Summary

➡ This webinar by the Constitutional Chairs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) discusses various issues, including changes in their email system, rising inflation, and high fuel prices. The speakers highlight the impact of these issues on the trucking industry and the potential for shortages in essential goods. They also discuss the role of sheriffs in local jurisdictions, emphasizing that they are not above the law but have significant law enforcement responsibilities within their counties.
➡ The text discusses the role of sheriffs in the U.S. system of checks and balances. Sheriffs, elected by the people, can investigate issues but must pass their findings to the district attorney, who decides whether to proceed. The text emphasizes that sheriffs are not all-powerful, but have a responsibility to their county. It also highlights a case where a sheriff in California is holding onto ballots from a 2025 election for investigation, despite pressure from the state’s Attorney General to release them.
➡ A California sheriff, Bianco, is under scrutiny for seizing 650,000 ballots for an investigation into alleged voter fraud. The state Supreme Court is now deciding whether he had the legal authority to do so. Critics argue that this sidesteps the real issue of potential election fraud, while supporters commend Bianco for standing up against a potentially flawed electoral system. The case could have significant implications for the authority of local law enforcement in election matters.
➡ The text discusses concerns about government interference in law enforcement and farming. It criticizes the attorney general for undermining a sheriff’s investigation, arguing for transparency and accountability. It also highlights the financial crisis faced by American farmers due to rising fuel and fertilizer costs, blaming government regulations and the war in Iran. The text ends with a discussion about the effects of hormonal treatments on male cattle, questioning the potential impact on humans.
➡ The text discusses concerns about male cows lactating, possibly due to hormones and chemicals used in their feed and environment. The authors question the potential impact on humans consuming beef from these cows, suggesting it could be linked to increasing cases of gender dysphoria. They also express frustration with the lack of investigation into this issue by scientists and the medical community. Lastly, they advocate for supporting local farmers who avoid using such substances in their livestock.
➡ The text discusses various issues including government spending, tariffs, the National Guard’s presence in Washington, and the right to bear arms. It criticizes the current administration’s handling of these matters and suggests that Americans should be more proactive in understanding and exercising their rights. The text also mentions a secret meeting between Jared Kushner and Joaquin Jeffries, raising concerns about its purpose. Lastly, it emphasizes the need for significant action before the midterms to prevent potential negative outcomes.
➡ Salem Media, a Christian broadcasting company, has decided to become a private entity, which will allow them to operate more freely without government regulations. This move is expected to help them focus more on truth-telling and community involvement. The speaker also encourages listeners to support local media and join the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association to help bring about change. The speaker ends by thanking everyone and wishing them well.

Transcript

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen to the Constitutional Chairs and Peace Officers Association CSPOA webinar for Posse members. It happens every Wednesday right after the Liberty Roundtable live show. This is the broadcast for the August 26, 2026 and I’m with Jack Mullen. Richard Max out of town today, so we’re holding down the fort. As always, Jack. Welcome to the webinar, sir. Thank you, sir. I’m excited to be here today. Lots of things to talk about, lots of good material to go over and we also want to make certain that we plug everything. We have many things@csba.org that people would find interesting.

And at the same time I want to also update people that we’ve made some changes, including the fact that we’re moving our email system from point A to point B. And over that period of time emails have dried up. That’s something that we’re well aware of. We expect to have that cleared up as soon as possible, probably later this afternoon. And otherwise we appreciate you hanging in there with us. We’ve got lots of good things planned. This is a new venue, a new way to look at things and you know, just a little bit new input.

And so I think it’s going to be exciting. Also, you know, right now is not a very happy financial time and as people have noticed, inflation is going through the roof. Fuel prices in Pennsylvania right now for Diesel 628 this morning in northern Pa. Hold on. $6 and 28 cents, ladies and gentlemen, that number is outrageous. And what you need to understand when it comes to diesel, you don’t need to misrepresent this, but you do need to understand it. Look, when you say, well, I don’t drive a diesel, it doesn’t affect me. Oh it does, my friends, it absolutely does.

Because everything we get in ends up, you know, on a, on a diesel driven train or trucks. Everything we get, everything you have in your stores depends on diesel to make happen, Jack. Everything. Absolutely. I, I just wrote an article called America Under Attack Update Fuel and food shortage watch in effect. And that’s not a warning yet, it’s a watch. But the, in this article, you know, we, we look at what’s going on right now and the war which is, seems to be destructive more to the United States than the rest of, is destroying our fuel supply.

Obviously it’s, it’s creating increases in prices in, in the fuel itself. It’s depleting our storage of fuel. Our, you know, survival storage is down to its last couple of days. The salt mines in which we maintain, those strategic reserves are in danger of being damaged if we go lower than that. And at the same time, we’re seeing food being, you know, deliberately prevented from being created. The United States, for some reason, while we’re trying to import beef and other things from other countries, including Argentina, these things are leading to much higher food prices. And together the trucking industry is right in the middle.

And they cause, you know, shortages of things because they’re not going to be able to deliver with these high prices of fuel until prices normalize for them. So a trucker can be in a position in the center of something like this where he says, listen, I’m not going to make those runs I can’t afford to do so I can’t pay more in fuel than I’m going to get in return for doing it. So they’ll just sideline. And that’s happening right now. And there’s reports from all around the US that trucks are sitting idle because they can’t make the deliveries with the price of fuel.

So that’s just simply going to come back and create more problems for the American public. And it’s, you know, the bottom line on this is that if you are not now stocking up on things that you’re going to need and everybody has their own financial situation, you know, maybe you can buy two packs of spaghetti extra a week or maybe you can buy a whole cow today, I don’t know. But whatever it is, it’s time to do that now because you’re going to need food, essentials, fuel, machine oil, a lot of things that you would expect to be readily available are going to go soon out of being available.

