Summary

➡ Sovereign Radio, hosted by Scotty Saks, is a platform that discusses various topics including politics, finance, education, and medical systems. In a recent episode, they decided to shift focus to entrepreneurial success stories. The show featured two guests: Brian Rose, an American entrepreneur who has a luxury real estate investment opportunity in Dubai, and Shane Boyle, a 15-year-old who created a board game called “Run for President”. The show also highlighted their sponsor, Noble Gold, which helps investors reduce risk by adding physical gold to their portfolios.
➡ The American-born speaker, who once ran for mayor of London, has moved to Dubai and set up a luxury property investment circle. He fell in love with Dubai after traveling there for the past four or five years, and now sees it as a visionary place where he wants to spend the next 10 to 20 years. He believes Dubai will attract intellectual and physical capital, becoming the new Europe. The speaker praises Dubai’s government for allowing entrepreneurs to thrive, with zero personal, inheritance, and capital gains tax, and believes this is attracting high net worth individuals to relocate their families and businesses there.
➡ Brian Rose’s luxury property investment model in Dubai involves buying old villas, refurbishing them to high standards, and selling them for a premium. This is due to a gap in supply and demand for turnkey homes in Dubai. The investment cycle is short, about 12 to 14 months, and the returns can be significant. The opportunity is open to individual investors with a minimum of $30,000 to $50,000.
➡ The speaker discusses the benefits of investing in Dubai’s real estate market, highlighting its stable currency, zero taxes, and long-term planning. He believes that real estate is a valuable asset, especially as the world moves away from fiat currency. The speaker also mentions his investment circle, which allows people to invest in luxury properties in Dubai. He emphasizes the transparency and choice in his investment model, where investors can see and choose the specific deals they want to invest in.
➡ A radio host interviews a 15-year-old entrepreneur named Shane who created a board game called “Run for President”. The game, inspired by a school project, took two years to develop and manufacture. Shane shares his journey of entrepreneurship, including securing a copyright, finding manufacturers, and learning about running a business. Despite occasional teasing from friends, Shane’s game has been well-received and he continues to improve it.
➡ The text discusses a game called “Run for President” where players aim to reach 50 popularity points using various strategies. The game was created by a 15-year-old entrepreneur, Shane Boyle, who hopes to expand his business and create more games in the future. The text also includes a segment about Noble Gold Investments, a company that helps investors reduce risk by adding physical gold to their portfolios. Lastly, the host of the show encourages Shane to continue his entrepreneurial journey and enjoy his youth.
➡ The text is a conversation about a student’s academic performance, college plans, and entrepreneurial journey. The student maintains a high GPA, takes AP classes, and is considering both in-state and out-of-state colleges. They also discuss their passion for designing a board game, emphasizing the importance of hard work and enjoying what you do. The student advises young entrepreneurs to not fear asking for help and to learn from failures. The conversation ends with the student sharing where their board game can be found.

Sovereign Radio, here we go.

Let’s go, go, go, go, go. Broadcast loud for the world to know. Here we go. Much good day and thank you for joining us. Friends, Americans, patriots, lend me your ears have come to bury the globalist banking cabal, their political sycophants and the mockingbird mainstream media, not to praise them. Welcome to Sovereign Radio. Broadcasting from the belly of the beast of mainstream media. I’m your host, Scotty Saks. Greetings to our radio audience. We’re on a brief hiatus from Salem Radio right now and, well, because life just happens and God willing, this all goes according to plan, we’ll be back on Salem Radio sometime in August and we’ll keep you posted.

I want to welcome our posse on the Grassroots Warrior Network and our freedom loving patriots in Romania, Colombia, Canada, Australia and South Africa. Thanks for standing with us here in America. You know, our international audience is an awake bunch and all of you following Sovereign Radio from around the globe know as we continue to fight and America’s sovereignty goes, so does the sovereignty of the rest of the world go. So we value your support from around the world. And again, thanks for standing with us here in America. Now today on Sovereign Radio, we’re going to do something we’ve not done since 2021.

It’s something we got away from because of the geopolitics, the insanity of everything happening in America and around the world. You know, we really feel it’s our calling for Sovereign Radio to spend time exposing the truth in the political system, the financial system, the education system and the medical systems. They’re all evil to the core. And while we see some positive changes afloat with respect to the reset of all. The reset of all the systems, we’re probably not out of the woods yet, but today we’re gonna break pattern. We’re gonna pause all the madness to go back to the roots of our entrepreneurial spirit here on Sovereign Radio.

Today, we’re gonna share two stories of entrepreneurial success from two completely different generations. Coming up after the break we’re going to talk with a very accomplished American entrepreneur making things happen with a luxury real estate investment opportunity in Dubai in which anyone can participate. Now I’m planning to move some of my assets around to get involved and Brian Rose is the American entrepreneur. You may remember Brian and recognize him from his YouTube platform, London Real. Now on London Real, Brian interviewed a who of politicians, businessmen, sports and entertainment celebrities. And Brian is an American born guy, San Diego, California, where I lived for the last 20 years.

Brian moved to England some years ago and actually ended up running for mayor of the city of London. Brian is now in Dubai working on his latest venture, a luxury real estate investment circle where you can be an insider and invest side by side with Brian. Now that’s coming up in our first segment in part two of the show. A very bright spot compared to the heavy stuff we’ve been covering along the way. Shane Boyle is the first guest on Sovereign Radio that had to ask permission from his mother to set a time for this interview.

