Summary

➡ This webinar from September 2, 2026, is a discussion with sheriffs about their role in defending against tyranny. The conversation highlights Sheriff Mike Carpinelli of Lewis County, New York, who has a decorated career in law enforcement and the military. The webinar also discusses the importance of the Constitution in maintaining America’s greatness and the role of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Organization in preserving this legacy.
➡ The text discusses the importance of supporting the Constitution and the financial decline of the dollar. It emphasizes the value of gold and silver, especially in difficult times, and encourages people to support their cause through donations and purchases from their online store. The text also discusses the autonomy of sheriffs in their communities and the importance of understanding the role of government in protecting life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It ends with a critique of the current state of taxation and the potential for universal basic income.
➡ The autonomy of sheriffs is being challenged in Washington state and elsewhere, with legislatures or county commissions appointing sheriffs instead of allowing the public to elect them. This is concerning because the appointed sheriffs’ loyalty may lie with those who appointed them, rather than the public. Additionally, there’s a discussion about the numerous licenses and fees citizens are required to pay, which some argue infringe on their liberties. Lastly, there’s a conflict in New York where the governor is trying to prevent sheriffs from cooperating with ICE, leading to a lawsuit by 15 sheriffs.
➡ The discussion revolves around the role of sheriffs in challenging unconstitutional laws and the importance of public support in this endeavor. The speakers agree that corrupt public officials should be held accountable and that the media often misrepresents the situation. They also highlight a lawsuit arguing that certain laws are unconstitutional and conflict with the supreme law, the Constitution. The speakers emphasize the importance of faith and community support in their personal lives and professional duties.
➡ A group of 15 sheriffs in New York are challenging a law passed by the governor, arguing that it conflicts with the supreme law. They believe that the governor’s law is not valid as it goes against the constitution, which should take precedence. The discussion also touched on issues related to vehicle registration and the use of flock cameras by the police, with differing opinions on their benefits and drawbacks. The debate centers around the balance between privacy and the need for law enforcement to have access to certain information for public safety.
➡ The discussion revolves around the importance of information governance and the balance between personal freedom and law enforcement needs. It questions whether vehicle registration and license plates, seen by some as an infringement on personal freedom, are necessary for maintaining law and order. The conversation also touches on the shift from common law to corporate law due to societal changes, and the need to return to constitutional limitations. Lastly, it emphasizes that while cooperation with law enforcement can be beneficial, it should not be forced, and the greatest crime today is government corruption.
➡ The text discusses the current state of crime and political division in the country, criticizing the two-party system and the government’s inability to manage spending and protect innocent citizens. It suggests that the solution lies in the people reclaiming their country and restoring the Constitution. The text also promotes a book aimed at saving the country from political corruption and encourages support for the CSPOA, an organization presumably dedicated to these goals. The text ends with a promise to improve their webinars and a call to support the constitutional republic.

Happy to have you along, everybody. This is the webinar for September 2, 2026. It is the CSPOA webinar. We are live, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the show. Sheriff okay, that’s what I wanted. Okay, good. Thank you. Yeah, I was just making sure that Sheriff Carpinelli got the link. SALMON and yes, he did. Yep. Yeah, that’s great. And Sheriff, you mentioned that during the radio show portion of the broadcast. I didn’t really want to cut you off. I just, I wanted to just tease that. No, that’s make sure this is exclusive exclusively here, because that’s what the webinar is for, is giving exclusivity to inside, you know, with sheriffs, the ability to chat and be part of the broadcast, the ability to talk directly to you and ask questions and make comments and get your take on things.

I mean, that’s really what this webinar is for. Sheriff yeah, exactly. And it, it’s to showcase what CSP has promoted across the country and what sheriffs are doing on their own because they’ve seen the subterfuge of tyranny in their own states and that we don’t just sit and watch tyranny go by in the parade anymore. We stand up, we come up to the plate, and we are part of the game and we’re part of the defense. And sheriffs are the ultimate defense against tyranny. And sheriffs in New York and even in Las Vegas. SAM yes, indeed.

Where we didn’t think that was ever going to happen. Well, it’s happening in both places. So I’m so, I, I’m, I’m so thrilled. In fact, I was just in New York a week ago and we talked about this very issue, because I was in New York and this is where it’s happening. And I called Sheriff Carpinelli about it, who is the sheriff of Lewis county, and he should be with us here pretty soon. See him yet? But. Okay, says, he says he’s jumping on. So just take time for that. Keep rolling and he’ll be here in a minute, sir.

Well, folks, you’re going to have a real treat to be able to listen to Sheriff Mike Carpinelli, Lewis County, New York. He’s been there a long time. We’ve been friends for a long time. We met at a meeting in New York City. We had lunch together on this, on the streets of New York and in this very nice Italian restaurant. We may have been in Little Italy, and I may not have realized that’s where we were because that was One of my first times in New York, and again, that was about 15, 18 years ago. And it’s been a pleasure for me to be associated with Sheriff Mike Carpinelli.

We’re good friends, but more importantly, we’re warriors in the cause of liberty. And he’s done a tremendous job. Yeah, people need to understand something about Mike Carbonelli as well. You know, Sheriff, you have. You’re pretty decorated Sheriff. You’ve been around for a long time. You know, you won at the Supreme Court, you know, all that kind of stuff. But, man, Sheriff Carpinelli has got creds like you wouldn’t believe. Okay? I mean, this guy, I don’t even know how to respond to all the creds he’s got. He basically was in the military for a while. He has been a sheriff for, let’s see, what, 15 plus years? Military veteran, longtime law enforcement officer.

