This is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Welcome to the webinar, Sheriff. Hey, thanks, Sam. It’s great to be back with you this beautiful Wednesday morning. It’s great to be back with our CSPOA members. And I met with many of them. Not many of them, but, well, several. Potentially many of them because there was 500 people at the storm summit in Las Vegas over the weekend. All right, let’s get to that in just a minute.

And now let’s get back to your travels, Sheriff Mack. You’ve been all over the place, sir. Well, including your place. Yes, indeed. Don’t forget that. So anyway, the Lovely bride of 51 years, Dawn. And I. And I. I’ve always. I’ve always had a little problem with her name because I grew up with a Donald and a Dawn in my neighborhood. And so when I finally heard a girl being called Don, I go, what now? That’s a guy’s name.

But I really like the name. First of all, she was. Aw. Answer. Yeah, of course. So you have to. You have to pronounce it like New Jersey. You have to do. Yeah, Dawn. And then that sounds very feminine, and it sounds like a different name. And she was born on the 4th. 4th of July. That was Liberty. That was me. Come on. Yeah. And you was born on January 1, New Year’s Day, way back in 19. And. And so her parents named her dawn because of that. The dawn of the New Year. Dawn of the New Year, Yep.

And did you also then get married on that date, too? So you only have a birth date and New Year, your anniversary, you can remember it all in one day? No, we got married May 20th. The reason I asked that is my dad married my mom on her birthday, and I asked him why, and he said, because then that way I can remember them both at once. Oh, yeah, that helps. My wife said. My wife said, I would never let you do that. Why would you destroy a. An awesome celebration day and merge them into one and I get less celebrations? Are you out of your mind? Of course.

She’s right. Julie was right. She’s Julie. Right. But yeah. So Don and I loaded up the truck and we took three cases of books and then some other books. The county sheriff, America’s Last Hope and the Proper Role of Law Enforcement. And of course, what few Supreme Court decisions that everyone. Everyone should have this in your folks. You should have this all over your home. You should have these scattered. You should make sure you have them in your car. Hand them to police officer officers and county commissioners and others. The greatest 10th Amendment decision ever rendered in the history of America.

Of course. And you. Everyone should have this. And so one guy at the storm summit that I did in Vegas, and I’m getting Ahead of myself. But he actually said, hey, I read your book. And I said, you already read the Democrat Murder of America. He goes, no, your Supreme Court case. You told us to read it first. Oh. I said, yeah. He said, men. He says, that was one heck of a book. He said, I know. And I said, it’s the smallest book in America. Right? You know, it’s only 16 pages and you can read it in 10 minutes.

He said, I cannot believe what you did, Sheriff. And I said, the miracle wasn’t mine. I said, I just. I guess I answered the call, but this miracle was not mine. It is everybody. It belongs to the American people. And it was divine providence, no question. And so he, he said, that’s absolutely true. He’s amazing. And he lives in New York, folks, and he’s really working with Sheriffs there, the 14 sheriffs that are standing up and suing the governor there. And, and this is just tremendous work that’s going on. And he’s a part of it. And he, he wants to be active and he wants to work with sheriffs, and he has vetted sheriffs before.

And now he’s try to put together for those 14, 15 sheriffs, a CSPA seminar in New York. And we really need to do that, of course, nationwide. And we still want to do. And we don’t want to do it. We’re going to do a national conference with at least 1200 sheriffs and get this thing moving like it’s supposed to. But it’s all a matter of funding, ladies and gentlemen, if, you know, an angel investor, let us know, because we really need all the funding that we can get to make that happen. By the way, they say Mitch Vexler was incredible at the Vegas event, too, Sheriff.

Oh, yes. Yes, he was. And I didn’t get to hear all of him, but he did have a good following there and a good response. And Sam, I am proud to tell you, of all the speeches that I saw there and presentations, no one got a bigger response than we did. And I say we because the first thing. And like I was telling you, my wife and I packed up on Wednesday. The event started on Thursday of last week. We were there bright and early, but one thing that they did, they did not allow vendors to be selling their merchandise while other speakers were going.

And they had us upstairs. You know the AERN as well as I do. Yeah. The main floor had tables and chairs set up for 500 people. And there was definitely five, 500 or more. There was a big line of about 100 people to register on Thursday. And then that night they had some activities. But at. At 3:00 clock in the afternoon was registration. And down the hall there’s like 100 people. So what did my wife and I do? We brought books over to where they were and I told them who I was. Oh, we know you, Sheriff.

Oh, thanks for being here. I said, well, I brought my new book. While you’re standing in here, standing in line, you might as well buy the book while you can because we’re going to run out. And they go, oh, good. You know, So I sold a case of books right then and there, Sam. And I realized that I was right. We’re going to run out. So I go, well, I’ll fly. I already had a ticket to fly up to your event on Friday morning. And I was going to just fly into Salt Lake City and rent a car.

And then a guy told me, he said, you should drive. I’ll loan you my car. I said, I brought my truck. So I canceled my flight with Delta, just about the only airline. It goes directly from Salt Lake City, from Vegas to Salt Lake City. I canceled my flight and I got in my truck and I drove up to your location because as I told you, Sam, we needed more books and you had them at your home, so. So we gave Sheriff Mack a bunch of boxes of books, and, man, he’s been getting rid of them like you wouldn’t believe.

