Form 66 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in the matter of the slaughter at universal ostrich farm he put petition the court on notice the Royal Canadian mountain Police Headquarters, 1200 Vanu Parkway, Iowa, Ontario Nucor Environmental which is the service that said while you slaughter the hostages hallway, the bodies and the address to the registry is all here.

Proceeding is brought forth for the relief set out in part one bullet below. So Norman wrote, if you intend to respond to petition by you or your lawyer, you must excuse me. That’s all they, that’s all the legalese going into it, right? And then he signed it. So the claim of the petitioner which he’s petitioning order sought that any calling a universal ostrich farm be paused until judicial review is conducted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia into the legitimacy and authority of the parties involved, namely the Canada Food Inspection Agency, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Nucor Environmental that the CFA I A be investigated.

So he’s saying you need to be investigated for its violation of section 137 of the Criminal Code of Canada which pertains to a party giving false information to the police, which they did, they’ve been caught red handed about this. And then number three, that the matter of the universal ostrich farm is under provincial jurisdiction because there is no legitimate government in the land mass called Canada. See the attached corantos which we delivered, we signed, we’ve proven again Canada Governor General doesn’t exist. You know, even Charles Windsor finally in May of this year, those core from last year, right? Part 2 Factual basis the attached core rantos contain the factual basis of this request.

Part 3 Legal Basis the task corantos contain the factual basis Legal basis request Orange Jersey September 23rd so did not receive. He was completely ignored. Surprise, surprise. We had quick little, you know, email conferences of reviewing some legislation and then on Thursday, October 2nd they filed in the Supreme Court of Canada which I’m going to show you here on the screen, which is a notice demand not only to stop the tyranny and the slaughter of these research ostriches which RFK junior Dr. Mehmet Oz have said, you know, we’ll go out in a billionaire in New York of Trump friend of Trump said we will pay the $20 test to confirm human immunity, give you asylum, the family and the ostriches and pay for them all on our own American government and private funds to bring them to a 900 acre ostrich farm in in Florida.

Here’s that full filing. And of course Canada government, China and the Gestapo say no, no, we’re just going to kill them and terrorize them. So won’t go into all this, but I’ll let you know that this filing for which my authorization is warranted and signed off on here General Valleys and then members of the First Nations People’s Committee submitted and filed this on the Supreme Court of Canada, the rcmp, the Canada Food Inspection Agency and other members which have been acting nefarious act, criminal acts of negligence, harm as well as crimes against humanity that have been ignored for the last several years.

So we can go through all of this, but it’ll be all up here for you guys later to see and then I’ll just show you. I know we’re zipping through this because I want to get to cindy right quick. 49 pages all put together, signed 10-1-2025 by members of the First Nations People Committee. There’s the four of them, Independent, Coasting, Notorious General Valley and myself right there. Right. So this was sent on Thursday to President Trump, to the ICC, to the UN Human Rights Commission, to Dr. Oz, to RFK Jr. Etc. Right. And it’s all there.

And these are the first nations. So people standing up for other people. Just like this amazing Cindy Young still doing it and fighting on her own, cementing it all. And I’m back here. Here’s a disclaimer. So everything I’m about to share is based on information that’s already in the public record, in official filings and in my own legal proceedings. These are my opinions and concerns grounded in the sources.

Judge Harvey himself acknowledged that Thomas Sula, who’s who’s part of my ECF 63 and 64 information had already been publicly disclosed. That was in December of 2021. And even though it was sealed, I was discussing what the court admitted. I will be discussing what the court admitted is already in the public stream. And when I’m talking about Jeremy Brinster, lawyer, Lawyer and juror. 374. Piece of He’s a. Phil. I said you didn’t. I can say it too. Piece of he’s an attorney that’s affiliated with the law firm in D.C. called Wilmer Hale. They are the most leftist Trump deranged syndrome law firm in D.C.

that’s a matter of public record. My concern that I raised formally via a bar grievance with the state of Texas is now docketed. And I’m still concerned with his non disclosures during voir dire that compromised my right to an impartial jury. So I want to be clear, what I share is based on my documents, my filings and facts that are publicly available and I’m raising this these issues because transparency and truth matters. Yep. It certainly does. Yep. So yeah, I’ve been a little busy since. Been a little busy. So to bring everybody up to speed, that Jeremy guy that I said is a scumbag, what was it? Just so everybody knows.