He started in the 1980s. Did you know that? I’m not sure I do, yeah. Yeah. He also served in the U.S. army, received an honorable discharge. I mean, this guy’s like rock star status now. He’s very humble, so you wouldn’t know it when you talk to him. The guy’s just one of the greatest guys ever. But his professional training includes FBI instructor certification, FBI, what they call pursuit and evasive driving training. Well, I like. I like that. I like that. Yeah. High speed pursuit training. Yeah, those are exciting, man. They’re. They’re crazy. But I don’t know that I like those high speed pursuits, man.

They’re dangerous. Oh, I hate them. I don’t worry as much about the cops because I know a lot of them are trained to drive. I’m talking about the radical nutcase that takes them online. They’re crazy, and they have no experience. Yeah. He’s also been an FBI defensive tactics instructor, New York State Police, what they call accident reconstruction training, tactical warrant, forced entry training, cop. As sheriff, he oversees the office responsible for law enforcement and patrol duties, the county jail, civil process responsibilities, other public safety functions. I mean, this guy’s done it all, man. I mean, he’s just.

When I look at his creds, I just go, whoa. He’s also identified by Lewis county, where he lives, and he’s the Sheriff as the 911 director. So, you know, the guys just cred. Big time. Hi, Jack. Welcome. Sir, your thoughts on Sheriff Carbonell? Those creds are through the roof, Jack. Yeah, well, I mean, this is a great man. I enjoy every time he shows up, talks to us. I don’t remember the last Time, it hadn’t been that long ago. But regardless, yes, in Lewis County, I was just looking through the background there. There hasn’t been much happening in the way of crime there.

So he’s obviously doing a good job. When you look around the rest of New York State, you can’t say the same thing. So, you know, just from that little bit of research, you’re right about that. By the way. Everybody, those of you watching now have a chat button at the bottom of your screen. Feel free to chat to us too. We’d love to hear your comments. And this is just like the old school zoom in that you can chat to us. We’ll take your comments, we’ll respond to them, spread the word. If you have this link and you know, you know, other people that are needing the link or whatever, get it to them.

We’re making so many changes to the website, so many changes to different things that it’s a little bit difficult to get the word out. We’re going as fast as we can. Please be patient for us while we’re involved in some of these transitions. It’s going to get better and better though. The webinars are released and post edited. They’re very nice. And it’s, it’s going to get better too. But you can chat to us right now. The chat should work. Let us know if it doesn’t. But it should be working. I just sent out a chat, said welcome everybody.

And I know mine works too, so that’s something important. And if you monitor the player Jack, you can see the comments that everybody’s making as well. Well, actually the bottom, look at the bottom of the player. I’ve got two tabs open. I’ve got the, the speakers link that I’m in now. And then I’ve also got the player up so I can see kind of what’s going on with everybody. And the whole goal is to get more quality presentations, folks. That’s what we’re after because we want these webinars just to be top notch. And that’s why we place the webinar right after the radio show as well, because you get extended time.

A lot of times we’ll have a sheriff on the radio show or a special guest on the radio show and then a sheriff after that. For the webinar, you’ll get them both. As members of the CSPOA posse. Do you want to do some of the other highlights really quick, Jack? Yeah. So, yeah, we’re in the process of changing the entire look and feel. It’s not an easy process, but regardless, it’s going to get done. I mentioned the email problems from last week. We’re still moving email from point A to point B. I think Stephanie got 2000 emails out this morning.

Busy as a little beaver trying to get this stuff out so people could come and visit. 2000. Done. Good work, Stephanie. Yeah, and that’s, that’s a great feat. Anyway, we have thousands of more others to get in the system, but regardless, we’re getting there. And so we can see new changes, you know, coming over the next, let’s be conservative, three to four months. We should have it all said and done and then after that, smooth sailing thereafter. All right, that’s good news. And then up on the website, some of our sponsors that I think you usually highlight too.

Jack. Yeah, we have. Everyone who’s familiar with the webinar knows that we are supported entirely by the support and generosity of the many people who listen, pay attention and really give a darn. You use a very polite word about the current state of the United States and our constitutional history. I think we all agree here. No matter what position we come from, we all can end up in the same point. The Constitution is what makes America great. It’s the reason that we’ve come this far, that we created everything that makes everyone’s life better here in the United States and around the world.

And for that matter, it is a world that most people don’t even get to experience. And so the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Organization is here to specifically try to make certain that we can maintain that history and the legacy of men and women who put it together for us and at the same time go forward with our Constitution. To do that, we need support. So we have things online, we have storable foods, we have gold and silver recommended. Everyone pick that up. Now the financial decline is in full speed ahead mode. We see interest rates going back up again.

The 10 year yield is rising this time. Probably never to come back down. The purchasing power of the dollar is in a steady decline. The US government is now over 44. Gold’s at what, 4,360 right now? Yeah, I was going to say a little under 4400. Yeah. Silver’s at 65 bucks right now. Yep. And that’s, and that’s way undervalued. So if you’re in a market for silver, now’s the time to buy it. We say this over and over and over, but listen, they, they manipulate the price of silver as though it’s the most important mission they have.

And that’s because it is a definite symbol of the Americans ability to control their financial life and to have access to something that works even in bad times. And it’s always been that way with silver. It’s not necessarily the only antidote to a vampire, but it’s a good one. And in this particular time and age, we’re certainly living in a vampire state. So go to the site, find the various ways you can support us. There’s also a donation link/donation cspa.org donation donate I should say, and you can help us out that way. But yeah, we have a plenty bag of goodies on there, including this store where you can buy products of many kind and, and, and, and other things like for example, Global Healing, the one of our merchant providers of health remedies.

Good stuff from great people. Not just good people, but great people. So check it out. That’s what I got to say. Sam, all I can tell you is when it comes to donations, you just start with the positive number of your choice and add zeros. That’s my recommendation, ladies and gentlemen. That’s how we do it on this program anyway. There’s a lot going on though, and I want to talk about this scenario. And Sheriff Carbonelli will be joining us. He’s having a little bit of trouble with his technology, our producers helping, so they’re working on that right now.

