’re talking about geoengineering, stratospheric aerosol injection, mimicking volcanoes to make the sky whiter, not making clouds. They say that they can do this with as few as 14 planes. The entire world, for the entire world if you go. And the way it works is this. At the equator, just north of the equator and just south of the equator, you would want those 14 planes flying along the equator because if you lofted those chemicals to 90,000ft at the equator, they would last for two to four, two to four years.
And because of what we have, the, the circularly the circulation zones of the the planet, you know, basically it circulates upwards and then upwards and then upwards. So up to 33 latitude, 66 latitude. This is called the Hadley the feral and the polar cells. Don’t want to get too nerdy on you guys, but basically it’s the, the, the way the circulatory system of the world, how the air circulates out and towards the poles. So they would dump these chemicals at the equator and it would slowly make its way around the planet to the poles. And they don’t have to go fly everywhere on the planet to go dump these things.
That is every study that’s ever been done until just recently they started talking about modifying Boeing 777s to fly at 42,000ft over the poles and just do all arctic stratospheric aerosol injection. Why? Because the tropopause is higher at the equator than it is at the north pole. So the stratosphere is actually lower to the ground at the north pole than it is at the equator. So you don’t have to fly as high up. Now, the lower you are in the. Out in the sky, the, the longer, the more you’re going to have to put up there, the more often you’re going to have to put it up there.
There. So at 42,000ft, that may last six months to a year. If they got it up to 42,000ft above the Arctic, because the, the tropopause might have a height of 32,000ft. Okay, so we’re talking 10,000ft above that. If you’re talking about Key West, Florida, I’ve seen the tropo paws as high as 60,000ft on a regular day. Day. Just a regular ass day. So this is the problem with what people perceive geoengineering as, as it’s sold on all of the, you know, the outlets that push this stuff. They don’t talk about what geoengineering actually is or tries to occur.
And they definitely would never show you that paper. I just showed you where they’re saying, look, we do it with 14 planes because it strips them of all of their narratives. When we have on average approximately 25 to 40,000 flights in the air at any given time, between 100 to 150,000 flights per day. 45 million flights per year. You mean to tell me that every plane that I’ve seen flying over my house is a geoengineering secret government program? Contrails do not exist. Yeah, but even the geoengineers have always said we could do this and whiten the sky worldwide with as few as 14 planes.
Make it make sense to me. You cannot. Well, okay, so when is your website going to be out? When it’s done. Because I. That’s not a good enough answer. So what are we thinking? I work 40 hours a week. You know, at the end of the day. Right. It’s all right. So one of the things that I’m really wanting to do is after I’m done with the major explanation, because the Front page. I want it to be for whether you’ve been already indoctrinated by people who’ve been lying to you for years or if you’ve never heard of this ever, you’re just completely new to it, that you can read it, and by the end of it, you can go and use the exact same tools I just showed you.
You. Because I’ve changed more people’s lives just by teaching them how to use the contrail finder and, and null school. Just those two alone. I’m like, you can predict chemtrails. And once you can do that, you can go, well, they’re lying to me. These people are lying to me. And when you have that aha moment, I, I, you know, I, I started this out. How much do you know that how, how much are you for sure that they’re lying or the ignorant or both. They, well, can I. You want me to give you. We’ve corrected certain individuals saying, hey, by the way, there’s no gag order.
Hey, about this and that. And Dane Wigginton, he knows. He knows that his nozzles in the Deming are actually pylon drains. He knows this. He’s been told a thousand times that the gag order is not real. And he claims that high bypass turbofans cannot create contrails, that contrails do not exist. So when I look at those three claims alone, what can people do to learn more about the lawsuit that you have forming and building, or get involved or donate or whatever. A couple different things. What I suggest is generally the second Tuesday, fourth Wednesday of every month, 6pm Pacific time.

That’s why I’m trying to build the tools and give the information to people who can. We all have our roles to play, and that’s the role that I play. I’m going to sift through the data, try to weed out the bullshit, give you just what’s nutritious, and feed you with the information so you can make your own decision, come up with your own solutions.
Solutions. I’ll make suggestions from time to time. But you know what? Somebody’s going to hear this and you’re going to be smarter than me and you’re going to figure out a solution I never would have even thought. And it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. So at the end of the day, you may have connections I don’t. And if you can actually learn this information and use those connections to change this world, or if you just simply no longer live in fear, then I have done my duty to help my fellow men, women and they thems, well, be happy.