I don’t have any doubt about this at all. The United States itself is in a state of declining financial care. And I want to follow that up further, Sam, if you want me to do that now, or we can go into that in a few minutes. But the bottom line is to help people understand that, you know, the CSPOA is here. And we also depend on the fact that we have this currency that we can buy only a limited amount of things with. And so we asked that if you need to buy storable foods, you need to buy gold and silver, then buy them through the CSPOA store because that not only helps you, but it helps us.

And prices remain the same on both sides. And, you know, we can continue to make the necessary travel and so forth that we have to do to bring this country to the awareness of the fact that the sheriffs are making Fantastic strides. And I’ve got a great video, Sam, that I want to show you that. It’s a YouTube video short, but it’s, it’s just, it’s a wonderful piece on hundreds of sheriffs have just declared war on the American elections. And it’s an animated piece, but it’s pretty nice about the fact that sheriffs are finally saying, wait a minute, I do have power.

I am in charge. I am elected. This was my responsibility. The Constitution is basically my guardian and, you know, my moral high ground. Over 500 elected sheriffs in America believe they outrank the FBI, state police, and even election officials inside their own counties. This is the constitutional sheriff’s movement, and it has been quietly reshaping how elections work in rural America. Here is what makes it so powerful. Sheriffs are elected locally. They are nearly impossible to remove before their term ends. And in thousands of small counties across the country, they are the only law enforcement that exists.

There is no backup. Around the 2020 election. Several of these sheriffs did not just question the results. They openly threatened to arrest poll workers and election administrators they accused of fraud. Think about that for a second. The one person legally responsible for protecting an election decided the election itself was the crime. And because this is happening in small rural counties far from national headlines, most people never hear about it. But these are often the exact places where close elections are decided. The system is not being attacked from the top. It is being hollowed out from the inside, one county at a time.

You know, this thing says that sheriffs are. It kind of highlights this idea that sheriffs are above all these other, you know, government entities. The governors, the president, the this, the that. And I, I hate to be in contradiction, but I will, because it’s the truth that’s false. And we don’t ever claim this at the cspoa. Listen carefully to me because I want to make sure people understand this. We don’t claim that the sheriff is above the governor. We don’t claim the sheriff is above the president. We don’t claim the sheriff is above everybody else. No, no.

Based on Sheriff Mack’s supreme court case, what we do declare is this. The general government doesn’t have authority over the states and or local jurisdictions. Okay? And so it’s a jurisdictional discussion of who has the authority and the power for the 10 miles square, it is the president. Okay? But within the states, it’s the governors. Within the counties, it’s the sheriff. Though each jurisdiction has government checks and balances. So at the general level, the president, the General government, legislative body, and the judicial branch. Three separate powers that are meant to check one another. At the federal level, well, you take it all the way from this down to the states.

Same thing. There’s a breach or a divide between the states and the feds. The feds don’t have control over the states except for in some very limited delegated circumstances. The states have a lot of broad power, but they’re still divided up into the three branches of government all the way down to the county level. And at the county level, the. The sheriff is the cleo, the chief law enforcement officer in his county. And in his county, there is no one above him from a law enforcement perspective. And so in the county, then you have the county legislative body.

Sometimes it’s called the county commission, Sometimes it’s called, you know, county legislators, or there’s different terms in different counties, but it’s the legislative body. And then you have the D.A. the district attorney, and that represents the judicial branch. So even at the county level, there’s three branches of government. The sheriff isn’t a God. He isn’t above everybody else, but he does have the chief law enforcement responsibility in his county. Okay, he’s the equivalent of a governor to a state and equivalent of a president at the general level. In his jurisdiction, there are checks and balances. In his jurisdiction, One, he’s elected by the people.

So we provide a great check on the sheriff. But there’s also other checks and balances too. There’s the district attorney, and there’s also the legislative body at the county level. Well, it’s important to understand that a sheriff can do his job. He can investigate, he can get to the bottom of things. But then he has to have the investigation to the D A. And the D A may or may not move forward with that investigation. Again, a check and balance. And so the president is not a king, is not a God. And they love to make these statements because then it makes the CSPOA look bad.

It make us look like we’re just kind of renegades and we think the sheriffs are gods. And it isn’t true. In Darleaf’s case, for example, he has virtually proven vote fraud, but his DA Won’t do anything with it. So the case is stuck. People say, well, Dar, why don’t you just start arresting people? Because he can’t just arrest people. Because if he does, all they’ll do is let the people go. And then they’ll start to attack him, saying, hey, you’re acting without authority here. There’s Checks and balances. And so people need to understand that there’s systems in place in the United States designed, good or bad, for the few not to take advantage of the many.

And I say good or bad because sometimes the few are right, but more than not, the few are wrong. And so we need to be very, very careful to understand that our system is not designed for the few to take advantage of the many or the few to control things. Our system is designed against that. So sheriffs have a very serious responsibility. They are the chief law enforcement officer in their county. But let’s be very clear, they don’t have the power. A lot of people say, and in this, in this video, I think there’s a lot of value we can talk about here, Jack, but we need to be very careful that we set the record straight on that.

It’s important for people to understand. Jack, I was going to make the same point. My, my only reason for putting that up is that it represents a change of feeling among a broad segment of people that I see everywhere. There are people saying, wait a minute, we do have somebody that’s in a position to do something. For the most part, you know, the states have tried to make everyone feel impotent and that they are so called authorities and the authorities are the ones who make decisions. And this is through a long chain of individuals that wrap its way all the way to the top of a state and therefore nothing can be done anywhere.