We’ll let you know when he joins us. But in the meantime, we have got a sheriff who says, hey, I’m being punished for literally upholding the law. And this is serious business, folks. When this starts to happen, this is a hero sheriff that’s speaking out, telling the truth and letting people know what’s going on. We’ve got a video that kind of highlights this. Michael, do you have that one ready? What is your position on state cooperation with immigration officials, federal officials? Well, as I had the opportunity to travel ACROSS VIRGINIA In 2025, I met with a lot of state and local law enforcement officials to hear their perspectives and to hear their input about what they think and what is happening in their communities.

And the overwhelming thing that I heard from them is that they just want to be able to do their jobs. They don’t want the federal government coming in and telling them what to do, deploying their resources in ways that are maybe not commensurate with what they have been accustomed to or what they want to do that reflect their community’s desires. And so we continue to work with state and local law enforcement to support them. I enforce the laws that are on the books. That’s my job and that’s what I’ve committed to. So from your conversations with them, they don’t want the federal overreach, as you say.

So is it your interpretation that they should not cooperate with federal immigration officials? Well, what they should do is follow the law, which is what we do. What is the law? The law is that they’re pursuing the policies for their communities to keep them as safe as humanly possible. Governor Spanberger has rescinded the executive order that Governor Young can put forth, that mandated cooperation. And right now, those localities are in charge of their communities and their policies. And we support law enforcement, state and local, to do their jobs, which is to keep our communities safe. And as the laws continue to change or move, as the General assembly is, I think, debating several measures right now, we continue to be ready to enforce the laws should they change here in this commonwealth.

But right now, we could maintain our position that we want this to be a safe place. We want people not to feel scared to protect their civil rights and civil liberties from. From top to bottom. All right, there you have that, ladies and gentlemen. That’s the starting point for this. So we at the CSPOA understand Sheriff Mack’s Supreme Court case win, which says, you know what? The feds can’t force one way or deny the other way. Sheriffs have autonomy. Sheriff. Yeah, they do. And we’ve been trying for 15 years to educate sheriffs about that and to educate the public about that.

And, you know, really, if you. If you did your street interviews, kind of like Jay Leno used to do it, and right now, Nick Shirley and others that go along the beaches and other places, if you asked American citizen, first of all, what form of government we have, but then ask them this, do you have a sheriff in your community? And then ask, do you know who the. The boss of your Sheriff is? What, 90%, 98%, 99% of the people would not know the answer. If you ask to a police officer in your area who the boss of the sheriff was, I’ll bet you’ll still get 75% that won’t know.

And sometimes you’ll even get a sheriff who won’t know. And that’s tragic indeed, ladies and gentlemen. That’s crazy town. Yeah. Yeah. So the reason he is so autonomous is because he’s an independent, because he answers only to the people in his community who elected him. Correct. And I think that’s called a constitutional republic based on by, for, and of the people. Amen. To that, John Hestad chimes in on the Chat Babylon system is the Vampire and Grand Rising. Fellows, great to see you and gratitude for your service. So, I mean, he’s right on this. I think what Jack said about, you know, we got a vampire state going on.

We do. We have, you know, finances and problems with money sucking the blood out of every community. We have mandates and regulations that, you know, Trump has done his best to reduce, but, man, we need a thousand times more. And we need it in a hurry, though, man. I mean, it’s like we’re deprived of oxygen, Sheriff. Yeah, no kidding. And. And we are being deprived of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And maybe, maybe we use those three tenets too often and people don’t stop and say, oh, wait, what is our country? What is our government really based on? The whole purpose of all government is to protect life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness.

Everybody know what pursuit of happiness means? It’s the antithesis of socialism and communism. It means I own the fruits of my labor. It means I own my property. My property belongs to me. It does not be paying taxes on it every year either. Well, exactly. Yeah. And look, I’m all for paying our fair share, but our fair share has been so bastardized that it means up to 60, 70, 80% of everything we have is forwarded to the government. Yeah. That’s why pretty soon they’ll give you a universal basic income, because they’ll take all your money and you’ll just get a little.

Well, yeah, they’re stealing it from it. Yeah, of course. They’re leaving us. Yeah, of course. And everybody will have the same. Dennis Hurley chimes in, says, who votes the sheriff in? And that’s a very nuanced question, because the answer is the people are supposed to vote their sheriffs in. The problem is we have vote fraud. To where, you know, it’s hard to say, is it big business? Is it money? Is it dark money? Is it. You know, and you really see that when. When, for example, Thomas Massey got kicked out because of big money. And you see elections going to, you know, places where George Soros or Mark Zuckerberg or, you know, these kind of people have put in tons and tons of money, and money and groups manipulate elections till the cows come home.

We’ve seen that. So when you say, who votes the sheriff in? The people are supposed to. Sheriff Mack. Well, yeah, and some places are actually like the conference that we had in Washington state in January that you and I put on, or the CSPOA put on and the whole thing was there. The state is trying to say who can and who cannot. Well, they already passed a law, but the sheriffs and the chiefs of police association, sheriffs and chiefs of police are fighting that because they don’t want the woke state of Washington’s legislature and governor and attorney general to be in charge of who becomes the next sheriff.

And then if they don’t like the sheriff, they just get rid of them. And so the autonomy and independence of the sheriff are being attacked in Washington state and it’s happening everywhere that legislatures or county commissions are now appointing the sheriff because they don’t trust the people to make the proper selection, good, bad or indifferent. That responsibility and that stewardship belongs to we people. People. And ladies and gentlemen, remember when they appoint sheriffs like that, or if they appoint police chiefs, remember those who appoint them is who their allegiance is to. Those who write their paycheck, those who you know by hooker, by crook, put them in office in the first place.