When I say getting rid of them, I don’t mean in a negative way. I’m just saying he’s been spreading the word and it really was a great conference. Mitch Vexler or whatever, from what I understand too, explained how the criminals are taking over in detail, which has been your point during the hour of the live CSPOA Liberty Roundtable live show. By the way, you people who just joined understand you can watch the whole show too, live with that same link. It’s kind of a way we give you more for less. You know, it’s less money that it costs every time compared to other events and things and.

But yet you get more from us because we’re expanding. You got now literally two hours on Wednesdays and Q and A. The whole time you pop in questions and comments and we answer them. With the new technology we have, we can put a lot of those comments on the screen and hopefully you guys can pop up this comment while I’m talking about it. But there’s a sheriff watching. Sheriff, did you know that? There usually is, but I don’t know which one. All right, well, we’re going to find the comment that he made and see if we can put it on screen.

Who is it, Zach? There’s a sheriff that he made the comment earlier and I just didn’t get a chance to get to it yet. Meanwhile, while we’re looking up that sheriff’s comment. Oh, Frank Everly. Yeah, There you go, North Dakota. Yep. So anyway, thank him for his kind comments and for joining. Way to go, Sheriff. We love you, man. We appreciate you. We appreciate constitutional sheriffs standing up. And again, what we would really like to do is see if sheriffs could start watching and eventually start participating more in the shows as well. That’s something that we’ll be really working hard on.

It’s just time and money and effort, folks. We really need support to, you know, double and triple down on getting a lot of this stuff done. Anyway. There’s a lot of great comments people are making. I don’t have really time to get to all of them, but people are very kind and we really appreciate that too. Make your comments. We’ll try to get to them. So you did that. Then you came up to our event Friday. Sheriff, talk about that for a minute. Yeah. And that was a pretty filled room, about 55 people and really great people, Sam.

And the first guy that was up that did what, he’s an engineer and architectural engineer. I don’t even know what you call that. Is that what it is? Architect, engineer? Yeah. Yep. And he presented evidence and he had video evidence of something that I’ve said for decades, ever since 911 happened back on September 11, 2001 and it’s the 25 year anniversary and he and about 15 other engineers and architectural experts said there’s no way that those buildings, the twin towers, fell into their own footprint the way it did. And I’ve said this for years, Sam, that and I’m no expert about this.

I don’t know anything about building anything. I don’t know how you build a building. I don’t know why you build a building. But anyway. Well, I know why. But the thing of it is, if the planes hit the side of the twin towers of the way they did, the obvious, the obvious movement would be right there where it went. And so the towers wouldn’t have fallen evenly because the point of impact created the greatest weakness in the structure and that the fire would have been at its zenith at that point and create that the tower, the top of that tower would have leaned forward and fell over to the right or to wherever the the plane entered would have been where it leaned and fell over.

Yeah, it didn’t. And the point, Kevin Poulsen, that’s the engineer you’re talking about. Kevin. He’s one of the 911 truther, you know, 1500 plus engineers and experts. He’s a truth. Anyway. Yeah, he’s a great guy. But anyway, the reason I’m bringing this up is he really documented beyond debate that there’s no way that building fell due to fire. It’s not true, it’s a lie. It’s impossible. No other building in history has had that happen in that way. And he doubled down and showed it very well. We also had our dear friend Lou Moore, well known campaign strategist and everything else for Ron Paul and served for Congressman Caf in Washington for a while and just a great guy.

He spoke about how we’re trying to work on a program to elect good constitutional sheriffs to vet and elect them across the country. That’s something that we’ll be telling you more about too. We’re working on that. So that’s something huge that Lou Moore and myself and others are working on too. Then I got a chance to make a couple of comments and I really my comments I’d like to share here for a quick second. I talked about money and I talked about purity and purpose and I talked about character and I really highlighted Sheriff Richard Mack.

I’ve seen and done a lot in my 35 years of media involvement. I’ve seen organizations come and go. I’ve watched organizations implode from the inside. I’ve watched organizations that pretend they’re honorable and great intentions but behind the scenes they waste money and they do all these different kind of things. And at the end of the day I said, you know what, I’ve watched Richard mack since like 1995 or something crazy 96 somewhere around where it was even before he won his Supreme Court case. And I’ve been involved in the inside with the money and everything. And I’m telling you, I don’t join very many organizations but I have joined and have been a volunteer for and now I’m involved in the CSPOA more than any other group.

And the reason I am is because I do believe Richard Mack has pure intentions. He does have one of the only solutions left to restore America and to save our country. I mean it’s even debatable if it’s the only solution left where we have local executive elected leaders that have authority to defend our God given inalienable rights like nobody’s business. They can interpose they can protect our right to due process. They can stand tall. And they did it in New Mexico at that church where the sheriff deputized everybody and said, no, no, New Mexico police, New America police, whatever we call that place.