Shane is a 15 year old entrepreneur and he’s here to tell you his story of creating a board game called Run for President. Shane has worked hard to manufacture his game and bring it to market. Now what were you doing at 15? This kid is a role model, an inspiration from for all of our teenagers and he’ll join us later on the show. So if you have a teenager at home, go grab them and have them join us. Stay with us. Two fascinating entrepreneurial stories today on Sovereign Radio. And coming up after the break, Brian Rose, American born entrepreneur that ran for the mayor of the city of London is now living in Dubai managing our luxury real estate investment circle.

Brian’s here to tell you how you can get in on the luxury real estate market booming in Dubai. It’s all straight ahead and coming up after the break as Sovereign Radio rolls on, Scotty Saks here and I want to talk to you about our valued sponsor, Noble Gold. It’s an important conversation that I’d like to have. This is not just some advertisement that I’m throwing at you in passing to make a couple of bucks. It’s a timely and critical message that can ensure your financial independence in the coming years. If you’re listening to Sovereign Radio, you’re very likely the financial savvy one in your circle of friends and family.

You’ve also very likely been explaining the coming financial reset to your loved ones. Perhaps you’ve been met with some disbelief and resistance from your loved ones like I have. Yes, you’ve been talking about the Fundamentals of of the global money reset, the blockchain, cryptocurrency stable coins and God’s very own asset precious metals, gold and silver. Now we are moving from that Federal Reserve fiat money system with currency backed by, well, absolutely nothing. And we’re moving to a sound money system with currency backed by precious metals. Hagai 2 vs 8 the golden silver are mine, said the Lord.

Whether you’ve been on top of the gold markets or not, when it comes to gold, there’s one trusted friend of sovereign radio that you need to know, and that’s Noble Gold. Noble Gold are the pros that make your first purchase of gold or your next next purchase of gold quite easy. If you’re over 40 and you’re planning to retire someday, the window to protect what you’ve built may be smaller than you realize. Now here’s a question most people never ask. Is your portfolio built for what’s coming next? Yeah. Is your portfolio built for the reset? Many investors in their 40s and 50s discover they have little to no exposure to precious metals.

Why? Because our parents and grandparents didn’t know the importance of investing in precious metals. They were bought down in the Federal Reserve fiat money system. That means their savings are largely tied to markets, policies and paper assets with very little protection if conditions change. And oh boy, are they going to change. As retirement moves from someday to near on the horizon, protecting what you’ve already built becomes just as important as growing it. So here’s another question. How are you insuring your retirement? You insure your car, your home, and you ensure your health. So why not your retirement? Gold isn’t about chasing returns, it’s about managing risk.

And it’s a way to help protect what you’ve already worked a lifetime to build. So you manage your risk with health, home and car insurance. That’s where Noble Gold investments come in. Helping investors reduce risk by adding physical gold to their portfolios. Now. Right now may be a smart time to talk with Noble Gold Investments. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, I promise. Good to see you folks. So I came across our guest today on Instagram and started to watch him. I had seen his work before.

Probably some of you have watched his work that he does under the banner of London Real. He’s an American born business entrepreneur that settled down in London, ran for mayor in London and has now landed in Dubai and is setting up, has set up a luxury property investment circle which we’re going to talk about today. You know, we’re always looking out for our listeners, well being, health and wellness, that includes financial health. And we’re looking for places to put our money outside of the central banking system which we all know includes the stock market. So to me, tangible hard investments, gold and silver thanks to Noble gold and real estate, another very tangible investment.

So we’re going to bring Mr. Brian Rose in to talk about the luxury property investment circle in Dubai. Brian, welcome to Sovereign Radio. Thanks for having me. Scotty, excited to be here. Yeah, it’s good to see you. I reached out to you after watching your stuff on YouTube and saw you on Instagram. Fascinating, your boots on the ground. You’re really rolling up your sleeves, hobnobbing with the movers and shakers of Dubai. You had to really, I’m sure, maneuver your way into that circle. It didn’t just come the first day you moved there. Right. You had to figure that out.

So let’s start with this. How does a guy, an American born guy who ran for mayor of London of all cities end up in Dubai setting up a luxury property investment circle? Tell us about that transition. Yeah, it is quite an adventure. You know, I was born in San Diego. I was lucky to go to school on the East Coast. So I had already kind of traveled partway, you know, around the globe. And then I later, after I started my career, I got an offer to work in the finance banking industry in London. So that brought me even further around the world.

My mom always took us traveling as a kid so she took me to Tokyo and Europe and I was always comfortable going to new locations. But it wasn’t until the last four or five years that I started traveling to Dubai and I started falling in love with the place. Scotty, it really is a fascinating place. It’s really kind of a. Really a utopia in many ways and in very interesting kind of human experiment. And, you know, I’ll be honest, London captivated my heart for the past 20 years. I really fell in love with this city with so much history and.

And such a different type of people here and so close to Europe. But I’ve also fallen a little bit out of love with London, and now my heart belongs to a place like Dubai. As I further traverse around the globe, I’m now about halfway from where I started in San Diego, and I’ve really gotten to love the place and really respect what the leaders are creating. It’s very visionary, and it’s a place that I want to be for the next 10 or 20 years. And I believe it will be the new Europe. I think it will be pulling all of the intellectual capital and the physical capital there into the Gulf region.

And I think that’s going to be the next big thing. Scotty, look, I’m not going to turn this into a geopolitical segment at all, but look, what’s going on in London and Paris and cities in Sweden across Europe is now. It’s now happening in even Texas. The Islamic caliphate is pushing very hard to bring Sharia law to the West. And so I think you got out at a good time. And yeah, London is an awesome city. If you can get past the central bankers of London and the guys who call the shots there for 100, 200 years, it’s a great city.