And I think that this video, this individual was not clear on the details of that. It’s very difficult for most people to understand what you just said. But he did make the point that sheriffs are waking up realizing that they do have power and they do. You just described it. And in their given situation, in their small little area, that’s the unfortunate part. I mean, the sheriff works in the county and he can only reach out into that district, not elsewhere. And so I think that it’s, it’s a good sign, It’s a great sign, and it’s important to understand and I think there’s truth to that.

Sheriffs across the country have tried to stand up and many sheriffs have received prosecutions for their efforts proving that they were right. A California sheriff had that happen. And we documented that for the CSPOA webinars along the way. Darleaf, as you know, has done a great job in that several sheriffs have done real stand up work in that. And I want to prove to you we’re not political in nature. We’re not picking sides of Republican or Democrat or anything else. And we’re also not disliking someone for maybe past discussions. So we’ve been very critical of a guy by the name of Chad Bianco, Riverside County, California Sheriff.

Chad Bianco is his name and we’ve been very critical of him because he has been involved in some things that we think are wrong. Vam Miller, a well known patriot, came into his county and it went all sideways. And Chad said that this guy was trying to kill the President and it wasn’t true at all. There was no evidence, no facts to it. We tried to reach out to bridge the gap between this patriot and the sheriff. And the sheriff basically turned on Richard Mack and turned on me and acted like I was in the media to try to, you know, give the sheriff a bad name and a bad rap.

And basically the bottom line is I was very kind to Sheriff Chad Bianco until he basically suggested that I was part of the problem, that I was lying. And then I took off the gloves and proved that he was lying and he didn’t know how to handle that. So he kind of melted down. Now I don’t want to let past disputes or disagreements taint the future though. So Chad Bianco right now is doing something phenomenal and I want to give him 100% credit for it. Yeah, that’s right. I know he’s made mistakes in the past and I’ve disagreed with him.

But this just proves that the cspoa, we’re not picking favorites. We’re not for or against anybody. We stand on principle. And when the principles are right, we give credit and kudos. When the principles are wrong, we explain why they’re wrong and what is wrong. So with Vem Miller, I want Chad Bianco to prove some things that he hasn’t proven to me. And that’s the problem. I need proof. Well, he just attacks, doesn’t provide the proof. He, for example, said that he didn’t say some things about Viv Miller that he did say. And I said, did you say these? He said, no, I didn’t.

That’s just the media propaganda. I literally found in the media where he said it and sent him back the video saying, this is you, right? No, that’s just propaganda in the media. Well, it’s literally Chad saying what he claims he didn’t say when. I don’t know how to make it more blatant than that. So see, I disagree. When he does that, he’s wrong. But in this case, Chad Bianco is absolutely right and I’m going to do nothing but throw down a kudos. California Sheriff still holds 650,000 ballots. And now the California Supreme Court is going to try to see us if he has authority on this.

So the debate’s in now. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, he basically seized the ballots that were related to a 2025 election. And they’re trying to say, hey, what happened here? And Chad’s basically saying, I’m holding these. And the Attorney General of the state saying, you can’t give them back. And Bianco says his department obtained search warrants and was investigating alleged discrepancies between the ballot records and the reported vote totals. And Riverside officials say, no, that’s not right. And so he’s kind of at a battle with everyone, but he’s standing tall. And Proposition 50, which temporarily redrew California’s districts, passed in Riverside county, they say, by more than 82, 000 votes.

And the state Supreme Court heard arguments about it. But what Chad’s saying is this. Listen, I got a search warrant, I had a warrant, and I collected these, and nobody can make me release them. Why does the AG want to stop my investigation is his question. At the end of the day, I think he’s on solid ground here. Don’t know what the California courts will say, but again, he has every right if he thinks there’s some problem with the election. Sheriffs have an obligation in their jurisdiction as the cleo Chief Law Enforcement Officer, Jack, to investigate, and that’s exactly what he’s doing.

And why would the general, Attorney General try to of the state try to interfere with that? It’s a very interesting question, and I support Chad at this point going, hey, let’s get to the bottom of this and get to the truth. I agree with you 100%. I like Bianco’s question. How strange that that now we have evidence that the machines count as something different than the ballots that we have, and an Attorney general runs in to stop the investigation so that we’ll never know. That is kind of strange, isn’t it, Sam? I mean, what does that imply? And I would say it’s more than strange.

I would say if the Attorney general doesn’t mind his P’s and q’s, he could be considered tampering with an investigation. Now, I’d love to get Chad Bianco on the air and discuss this with him, but I don’t know if he’ll come because of our past disputes. I would be fair and honorable to him. I would not Try to drag him into some other discussions that he didn’t plan for. I would never play those games. But I would like to ask him, you know what, if the Attorney General pushes on this, at some point, is new tampering with an investigation? Jack, it would seem like that straight up right now.

And. And, you know, Mont has argued that Bianco exceeded his authority by taking. Retaining the ballots. I don’t see that. And I’m not a legal. How do you. How do you exceed your authority when you’re the Cleo in your county? It happened in your county and you had a. A proper warrant. Yep. My exact point. And now this Bonte guy’s got a lawsuit with coming from the UCLA Voting Rights Project, which filed its own legal challenge to the sheriff’s action. Again, that’s, you know, this is a political situation, and California has a lot of political operatives that are just not inside of the AG’s office.

And so Monta says Bianco’s actions were particularly serious because he should have understood the applicable state laws. I don’t know that, that, that, that would be applicable at all at that point. If you believe there’s vote fraud and the only way you can demonstrate by counting the physical voting sheets, then how could you be in. In violation of the law if you went in and said, listen, we got to hold on to these things. Kind of like a Tina Peters situation, where someone of authority who has the authority can do something and then the entire state jumps all over them.