You’re not going to shut down the church. You’re just not doing that on our watch. It’s not happening. God is who we look to in an ain’t government. Bye bye. And so sheriffs have tremendous authority and power, especially backed by we the people. And that’s why it’s one of the greatest solutions in America, backed by one of the greatest 10th Amendment decisions ever written in the country, highlighting the authority and power of a sheriff. Now, are they more powerful than the President? No, that’s a con game designed like they, you know, pit men and women against each other.

Who’s smarter, men or women? Well, the Grateful Dead wrote, wrote a song about this, says men’s men smart, women smarter. So, you know, that debate can be settled by the Grateful Dead. But anyway, I digress, except to say they try to pit us against one another. And it’s not about that. It’s a matter of jurisdictional authority. It’s a matter of checks and balances. And in the Supreme Court case, it says that we will make sure that the government entities will check, will protect us from each other. They’ll stand up and stand tall. And that’s what we’re proposing to do anyway.

I bring that all up because I’ve watched Sheriff Mack from the inside, and I’m telling you that I believe this organization is for real. And that’s why I’m so heavily involved in it, because I believe there’s something here that people need to know. Sheriff and I kind of made that comment and then introduced you, and I really wanted to kind of share that with the rest who didn’t get a chance to attend the event. We’re going to be able to get a video copy of the event, too. So you will be able to watch a lot of it.

Sheriff yeah, absolutely. Yeah, we want to do that. And it was a great event and I loved the people there. I love their response. Kevin Paulson, the architect, engineer that presented that had great video evidence and, and, and 1500 other people, professors and, and experts on architecture, totally agreed with him. And they’ve come together and they said, hey, folks, we’ve, we’ve been duped. And they didn’t. They’re calling for, on the 25th anniversary is a new investigation. President Trump, let’s get it done, sir. Yeah, exactly. And, and I’ve said this from the get go. People ask me, well, who really did it? I said, all I know is that it was not properly investigated because the FBI came in and said, well, we’re going to hurry up and clean this up and we’re going to go dump all the rubbish from the two buildings, the twin towers, and we’re going to get rid of them and go dump them in the ocean.

And we want to bring closure to this horrible episode of American, this American terrorist attack. And we want to bring people together. That’s not the FBI’s job. Their job is to investigate. Okay? They’re not truth. And George promised us, George Bush promised us that he’d get to the bottom of it and we would have accountability. None of that’s happened, Sheriff. So I look at the next president, President Trump in this case as the guy to carry the ball and say, we’re going to get it done now. But what did the FBI do? They covered up the evidence, they got rid of the evidence and that’s really take care of business and get that done, a cash and Trump can go after this like nobody’s business.

Now, Ron Paul did provide a little bit of the key that a lot of it had to do with, you know, one of our favorite partners, which we don’t really like to speak out against. But Most of the nine, 11 attackers were from where? Sheriff Saudi Arabia. Yeah, Saudi Arabia. So that’s something that we really need to kind of dig into. And, you know, was the Saudi Arabian government involved or were they just taking advantage of that nation and undermining them too? Yeah, we know the truth. And the bottom line is we don’t have the truth.

No, we don’t. And I don’t want to make too many statements either way because I think a lot of times we make statements and we don’t back them with evidence is the problem. Right. And, and Kevin Paulson backed it with evidence. And, and so again, and he didn’t have, he didn’t point fingers at anyone. He just said what we’ve been told was a lie. That’s right. He’s right. And so I’m, you know, just like the JFK assassination, the Warren Report and Dorothy Kil Gallon said it was a farce, it was a joke, and wow, she died just the same way Marilyn Monroe did.

So. But it was an accident. It was an accident. Yes. Just kind of like it with JFK and everybody else. All right. We also had Jake Oaks speak. Jacob Oaks is the president and founder of a thing called Liberty United States that stands tall for the sacred cause of liberty based on principles. And he gave a great tribute to Charlie Kirk. We had a moment of silence so we celebrated 911 I should say celebrated but highlighted 911 25th. We also talked about the Charlie Kirk one year anniversary and then we moved into Sheriff Max Court case and consequence book the murder of America.com murderofamerica.com the democrat murder of America.

We highlighted that book along with Sheriff Max Supreme Court case and you know, there wasn’t as many people there as I had hoped. But you sold a lot of books and the people were very involved and very delighted and shocked to hear some of the things that you had to deliver. Sheriff yeah, it was very well received, really appreciated being there. We kind of divided the presentation up in two halves. The first half was constitutional sheriff movement and how it is that I came about suing the federal government and winning a case at the United States Supreme Court.

And Sam, I don’t like to forget this part and sometimes I do. The spiritual feast that was there for my son and my daughter that were with me at the United States Supreme Court in December of 1996, I think it was December 4, 1996 was just not to be able to share that amazing historic event with Lucy and Rich, but that I actually got to speak to James Brady, for whom the Brady Bill was named because he was shot in the head by the would be assassin of Ronald Reagan just two months into President Reagan’s term.