But I think you’re spot on. When I saw you in Dubai, I’m like, what is he doing in Dubai? What’s this about? And it. There’s so much attention on Dubai. There’s a show on Netflix called Dubai Bling, I think is the name of it. The media is putting a lot of attention on Dubai. People with money are talking about going to Dubai to vacation. Tell us a little bit about Dubai. You touched on that, but tell us what. What’s the traction to you beside the human. It really is a human experiment. That’s a great way to refer to it.

Well, you know, Scotty, you referenced Europe, and, you know, Europe really has always been this. This deeply socialist place. It really is. And if you’re not, if you’re from America, you always see it because it acts like it’s a capitalist place, but it’s really deeply socialist. The state is very involved in businesses. And now if you look at it, the taxes are sky high, the wokeness is off the scale. And I personally think it’s going downhill for the next 50 to 100 years and there is nothing that’s going to reverse it. There will be no savior.

Whereas I believe the US has a chance. But I think Europe does not. And it’s sad to watch because the UK used to be a great empire, right? The Netherlands and France and Spain, they used to be these global empires that even helped found the United States of America. But now it’s going the other way. And so when you get to Dubai, you find that, wow, here is a place where the government basically allows entrepreneurs to come in and then it gets out of their way. And I remember about four or five years ago I was getting my vibe in Dubai and I pulled my phone out and I recorded a video.

And the title, Scotty, was Dubai is what America used to Be. You know, when my great grandfathers got to the country of the United States, they said, go west young man, there is plenty of land and will stay out of your way. You can build your businesses and your farms and whatever you create you can have. And in Dubai it’s the same thing. There is zero personal tax, there is zero inheritance tax, zero capital gains tax. There are the founders there and the leaders who have a hundred year plan and they want to attract the best talent and then they want to get out of your way.

And so in the last five years, high net worth individuals are moving their families, they’re moving their businesses because it is a place where they want to be. And if you compare it to the tax havens of say a Monaco or a Singapore, it’s just a better standard of living. It really is. And there’s more opportunities. And now it’s a global logistical hub. It really is halfway between Asia and Africa and Europe. And so many people are relocating there and they love it. Scotty, I know people from Britain and from the Europe and from America and they get it there and they’re just like, wow, I just purely enjoy being here.

And I think we’re just seeing the beginning of the transformation of that place. And of course the real estate is a great way to bet on the future of that vision. Such an important point, you say get out of the way. That is so important. You know people who, small entrepreneurs in particular, who get caught up in their business, running their business, they say, well, the government’s not my way. They don’t come in and make decisions for my business. But there’s the IRS and there’s the taxes and there’s regulations. I don’t care what industry. And there’s a lot of regulations in America now.

And anyone who’s read the book the Creature of Jekyll island understands how they’re in our way. Right. So that is really a huge selling point to me, to American entrepreneurs. Most of our audiences, America, we do have Romania, Colombia, got a good audience in South Africa. But core audience of Americans, we’re all about sovereignty, of course, in the government, getting out of our way. So tell us why. That’s probably why you set up your luxury property investment circle in Dubai. It’s obvious now why you did it in Dubai. Yeah, I mean, look, you can go deep on this.

They say, you know, taxation is a form of theft. Obviously there was no income tax in America until the early part of the 20th century. And of course it always starts off only for the wealthy people. And pretty soon everyone’s paying it. And, you know, these wealth taxes are coming soon, not just for the wealthy, but it’ll come for everybody. And so look at the history of Dubai. First of all, I’m older than the country of the United Arab Emirates. I’m older, okay? So it’s a very new nation. If you look at the history of this place, 100 years ago, the number one industry there was pearl diving.

Okay? This was a place that only survived because of trade. And they realized 150 years ago that if they reduced their trading taxes and duties to zero, they could get all the trade coming from India. And so there’s the ethos of this place to literally get out of people’s way. And they make money from the network effect. If more people come and trade and do business, you don’t have to tax them. There’s money to be made in so many ways. And so again, the entrepreneurs, they love this because it just takes all the frictions out of the way and the government digitizes everything and just says go.

And so more and more people are moving there. And what we’re seeing, Scotty, is that ultra high net worth people are moving there and they want to buy 10, 20, 30, 40, $50 million homes. And no one’s built them for them yet, not to the spec they’re expecting. And so we’re really focusing on this tiny niche to serve an audience that really wants to move their families there from all over the world. Asia, America, Europe. And this is a trend that’s just going to continue, if not accelerate. Well, we are not a financial advisement company or financial advisors here at Sovereign Radio.

But we know a good opportunity when we see one. So tell us about the model, the working aspects of the luxury property investment circle. How does it work, Brian? Well, look, you know, if you look at any great way to make money throughout the last few hundred years, it usually involves one thing. There’s usually a gap in supply and demand. That’s usually what happens. And so the entrepreneur comes in and says, well, if I can fill this gap, I can probably make some outsized returns until that opportunity is finished. And what we’re doing is something very similar.

In Dubai. There is literally a lack of supply of these ultra luxury, what we call turnkey homes where you can literally turn the key and walk in. And this thing is designed to a super high spec, to a kind of a Miami style home, fully furnished with the Italian furniture with the linens on the bed and it’s a done for you service. And so what we do is we buy old villas, we spend 12 to 14 months and we refurbish them to a super high standard that only a high net worth person would appreciate. And we sell them for a premium and then we rinse and repeat and rinse and repeat.