I think that’s a great way to wedge it in there because Tina, Peter still is not free everybody. So it’s not Trump’s in MAGA. Cindy and 1500 other J6ers got a pardon and some of them are still committing suicide for certain reasons because it doesn’t mean it’s a full part of is innocence. And they are still, you know, cast out by their family, their friends, their former colleagues. Workers, customers who came to her own store and business she owned that was shut down because she was raided and then labeled. So, you know, the terror still goes on.

And I have pardon, but I still have a record. Yeah, conviction stand. And so I’ve filed multiple motions. The one that I did succeed in, I referenced was with regards to Thomas Sula. So when I went to trial, when we went to pretrial, that was In July of 2024, we brought up this Metro Police officer that we wanted to bring on the stand as a witness. We wanted him to testify because he. We thought his standing as a Metro police officer would be regarded highly by the jury, as well as we wanted to question him about that day because he was put on video telling people, dressed as a Trump supporter, telling people to go in the Capitol.

We were denied. We weren’t allowed to bring him on as a witness, and everything was sealed. So I put through a motion and I asked for everything to be unsealed. And just about two weeks ago, the government actually filed a reply on that motion and agreed with me. What I said was that when you seal evidence, you have to use this technique or this balancing criteria. It’s called the Hubbard balancing criteria, and it’s out of the case with Hubbard. So I put that forward in my motion. Harvey said, oh, that’s unhelpful. But then he told the government to use that and go come back with a response response, which they did.

And they said, well, based on our analysis using those factors, we think that this information should be unsealed because it’s already been public information. And the only thing we would suggest is, you know, limited redaction of his name. He was actually reprimanded for that day for what he did that day. Judge Harvey, the one who presided over your case? No, the MPD officer. He was reprimanded. There’s one confidential or police officer in the crowd, embedded with the crowd, that, you know, we knew of when we went to trial. And then now we’ve just learned 274 FBI agents have also been identified.

And when you look at the report, which is like 50 pages, it says that the FBI agents were supposed to link up with MPD officers and take the lead from them. So you know, that if there were 274 FBI agents, how many MPD officers were they? We don’t have an answer to that yet. How many DHS, how many ATF, how many other agencies, CIA, DoD? How many other were embedded with the crowd? I’ll bet you a lot. Well, this this post of yours I have here cropped out from the other day on your Facebook. Yeah, exactly.

And, you know, so this. This piece of evidence that they just disclosed, had I had that in trial, I think the jury would have had a different opinion, possibly. They were all leftists, so who knows? But the thing is, that’s a. Technically a Brady violation. So what, Harvey? I put through a motion to. For a Vacate. Vacate my charges with prejudice, because that’s a Brady violation. He said I filed it improperly, so he didn’t even want to look at it. And even if they had known there was that many FBI agents, it wouldn’t have changed the fact of whether I was guilty or not, which, you know, he’s a piece of work.

So then there’s Brinster and that little piece of my case. So I. When the jurors are brought in, they get a list of questions that they have to answer. These questions are all put together by the judge himself. Okay. And the order of the questions. So there was, like, 32 questions that they were all given. They had to either give a yes or a no. And the last question, which was, can you be fair or impartial? Given all that you know, about January 6th, all that you’ve heard, all that you’ve read, can you be fair or impartial? And he specifically told them they had to answer that yes or no.

There was also a question that said, do you have any strong feelings about Donald Trump or his supporters? Well, Brinster, who was the foreman of my jury, also an attorney under oath, never answered that question. So what that does is there’s no yes, there’s no no. So prosecution or the defense, there’s nothing to flag them to dig deeper or the judge even, you know, it doesn’t show that he was biased. So it’s not a lie, because he didn’t lie. But he also didn’t tell the truth because Jeremy Brinster was a member of the DNC under Hillary Clinton.

He wrote positioning strategies for stuff that they were doing with Bernie Sanders. He was involved in the dumps of WikiLeaks that Seth Rich discovered and put out there. So, yeah, his name is on 53 pages minimum that I saw. If anybody goes to WikiLeaks and types in the name Jeremy Brinster, J, E, R E M Y, Jeremy Brinster, B R I, N, S for Sierra, T for Tango, E for Echo, R for romeo. Jeremy Brinster, WikiLeaks. You’ll get at least 53 pages returned that he was on the DNC who was doing stuff with Trump’s Nightly Report reports of how to position against Trump nightly.