It happened March of 1981. And and so people say that after that Reagan kind of backed off some of the things that he had promised to do and maybe he did, I don’t know, but that would be a normal reaction to, you know, you but, but that he in all intents and purposes should have been dead that day and almost did die. But James Brady ended up with the worst wound. There was a cop and a, and a Secret Service agent that they got shot as well, four of them in total. But they didn’t even know Reagan had been shot until he started reacting in the limousine that he’s been driven in.

They were going to take him to a safe spot, probably back to the White House. But then an agent saw his bleeding in his side and they hurried up and took him to the hospital. But regardless of that, I really had a special five minute conversation with James Brady and he was a good man and his comments to me were extremely positive, extremely gracious. He said, sheriff, I don’t want to discount what you’ve tried to do in standing for what you believe in and your dedication to the Constitution. And obviously, he was being used as a ploy by his wife, who was never gracious at all and not a good person.

But James Brady was a good man, and I thanked him for his service to President Reagan and to our country as the press secretary, even though it was cut short, way short. This was a good man, and he could communicate. He had a little bit of a speech impediment from his brain damage, but he was sharp as attack, and very much I wish I would have had a picture of that while I was talking with him, and I really wish that I had a recording of our conversation, but again, was only about five minutes, and I’ll never forget it.

And it was. It was very meaningful to me. Well, and that just shows that, you know, they try to polarize us in society. And in reality, you guys are completely opposite on the. On the, you know, issues. But at the same time, you can set that aside and realize that we’re all human and we all really want the same things. We all want to be peaceful. We all want to be left alone. We all want to be free to choose as we will. We want to have government, you know, obeying its constitutional mandate so that we could be free and live our lives.

And, you know, most people around the world want food and shelter and clothing and. And, you know, water, clean water. And, you know, they just want to be left alone and to live free. I think really that’s kind of a universal desire. And so they try to polarize us on the things that we disagree on. But I think in totality, the things we disagree on are tiny compared to what we agree on. I hope it is. I really do hope that to be the case. Obviously, my book points out some history, and it’s really a history book and the history of the Democrat Party.

And I really believe there’s a lot of good people in the Democrat Party who are good people, but they’ve been duped. They’ve been duped way. And this book was written to wake up all Americans. It’s time that we wake up and see what’s really happening and recognize what’s happening. And too many Democrats, especially the hierarchy of the Democrat Party, have embraced the communists and socialists that are trying to destroy our country from within. And why? Because they are dedicated to one thing, Sam, and that’s winning. That’s all. They don’t care about the destruction of our Constitution or they need to care, though.

And that’s the problem. That’s where parties become the issue and these factions become the issue. And we got to stop that, and we got to say, look, we’re all Americans, and the checks and balances, the rule of law in America. Hey, we don’t want Sharia law. We don’t want, you know, we just want the Constitution. It’s the supreme law, and we need to use it and advocate for it and stand together as Americans regarding it and say, hey, all this other stuff is garbage. We don’t need it. What we need is you to carry out your oath of office.

What we need is due process for everyone. What we need is the branches of government that jealously guard their authority and delegated responsibilities, and they need to shut down one another when they try to go out of their own quote lane. And we the people need to demand that. You know, that’s really the problem with America right now is we allow these things to happen. And, you know, so anyway, I. I was kind of rattling because I was getting a book out of the box here, and. Yeah, and. And, Sam, we really focused at the Storm Summit in Vegas and at your event in Highland, Utah.

We really focused on the book that I wrote back in 2009, Sam. And this book is dated. There’s a couple of things we want to change in here, and I need to rewrite it or put it together with the other book, the Proper Role of Law Enforcement. But, folks, in 2009, I wrote this book, the County Sheriff, America’s Last hope. It’s only 50 pages. Every American should read it, obviously. But this is the point. You alluded to it a few minutes ago, Sam, and everyone in America needs to understand this. Every day since 2009, February 2009, when this book came out, and I went to a John Birch Society meeting in Phoenix and presented this book to about 30, 30, 40 people at a meeting of the JBS, and.

And they were buying it up like crazy. Then Alex Jones put me on his. The radio said, hey, Sheriff, I haven’t talked to you for a while now. He hasn’t talked to me for about 10 years. Big old shout out to Alex Jones. Let’s do it again, brother. The Murder of America is a great book, and we got to get that done. Anybody who knows Alex Jones that can reach out for us and set that up, please, ladies and gentlemen. He hasn’t talked to me in 10 years, and I really don’t know why, but this is it, Sam.

This book has proven to be prophetic. And I would. I would just like to say this, folks. This Very well might be with. With the election this year, the midterm, that’s going to be pretty destructive. I hope it’s not, but it’s going to be pretty destructive to America. And then in 2028, right now, the. Who’s the leading candidate for the Democrats? Kamala Harris. Yeah, I think that. I think that she’ll pick up AOC too, and have a women only ticket. They’ll have the young socialists and the. The old whatever. And. And Newsom has decided that if Kamala decides to throw her hat in the ring, that he’ll step aside, lining up for that.