The currency is pegged to the dollar and so you don’t have any type of risk there. And people are moving there en masse. I think 1,000 families a week are moving to Dubai. And so we’re just there at the right time with the right group of people that have a history of doing this and that’s really what we’re up to. And so again, it’s kind of a 12 month cycle, in, out, in, out. And it’s backed by a physical asset which as you said, is really important to own something real. Yeah. Do you see this as a long term play for Brian Rose and for your circle? Is this something people can put money into? I was doing some math.

Somebody who puts 50 grand in today and lets it ride for a decade, you’re easily looking at a million dollars, aren’t you? Yeah. If you can get a 50% return, that 50,000 goes 4x in four years, goes to 200 grand, it goes to 7 1/2x in five years, it starts to get really interesting. And since our deal cycle is so short, 12 to 14 months, which is kind of unheard of in real estate, that’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re giving people the opportunity to compound this over time, backed by an underlying asset. That’s just the supply and demand gap.

If the market Continues to go up and more and more people move there. The real estate prices will go on top of that and give it an extra boost. And so I have moved my studio, my business, my family from London to Dubai because look, this is an opportunity you won’t, you only see once every 20 years and you either go all in on it or you miss it. And I’m all in. We’ve been there on the ground like you said, and now I know who to work with. And we’re bringing in all sorts of capital from around the world, soon to be institutional capital.

And so the people that move fast, they’re the ones that get the opportunity. Now when you bring in that institutional capital, are your deals for small investors going to stay in place or they go away? You’re 20, I think your minimum investment right now is 20 or 30 grand, right? Yeah, we’re trying to bump that up to 50,000, but we’re still allowing that. You know, look, I have a channel that’s been watched, you know, by so many people around the world. We’ve had a billion views. And so I’ve always wanted to democratize our opportunities. So right now we are allowing smaller investors in, those are becoming bigger investors and family offices and then at some point the institutions.

So we’re trying to keep it open as much as possible. Right now I’m looking at a deal pipeline of about a $500 million that we can kind of access and put to good use in the next six to 12 months. From there it’ll probably grow to another 500 million in the next 24 months. And that’s where this particular opportunity is. But right now, yes, we’re allowing an individual investor, even with say 30 to $50,000 to get involved in this. Now I think well heeled, well moneyed people are, are coming to Dubai and there’s a certain aspect of keeping up with the Muhammad’s or the Joneses, so to speak.

Isn’t, isn’t, aren’t people moving? They’re like, I gotta, I gotta do it better and bigger and better than the next guy. Right? You know, it’s really interesting you say that Scotty, because what we find are the homes that we build for 20, 30, $40 million. It’s not just a place to hang your hat. It’s a statement of who you are. It’s also a place where they do business in Dubai. And so when you show up there as one of these individuals, that is a statement of who you are in the pecking order. And so that home is very important if you’re that high net worth individual, even to the future of your business.

So you’re right, Scotty. They have to pick the right home in the right place. And it can’t be in a big tower, one of 20 penthouses. It has to be on the Palm Jumeirah, it has to be in Emirates Hills, it has to be in Al Barari. Because it really is a statement of who they are and a place they do business. And that’s why people are willing to spend the money to get the top quality. And that’s how we’re making these amazing returns for our investors. I saw one of your episodes. The garage was a automotive showroom.

And you talked about the air conditioning, how important that is to people, you know, going to an air conditioned garage. But this was like nothing I’ve ever seen. It really was a car showroom, wasn’t it, Scotty? It’s not a garage. It is a car gallery. Gallery. That’s it. That’s what you call it, right? To me, it’s like. And the lighting was better than any automotive dealership I’ve ever been in. So it’s really fantastic. So tell me, the United Bear of Emirates is exploding and there are other real estate deals. I was looking at one in Mazdar City.

How does Dubai compare to like Mazdar City, which is Abu Dhabi, I believe, right? Yeah, Look, Dubai and Abu Dhabi are both emirates in the United Arab Emirates. There are seven of them. Abu Dhabi always had all the oil wealth and they are the ones that do the majority of the governing. And they’re also really growing there. They have a $2.3 trillion sovereign wealth fund that invests in AI, all sorts of infrastructure. I think it’s almost bigger than the Saudi wealth fund, which is hard to believe because the UAE was a little late to the oil game, et cetera.

And so there are some exciting things happening in Abu Dhabi as well. But Dubai is interesting because it has no oil wealth. And so the only thing it can do, Scotty, is literally create an environment for entrepreneurs and again, stay out of the way. And I think that’s one of the reasons that it’s always innovated so fast, because it has nothing to fall back on, whereas these other places do. And again, if you look at some of the oil wealth for some of the countries in the Middle east and in North Africa, you could argue that sometimes it hurts them in the long run because all they do is wait for the oil to show up.

They never invest in human capital. They don’t send their kids to great universities. They don’t create great tech companies. So sometimes the oil wealth can inhibit a country. In Dubai, they said, look, we’ve got nothing else. We better make it the greatest infrastructure, the greatest place for capitalists to thrive. And that’s one of the reasons I think it stays ahead of the rest. But Abu Dhabi is up and coming. I think blackrock just moved there. So many financial institutions have moved there because they want to be near that sovereign wealth fund. And also again, globally and geographically, it’s right between Asia, Africa and Europe.

So I’m very bullish on Abu Dhabi. You know, Saudi will still be a force, and Riyadh, but it’s slower to get there because they’ve always relied on that oil wealth. And so, yeah, I’m really bullish on both of the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Yeah, oil are the subject of toys and wars for big boys, right? I mean, oil’s been fought over for years. Nobody’s fighting per se. No government, no, it’s not a geopolitical thing. And that’s what I like about real estate. Nobody’s coming after the real estate in the Middle East. They’re certainly interested in governments and you know, the big players are interested in the oil, but they’re not really that concerned about the real estate.