So you don’t think that that’s a strong feeling about Donald strong bias right there, a member of the DNC doing all that? Yeah. And then some. And I wonder, you know, Hillary, hey, too he. I have this. The amounts he was paid during that time. So wow. You know, was clearly biased. Clearly there to take me down, I think. And, you know, these are my opinions. But paid Plant, obviously, you know, an attorney as a foreman on the jury to just deny responding a yes or no to juror selection questions. So then when he denied this motion, he said, but I believe he was honest because he said he could be not biased.

That on question 32, that catch all question. Can you be by unbiased and, you know, fair and impartial? Yeah. Who’s going to say, oh, no, I’m not fair and impartial? This from the judge who said you could not reference the First Amendment. Yeah, that too. Yeah. And he also. So when I started going down the path with Brinster and I put in my motions, he immediately called a hearing and wanted to know, you know, he. He said to me, I didn’t even have a prosecutor assigned to the case yet because the two prosecutors that were there for me have gone, which is good news.

I don’t know whether they saw the writing on the wall or they got canned. Either way, they’re gone. So I didn’t have the new guy yet. We hadn’t even had an evidentiary discussion. He calls this emergency hearing, and he says to me, I’ve looked at your Twitter and I’ve looked at your podcasts, and I think you’re mentioning his name. And that goes against Rule 24.1, and we are not supposed to disclose that information, blah, blah, blah. So 24.1, when you read it, he’s stretching it a little bit because, yes, when a jury is seated and, and they’re during trial, they are confidential and they’re.

They hold their confidentiality. But once they’ve been dismissed and just. And released as the jury, that doesn’t go for life. People write books about these things and people go on tv and if he chose to say something, it’s fine. But, you know, Harvey wanted me to threaten. Wanted to threaten me with that. And for him to go and look at my Twitter and look at the podcast information that’s him researching and being like a prosecutor himself, which he’s not supposed to do. He’s not supposed to look at anything like that. Really? Really. Judge. You wouldn’t it? Isn’t a judge supposed to know better than that? That’s a canon law.

And there’s a lot with, especially with J6, there’s a lot of gatekeeping going on and I don’t know exactly where it’s coming from, but I can have, I can venture a guess. Peter Tickton did a podcast a little while ago and he’s been pushing for the restitution for J6ers and he said that Pam Bondi is never there. She’s usually in Florida. She’ll fly up, she’ll do a, you know, a press release, go back to Florida while she’s not there.

There’s a guy by the name of Ted Blanche. Wait, that’s news to me. So the AG of the United States of America is not in Washington? No, at her office. So is there an AG’s office in Florida she’s working out of? I have no idea. What. She goes on Fox a lot. I know that. Yeah. So. So while she’s not there, the guy that runs the show is Todd Blanch. And Todd Blanche has been blocking everything. There hasn’t been any pardons that have gone through. They’re blocking everything with. Related to Tina Peters release. Yeah. So Tina isn’t free after all this.

And I think personally this conversation of state versus federal is total, you know, like, well, she’s in a Colorado jail is a state thing. It’s not a federal thing. You can’t get involved. But yeah, we still have presidential pardon. Can’t be incarcerated. She’s in Gold Star mother. A presidential pardon can’t take care of it at a state level. If they wanted her, the feds could go in and take her out of there and it’d be done. But it’s not happening. Wow. Yeah. You know, I had Chris Heaven was on a couple days ago. We did 9, 11, 2.0 because they have massive credible open source intelligence.

Top targeter, CIA, former Sarah Adams, whole bunch of others pounding the door screaming to try to get into with the jttc, Joint Terrorism Counterterrorist Task Force, something like that. And he said that Sebastian Court, this is what he said on this show here a couple days ago. Sebastian Gorka, who is an academic who doesn’t have any real world in combat whatever or real CT experience, was blocking them, you know, time and time and time again. So to me, this is almost suggesting a Pattern. If there’s people in the Trump administration blocking real truth and real justice from coming forward, like you’re, I’m, I would say alluding to right now, if Pam is really an ag and not in Washington and these guys are telling me Sebastian has been blocking them with real credible threat intelligence to life and harm of Americans and property.

I mean, you look at every judge in D.C. and people probably, I’m going, I’m appealing all of this. I’m filing it this week. And thank you, David Summerall. Yeah, David. And yes. I think he went to 18 different prisons. He was in solitary confinement most of the time. The guy has gone through a lot and he deserves a lot. So I wish him the best of luck with his lawsuit.