Yeah. Gavin Newsom has publicly said that if Kamala wants to run, he’ll step aside and help her. Well, and not only, not only that, but if you again looked at the history of this crazy Democrat, Kamala Harris, her life has been nothing even close to being honorable or exemplary. And that we would make her President of the United States, the first woman President of the United States. And she. She’s. She absolutely has no communication skills. She has no knowledge of the Constitution, no knowledge of our history, wants to promote the socialism and communism, wants to keep going with the far leftist WOKE agenda and believe that she will be taking care of people and taking people into a new utopian society that promises everything utopian and delivers nothing but what communism has always delivered, folks.

Yeah. And so, like the World Economic Forum statement, you will have nothing, but you’ll be happy, Sheriff. Yeah, exactly. So this book is now coming to fruition and it looks like the only solution that we’ll have for her and her ilk is. Is a constitutional sheriff. The sheriffs of this country imagine now instead that we just have dozens standing for liberty, as we have pointed out, like Sheriff Bianco confiscating 650,000 ballots so we can do a legitimate election fraud investigation. We have Sheriff McMahill, who I spoke about both of these men at the storm summit and at your event in Highland and that this McMahon, Sheriff McMahill in Las Vegas, Clark County Sheriff has told woke judges, I will not obey your orders to release dangerous criminals, murderers and rapists.

I will not release them. They’re violent. They’re criminals. And the judge’s response was put an ankle monitor on them. Are you totally out of your mind? That does not stop them from. From committing another crime at all. And they with that has been proven over and over and over. And so McMahill is standing up to the judges and telling them, no, that is exactly what every sheriff in this country should be doing. And Praise God. Now, imagine, Sam, that we have 1500 sheriffs out of the 3000 sheriffs in this country that are doing just that, that they’re standing, that they’re defending, that they’re upholding the principles upon which America was founded, that they will not compromise our Constitution and they will not compromise civil rights, and they will stand and do what they promised to do in their oath of office, that they were actually 1500 stalwart sheriffs doing that.

Because, my friends, it’s very likely in 2028 that that’s the only solution we will have left that’s both peaceful and effective. Yeah. I don’t know if it’s going to be Kamala and aoc but that’s a very good likely ticket. It is. You’re going to have. I don’t know if it’s going to be J.D. vance and Rubio or if it’s going to be Rubio and J.D. vance or if it’s going to be Donald Trump Jr. Along with some of those people, or who else will step to the plate. But right now, President Trump is not endorsing J.D.

vance. So that’s pretty telling that it’s still up in the air what’s going to happen. But you’ve got a real battle on our hands. And I know people will be like, oh, come on, AOC and. And Kamala. They’ll get nowhere. Oh, they’ll get somewhere, ladies and gentlemen. Make no mistake about that. They already have. It’s crazy how far those two have gone. You’ve got a congresswoman and you’ve got a former. What is it, the AG Of California. Is that what she was? She was. And she was a senator after that for California, and then a senator after that.

So you look at all that and say, you know, these women have got quite far. We can say they’re stupid and, and they’re not capable of what? Don’t underestimate them, people, because again, you. You go back to the time when Bill Clinton’s whole candidacy was on the ropes. They brought up his sexual trysts and all this stuff, and, and he was on the ropes. And 60 Minutes did an interview that absolutely saved and catapulted Bill Clinton to the top of the ticket. They can do the same thing by creating scripted interviews with Harris. They’ve been working with her for the last, you know, since 20, I guess, 2024.

And, you know, they’ve been working really hard to try to put her in AOC you know, she looks good, and if they don’t ask her Hard questions. And they frame it right. She will look really, really, really good. And, you know, I mean, if you ever criticize aoc, all she’ll do is go, you’re a white male that’s infatuated with me. I’m too sexy for my blouse. And so, you know, you’re just in love with me is your problem. And so she’ll just fire back like that. And so the barmaid turned President of the United States. Hey, that’ll be the story.

I was the first woman. I went from barmaid woman to President of the United States. What a success story that is. And they’ll take that till the cows come home. So don’t underestimate these people, folks, is. Is what I’m really getting at. There’s a lot of interesting comments, Sheriff, that we want to get to real fast. Yes, what were they again, Zach? Let’s go ahead and tell me. Put them on the screen here. Sheriff Matt can just read a couple of them. They’re good ones, I think. Okay, we’re getting those comments. Oh, yeah. AOC and. Donnie were laughing while they were listing some of the names of the people.

Well, all the names. But during this particular time, AOC and Madame were kind of laughing. We don’t know really why they were laughing. I don’t think that anyone really knew what they were laughing at. But it was highly inappropriate at that solemn moment and question and what they were on for. People were reading names for like, what, three hours, reading all the names of the people that were killed in New York City at the time. And then also the numerous. Quadrupled the people who died who are at the scene at ground zero, helping. And so they’ve never really come to grips with what that was or accepted irresponsibility for it.

Well, that’s why we need investigations till the cows come home on this stuff. And them just laughing at it and showing disinterest and irreverence at it was just. It’s beyond the pale. But again, this is who these people are now. I guess Darleaf is working with some people. You see this, Sheriff? I didn’t. Well, I’m not surprised. He and I keep in touch quite a bit. Works with Brent Allen Winters on his website. What is that, Stephen? What? I’m not sure what they’re working on. Yeah, we’ll need more information on that. It’s usually with Darleaf, it’s election fraud.