To me, that’s indicating that something else is going on here. Now, let me tell you my concern with this case, though. And again, we backed the sheriff a thousand percent in this. I want to get a hold of Chad bianco on this, etc. But here’s my concern, Jack. The headline says, California Sheriff still holds 650,000 seized ballots as the state Supreme Court. So the State of California Supreme Court determines whether he has legal authority. And the reason I have a problem with that is because now we’re not debating the ballots, and if they match the other totals, in other words, the issue that.

That Chad is investigating, we’re kind of sidestepping that investigation and trying to say, do you, Sheriff, have authority? Subject change. And if the court says you don’t have authority, then he has to give the ballots back. And now the investigation of what the real issue is can’t even continue. So this is how they get involved in this incredible lawfare. And this is why we don’t have evidence of election fraud, because every time they Come back on something else. Now we’re debating whether the sheriff has authority. And what I would propose they do is they look at the Supreme Court case from Sheriff Richard Mack when they went to the Supreme Court for guidance.

But I doubt the California courts will do that. But I’m fearful that the courts are going to say, no, you don’t have authority, Chad. You got to pay attention to the Attorney general here of the state, and you’re going to have to sit down. If that happens, then, see, we won’t even be debating the real issues anymore. Right, Exactly. I mean, that is a subject change, and that’s how that works. And suddenly we’re talking about something completely different. And this whole thing, as it appears right now, is exactly what you just said. We’re not really even getting into the meat and potatoes of.

Of what happened here. We’re talking about this. Bianco disputes Beyonce’s interpretation of the laws, maintains Attorney General does not have the authority to prevent him from conducting an investigation. And, you know, so I agree with you 100. I don’t know how this resolves, but we can commend the man for making the effort to stand up against, you know, what appears to be something questionable in their elective system, electoral system. Well, and my response is, how can he be acting without authority when he got a warrant, though? Right? Yeah. So the court’s in a quandary on this one.

I don’t know how they’re going to handle it. But I’m telling you right now, the sad part about this is this could really set back the sheriff’s movement big time if he loses. Right or wrong, I don’t like a California whacked out court deciding some of these things because it’ll rifle across the nation in very unhealthy ways if they get this wrong. Jack. Yep. I agree. Bianca says if you take a word for word in that context, it means that he has direct authority, and he’s talking about the Attorney general, that if I’m not doing my job, he can order me to do it, and if I don’t do it, he can do it for me.

But Bianco said he cannot stop an investigation, so now it’s in the state Supreme Court. And we generally know how the Supreme Court votes in states like California, so we’ll see how this plays out. But. And if he does stop an investigation, then you kind of wonder, is the Attorney General above the law then? Yep, that’s what you wonder. Right. Because that just means one person can decide whether an investigation Moves forward or not. In how many counties are in California? A lot. I don’t know. I don’t have the number in front of me. But it’s a lot of counties, and it would affect every one of them.

And if we’re not very careful, then, you know, the way California goes oftentimes is the way the nation goes as well. Now, Bianco says his department obtained search warrants so that a court already. To get a search warrant, you already got to go to the D. A. Right? Yep. And he was investigating these alleged discrepancies. And the officials say the numbers are based on a misunderstanding of incomplete election data. Now, that can be debated in the courts. I get that, but why would the attorney general try to circumvent it and challenge the sheriff’s authority? Why wouldn’t the attorney general say, hey, good point.

Let’s vet this out. Let’s have transparency. Let’s get to the bottom of this. So the interesting claim about, oh, it’s incomplete data. Maybe, I don’t know. All I’m telling you is, why shoot it down and challenge the sheriff’s authority rather than discussing those points then? See, that’s where I kind of side with Chad on this thing and go, wait a minute. Now, if it really was just incomplete data, if it was just a misunderstanding based on the numbers, okay, that can be cleared up in the courts. But let the investigation proceed and finish then. And you know what? An honest investigation will get that and vet that, make that transparent and say, hey, no harm, no foul.

We get it. But why try to stop the investigation from. Because if you get that done, then there’s no debating it. But if you chop the investigation off at the knees, then, okay, so my question is, is with Chad, why. Why not let the investigation just carry it out and get to the bottom line and. And transparently get the re. The truth that they’re claiming, if that’s right. Right. Well, according to the next article that I have here, came out August 24, Bianco was at the Supreme Court Monday, a couple days ago, California. Right, Right. And arguing that he acted with his.

Within his authority. But according to this article, the Supreme Court justice appeared skeptical that Riverside Sheriff Bianco was acting within his rights as he sees more than 650,000 ballots. It’s interesting that they use the word seize. It makes it sounds illegal from the county’s top election administration. But his attorney, Bianca’s attorney, a guy named Hertz, argued that local enforcement officers have the right to take ballots after obtaining a warrant Regardless of state laws detailing how election challenges, recalls and investigations should be handled. He also argued in the second case that California’s attorney general does not have the power to issue orders to county sheriffs like Bianco.

I think we would agree with that. So deputy seized the ballots as part of his investigation. Biancos into alleged voter fraud in California’s November special election on redistricting after activists alleged the ballots were uncounted. Riverside’s registry of voters has said repeatedly those claims were based on a basic misinterpretation of preliminary vote count data. Anyway, Bianco grabbed national headlines at the time he was mounting. Now we’re going to debate. Now we’re going to debate the definition of a vote count. See, and then we’re going to say that, hey, before we debate that definition of a vote count, we’re going to just shut the sheriff down and chop him off at the knees so we don’t have to discuss that definition.

Exactly. So the lawyer advocate who sued Bianca was optimistic. The case is going to send a message around the country that our election ballots are the voters, ballots to be protected at all cost. And Chad Dunn with the UCLA Voting Rights Project, who argued the first case against Bianco, we couldn’t be more satisfied with how the hearing went today. So, you know, just from this little bit of information, we can see that, that they’re stacking the deck against the local sheriff. And you could imagine they would, because this, again, this comes back to the same thing we talked about with that video.