It’s like, hey, I’ve made you sheriff, now you owe me. Make sure that you fly right. And you know, you can say, sam, come on, that doesn’t happen. And my response is it happens all the time. And just look at the examples of some of these sheriffs now pushing back saying, hey, the feds or the state or whatever is trying to mandate we do different things. So there we have it. Dennis Hurley says correct, he’s right, it’s true. About the elections and want to chime in on those, Jack though. Oh, I was looking at. And you, you were talking recently about taxes and so forth.

And I was thinking about the tax slave state that we live in today. And you know, as a, as an American citizen of the state, constitutional state citizen, you know, none of these fees and charges apply. And I was looking at some of the supreme Court rulings over the course of the year we have. No state shall convert a liberty into a license and charge a fee thereof. Murdoch vs. Pennsylvania 319 U.S. 105. And if the state converts a right liberty into a privilege of citizen, can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right and the liberty with impunity.

And then you start looking at the licenses and fees. You know, you have fishing, hunting, drivers, drones, barbers, tattoos, massage. Imagine order to cut hair. You have to have a license, travel agent license, lawyers and such, contract license, marriage license, camping permits, construction permits, solar panel permit, livestock permit, concealed carry permits, burn permits, protest permits, vehicle registration fees, boat registration, bike registration of plane permits. It’s unbelievable. Land use fees. Hello, Guys, I can. I’m gonna try to get some better service here in one second. I’m trying hard up here in the mountains now. You’re doing good.

You’re doing good. You’re. You’re looking real good. He looks like a circle. There we go. Now I got you. Gentlemen, how you all doing? Good. We’re just glad to have you here, Sheriff. Thank you so much for showing up, man. Well, Sheriff Mack, thank you and all you guys. Boy, I’ll tell you, it’s so good to see. To see your faces and hear your voices. I. I miss you all. This is nice. All right, so, Sheriff Mike Carpinelli, just so everybody understands, we did talk about your incredible credentials. We don’t want to waste any more time on them.

You’re a humble guy, but, man, he’s credentialed since the 80s in law enforcement, doing just about everything under the sun. But you got a big old event happening in your state where the governor’s going psychotic, right? The governor is a. Is a bad one, similar to Spanberger in Virginia, who’s now got the lowest approval rating since any government any Governor’s had since 1994. I would say that’d be the same for Hosho or however you say her name. Yeah, well, talking about governors, we have a doozy out here in Arizona, too. But you just said Spam Burger in Virginia, right, Is the least popular in the country.

Oh, yeah. Very deserved, too. Very deserved. And it’s all about second amendment stuff. I mean, primarily, they’re up in arms about it, and that’s a fun con. But they did. They. They. They understand the whole issue. It’s not just, you know, the right to carry and so forth, but it’s the right to be able to sell weapons properly and to, you know, get around all these licenses and fees that. These right there. Well, tell us what Sam was alluding to when he. When you. He welcomed you to the show. Well, what is going on? Why are sheriffs fighting with the New York governor? Well, what she’s trying to do is she’s passed a law saying that we can’t cooperate with ICE in any way, which is absolutely ridiculous, to assist or help enforce the laws of our.

Of our state and the country. And so is there any punishment. Is there any punishment affixed to the law or the mandate or to the. Or to the executive? Well, she. Yeah, she has sent threatening letters. She sent threatening letters to a couple of sheriffs so far saying that if they were to break this and. And not follow her law, that she is the one that has the ability to try to remove us from office. Well, good luck with that when she goes to do that. So. Well, I remember when you and I first met and we were fighting Cuomo, Governor Cuomo, about the SAFE act, which was a gun control law, and sheriffs in New York were standing, especially you were standing against it, and he threatened to get rid of the sheriff.

That’s correct, sir. Matthew. Right. And back then it was Governor Cuomo and, you know, they were telling me after my, in my first term that I could be removed from office for, you know, how you want to say, standing up against them. Right. And here I am, almost 16, going on, 16 years later, we’re still here fighting them. So, you know, I, I’m glad to be here and I’m going to continue to fight with the rest of my fellow sheriffs, and it’s good to see these guys getting together in a group here now. You know, in a large group, there’s 15 of us on the lawsuit.

The rest of the association is behind us on it, and it sends a strong message to the people of the state of New York. It really does. But let me ask a question. I appreciate a lawsuit, but if the governor tries to arrest a sheriff or cause a problem with the sheriff, really, the governor is violating the, the law. Can’t the governor be arrested? No, I, I like to see that. I’ve, I’ve never seen it done, never heard of it. And. But if the governor, I mean, I would like to see it done. Well, it, it still might be a civil action, though, Sam.

It might not be criminal. It might just be civil action, which they’ve already started and they’re there even in the woke state where there’s some woke judges. I believe that the sheriffs will be successful on this. Just like we were, just like we were back 15 years ago with Cuomo. Right? No, you’re right, Sheriff Mack. It’s, it’s, it’s more so he says, civil with this. You know, we’re not doing anything criminal by, by not, by not following and enforcing the law. We are doing something more criminal if we don’t enforce our, our laws to, to work with the, with ICE and to take criminals off the street.

So, so did you say that the entire Sheriff’s association of New York is backing the sheriffs that have filed the 15 sheriffs that have launched the lawsuit? Yeah. Continue to push it forward. And, and we accomplished that. So the whole association is behind you, though. Right. That means some of the leftist Democrat sheriffs are actually saying, yeah, we need to. What are they saying? Well, okay, so they’re, they’re there with us, but they’re not signing on with us on a lawsuit, but they’re there with us. Okay, so that’s, that’s a step in the right direction. We’re showing solidarity that way.

Yeah, of course. Yes, it is. So let me ask this, Sheriff Carbonelli, because I really want to understand this. If the governor disobeys the law and tries to control the sheriffs, and Sheriff Mack, maybe you can answer this too. If the governor, the state. So right. So if the, if the governor disobeys the law and tries to railroad the sheriffs on this thing. I know we want to go for lawsuits and I appreciate lawsuits, but at the same time, I, I don’t think the courts decide everything. At some point. We think the court is the highest decider in the land, and I don’t really agree with that.