So it’s, you know, again, we’re not financial advisors, but it seems to me be the safest place outside of precious metals. Real estate seems to be the best place to park some money. Would you agree? I would agree. And what I love about Dubai is that the currency has been pegged to the dollar for the last 30 or 40 years. So look, you can have your opinions about the long term view of the dollar and fiat currencies, but it’s one thing to invest in a country I don’t know, pick Thailand, because you might see some great real estate investments.

But what happens if three years from now the currency has a huge correction? Your 30% gains might go to zero because of the currency issue. So I like Dubai because it’s pegged there to the dollar. And again, the thing about Dubai is that they can never sacrifice that business model. They’re always making sure that more entrepreneurs move in, which means the taxes will stay at zero. The opportunities will be amazing. The digitization literally like we are their customers at the end of the day. And if at any point, Scotty, I find a better alternative to Dubai, we’ll vote with our feet.

So it’s in their interest to preserve this kind of utopia. And that’s why the real estate stays valuable. So yeah, I’m a big fan of real assets and I like the real assets of Dubai because of the future it’s creating. They have 20 year plans, 50 year plans, 100 year plans. You know, I ran for mayor of London. The mayor of London doesn’t have a plan past two years because it’s, that’s when they got us try to get reelected. And, and that’s the problem with our worldwide democracies. It’s very short term thinking. The ruler and the ruling family of Dubai will rule for the next hundred years.

So for them, they think what’s in the best interest of our real estate portfolio because that’s where all the value is there, let’s be honest. And if they can continue making great decisions for the future, everyone makes money with the real estate. And so you’re aligned with a ruler with a hundred year vision. And that’s, that’s something you’re not going to find in the West. You know, I haven’t given any time thinking about this, but you just sparked a thought. When we move from fiat currency, which I’ve been assured by my contacts at the United States treasury that it’s happening, we’re moving away from fiat.

Trump wants an asset backed currency. I’ve seen the currency. It’s printed by the US treasury, not by the Federal Reserve. It seems to me real estate’s only going to get better because it’s going to eliminate the banks. We’re not going to need banks to transact. It’ll be peer to peer. And if I can send you, you know, whether it’s tokenized in crypto or regardless, seems to me real estate only improves with, and my audience is very in tune with a asset backed currency coming into play. How do you think that’s going to affect real estate? Yeah, look, the more time that you spend in other assets besides Fiat, you start to recognize what fiat really is.

And you made an allusion earlier to the bank of England here. I mean I think the bank of England printed more money than the US did during the COVID times. And so the UK is just as guilty of that here. And so, you know, they’ve done the studies right Scotty, in any civilization in a long enough timeline, what they end up doing is breaking, breaking their currency, whether it was the Romans or the Germans. And these are coming soon. And so the next best asset is going to be real estate. You could argue gold some before, argue Bitcoin, you know, and that, that’s still an opinion that some people have.

But I still believe that real estate is going to be your most precious real asset. And it’s still something that we need, that we use, that’s tangible and it’s something that humans are going to need for a very long time. And so yeah, look, whether Fiat is around for 10 years or 20 years or 50 years, it is not what you want to hold. And fundamentally it gets broken. Why does it get broken? It gets broken because humans have a bad job of taking extreme ownership. And so anytime there’s a crisis, you would rather elect a politician that’s going to print some money as opposed to you having to deal with the problem.

And there will always be someone you can elect to do that. And so that’s why in a long enough timeline, it breaks. You cannot print some more real estate and you can’t print more gold. So it holds you to your word and you have to take ownership of your actions. And that’s why we love those real assets. Scotty. Yeah. You know, the globalists will make sure there’s people around that they can elect to print money. They’ll make dang sure of that. So before we close, Brian, walk us through step one, two, three. How do people get started with your luxury property investment circle? Yeah, look, what we wanted to do originally is make it accessible to everyone in the world.

So I think I have members in over 50 countries and it’s fairly simple. You know, we go to LondonReal TV Dubai and you can learn what we’re doing there. Like you said, we’re trying to make it accessible to anyone in the world. And we just have a minimum of somewhere between 30 and $50,000 per deal once you’re in, you know, then 12 months later you’ll see those returns and then of course you can have the option to continue to invest. And so that’s the best way to start and learn more about what’s happening. What I find Scotty, is most people really understand the narrative quickly.

Because it’s fairly simple doesn’t mean it’s easy, but it’s simple. You know, you’re in this, this brand new market where there’s a sudden need for these really amazing pieces of real estate, these ultra high net worth assets and it’s never been built before. You know, in England there’s been people here building mansions and castles for hundreds of years in Dubai. This really is a new thing and they need them to be built for them. And so there’s again a gap in supply and demand. We’re filling that Gap. It’s simple for people to join. They can invest small amounts or large amounts because what we do is pull investors money and put them in one deal.

And we close a deal every month. So there’s always a new opportunity and the investor chooses each opportunity. So it’s not like a fund where you’re trusting someone to do your money. You make the choice. I like that deal, Brian. I like the return. I can see it. And then we communicate, make everything super transparent and we even invite people to come once a year to Dubai and go see the properties. And I always warn people, I have a dinner for all the investors and I’m going to try to convince you to move there. So be careful if you join us, it’s a compelling argument.

So my money invested is in a specific deal. I know what the deal is. The details are given to me up front. You know what’s being built with your money. Correct. And we have a web based interface where you can log in and you can literally see every single deal, the deal terms, you can see where your money is, what it’s making, when it’s coming back to your account. It’s just all done in a perfectly transparent, it’s 100% bulletproof from a legal standpoint. And that’s why we’ve had so much success. And so it’s really to the people that move early and move fast because like every opportunity, you know, sooner or later, you know, it’s gonna, it’s gonna be over.