No one outside of the county and the voters that voted for the individual called the sheriff have any reason whatsoever to want that individual to have some sort of ability to stand in the way of a corrupted system attempting to go on its merry way. Nobody wants that. Nobody except the people who elected this man and that man himself and his belief in our system of law known as the constitutional government. So I would suspect this is going to be a hard road. Chad’s probably going to be looking for some more sleepless nights, as we’ve seen with other sheriffs that gotten themselves.

And my response is, what I want is transparency. What I want is accountability. And if there are election nuances or problems, I want to expose them and get them worked out. And it seems like the attorney general going against the sheriff on this. Why not say, we’ll join your investigation, we’ll support your investigation. Let’s get a transparent truth out of this thing. If there was a couple of missteps, let’s correct them. See, that’s what’s going to increase trust in government when you do it this way and just act like the sheriff’s the bad guy and you shut down his investigation and then you make claims that, oh, it’s about missing data or definitions of what a vote count is or an early count or this or that or whatever.

You just add insult to injury when it comes to trust. And that’s really the biggest reason that I have an issue with this thing is why do that? What’s the value? Right? Do not trust that the sheriff will be honorable in his investigation. How can you claim he’s against the law when he got a warrant? First he got a warrant. And he’s also investigating what appears to be a possible crime. So how can the attorney general suggest that, you know, he hasn’t any right to investigate a possible crime when that’s his only function? I mean, it’s.

Yeah. Makes no sense whatsoever. You know, they’re claiming that the California Constitution grants the attorney general direct supervision over sheriffs, but at the same time, I can’t imagine the California constitution says they’re not allowed to pursue any kind of criminal activity at the whim of anybody outside of this. The county that, you know, is associated with Attorney general’s office. I don’t think that’s possible. And so it comes down to this. It’s another big effort to minimize the effect of the sheriff like in Washington state. So we have two. Two states here working to undermine the position of sheriff.

And, you know, this may not be some kind of. It might be a coincidence, but I doubt it. Well, and the question becomes if the attorney general can just do this, that means the courts or the, you know, D A the branch of government known as the. The judicial. At some point, it means that there is no cleo in the county because the. The attorney general eventually becomes the state, quote, cleo, and we violate checks and balances. See what I mean? Right now, I’m not saying that’s right or justified. I’m just saying that’s what happens when we decide we’re not going to care about checks and balances.

All right, I want to reset the discussion a little bit because you started out talking about how it’s important to get prepared. And we got gas shortages and diesels well over six bucks a gallon in Virginia now. And it’s out of control and it’s going to affect us all. There’s no doubt about that. Here’s some headlines that highlight your reality on that, Jack. I want to kind of go back to this The Iran war slams Americans heartland as farmers face the worst financial crisis they’ve experienced in over 40 years. America’s grain farmers are facing the worst financial downturn since the 1980s as the Iran war sends diesel and fertilizer costs soaring.

And that’s on top of already weak crop prices and falling incomes for farmers. US Diesel is climbed, as Jack said, to over six plus dollars a gallon, folks. And the American Farm Bureau estimates that producers of nine major crops in America could lose $31 billion without government assistance. Now, I’m not advocating for government assistance. I’m just telling you what they’re kind of saying here. The Financial Times reports that this disruptions tied to the war and the quote straight of Hormuz have intensified and they say still higher food prices for American consumers are on the way. So do you want to respond to that one, Jack? That’s pretty riveting reality that we’re facing here.

Yes, I did a webinar last night. I played a video from the American Farm Bureau talking about the effect of, of, you know, the rising prices that we just talked about, fuel prices, the disintegration of the US dollar, which I believe is deliberate. And the fact that now Trump is, is not suggesting that we reduce the regulation. See, there’s another interesting component of this. The American farm industry has to, has to be surrounded and trapped in regulatory hell. Whereas when they import beef from Argentina and other places, including the 660 million pounds of beef that Trump is planning to import, he says, I love the ranchers, they’ve done a fantastic job that they admit that we need a little help in order to get the prices down, don’t we? What we need is the government to get out of the way, which is, you know, something that all of us would agree is a good idea and let the farmers be able to farm properly without the regulation.

Let’s forget about data centers and, and stop consuming their land and their water. How much water is not available to farmers now in California? It’s a, it’s a catastrophic amount. And yet, you know, we never hear that much about it. We just hear about data centers and their plight, but not the fact that farmers no longer can afford to even water their crops if they’re building, if they’re making plant based crops. So this is the problem, Sam, is that the United States is deliberately getting in the way of food production. This cannot be an accident. Many people have looked at it and said this is not possible.

You know, we have all the resources in the world. We have some of the Most fertile and largest swaths of farmland in the world. But at the same time, you know, we’ve got diesel and fertilizer costs spiraling out of control due to the war. The fertilizers are, you know, are so expensive now, they’ve doubled in prices since the war has begun. And so we can’t plant corn. We have a corn crop problem. We can’t feed cattle because we have regulations that prevent using water and other things that are necessary even to make the grass grow green.

So that’s how I look at it. I think we’re in a bad shape and people have to say, no, we’re not going to be. We’re not doing this anymore. I don’t know how that works. I think you just simply as a group, you know, these farmers, they can get together and say, well, we’re going to jail then, but we’re going to go ahead and start doing what we need to do here. We’re going to shut down on some of these regulations and we’re going to grow food. It is a serious issue indeed, ladies and gentlemen. And so Donald Trump is trying to do things to help out the farmers now and again.