What are the remedies do sheriffs have besides going to court, Sheriff Carbonelli? Well, we can also rally our own, our own constituents and you know, to help us out, we can hold back maybe in certain ways of cooperating with the state and other programs, you know, in such a, in those ways, you know, with our, with our local legislators as far as, you know, always worrying about grant funding, about finding ways to, to, to fund us locally so we don’t have to depend upon the governor’s office for a hand down. Excellent advice, Jack. I, I, I think that, you know, that the fact that they are violating the law puts them in a position, and as Sheriff Mack mentioned is, are we talking criminal or civil law, but puts them in a position where they’re vulnerable to arrest of some form.

But the problem is, and I think Sheriff Carbonelli would agree, that if you show up there with a handful of your deputies and try to arrest a governor, you’re going to end up in a situation that’s not very pretty and the whole weight of the system is going to come down on the sheriff’s department, even if it’s real and good and, and wholesome and constitutional because of the way the media is controlled by the same people that are holding office. So it’s going to be very difficult operation. I agree with Sheriff Carbonelli. The way to make this happen is for the sheriff to go to the people, appeal to his voters, and maybe it’ll catch on like some sort of plague, you know, where it’ll go around the state like a virus and everyone catches on and goes, wow, they’re right over in Lewis county need to get on board with this and we need these people gone.

We have to have kinetic activity to save this country. John writes from the chat, we the people have neglected our duty as the boss. It’s a no show, no go. And then he says, hence our boss is a holistic sodomite, which I don’t want to, you know, focus on really. But I will say this, we have forgotten to be the boss. Sheriff Mack Yeah, that’s true, Sam. And I believe that the corruption. Back to your original question, Sam. I believe that corrupt public officials need to be investigated criminally. And I think that they get far too many passes on this because Cuomo didn’t have the authority and Cuomo actually realized that and he actually came out and kind of made a half handed apology to the sheriffs.

Oh well, you guys, you know, we’re still buddies and you know, you know, he realized that sheriffs actually doing their duty was something that he could not suspend them for. And even though he threatened to suspend sheriffs way back then, I can tell everyone I was with Sheriff Carpinelli when that threat came out from the governor and I can tell you right now, it didn’t mean anything to him then. It was meaningless. It’s meaningless now. But the sheriffs are united in fighting for this and, and thank God that they are. Go New York sheriffs. Way to go.

Hey man. And let me throw this out for Sheriff Mike Carpinelli as well. The lawsuit and I want the sheriff to speak to this, but the lawsuit argues that the laws on the books are unconstitutional. And so the sheriff’s lawsuit, and thanks for Stephanie bringing this forward, the law is unconstitutional because it conflicts with the supreme law, the Constitution. So the sheriffs want the courts to stop the state from trying to enforce, quote, and what our, our dear friend Michael would say, the attorney would say, hey, that’s pretend, it’s pretend legislation. And that’s your core argument, right? Sheriff that’s correct.

Sam, tell Stephanie thank you. I want to bring that up. We know it’s unconstitutional and she, and, and the governor, you know, she knows this, this, this, that’s the funny thing or the disgusting thing of it is that she uses the media and, and goes, He’s having, he’s having a hard time. Go ahead, Sheriff Matt, continue though you can. Yeah, but he’s, he’s right. Yeah, yeah, keep going. Sheriff. Yeah, so this is what, this is what she does and, and the media goes right along with it. You know, it fools the people and that’s why I tell them don’t always use the, the, you know, the mainstream media.

Go to our, our podcast, go to our other websites we have and, and listen to the sheriffs themselves. Listen to people’s like, like your organization, Sheriff Mack, the CPS coa and, and get the facts. Sam, all you guys. Jack, you do a wonderful job and I’m hoping that more people will continue to go and listen to this because they, this is what gives the people the authority, the strength and the power to, to, to go forward with the Constitution. As they say, it’s we the people. And they have to be reminded of that. I think we have one of the, one of the best people in our, in our top office right now getting that agenda out there.

And without that, you know, like you said, it’s only as strong as, as, as the people that are involved behind it. So Sheriff Carpinelli, let me ask you this. The lawsuit that Sheriff Richard Mack had really highlights the facts that says, hey, you can’t commandeer the local sheriffs. You just can’t do that. That’s what’s being done here. Are you guys using Sheriff max win. Incredible 10th amendment decision. Win. To illustrate your point in court for this one, I would like to see. I’ll tell you who’s. Who’s heading this up our, one of our top sheriffs who used to be a state senator and just became a sheriff this, this past year, Sheriff Fred Aar.

And he was a member of the House in Albany. So he himself, Sheriff Milby and, and like I said, the 15 others of us that are doing this. So with the people that working with, with the firm we’re working with, I would certainly hope that they are. And if they’re not, I will bring that up at our next meeting. Sheriff Mack, maybe you can somehow be involved and kind of highlight it for them. I’ll go through the case and send you some of the points the case makes for, for that very purpose. Fantastic. Thank you, Sheriff Mack.

You got it. And then I think hopefully we can get Sheriff Mack on tap to kind of support and advise and, and provide some guidance. I really think your lawsuit should set the president. Shouldn’t it, Sheriff Mack? In some ways it will. Yeah, go ahead, Sheriff Carpinelli. Yeah, I, I, that would be fantastic to have him come on board with us and I, and I will get to, you know, convene with a group here this week sometime. But I, I can tell you again, I know my, my, our, our entire group that’s behind this, the people in the New York State are, are definitely excited.