He’s also running for Senate in Florida and, you know, he’s still out beating the drum. He, he went to Charlie Kirk’s memorial service. Right. I don’t know how Jake put, pulls this off, but he always, he gets right in, right in the front and center of everything. And so he was two rows back from Bondi and Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, Dan Bongino recognized him, said, welcome home, Jake. And so I said to him, I said, did you behave yourself while you were there? And he said no. And he said every time there was a lull in the crowd and he would lean forward because he could almost touch Pam Bondi and he’d go, arrest them all.

Pam, did you ever get any reaction from her? She kept looking around like she didn’t know who was saying it, but she knew who was saying it. So, yeah, he said that Cash was, you know, he had his crazy eyes and he was like all over the place. But I don’t know about Cash. I wonder because a lot of what he’s Saying just doesn’t add up these days. And I don’t know where. Where he sits on the fence. The fence that Bishop Jim talks about, you know. Yeah. So what else did we talk about? He was also in the uk.

Tony Robbins had a big, huge thing in the uk, One of the biggest, you know, gatherings that there was. And Jake spoke at it, so doing a lot of stuff, actually. So my comprehension of the shutdown is that the Commander in chief can actually fire anybody without recourse at all, at any time, for any reason.

And I remember seeing this statistic, I think it was back in February, that when Bondi was appointed and hadn’t yet been confirmed as the AG, the DOJ had a hundred. She was inheriting a hundred and 30, 000 employees. 130, 000. I mean, how many companies. How many companies alone have over a hundred thousand employees? Right. So that’s. That’s pretty few you’re starting to get into the global. The FITC 2000, you know, Fortune 1000 size. Right. Because IBM is a couple hundred thousand. So you’re coming in. They hate your guts because of what you stand for. The majority, maybe not all, but generally we’re seeing the majority so far.

That’s my impression. And you’ve got 130, 000 the majority of them hating your guts and what you stand for. And by the way, this is in no way an excuse to what may or may not be happening by her as an individual. I’m just painting the picture here for everyone. And then now you have a government shutdown where you’d be like, you’re fired, you’re fired, you’re fired, you’re fired. Yeah, everyone. Trump tried to trademark you’re fired on the apprentice, and everybody went apeshit. I remember. I’m like, that’s effing ridiculous. But from a publicity standpoint, looking back, I’m like, oh, he’s smart.

He did that. For a publicity standpoint. Yeah. He’s gonna try to copyright and trademark. You were fired. So this red October could be with the furlough. Yeah. Might be using this shutdown to clean house. Yeah, There’s a lot of them that need to be cleaned out, let me tell you. Yep. Same thing in JAG I’d mentioned to you today, and general Valerie and I in our. On our live earlier this week, which was after Trump and hagseth meeting, then General Valley was hosting a private Zoom with 300 retired U. S. Military commanders. And I think it was from all the ones that were there.

I had counted 15. I’d stopped counting at 15 retired generals and admirals who were there. And these are patriots who are standing on the right side of history. Okay. Like the generals and the admirals. Some of those names you might see in the petition that went out last year. You know, of the up to 600 Admirals and Generals retired and senior senior commanders of the military at all levels, retired, assigned a petition. Some of those were on there. And general Flynn was a special guest. And so he told all of us a couple things over an hour that he was on, speaking to all of us.

And again, I was. I’m like, how the heck did I get here? You know? General told me. General Valerie told me that we. Brad, we’re gonna do that commander’s call next week. You’re gonna make it. I’m like, first I’ve heard. He’s like, can you be there? I’m like, yeah, tell me when Where? What? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Right. I’m saying it on the way up as I jump. And so I got there. General Flynn, everybody told everyone that right after the 911 tax, the government, u. S. Government got five times larger. Five times larger. So they stripped away your freedoms.

Right. All of ours, Patriot act, all these things passed surveillance, state, and they. And they just bloated five times. And then he also said that in JAG, there’s a ton of swamp to claim clean out in JAG alone. So if you’ve got the strong arm of the law, doj, civilian side, and then you have the justice on the military side, and those are bloated and overburdened with sleepers, normies woke and just deep state swamp. The. A large portion of it that all needs to be cleansed too. And he did. That was what, Tuesday? Yeah. So here’s what I think might be happening, is that they will thin them out, get rid of them.