I don’t really think that the government needs to be helping out the farmers. What I do think is the government needs to quit adding insult to injury, creating the need for the farmers to have help in the first place. Right. But it’s getting worse on multiple fronts, too. I don’t know where RFKJR is in this discussion, but speaking of farming, headline says hormone treated male cattle found lactating, raising questions about beef production. So the idea here is, reports from the cattle industry describe an unusual phenomenon. Some steers, castrated male cattle, have developed udders and are now producing milk.

Veterinary literature independently documents these mammary glands development in male steers exposed to special compounds. They say this is a side effect of these implants they’re using to give hormones to the cows. Hormonal growth implants are routinely used in U.S. beef production. And project products specifically designed for steers contain estrogen products and you get progesterone and all this different stuff and you combine all these things. And scientists have long established that extra estrogen and progesterone play a major role in this and it can increase lactation in male cattle. And then they say, what has yet not been established is that it affects humans in the way they claim and that the beef hormonal implants are the cause.

So what they’re doing is they’re avoiding the discussion and they’re saying, hey, we’ve known this for a long time that this happens, but this doesn’t really have anything to do with anything. There’s no cause and effect or causal is what they call it. And my response is, so you got a bunch of chicks that think they’re guys, you get a bunch of guys that think they’re chicks now, and you find that you give these hormones to male cows and it makes male cows develop udders or teats and lactate. And you’re saying that there’s no correlation. I’m saying, how stupid are you people? I don’t mean to be offensive, but how dumb are you? You think that it affects the cows, but it won’t affect the humans.

And then all of a sudden there’s this big crazy trend of all these people having gender euphoria and thinking they’re trans. And now they. What are these trans cows now? Okay? And they say science is known for a long time. They have long established. And then they say, but yet there’s no causal in effect. And I’m thinking they’re lying to you. They’re blatantly lying to you. You got male steers lactating and then you feed that beef to us and think there’s no downstream effect. How dumb are these scientists? They say they’ve known this for a long time, a long established.

And then they just go, but we don’t know that there’s any cause and effect here, guys, that hasn’t been proven yet. And I’m thinking, what on earth is going on, Jack? I don’t know, Sam. I think we both know. Researchers evaluated more than 20000 finished cattle from 33 feed lots. And of them were lactating. And the researchers did not establish the cause. They did raise one possibility. Excess body fat is a greater amount of body fat can provide greater capacity for estrogen production. Now, you know, that’s just sort of a sidestep into nonsense. When we realize that we have things that are injecting in these cows.

Hormonal growth promoters, phytoestrogens, estrogenic mycotoxins, agricultural pesticides, of course, on the outside in their feeds, pest control pesticides and chemicals used in and around the feedlot. And it goes on and on and on. Why do we have to vaccinate everything? How is it that the medical community got an entire stranglehold on humanity and then is able to dump their toxins and poisons in any location they feel like in any living thing? I mean, we don’t need Cattle vaccinated. And this is what’s now, you know, coming to pay the piper or whatever that metaphor might be. Do we.

Do you want to eat now? Beef that’s from a. A cow that’s lactating? I mean, I don’t know. I think it’s absolutely not. Pretty soon I’ll be like, I’ve decided I’m a chick, Jack. And you got this Enos Cantor, and these. These NBA players now trying to join the wnba, and. And they’re kind of mocking the situation. And. And. But this is some real things, though. How much of this scientific, Frankensteinish whatever are turning these cows into, you know, half transgender cows and messing with their organs. And then we think that this doesn’t affect humans, and we see an outbreak of humans having these kind of gender dysphoria and manipulated.

What does it do to the brain? What does it do to the body? What is it? I mean, it’s just insanity. And then you got to go. Aerosmith created this song that says, dude, looks like a lady, and you go, okay, whoa. Something is intentionally happening here, Jack. Yep. And you know it is. It’s affecting all cows similarly. So we know it’s the commonality. And 16.85% of dairy cross steers and 14.61% of native steers are lactating. So male cattle from both groups are producing mammary secretions that the researchers classify as lactation. So, anyway, it makes me not want to, really.

I mean, so, you know, the bottom line here, and I have. I’m lucky, I have a local farm outlet store, basically, and they use local meats, and they pay a little bit of attention to it. I mean, they don’t have the USDA or anything, but, you know, they. They make certain that they’re certain things they’re not doing to them. And I think that’s the only way that we can go now is to. Is to try to find local farmers that are trying their best to keep this crap out of their animals. And at the same time, you’re supporting them.

And even if it’s a little more expensive, because, you know, buying your food at Walmart is. It just doesn’t make any sense to me. I mean, where does that food come from? How is it treated? And does anyone give a damn? I don’t think so. I mean, I think they just put it on the shelf. Well. And so they’re saying, hey, this needs to be investigated. And my response is, you think? Right. I mean, are you serious? You think this should be investigated? Well, if scientists have known this for a long time, my question is, why is the investigations not already been done? I believe scientists already know the answers, Jack.

I do too. You know, these cows are given milk, you know, so we’re eating male cows that can produce milk. And so I got a question, Jack. Are you drinking male milk too? Yeah, I stopped drinking milk a long time ago, just for this reason. I understand, but I’m just asking in the milk supply, whether Jack personally is or not. I’m saying you meaning population, right? Not Jack specifically. And I’m saying, you know, how do we know we’re not already drinking male milk? Yeah, we don’t. And we can’t trust. They work really hard around the clock to make it.

Now that you can’t indicate that you’ve got genetically modified or created components in the food. And of course we know they would. They eventually want us to eat bugs. I mean, they tell us what they’re doing. You listen to Bill Gates and just listen to all the things he says. You know where this is going. And so anyone who’s attempting to create an argument that somehow validates something going wrong, somebody made a mistake, all that, I mean, that’s just some sort of adult fantasy, in my opinion. That’s childish thinking. We know what’s going on here. We need to take back childish thinking or intentionally deceptive thinking, take your pick.