And. And so I wouldn’t be surprised if that was it, but it looks like that I would think that that would Be it because that’s what Sheriff Leaf has been doing for over four and a half years and he’s been the leader in that and they’ve done everything to try to shut him down. The state of Michigan really does not like Sheriff Leaf because he has been doggedly investigating the election crimes of of Michigan and nationwide. And he has said understand is why Cash Patel and why Donald Trump haven’t linked arms with Darleaf to help. Oh, I know that out there.

I just don’t understand that. You know. Yeah, he, he sent, he sent a letter to President Trump regarding the evidence he has. But yeah, there you have that. All right. I got a couple of stories I want to highlight because I think they’re relevant to you and me today day Costco. I don’t know if you know this, ladies and gentlemen, but Costco is now rationing and is hiking the prices on motor oil amid the crisis. This is interesting because Costco has implemented rationing and significantly raised the price of its, quote, Kirtland signature motor oil due to the ongoing turmoil due to the Iran war in the oil markets.

And the price for a two pack of five quart Kirtland signature full synthetic oil is nearly doubled from 30 last year to 58 now. And purchase restrictions have also been put in place limiting customers to two boxes per week. And here’s the interesting thing about it is that they say the constraints are influencing not only availability but also consumer behavior. So when do you have an actual shortage versus when do you kind of have a Costco manufactured realism of shortage? And they say rising crude oil prices and a restricted supply route has significantly affected the broader economy.

Big serious issue. Sheriff in my mind, when you see stores starting to do that, understand we’re going to start to see more and more of this rationing because it’s so expensive. Every good and service you receive, ladies and gentlemen, literally is, you know, diesel fuel under, under girds at all. Sheriff yeah, and I wonder how that affects synthetic oil. I use synthetic for my truck and, and I’m pretty sure that we use synthetic for Don’s car as well, but. Well, it’s synthetic. Well, that they’re raising the price on. Sheriff so Costco two pack is Kirtland signature full synthetic motor oil.

So affecting that too is the point that answered that question. But Sam, that brought up a question about Tesla. I know they’re battery. I know they’re battery operated, but do their engines need oil? They still have an engine, huh? I’m gonna have to. I don’t know the answer to That I can research that. I’ve never seen that. If somebody could look that up right now. Does a Tesla engine need oil? My first inclination is that it doesn’t, but I don’t know. It’s an engine. It’s still an engine, even though it’s battery operated or powered. I know a lot of the hybrids need oil for sure.

I can tell you that right now because a lot of the hybrids run, you know, gas and, you know, electric together. But when you’re talking about a totally electric vehicle, does it need oil? No, cars do not need oil because they’re not a conventional gasoline engine. Right. And so they don’t need oil changes or anything. Okay, well, that’s a. That’s even better because then we need to all buy. No spark plugs or timing belt. There’s no fuel filter. There’s no, you know, none of that. Okay. So well, anyway. Good. So that’s actually another positive point. But I have to tell you, Mandy has a brand new Tesla and they do require other fluids, though.

Just so everybody understands, you still have to have brake fluid, windshield wiper fluid. Yeah. You know, you still have cabin air filters, and there’s still a lot of maintenance. But the oil is not part of the equation anyway. Okay. Well, it was really interesting riding in her car. She didn’t have to press on the gas or brakes or she didn’t have to drive it. But you have to stay alert. And the car will warn you if you’re dozing off. And the car will not. The car will stop and pull over if the driver isn’t staying alert, even though you don’t have to be driving.

And there’s like three or four settings for the car. You can go, I want to drive as fast as I can. I want to get there. And you know what it does? It does like a parrot like voice when it pulls over. When Sheriff Mac’s driving and he’s starting to conk out and fall asleep, it pulls over, stops. Then in a parrot voice, it says, lemonade, peanuts, Sheriff. Yeah, lemonade, peanuts, Sheriff. It does that kind of stuff. Okay, good. Well, they better make my own lemonade. The car. Yeah, I expect the car to make my own.

But, but I would tell you folks, you know, I know this is a constitutional sheriff’s posse webinar, but I was so impressed with the Tesla. The only problem is, and I think I’ll bet they have this fixed within the year, that dual battery or whatever, regardless, you have to stop about every three and a half, four hours and it takes about an hour or more to about an hour to charge the battery.

Depends on where you get your charges from because they’ve brought it down to like 20 minutes in some cases. Sheriff I don’t know if it depends on the car, the adapter, the charging station, there’s a lot of factors involved there. But I do know that they do have speed chargers that are faster than that. So if she had a four hour trip and it took her six hours because of that. All right, well, all I’m telling you, ladies and gentlemen, is I’m not buying electric cars. I personally don’t like them. I think they’re heavy on the roads and do more damage on the roads.