They’re supporting us strongly. They know that, that she has several times, you know, usurped her so called authority as the governor in many ways. And the only guys that are keeping her in check is the sheriffs in the state of New York so far. And so we’re going to stand proud on that, you know. Yeah, the last line of defense. Exactly. I think I’ve. Amen, Sheriff. But a question, people have asked me this before and I’m not quite certain. Is there a sheriff in New York City or is there, is there a New York County? I know the city doesn’t have sheriff.

Is there a New York County? Do they have a sheriff? They do have a sheriff there and he is also. He’s appointed, not elected. And yeah, that’s, that’s the problem right there. Half of a sheriff. Sheriff. There you go. There you go. Yeah, I was gonna say then you don’t really have a sheriff. You, you, you have a. No, no, that. You know, Sheriff, I try to. Sheriff Mac, I try to be respectful as I can, but I have to agree with you on that one. That’s right. It’s not a full sheriff. Not at all, sir.

That’s a ceremonial when the people speak and make the choice. That’s, you know, when the people speak and make their choice and who they would like to represent them, to stand for them and stand behind them and in front of them to keep them from harm. That’s your sheriff right there. Yeah, well. And Sheriff, I know that your wife is under medical care right now and we have Sheriff Bob Thonger’s wife in Washington State. The same. My co author’s wife, the same. And we just want to extend our faith and prayers on behalf of Vicki and Franny and Ginger and all others, my brother, but anybody else.

We want to make sure that we unite in our faith and prayer and our hearts for these good people that are battling a very serious, serious disease. And our. Our very best to your wife. Oh, thank you, Sheriff. And like you mentioned, the other, the other, the other people out there going through the same thing. My hearts are with him, my prayers are with them and always know that. I can tell you this, sir. Having, having faith in Jesus Christ is one of the most important things, whether you’re family wise in times like this. And also it keeps our.

He’s. It’s a guiding light and a beacon and I can’t thank you enough. And I send, like you said, I send prayers and hugs to the other families because we all know what we’re going through. So. Thank you, sir. You’re more than welcome. Before anything else that we work on for freedom and for our country and for each other and for the Constitution, you and I are friends, and that will always be the top part of it. Thank you, sir. That. That’s for darn sure, you guys. You know, from day one, back when I met Sheriff Mack, the first time I knew I had a.

I had a. He’s cutting out, but no doubt Sheriff Carpinelli believes in God, family, and country, in that order. Sheriff? Yeah, he’s a good man. Really good man. And we. We extend our faith and prayers to his good wife. And I hope he can stay on. I have one more question for him. Yeah. What else. What else should we know? What else should we know about this lawsuit? Because what you really got at the core of this is, hey, the sheriffs are saying, you know what, Governor? Your laws conflict with the supreme law, and that ought not be.

And the supreme law takes president. And that, in my mind, is the quintessential discussion. And this case where these 15 sheriffs are standing up in New York, but it’s the quintessential case all across the land. Sheriff Mack. Well, see, that’s what I want to verify for sure. And maybe Sheriff Carpinelli can help me with this. Was it a law passed by the legislature, or was it an order just given from the governor? Are you back on, Mike? Yeah, that. No, it was a law that she passed not not only herself, but the. The. The house did against us and all when he did.

And it was a law that was passed because she can’t pass a law by herself. This is just an executive order. But she got the house to pass this legislation on this particular bill? Yes, she said. Yes, she did. All right, well, it would have the face of law, but it’s what Michael Paruca told us Sam was alluding to earlier. It’s called stuff like that. A law like that is actually called pretended legislation, which is a quote from the Declaration of Independence. So, yeah, he knew what he was talking about. So, Sam, did you have another question for Sheriff and Jack and Sam, If I can, I’m gonna have to.

I’m gonna have to leave here. We’ll let you fly, Sheriff. God bless you. We understand. Thank you so much. And we’ll get you back soon. By the way, Sheriff, I dropped the radio portion of this webinar, but I think I’m gonna bring it back going forward on future Wednesdays because we could give Mike a radio number and Even though we wouldn’t be able to see him, would be able to put his picture on the screen with us and then killer, he’d have great audio. So, Sheriff, we understand. My only last question is, is there anything else about the lawsuit we should know? It looks like we lost him.

Yeah, he said he had to go. All right. Any comments, Jack? Well, he’s a great man. I looked it up. The. The. That was a law that they created. They’re claiming that the sheriff’s laws themselves against the government of New York and the. And the governor is that it violates federal law. And so, you know, they got themselves into state against federal government. But I think that. Yeah, we want to say it a little differently though. It violates constitutional law. Right. It. It violates the fact that the sheriff has autonomy, for one thing. And. And there.

That’s why I believe Sheriff Max court case should be so pivotal here. I think that another thing that we want to bring up right today is the fact that this Greg Bovino, you remember him, he was the former border control guy who ended up in Minneapolis. But he’s saying that there are now 105 million illegal aliens in the U.S. you know, that’s 1/3 of the U.S. population and that undocumented migrants comprise about one quarter of the people occupying the U.S. he estimated 30 million illegal aliens were let in during the Biden era. Most illegal aliens are living on public support, actually welfare, direct support from the state.

So this is. They’re not only here, but they’re undermining a financial system that’s already headed for the. The ground level. So this is very important right now. That was so polite, Jack. It’s amazing. Yeah, that’s headed for the ground level. I’m trying to be nice here. You know, you guys know that I’m can sometimes lose control of that idea. However, this is. I mean, you know, I think this is an unbelievable thing. And there is, according to Bovine, there’s after the incident in Minneapolis or wherever it was, where there was the ICE agent that shot somebody, that the removal of these people has stopped and basically it’s gone down to next to nothing.

