But Lahaina was standing in the way, so they had to burn it down. Oh, if you didn’t follow us, I know that’s sounds outrageous and conspiratorial, but we proved it every step of the way. Most recently, about a month ago, I interviewed Michelle Melendez. She lives on the big island. She investigated Lahaina, came to the same conclusions I did, going about it with a different set of data. But the same item, and you might want to go back and review that. LA is on its way to be in the smart city. 2028. Oh, the Olympics.
Yeah? Just in time for the Olympics. That’s right. And then the other motive would be disaster capitalism. Newsom’s $50 billion in debt and about every other year, not about precisely every other year. There are major fires that are created under very suspicious circumstances. And they get disaster relief, and that helps alleviate the budget. Downfalls, but the money doesn’t go to help the people rebuild. Just like what did they get in Lahaina? 700 per family, but we send billions and billions to Ukraine. Okay, enough of the preliminary. Let’s get down to business here. You’re looking here at an article that I wrote on September 2, 2017. And it’s one of many I’ve written on the same topic. I know someone who was a signatory to Air Force Owning the Weather 2025. That’s all I’m going to say. I was provided a list of documents loosely entitled 2025 Owning the Weather. I published it on this website. The weather as a force multiplier was the second part of the title as a subtitle.
The manufacture of earthquake-causing weapons details how the Air Force has long planned to enact earthquakes, hurricanes, and other weather phenomena to bring part of any country to its knees. By the way, if you doubt this, then ask yourself why there are weather war treaties on file with the United Nations and also in international courts. There are strong implications that have come to me from multiple sources that speak to continuity of government that one day will come with regard to severe weather events. Now, going back in time to the late 1990s, Nick Begich, Jr. wrote a book called Angels Don’t Play This Harp.
You can go to Amazon and get a cheap copy. Angels Don’t Play This Harp. Begich presented 12 patents that proved the US Air Force has the capability to alter weather systems. The 12 patents listed in Begich’s book described ideas which were originally controlled by Arco Power Technologies, a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company. One of the biggest oil companies in the world. Now, they built the Harp facility, H-A-R-P, originally in Gakona, Alaska, but this has now spread to many parts of the world, and we’re not the only country that has this. Arco sold the subsidiary, the patents, and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June of 1994.
E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world as they work for the CIA and defense intelligence organizations and others. 1.8 billion of their annual sales in 2017 were related to these projects for black secret operations. Often these projects were so secret that even the US Congress isn’t told how the money is being spent. E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, which is one of the largest defense contractors in the world. In 1994, Raytheon was listed as number 42 on the Fortune 500 list of companies. Raytheon has thousands of patents, some of which are valuable to the Harp project.
The 12 patents below are the backbone of the Harp project, and they’re now buried among thousands of others held in the name of Raytheon. This is something that Nick Begich exposed as well, and he and I talked about this on an interview in 2009. Bernard Eastland’s US patent, number 4,686,605, titled, Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and Magnetosphere, was sealed under the Government Secrecy Order on October 2, 1992. The Wall Street Journal reported that a Russian company, Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc., has weather control equipment for sale and uses the advertising slogan of, Weather Made to Order.
Igor Pergorov, the director of the company, said Elate is capable of fine-tuning weather patterns over a 200 square mile area for as little as $200 per day. That’s what the journal reported. The article recounts an offer by the Russians to aid Malaysia to create a typhoon to dissipate a pall of smoke that hung over the country, and still does, caused by burning large sections of rainforests in Indonesia and Sumatra. To quote from the article, Dutuk Lohang Ding, Malaysia’s Minister for Science and Technology at the time, said his country would use special technology to create an artificial cyclone to clear the air.
Okay, so that’s the background, and now I’m scrolling down, abstract from Air Force Owning the Weather 2025, and I’ll read the abstract here. The technology abstract is a submittal to the general public, and the view expressed in this abstract are strictly those of the author, and don’t reflect the official position. Okay, now from the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and U.S. Government Distribution A, Approved for Public Release, Distribution Unlimited, Document ID 800,062, Technology Abstract, Title, the Earthquake Weapon, Description, Ultrasonic and Acoustic Weapon to Destroy Runways, Buildings, Bridges, the weapon will generate a strong acoustic wave that causes structures to resonate and therefore destroy them.
This is first cousins of directed energy weapons. I don’t need to go any further in this, folks. Okay, now, why have I gone through this with you? I chose to purposely not introduce it because now we’re going to backdoor into what’s happening in L.A. They said in the weather report yesterday, rains are coming, relief is coming for the fires. With what you have seen and heard, couldn’t this have been done on the first or second day? Couldn’t they have employed governmental technology to bring the rains? And they could have even kept that secret.
Oh, what a good fortune the rains came in. And the weather people say, yeah, these are irregular weather patterns like we saw with the hurricane in North Carolina. Exactly. L.A. was allowed to burn by the deep state. For the reasons I previously stated. They have the technology, they could have stopped this. They chose not to stop this. And if you’re unconvinced from the symbolic representation and partial documentation I offered, then go to my website. You have firsthand documents. The document that I was originally given by someone who was not on board with this that was a signatory and their main objection was earthquake weapons used against civilian populations.
There it is. It’s all right there on the website. I think I’ve given you enough already. And then people, when you say there’s weather weapons, they raise their eyebrows. Oh, my gosh. Here we go. We’re walking down tinfoil hat lane. Well, I’m sorry, the tinfoil hat lane doesn’t exist. The reality is this is weaponized weather. Could have been used to mitigate the damage in L.A. chose not to for the political reasons stated. Welcome to the deep state. I don’t know how to make it any more clear. You have a deep state that is working against you. People have died in these fires. People have lost everything in these fires. And there are people who are directly responsible for perpetrating it and then keeping it from being repaired as quickly as possible. For your approbation, I’m Dave Hodges.