And so I always said to the people that understand it fast and move fast will get those initial rewards and, and then, you know, we’ll see where this goes. Five years from now we might be looking at other opportunities in real estate in the region, but right now this is the one that will make the most returns. All right, give us the URL one more time and we’ll put it in the description below as well. Yeah, thanks Scotty. It’s LondonReal TV forward slash Dubai. Well ladies and gentlemen, remember by supporting our sponsors you also support the show. We appreciate it. The link to our newest sponsor Noble Gold is in the description of the video below. Well, it’s not often we break our format to do something a little different here at Sovereign Radio, but we’re going to do that today. My next guest had to check with his mother to confirm the time of this interview. In a moment you’ll understand why. When producer Mark told me his good friend Scott had a grandson, 15 years old that created a game called Run for President.

He got it manufactured and he brought it to market making it a reality. So I thought it would be a real feel good story to bring this young man on, invite him to the show and talk about entrepreneurship for teenagers. Joining me now in the Sovereigns Radio studio is Shane Boyle. Let me bring Shane in. Hi, Shane. Hey, how’s it going? Good to see you. Shane is 15 year old entrepreneur from California. He’s a sophomore in high school and he’s a kid after my own heart because Shane is a baseball player. And at 15, my passion was playing baseball.

In fact, I lived to play baseball at Shane’s age. At 15, I was in Chicago White Sox baseball camp as the third baseman and pitcher. And that’s exactly what Shane’s playing. So we’ve got a lot in common. That’s all I wanted to do at 15, Shane was play baseball. So how’s the season going? Hey, the season’s going great. Right now I think I’m batting somewhere in the the high four hundreds. So. Wow. For 50. That’s great. That’s fantastic. You know, I thought I was doing good batting.350. We know at the major league level nobody bats.400. If you’re batting.300, you’re an all star, right? Yeah.

Well, Shane, you are the youngest guest I’ve had on the show and the only guest that had to check with their mother before scheduling a time. But I think that’s awesome. It tells me a lot about you that you respect. Your mom also tells me a lot about you is you’re an entrepreneur. We want to talk about that as well. So let me ask you, did you have any nerves leading up to your appearance on the show today? Yeah, I’m definitely feeling right now. I wasn’t really feeling them about 20 minutes ago, but this is pretty exciting for me and I really appreciate you letting me on to the show.

Well, listen, we’re just a couple of guys talking in the dugout at the ballpark. Okay? Nothing to be nervous about. We’re gonna have fun. I want to talk about your entrepreneur skills. You created this game Run for President. We’ll talk about the game in a minute. But what was your inspiration for this? My teacher, my 8th grade history teacher said that the entire class had to do a project which was to create a board game. So I paired up with my team and I got things together. But over time we argued over the rules and we ended up having like a, a bit of democracy and I ended up losing.

So I threw a bit of a fit and I just went on to my own and became the sole member of my team and I went on to win second place in a competition that the teacher hosted for Dairy Queen. And ever since, my family’s really enjoyed it, my friends have really enjoyed it. You know, it’s, it’s been an awesome experience getting to play it and keep making it better and better each day. Now have other kids that created games taken the game as far as you have? Absolutely not. So what was. What was that process like? Tell me.

You had this idea, you got PO’d at your friends, you went out and made your own game, and then you had it manufactured. What was that process and how long did it take you? It took me about two years. The first thing I really wanted to get was a copyright so that I could protect my ideas. And my mom also really wanted that as well. And then I just had to go find manufacturers and that would make copies like this to just test out how it look and just test my files and everything. And I had to talk to my uncle a lot as well because he helped me out, which is awesome that he was a digital designer.

He’s able to help me out so much. Very interesting. So let me ask you were ever part of a young entrepreneur group or any organization that encouraged entrepreneurship? No. You have an entrepreneur in your family? No, but my mom surrounds herself by a lot of entrepreneurs. Her friends are a lot of entrepreneurs. They do clothing lines. It’s pretty cool. So have you been paying attention and noticing their entrepreneurship? Have you been around their businesses or anything? No, not very much. I watch. Watched a lot of YouTube at first to learn how LLCs are run and watch this.

This guy named Mark Tilbury and a bunch of other big shots. And I just learned from them and what they said their mistakes were and how they would improve their businesses. I’ve just been trying to piece things together to help me out. Obviously your family’s proud of you, but what do your friends think? What’s their reaction to you taking this game to manufacturing? At first they. They supported me, and they still do support me, but they do poke fun at me sometimes. They’re like, oh, since you think you made a board game or some big shot now, huh? But, yeah, that’s.

That’s typical. I would expect some of that. Yeah. But overall they’re very supportive and they really like the game as well. Well, that’s great. I’m sure it’s a lot of fun. I watched your video of how to play in. It’s kind of hard to. Without the game in front of you. It’s kind of hard to follow sometimes. But the importance here is not the rules of the game and the game itself. Although I’ll have you describe that. The game is called Running for President. Why a game about running for president? I really thought it’d be really cool to put old time presidents and have them clash against each other, you know, trying to steal from each other, trying to put rumors and bribe each other all in one split space.

Just a good thing for friends and like adults that like that kind of stuff, the more edgy stuff, you know, I thought that it’d be a great idea for the project. And ever since I thought, oh wow, this, this is actually kind of cool because not only can both sides of the political parties play this game without there being any really big controversies, you know, they won’t get mad at each other. It’s just a way to express like that politics in itself isn’t supposed to be one sided. It’s two sides have good opinions and they do also have bad opinions.