No, I’m talking about the people who buy that, you know, on this end, our end. Oh, yeah, they just, they just trust what they shouldn’t. Right, right. And KJR doing about this though, do you think? Is he doing anything? I don’t see anything where he’s doing anything. Why don’t you get on your hotline to Bobby and make sure he’s aware of this? Jack, you know, reminds me of Trump a bit. Like he says a lot of stuff and then in the next day or two, you might hear him walk it all back or, or even is, say, the exact opposite.

So, yeah, I don’t know. Things are kind of getting that way now, too. He’s kind of starting to back some vaccines and very strange stuff. But Donald has been against the United nations for a long time. At least he’s spoken out against them. Right. But now there’s a different picture that just came to light. Trump administration moves to send 850 million to the U. N. According to State Department notifications obtained by Reuters and The Associated Press, $725 million is slated for the U. N. S regular operating budget, and then 125 million is going to go to the peacekeeping operations in Haiti and the democrat Democratic Republic of the Congo.

And the planned funding comes as the UN Faces a serious cash crunch. The proposed payments therefore mark a substantial financial commitment to an institution that the administration has claimed that they were trying to get rid of, shut down and defang. But now when push comes to shove, Donald is going to save the UN Zach. So that should give most MAGA people the idea that it was never anything more than a, a ceremonial publicity stunt to oppose the U. N. I mean, there’s no. These people are all in the same club. And when the UN Works straight up, yes, sir, that’s it.

So I have, I’ve never. Right now, if they’re experiencing a cash crunch, now is the time to play hardball. Right? Right. Yeah. But we’re going to give him a lifeline instead. And it’s the Trump administration. Now this also is interesting to the next headline and this kind of shows again, and I’m not here to attack Trump. I am here to call a spade a spade, though. Trump administration pours $100 million into government school meal programs. Now they say, well, he’s pushing to dismantle the Education Department. So the Trump administration announced more than 100 million in new school nutrition assistance programs.

Farm to school grant stuff, 25 million, cafeteria program, 70 plus million. The spending, though, just so you know, comes to the usda, not the Department of Education. So they’re saying, see, there’s not really a conflict here. And my response is, now you’re playing games and you’re treating me like a little imbecile. You’re acting like I don’t have a clue. So if you do this through the, the spending coming through the usda, that’s the Agriculture Department. Right. But yet. So you’re really just saying we’re going to take the spending out of the Education Department and put it over here or it’s over here.

And so if you take the Education Department and move all the programs to different government agencies and then abolish the Education Department, but yet you still have all these strings attached to government money coming from the feds through different programs, you haven’t shut down anything, Jack. You just played musical chairs is all you’ve done, right? Yep. And that’s a, you know, that’s a common theme in today’s world, is to change the definition. So, you know, what was once one thing is now something else. And if you miss the memo, you’re still expecting it to be the way it was before.

So if we can not define government spending as any money coming from any resource within a government program and rather than just where it comes from, like the Department of Education. Then of course, you have the ability to play these kind of mind control games, but they are mind control and they’re also mentally unhealthy. They, they do brain damage when you try to hold these things simultaneously in your head. And I think schizophrenic, you know, whatever you want to call it. On one hand, bipolar schizophrenic. These are the terms that I would use to describe this type of, you know, administration behavior.

Now there’s a big battle over tariffs with Canada. Donald Trump says it’s going to affect $20 billion. Canadian Minister Ford fires back and says, you guys do that to us, we’ll match you dollar for dollar, number one. Number two, we’ll just turn off a bunch of your electricity. Isn’t that great? Making America great again. I saw it. And what I don’t understand is why does anyone accept this, this tariff thing? As we saw before the previous tariffs, if you can even understand how all this happens? You know, we had tariffs on products from all over the place, and then all of a sudden they’re gone.

And these companies like Amazon and all the other mega companies, big box places, they all got billions of dollars in return funds, but none of the American public got a dime. And so this is just another make welfare program for, you know, industry to, to suffer under a tariff for a period of time and then have that money given straight back to them. Well, and if you, if you want to go ahead and reduce taxes, equivalent the amount of tariffs you’re collecting or more so even, and if you want to get Congress involved, so we obey the checks and balances and don’t just get shut down in lawfare all day, then I believe you’re on legitimate solid ground balls.

The IRS do something, but the way you’re doing it now just means a bunch of lawfare. It means we pretend we get a bunch of money and then later have to give it all back. In my opinion, it’s not even a genuine effort at all. So there you have that, ladies and gentlemen. I also want to mention that there’s a National Guard deployment in Washington. It enters its second year, folks, I don’t know if you know this, but the mission has been extended to the end of President Trump’s term. And some people that are, were involved in it, but now they’re not involved, are speaking out about it going, why do we have this national Guard presence that just sits there forever.

Right. They didn’t come to the aid when Donald Trump wanted the National Guard for January 6th, but now they’re going to stay there like a permanent police force. Jack Yep. That’s a standing army, Sam and you know, our family and it needs to stop, has to stop. How is it going to stop though? You know, I want to, this is, I’m going to interject this story real quick because it’s related, but there’s an individual in Texas who was stopped a mass shooting a couple weeks ago, November 5th. I’m sorry, on November 5th, a couple week weeks ago this story came out.

A mass shooting occurred at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas. David Patrick Kelly opened fire during a Sunday service. A man named Stephen Wilford, a local resident, played a crucial role in stopping the shooter by shooting back and then pursuing the gunman in a high speed chase. Kelly was later found dead in the vehicle from gunshot wounds which were inflicted during the exchange with Wilford. Anyway, Wilford is a NRA instructor and he saved many lives that day. And his bottom line is he encourages Americans to exercise the right to keep bare arms as over 50% of mass shootings are stopped by non law enforcement individuals.