I think they’re more expensive and I think if you ever get in a serious collision, they’re dangerous to get out of and dangerous to, you know, have somebody come in to get you if necessary. And, and they create fires when those things catch on fire. I mean, it’s really like, hey, we can’t even put it out. Just let it burn. Yeah. And those are serious, serious concerns with electric vehicles. So I’m not personally a fan. Sheriff. Well, me, I was, I was a fan. How it drove and, and the technology that it drives for you was very, I did not, I did not get on the list, go buy one.

But no. Okay. And by the way, just so everybody knows, the torque in those things, Incredible, number one. Number two, the other thing about them that’s, that’s really fascinating is that they, they have research out now. These driverless vehicles are more safe. They’ve got a lot of hours on them now and a lot of studies. They’re much more safe by far than humans driving. Sheriff. Right, yeah. Human, yeah. No kidding. Yeah. Anyway, there’s the Waymo cars, there’s several other different taxis now that, you know, Jeff Bezos is working on stuff, Tesla’s working on stuff. Several different companies are working on, things that are, that are pretty, pretty interesting to say the least.

By the way, they have a San Francisco iconic mall. Sheriff. Listen to this. It plummets in value and it’s on sale, I guess it was 1.2 billion that it was worth in the beginning about a decade ago. It’s called the San Francisco Center, Once a bustling hub valued at $1.2 billion a decade ago. Now you can get it for under 130 million. So you probably should buy that, Sheriff. If it was just a little bit cheaper, I think I could do it. Because you could, you know, run at the mall and stuff. Yeah. They say a sharp decline in value reflects broader challenges in the city’s, quote, retail landscape.

They say the problem is there’s no traditional retail. People can’t afford it. They say the problem is that it’s. It’s just super expensive. They want to possibly turn it into a sports complex. But I got a different idea, Sheriff. Why don’t you just turn it into little homeless shelters? They got a lot of homeless down there. Yeah. Dookies on the streets and all this drug paraphernalia and crate. Why don’t they just go ahead and put them in the mall there? Yeah, they ought to wrap them all up. Put them in a mall. But I did. I do.

At the mall. I did want to go back to one thing that we focused on in both Highland and the storm summit in Vegas. Yes. And I didn’t speak until Sunday at the storm summit. But so I got back on Saturday, drove back. So I drove 11 hours total round trip, and then we drove home on Sunday. But that’s the day I spoke. And I spoke at 9:30 in the morning. I was still selling books at 12:45, and we had to leave at 1, and so we were late leaving. And so we got back late Sunday night.

But the one thing that I think that people really, really got and grasped and were surprised about. Of course, anybody who reads the. The supreme court decision will be totally shocked about how far it went and how broad it went, Mary McCord’s opinions notwithstanding. Well, we still invite Mary McCord to discuss it openly, candidly, in a. In a formal fair debate discussion. If she’s the constitutional scholar, let’s have her defend it against Anthony Scalia, Sheriff Richard Mack, Sam Bushman and others. Let’s. Let’s just throw down Mary. So, Mary. But Mary, did you know that the Constitution matters, ma’? Am.

And. And so this is. This is justice Scalia quoting Federalist Paper 39. Oh, you mean Mary has to deal with the. The Federalist papers. All right, okay. Yeah. And a supreme Court decision. So she. Former supreme court decisions that it relies on, too, by the way. Of course. Yeah. He’s got a uphill battle, buddy. She’ll need more than a Tesla to get up that hill, my friend. So I took my glasses off here to read this better, and I have a lot of this memorized, but I want to make sure everybody gets this as Madison expressed it.

And folks, this is the jurisdiction issue that Sam has brought up numerous times and again today. But the jurisdiction is the key here. As Madison expressed it again in Federalist 39, the local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the supremacy. See, Mary McCord says that the federal government, the Supremacy Clause grants total carte blanche power to the federal government. Not according to Madison, not according to the Federalist Papers, not according to Anton Scalia, not according to prior court cases. Right? So she said. So the port, the supreme, the independent portions of the Supremacy are shared with the cities and counties, municipalities and the states.

And then he goes on. No more subject within their respective spheres to the general authority than the general authority is subject to them. Folks, you got to understand, the general authority is the federal government. So. And they are subject to these other spheres, like states. Correct. Like light delegated authority elsewhere. Different spheres, different jurisdictional boundaries. See, the founders delegated authority to different groups intentionally so that they would check one another, protect us from one another. Nobody has too much power. Correct. And that’s the system of the checks and balance system. The system has been codified in the Constitution.

And so it says to, to. To the general authority, then the general authority is subject to them. And this is the key point now within its own sphere. And that’s the key here, folks. That’s what Sam was talking about earlier when he said that this, Mary McCord and these others said that we say that we, we have more power than the President, United States. We never said such things. That’s arguments designed to derail honest discussion, of course. And, but it’s still based on, in some instances, the President of the United States does not have complete authority.

It’s if he, if he’s in my jurisdiction, if he’s in the sheriff’s jurisdiction, he cannot come in and take away everybody’s gun. He cannot come in and arrest people for, for having church service. And so then the very next paragraph, folks, goes like this. This separation of the two spheres is one of the Constitution’s structural protections of liberty. Folks, that tells being the general government very narrow in scope, and the states and we the people, respectively. Tenth Amendment, by the way, broader authority and delegation. That’s the reality check that Scalia and the Federalist Papers bring to the table in this court case, Sheriff.