Well, I told myself today, because this show does cover politics and geopolitics and we get highly political, that I would not make this discussion political at all. So I won’t go there. But I will say I commend you on incorporating rumors and stealing into a game about running for president. Because that’s reality. The rumors and the stealing and the beyond competitive behavior that goes on in politics, it gets, gets to be a pretty dirty game. What’s your perception of politics? Republicans, Democrats, what is your perception of that? I see Republicans and Democrats as two wings of the same bird.

You know, I, I get that there’s a lot of disagreement between the two. You know, my family is always talking about, oh, he’s Democrats and then other people at school, I hear Democrats at school and it’s like, what, what are they talking about? You know, I like to listen in and hear from both perspectives and it’s interesting to hear from both sides. And like they say there are two sides to one coin. I’m smiling because you don’t only play third base and pitch like I did. But you just said something that we often say on the show, that Republicans and Democrats are two wings of the same bird.

Again, I’m not going to get into politics. It is a system and a system designed to make us think we have a choice. And frankly, in my lifetime, up until possibly President Reagan and now President Trump, we really didn’t have much of a choice. But that’s beside the point. Back to the game. Tell us the basic gist of run for President. What’s the, what’s the game like and what’s the goal? I assume to get elected. Okay, so the point of the game is to get to 50 popularity. But you start out with the president. So you first pick a president that is face down on the table.

So you randomly pick one and they’re shuffled around and then you get dealt out a hand of cards that you use to gain campaign funds or you get campaign funds to give you money to buy better cards. And then you also get speech and rumor and bribe and sabotage cards to skip other players turns. So your goal is to get the 50 popularity and stop your opponents from getting there as well. So sometimes you’ll team up on each other and sometimes you’ll team up in a mutual alliance or it’ll be one sided and you’ll lie to them.

But my aunt Wendy just came over and she didn’t want to do some of the things on the cards because she was like, oh, they’re gonna be mad at me. Oh my, my grandchildren be mad at me. It’s like, oh it don’t matter. They’re gonna be happy that you win or that they win and that there is some competition in between. Very interesting. Well, Shane, we need to take a quick break and you hang in there. When we come back, we’re going to talk about what you’ve learned and what you’re going to take forward in life from the experience of creating a game and being a young entrepreneur.

We’ll be back after a word from our sponsor, Noble Gold. Scotty Saks here and I want to talk to you about our valued sponsor, Noble Gold. It’s an important conversation that I’d like to have. This is not just some advertisement that I’m throwing at you in passing to make a couple, couple of bucks.

Yes, you’ve been talking about the fundamentals of the global money reset, the blockchain, cryptocurrency, stable coins and God’s very own asset, precious metals, gold and silver. Now we are moving from that Federal Reserve fiat money system with currency backed by, well, absolutely nothing. And we’re moving to a sound money system with currency backed by precious metals. Hagai 2 verses 8 the gold and silver are mine, said the Lord. Whether you’ve been on top of the gold markets or not, when it comes to gold, there’s one trusted friend of sovereign radio that you need to know and that’s Noble Gold.

And oh boy, are they going to change as retirement moves from someday to near on the horizon for protecting what you’ve already built becomes just as important as growing it. So here’s another question. How are you insuring your retirement? You insure your car, your home and you ensure your health. So why not your retirement? Gold isn’t about chasing returns. It’s about managing risk. And it’s a way to help protect what you’ve already worked a lifetime to build.

So you manage your risk with health, home and car insurance. That’s where Noble Gold investments come in. Helping investors reduce risk by adding physical gold to their portfolios. We’re here with 15 year old from California entrepreneur Shane Boyle. Shane is here talking about his game called Run for President. And before the break I Asked Shane to think about what is he going to take forward from this experience as a teenage boy creating a business, creating a game.

And it’s a lot you can take forward into your life. Shane, what. What do you think you’ve learned? What’s the biggest life lesson for you? I believe the biggest life lesson for me is just taking the time to sit down and learn something about something that you’re interested in. You know, I was interested in making this a real thing, so I really took the time and looked through and read through everything that I possibly could to learn what it takes and what I need to do myself. It’s also helped me with public. Public speaking and learning how taxes work as well, because I didn’t really know much about that when I was younger, but it’s.

It’s great that I know now. Yeah, this is a great experience. I didn’t do anything entrepreneurial until I was 18 or 19. So you started young. That’s a great start. Do you have aspirations to be an entrepreneur in business or what’s your plans? Do you know what you want to do? I’d like to continue making this business bigger. I want to get it as big as Monopoly. It’d be awesome to get it up on that stage and the way things are going and the way people actually enjoy the game, I believe it has the possibility of making it there.

So I’m gonna keep taking this down a path and I’m just gonna make more games in the future, and maybe I’ll. I’ll open a few other businesses or try other things, but that’s. That’s for future me to worry about for now. But for now, I’m gonna. Am I back? Yeah, you’re back. The last thing I heard is for now. By the way, we will edit this, so don’t worry about these little glitches. We’ll get at it. Sorry. Let me fix that real quick. Dnd your light just went. You got pretty dark in the room. Is it better? All right, you’re back.

Yeah, you’re back. Okay. Someone just tried calling me. It’s all right. You left off talking about. You said I think, and you were talking about your future. I believe I’m going to continue down this path unless I want to open some other kind of business in the future. But for now, that’s for future me to worry about, and I’m just going to focus on making more games and just getting this out there. Well, I think that’s a good plan. At 15, you don’t be. Have to be planning your life now. Enjoy baseball for sure. Have fun with it.