So, you know, these things may not seem related to you, but problem is that Americans still are armed and that’s its primary reason that we’re not dismantled like other nations in the world have been with their own spring revolutions that they create. And that is that we have weapons. And weapons are important not only just to have them, but also if necessary to use them in the case of this individual. And I would agree with him, and I think you would too, Sam, that, that we all need to get our guns out, clean them up, get some ammo for them, make certain that they work, go to the gun ranges, you know, get active, take your young people with you.

If you’ve got children in the ages, you know, of typical shooting, say 10 to 18 before they’re old enough to do it themselves, get them out there safely, set them up, let them do some shooting. We need, we need people to get back in the saddle again and promote the Constitution. What the, what the founders gave to the, to the people that were the citizens of the United States is beyond belief. You know, none of this regulatory environment exists in the constitutional government. Common law doesn’t support any sort of, of forced behavior. You know, no licensing, no stickers on everything, no speeding tickets, none of that stuff.

No violation of your private property. You know, if you’re a business you have to declare your property every year and pay taxes on your computers and all this kind of stuff and all that needs to go away. Ladies and gentlemen, I was hoping Donald was going to take the lead and take care of business, but it looks like the deep state has sacked Donald and he’s in the backfield struggling now, wondering what to do. He underestimated them the first time and he really underestimated them the second time. Sad but true. And my goal isn’t to hit Donald Trump, but this is an interesting twist and I don’t know what this means, but Scott Besant signals a quote, major bank sanction.

It’s coming this week they claim. And Besent said the public should expect a major sanctions announcement targeting an unspecified at this time banking institution by the end of this week. Now he declined to say whether they were targeting Chinese banks. Jack. Right. The Fed itself. You know, I wrote something this morning about this. Everything that we need to do right now is we need to basically recall the governments, take possession of our property, reconstitute our manufacturing segment, start building the things that we can’t make in this country at the moment, and then reinstitute greenbacks in place of the Federal Reserve notes.

And until such time as we can return to constitutional currency that is based on gold and silver, a lot of people think well I’m not carrying around gold and so nobody asked you to. But regardless of that, the Federal Reserve is primarily the reason why the entire world was taken over by this group of psychopaths and now control us all. That is, if they can create money out of thin air and at the same time take away your wealth, siphon it from you using that same currency, then you have no hope. You, you’ve given them a blank check while you are forced to pay their taxes, pay property taxes to own the so called land that you pretend to own.

You don’t own it. You don’t even own your own children. You know, this government’s corporate admiralty law setup has taken everything away from you. I, I just saw a news flash that came over, Sam. Three Secret Service agents have walked, been walked out of their offices on Monday labeled Do not Admit as part of a criminal investigation to leak classified information to the media according to two sources. And something to do with Turkey and surface to air missiles. And the FBI are involved in investigation. See that’s another thing. FBI is not an American agency. You know, it’s basically under the control of the wef.

And, and that’s the same with all these three letter agencies. They are not constitutionally founded. They don’t have any authority from the Constitution, and therefore they are outside rogue. They’re maybe at the best 14 of them 14th amendment citizens. Amen. We’ll keep an eye on that ball, ladies and gentlemen, to let you know what happens with that. But again, I hear just all kinds of stuff, but, man, Cash Patel and company need to start cleaning house. They better do something very significant before the midterms, or else it’s going to be curtains. There was a secret meeting between Jared Kushner and the folks over at Joaquin Jeffries office too.

So the Democrats, I guess they’re kind of saying, how do we make sure that we work with you and Donald doesn’t get impeached when you guys take power? I don’t know what the meeting was about because it was secret, but that’s my speculation on the meeting. No doubt Jared Kushner did meet with Joaquin Jeffries, though, and that brings up very serious concerns indeed. Final story before the end of the hour. Salem Media goes private. They had a Waterstone Salem Media kind of a merger thing, they say Salem Media completes its acquisition by the Christian Community Foundation.

And they say together they’ll be able to do a lot more good than they can do as a pri. A public company. And I agree with that. You can always do better as a private company than you can as a public institution with all kind of mandated government requirements. And it’s very expensive to stay public. So I commend Salem for going private. And hopefully it means they’ll start to stand tall and be more and more truth tellers every day. Jack, I would agree with that. I hope so. They certainly have let us down over the past decades.

So. And. And that. And that’s the same with all the mainstream media. We need to have people get involved with. With taking back media. You know, we used to. You know, as well as I do, radio was a great place for a local market of ideas. Music, entertainment, you name it. News. I mean, when I. When I first got into radio, the station that I joined and became part of as an announcer for a while, it had a news department, and they went out and look for news stories. I mean, they actually stirred up some muck once in a while.

They challenged people, you know, in state government and in local government as to why they did something or another. They were always at school board meetings and so forth. That’s all gone now. All we have is a standard template. Salem’s part of it. The same programming. Nothing can change. No one’s allowed to break free from their little bit of a chain. But these radio stations can still be purchased by individuals. And yes, the FCC is a problem but that what problem can’t we work out with enough members of society saying no more. We don’t really need the federal government to regulate.

And speaking of saying no more, one of the best ways you could say no more is to back the Constitutional chairs and peace Officers association. And you do that become by becoming a member of the posse today. Cspoa.org if you, you know, hear about us, spread the word, tell your friends and everybody can join. This video will be post edited and released. If you need to share it with somebody or whatever else you know, hey, we want to make sure that we can get more posse members. That’s how we pay the bills. Jack, we’re out of time.

That’s all right. Appreciate it. Had a great time. Thanks, Sam. We’ll see you next week. Thanks, Jack. Thanks everybody. God bless.