And that’s why all of you should have a copy of this and keep several copies with you so you can share with other local authorities. When they say we have to do what the federal government says, what entity tells you that all the time in your local communities? What governmental entity tells you we have to do what the federal government tells us? Which one is that? Who says that? What entity? What governmental entity says that almost daily? President tried to say that and got slapped hardcore by the courts for it. Correct. But the one that says it the most is your local school board.

Oh, yeah, School boards say that all the time. We can’t help you. We can’t take your petition. We can’t do whatever you say because we have to do what the federal government tells us. And we have mandates and laws from Washington D.C. that completely control what we do. Then why do you run for school board and why do we vote for you if you can’t do anything? Get out of the way and let us have the bureaucrats from Washington D.C. completely wrong. Education. And that’s another place where President Trump is absolutely correct. We need to get rid of the Department of Education at the federal level.

Well, it’s under Biden and company about, hey, when mom tries to go down to the school board and talk about things, they sick the FBI on her. So there is some truth to this reality that has been absolutely commandeered and controlled by the federal government unconstitutionally. People should go to jail for that stuff. And who should step in when they’re trying to arrest mom wanting to know about the curriculum in the local schools when she goes and say, sit down, gentlemen. Gosh, let’s have a talk. If you don’t obey, we’re going to toss you in the clink.

You can skedaddle if you choose, or we can have a polite conversation and have you back off because of jurisdictional reality. Or I’ll just toss you in the drunk tank for tonight. Let’s talk about what do you want to do here? Yeah, yeah, no kidding. But that happened right here in Arizona. It happened right here in Chandler, Arizona, where a man was outside in the parking lot of a school board meeting and they arrested him for interfering with the meeting. The meeting was inside. But he’s allowed to do that. We’re all allowed to do that. Okay? And whether your speeches inflammatory or even disgusting or even anti establishment, we have a right to say it.

And. And they literally arrested this man. Chandler Police Department. It’s tragic and shame on them. Ladies and gentlemen. We need to educate the proper role of limited Jurisdictional government based on checks and balances and based on delegation of responsibilities and authority. And the list goes on and on. I want to mention this before the end of the hour too, Sheriff. House votes for the third time to end the Iran conflict as war drags on. House votes to end this thing. They voted 200, 220 to 204 to end the war. It’s War Powers resolution. Then why isn’t it end this thing? Because you got to have the Senate vote too.

Right. All Democrats and several Republicans supported it. And they say the seven month conflict has become a major issue heading into the midterms. And that’s kind of the problem. And what do you, what do you say about that, Sheriff? Trump should, should stay kind of neutral on it and then say, well, we got to end this. It would help him politically and it would help the Republicans if he did. Now we got to see what am I saying about it now? Am I saying that’s appropriate? Constitutionally it is. But as far as walking away from Iran, I still, I still believe that Iran was trying and still wants to have a nuclear weapon.

I believe that 100%. Yeah, but we, we all know that there were, they’re the leading state for terrorism throughout the world. And that’s, and, and I think that’s irrefutable. And you know how much the worst cost us so far, Sheriff? A lot. 33 billion and growing. I actually thought it was more than that. But, no, that’s, but, but do we, do we determine world safety by the financial cost and say, oh, we can’t do it anymore now? I don’t, no, we don’t, but we don’t have the money for it. We’re in debt 40 trillion. At some point we, we have to be restrained by money we don’t have.

We would have plenty of money, Sam, if they would cut out the stupid and ridiculous spending that they’ve done, just like Dogen and stop the fraud in Minnesota. Sam, you know what they haven’t done? They haven’t stopped any fraud in Minnesota. I know. Still crazy. It’s crazy. They’re still doing it. They’re doing it in all kinds of other states, too. Slight twists to the program based on the illegal contingent in a given state. They all have their own kind of way of doing it. But it is a tragedy. Also, Republican Thomas Massie moves to impeach Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Yeah, he introduced a rules of impeachment against him. Continued hostage. Well, he says continued hostilities against Iran without congressional authority is illegal. He’s done it, doing it under the President of the United States. That doesn’t even make sense. Massey, you want to stop him as he’s saying that Congress is the one that controls it and he’s doing it without congressional approval. Well, okay, all true, but he works for the President of the United States. Yeah. The White House is strongly defending Hegseth, so we’ll see where this goes. Kind of an interesting situation. Again, I, I believe we violated the checks and balances so badly in modern history that it’s very hard for people to even, you know, understand what, what’s happening with a lot of that.

Right. Why isn’t he, why doesn’t he take the battle to Congress about a gold and silver standard? Yeah. There’s so many other things that they’re violating plenty. You know, what about the militia that’s mentioned in the Constitution? It’s a target rich environment. You’re absolutely correct about that, that’s for sure. Yeah, yeah. Look, Massey, if you want to run for president, go do it. Use Massey and Green might put together a third party or Massey and Tucker Carlson or, you know, who knows who. So we’ll keep an eye on that ball too, as it unfolds. Sheriff, we’re flat out of time.