It’s great that you’ve started down the path of being an entrepreneur and making a game. I was going to ask you if you want to be a game maker. I actually know a guy who is a game maker. He’s made several games. They’re all. They’re called cuzzles. They’re puzzle games with. With around animals. So he called it cuzzle. And I don’t know how his sales are these days and it’s been a long time since I talked to him. But he built a nice business around games and game board games are something that’ll never go away. So I.

I think it’s a pretty good arena for you to plan in the future. You’re only a sophomore in high school, right? Yes, that’s correct. Are you starting to look at colleges a bit? I think I’m gonna look at more of them in my junior year. Maybe start applying to some late junior or early senior. I’m not doing half bad right now in school. I have a 4.1 GPA and I’m taking AP classes and I plan to keep taking more. It’s funny you say of a 4.1. My daughter graduated with a 4.2 and I’m so naive. I asked her, how do you get more than a 4.0? I said, how do you get a 4.2? I thought 4.0 is the most.

You get it, dad. Come on, dad. I took AP classes. I got extra credit. So I. I thought 4o was the. Was the ceiling. She. She set me straight. She’s a freshman at University of Utah and we are from San Diego. She grew up in San Diego and she wanted to go to Utah. You thinking of going in state or are you looking out of state? There are some really good schools in California, but there also are some great schools out of state. So I was looking at ucla and I know Stanford’s also a good option, but I’m not too sure about them because I don’t know much about them.

I just know that’s a school that almost everybody wants to go to. Yeah, she got accepted to Pepperdine. I was hoping she’d go there, but she didn’t want to go there, so. Well, good luck in that search. It’s early. You don’t need to worry about that your sophomore year either. I think that’s a junior senior year thing. So what do you think it takes, Shane, to be a successful entrepreneur? What. What do you, as you sit at 15 what’s your vision of what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur? You just got to be putting in the work all the time.

You have to think about what you’re doing. And if you got. You have to love it, you have to enjoy it. You have to be able to sit down and put an hour after hour and not even think that 20 minutes passed. Because I’ll be sitting at my com, my computer and trying to design a file or something for new cards in the future maybe, and I’ll be sitting there for four hours and I won’t even know that. Like 20 minutes passed like this. I thought it 20 minutes passed and it’s four hours. Well, you got the number one thing that it takes down.

It is work. It’s all about the effort and the work you put in. Like anything else in life, whether it’s baseball or schoolwork or building a business, it is all about the time you put into it. Of course, there are other factors, but I’m glad to hear you got your head on straight. It’s about the work. I know people that have a lot of passion. They’re smart, they have good business ethics, but they don’t work hard, and they’re generally not achieving the kind of success. And they come to me and they wonder why and they ask me and they don’t want to accept the truth.

You got to put in 68, 60 to 80 hours a week, not 40. It’s not a nine to building a business is not about nine to five. I bet you didn’t work nine to five with school and baseball and making the game. I bet you put in a lot more hours, didn’t you? Yeah, definitely a lot of late nights. So this game, is it something that you’re still passionate about? Is it something you play often? Does your family play it? How often do you guys play it? I’d say we play it at least twice a month.

Recently, we’ve been playing it a lot more. But my family isn’t that crazy about board games. You know, they don’t like to sit down for very long and play long, complicated board games. They’re like when they first played the my board game, they’re confused and they’re like, I don’t really want to play this. I don’t like board games that much. But once they learned it, they really started to enjoy it. And I think in the future, maybe we’ll play more board games besides run for president. What’s your favorite board game? I really like Risk. My friend’s dad just taught me how to play because we played a lot whenever I slept over at my friend’s house and oh, boy, is it fun.

I really enjoy Risk. And there’s so many different kinds as well. There’s Castle Risk, and then there’s different versions where you only have to take certain continents. You know, I’m, I’m really enjoying Risk right now. But one of my old favorites was Monopoly. Well, that’s really interesting. We both played third base and pitched. We both believe the Democrats and Republicans are two wings of the same bird. And we both like Risk. Risk has always been my favorite board game. I love the game. I’ve been playing it for years. I haven’t played it in a while now, but.

So give some advice to young entrepreneurs. You’ve done it. You’ve accomplished something real big for 15. Give advice to your peer group on doing anything entrepreneurial. Well, first thing, don’t be afraid to ask for help from others. Without all the help that I’ve received from my mom, from my uncle, from my dad, and from everybody else in my family and every aspect of life, I. I wouldn’t be here right now talking to you, and I wouldn’t be the same person I am today without them. And another thing is, since I’m young, I. I have a lot of time to do things and mess up right now, especially if this doesn’t go where I wanted to, I still have time to get back up and do something else that’s worthwhile.

Well, that’s a good perspective. You know, failure is part of success. When you fall down and, and you don’t succeed and you trip and fail, you just get back up and do it again. Again. It’s, you know, a lot of metaphors between sports and business. There’s a lot of things we do in sports that we do in business to succeed. And definitely, you know, when you make an error or you throw a bad pitch, you don’t sit around and sulk and worry about it. You move on and play on, right? That’s right. Same thing with the business.

So, Shane, tell our audience where they can find your board game and find out more about you. You can go check out my website, runforpresidentgame.com I believe it’s operational, but if not, you can go to my Instagram at run the number four president game.com or not.com but it’s at run for President game. We’ll put the link in the description below to his website. Shane Boyle, I wish you a lot of luck. Go hit a couple home runs your next game. Keep up that.400 batting average. And I hope you, a couple years from now, you’ve made a few more games.

Thank you for being on the show. Thanks for having me here. I really appreciate this opportunity. You bet. Take care. All right. Take care.