So, you know, my feeling and my statements that I can see from looking at the evidence is that that the borders haven’t been closed tight and that it’s a very slow trickle getting people out of the country. I know I see some articles today about a thousand here and a thousand there. That’s got nothing to do with the total number. It can’t even touch it in a million Years. Yeah. Barack Obama still has the title of deporting the most people, just so everybody knows, and Donald Trump’s trying to catch up. But, man, here’s the point that Sheriff Mack made during the radio program portion of the broadcast today is really right.

You know, everybody is doing their very best to shut Donald down at every turn, including the Republicans, including Congress and everything else. And so it’s just a disaster. And we can’t really blame that on President Trump and Tom Holman and company. They’ve done their best in spite of a very hostile, very brutal system that’s. That’s unleashing everything against them. By the way, John chimes in with some good news, though. He says basically that. What’s this county called? I don’t know how to say this county. Anyway, there’s this county that shoot marionette. Marionette. Yeah. Scroll up my screen.

Sorry. Yep. Yep. Anyway, Marionette county’s got some good news, right, Jack? I don’t know. I just saw that. It says the police have covered up the flock cameras. Yeah, that’s another interesting story that I’ve written a great deal about. But I’m just saying, at least the police aren’t back in the flock cameras then. Yep. Yeah. But, you know, let’s. I wanted to talk about this flock thing. Go ahead, Sheriff, because every car has your personal information on it. Okay? It’s all registered to you. And then police, as soon as they see your name there, they can run your plate anytime they want.

They could be just. You could be just in front of them at a stoplight. If he wants to run your plate, he can run your plate. He can find your address, everything. Why are all our cars registered to the government and have all our personal information there if we’re going to cover up flock cameras? And why don’t we cover up and stop registering our car to the state? That would mean. And then we act like we’re covering up the flock cameras and that we’re actually stopping the abuse. Yeah. Did you used to have to register your horse, sheriff, to make the point? Oh, yes.

Silver, my favorite horse. Yeah. Yeah. They had to put a stamp on her back butt. Yeah, There you go. Anyway, I’m just telling you, at least. At least there’s a start, though. People are pushing back on the flock cameras and just lease. So again, it’s not a problem that. That, you know, people take pictures. You can do whatever you want in public. The problem is how this information is being used. I mean, cops. That’s the case. That’s the question. Right there. The cops that think a check chick is sexy, then they basically just hunt her down and boom, you know, or whatever.

You know, the problem is how this information is being used by whom. So, you know, I want to be very careful when people say, oh, flock cameras, they’re unconstitutional. My response is, no, they’re not. It’s what’s done with and how that information is cataloged and controlled and used by whom, that makes it unconstitutional. Sheriff. Excellent point. That’s exactly correct, Sam. And you know, folks, are you, all of you, going to say that none of us should have our vehicles registered. My information should not be there. And then somebody in a white car, sedan, Kidnaps your son, and you want people to help, and there’s no license to.

To check. Yeah, there’s no way to track. There’s no way to track anybody. So that. That all they gotta do is run through the. The. The Earl Schwab quick paint, buddy. And then you don’t know the car. Right, exactly. And. And so. But how many white cars are out there? And people, oh, it was a white truck. And then you try to stop every white truck. Yeah. Not gonna help. The specific. Specificity with the information on a license plate is a tremendous help for. For police and sheriffs. I have sheriffs that are totally going against the flock cameras, and we have sheriffs that have been to our convention, Sam, that are saying just the opposite, that the flock cameras help, and people just need to calm down.

Well, my response, what we really need is instead of debating clock flock cameras, instead of people violating property and vandalizing those cameras, which is being done and which I reject, what we need to do is step back and really focus on what’s the governance for this. If the information is there and it can be there, then the question is we just need to make sure that the use of it is constitutional. What does it take to make the use of that? Cause it’s like a checkpoint. You can have a checkpoint. That’s okay. How do you do it? And the same thing applies here, doesn’t it, sheriff? Yeah, and some people think it’s the biggest violation of freedom that has ever been, that I have to register my vehicle with the state, and I don’t like to be required to do that either.

But if we all look at it and say, I voluntarily have my license plate registered just in case that it could help law enforcement, I don’t see any personal offense to it. And I want to cooperate, and I want to make things easier for people who are being victimized and Criminalized. And I want to help find a lost child or a kidnapped child. And can that, if that will really help, I don’t mind sharing that with my neighbors and friends and the police. And if it helps catch a criminal. What. What. What am I out? Well, Steve asks a very relevant question in the chat, sheriff, that you could respond to.

He basically says, does due process count for anything anymore? I mean, is it not due process, but a probable cause? And really, probable cause leads to due process, in my opinion, if you do it right. But does probable cause mean anything anymore? And I think that’s. That’s really where I’m talking about this governance of information. Just because information exists, that doesn’t mean that it should be used. You know, I have a passport, but that doesn’t mean everybody should just dig into my passport and back into all my life that the passport collected. Unless there’s justifiable probable cause.

And then following due process guidelines, it’s the governance of this information that I think is the most critical. And so when we just destroy flock cameras as the people, and we think that’s a, you know, a shot across the bow, I believe we’re actually making the problem worse. Right. Well, and I describe probable cause. So a lady gets her car hacked or carjacked. Sorry, Jack, but. So she gets a car that was too good. Kid is in the car, and she gets thrown out into the street. And then she gives the information real quick to police.

But that. See, that scenario doesn’t work. Or a car. A guy in a car hurries up and kidnaps her kid, takes it from her car, and he speeds off. She. She notices the license plate. All of that is probable cause. The description of the man, the description of the car, and that she got his license plate. Okay, some of us don’t want license plates on there at all. That would be a good information to have where you can find that person. Now do. Now the question is, do we in the freedom movement say no, If I don’t want to have my car registered and my name on there and address, it’s my right not to have it? I don’t disagree with that.