They know who they are. Especially with Hegseth. Did you watch his speech? I watched his speech. Trump, and then I went right to that commander’s call. Yeah, it was amazing. I mean, he had no teleprompter. He was. No notes. He was just hammering them. And as a presenter, because I did the training on professional speaking. I mean, interacting and engaging people. I mean, I don’t know if he practiced that five times for a year, you know, unless he had a cochlear implant and there, you know, they’re just like leaving a line and then he’d put one.

So it really seemed like it was very well done. Genuine, you know, but so I think what will happen is they’ll weed out the ones that are just not here for America first. Yep. And then they’re going to call in some of these guys, these retired guys. General McInery. Yeah. Keepers. Militias, you know, public, private militias. They did that with BG Tata three months ago. He’s just sworn in. Retired brigadier general Anthony Tata, New York Times bestselling author brought in. Now he’s under Henson too. They were talking. Remember raising Kane, the one that Trump would always talk.

He’s like in a high position now. They’ve made him like a general. Yeah, yeah. Head of the joint chiefs. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So in part of the show, and I was going to talk about this, so we’re already there, but, you know, the. The shutdown and the furlough is just showing it all. Because I feel as well for everyone that this is going to be a way where even the federal government Employees are going to tune in to C SPAN and watch Hillary with her subpoena two days from now on Tuesday. Yeah, nothing will hold that up because we’re all waiting for it, you know, I mean, you know, really, to a ship in.

In the waters that are non US waters and do the thing with her. Yeah. And then Billy boy is a couple days after that. Yeah, yeah. So you know, like all, all eyes on for sure. And that’s for every goes the same for everybody here watching this live, recorded whatnot. You know what you do not want to miss this week are the video subpoenas of Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton. I can do what does it matter? Does it really matter? Isn’t that her line? I remember with Benghazi. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Classes like she couldn’t see and then they started questioning her about Benghazi and she was like, what does it really matter? Well, people died, Hillary.

It does matter, you know, Murdered you. You refused air support for them, you refused to get them out. You refused QRF and you refuse the jump team to go in and not get after them. There’s specific teams that are set up if, if an American embassy is overrun beyond military and QRF that they, that they can be alerted and go in and refused everything because that’s what they wanted. Was that spectacle as part of their G Wat that they kicked off September 24 years ago. Yep, yep. And hijack the consciousness too. So this is also for anybody who’s got semi awaking or awakening family, relatives or colleagues, have them tune in to C span because we also have to unra unravel that MK Ultra that transformation says and tune in C span go.

What about you in the lawsuit with all this crazy stuff? I mean, you know, just remind people of what they’ve done to your freaking life because.

And you’re still standing and writing these on your own accord. Yeah. Incredible. I mean, what it’s done to me, as far as family, it’s really broken my family up. My family doesn’t understand that I continue to go down this path. To them it looks like I’m being obsessive and living, breathing and dying conspiracy. But you know, unless you walk in my shoes and my moccasins, you don’t know what I’ve been through and I can’t explain it to you. You’d have to live it right. And they’ve shattered my life. They’ve destroyed everything I love, including my family.

And you know, I’m just gonna keep fighting. That’s all I can do. And hopefully I’ll come out the other side with some small victory. I’m hoping. Yeah, you know, it was Kevin, our mutual friend because Cindy has known Kevin for a long time White and he told me on one of our very first shows all those years feels I can say all those years ago, but it’s been four years but feels like 40 is. He said that what he remembers his dad telling him is back because the Free Hoyts were part of the Minutemen that are famously known for the firing the first shots on the British on soil.

But what really, it really came to light when I went to trial and you know, I was one day away from going into federal prison one day. And my pardon was signed the day before I was supposed to report. And that to me was, you know, God was like, no, this isn’t going to happen. That’s not in the plan, you know, and I don’t know what his plan is. I just keep doing what I think is the right thing to do and that’s, you know, all I can do.

What a flake. Freaking flake. And just exposing in him all the other people he’s likely wrongfully prosecuted who are paying massive prices. He’s great at playing good guy, bad guy. Like people you know. When you go in his courtroom, you listen to him, you’re like, ah, he seems like he’s pretty fair. Not at all. Not at all. Slimy. Slimy. Complete narcissist. My friend Jimmy Brett says that judges are just prosecutors in drag. That’s great. I’m sure Pastor Artur Pavlovsky and a few others in the Coots four in Canada and many would agree with that sentiment. Absolutely.

Well, I think, let me just make sure I’ve got everything covered off here tonight. So will it be a week of winning? So that’s what I had in the title of the show and the fact that everybody’s about to see on C Span. Hillary. Yeah.