But those of us who. Others who might want to say, you know, that really doesn’t hurt me. If it helps police, it helps a victim, then I voluntarily put it there. And I think that’s probably the best way to do it. Yep. And that brings up the further question, are we under kind of a common law scenario? Are we under kind of a corporate, you know, law scenario where it’s Incorporated, it’s a corporate law and you know, that’s where some of the discussions are. And let me just explain a principle that people need to understand when people are moral, good, honest, law abiding citizens.

In other words, they use their freedom correctly. There’s liberty, folks. Liberty is freedom used wisely. Correctly. You can be free to drink alcohol and if you drink too much, you become a slave. You’re not free anymore. But liberty would be, hey, if you have the right to drink alcohol and you, you don’t drink or you drink, you know, carefully or whatever you want to say and you don’t get addicted and you don’t give up your freedom, then you have liberty. Liberty is freedom used wisely. Well, the reason I’m bringing that up is because the reason we’re moving from such common law to corporate law in the first place and corporate or you know, mandated, you know, etc regulation is because the people are wicked.

So the reason we have license plate and registrations on cars is because people have done wrong with cars to the point where, hey, they’re mobile, you can hit and run and leave the scene of a crime and no one can ever trace you down. And, and so there’s got to be a way for accountability. And well, when wickedness reigns, accountability, okay, we don’t need laws when we obey God’s laws, but we need a lot of laws the more we disobey God’s laws. And so sadly we’re slipping into that more and more. And that’s the reason, Sheriff, all government is but a necessary evil.

And, and why is it evil to control other people? To tell people what they have to do? That’s, but that’s why the Constitution was devised to keep all that as limited as possible. And we’ve gone way beyond those limits. And we need to get back to the constitutional limitations as prescribed by our founding fathers. Absolutely. And I really believe this. No one should be forced to have their car registered to the state. No one should. We should we all come together and cooperate to a certain degree? That is my opinion. Yes. Should you, anyone be forced to register their car to the state? No.

Well, and that’s the other kind of thing, you know, if they didn’t make it a nickel and diming and just raping me in my wallet and charging me taxes on my car to where I hate it, and then I’d actually be willing to cooperate. They gotta, you know, make sure that I feel like there’s value provided by the proper rule of limited constitutional government. Then I’m more than willing to participate in a very productive way. Jack, do you have a final quick story before the end of the hour? I don’t know. I was going to comment on that.

You know, the Sheriff Maclean, about the. The fact that we shouldn’t have to register and so forth, but the United States, of course, right now under basically the 14th amendment law, requires that people provide the title to the car to the state, and then you end up with a certification, which is certificate actually means an example that something exists elsewhere. You have a picture of the fact that there is a title, but you don’t have the title of your car. And I think these are the sort of underlying problems that we have in this situation right now is most people don’t understand how quickly they’ve taken away everything you have, all of ownership.

I think that causes an increase in crime. I think as you increase the amount of. Of punishment, as you mentioned about this state that we live in today, where we have an endless flow of these statutory laws that are not constitutional, people begin to act out, behave differently. And I think that leads to more revenue for the state, better business for the prison systems, and a more miserable life. And so, yes, if we don’t have license plates on all the cars, then we’re going to have to have an alternative system. But the alternative system is that people maintain, as Sam said, their understanding that liberty comes at the cost of being vigilant and to preserve it themselves.

And then we provide information to people more readily as they see crimes happening and so forth. Something else steps in when people become happier. And I want to end the 14th Amendment and create a system that goes back to the United States and provides for citizenship for people at all levels, not through some phony corporate constitution that’s created by the city of Washington, D.C. and then distributed the states in the form of sub corporations. That’s what I want. And the proof to John’s or Steve’s point in this case is, you know, Sheriff Mack, when you go in to fight a traffic ticket and you say, hey, I want a trial by jury, they’re like, hey, you don’t get a trial by jury in this state.

We don’t have that for these minor offenses or whatever they want to call them, They’ve literally taken stuff off the table and their goal is just to shut you down and force you to pay. Yeah, you don’t have to hold the fifth Amendment. I’m right in the middle. I’m right in the middle of appealing a case of my own on that. So, yeah, so anyway, we’re on top of that. But I want everybody to understand we’re kind of bouncing around this and but I want to be very bold and frank about this. The greatest crime in America today is government corruption.

Okay. So I think the flock cameras and all that are back and forth, they’re so meaningless when you look at the gargantuan crime going on in our country by the people we hire to protect our rights. And I guess that goes back to the two party system that we’ve already assailed in. Yeah, the cameras are just a symptom. Yeah. Pretty innocuous when you come to look the innocent people that are going to prison, innocent people being killed and the way our government is proud of all of it and the fight between the two parties is all proud of it.

And that the destruction of our Constitution is the result of the Democrat and Republican not just divisiveness but fight and the hate that is produced between those two parties and nothing gets done. They can’t even balance a budget and they can’t even control and stop their own ridiculous spending, let alone putting innocent people in prison just almost on a daily basis. And so once we the people take back our country then we can restore the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. And again our book is really written for that and to try to save our country this year before we allow any more of the Democrat Republican corruption.

Get your copy today. Murderofamerica.com Ladies and gentlemen, also spread the word about the CSPOA people can watch these extended webinars chat comment as you tell, we respond to the chats. This webinar went better than the last ones. We apologize. There’s some glitches that we’re working out. We will eventually add radio to this too, guys. And the benefit to doing that if we add radio to it is then you can take a caller like Mark Carpentell, Michael Carpinelli, the good sheriff of New York because he could have just chimed in on the phone and we could have put a picture up and we would have had a lot more solid audio.

So we’re going to work on making this a whole lot more stable going forward. Thanks for your patience as we make these transitions. Remember to support the CSPOA everywhere you go. Tell everybody about the posse so they can become a member. Cspoa.org thanks everybody. Thank you Jack Mullen. Thank you Sheriff Mack. And we’ll chat next Wednesday. God save our constitutional republic.
